Jailed For Domestic Violence.

Thomas Graham-Hagg was jailed for just 4 years for “The worst case of domestic violence” that Judge Nicholas Coleman had ever seen.

Graham-Hagg terrorised his 19 year old girl friend over a 4 month period ending with him punching the girl so hard that her spleen was ruptured.

Judge’s Fury Over Easy Sentencing.

Judge Anthony King showed his frustration at rules which stopped him adequately punishing a serial burglar.

Daniel Valentine burgled a house weeks after being released on licence half way through a six year sentence for a string of violent robberies.

Valentine was given just 29 MONTHS.  He will be free in 16 months.

Thugs Jailed For Attack On Pregnant Woman.

Two black thugs have been jailed for a violent attack on a pregnant woman in the car park of Morrisons in Bristol.

Nathaniel Moffett was given 5 years.

Thaberi Francis received 6 years.

Both have a history of violent attacks on innocent victims.

School Failed To Act On Paedophile Teacher.

Senior managers at Hillside First School in Weston-super Mare, Somerset were told repeatedly about teacher Nigel Leat’s inappropriate behaviour.

Leat was able to abuse 5 girls, some as young as 6 years old.  He also had 30,000 indecent photographs on memory sticks.

Senior managers FAILED to act.

Head teacher Chris Hood has been suspended.

Vicar Jailed For Sham Weddings.

Canon Dr John Magumba carried out 28 sham weddings for Nigerians and East Europeans so that they could stay in Britain.

Magumba charges £250 per ceremony.

His profits totaled £7,000.

Magumba was jailed for 2 and a half years.

The cost per illegal immigrant claiming benefits is a staggering £100,000 per year.

Police Forces Fail To Investigate 25% Of Crimes.

Her Majesty’s Inspectorate of Constabulary (HMIC) released a report that claims 25% of all reported crime is NOT investigated.

Anti-social behaviour is the most non-investigated crime, being written off as a “Nuisance”.

Violent Thug Tackled By Good Samaritan.

Sam Woodward, a Good Samaritan saw evil violent thug Benjamin Brown attack an 82 year old woman and steal her handbag.

Sam charged after the attacker and rugby tackled him to the ground, sat on him and waited 10 minutes for the police to arrive.

Brown was jailed for 5 years by Judge Simon Hammond.

Shopkeeper Takes On Machete Thug.

Shopkeeper Dinesh Gorania fought off a hooded robber armed with a 3ft machete.

The raider burst in shouting and screaming, waving his machete about ready to attack Dinesh and demanded money.

Dinesh picked up a floor mop and fought off the raider forcing him out of the shop.

WELL DONE DINESH. YOU DID WELL.

Killers’ Convictions Could Be Erased In Just 7 Years.

Thousands of criminals will have their convictions wiped out under “REHABILITATION PLANS”.

Rapists, paedophiles and killers will overnight be relieved of any obligation to declare their crimes when applying for a job.

The criminals’ champion, Ken Clarke will also slash the time period before convictions become “SPENT”.

THIS DECISION IS WRONG.

Terror Plotters Given Light Sentences.

Four Muslim Fanatics who planned to unleash a Christmas campaign of atrocities across London have escaped long jail terms.

Mohammed Chowdhury, Shah Rahman,  Abdul Miah and Gurukanth Desai pleaded guilty after Judge Justice Wilkie indicated these terrorists would receive lesser sentences for admitting the plot.

Wilkie has now enabled these Muslim fanatics to serve only 6 years jail.

No doubt some Human Rights Judge will tell us that they cannot be deported.

Killer Driver Given 9 Years For Two Deaths.

Drunk driver, James Appleby drove his Jaguar XK8 on the wrong side of the road doing 112 MPH in a 30 mile zone and ploughed into a taxi killing the driver and his passenger.

Judge Paul Glenn sentenced Appleby to just 9 years jail.

Appleby will be free in only 4 and a half years.

These killings equate to 2 years and three months jail for each life taken.

THIS IS NOT JUSTICE.  HE SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED 14 YEARS FOR EACH DEATH TO RUN CONSECUTIVELY.

The law MUST be changed. Proving dangerous driving can be difficult.

The law should be KILLING WHILE DRIVING.  This can then be classified as manslaughter.

Only then can degrees of manslaughter be defined.

Those associated with drink, drugs and excessive speed would carry, say a 15 year jail term for each death.

A genuine accident, say driving well within the speed limit and to road conditions, killing a person wearing head phones and stepping into the road without looking would attract NO PUNISHMENT.

Society To Blame For My Son’s Death Says Father.

Tom Simons, the father of 16 yr old Joe Simons who died from an overdose of ecstasy has blamed society for the death of his son.

However sad it must be to lose a son at such a young age, we at www.victimsagainstcrime.com strongly disagree with Tom.

Nobody forced Joe to take ecstasy. He took the drug of his own free will.

What we do agree with is the soft sentences handed down to drug suppliers and distributors.

Society, that is you and me are not to blame for Joe’s death. Joe was responsible for his own death.

A second race hate attack has been carried out against white men by Asian gangs in the last 3 days.

These attacks took place in Rochdale and Hyde, Manchester.

The innocent white victims were stabbed, kicked and punched by gangs of 8 Asian criminals.

Try and deport these criminals? No way. Article 8 of the Human Rights Act prevents that.

Sex Attacker’s Human Rights Come First.

Sex offender, Milind Sanada who sexually assaulted a pregnant mother has avoided deportation because of his “Right to family life” despite that his family do not live in the UK. They live in India.

Article 8 of the Human Rights Act is a LET OUT clause which allows foreign criminals the right of family life and to live in Britain rather than be deported back to their ethnic homeland.

Nine Year Deportation Battle Won By Victim Of Rape.

Gabrielle Browne who was sexually assaulted by BLACK IMMIGRANT Mohamed Kendeh has finally won her NINE YEAR battle to have him deported.

Kendeh, whose crimes include burglary, arson, robbery and 11 sexual assaults was allowed to stay in the UK because of Article 8 of the Human Rights Act, has now FINALLY been deported back to Sierra Leone.

Evil Black Gang Slaughters Innocent Victim.

Innocent Daniel Graham was killed and slaughtered by evil BLACK GANG MEMBERS in a 45 second frenzied attack.

Daniel was stabbed with knives and broken bottles.

All three were found guilty and face life in jail.

Scout leader David Burland of Burnham-on-sea has been convicted of 33 sexual offences against children over a 23 year period.

Burland was jailed for 15 years.

Sex Attacker Jailed For Assault On Girl Age 8 Years.

Nigel Payne of Cambridge was sentenced to JUST 2 YEARS JAIL for sexually assaulting an 8 year old girl.

WHY SUCH A SHORT SENTENCE?

This assault will have a lasting affect upon the girl, to what degree nobody knows.

Burglar Stole While On Bail.

Paul Giddens of Ely was on bail for burglary when he committed another burglary.

Giddens was jailed for 3 years.

Michael McEvoy who helped Giddens was jailed for 21 Months.

Why was Giddens bailed in the first place?

Teenager Guilty Of Brutal Murder.

Jack Robinson a vicious teenager violently attacked a homeless man and kicked him to death before throwing him into the river Cam in Cambridge.

Robinson will be sentenced in March.

The large homeless community living rough in Cambridge live in fear of gangs of feral youths who roam the streets of the city.

Met Police Officer Ali Dizael Back In Jail.

Corrupt Dizael  is now back in jail and faces repaying  thousands of  pounds that he claimed in legal aid for defences that have now been proven false.

It is thought that Dizael received £1 Million in taxpayer funded legal aid.

He should be made to pay back every penny.

British Coach Driver Charged.

An unnamed British coach driver has been charged with manslaughter and involuntarily causing injury.

The driver was driving a coach full of British school children in France when he crashed and flipped the coach on its side.

The French approach to death while driving is better than the British method of charges.

Innocent 7 Year Old Boy Branded Racist.

Griffin Primary School in East Hull has branded an innocent 7 year old boy as a racist.

The child asked a friend “Are you brown because you are from Africa”?

How is this racist?

This was an innocent question from a curious 7 year old.

The Head Teacher, Mrs Janet Adamson with all her qualifications should be able to differentiate between racism and curiosity.

HGV Driver Used His Vehicle As A Battering Ram.

Michael Constantine from Glossop used his HGV as a battering ram when he deliberately rammed into the side of a car driven by victim, Mark Creacall.

Mark was driving with his partner, taking their 10 month baby son to hospital.

The impact caused the baby to crack it’s head on the side of his baby chair, momentarily stopping him from breathing.

Mark stopped and asked HGV driver Constantine what he was doing.

Constantine then attacked Mark and kicked him in his head, then drove off.

District Judge Taaffle said “This was an appalling incident. You used your HGV as a weapon causing distress and anxiety to the occupants of that car”.

Judge Taaffe handed out the following “PUNISHMENTS”.

• For the assault:  4 months prison SUSPENDED for a year plus 180 hours of unpaid work.
• For failing to stop:  1 month jail SUSPENDED for a year.
• Constantine was also banned from driving for 12 months, plus payment of £200 compensation to the victims, plus £300 court costs.

Constantine should have been jailed for 2 years, NOT suspended.

Police Fail To Run Background Checks.

Police forces throughout the country regularly FAIL to run background checks on foreign nationals.

Thousands of foreign rapists and burglars are allowed to slip through the net because police think that doing background checks are TOO DIFFICULT.

Such checks are easy. The police have only to log into the European Criminal Database.

Elderly Couple Murdered By Polish Burglar.

Ireneusz Bartnowski, a Polish burglar battered an elderly couple to death just ONE WEEK after arriving in the UK.

This evil Polish fiend was jailed for a minimum of 34 years.

WHY WAS HE LET INTO THE UK IN THE FIRST PLACE?

Obviously another example of our slack open door policy which allows foreign criminals to enter the UK unchecked.

OAP  Murdered by Burglar On Bail.

Disabled 85 year old Grandfather, Paul Cox was savagely murdered by vicious serial burglar Cory Youlden who had just been released from prison on licence.

Youlden who has 24 convictions for violent burglary was jailed for life with a minimum term of 22 years.

WHY WAS YOULDEN ON BAIL?

Killer Gets 35 Years.

Carl Whant has been jailed for a minimum of 35 years for the wanton killing of pregnant teenager, Nikitta Grender and her unborn child.

Whant should never be released from jail.

This killing supports the case for the return of the death penalty.

Bail For Thugs Who Skip Bail.

Judges are giving bail to hardened criminals with hundreds of convictions, including BAIL breaches.

One thug walked free despite having 382 previous convictions and cautions. His catalogue of offences include 125 of failing to surrender to bail.

He breached his bail yet again, and was convicted for the 383rd time -- and was STILL NOT LOCKED UP.

Other criminals with 300 plus convictions are regularly NOT JAILED.

SO MUCH FOR CAMERON’S TOUGH ON CRIME.

Convicted Rapist Assaults Woman While Under Police Surveillance.

Convicted rapist Michael Phillips sexually assaulted a woman and exposed himself to 2 others despite being under police surveillance.

Phillips was released from jail just 6 months ago.

Sussex police said that Phillips was not the subject of an indeterminate sentence. This meant that Susex police was the lead agency for managing him under The Multi-Agency Public Protection Arrangements (MAPPA) as a registered sex offender.

This is yet another example where Multi-Agency approaches DO NOT WORK.

We have argued this for the last 12 years.

There needs to be one single agency in charge with one nominated person being fully responsible and accountable for all decisions and actions.

Killer Driver Jailed.

Marcus Gibson drove uninsured and without a licence at excessive speed trying to escape a police chase.

Gibson crashed into a wall and flipped over killing his passenger.

Gibson was charged with causing death by dangerous driving yet received ONLY 4 YEARS jail.

This means he will be free in just 2 years to kill again.

This is NOT JUSTICE.  14 years is the penalty for causing death by dangerous driving.

A 60 Year Old Karate Kicked A Mugger To The Ground.

Neil Gevisser, a 60 year old leapt into action when he saw a heavily built thug rob a young mother as she waited for her child.

The robber smashed the woman’s car window,  snatched her handbag and ran off to his moped which he had left running.

Neil took immediate action by running after the thug and took a flying karate kick at the moped, throwing it around and causing the rider to fall to the ground.

The robber then went for Neil who stood his ground and kicked the thug in the stomach with a “Karate roundhouse” and again in the shins.

The thug then ran off limping,
