Think About Criminal’s Human Rights.
The Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) Keir Starmer QC has instructed Crown prosecutors to consider the Human Rights of criminals before they try to bring them to book.
Starmer’s move puts the Human Rights Act at the centre of the criminal justice system since Labour passed it into law 11 years ago.
This means that in future, criminals will escape being brought to trial if prosecutors think evidence against them was gathered in breach of their human rights.
This also means that the rights of the victims will be ignored.
So much for Jack Straw’s idea of justice when the rights of criminals are put before those of their victims.
Have - Go Hero Cheats Death.
Fearless Derek Armiger age 65 narrowly cheated death as he confronted an hooded 20 year old man armed with an illegal handgun trying to rob a shop.
The armed thug aimed his gun at Derek opening fire before Derek leapt on him and put him in a headlock and wrestled him to the floor forcing the thug to drop his weapon.
Derek held the robber down while the shopkeeper called the police.
The robber was sentenced to 12 months suspended for 2 years.
The sentence should have been 5 years.
Well done Derek. You put to shame those CPOs and paramedics who failed to help children and adults who drowned in 6 inches of water. See our previous reports.
Thug Stamped On And Killed Puppy.
A £5,000 reward has been offered for the capture of a young thug who stamped on and killed a young puppy belonging to 15 year old April Alderton of St Neots, Cambridgeshire.
Thugs who are cruel to animals grow up to be cruel to human beings.
It is the duty of parents to teach their children kindness to animals.
Criminals Free To Rape And Murder.
Over 50 freed criminals supposedly under strict supervision committed serious offences last year including rape and murder.
These figures demonstrate the lack of ability by the police and probation services to protect members of the public.
Snooper’s Charter.
The 2011 census will ask for the name, sex, date of birth of all overnight visitors.
It will ask householders how many bedrooms in their home, how well respondents can speak English, what kind of central heating they have, if they have a second home.
People will also be asked to define their nationality, if they are married or in a civil partnership and numerous other personal details.
The cost to the taxpayers is expected to be £270 Million.
Failure to respond will be a criminal offence with a £1,000 fine.
UK Taxpayers Pay £24 Million.
British taxpayers are funding child benefit payments for more than 50,000 children of migrant workers even though they remain in their own country.

Quangos Cost Taxpayers £90 Billion.
The latest cost of unelected non accountable quangos has risen by £13 Billion since 2006/7.
The cost now stands at £90 Billion the equivalent to £3,640 for each household.
They employ 733,000 staff.
Quangos:
Are expensive.
Lack accountability.
Unelected.
Pervasive.
Encourage cronyism.
Operate duplication of functions.
David Cameron promised to abolish most quangos. We shall see if he keeps his promise. Any bets?
Blair At It Again.
Tony Blair, who was made Middle East Envoy by George Bush as his reward for licking his boots and sending British troops to their deaths in Iraq and Afghanistan, is using his new found power to negotiate a deal that would help Tesco Supermarket chain to open new markets in the Middle East.
Blair’s reported fee, for this work on the side, is £1 Million.
Darling Admits The Truth At Last.
Chancellor Alistair Darling has admitted the truth at long last.
Taxes, that will be imposed tomorrow on travellers who fly using airline carriers, have NOTHING to do with the environment but instead they are a means to bail out the banks.
This statement gives the lie to this Government’s claim that all taxes imposed under the guise of preventing global warming are nothing more than a method of raising taxes generally.
We have always thought that global warming is a natural cycle of events.
Yes we agree with clean air, rivers and stopping ground pollution is essential for the human population and wildlife. The opposite of these does NOT create global warming in themselves.

Asda Store Refused To Serve H4H Wristband Wearer.
An Asian check-out worker, at the Asda store in Rochdale, refused to serve Beth Hoyle because she wore an H4H (Help For Heroes) wristband.
H4H is intended to make us all aware of our troops serving in Iraq and Afghanistan and to raise money for those who have been wounded serving their country.
The Asda store manager backed the Asian check-out worker saying “He is entitled to his views”.
We are entitled, by the same argument to ask if that Asian check-out worker has Muslim/Taliban sympathies.
What would happen if a white check-out worker refused a Muslim woman covered from head to toe and wearing a burka for fear that she was a terrorist or carrying a weapon?
The police would have charged the white worker with aggravated hate crimes.
Was the store manager himself an Asian?
Gordon Brown The Hypocrite.
Gordon Brown and Defence Secretary Bob Ainsworth paid tribute to WW2 veterans during which Brown said that British troops in Afghanistan need support as well.
Brown is a hypocrite. As Chancellor he was responsible for £MULTI-MILLION cuts to our Armed Forces, thus depriving them of much needed equipment, and in so doing caused the death of hundreds of British troops and the severe wounding of thousands more.
British Hero Predicted His Own Death.
Lt Col Rupert Thorneloe told his superiors troops would die as they were forced to make dangerous trips by road.
Col Thorneloe warned a shortage of helicopters in Afghanistan would cost lives. A month later Col Thorneloe was killed by a roadside bomb.
In a leaked report dated June 5 Col Thorneloe stated that “Chopper operations are not fit for purpose”. He went on to write “We cannot not move soldiers, so this month we have conducted a great deal of movement by road. This increases the IED threat and our exposure to it”.
Two weeks later Gordon Brown lied when he said “It’s completely wrong to say the loss of lives has been caused by the absence of helicopters”.
A leaked memo by an MOD official to Tory MP Adam Holloway states that the situation has not changed and that troop movements by road continue despite the increase in the number of IEDs.
Gordon Brown’s Negligence Kills More Soldiers.
Gordon Brown continues to allow our soldiers to die in Afghanistan.
The latest is Col Thorneloe killed by a roadside bomb.
Had our troops enough helicopters, Col Thorneloe would NOT have been killed.
The total death toll of British troops killed in Afghanistan now stands at 224.

Greedy Revolting MPs.
Greedy MPs are revolting against Sir Christopher Kelly’s report which states that MPs should not be allowed claims for mortgage expenses for second homes, food, gardening, cleaning, travel and the employment of family members, all at taxpayer’s expense.
Gordon Brown promised to implement all the new proposals.
There have been howls of anguish at these proposals.
MPs are now DEMANDING a £40,000 salary increase to compensate them for loss of expenses. This proposed increase would take their salary to £105,000 per year for approximately 30 weeks work.
The new Euro State led by Germany and France, following the signing of the Lisbon Treaty by all countries, will effectively emasculate the UK, taking away most legislative powers and allowing the EU to pass laws that will impact on each and ever one of us.
This being so, there is now an excellent case to reduce the number of MPs by at least 40%.
Works and Pensions Secretary Cannot Afford Cleaner.
Helen Goodman, the Works and Pensions Secretary whose salary is £96,000 per year has claimed that the ban on claiming “cleaning costs” on expenses will mean that women MPs can no longer afford a cleaner.
Why cannot MPs clean their own homes like the rest of the population, or pay out of their salaries to hire cleaners?
Is Cameron A hypocrite?
1) Pathetic hug-a-hoodie u-turn David Cameron has been branded a hypocrite for FAILING to keep his promise about a referendum on the Lisbon Treaty.
Shadow Foreign Secretary, William Hague has been tarred with the same brush.
Cameron gave a caste-iron guarantee that a referendum would be held if the Conservatives win the next election.
Cameron must carry out his promise as a matter of principle, honour and trust. He is showing a marked indifference to allowing people to express their views.
Failure to hold a referendum makes Conservative policy utterly unconvincing.
A recent poll shows that a massive 76% of the population no longer trusts Cameron.
2) Cameron promised that every Conservative MP ordered to refund taxpayer’s money received from expense claims as directed by the Commons Auditor. Sir Thomas Legg.
Now Cameron is saying that Bernard Jenkins, former Tory Deputy Chairman, who has been ordered by Sir Thomas to repay £63,000 needs support.
Jenkins rented his sister-in-law’s house which is next door to his wife’s house. Jenkins is objecting to having to repay the £63,000. David Cameron has stated that Jenkins needs support.

Drunken Yob Faces Jail.
Drunken yob, Philip Laing age 19 faces jail for desecration of a POPPY LINED WAR MEMORIAL as he urinated on it.
Killer Driver Gets 6 Years.
Ben Gemmell age 18 ploughed into a crowd of 30 teenagers at 47 MPH while “Showing off” in his Citroen car.
Gemmell had just passed his driving test and was showing off by deliberately swerving towards the group to frighten them.
Gemmell lost control of his vehicle and ploughed into the group killing innocent Eleanor McGrath age 14 years and injuring 13 other youngsters, one of whom, Jack Horton age 16 is still in a coma.
Gemmell was given only 6 years jail.
This is NOT justice. Gemmell should have received the maximum of 14 Years.
Jack Straw our so called Justice Secretary must start living in the real world and realise that killing while driving is a serious matter.
So often the courts pass lenient sentences. We believe that dangerous driving resulting in the death of a person should attract the maximum jail term of 14 years.
5 British Soldiers Murdered By Taliban Police Officer.
An Afghanistan police officer with links to the Taliban has murdered 5 British soldiers.
Gordon Brown has stated that part of the Afghan mission is to help Afghanistan train it’s own army and police force which in his (Brown’s) view will bring peace to that country.
The 5 murdered British troops were doing just that when they were fired upon by the very people they were trying to help.
British troops gave their lives to Brown’s idea of a “Fair and open election” in Afghanistan.
The result of the election is that the same corrupt rulers remain in power because of fraud and the refusal of opposition groups to stand in run-off elections.
A recent poll shows that 89% of the British people want our troops to be withdrawn from Afghanistan.
The total number of British troops killed in Afghanistan has now reached 229.

Teenager Raped 5 Year Old Boy.
A 16 year old teenage rapist who was freed by Judge Adrian Smith for raping a 7 year old boy, only to strike again within days of his release.
Just 8 DAYS after Judge Smith placed the young rapist on a three year community order, he lured a 5 year old boy from in front of his home and raped him at a nearby house.
Judge Peter Lakin gave the rapist an indefinite jail term with a minimum of 3 years and four months saying “No-one can say when it will be safe for you to be released.
The Attorney General Baroness Scotland is to investigate the original sentence handed down by Judge Smith.
In our opinion Smith should be removed from the Bench and NEVER be allowed to judge child sex offences again.
Mother Blinded By Drunken Yob.
Innocent victim, Julie Hobson was blinded by a drunken yob after she asked her attacker to stop swearing in front of her daughter.
The yob, 20 year old Thomas Wilkinson launched a sickening attack on Julie, punching her repeatedly in her head.
Julie needed surgery to remove her left eye.
Judge Michael Heath sentenced Wilkinson to 6 years in a young offenders’ institution.
This sentence is NOT justice. Wilkinson should have received a minimum of 15 years.
More Than 100 Rapists Let Off With A Caution.
More than 100 rapists have been let off with a police caution, including 66 incidents of child rape.
This is yet another example of Gordon Brown’s Labour Government’s SOFT ON CRIME policy.
The crime of rape carries a maximum sentence of life in jail.
Why then are police forces handing out cautions to rapists?
Last year 39,000 people were cautioned for causing actual bodily harm.
739 were cautioned for causing grievous bodily harm.
More than 5000,000 offenders have been given repeat cautions since 2000 and between 2000 and 2008 some 2.2 Million cautions have been given for crimes, including burglary and assault.
500,000 penalty notices for disorder, handed out for drunkenness, shoplifting and minor offences. 50% of these criminals did NOT pay the fixed penalty.
Penalty notices are now being used for burglary and robbery.
This is seen as Jack Straw’s method of reducing the prison population.
What is wrong with jailing these criminals and bringing back flogging?
Criminals are being treated with kid gloves while the victims of crime are ignored.
It is NOT justice to give criminals a slap on the wrist.
Migrant Worker Fined £20 For Sex Assault.
Perverted migrant worker, Rulanas Kochanauskas age 31 years pounced on a 13 year girl and sexually assaulted her by groping her breasts.
Ludlow Magistrates fined Kochanauskas just £20.
This sentence is NOT justice. This pervert should have been jailed for 5 years.
Compare this sentence, a £20 fine for sexual assault to a parking fine of £50.
Killers Jailed For Life.
Two killers, David Philip age 20 and Jake Sheehan age 20 were each jailed for life for the murder of Grandmother Pauline Adams and 15 year old Shannen Vickers by Judge Richard Hawkins at the Old Bailey.
The two killers set fire to the flat in which they were both asleep.
Jack Straw’s Secret Courts.
The secretive Court of Protection which controls the finances of some of Britain’s most vulnerable people is taking an average of 4 MONTHS to release people’s cash, while at the same time charging £400 to apply for it.
This secretive Court has attracted 4,000 complaints from the public in the past two years.
Mother Who Told Her Son Off Trailed By Police.
A mother who told her son off in a supermarket was secretly followed by an off duty policeman and interrogated by fellow officers who reported her to Southampton Social Services.
This woman has been treated like a criminal by Southampton Social Services, who informed her that a record of her “Telling-off” of her child would be kept on record.
Police Farce.
British police officers are to be issued with a 93 page two part instruction manual on “How to ride a bicycle”.
This is an absurd waste of police time and thousands of pounds of public money.
Former MEP Jailed.
Former MEP Tom Wise has been jailed for 2 years for expenses fraud.
Wise channeled £39,000 into a private bank account and spent the money on cars and wine.
Wise is the first MP to be jailed for expenses fraud. Will he be the last?

It has at long last been admitted that tens of thousands of children are being turned away from local schools because classrooms are full to bursting point with immigrant children.
Buggy Manufacturer Ignores Warning.
Maclaren, the child buggy manufacturer ignored warnings that its hinge mechanism can slice off children’s fingers.
In the USA these buggies have been recalled but not in the UK.
There are likely to be $multi-million legal cases against Maclaren.
Gordon Brown Shows His Contempt Again.
Gordon Brown has again shown his contempt for the British Armed Forces and their families.
CASE 1. Brown sent a letter of condolence to the mother of war hero James Janes who was killed in Afghanistan.
The letter had 25 spelling mistakes including not spelling the surname correctly.
We all know that Brown is blind in one eye and has poor sight in the other, but that is NO EXCUSE not to have his letter checked by an underling.
However we do not believe that Brown deliberately set out to hurt the family of James, but that he was indifferent as to how anyone could read his poor handwriting.
CASE 2. Brown was the only person laying a wreath at the Cenotaph to refuse to bow his head.
All other Military and Representatives bowed their heads as a mark of respect. BUT NOT GORDON BROWN.
Brown has finally shown his true colours, that he does not care about our Armed Forces, but is quick enough to send them to their deaths.

Killer Driver Gets 12 Years For Two Deaths.
Drunken car thief Daniel Witter killed two mothers when he drove at 80 MPH on the wrong side of the road.
Witter was 3 times the limit when he ploughed into his victim’s car killing both women.
Judge Jonathan Durham Hall at Bradford Crown Court sentenced Witter to 12 years jail for causing deaths by dangerous driving. That is 6 years for each killing.
The maximum penalty is 14 years for this offence.
Judge Hall should have given Witter 14 years for each death to run consecutively making a total of 28 years.
Justice has NOT been served.
Jail Bosses Bow To Abu Hamza.
Belmarsh jail bosses have given into hate preacher Abu Hamza’s demand that the water taps in his cell be changed even though he has been using the old ones for the last 5 years.
The cost of new taps was £650.
To date this evil Muslim Extremist has cost the taxpayers £2.75 Million with a further £250,000 to be spent on his fight against deportation to the USA.
This evil person should have been deported years ago.
Illegal Gun Crime Rises A further 18%.
There has been a further 18% increase in gun crime using illegal firearms.
Remember Tony Blair’s promise in 1997, after all legally held handguns were outlawed. “All handguns have been taken off the streets”.
Tell that to the gun wielding criminals and their victims.
Londoners who are victims of gun crime are no longer talking to the police. Instead these victims are now taking the law into their own hands and exacting revenge.
Britain’s Prison Holiday Camps.
Britain’s prisons have been turned into holiday camps.
Breakfast in bed, satellite TV, homeopathy treatments, Britain’s Got Talent style stage shows, fitted health centers, fitted gymnasiums, sports and sports coaching, full range of education and other personal leisure activities including computer games.
Now we learn that murderers, sex attackers and burglars are being allowed to spend their “custodial” sentences in the comfort of their own homes.
Ministers claim that the 4 day release every month is to prepare convicts for their final release.
NO. The Government refused to build more jails and has produced ruse upon ruse to keep recidivist offenders out of jail.
Pretending it is all about rehabilitation is an insult to the British Public.
Criminals should be sent to jail as a punishment not as a reward to be enjoyed in a holiday camp.
Bank Rip-Off.
The high street banks are ripping off everyone who has a personal loan or overdraft.
The Bank of England interest rate stands at 0.5%.
The high street banks are charging an average 13.5% interest.
The highest rate is Lloyds TSB who charge 23.9%.
This is an area that Gordon Brown should concentrate on.
Should People On Strike Receive State Benefits?
We believe that workers who belong to a trade union, which in turn holds the country to ransom, should not be eligible to any state benefits.
These workers withdraw their labour freely and willingly from their employer and should not expect the taxpayers to subsidize them.
We are thinking of workers in the Post office, Rail companies, Bus companies, Airlines and Airports.
MOD Civil Servants Received £300 Million Bonuses.
MOD’s civil servants have pocketed £300 MILLION in bonuses since 2001 while British troops on the front line in Afghanistan have died or been severely wounded because of a lack of equipment.
This year these same civil servants, safely based in the UK working in luxury offices, are expected to pocket a further £53 MILLION.
Some MOD mandarins collected £17,000 each which is more than the pay of a British soldier on the front line in Afghanistan.
Many more senior officials received £8,000 each.
Why are bonuses given to these civil servants who face no more danger than stabbing themselves with a pencil or falling off their luxury office chairs?
The MOD is a non-profit organisation funded by the taxpayers, therefore bonuses are NOT justified.
How many Chinook helicopters, effective armoured vehicles, sets of body armour, quality night vision goggles and sound communication radios could be purchased for the £353 Million paid to safe civil servants who work in comfort?
Brown’s Hands Get Bloodier.
Sadly another British soldier has been killed in Afghanistan.
This latest death brings the total number of British troops killed fighting in Afghanistan to 234.

Iraq War Inquiry Political Cover-Up Begins.
It has emerged that Gordon Brown will NOT be called to give evidence to Sir John Chilcot’s committee into the Iraq war so as to avoid embarrassing testimony before the General Election.
This is another Labour travesty of justice.
Witnesses will NOT have to swear to tell the truth. This lets Tony Blair off the hook. Blair deceive Parliament and the Nation by taking the UK into war based on lies and without clear objectives, clear strategy, clear plans for post war outcomes and sending British troops to war with only 5 bullets per soldier and poor equipment.
The investigation will have NO judicial standing, so no sanctions against those who lie, again letting Blair off the hook.
The five strong committee will not allow barristers to cross-examine those who do not tell the truth. Again Blair is off the hook.
Police Arrest Innocent People To Build DNA Database.
British police continue to arrest innocent citizens in order to obtain as many DNA samples as possible to add to the National Police Database.
Big Brother has now arrived. We are all suspects in the eyes of this Government and it’s Stasi Police Forces.
Jack Straw our so called “Justice Secretary” is planning to charge innocent victims of police arrests £200 to have their DNA removed from the Database.
A lot of innocent people will not be able to afford £200 and in any case the police will lie when they state the DNA has been removed.
Another Lurch Towards “Secret” Justice.
Britain took another lurch towards SECRET justice. Mr Justice Silber ruled that the State can withhold evidence from people charged in civil cases.
Claimants will be left unaware of evidence the Police, Government or Security Services are using to blacken their names as they contest a claim for damages.
The next step is to apply this ruling to all criminal trials.
Leading British Scientists Manipulate Climate Data.
Leaks have revealed that leading British Climate Change Scientists have manipulated data to make the case for “Man made global warming”.
The leaks come from 1,000 emails originating from researchers at the University of East Anglia’s Climate Research Unit.
We have always argued that climate change is naturally cyclical and is not influenced by man’s activities.
The British public is being ripped-off by this Government by high taxes under the guise of combating “Global warming”.
Killer Lorry Driver - Another Lenient Sentence.
Killer lorry driver Jonnie Reynolds was sentenced to just 3 years jail for ploughing into two cars on the A14 and killing both drivers.
Reynolds lives in the area where his killings took place, so he knew very well what the typical road conditions are like.
Reynolds who is a “professional” lorry driver left a 30 FOOT gap between his lorry and the cars in front of him.
Judge Gareth Hawkesworth sentenced Reynolds to 3 years jail for each death to run concurrently.
Reynolds will be free in two years while the families of Reynold’s innocent victims will serve a life-time sentence.
Why was the sentence concurrent?
The maximum sentence for causing death by dangerous driving is 14 years.
Why was Reynolds not sentenced to 14 years for each death to run consecutively, making a total of 28 years?
JUSTICE HAS NOT BEEN DONE IN THIS CASE.
Muslim Who Threatened Death Spared Jail.
Muslim, Aurang Zeb threatened to kill his wife and cut out her tongue, after she blocked an arranged marriage, has been spared jail.
Would a white British man have received the same treatment had he made the same threats? We doubt it.
Another British Soldier Killed In Afghanistan.
Rifleman Andrew Fentiman was shot dead in Afghanistan.
Two weeks earlier Andrew told friends that troops were STILL WAITING for promised new body armour and helmets.
Two other British soldiers were killed because there is a shortage of mine detecting equipment.
The Government has announced that 30 Chinook helicopters are now on order. This is despite the MOD releasing helicopters for 140 days to the BBC’s TOP GEAR programme for stunts to be enacted.
