Crime and
Punishment 2012

WE WISH ALL OUR READERS A VERY HAPPY AND SAFE NEW YEAR.

The new has started with Cameron still giving more human rights to criminals than those of law abiding citizens.

Cameron has made no mention of getting rid of the Human Rights legislation and replacing it with a Bill of Rights.

Spate Of  Killings And Assaults.

The end of last year and the beginning of this year has seen a large number of murders and assaults.

We all need to be on our guard.

Thug Inflicts 19 Fractures On A Baby.

Evil Stephen Gosling inflicted a series of agonising injuries on a baby in a ghastly and terrifying campaign of abuse.

Over a 2 week period, Gosling assaulted the tiny baby.

The baby had fractures all over its body, including 12 to the front and back of several ribs, the right shoulder bone, left leg, right leg and left foot.

Judge Roger Thorn jailed Gosling for just 13 years at Newcastle Crown Court.

We feel that this sentence is too short.

1,000 Criminal Police Officers Still In Uniform.

Over 1,000 police officers with convictions including burglary, causing death by dangerous driving, robbery, supplying drugs and domestic violence are still wearing uniform and carrying out normal duties.

WHY?

These officers should have been sacked without pension rights and lump sum retirement payouts.

£1.4 Billion Fines Never Collected.

Crooks owing £1.4  Billion in fines and confiscation orders are being let off payments.

WHY?

Foreign Murderers And Rapists.

Hundreds of foreign murderers and rapists are still living in Britain despite CAMERON’S PROMISE to deport them.

Rioters Escape With A Slap On The Wrist

Hundreds of criminals arrested after the summers riots have been let off with a slap on the wrist for offences including arson, burglary and knife possession.

These criminals should have been brought before the courts, but have been given cautions by the police.

THIS IS SOFT PUNISHMENT.

Killer Driver Escapes Jail.

Kizaa Orsler-Saito failed to report his accident as he drove his completely unroadworthy BMW  into innocent Luke Fowler throwing him 20ft into the air and killing him.

Orsler-Saito was given an 8 MONTH sentence, suspended for two years for dangerous driving  by Judge Gareth Hawkesworth at Cambridge Crown Court.

THIS IS NOT JUSTICE.  This killer should have received the maximum allowed, 14 years.

Fraudsters Profit From Evil.

Mahletchimi Ramundu, Angela Davis and Jessica Mahatevan pretended to “Care” for 83 year old war veteran, but instead stole his life savings of £274,000.

Prosecutors fear the money has been stashed away in India without being recoverable.

These three evil criminals were given just 5 years, 3 years and 18 months respectively.

They should be kept in jail until all the money is recovered and returned to the victim.

As things stand the 3 criminals will be free in half their sentences, return to India and enjoy their proceeds of crime.

JUSTICE HAS NOT BEEN DONE.

Fixed Penalties Are A Farce.

More than 1.2 Million thieves and thugs have dodged appearing in court by being given on-the-spot fines.

Instead of facing jail for shoplifting, assault and vandalism, these criminals paid £80 fines and were sent on their way without a formal record.

CAMERON’S SOFT JUSTICE AT WORK DESPITE HIS PROMISE TO BE TOUGH ON CRIME.

Another Killer Driver.

Ahmed Aldubaili from Dubai drove on the wrong side of the road and smashed into a Renault Clio and killing 3 year old Henry Blacklock who was a passenger.

Aldubaili’s punishment was just 2 years jail for dangerous driving.

THIS IS NOT JUSTICE.  HE SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED 14 YEARS JAIL.

Grandfather Defends Himself And Kills Burglar.

Peter Flanagan, a Grandfather fought off  machete wielding burglars who broke into his home.

Peter heard a noise and went to investigate. He found one of the burglars armed with a 12 inch machete. The burglar started to attack Peter.

Peter who was terrified for his life, grabbed a carving knife from his kitchen drawer and defended himself.

During the struggle the burglar was stabbed and later died.

Peter was arrested by the police on suspicion of murder but prosecutors ruled that Peter should NOT face charges.

WELL DONE PETER.  YOU ARE AN INSPIRATION TO US ALL.
