MPs Pay Back Expenses.
Hundreds of MPs have started paying back their immoral claims for expenses.
However David Cameron has so far avoided sacking his front team, Francis Maude, Michael Grove, Chris Grayling, George Osborne, Alan Duncan, Ed Vaizey, Eleanor Laing and Andrew Lansley who were all involved in excessive claims.
Cameron’s inner circle has been protected.
To quote a local newspaper, Andrew Lansley is reported to have said,
“I along with other members of the party, did voluntarily pay money back, not as an admission of wrongdoing, but to recognise that the public felt the expenses system was over generous”.
This statement strikes us as hypocritical. If Lansley and his fellow MPs recognise the system as being over generous, then they should never have claimed such vast amounts in the first place.
It was only the Daily Telegraph’s expose that revealed the corrupt greed of hundreds of our MPs.
Cameron To End Labour’s Big Brother State.
David Cameron said that he would end Gordon Brown’s Big Brother State by attacking ID cards, stop and search, creeping extensions to the national DNA database and the erosion of the right to trial by jury.
It is notable that Cameron has NOT said what he would do about these erosion of civil liberties should he become the next Prime Minister.
Disgraced Speaker To Receive Peerage.
Michael Martin is to be rewarded for failure by being offered a peerage in a closed door award ceremony.
Gordon Brown was told that this award was NOT suitable because it will be seen as a reward for failure and sleaze. Brown ignored this advice.
Now Martin will continue to make exhorbitant expense claims paid for by the taxpayers.
Huge Rise In School Sex Attacks.
There has been a huge 60% rise in classroom sex attacks.
900 rapes or serious sex attacks have taken place over the last two years.
The reasons have been blamed in the rise of Britain’s “Gang culture”.
Change In The Law Is Required.
The two evil killers brutally killed innocent Frank McGarahan were jailed.
Frank went to the aid of a homeless man who was being attacked and was then viciously attacked himself by Ben and Tom Cowles, receiving serious head injuries from which he later died.
The two brothers were found guilty of manslaughter and sentenced to 7.5 and 7 years respectively.
This case was bordering on a murder charge but reduced to manslaughter.

Life Terms For Horrific Murders.
Innocent Simon Everitt was tied up, petrol poured down his throat and over his body then set alight to die in agony.
All three killers were given life but were told by Mr Justice Calvert-Smith at Norwich Crown Court that:
Jonathan Clarke must serve 27 years before being considered for parole.
Jimi-Lee Stewart 22 years.
Maria Chandler 17 years.
These three vicious killers should spend the rest of their lives in jail and NOT be paroled.
More Lenient Sentences.
Innocent teenage, Joe Dymond-Williams died after he was punched to the ground and then kicked to death by two other teenagers.
Mr Justice Foskett sentenced Jack Sanderson-Hunt to 3.5 years in a young offenders’ institute and gave Thomas Swift a life sentence with an order that he must serve a minimum of 9 years.
This was a vicious drunken killing of an innocent young man.
The penalties should have been a minimum of 15 years actual jail time.
Lenient Sentences Continue.
1) A doctor, Nik Mann violently attacked innocent victim, Stephen Mason by beating him, stamping on his head and kicking him in the head so badly that Stephen suffered brain damage.
Doctor Nik Mann’s punishment was 200 hours community service.
He should have been jailed for a minimum of 5 years, the maximum allowed.
2) Policewoman Gemma Maggs was scarred for life after drunken thug Ryan Thomas punched her in the face leaving her badly beaten up.
Ryan’s punishment was an 18 WEEK jail term, suspended for a year.
3) Matthew Adams out on bail attacked an innocent student, cracking his skull which formed a blood clot on his brain, leaving him with deafness and a form of brain-related diabetes.
Adams’ punishment was 4 months jail, BUT he will be free in 2 months.
Killer Driver’s Sentence Reduced.
Drugged up killer driver Helen Nunn who killed innocent Donald McCallum has had her 6 year jail term reduced to 4 years by Mrs Justice Gloster at an appeal court.
This is NOT justice.
Conviction Of Traveller Family Reduced Crime Levels.
The conviction of the Johnson traveller family in Gloucestershire has reduced the county’s crime levels to a 20 year low.
Richard Johnson and Daniel O’Loughlin were jailed for 11 years.
Michael Nicholls was given 10 years.
Albi Johnson was given 9 years.
We have always stated that the Gypsy/Traveller community are responsible for high crime rates, stealing being their speciality.
It is good to read that these thieves have not been able to hide behind the human rights laws.
Iraq War Inquiry.
Following pressure from us at www.victimsagainstcrime.com and the media Gordon Brown has performed a remarkable U-TURN.
The inquiry into the Iraq war will now be held in public. No doubt certain elements will be held in secret under the guise of “national security”, but at least people like Tony Blair and Gordon Brown can be called to give evidence.
It is notable that Blair demanded privacy on Iraq. Maybe now the truth will come out. BUT don’t hold your breath.
Army Report Blames Blair And Brown Over Iraq.
A secret report by Army bosses to be presented to the Iraq war inquiry blames Blair and Brown.
Brown, when Chancellor is blamed for withholding funds to support British troops on the front line.
Blair is blamed for uncritically accepting flawed US plans for the invasion, which led to thousands of deaths including 179 British troops and the maiming of hundreds more British troops.
Let us hope the full report will be in the public domain and not hidden away.
Paras Without Aircraft.
The RAF is running out of Hercules, C 130 aircraft because of the strain in Iraq.
The C 130 is ideal for Paratroopers to jump from into enemy held territory but because of the lack of aircraft troops must travel overland in outdated ground transport.
The lack of aircraft also means that Paras who have passed their training period must use hired civilian aircraft.
Many Paras have had their specialist pay, £1825, reduced because they have been prevented from “jumping” the required number of times per year.
Military Families To Receive Medal.
The families of British troops killed on the front line and in terrorist attacks since WW2 are to be recognised.
A new medal, “The Elizabeth Cross”, has been designed and will be awarded to 8000 British troops who made the supreme sacrifice having given their lives for their country.

Jail Warder Left Gate Unlocked.
A warder at Shepton Mallet jail left a prison gate unlocked which would have let prisoners escape.
This is the 4th offence by the same warder but all he received was a written warning, nothing more than a slap on the wrist.
The warder should have been sacked on the spot.
There has been a string of break-outs from this jail which holds 186 life prisoners.
1,000 Prisoners At Large.
Nearly 1,000 criminals including murderers, rapists and paedophiles are free to roam our streets after failing to return to prison.
The police refuse to name these criminals for fear that it may infringe their human rights.
The police are here to protect members of the public and MUST release details of all these criminals.
Teenage Babysitter Killed Toddler.
Karl McCluney inflicted more than 68 injuries on 2 year old toddler Demi Leigh Mahon by beating her to death because she would not stop crying.
Mr Justice Nigel Sweeny at Manchester Crown Court told McCluney that he could expect a life sentenced.
30 Years Jail For Knife Killers.
The Justice Secretary, Jack Straw has stated that knife killers are to face a minimum jail term of 30 years after demands from Ben Kinsella’s parents.
Ben was knifed to death by three evil black killers, Jade Braithwaite, Michael Alleyne and Juress Kika who each received 19 years under present laws.
If Straw actually introduces this change in the law, it will be the first good thing he has done.
Cambridge Crime Scene.
1) Street thieves as young as 12 years old have been terrorising people using public parks.
Teenage gangs trawl the city’s green spaces looking for victims.
There must be zero tolerance, with these young yobs hauled before the courts and jail terms handed down.
The parents of these young thugs MUST also be held accountable for their children’s actions.
2) Young people have been wrecking the city’s playground equipment at a cost to the taxpayers of some £27,000.
Again zero tolerance is required and parents being held accountable.
Police Let Us Down.
A recent poll revealed that 75% of the population believe that the police FAIL to get to grips with anti-social behaviour including drug use, drunkeness and criminal damage.
The poll suggested that the police do not listen to people and FAIL to take action.
When complaints are put to local councils, people feel that those in local authorities are arrogant and incompetent and provide little support for high council taxes.
Dinner Lady Suspended For Telling The Truth.
Carol Hill, a school dinner lady at Great Tey Primary School, near Colchester in Essex was suspended for telling the truth about bullying at the school.
Carol dragged 4 boys away from little Chloe David after discovering that they had tied her to a fence and were whipping her with a skipping rope.
Carol told Chloe’s parents what actually happened after the school sent them a letter to say their child had been hurt. Great Tey Primary School deliberately witheld the true extent of the assault.
Questions:
1) Why did the school Headmistress, Debbie Crabb cover up the assault?
2) Why has the local Education Authority not taken action?
3) Why has Crabb not been sacked?
4) Why was there no playground supervision?
Carol Hill should be applauded for revealing the truth instead of being suspended.
Parents of the school children should ban together and insist that Carol be reinstated and that Crabb be sacked.
School Bans.
1) St Peter’s CE School has banned 8 year old Lauren Grimshaw-Brown from wearing a small crucifix under her dress.
The same school allows Sikh pupils to wear bangles.
The Chair of Governors, Father Atherton upheld the ban.
Why? These are double standards. One rule for minority non-Christians and one rule Christians.
2) The RA Butler school in Saffron Walden, Essex has banned pupils from bringing sun cream into school for fear that other children are allergic.
This is “Elf & Safety” gone mad.
Doncaster Social Workers Failings.
Social workers in Doncaster FAILED to intervene before evil James Howson assaulted his 16 MONTH daughter Amy.
Howson punched Amy on numerous occasions leaving her with fractures to her arms, legs and ribs before snapping her spine.
Social workers were aware that Amy was at significant risk yet FAILED to take action.
There have been a total of 8 child deaths where Doncaster’s social services took no action.
Howson was jailed for a minimum of 22 years jail.
Brighton Council Halts Homosexual Adoption.
Brighton council has halted it’s plans to place a 10 year old Catholic boy in the care of homosexual foster parents.
Following pressure from both us at www.victimsagainstcrime.com and the media, a wrong has been put right.
Fostering with homosexual parents is NOT in the best interests of a child.
Credit Card Cheques To Be Stopped.
The practice of credit card companies sending blank cheques to their clients is to be stopped.
We have argued that these card companies make it far too easy for people to get into further debt.
The Government now MUST put a cap on the interest charged.

Capital One Visa are issuing cards with 34.9% interest.
Vanquis Visa are issuing cards with 39.9% interest.
NHS Failures.
1) 11 people are seriously harmed during NHS surgery EVERY DAY. The number of major errors has risen by 28% with more than 4,000 hurt last year.
2) Black nurse, Memory Musekiwa shouted abuse at an elderly female patient who had wet herself, stripped her nightdress off, pushed her onto a commode in full view of other patients and left her crying. Musekiwa then refused to wash the lady or help her in any other way. The offence took place at Worcester Royal Hospital.
2) Betty Dunn was admitted to Tameside Hospital, in Ashton-under-Lyne near Manchester with a routine stomach problem but died 6 weeks later after a string of medical errors.
Betty was given medication containing penicillin despite warnings that she was allergic to it.
She was forced to sleep on a bare mattress, made to wait 40 minutes for a bedpan, treated by staff who could barely speak English and made to eat food substitute against medical advice.
Betty later died after contracting C-diff.
3) Addenbrooke’s hospital in Cambridge lost 741 patient records for a total of 5 days. Addenbrooke’s staff routinely download data from the NHS database on to unaudited and non-NHS-owned memory sticks. This is a matter of great concern and should be stopped.
Britain Has 85 Sharia Courts.
The revelation that at least 85 Sharia courts operate in Britain challenges the overriding principle of British justice, that everyone regardless of sex, race, religion, or political belief is equal under the law.
Sharia law does not conform to British principles.
Muslim women in divorce cases have negligible property rights and custody of children would go to the man.
A Muslim marrying a non-Muslim is deprived of family inheritance.
This is a two-tier system of justice.

Gordon Brown-Political Coward-Betrayer Of British Troops.
Gordon Brown has betrayed British troops in both Iraq and Afghanistan by his refusal to provide enough money to equip our soldiers in the best way possible.
Brown said that troops will have enough helicopters within the next decade i.e the next 10 years. British troops need them NOW.
262 new troop carriers, at a cost of £150 Million are to be purchased to replace the controversial “snatch land rovers” in order to protect our troops. These same troop carriers have already been rejected by the US military as being unsafe and FAILING “survivability” tests.
The new British carrier, Navistar MXT-MVA (Husky) has a flat hull that cannot deflect bomb forces which will result in 1 in 10 more troops being killed.
The new US carrier, Oshkosh M-ATV has a V-shaped hull which DOES deflect bomb blast forces away from the cab, thus making the vehicles far safer.
In the meanwhile Gordon Brown makes sure that he is safe when travelling by using a fully bomb proof and bullet proof car.
The former head of our Armed Forces, Lord Guthrie has accused Brown of endangering the lives of British troops by starving the Military of funds, spending the minimum that he (Brown) can get away with.
Lord Guthrie said that the shortage of helicopters has led to an increasing number of British troops being killed by roadside bombs.
The MOD, which is staffed by more civilians than soldiers wants to reduce the Army strength by 3 Battalions.
The value that Brown places on our Military is demonstrated by having the new Defence Secretary, Bob Ainsworth being ranked 21st out of 23 Ministers when under normal leadership this position is ranked 5th or 6th in the hierarchy of Ministers.
Brown said on the British Forces Network that Afghanistan is a MUST to prevent Al-Queada controlling the area and spreading to Pakistan with an increase in terrorism. This statement is NOT true. We all know that the 9/11 terrorist attack in the USA originated in Saudi Arabia. We also know that the vast majority of terrorists operating in the UK originate from Pakistan.
There is no evidence that subsequent bombings in Madrid or London originated in Afghanistan.
Brown needs to tell our troops and the British public the real reason why our soldiers are fighting in Afghanistan.
Remember the former Defence Secretary John Reid who said that not a shot would be fired when he sent troops into Afghanistan?
Brown continues to undermine our Military by cutting £ Billions from the Defence budget.
Dr David Kelly - Murder Or Suicide?
The Hutton inquiry commissioned by former Prime Minister Tony Blair into the death of government scientist, concluded that Dr David Kelly committed suicide, even though no inquest was held.
Now a group of doctors claim that “The bleeding from Dr Kelly’s ulnar artery is highly unlikely to have been so voluminous and rapid that it was the cause of death”.
There are unanswered questions about Dr Kelly’s death. Only a full inquest including the autopsy reports will reveal the true nature of his death. There is a strong suspicion that Dr Kelly was assassinated by members of Britain’s secret services to prevent Dr Kelly revealing the truth about the Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) supposedly held by Saddam Hussein in Iraq.
Gary McKinnon.
Gary McKinnon, who suffers from Asperger’s, a form of autism was searching for Aliens and hacked into the USA military computer systems.
Gary is due to be extradited to the USA where he faces 70 years in a top security jail.
The Home Secretary, Alan Johnson refuses to exercise the power invested in him to refuse the American’s request for extradition claiming “I am powerless, it is up to the Director of Public Prosecutions”.
Gary is not a terrorist, he is not spying for a foreign power like North Korea or Muslim terrorist organisations.
Joseph Gutheinz, a NASA front line investigator with expertise in computer hacking said “The USA should call off it’s witch hunt against Gary McKinnon and that it is wrong to classify the Asperger sufferer as a cyber terrorist”.
He went on to say “Gary did the US a favour by exposing the gaping holes in it’s security systems”.
If Gary is extradited and sent to a maximum security American jail, he will be confined with murderers and rapists of the worst kind. Gary will be the “White meat” for all the black inmates who will pass him around, raping him and making him carry out unspeakable sexual acts to satisfy their own lust.
American jails are notorious for their brutality towards the inmates often with the guards consent.
NO Gary MUST NOT be extradited. Johnson must not hide behind the excuse that he is powerless.
Johnson must tell the Americans NO, NO, NO.
Teenage Rapist Rapes Again After Judge Frees Him.
A 16 year old rapist who was allowed to walk free from court with a community sentence carried out another rape just 8 DAYS after being freed.
Why was this rapist given such a lenient sentence?
The maximum sentence for rape is life, whatever the age of the perpetrator or victim.
Killer Gets Just 28 Months.
Evil killer Darren Forwood walked up behind innocent victim, Stephen Ritchie and felled him with a single punch causing death by severe whiplash brain injuries.
Judge Jeremy Roberts told Forwood “There is too much of this type of violence around. It has to be made clear people who behave in this way will receive severe sentences.
Judge Roberts handed down a very lenient, “severe”, sentence of 28 months jail due to Forwood’s guilty plea, young age and remorse, and that he was under curfew while on bail.
Roberts makes a mockery of British justice.
Blunkett’s Bobbies Invade Homes.
Blunkett’s bobbies, not the cardboard cut-outs, but Community Police Officers have invaded people’s homes in Hove Sussex.
Their excuse is that they are trying to make homeowners aware how easy it is to enter a home if doors are left unlocked or windows left open.
These PCSOs have entered through front doors and even climbed through windows often frightening elderly occupants.
Police have no right to enter any property without authorisation or without a warrant. They can only do so if a person is in danger or suspect that a crime is being committed.
This practice by the Sussex police must stop.
What would happen if a houseowner instinctively acted thinking that he/she was being attacked and hurt a PCSO. The houseowner would be hauled off to jail.
MPs Threaten To Quit.
Furious MPs have threatened to quit, in a mass revolt over the crackdown on their expenses.
We say, let them quit. Nobody is irreplaceable. We may then see some new MPs who do not lack morals and only claim the minimum to do their job.
House Of Commons On Swine Flu Alert.
We are not surprised. After all they all have their snouts in the trough of taxpayer’s money.
Police Chiefs Golden Plated Secret Perks.
Not only are MPs raking in vast sums in expenses, now senior Police Officers are receiving secret perks at taxpayer’s expense.
Sean Price, chief of Cleveland Police received a £74,000 bonus bringing his salary to £200,000 and while head of Norfolk Police got £70,000 to lure him from his previous post. He also received a £50,000 “retention package” and an honorarium of £24,000 as a bonus for cutting crime by 17%.
Price’s salary includes a £32,000 car allowance, £4,000 a year towards private school fees and £1,000 for private health care.
Ian McPherson, present Norfolk Police Chief was awarded a £70,000 bonus including stamp duty to encourage him to leave his previous post in North Yorkshire.
In addition McPherson is awarded a bonus of 15% or more than £20,000.
More British Troops Killed In Afghanistan.
Gordon Brown’s culpable and willful neglect of our troops has resulted in yet more British troops being killed in Afghanistan.
The total number killed has risen to 184, 15 of those in the last ten days and 8 in one day alone.

Spineless Gutless Cowardly Labour MPs.
Gary McKinnon was betrayed by 74 spineless, gutless and cowardly Labour MPs who previously signed a Commons motion backing Asperger’s Syndrome sufferer Gary McKinnon against extradition to the USA, decided to vote with the Government and let Gary be sent to America for trial.

Gary faces 70 years in a brutal high security American jail where he will be sexually assaulted, raped and killed by other inmates.
Extradition to the USA has always been one sided. Remember when the UK wanted IRA terrorists, who fled to the US, extradited. The US gave them a safe haven and REFUSED to help the UK.
The Home Secretary, Alan Johnson, another Labour gutless coward said that there was nothing he could do and that it was up to the Director of Public Prosecutions.
Gordon Brown, another Labour coward has washed his hands of the matter, no doubt with one eye on the IMF job when he retires, wants to stay friendly with the USA.
Brown, Jack Straw and the previous Home Secretary Jacqui Smith have always refused to either deport or extradite Muslim terrorists and hate preachers because it would breach their human rights.
Now is the time to consider Gary’s human rights.
Being allies of the USA does not mean craven subjugation to Washington.
In the meanwhile British MPs now go on 84 days, yes 12 weeks summer holidays. Labour MPs can now claim that as the House is not in session, they can do nothing for Gary.
Blairs Make £2 Million.
Another Labour coward, Tony Blair who sent British troops to war in Iraq and Afghanistan on a lie at the behest of another coward George Bush who himself evaded military service, has made £2 Million profit on the sale of one of his properties paid for in part by us the British taxpayers.
White Boy Converted To Islam By Radical Preacher.
A bewildered 11 year old white boy was filmed repeating Arabic chants and swearing allegiance to Allah while being converted to Islam by Anjem Choudary a radical Muslim hate preacher during a demonstration by Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jama’ah group in Birmingham.
What are Brown, Straw and Johnson doing to prevent such indoctrination of innocent white British children?
The answer is NOTHING.
Choudary praised Islamic demonstrators who defiled the homecoming of British troops in Luton.
Hate Filled Muslim Blogger Given His Job Back.
Hate filled Muslim Azad Ali who used his personal website to justify killing British soldiers, has been given his job back at the Treasury.
Why?
Christian Teacher Sacked.
Nicholas Kafouris, a Christian teacher, has been sacked by Bigland Green Primary school in Tower Hamlets, East London for reprimanding young Muslim pupils who made racist remarks about him being a Christian.
Nicholas claims that these Muslim pupils openly praised Islamic extremists in class and hailed 9/11 terrorists as “Heroes and martyrs”.
These Islamic pupils and their parents should be deported back to their ethnic home country. If they do not like it here, GO HOME.
Jeweller In Race Probe.
In the past 18 months jeweller Michael Plant has repeatedly been targeted by Eastern European thieves.
At first he left it to the police to do their job and track down the thieves after reporting thefts from his shop on numerous occasions, hoping they would be brought to justice. Alas the Cheshire police FAILED to do their job, no arrests were made.
Michael’s last resort was to put a notice in his window stating “Sorry, we do not serve Rumanian or East European Gypsies”.
NOW the police took action. Michael was told that his notice could result in him being charged with producing racially offensive material.
If the Cheshire police did their job correctly then Michael would not have to take such action.
Defend thieves and not an innocent jeweller is the motto of the Cheshire police.
Police Driver Killers Up By 66%.
The number of innocent people killed by drivers of police cars during high speed pursuits has RISEN by a massive 66%.
The most recent killing was innocent schoolgirl, Hayley Adamson who was killed by PC John Dougal driving at 94 MPH in a 30 MPH zone.
Douglas’ punishment was a mere 3 years in jail.
At least on this occasion the police were not above the law even though the punishment was far too lenient. 14 years would have been appropriate.
Foreign Gangs Cost Britain £40 Billion Each Year.
Organised foreign gangs are costing Britain over £40 Billion each year.
Up to 30,000 foreign criminals are involved in drugs, guns, fraud and human trafficking.
There are 4,000 gangs in operation in the UK with gang bosses earning more than £250,000 a year.
This is a direct result of this Government’s OPEN DOOR border policy.
The Migration Watch group reported that our border controls are perceived as the softest in Europe.
School Gang Rape.
A teenage girl from Swavesey school in Cambridgeshire was gang raped over a period of several hours by 6 men after her school prom night.
We understand that 3 men are aged 17 yrs and 3 are 18 yrs or older.
Cambridgeshire police have released these rapist on bail. Why?
Crime Increases.
There are 100 serious knife crimes each day.
Last year there were 38,082 knife crimes, 252 killings, 369 rapes and 16,700 robberies.
In total knife crime rose by a massive 39%.
So much for Tony Blair’s statement following the 1997 handgun ban, “The streets in Britain are now safe”.
Credit Crunch Crime Up.
Crime has risen as a direct result of the credit crunch.
Theft up by 25%, child cruelty up 20% and fraud by people making false claims up by a massive 300%.
Police Told To Recruit Gypsies.
The Home Office has told police forces that they must recruit Gypsies to meet targets for “Under represented groups”.
Public Waste.
1) Human rights legislation has resulted in the legal aid bill, paid for by us the taxpayers, to rise from £1 Million to £20 Million per year.
2) Wasteful and unaccountable quangos are costing British taxpayers £ Billions each year without achieving one positive result.
One of the worst is the Learning and Skills Council with a £12 Billion budget and 3,500 staff being accused by a Commons committee of “catastrophic mismanagement”.
It is thought that the total cost of all unelected quangos to the taxpayer is in excess of £100 Billion each year.

1) British Airways is a private firm, exposed to worldwide recession has had to make cut-backs. 7,000 BA staff have agreed to voluntary pay cuts with 800 working for nothing for one month in a bid to stop the airline losing £ Millions a day.
2) Compare this to the BBC whose 27 bosses and 50 top executives earn in excess of £600,000 each per year. Add to this the lavish expense accounts they each enjoy, having taken their guidance from our greedy MPs.
The difference is that British Airways is a private company while the BBC is totally funded by the taxpayer.

Private Nursing Home Left Widow To Die.
Elderly widow, Winifred Mitchell died after she broke her hip and was left in agony without medical attention for 14 HOURS in the Valley Park Nursing Home, Wombwell, South Yorkshire.
Winifred was screaming in pain and pressing her alarm buzzer throughout the night after falling from a wheelchair, which had been left without it’s brakes on, and breaking her hip.
This is gross neglect of the worst kind resulting in the death of an innocent victim.

Sarah Kennedy, a Radio 2 presenter was chastised by the BBC for exercising her right to free speech.

We Have Helicopters Says Gordon Brown.
Gordon Brown stated that “We have enough helicopters to fight in Afghanistan”.
Does Brown include himself in “WE”? No Brown would never venture close to the front line.
British troops do NOT have enough helicopters. They have had to borrow helicopters from America, Russia, Holland and Australia. Our troops are operating with 27 year old Chinooks, most without winches to rescue our wounded.
The MOD turned down on 3 separate occasions the opportunity to buy the well proven American Black Hawk helicopters which act as gunships as well as rescue aircraft.
Military Chiefs Denounce Gordon Brown.
Both the Chief of the Defence Staff, Sir Jock Stirrup and Army Chief, General Sir Richard Dannatt have criticized and denounced Gordon Brown for FAILING to provide enough helicopters for operations in the Helmand Province of Afghanistan. Helicopters which they both said are urgently needed to transport troops to the battlefield rather than using unsafe road vehicles.
Defence Committee’s Damning Report.
The House of Commons Defence Select Committee has produced a damning report stating that the shortage of helicopters in Afghanistan has undermined the protection of British troops and has hampered their ability to wage offensive operations against the Taliban.
The report emphasised that the lack of helicopters HAS COST THE LIVES OF BRITISH SOLDIERS.
Lord Foulkes Accuses General Dannatt.
Lord Foulkes in a blistering attack accused General, Sir Richard Dannatt of helping the Taliban.
Foulkes said that public demand for more helicopters by General Dannatt and Sir Jock Stirrup were giving succour to the enemy.
How dare Foulkes belittle and besmirch such an honourable and courageous soldier who has fought for his country and winning the Military Cross. Foulkes has never worn a uniform or been in the front line.
Defence Secretary, Bob Ainsworth has blamed General Dannatt for turning down bombproof road vehicles. This accusation needs to be investigated.
MOD Says Forces Stretched To The Limit.

1) The Military is NOT ready to respond to their required tasks.
2) The Armed Forces cannot build for the future.

My Boy Jack. Mail On Sunday 19 July 2009.
We have read the moving story of Ian Sadler, father of Jack Sadler killed in Afghanistan on 4 December 2007. We now write with extracts taken from an interview Ian had with the then Defence Secretary Des Brown.
Ian’s interview exposed Browne’s lack of knowledge and understanding.
1) Delays in a potential rescue of Jack.
2) Rescue helicopter took 45 minutes to arrive.
3) Lack of front line medical facilities. No equivalent of American style M.A.S.H.
4) Lack of rescue helicopters.
5) Low pay for soldiers on the front line. Jack earned £16,000 but Browne claimed that Jack earned more money. Ian told Browne that he had Jack’s pay slips to prove his claim.
Ian then cleared his papers and left.
From the Mail on Sunday article, we deduce that Des Browne showed very little understanding of the situation in Afghanistan and the conditions that Jack and his fellows soldiers were fighting in.
We felt that Browne was exposed for an incompetent fool and made excuse after excuse.

Tony Blair who sent our troops into Iraq and Afghanistan on the orders of George Bush, based on a Lie, left office with over 200 British troops killed and many more severely maimed.

Motorists Lose Victim Payouts.
Over 5 Million motorists who are victims of violent crime are to have their compensation drastically slashed in a bid to save money.
Motorists who commit minor offences such as illegal parking or speeding will be penalised should they make a claim under the Victims Compensation Scheme.
The most serious reductions are:
Brain injury, £37,500.
Paraplegia, £26,250.
Rape, £5,000.
Loss of one limb, £5,000.
Severe burns, £4,000.
This is a sickening ploy to deprive innocent people of compensation which would help them come to terms with their disabilities.
Police Dog Killer To Be Charged.
A Nottinghamshire police officer who left 2 German Shepherd dogs to die in a locked and sealed car in temperatures of 28.1 C or 82.5 F will be charged with causing unnecessary suffering to the dogs.
This is a crime that caries a jail term of up to 6 months.
We guarantee that this police officer will walk free and not be jailed.

MOD To Block Compensation For Our Troops.
Hard hearted Defence Chiefs want to cut the compensation awarded to two British soldiers.
Defence Secretary, Bob Ainsworth argues that the pair should get awards ONLY for injuries and NOT subsequent health problems.
Previously judges had ruled the injuries should not be separate from subsequent treatment.
Bob Ainsworth is trying to change the compensation rules just before MPs start their 12 week summer holidays.
The OLD rule was that the MOD had to show injuries had not been sustained as a result of service.
The NEW rule places the burden of proof upon the claimants. For a wounded soldier, this means that he/she will have to employ solicitors to argue that a claim is valid and that compensation is required to meet their health and living needs.
This rule change and the blocking of compensation is a despicable act by both Gordon Brown and Bob Ainsworth which shows their complete contempt and callous disregard for our troops. It demonstrates the lies of Brown when he belatedly praises the bravery of our troops who fight for his egotistical cause.
Troops Have Only 25% Of Chinooks They Need.
British troops in Afghanistan have only 25% of the Chinook helicopters required under the MOD’s rules of war.
A force like the one deployed in Helmand should have at least 47 of the twin engined helicopters according to the Strategic Defence Review drawn up in 1998.
Instead there are only 12 Chinooks which are insufficient to transport the 9,000 soldiers and their equipment. Instead our troops must rely on unfit and badly armoured road vehicles.
Panther’s Claw.
Gordon Brown said that the push in Afghanistan known as Panther’s Claw was vital to protect Britain from Al-Qaeda and it’s allies and that Britain will be safer.
Brown must tell us exactly HOW the war in Afghanistan will make Britain safer.
Labour Gives £225 Million To Afghanistan.
Douglas Alexander, the Development Secretary has promised to give £225 Million of our taxpayer money to Afghanistan in an attempt to undermine the heroin trade by funding alternatives to poppy growing.
Alexander lives in a dream world. The Afghans will take the money, say yes and continue growing what is a lucrative crop, ie poppies.
Court Of Public Opinion.
The Court of Public Opinion find both Tony Blair and Gordon Brown GUILTY of GROSS NEGLIGENCE and being COMPLICATE in the deaths of 370 British service personnel and the maiming of hundreds more.
We find Blair guilty by reason that he sent British troops to invade Iraq based on a lie, that lie being that Saddam Hussein possesed weapons of mass destruction, when in fact none were found.
We find Brown guilty by reason that during his term as Chancellor of the Exchequer he deprived British troops fighting in both Iraq and Afghanistan of the money required to equip our troops with the necessary means to carry out their tasks in a manner which would have prevented death and wounding.

The Government is paying failed asylum seekers living in Britain £4,000 each for housing, child care, school fees and setting up businesses.
The total cost is thought to be £ many Millions.

A recent poll suggests that 81% of the population want a cap on immigration.

Man Arrested For Defending His Son.
Colin Philpott has been arrested for attempted murder after allegedly stabbing a man during an incident outside his house.
Colin was woken up late at night to discover his stepson Lee being viciously beaten up by a gang of yobs.
The gang punched Lee to the ground then kicked him in the head for which he needed hospital treatment.
Colin picked up a letter opener and was accused attempted murder when one of the gang was allegedly stabbed receiving minor injuries.
The gang threatened to kill Colin’s wife and burn down their house.
Colin did NOTHING wrong. He defended his family to the best of his ability.
Colin should NOT be treated like a criminal.
We have always argued that a person should have the automatic right to defend him/herself, his/her family and property by any means available without fear of prosecution and/or being sued by the criminal(s).

2,500 Wounded British Soldiers Still Wait For Compensation.
There are 2,458 wounded soldiers still waiting for their rightful compensation payouts, the MoD has revealed.
Gordon Brown has found £12.5 Billion to cut VAT and £161 Billion to bail out failing banks plus supporting MPs excessive expense claims but has once again FAILED to support our troops who have been severely wounded and maimed during his phoney war in Afghanistan.

Victory For Children Of Toxic Corby.
Judge Mr Justice Akenhead at the High Court found in favour for children of Corby who were born with birth defects.
The High Court heard how open-backed lorries transported “wet waste” containing cancer-causing dioxins and heavy metals such as cadmium, lead and chromium to a quarry north of Corby.
Until the Corby steel plant closed in 1980, British Steel had been dumping toxic materials into holes in the ground.
The Judge found that Corby Council had been “Extensively negligent in it’s control and management of the sites”.
Corby Council’s Chief Executive has refused to accept responsibility and has refused to offer any form of apology to those innocent victims of the Council’s negligence.

Honourable law abiding citizens have taken a stand against an ever increasing army of travellers and gypsies.
The old RAF Base Locking which has now been converted to a first class residential area is now guarded around the clock to prevent travellers, gypsies or pikeys invading their housing estate.
There is a 24 hour guard monitoring every vehicle approaching the 100 acre site.
Gypsies went to the guard line and told them that they were serious about setting up a site on the old Base and that “We have guns”.
The local council and the police were not interested. The police claim that they were powerless to act unless a breach of the peace was threatened.
Being threatened with guns constitutes a breach of the peace, so why do not the police take action?
It is well known that travellers and gypsies are the root cause of crime where ever they set up a site. Most sites are illegal costing local authorities £thousands to evict.

The unelected East of England Regional Assembly, chaired by unelected John Reynolds, has allocated areas in Cambridgeshire that must set up traveller/gypsy sites on a permanent basis.
Cllr Lister Wilson who represents one of the allocated areas, Bourne, has stated that this site will devalue house prices, making properties “Virtually unsaleable and near worthless”.
Cllr Wilson claims travellers in Cambridgeshire have escaped punishment for crimes, including theft, assault, intimidation and criminal damage, adding that non-travellers cannot do these things and get away with them.
Cllr Wilson is right to express his fears and views. Where ever travellers/gypsies set up site, it is well known that crimes such as these increase dramatically.

A furious Judge Ian Trigger has claimed that Britain is now a soft touch for illegal immigrants.
Judge Trigger accused the Government of letting “Hundreds of thousands” of them into Britain to enjoy generous welfare handouts.
Judge Trigger issued his broadside as he sentenced Jamaican drug dealer, Lucien McClearley to 2 years in jail.
McClearley arrived in Britain in 2001 on a 1 year visitor’s visa but failed to return to Jamaica and was told that he would be deported. He evaded the police for FIVE years till his arrest for drug possession.

Gutless Home Secretary, Alan Johnson who claimed that he was powerless to prevent Gary McKinnon being extradited to America, has been told in no uncertain terms by Lord Justice Stanley Burnton and Mr Justice Wilkie that Gary CAN be tried in the UK.
Johnson was also told that Gary might kill himself if sent to an American jail.
The jail term that Gary could face is between 60 and 70 years.

Should gutless Johnson refuse to stop Gary’s extradition to America, Gary can take his case to the new High Court and then take his case to the European Court of Human Rights.
The human rights of a harmless Autistic man have so far been deemed not enough to save him from extradition.
BUT the human rights of terror suspects and convicted killers have ensured a safe haven for them in Britain.

Karl Malton drowned in just 18 inches of water as 10 police officers, fire officers and paramedics stood around drinking tea.
Senior Fire Officer Edward Holliday ordered his team NOT to enter the dyke and effect a rescue.
We understand that Karl’s family are preparing a civil legal action against the Lincolnshire police, fire and ambulance services.

Council Tax To Rise.
Every householder will see their council tax rise by up to £2,000.
The reason is that there is a black hole in Public Sector pensions which continue to rise at above the rate of inflation.

The Government is allowing local authorities to charge motorists £350 per year for the right to drive to work and park at their employer’s premises.
Local authorities such as Cambridgeshire County Council will jump at the chance to raise more revenue from hard pressed motorists other than Councillors and local authority employees.

Milton Keynes Borough Council fined the mother of dead 5 week old Zane Rouse as she spent an extra 10 minutes saying good bye to her child just before he was cremated.
The Borough Council fined Zane’s grieving mother £86 because she overstayed her allotted 30 minutes.
This is an appalling demonstration of a lack of care and consideration toward this grieving lady.
Conservative Peer Made False Claim.
Black Conservative Peer, Lord Taylor of Warwick pretended to live with his mother for 6 years after she died and falsely claimed £70,000 stating that his mother’s home was his main home even though the home was sold 6 years ago shortly before her death.
Taylor claimed that he lived with his mother thus allowing him to claim overnight expenses while attending the House of Lords.

Cambridgeshire Police Kept DNA In Fridge With Food.
Cambridgeshire Police have been caught storing DNA samples, key evidence taken from suspects, victims and crime scenes, dumping them in a fridge alongside a half-eaten takeaway.
In the same police force, officers were seen standing around joking as they watched a man in custody smashing his head against a cell wall. One officer laughed and said “We are overdue a death in custody”.
A report has heavily criticised Cambridgeshire Police Force’s custody arrangements and DNA handling.
Forensic material stored in this manner defeats the chain of custody and can lead to defence challenges that samples have become contaminated and useless in a trial.

1) A teenager snatched a baby from it’s mother’s buggy and threw it down onto a bridge.
2) Mervyn Gibson who has a long criminal record, punched and kicked innocent strangers as they walked across Christ’s Piece while attempting to rob them. Gibson was given a 2 years suspended sentence.
3) James Duggan, a male nurse at the Ida Darwin psychiatric hospital, was jailed for 18 months for a sexual assault on a 17 year old girl.
4) Andrew Dunkley was jailed for 14 months for drug dealing.
5) Drug addict, Mark Simms was jailed for 4 years for the rape of an innocent foreign student. this violent drug fuelled rape should have attracted a minimum of 14 years.
6) A 21 year old woman was sexually assaulted as she walked home by a man whose CCTV picture has been shown in a local newspaper.
7) A group of teenagers aged around 15 years old caused damage to computers at Bassingbourn Village College. One teenager has ginger hair.
8) Illegal immigrant Gayan Hapuachchige who ambushed and violently sexually assaulted an innocent 16 year old schoolgirl was jailed for just 15 months. This is NOT punishment. This illegal should have received 14 years and then be deported.
9) Idiot Cambridge police charged a taxi driver for going too slow during a heavy snowfall. The driver had taken heed of police advice and drove carefully at 5 mph through heavy traffic. PC Plod charged the driver with “driving without reasonable consideration”. The case was thrown out of court. The Cambridge Police have again wasted taxpayer’s money.

The elderly in Cambridge are living in fear of youth gangs who roam the city’s streets and housing estates.
Anti-social behaviour, intimidation, assault and robbery are prevalent especially during the long school holidays.
Cambridge City Council Wastes £1,000.
The council tax payers of Cambridge City will be up in arms to learn that the Council has spent £1,000 on two deluxe chairs on the grounds of health and safety.
Cambridge Park And Ride Ripp-Off.
The much flaunted Cambridge park and ride operated by the County Council have stopped providing machines that give change to users.
The Council excuse is that several machines have been broken into and cash stolen. Maybe the Council thinks that correct money for fares will deter future robbers.

Over 600 police officers call in sick EVERY DAY.
Well over 225,000 days were lost last year alone at a cost to the taxpayer of £37 Million.
This is far higher than in the private sector.

Freed prisoners commit 1 murder and rape every week.
In the past 2 years offenders on licence have been convicted of 105 rapes, 94 with murder, 18 with attempted murder and 39 with manslaughter.
Prisoner lover Jack Straw has a lot to answer for. Straw should put the protection of the public first and NOT let criminals out of jail early.

Brown Hides £26.4 Billion MOD Waste.
Gordon Brown stands accused of trying to suppress a report showing that the MOD is letting down British troops by squandering £2.5 Billion a year on the wrong equipment.
The total waste since Labour came to power in 1997 is £26.4 Billion.
The report should have been released before the MP’s 12 week summer holiday, but Number 10 panicked and intervened by trying to suppress it.
Armoured Army Trucks Stranded 1,000 Miles Away.
Twenty, yes 20 Ridgeback armoured trucks destined for Afghanistan for use by British troops have been stranded 1,000 miles away in Dubai.
8 British soldiers have been killed while these trucks have been awaiting delivery to the Afghanistan front line. This is a crass betrayal of British troops.
The MOD claim that the Ridgeback trucks have bomb-jamming equipment and special armour, but looking at the photographs these trucks also have a flat base which will not deflect road side bombs.
We have said before that the proven South African designed armoured trucks with a V-Shaped design is better suited to deflect bomb blasts away from a vehicle.
Mothballed Bomb Sweeper Could Have Saved Troop’s Lives.
A British anti-bomb device that has saved American soldier’s lives is not being used by British troops despite the ever growing number of soldiers killed by road side bombs.
The Self Protection Adaptive Roller Kit ( SPARK ) is fixed to the front of a military vehicle and has rollers which take the full brunt of any blast.
Soldiers are protected from injury and their vehicle is left intact
The MOD bought 12 SPARKS but they have been mothballed because the Army does not have the mounting kit needed to attach them to vehicles.
What idiot authorised the SPARK purchase but failed to buy the mounting kits?
Combat Ban For Merlin Helicopters.
Helicopters earmarked by the MOD to help British troops in Afghanistan will not be able to fly on combat missions because they are not armour-plated.
The MOD’s failure to equip the Merlin helicopters with proper protection from bullets and rocket-propelled grenades will endanger the lives of troops and aircrew.
Repeated requests for kevlar armour have been ignored.
One Third Reduction In RAF’s Fighter Fleet.
Yet more cuts in the defence of the UK has been announced by Ministers.
The MOD wanted 232 supersonic Eurofighter combat jets to defend our skies and carry out strike missions overseas.
One third reduction means that now only 154 will be purchased. No doubt this figure will be reduced again at the next Defence Review.
MOD Loses Troop’s Wills.
The last wishes of soldiers killed in Afghanistan are not being honoured because the wills of fallen heroes are being lost by bungling officials.
Partners and girlfriends of fallen soldiers are suffering financial losses because of these mistakes.
There is no excuse for these failures.
British Soldiers Fight While Families Starve.
The scandal of Army families reduced to charity handouts while our troops are away at war has been blasted as another betrayal.
Forces pay is so pitifully low that Service wives cannot make ends meet when their husbands are sent to fight in Afghanistan.
Foodbank run by the Trussell Trust organises and hands out food parcels to Army dependents. It sees a massive demand when troops are sent overseas.
Not only is there the scandal of low pay but there is the damp-ridden and dilapidated slums that pass for accommodation, the long NHS queues wounded troops are forced to endure and their pitiful compensation.
Mission Creep.
The present Labour and future Conservative Government MUST decide exactly what the role of the Military is.
There is a need to focus on what is expected of our troops and what they are there to do.
During the last 12 years the mission appears to support the Americans in any conflict that the US cares to involve itself in.
We must rethink our desire to please the Americans and to concentrate what is best for the UK.
Blindly following the US down the path to war is NOT always in Britain’s best interest.
Blair took us into Iraq at the behest of Bush, based on a lie and his own personal rewards, now Brown continues down that slippery path following Obama no doubt for his own rewards.
The Missions in both Iraq and Afghanistan have crept from fighting to training and reconstruction.
These are two countries that have their own idea of democracy based on religion going back hundreds of years which is instilled in the social fabric of those nations.
When the British and Americans eventually leave Iraq and Afghanistan, both countries will revert to their original methods of living.
Met Police Chief Backs Down On Badge Ban.
Scotland Yard Chief Sir Paul Stephenson has backed down on his ban to stop police patrolling Heathrow Airport, wearing Union Jack badges on their uniforms in support of British troops.
His ban was introduced because he feared that wearing Union Jack badges would give offence.
There was a growing rebellion among the police, many of whom are ex-forces, who continued wearing their badges in defiance of the threat of disciplinary action.
Well done Heathrow police.
Hospitals Make £111 Million From Motorists.
Hospitals are making £111 Million each year from patients and visitors by charging high car parking fees.
Addenbrooke’s hospital in Cambridge ranks the highest with £2.8 Million taken from patients and visitors this year alone.
The local Conservative MP, Andrew Lansley, yes the one who paid back excessive expences, is in full support of Addenbrooke’s high car parking fees.
This is nothing but a TAX ON THE SICK.
Victims Of Crime Failed By The Justice System.
The Commons Justice Committee has stated that our justice system fails the victims of crime.
Government claims that victims are at the heart of the system have misrepresented reality.
The truth is that prosecutors are charging criminals with a lower offence in order to boost conviction rates.
Violent offenders, muggers, burglars and sex offenders are escaping prison because the CPS wanted to guarantee a guilty verdict.
Fines, ASBOs, community service or no action for breaches are seen as the way to meet targets when prison terms would see justice done.
This report come 10 months after Jack Straw, the Justice Secretary admitted the Government has too often concentrated on the needs of the criminal rather than the victim.
Brown’s Afghanistan Death Toll Rises.
The death toll of British troops killed in Afghanistan has reached 192.
As at the 31 March 2009 the number of British troops severely wounded suffering limb amputation as a result of road side bombs and other engagements has now reached 51.

Defence Chiefs Rocked By Morale Survey.
Defence Chiefs have been rocked by a crisis in morale after a survey of well over 10,000 troops.
The findings must result in a more positive approach in treating and equipping our servicemen and women who are called upon to fight wars that the Government claims are in the interest of Britain.
The survey shows that Britain’s Armed Forces are suffering from low morale and major concerns over military kit and equipment they use on the front line.
The results are:
70% say they are undervalued.
65% say that morale is low.
60% feel that they are not happy with the equipment supplied to fight with.
The shortage of properly armoured vehicles, helicopters, body armour, communications equipment and rifles that work are hampering the fight against the Taliban and putting British troops’ lives at risk.
Added to these concerns are the levels of pay, medical treatment, lack of long term medical care, compensation for injuries sustained as a result of battle and housing for troop’s families and single personnel.
MOD Refuses To Fit Armour Plating To Helicopters.
The MOD has adamantly refused to fit armoured plating to Sea King helicopters which are scheduled for the front line in Afghanistan.
The lack of armour makes these aircraft vulnerable to small-arms fire and rocket-propelled grenade attacks.
Kevlar plating would protect both crew and soldiers being transported to and from the front line.
Soldier’s Pay.
The front line pay of a British soldier fighting in Afghanistan is £16,000. For this pittance he must fight a war against a determined Taliban and as reports have shown can be killed or severely wounded.
Compare this pittance with a traffic warden who receives £20,526 and suffers no more than a few choice words from angry motorists.
Firefighters receive £27,851
Police Constable £23,000
Park Ranger £19,427
Newly qualified nurse £19,166
Bank clerk £17,500
Again compare the soldier’s £16,000 with the salaries of our MPs who receive £64,000 plus £24,000 expenses and other perks valued at a further £20,000.
We should ask ourselves who gives the better service to our country.
MOD Won’t Pay For Hero’s Wounds.
Ben McBean who lost an arm and leg in a landmine blast in Afghanistan suffers from more than 100 other wounds to his remaining limbs, groin and torso, has been refuse additional compensation from the MOD.
Ben has now launched a civil action against the MOD.
A civilian court would have awarded Ben more than £1,000,000 if he had suffered the same injuries as a civilian.
British Troops Die As Armoured Vehicles Gather Dust.
More and more troops are blown up by road side bombs in poorly armoured vehicles while hundreds of Mastiff and Ridgback armoured life saving vehicles are parked up in a field in Gloucestershire gathering dust.
Meanwhile our troops have to make do with open top poorly protected Jackal and Viking vehicles.
Military SNCOs Should Evaluate Military Equipment.
Soldiers on the ground, especially battle hardened and experienced Senior Non Commissioned Officers should evaluate and decide what is the correct equipment troops should have to fight on the front line.
Senior Officers sitting safe in Whitehall and civilians in the MOD are often out of touch. The Officers have not been fighting on the front line for years and are stuck in the WW2 mentality.
Only those who have to use the equipment have expertise and knowledge of what is required.
The Government’s attitude is that British troops are cannon fodder and can be dispensable.
Let us make no mistake, a future Conservative Government will not improve the situation despite Davy Boy Cameron and Shadow Defence Secretary Liam Fox’s statements about the Military covenant.
Illegal Immigrant Escapes From Cell And Rapes Woman.
A dangerous illegal immigrant brutally raped a woman TWICE after escaping from holding cells at Heathrow Airport.
Jamaican Bruce Augustine Gaynor was held by immigration officers as he tried to enter Britain using a fake passport and was detained by the now farcical UK Border Agency in a secure holding area at Terminal 3 when he escaped.
During the time Gaynor was free, he committed numerous attacks on women.
He is due to be sentenced on 4 September this year.
Police Secretly Told To Keep DNA.
In December 2008, the European Court ruled that the policy of allowing the police to keep DNA samples of innocent people was illegal and that these samples must be destroyed.
Now it has emerged that the police have been SECRETLY told by the Home Office to continue to hold these illegal DNA samples.
It is more than 7 months since the European decision, yet more than 850,000 innocent people’s DNA is still being stored by the police.
Over 40% Of Convicted Police Officers Keep Their Jobs.
More than 2 in 5 police officers convicted of serious crimes have been allowed to keep their jobs.
The serious offences include perverting the course of justice, drug possession, money laundering, possession of illegal weapons, and assault.

Terror Doctor To Remain In UK.
Doctor Mohammed Asha involved with the Glasgow Airport bombing and the attack on a club in the Haymarket, Central London has been allowed to remain in the UK.
Asha is still seen as a terrorist threat but will not be deported.
Asha now works as a junior casualty doctor at the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital in Shropshire under the name of DOCTOR JAMIL.

There needs to be ONE identified and nominated person who is responsible for each child case and who has the authority to take any and all actions necessary to protect that child.
Gypsies Get £5 Million Lottery Cash.
Gypsies and Travellers can now claim £5 Million in Government funding which is supposed to help good causes.
Instead the money will be used to help gypsies/travellers get around planning legislation.
Some of you may have seen the latest Country File TV program which showed an Irish gypsy family setting up a site at the rear of a house with nice scenic views.
The views have been spoilt by the new gypsy site and by a high wall.
When interviewed the gypsy lady stated that she needed somewhere to live and that she did not wish to live in a house or flat.
The lady was not concerned that her new site, designed to take about 20 pitches spoilt the rural peace for others who worked hard to provide a country house with an unspoiled view.

Barclaycard has decided to raise it’s interest rates to a massive 20%.
This is despite the bank rate staying at 0.5% and the Government’s demand that banks must “play fair” with customers.

David Cameron has stated his Government wants Google and Microsoft to host the Nation’s medical records.

Conservatives Plan To Raise VAT To 20%.
David Cameron and David Osborne plan to raise VAT to 20%, as well as make cuts in public spending.
Tory Party leaders all deny the raise in VAT saying that there are no such plans “As far as I know”.
We welcome cuts in public spending which should include:
MP’s expenses and golden pensions.
Reduction in NHS managers which have increased in numbers over the last 10 years to an extra 70%.
Review the services that the NHS provides to that of life saving only.
Cut in number of public sector employees by 10% per year for 5 years.
Reduction in Quango numbers by 90% in the first 2 years in office.
Abandon ID cards.
Restrict immigration.
Severe cutbacks in welfare provision by 60% in the first 2 years of office.
Stop all overseas aid for 5 years.
BUT Cameron must provide for our Military and honour the Military covenant that he so often quotes.
Education Devalued.
Children from “poorer back-grounds” could be given a two grade head start to help them gain university places.
At a time when nearly 40% of children leaving primary school have only a poor understanding of the English language and Maths, to downgrade university entrance requirements is to devalue all levels of education.
At one time a degree was something to prove one’s ability in chosen subjects.
Now with devaluation in school grades the value of a degree is nearly worthless unless it is obtained from Oxford or Cambridge.
Most of our universities are jumped up Tech Colleges whose incomes depend on the number of students they attract, hence the expression often quoted by lectures, “Income = Bums on seats”.
Trade Union Greed.
ASLEF, NUM and the Post Office Unions are all calling on their members to “Come out on strike” so that they can demand by moral blackmail more pay and perceived improvements to conditions of employment.
The unions might believe that they have a case, but they should balance this against the fact that their members HAVE a job to go to.
With unemployment nearing 4 Million, this is the wrong time to make any demands.
Just be thankful you have a job that brings in a pay packet.

Helicopter Disgrace Continues.
British soldiers continue to pay a “Blood price” over a deal for new helicopters.
The MOD is buying 62 Lynx Wildcat helicopters from AgustaWestland at a cost of £27 Million each but they will NOT be available to equipment starved troops until 2012 at the earliest, 4 years after they could have had cheaper US Blackhawk helicopters which cost £8 Million each.
The Lynx carries 7 troops, has no anti-armour missiles and is not designed as a gunship. Currently the Lynx is not suitable for Afghanistan because it does not perform well in the heat and thin atmosphere and is expensive to maintain.
The Blackhawk carries 11 troops, with firepower of 16 laser-guided anti-missile as standard and can carry 10,000lb payload of missiles, rockets, cannons and electronic defence shields. The Blackhawk is used by 26 governments and have a proven record of reliability and durability under extreme climate and battlefield conditions.
The MOD’s fleet of 40 Chinook helicopters bought for £259 Million has a 45% serviceability record. Currently only 18 are serviceable.
The MOD FAILED to ask Boeing for rights to avionics software.
Ainsworth Blames The Media For Low Troop Morale.
The pathetically weak Defence Secretary, ranked 21st out of 23 Ministers has blamed the media for troop’s low morale by reporting a lack of helicopters in Afghanistan.
Ainsworth complains that HE is a victim because of his accent and hairy upper lip. He claims that “I am busting a gut to get equipment to our troops”.
Ainsworth is a waste of space, not fit to lick the boots of our troops and should be sacked.
British troops are victims of Ainsworth’s abject failure as Defence Secretary.
Our troops are also victims of Gordon Brown’s refusal to fund the necessary equipment for our front line soldiers.
NHS Bureaucratic Black Hole.
The NHS currently spends £1.2 Billion on administration, an 81% increase since 2003-4. This is twice as much as the £700 Million spent on cancer drugs.
Over £139 Million is spent on “Management consultants”, 3 TIMES as much as was spent 5 years ago.
The number of Primary Care Trusts has been halved from 303 down to 152 which was supposed to release £250 Million to front line services, but instead has been used to increase the number of managers and administration staff.
Patients waiting for operations and life saving drugs are victims of this misuse of money.
Obesity Rises 52% In 1 Year.
Obesity has risen a staggering 52% in just 1 year.
The cost of obesity alone to the NHS, to us the taxpayer is £43 Million.
As many as 4,324 people had bariatric surgery at an average £10,000 cost per operation.
One has only to witness the number of fat mothers, fathers and their children who shop in supermarkets filling their trolleys with junk food or walk the streets stuffing themselves with burgers, chips and crisps to realise that obesity is self inflicted.
Obesity for most people, as well as drug addiction and alcohol addiction is a self inflicted injury which in our opinion should NOT be paid for by the NHS THROUGH OUR TAXES.
The money spent in these areas should instead be spent on GENUINE life saving operations and life saving drugs.
Cambridgeshire Police Fail Again.
Police took 4 HOURS to respond to a call from 2 young nurse in Peterborough who reported 4 men entering their accommodation and threatening them with rape.
Flatmates Amy Overend age 19 and Melissa Cooper 22, barricaded themselves in their room and rang 999 asking for help.
They phoned 1 hour later again asking for help only to be told that they were “A secondary emergency”.
Amy rang her Father who in turn made 3 calls to the police. Each time he was told that an officer was on his way, but none arrived before midnight after a 4 hour delay.
Chief Constable, Julie Spence has apologised to the girls and admitted that the Cambridgeshire police failed the girls, giving the standard excuse, “The police were dealing with a high volume of calls”.
This is the same police force who stored DNA evidence in a domestic fridge with left-over takeaway meals, the same force who employs one officer who laughingly said that “We are overdue a death in custody”.
This police force is starting to revert to the appalling standards that it demonstrated before Julie Spence took over. Spence must take disciplinary action against officers who fail to maintain the highest standards expected.
Father Of Five Battered To Death By Feral Youths.
Innocent Michael Eccles was attacked by Jordon Carroll age 15 and Carl Keatley age 20 just twenty yards from his front door.
Michael was beaten repeatedly and stamped on suffering 10 fractured ribs, a broken nose, a burst eye socket and a collapsed lung, injuries from which he later died.
A jury at Birmingham Crown Court found Carroll and Keatley guilty of murder. The two are to be sentenced next month.
Let us hope that they will be given life in jail with a minimum of 30 years.
The Price Of Rising Crime.
With the ever increasing rise in crime, one suburb in Southampton is paying for a private security force to patrol their streets.
Hundreds of residents who have lost all faith in the police have clubbed together to hire uniformed officers to protect them from crime in the area.
Residents are paying just £3 per week to feel safe.
We wish the scheme well.
Police To Get £150 Per Day To Stay At Home.
Taxpayers face a bill of £150 Million after a tribunal ruled that police officers are entitled to payments for being “On call”.
Police officers already receive £10.5 Million bonus payments a year.
If officers are to be paid to be “On call” then they might as well be useful by being out patrolling the streets.
Evil Of The Loan Sharks.
1) An evil loan shark, Robert Reynolds lent a couple £500 and forced them to pay £90,000 interest. this is an interest of 2,500%.
Reynolds was so ruthless that he took £3,000 of a £4,000 compensation award that the husband received after a motorbike accident.
His punishment at court was 51 WEEKS jail suspended for two years.
2) A second evil loan shark, ex-convict John Kiely also charged 2,500% interest and intimidated his victims by sending in a team of thugs to threaten his clients.
Kiely was sentenced to 5 years jail.

Shoplifters Get Smaller Fines Than Wheelie Bin Users.
The Chief Inspector of the Crown Prosecution Service stated that families who overfill their wheelie bins receive LARGER fines than shoplifters.

New Biometric Passports Can Be Cloned.
The new biometric passports can be cloned using £100 equipment sold over the internet.
The huge increase to the user to £66 for a new passport with a supposedly secure biometric chip on the passport containing the owner’s personal details and an image of their face has now been shown to be worthless.
A simple microchip reader purchased at a cost of £95.73p can clone the information including the photograph.
NO2ID enlisted the aid of a computer expert to write a piece of software to suck data from the microchips. The software was then attached to the microchip reader and loaded onto a laptop.
New false passports can then be produced.
New ID Cards Can Also Be Cloned.
A computer expert used by Government Departments to guard against terrorists and cyber criminals demonstrated how easy it is to clone the new ID card issued to foreign nationals.
Embedded inside the card for foreigners is a microchip with details of it’s bearer held in electronic form: name, date of birth, physical characteristics, fingerprints etc, together with information on immigration status and entitlement to State benefits.
The Government believes that this system is unforgeable.
HOW WRONG THE GOVERNMENT IS.
The expert picked up a mobile phone and using the handset and a laptop computer, electronically copied the ID card microchip and all it’s information.
He then created a cloned card and changed all the information the card contained including the chip encryption numbers.
The cloned card can now be used by a different or the same person and when checked by the police will not reveal true details about the person holding the card.
What does the Home Secretary, Alan Johnson say? Our cards are safe.
NO, THEY ARE NOT MR JOHNSON.
Cashing In On Baby Peter.
The Haringey Council workers at the centre of the death of Baby Peter are now trying to cash in on their sackings.
1) Sharon Shoesmith, former Head of children’s services may be in line for more than £1,000,000 if her claim for unfair dismissal goes her way.
2) Maria Ward social worker, Gillie Christou social work team manager, Celia Hitchen and Dr Sabah Al-Zayyat the doctor who failed to recognise Peter’s broken spine have all appealed and could receive in excess of £60,000.
3) Peter’s Father is suing Haringey Council for £200,000.
4) Tracey Connelly, Peter’s mother will get a new identity at a cost of £1 Million per year.
We hope the Haringey four and the Doctor do not receive compensation.
Conservative MP “Lives On Rations”.
Conservative millionaire MP Alan Duncan said that MPs are forced to live on rations because of the clampdown on expenses.
Duncan had opposed the move to clean up the expenses scandal.
Duncan you may remember claimed £4000 for garden maintenance paid for by the taxpayers.
Duncan is a parasite who lives off the backs of people who actually work for a living.
People are losing their jobs by the thousands, yet people like Duncan continue to grab what they can.
So far David Cameron has chosen not to remove Duncan from office.
This lack of action by Cameron shows that the Conservatives cannot be trusted any more than the present Government to clamp down on MP’s excesses.

Swine Flue Vaccines Not Proven.
A distinguished neurologist has stated that swine flue vaccines have NOT yet been proven.
Such vaccines can cause “Guillain-Barre Syndrome” (GBS).
GBS attacks the lining of nerves causing paralysis and inability to breathe.
The new swine flue vaccine has not been sufficiently tested. Babies are especially at risk and the effects on children are unknown.
Over 33% of nurses said that they would refuse the vaccine because of the long term effects.
The Government is to introduce a nationwide vaccination for all schoolchildren.
The swine flue vaccine has UNKNOWN long-term effects, but the Government is introducing it as a short term solution.
Parents should be aware that schools may introduce a mass vaccination programme for children at their schools.
Parents who do not want their children vaccinated MUST WRITE to their school and make it clear that you do NOT want your child/children to receive the swine flue vaccine. IT IS YOUR RIGHT TO REFUSE TO HAVE YOUR CHILD VACCINATED.
Planning Laws Favour Gypsies And Travellers.
The Communities Secretary, Shadid Malik has admitted that Gypsies and Travellers are treated differently when it comes to planning laws.
Planning laws are deliberately biased and weighted in favour of Gypsies and Travellers. There are different rules for these groups.
One example demonstrates this inequality.
A farmer who owns productive fields in Norfolk asked his local council for permission to put a caravan on his land so that he could have a place to shelter from the rain and have a cup of tea. No villagers objected.
The South Norfolk Council refused stating “His fields were in a protected area under the local development plan, therefore the application is rejected”.
The farmer now retired sold that same field to John Leveridge who applied to put up 6 mobile homes and 2 touring caravans on the site.
At last week’s packed planning meeting of South Norfolk Council, 175 local people objected.
But Mr Leverage is a Romany Gypsy. Even though he has lived for 11 years in a bungalow nearby, he told the meeting that he wanted to return to his traditional travelling ways.
South Norfolk planning officer Chris Trett said “According to the Government’s Targets, there is an inadequate supply of pitches for gypsies in the area and councillors are warned that discrimination against gypsies and Irish travellers is unlawful”.
So although the fields remain “Protected” Mr Leveridge’s application was passed by the council.
Point 1) Mr Leveridge who wants to return to his traditional ways can only live in ONE caravan. So why does he need 6 mobile homes and 2 touring caravans?
Point 2) Once given permission, this site will expand with more and more illegal gypsies and travellers moving onto the land with all the associated problems of crime, anti-social behaviour and rubbish.
Inequality Under The Law.
We have stated above that gypsies and travellers are treated differently and favoured under local planning laws.
The obvious solutions are:
1) Preference should not be given to gypsies and travellers. Reason is that this law discriminates against people who are NOT gypsies or travellers.
2) Illegal occupation of private and public land should be a CRIMINAL OFFENCE, not a civil offence.
3) Send all Irish gypsies/ travellers back to Ireland were their occupation of private and public land IS a criminal offence.
Benefit Claimants.
There are now 6 Million people in the UK claiming benefits.
The cost to the taxpayer is a staggering £193 Billion.
The welfare system of benefit claims needs to be radically overhauled.
A start would be that ONLY those who have lost their jobs by say, a firm going out of business or being made redundant should be able to claim benefits.
Those people who walk out of their job should NOT be able to claim benefits.
There are plenty of manual jobs available but people are either too lazy to take them or who can “earn” more money while claiming benefits.
Another solution is to bring back conscription for those who refuse to take a job.
Conscription is a means of increasing the numbers of our Armed Forces. People conscripted would learn not only a trade but discipline and the money spent would reduce the welfare bill.
Police To Issue Summary Justice.
The latest Government plan is to empower the police to act as judge and jury.
At the moment the police can choose whether to charge a person or to hand out a caution or fine.
The plan now is to extend these powers to motoring offences whereby the police will be able to fine motorists and hand out penalty points on their driving licenses.
One more step towards dictatorship.
Cameron Plans To Cut Number Of Ministers And Salaries.
David Cameron plans to cut the number of Ministers by 30.
He also plans to reduce Cabinet salaries by 25%.
Examples:
Prime Minister, reduction of £33,321.
Chancellor of the Exchequer, reduction of £19,939.
Foreign Secretary, reduction of £19,939.
Minister of State, reduction of £10,343.
This is a good start. He should reduce the total number of MPs by 45% because most of our laws are made in Europe with British MPs implementing them.
The next step is to curtail the number of expense claims and the items that MPs can currently claim for.
MPs Should Have Free Speech.
Members of Parliament should be allowed to voice their opinions and not be bound by a 3-line whip when it comes to voting in the house.
Being bound by a 3-line whip means that those MPs who have a conscience cannot vote according to their conscience.
The NHS Is Not A Sacred Cow.
Conservative MPs have been critised for being outspoken about the NHS, which have been given an airing in the USA and used by the Republicans as a weapon against the Obama administration which wants to introduce reform to the US healthcare system.
The NHS is an excellent healthcare system which in principle gives healthcare to all irrespective of ability to pay.
However the NHS is not without it’s failings.
Survival rates for breast, prostate, ovarian and lung cancers are among the worst in Europe.
Hospital acquired infections are rampant.
Infant death rates are worse than those in the Czech Republic.
Waiting times for surgery are considerably worse than those in Sweden and Germany.
There are huge inefficiencies despite spending on bureaucracy which has DOUBLED in just 4 years with £1.2 Billion spent on administrators and clerical staff, twice as much as is spent on anti-cancer drugs.
Politicians must stand up and be recognised and say that the NHS is NOT AN EFFICIENT ORGANISATION and that it needs to be reorganised.
Gutless Brown’s Death Toll.
The reasons for the war in Afghanistan have sent mixed messages to our troops.
War against drugs.
War against terrorists, even though most terrorists originate from Saudi Arabia and Pakistan.
Bring democracy to the region. Who’s democracy, ours or the American’s?
Build schools and hospitals even though there are very few teachers and doctors.
Allow free elections.
The latest casualty figures for July 2009 are 94 soldiers injured, 19 very seriously.
The death toll for August 2009 is 13, five in the past 24 hours.
The MOD does not know how many British troops have been wounded since 2001.
Brown’s list of Defence Secretaries, Geoff Hoon, John Reid, Des Browne together with John Hutton and Bob Ainsworth have all failed to give support to our troops.
Bob Ainsworth has been branded by a grieving mother as “Stupid and arrogant”.
A recent poll suggests that 87% say the Government is not doing enough for our troops and 57% say that our troops should NOT be in Afghanistan.
Brown as Prime Minister and former Chancellor of the Exchequer is in our view personally responsible for the deaths and wounding of British troops in both Iraq and Afghanistan.

Betrayal Of Lockerbie Victims.
The victims of Lockerbie PanAm flight 103 have been betrayed by Scottish Justice Secretary Kenny MacAskill who released murderer Adelbaset Ali Mohmed Al-Megrahi on supposedly compassionate grounds.
270 people were killed when the PanAm flight was blown up over Lockerbie.
Megrahi who was convicted of the bombing which killed 270 innocent men women and children was sentenced to 27 years jail but only served 7 years.
7 years is 84 months for killing 270 people, that is just 10 days for each death.
ANATOMY OF A CYNICAL STITCH-UP.
1) Kenny MacAskill, released Megrahi on “compassionate” grounds.
2) Tony Blair, who in 2007 was photographed shaking hands and hugging Colonel Muammar Gaddafi and who arranged an exchange of prisoners, was the architect of this cynical deal.
3) Prince Andrew discussed the Lockerbie bombing with Gaddafi and smoothed the way for Megrahi’s release.
4) Lord Peter Mandelson, regarded as Labour’s arch manipulator, met Gaddafi’s son, Saif al-Islam Gaddafi in Corfu to discuss Megrahi’s release and favourable trade deals for British businesses.
5) Prime Minister, Gordon Brown refuses to say if he agreed or not with Megrahi’s release.
6) Prisoner lover, England’s Justice Minister has been noticeably silent on this matter.

Four teenagers who viciously attacked and beat up an innocent 18 year old causing severe injuries by kicking, battering and punching him have been given a referral order to appear before a youth offender panel to suggest ways they can “repair the harm caused”.

Legalised Mugging.
Millions of motorists are being “legally mugged” by cowboy clampers.
The latest figures reveal that an army of 2,000 clampers take £1 Billion from nearly 500,000 motorists each year.
Motorists routinely pay in excess of £500 to retrieve their clamped and towed away cars with no way to challenge these extortionate fines except by expensive battles in a county court.
Cowboy clampers are “paid by the car” receiving £50 per vehicle commission.
This is legalised mugging and totally immoral.
Once again the motorist is an easy target.
Child Molester Given Viagra On The NHS.
Roger Martin age 71 years appeared at Peterborough Crown Court charged with “inappropriately touching” an 11 year old girl.
It was revealed in court that Martin has been prescribed the sex enhancing drug Viagra by his GP to treat diabetes.
Martin who has a string of convictions for assaults on minors dating back to 1978 when he was caught having sex with a 15 year old child, received a non-custodial sentence by Judge Nicholas Coleman.
Medical Blunders Cost The NHS £804 Million.
The NHS paid out £807 Million last year for serious medical blunders, up by more than 25% in just 1 year alone.
This figure mirrors a huge rise in the number of patients killed by hospital blunders.
We have reported many, many medical failures over the years.
There can be NO EXCUSE for medical blunders.
There are numerous excuses given. Government is to blame, targets are to blame. Everyone is to blame except those who make the blunder.
Every time a blunder occurs, the hospital spokesperson says “We shall learn from this, new procedures are now in place”.
This has been the standard excuse for the last 30 years. We wonder when lessons will actually be learned.
Tories Fail To Back Cameron.
A recent poll has shown that 62% of Conservative MPs will not back David Cameron’s pledge to increase funding for the NHS.
We agree that increased funding will NOT improve the NHS.
There needs to be a radical overhaul of the purpose of the NHS, starting with the basics. The NHS should provide life saving operations, provide life saving drugs and care for the elderly.
Everything else is a plus.
No Checks On Foreign Doctors.
Foreign doctors are waltzing in and out of Britain carrying out medical treatment on patients at over £100 per hour without any verification of qualifications or ability to speak, write or read English.
This is putting patients at risk.

Parents Are Victims Of School Uniform Deals.
Parents are forced to pay high prices for uniforms supplied by exclusive outfitters nominated by schools.
Schools should be taken to court for operating an illegal cartel.
Schools take a share from suppliers for the right to sell their uniforms.
These “sweetheart deals” effectively hold parents to ransom and are illegal under the Competition Act. Parents should contact the Office of Fair Trading.
Wildlife Victims.
David Cameron has stated that if the Conservatives form the next Government, they will repeal the hunting ban and bring back hunting foxes, deer, hares and otters with dogs.
William Hague, Edward Garnier and Andrew Lansley have all stated their support for the reintroduction of hunting with dogs.
They plan to form a “Hunt Regulatory Authority” (HRA) whose job it will be to monitor all hunts using dogs so as to cause no “unnecessary” suffering to the animal being chased.
In order to train foxhounds, young fox cubs are regularly dug out of their den and given, still alive to the hounds.
Other forms of blood sports will continue such as the rearing and shooting of pheasants and grouse.
In order to shoot pheasants, the young pheasants or poults have to be bred in incubators, then penned in areas where they are fed.
In order to “protect” the young pheasants, foxes are shot, poisoned, snared or trapped and then killed.
Other creatures such as magpies, crows and hawks are also trapped, snared, shot and poisoned.
The same applies to the rearing of grouse in preparing them for the “sport of shooting”.
There may be a case for controlling the numbers of foxes and deer to conserve woodland and livestock and for humanely reducing the numbers of naturally wounded animals, but we fail to see the justification for treating animals and birds for sport in the ways we have described.
The huntsmen and women claim that they do not like to see an animal killed and that their thrill is “in the chase”.
We find this hard to believe.
We would like to see legislation that makes hunting with dogs permanently banned and the only people allowed to shoot animals and birds are those who have taken a field craft course and passed a stiff examination proving their ability to shoot accurately.
We would also like to see the complete ban on all forms of animal and bird killing using traps, snares and poisons with a minimum £5,000 penalty and prison for repeat offences.
MOD Continues To Challenge Compensation For Wounded.
Hundreds of wounded soldiers are locked in legal battles with the MOD to increase compensation payouts for wounds received as a result of front line actions.
The MOD is challenging the amounts paid to our soldiers.
Troops Sent To Afghanistan 6 Weeks After Training.
Hundreds of soldiers are to be sent to Afghanistan with just 6 WEEKS specialised battlefield training instead of the usual minimum of six months.
The training cutback, because of the lack of funding, will put our troops lives even more on the line than at present.
This is a panic measure directly caused by Gordon Brown’s REFUSAL to fund the needs of our military.
The Revenge Of Buffoon Ainsworth.
The incompetent Defence Secretary Bob Ainsworth and this ignominious Government has sought to smear the Head of the Army, General Dannatt by releasing his expenses claims.
General Dannatt is a frugal man and has not spent extravagantly on his personal welfare.
The General’s claim was £19,291 over a 4 year period.
Compare this to the £394,306 claims made by Ainsworth.
This smear is Ainsworth’s revenge on General Dannatt because of the General’s open criticism of Gordon Brown’s lack of support for our troops in Afghanistan.
Killer Brown Increases His Death Toll.
Two more British soldiers have been killed in Afghanistan as our troops fight to bring a peaceful election to that country.
The “surge, called Devil’s Claw” in which troops died was intended to bring about honest and fair elections.
The Taliban tried to intimidate the population during the election period.
Many troops were killed and wounded so that the Afghans could elect a new President.
The current President Hamid Karzai brought in a ruthless warlord to bolster his bid for re-election.
Karzai made backroom deals with brutal and corrupt mujahadeen leaders to secure another term in office.
This is the man for whom our troops have fought and died.
The total number of British troops killed in Afghanistan has now reached 206.

NHS In Turmoil.
Basic NHS care is lacking.
The Patients Association has highlighted an appalling lack of care in NHS hospitals, especially for the elderly.
Old people are often left lying in their own faeces and urine, not cleaned or had their bed linen changed.
Some are so infirm that they cannot feed themselves with nurses refusing to help feed them.
Call buttons are either disconnected or ignored.
Water jugs are left empty.
Wrong drugs are often given with appalling side effects.
Such practices are unforgivable. Nurses who practice such cruel and uncaring behaviour should be struck off and sacked immediately and never be allowed to work with the sick and infirm again.
There can be NO EXCUSE. Claims of understaffing, targets to be met etc cannot excuse such cruelty.
Lives Of Mothers And Babies At Risk In The NHS.
Thousands of mothers and their babies are being put at risk because of the shortage of beds in maternity hospitals.
Overstretched maternity units shut their doors on 553 occasions this year.
The lack of hospital beds and midwives means that mothers have given birth in hospital corridors, toilets, offices, caravans, ambulances and A & E departments.
Man Collapses With Ruptured Appendix After Removal.
Mark Watson went into the Great Western Hospital to have his appendix removed.
Mark was told that the operation was successful and that his appendix had been removed.
Three weeks later Mark was readmitted to the same hospital in agony only to be told that he had a ruptured appendix even though it was supposed to have been removed 3 weeks earlier.
Following his second operation his incision became infected and Mark was admitted to Great Western Hospital for the THIRD time.
What was removed during the first operation?
There is no excuse for this negligence.
Britain’s Population Reaches 61.4 Million.
Record immigration levels over the past 10 years have driven Britain’s population to 61.4 Million people.
The migrant baby boom, 56% of which is due to non UK born mothers has forced our population growth to rapidly increase since Labour came to power.
Nearly 800,000 more people now live in the UK than in 2008.
How much longer can we afford to allow this level of immigration?
Ainsworth Robs Wounded Soldiers.
Bob Ainsworth, our discredited Defence Secretary has robbed thousands of wounded British soldiers of their disability benefits after a new rule was secretly introduced in April 2009.
Troops whose working lives are cut short after injury sustained while fighting on the front line will NO LONGER receive a special £57 per week “Top-up” allowance.
This means that hundreds of troops who have been wounded in Afghanistan and future conflicts will be £3,000 a year WORSE off.
The new MOD rules introduced in April 2009 mean that soldiers injured and unable to work will be robbed of their special allowance.
Compare this contemptible act with the heroin and crack cocaine addicts who cost the country £1.6 Billion each year in benefits, more than 50 times the cost of benefits paid to wounded soldiers.
This act is a disgraceful way to treat our veterans.
This is the same Government which fought long and hard to deny the Gurkhas their right to settle in the UK for which they were prepared to lay down their lives.
Gordon Brown and Bob Ainsworth are not fit to lick the boots of our brave troops.

Cattle Class Transport For British Heroes.
British troops coming to the end of a grueling tour of duty on the front line in Afghanistan are being transported home packed in long lines aboard RAF C17 Globemaster aircraft.
No padded seats for our heroes, just metal benches.
Benefits Increase For Civilians.
The number of homes where no-one is in work has now reached 4.8 Million or an increase of 16.9%.
The cost of worklessness is now £350 Billion.
There are now 1.9 Million children in wholly workless households.
A total of 959,000 young people are not in education, employment or training.
Over 8 Million people are deemed “economically inactive” meaning they are not working and don’t want to work.
The total cost of benefits to these civilians runs into £Billions.
Benefits must be stopped if a person is offered a job and refuses to take it.
Bringing back National Service would give the unemployed a worthwhile job as well as teach people discipline and self respect.
Public Sector Pensions To Be Cut.
Over 2,000,000 town hall staff could see their gold plated, inflation proof pensions slashed.
25% OF OUR COUNCIL TAX IS USED TO PAY TOWN HALL STAFF PENSIONS.
The current Public Sector pension shortfall is £60 Billion.
Unequal Extradition Laws.
The extradition laws between the UK and USA are one sided in favour of America.
This is because British prosecutors have to provide “Enough information to provide a reasonable basis to believe that a person sought, committed the offence”. This means that when the UK asks the USA to extradite a subject, we have to provide in depth details to convince the USA that there is a case to answer with a high probability of conviction.
In contrast, American prosecutors need only detail the charges, which cannot be challenged, in a British court.
Gary McKinnon who suffers Asperger’s syndrome is wanted in the USA for hacking into US military computers is caught up in this inequality.
Our gutless Home Secretary, Alan Johnson still refuses to stop Gary’s extradition on human rights grounds, saying that he is “powerless” to act.
The powerful US civil liberties group has dramatically backed the case for Gary to be tried in the UK.
If Gary is sent to America for trial, he faces 70 years in a high security prison where he will be subject to physical and sexual assault and most probably killed by inmates if he doesn’t commit suicide first.
British Troops Killed For Just 150 Votes.
10 British troops have been killed during the Afghanistan elections, for the sake of just 150 votes.
This is 15 votes for each soldier killed.
Brown and Ainsworth’s blood toll has now reached 207 British soldiers killed in Afghanistan.

Violent Criminals Escape Justice.
More than 500,000 violent crimes went unsolved last year.
Almost 1,000,000 thugs committed violent acts without being caught.
Police solved only 47% of all violent crimes.
Only 48% of identified suspects appeared in court.
The remainder, 52% were given cautions or on-the-spot fines.
Most on-the-spot fines are not paid.
More and more people are getting away with crime.
This makes yet again Labour’s promise to be tough on crime nothing but a lie.
20% Of Killers Are Foreign Immigrants.
Well over 20% of all murders are committed by foreign immigrants.
This makes a mockery of the UK’s “Tough border controls”.
Yet the EU has directed that the UK should take in more immigrants.
Is The NHS Getting Worse?
1) Prisoners have a better diet than NHS patients.
2) The elderly do not get the help they need with meals nor are checks made as to whether they get enough to eat.
3) Food arrives cold and patients miss out because meal times clash with tests and operations.
4) 242 patients died of malnutrition last year in NHS hospitals.
5) Over 8,000 patients left hospital under nourished.
6) Thousands of women and elderly people age 60 and over die unnecessarily because Doctors deny proper treatment after heart attacks.
7) Doctors FAIL to prescribe a full range of medication to 20% of heart attack victims, which raises their risk of death within 1 year, to 50%.
Paramedic Refused To Help Dying Woman.
A paramedic stood by as Melissa Procter-Blain died of a heart attack.
The sole paramedic who responded to the 999 call in Spondon, Derbyshire said that she was not authorised to carry out Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) on her own.

The NHS has spent £ Thousands employing McKinsey Consultants.
The consultants reported that the NHS could save £20 Billion by cutting staff across the board. They suggest that cutting staff by 137,000 would make these savings.
Nowhere has the report identified exactly where the savings could be made.
We suggest savings could be achieved by reducing the levels of management that currently exist, for example Strategic Health Authorities as well as a blanket reduction in administration and hospital management levels.
We also suggest that the NHS needs to define why it is in existence.
Home Office Bill For Consultants Rises.
The Home Office’s annual bill for consultants has risen 44%.
Over £440 Million of taxpayer’s money has been spent seeking advice on the £5 Billion ID card fiasco.

The MOD has ordered our troops to fire blanks instead of live ammunition during training exercises in order to save £700 Million.
Not only has Brown and his succession of incompetent Defence Secretaries FAILED to provide the correct equipment including armoured vehicles and helicopters but now has reduced our Military to a “Dads Army” style of training saying “Bang you’r dead”.

Two Doncaster children aged 10 and 11 years were well known to the police and social services yet were left free to wage a campaign of hate against their neighbours.

This case brought to an end a shocking three year rampage of violence and intimidation conducted under the noses of the police and social workers supposedly while being monitored by Doncaster Council social Services and the Doncaster police.

Britain has been ranked among the worst countries for health, lifestyles and school standards.
Drinking, promiscuity and violence is endemic in our society.
In our view the blame can be placed firmly on bad parents.
Parents who are themselves drunkards, drug addicts, too lazy to get a job, reliant on State benefits and fail to set their children a good example by explaining the difference between right and wrong and teaching social graces are fully to blame for the high juvenile crime levels that exist in the UK.
Yes, some children are born evil, but most bad behaviour and crimes committed by youngsters are the result of FAILURES by their parents.
Children need a code and rules of behaviour which can only be taught at home by parents, then later starting at primary school.
There is a lack of discipline both at home and at schools which has been encouraged by this Labour Government and the liberal Do-Gooders in our society.
Children themselves become victims if they are not taught the difference between right and wrong and learn boundaries of behaviour.

Cambridgeshire County Council’s ill-conceived guided bus has run into more problems.
The guided bus which is well over budget now standing at £116 Million and many months past completion date has caused 18 months of disruptions to the citizens of Cambridge city as well as causing major interference to traffic flow throughout the area.
The latest fiasco is that 2 companies will operate the guided buses but a passenger’s ticket will be valid on only one bus the tickets NOT being interchangeable.
Despite promises by Cambridgeshire County Council there is no single ticketing system with each of the two bus companies charging different fares for the same journey.
Whippet Bus Company will charge £4 and Stagecoach Bus Company will charge £5.
Is it too much to ask the Conservative controlled County Councillors to have got themselves, their contractors and bus operators organised to bring the project in on budget and time and with a SINGLE ticketing system?
Department For International Development Waste.
The Department for International Development has spent £500,000 EACH month for the last year last year totaling £6 Million of taxpayer’s money on staff First Class and Business air flights.
Its 2,600 staff took an average of 11 First Class flights over the same period costing £25,932 or £2,357 per ticket.
They took 9 Business Class flights at an average cost of £1,664 per ticket.
Staff routinely used First Class rail travel with 1,042 journeys being made at a cost of £162,756.
The Department’s most prolific users of First Class travel are the Secretary, Douglas Alexander with MPs Gareth Thomas and Mike Foster.
Added to theses costs are hotels and food.
Every journey MUST be questioned. Why is it necessary?

Southend Council did not believe Mark Howard, who runs a bicycle store, when he said that he does not produce any commercial rubbish for collection.
Mark informed Southend Council that he recycles all bicycle parts by repairing and reusing them and by selling damaged steel and aluminum frames for scrap.
Still Southend Council did not believe Mark and fined him £180 for not producing rubbish, saying that if the fine was not paid within 10 days, it would rise to £300. If the fine of £300 is still not paid then Southend Council will haul Mark before a Court.
British Soldier Killed While Saving Reporter’s Life.
Courageous Corporal John Harrison was killed when British Special Forces were sent in to rescue Stephen Farrell, a New York Times reporter after he was kidnapped by militants.
Farrell deliberately ignored very strong advice and was warned that the area was dangerous.
Farrell’s action caused the death of brave Corporal John Harrison.
John’s death brings the total number of British troops killed in action in Afghanistan to 213.

South Cambridgeshire District Council is planning to cut the number of wardens employed in care homes for the elderly.

Fiend Who Killed For £350 Is Jailed.
Drunken thug, Robert Tozer age 20 broke into frail 85 year old Joan Charlton’s home and attacked and killed her for her money.
Tozer repeatedly hit Joan with a bottle, stamped on her head breaking every bone in her face and tried to set her alight after stealing £350.
Tozer was jailed for life by Judge Michael Mettyear at Hull Crown Court with a recommendation that he serve 22 years before parole.
Offenders On Bail Commit 10% Of Murders.
Figures released by 31 out of the 43 police forces, obtained under the Freedom of Information Act reveal that as many as 100,000 crimes are committed by suspects on bail including 50 killings and at least the same number of rapes.
The figures would be far higher if the large police forces, eg the Met released their figures.
The Home Office overseas a system where bail is routinely granted without any form of supervision and monitoring.

Addenbrooke’s Hospital Failed War Hero.
Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge treated an 80 year old war hero in a horrifying manner.
William Campbell Spalding, an 80 year old war hero was treated in an appalling manner after being admitted to the acute stroke ward R2 early in August this year.
Nurses left William in his wheelchair for more than 7 hours sitting in his own excrement having been lost by staff.
William has now contracted bed sores as well as an infection because nurses failed to change catheters regularly with his catheter bags bursting 4 times.
Addenbrooke’s Hospital is a self proclaimed world renown teaching hospital.
It is a pity that the hospital did not teach it’s nursing staff on Acute Stroke Ward R2 how to care for their patients.
This is gross negligence by the nurses on that ward.
To date there has been no public statement from the Hospital Chief Executive, Dr Gareth Goodier by way of exclamation or apology.
There has also been no public statement from the Director of Nursing, Lyn McIntyre.
It is noticeable that the Shadow Health Secretary Andrew Lansley, also a Cambridgeshire MP, has failed to comment or criticize the treatment shown to William at the hands of Addenbrooke’s hospital.
What disciplinary action will be taken, if any?

The cost of unaccountable, unelected quangos has risen since Labour came to power in 1997 to a massive £170 Billion from £24 Billion.

Three Essex police have been caught on film holding a man down so that he could not move and then repeatedly spraying him in the face with GS gas.
Alan Lethbridge suffered this over-use of force at the hands of 3 large Essex police officers.

Strikes Hold Country To Ransom.
First we had airport baggage handlers striking at holiday times to disrupt the country, then the rail workers and now postal workers.
Maybe they have grievances, but NEVER forget that these people are lucky to have a job. Unemployment is expected to hit 2.5 Million soon.
Trade Unions have a right to withdraw their labour by going on strike.
But with that right comes responsibility and accountability.

Gordon Brown has ordered Britain’s elite special forces, the SAS, to train Colonel Gadaffi’s Libyan troops.
Libya has for years supplied arms and explosives to the IRA who then killed and maimed thousands of innocent victims.
Sources within the SAS have expressed their distaste at this agreement.
Brown’s recent actions and association with Gadaffi and Libya proves that he is a coward and supporter of terrorists.

Ainsworth and the MOD have drawn up plans to force wounded soldiers to leave the Army.
The excuse given is “To increase efficiency”.
However senior military commanders are concerned that the proposals are designed to get rid of wounded troops without adequate compensation.
Wounded troops could replace the thousands of MOD civilian paper-pushers and by so doing retain the pride of serving in the military.

Former Defence Secretary, Lord Robertson has broken ranks with Gordon Brown and has demanded the end of a Downing Street cover up of a report condemning the defence procurement programme which Brown Suppressed.
The procurement system causes massive cost overruns and delays of vital equipment on the front line.
The war in Afghanistan has been compromised by an incompetent equipment programme that is £35 Billion over budget and 5 YEARS behind schedule.

Gordon Brown Lets Down Our Troops Says Grieving Family.
Relatives of Sergeant Paul McAleese, killed by a bomb blast in Afghanistan have placed the blame for his death squarely at the hands of Gordon Brown.
Paul’s relatives have told Brown “To stand up to the mark”.
In a letter to Brown the relatives pointed out that he (Brown) has let our troops down.
They point out the lack of effective armoured vehicles and helicopters.
They accused Brown of lying when he claimed that troops are provided with the best equipment.
The relatives also said that our troops are being killed by the inaction of Brown and Ainsworth.
They said “As Prime Minister, you must accept responsibility for the deployment of our troops. You have a duty to ensure that they are provided with the best possible equipment available and that the operational tactics are sound and sensible. Failing to ensure this will be seen as an act of neglect and should not be allowed to go unanswered. You must stand up to the mark, protect our troops and stop the needless killing of our sons, husbands and fathers by IEDs”.

The Attorney General, Baroness Scotland employed an illegal immigrant as a cleaner for 6 months.

Father Faces Court After Making Citizen’s Arrest.
Roland Digby who performed a citizen’s arrest on a yob who pelted his house with apples ended up getting arrested and charged with common assault.
Roland made his arrest at the end of a third evening of apple attacks on his house being launched by yobs from Royston, Herts.
Roland called the police then made his citizen’s arrest, first placing a hand on the yob’s shoulder, then when the yob tried to escape, Roland held him in a “full nelson” hold, telling the yob that he would hold him till the police arrived.
The yob then struggled and finally escaped when his friends came to help him.
Roland called the police again from a nearby house, as his phone had been broken.
Roland then received a call from the police to say that they could not attend that evening.
Roland did not see a police officer until 5 DAYS LATER when he was arrested.
The police tried to give Roland a caution but he would not accept it, so was charged with common assault.
This is a perfect example where people who stand up to criminals face a criminal record themselves.
Police Firearms Teacher Shot Civilian Student In Class.
PC David Micklethwaite age 52 years blasted Keith Tilbury at point blank range with a .44 Magnum revolver.
Micklethwaite loaded a live round into the revolver, pointed it at Keith and fired.
It appears that the Thames Valley Police were in the habit of storing live ammunition of various calibres including blanks in biscuit tins, sweet tins and odd containers.
Micklethwaite had already FAILED part of his firearms instructor course, but was allowed to continue teaching recruits.
We have on many occasions reported on police firearms handlers shooting unarmed civilians. Teaching to the standard shown by Micklethwaite demonstrates the poor quality of instruction given to the police.
Basic rules of firearms handling are:
1) Never point a firearm at another person.
2) Never load a firearm until ready to shoot.
3) Always point a firearm down range.
4) Always make sure that a firearm is unloaded when putting it away or demonstrating its use and how to handle it.
The Thames Valley Police FAILED on all counts.
They also FAILED to store ammunition correctly by calibre in correct ammo boxes.
Keith, the victim of police shooting negligence, had life saving surgery on his bowel and kidney and has to date not returned to work.
Who will be prosecuted?
Police Marksmen Who Killed, Not Prosecuted.
No police marksmen will be prosecuted over the shooting of Mark Saunders who died in a hail of gunfire.
Mark was waving a shotgun around and firing at nearby houses when 7 police marksmen fired 11 bullets into him.
We still challenge the need for the police to shoot and kill Mark.
A shotgun has an effective killing range of up to 25 yards against a human being.
Why did the police not fire tear gas into Mark’s flat thus disabling him instead of shooting to kill?
The police investigation into the killing has been flawed from the start.
The police marksmen were allowed to discuss the matter between themselves so that they could get their story straight BEFORE they gave formal evidence.
This has been a police whitewash and cover-up.
Police Fail To Protect Mother.
Victim, Fiona Pilkington killed herself and her severely disabled daughter, Francecca after repeated calls to the police who FAILED to take action to protect her.
A gang of youths, some as young as 10 years carried out an intensified hate campaign against vulnerable mother Fiona Pilkinton, her disabled daughter Francecca and dyslexic son Anthony.
The gang over a long period, smashed her property, invaded her garden and threatened Anthony with death.
A record of 33 calls were made to the police over a seven year period. The police thought that she was overreacting and took no action.
During the last year of her torment Fiona made 13 calls to the police asking for help, again no action.
At the inquest, Olivia Davidson, the assistant deputy coroner for Rutland and Leicestershire repeatedly asked,
“Why common sense and basic old-fashioned policing had not identified the family as extremely vulnerable”.
Davidson added that the family’s human rights were being breached because they were victims of a campaign of hate at their home.
Davidson pointed out that there were 7 or 8 Acts of Parliament and criminal offences which “are smack on” to deal with what this family was facing.
The inquest continues.
This is a prime example of negligence by the Leicestershire police in that they FAILED to act and protect this vulnerable family.
So far none of the gang has been prosecuted.
Will any police officer be disciplined?
Met Police Still Hide Their ID Badges.
Police chiefs at the Met are still FAILING to discipline police officers who hide their ID badges.
Officers are getting a slap on the wrist instead of disciplinary action.
This issue was highlighted at the G20 protests last April.
The Met is still FAILING to implement the rules that police officers must at all times openly display their ID badges in such a manner that members of the public can see and read them.
Drivers Should Always Be Blamed.
Government advisers have stated that motorists should be made legally responsible for all accidents involving cyclists, even though they are not at fault.
So much for “innocent till proved guilty”.
This is not practical nor justifiable.
Most motorists and cyclists obey the highway code, many cyclists are themselves motorists.
Watch some cyclists in cities like Cambridge and Oxford who ignore the rules of the road by riding through red stop lights, pull out without any indication, travel the wrong way down one-way streets and ride without lights.
Are motorists to be blamed if they are involved in an accident with such ignorant cyclists?

Thousands of motorists are being duped into buying former rental vehicles from OFFICIAL DEALERSHIPS.
An investigation into this £35 Billion racket has been launched by the Office of Fair Trading after 70,000 complaints.
Dealers are offering their cars as being owned by one owner.
Yes that owner is Enterprise, Hertz, Europcar. National, Alamo, Avis and many , many more.
These companies buy hundreds of cars and vans each year, have them registered correctly, but when it comes to dealers reselling them, they are classified as “ONE OWNER” even though several hundred drivers have driven them.
One solution for the buyer of a second-hand car or van, is to get in writing from the dealer, certification that the car or van is NOT an ex fleet or hire vehicle.
The French Tell Us To Take Their Asylum Seekers.
Jacques Barrot, ex French Minister now Europe’s Justice Commissioner has demanded that Britain take in asylum seekers from the notorious jungle squat town in Calais.
NO, NO, NO we should NOT accept more immigrants.
France must deport those asylum seekers back to their country of origin not demand that Britain accept them. France should close it’s own borders and not let these illegals into their own country in the first place.

Courage Of A War Hero In Morning.
Anyone who saw the photograph of Fusilier Thomas James in The Daily Mail 23 September 2009 could not fail to be moved by this young man’s courage and dedication.
It was a day that Thomas set aside his personal agony for the sake of friendship and honour.
James lost his right arm and suffered many other wounds in the same Taliban bomb blast that killed his friend, Fusilier Shaun Bush five weeks ago.
James insisted on leaving his hospital bed, asked for no sympathy as he was helped into his uniform and placed in an ambulance for a 20 mile drive to pay tribute to his dead friend.
Within the hour, he had arrived on time at Coventry Cathedral, where he was pushed in his wheelchair into the church to pay his respects to his friend.
James made his way into the cathedral, a heroic symbol of the suffering that hundreds of British soldiers face in private.
Feral Youth Punched Man And Killed Him.
Judge Alan Goldsack refused to name a feral 15 year old teenage thug who punched an innocent man, Jonathan Harper for refusing to give him a cigarette, in the face with such force that he fell into the road into the path of a car.
There was nothing the car driver could do to avoid Jonathan and he died a few minutes later.
Judge Goldsack jailed this thug for 2 years and refused to allow him to be named because “I don’t want him to be vilified”.
Goldsack is wrong.
Violent Black Robbers Jailed.
Two black violent robbers, Daniel Mykoo and his brother Matthew Mykoo, carried out a string of robberies on unsuspecting women over a 12 year period netting them over £1 Million worth of cash and jewellery to feed a £12,000 a month drug habit.
Daniel Mykoo was sentenced to life in prison with a minimum of 27 years.
Matthew Mykoo was given an indeterminate sentence with a minimum of 9 years.
Young Thug Attacks 81 Year Old Lady.
A young thug thought to be as young as 15 years viciously attacked an 81 year old lady by grabbing her shopping bag, breaking her arm and dragging her along the street.
The attack took place at 11.30 hrs on Sunday 20 September in Stretham, Cambridgeshire.
The attacker was white, about 5 ft 8 inches tall, age between 15 and 17 yrs, wearing a white T-shirt with a shirt over the top, and a grey base-ball cap with a white peak.
Let us hope this thug is caught and properly punished.
Killer Mother Jailed For 33 Years.
Rekha Kumari-Baker who stabbed and murdered her two daughters has been jailed for 33 years by Mr Justice Bean at Cambridge Crown Court.
Joyride Police Officer Faces Jail.
Police officer Malcolm Searles killed innocent Sandra Simpson during a high speed 100 MPH “joyride” in a police car.
Searles travelling at twice the speed limit smashed into Sandra killing her.
Searles was using the official police car to deliver a birthday card to his sister.
Shortly before the killing, Searles had treated his father to a high speed “black run” using sirens and flashing lights reaching speeds of well over 100 MPH.
Searles has been sacked from the Metropolitan Police and faces a 14 year jail term.

Baroness Scotland Fined.
Baroness Scotland, the Attorney General, the most senior law officer and chief legal adviser to the Government has been fined £5,000 for employing an illegal immigrant.
This woman makes the law related to the employment of illegals so she should have known better.

Carol Hill, a dinner lady at Great Tey Primary School has been sacked for telling parents about a cover-up.
Pupils at the school tied another pupil to a school fence then whipped her using a skipping rope.
The school tried to cover up the bullying by telling the girl’s parents that their daughter had been “hurt” in an incident with a skipping rope.
The school Headmistress, Debbie Crabb needs to give a full explanation and must reinstate Carol.
Wards Overrun With War Casualties.
Emergency military medical staff have been rushed to the Selly Oak NHS Hospital.
The hospital is unable to cope with the torrent of British war casualties from Afghanistan.
There are fewer than half the beds needed to tend wounded soldiers.
Casualties are being farmed out to civilian wards all over Birmingham.
These drastic measures cast fresh doubt on Brown’s promises that medical resources are readily available.
We have stated time and time again that there should be ALL MILITARY hospitals specialising in war wounds for our troops.
Both the past Conservative Government and now this Labour Government are GUILTY of closing military hospitals.
Our troops need dedicated military hospitals.

Sadly another British soldier has been killed in Afghanistan.
This latest death brings the total number of British troops killed in that country to 218.
There is a 1 in 4 chance of being killed or maimed in the war in Afghanistan.
Compare this to a 1 in 10 chance during the D-Day landings on Normandy beaches in 1944.
Brown still insists that our troops have all the necessary equipment that they need.
Brown like Blair, who promised that our troops could have what they want, is a liar.

MBNA Credit Card Company Guilty.
MBNA has been found guilty of mis-selling payment protection insurance.
Lynne Thorius was charged THOUSANDS of pounds by MBNA CREDIT CARD COMPANY for an insurance payment protection policy that she had never asked for.
MBNA acted in a disgusting manner. They harassed Lynne at all hours of the day and night to force her to pay for something that she had NEVER asked for.
MBNA gradually extended Lynne’s credit limit without getting her agreement and before she knew it she was £8,000 in debt.
MBNA threatened to repossess her house even though her debt was UNSECURED.
MBNA through it’s nominated insurance company increased Lynne’s policy premium to over £30 per month.
In a nine hour hearing at Newcastle-upon- Tyne County Court, Deputy District Judge Jacqueline Smart ruled that MBNA had imposed the insurance policy unfairly.
The Judge also threw out MBNA’s claim because MBNA earned commission on the policy that they imposed on Lynne.
The card in question is branded SUNDERLAND ASC but is financed by MBNA.
We have warned our readers over several years to think twice before taking out credit cards from MBNA and companies financed by MBNA.
Apart from mis-selling, MBNA use high pressure methods of selling by raising credit limits and sending out cheques encouraging their clients to use the cheques to pay other debts.
Morale: DO NOT USE MBNA.
The floodgates are now open to thousands of credit card holders to bring claims.
Dead Because No One Cared.
Leicestershire Police and Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council officials faced a barrage of criticism after FAILING to act against a gang of youths who drove Fiona Pilkington to kill herself and her 18 year old Daughter Francecca.
An inquest jury condemned Leicestershire Police and the Borough Council for FAILING to protect Fiona and Francecca from youths who hounded them to their deaths.
The inquest heard how the gang taunted Fiona and heaped abuse on Francecca who had a mental age of four.
The gang trampled the family’s garden hedges, hurled stones and eggs at windows, shoved dog excrement and fireworks through the letterbox, screamed obscenities and threatened Fiona’s dyslexic son, Anthony with a knife.
Despite receiving 33 desperate 999 calls the police dismissed Fiona’s pleas as OVER-REACTING and classed her case as LOW PRIORITY.
The inquest jury stated that the police inaction contributed to the deaths of Fiona and Francecca.
The inquest jury also found that the Borough Council also contributed to Fiona and Francecca’s deaths.
Leicestershire Social Services were also blamed for NOT realising that Fiona was suicidal even though they had been told that she was.

G20 Police Sergeant Charged With Assault.
Police sergeant Delroy Smellie will be prosecuted for assaulting Nicola Fisher by attacking her with his baton.
Smellie repeatedly beat Nicola with force using his police issue baton, striking her several times on the head and legs.
Smellie also struck Nicola with the back of his hand.
We wait the outcome of Smellie’s trial.
Charges Against Citizen’s Arrest Man Dropped.
We reported earlier about Roland Digby who made a citizen’s arrest on a yob who with his gang over three nights persistently pelted Roland’s house with crab apples in sustained attacks.
Roland called the Royston police in Hertfordshire on 4 separate occasions, but the police did NOT take any action.
Roland eventually took matters into his own hand and carried out a citizen’s arrest and waited for the police to arrive. The police did NOT arrive, but the yob’s friends ganged up on Roland forcing him to release the yob.
Several days later the police arrived and arrested Roland charging him with assault.
The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) eventually decided after a national outcry, pressure from us at www.victimsagainstcrime.com and the media, to drop all charges against Roland.
This case should never have been brought. The police should have used common sense and seen that the yobs in question were dealt with in the appropriate manner.
Man Defends His Home With Electric Fence.
A former RAF police sergeant said that his bungalow is under siege from thugs throwing bricks, paving slabs, breeze blocks and even acid.
Ralph Harvey, age 63 years has been plagued by thugs with the final straw coming after all his wife’s jewellery was stolen in two burglaries.
Ralph of Saltash, Cornwall said police repeatedly ignored his pleas for help, so he put up a 12-volt wire along the INSIDE of his wooden fence.
Andy Dunstan, police neighbourhood officer told Ralph that he could be sued if a thug hurt himself by the electric wire on Ralph’s property.
So much for the human rights of the victim.
In this case the victim cannot put in place protective measures because the criminals might get hurt and have the right to sue the victim.
Labour’s Record On Crime.
In the 12 years, since 1997, Labour’s record on crime has been abysmal.
All types of crime have risen dramatically.
Murders, assaults, muggings, rapes and burglaries have escalated.

Parents are not held accountable for their children.
Drug and alcohol crime has risen.
Gun crime has risen despite Tony Blair’s claim that all guns have been taken off our streets after he introduced the 1997 handgun ban.
Human rights of the criminal are put before those of the victims.
The police often, as has been proven fail to take action against feral youths.
The courts hand down far too lenient sentences.
Prisoners are released from jail early.
Blair’s promise that Labour will be tough on crime has proven to be a lie.
Can we expect any improvement under a Conservative Government?
We doubt it. To date there has been NO statement from David Cameron or his ministers about how to reduce the levels of crime that exists in the UK.
We have argued again and again that every law abiding UK citizen must have the automatic right to protect themselves, their families and their property without fear of prosecution and being sued by an attacker.
This is the question we plan to put to each member of Cameron’s Shadow Cabinet, in anticipation of a Conservative win at the next General Election.

Vanessa George, Angela Allen and Colin Blanchard pleaded guilty to a string of child abuses, sexual assaults and swapping indecent images of children taken at Little Ted’s Day Care Unit in Plymouth.
George will receive a heavy prison sentence during which she will be given protection in prison.
Upon her release George will be exercising her “Human rights” and given a new identity with round the clock protection.
The human rights of the child victims and their parents have been put to one side.
George and her scum co-paedophiles must NOT be given this protection.

Killed By Feral Yobs.
Michaek Eccles was set upon by a gang of feral youths and battered to death as he walked home from the shops.
Jordon Carroll age 16 and Carl Keatley age 21, both drunk on vodka followed Michael nearly to his front door where they launched their brutal attack, kicking, punching and stamping on his head.
This is another example of society that is broken where young people can run riot, take over the streets and commit violent crimes without fear of being punished.
Keatley had already committed 31 previous offences and was on bail for a previous crime.
Both Carroll and Keatley were given life for murder, Carrol serving a minimum of 11 years and Keatley 13 Years.
These sentences are far too lenient. Life must mean LIFE, no parole.
Saudi Arabia Justice.
Twenty Saudi teenagers who ransacked shops and restaurants have been publicly flogged.
The Human Rights brigade have condemned the floggings.
Why?
A good dose of the cane for OUR out of control feral youths would be a punishment they would not forget in a hurry.
Cambridgeshire Faces Police Cuts.
Chief Constable, Julie Spence said that she has no option but to cut her force by between 10 and 20 per cent.
Julie made headlines when she pointed out to Gordon Brown, in no uncertain terms, that Cambridgeshire needed increased funding to put more front line police officers on the streets because of a huge increase in immigrants arriving in the county who were responsible for the massive rise in burglaries, violent crime and anti-social behaviour.

Cambridge Pupils Help Police Capture Driver.
Congratulations and a big WELL DONE to the pupils of Manor Community College who helped police track down and arrest a driver who failed to stop when asked by police.
The driver continued, but pulled over and fled the scene.
The quick thinking pupils gave chase, running on foot while they lent the police officers their bikes.
A total of 20 teenage pupils have been hailed as heroes, helping the police detain this criminal.

Met Police Killers Off The Hook.
The Met police killers of UNARMED Jean Charles de Menezes have escaped being tried for either murder or manslaughter.
The Independent Police Complaints Commission reviewed it’s findings following the recording of an “Open Verdict” at last year’s inquest.
The result is that NO police officer will face charges or be disciplined for the killing of innocent unarmed Jean Charles de Menezes.
Hit And Run Harman.
The Labour Deputy Leader, Harriet Harman, while driving her car was using her mobile phone and crashed into a parked car.
Harman fled the scene after telling a witness “You know who I am and where I live”.
Harman continued with her phone call, did not stop at the scene, did not show her details of insurance and registration.

SBS hero, Sgt Andy Houltram has been buried amid tight security.
Andy led his team in a lightning attack on a Taliban bomb making factory in Afghanistan.
Andy was killed while chasing a Taliban fighter into a booby-trapped building.
This begs the question.
Why were not precision laser guided bombs not used to destroy the factory?
Birmingham Yobs Abuse Triple Amputee War Hero.
Seriously wounded war hero, Sapper Matthew Weston, who lost both legs and his right arm in a bomb blast in Afghanistan was abused by sick yobs in Birmingham while he was taken out in his wheelchair by his mother.
These vile yobs hurled abuse and mocked Matthew making comments about the loss of his limbs.
The people of Birmingham should be thoroughly ashamed for allowing their callous yobs to belittle such a brave hero.
We feel sure that Matthew’s colleagues would like to meet up with these yobs and teach them a lesson.
Matthew hopes to return to the Army and plans to make the Paralympics shooting team.
Matthew, we are deeply ashamed that yobs from Birmingham have behaved in such a callous manner.
Another British Soldier Has Been Killed In Afghanistan.
One more British soldier has been killed in Afghanistan bringing the total of those killed to 219.
This is not a war that can be won. Brown must bring our troops home.
Brown claims that it is a war on terrorism. It is not. It is a war to appease the Americans.
It is well known that 75% of all planned terrorist attacks in the UK have their origins in Pakistan, the rest in Saudi Arabia.

Bereaved father, Peter Brierley’s grief and anger boiled over when he came face to face with the man he blames for the death of his son.
Tony Blair offered his hand to Peter during a reception following the service at St Paul’s to commemorate the dead of the Iraq war.
“DON’T YOU DARE”, roared Mr Brierly, “YOU HAVE MY SON’S BLOOD ON YOUR HANDS”.
Mr Brierly later told a national newspaper, “As far as I am concerned that man (Blair) is a war criminal. I can’t bear to be in the same room as him. I cannot believe he’s been allowed to come to this reception”.
Some newspapers have criticised the Archbishop of Canterbury, Dr. Rowan Williams for stating the obvious, that the war in Iraq remains highly controversial, without measuring the consequences in terms of the human sacrifice shown by British troops.
Dr. Williams went on to blame Tony Blair and politicians who sent British troops to their death and hundreds suffering severe wounds, based on a lie, that Iraq possessed weapons of mass destruction. Iraq DID NOT posses WMDs.
We support Dr. Williams for making his points.
We must never forget that Tony Blair is directly responsible for the British blood that was spilt in the Iraq conflict.
Blair acted as George Bush’s poodle following him into a war without reason and has subsequently made a £multi-million fortune off the backs of British troops who were killed and who were severely wounded.
How much of his immoral fortune has Blair donated to the after-care and welfare of wounded veterans and their families? NOT ONE PENNY.
Dishonourable MPs Fight Expenses Payback.
As many as 20 MPs have stated that they will not return their excessive expense claims.
MPs like Elliot Morley and David Chayter who both claimed phantom mortgages are among those targeted to reimburse £1,000,000 to the taxpayer.
One MP, Jacqui Smith, the former Home Secretary received £116,000 of taxpayers’ money for a second home while lodging with her sister.
Smith classifies the “digs” in London as her main residence leaving her clear to claim £24,000 per year for her family home in Redditch, but has to-date not been ordered to return the £116,000.
Smith has only repaid £158 after being caught claiming for pornographic movies for her husband.
Gordon Brown has been ordered to pay back £12,400 that he claimed for “cleaning”.
David Cameron has told his MPs to pay back every penny that is demanded from them or they would not be allowed to stand as a Conservative at the next General Election.
Maybe, just maybe, we the taxpayer will no longer be victims of greedy MPs.
MPs claim that they enter politics to serve their country. BUT, how many MPs started their political life living in a modest semi-detached and now have a £Million property portfolio?
MPs To Be Forced To Sack Relatives.
In a further crack-down, MPs who hire their relatives will have to sack them.
Currently 201 MPs employ members of their families, adding an average increase of £33,000 per year to the family coffers.
Other ideas from the overhaul of expenses are that there should be no second home mortgages and that MPs should only be able to claim for renting a second home providing that it is more than 90 minutes from the House of Commons.
Pool Lifeguards Chat As Man Drowns.
Lifeguards, Alex Cotterill and Richard Leek were on duty, but chose to chat to their women friends and ignored Adrian Miles who lay drowning at the bottom of a swimming pool at the Walsall campus of Wolverhampton University.
We understand that Cotterill and Leek are being prosecuted for breaching their duty at work.
There can be no excuse for this negligence.
You Can’t Expect The Police To Be Heroes.
The Health and Safety Executive made this extraordinary claim in new guidelines for officers.
This is outrageous. The police job is to protect and serve the public.
The public are not allowed to take the law into their own hands and now we are being told that police officers do not have to be brave when carrying out their duties.
Will the police walk away from a burglar armed with a knife or who is high on drugs just in case they get hurt?
Why have a police force at all, unless it is to penalise motorists or brave victims who try and defend themselves.
Too Risky For Paramedics.
Paramedics from Woolavington, Somerset refused to help a man who lay in 6 inches of water with a broken back.
Brian Bendle who lay in 6 inches of water had to wait for the fire brigade to arrive.
An ambulance service spokesman said fire crews were trained for water rescue.
In August, heart attack victim Melissa Proctor-Blain died after a paramedic refused to enter a pub in Spondon, Derbyshire.
Last year Karl Malton of Crowland Lincolnshire drowned in 18 inches of water while 999 crews waited for a water rescue team 50 miles away.
Benefit Cheats Pay Back At 85p A Day For 77 Years.
Two Benefit cheats, Brian Payne and Carol Cripwell who fraudulently claimed £50,000 in benefits have been ordered to pay the money back at the rate of 85p per day over 77 years.
This means that Payne will be 120 and Cripwell will be 116 by the time they repay the debt.
Another Female Paedophile.
Predatory paedophile, Carole Clarke sexually assaulted boys and girls over a 17 year period. The offences were against children aged between 4 and 7 years of age.
Clarke is to be sentenced in December. Let us hope that this evil person is taken off the streets for at least 30 years.
Tories To Sack Police Chiefs.
Shadow Home Secretary, Chris Grayling said that there is no role in policing for officers who ignore complaints about persistent thugs who terrorise others.
He promised that a Conservative Government will sack police chiefs who fail to tackle families from hell.
Grayling said that hard-core thugs must be sent to jail.
Cameron promised to get 100,000 thugs off the streets. Let us hope that this promise is not as hollow as Blair’s promise to get all handguns off the streets when he implemented the 1997 handgun ban.
OAP Hauled Before Court.
Frail OAP, Renate Bowling was taunted by youths and had stones thrown at her house.
Renate was out shopping when she saw one of the youths. She remonstrated with him and prodded him with her finger.
What happened? The police charged Renate with assault and hauled her off to court.
Renate was given a conditional discharge by Magistrates in Blackpool, Lancashire but ordered to pay £50 court costs.
Well done Blackpool police. Have you nothing better to do but to persecute a frail OAP.
The Sun newspaper paid Renate’s court costs. Good for The Sun.
Play Centre Paedophile.
Aaron Collis, a former nursery worker at the Funky Fun House play centre in Cambridge admitted committing a series of sick sex crimes against children.
Collis who was a member of staff at Snap nursery in Cambridge as well as the soft play area pleaded guilty at Cambridge Crown Court.
Collis was told that he could expect a substantial prison sentence.
Was a Criminal Records Bureau check carried out on Collis? If not, why not?
Mother Stubs Cigarette Out On Toddler.
Charlotte Sutton stubbed her cigarette out on the back of her 15 month toddler.
The punishment given to this evil mother was 9 months jail.
This is not justice.

1) TORY MP David Wilshire paid £105,500 into his own company.
Wilshire paid £3,250 each month of his office allowances into his own firm, even though it was not registered, ”Moorlands Research Services”.
Moorlands was owned by both Wilshire and his partner Ann Palmer.
Moorlands then contracted to provide Wilshire with office services for which he then claimed.
Wilshire also claimed £141,039 for “Second” home allowances even though his main home was just 20 miles from the House of Commons.
Wilshire MUST be made to return both the £105,500 and the £141.039 that he fraudulently claimed from the taxpayers.
2) Speaker, John Bercow is to pay back £1000 for wrongly claimed mortgage.
3) TORY MP Bernard Jenkin may possibly return £50,000 claimed to rent his sister-in-law’s house even though it is just over the road from his wife’s house.
4) TORY MP Bill Cash to return £15,000 rent on his daughter’s flat even though his own home is 35 miles closer to the House of Commons.
5) TORY MPs Sir Nicholas and Ann Winterton to pay back £80,000 on a flat even though the £700,000 mortgage was paid off.
6) TORY MP Andrew Lansley to return a further £1,700.
7) TORY MP Jonathan Djanogly asked to return up to £25,000.
8) TORY MP Sir Alan Haselhurst to pay back £14,000.
9) TORY MP Eleanor Lang repaid £25,000, but she claimed £87,725 toward properties she claimed as “second” homes. Lang also made £1,000,000 profit from the sale of these properties.

Town Hall Pensions Soared By £400 Million.
The taxpayer’s bill for Town Hall pensions soared by £400 Million to a massive £5.4 Billion last year.
Councils will either have to raise council tax or sack staff.
Any staff that are sacked MUST be back room administrative staff, NOT teachers, social workers, police on the front line or firefighters.
There MUST be a cap on public sector pensions.
Harman’s Law Favours Gypsies.
Harriet Harman’s equality law will favour travellers and gypsies.
Travelers and gypsies are to get special favours under planning guidelines issued by Harman which will allow them to win approval for official sights as well as greater tolerance for illegal camps.
Harman claims that travellers and gypsies have “Socio-economic disadvantages”.
They DO NOT. These people choose their life style and in doing so cause major disruption to local communities with anti-social behaviour, rise in crime and littering the local countryside. Most do not pay council tax or water charges.
These people are not short of money. They sometimes buy land and most have expensive material possessions.
The law says that everyone must be treated equally. So why should travellers and gypsies be given preferential treatment?
South Cambridgeshire District Council already treats these people differently.
Travellers and gypsies only pay 4% sewage charges, while the rest of South Cambridgeshire citizens pay the full charges.
SCDC Cllr Debbie Roberts is the ONLY member with enough guts to voice her opinion on this matter. The rest of her colleagues are too afraid and hide behind the PC Brigade.
South Cambs District Council (SCDC) Mismanages Again.
1) People living in sheltered housing face having their wardens axed.
Residents need wardens to help the elderly with their physical needs, yet SCDC are trying to save money.
People living in South Cambs will remember the fiasco about the £1,000,000 spent asking council house tenants if they would be willing to transfer the Council’s housing stock to a private organisation when it was well known that the tenants wanted to keep the Council as their landlords.
SCDC is now trying to recoup this waste of money by axing wardens at all sheltered housing.
2) SCDC has given permission to build 380 houses on the Bayer CropScience industrial land in Hauxton.
This land has NOT been proven to be free of industrial and chemical dumping.
Has SCDC not learned the lesson from Corby where hundreds of children have birth defects.
The families have won substantial damages from Corby Council.
Again Cllr Debbie Roberts has spoken up to defend her electorate. The rest of the Councillors bow to the planners.
Cambridgeshire County Council Fails Schoolchildren.
Hundreds of pupils will be taught in mobile classrooms across Cambridge due to a massive shortage in primary school places.
CCC has scrapped its policy to phase out mobile classrooms because of its FAILURE to predict the number of places required.
There is no excuse for this failure. Many County and District Councillors are members of the East of England Regional Assembly which plans for and encourages expansion in the area.
Expansion means more people will live in the area requiring houses and schools.

A leaked document reveals that 40,000 asylum seekers from Zimbabwe, Somalia, Iran, Algeria and China are being exempt from rules governing the right to stay in the UK.

Compensation For Wounded War Heroes.
Wounded troops will get £Millions more in compensation after a landmark legal win.
Up to now the Armed Forces Compensation Scheme had paid just for the physical damage, not its long-term consequences.
The Court of Appeal ruled servicemen SHOULD get more cash if their afflictions from their wounds worsen.
At long last there is now a judicial foothold for improvements to be made to the scheme.
This will mean that payments will now be made for the long-term effects of battle wounds.

We stated in an earlier article that we would ask members of the Shadow Cabinet their views on self defence.

1) Every law abiding UK citizen should have the automatic right to defend themselves, their families and their property against attack by any means available without fear of prosecution and/or being sued by the attacker.
2) Criminals should forfeit their human rights, other than a fair trial, at the commencement of their crime.

It was very noticeable that David Cameron, Leader of his Party and Chris Grayling, the Shadow Home Secretary were among those who refused to give their views.
We did not contact any Labour MPs because we all know their record on crime.
We can only conclude that a future Conservative Government will follow this present Labour Government in that they will NOT give innocent victims of crime the right of self defence.
Labour’s Fight Against Crime-Criminals To Escape Trial.
Labour’s new fight against crime is to allow persistent criminals to escape trial and punishment even when there is overwhelming evidence against them.
This new policy amounts to a CRIMINALS CHARTER and is a new blow to those who believe that criminals should be punished and taken off the streets in order to protect the public.
The proposals are designed to cover crimes such as theft, shoplifting, assault and criminal damage.
One good aspect will be that a person carrying out a “Citizens arrest” would not be charged with assault.
Police Win Right To Retain Conviction Records.
In a recent High Court Appeal, the police have won the right to retain evidence including DNA of all CONVICTED criminals.
We agree with this verdict.
BUT people who have been charged and who have NOT been convicted of any crime should not have their records and DNA retained by the police.
Gun Crime Continues To Rise.
There has been a 100% increase in gun crime during the last year in London alone.
This is despite Tony Blair’s statement that all handguns have been taken off the streets following his 1997 handgun ban.
Another Illegal Immigrant Allowed To Stay.
The immigration authorities have allowed an unnamed Bolivian illegal immigrant to remain in the UK rather than be deported.
The reason given is “Deportation would breach his human rights to stay and look after his cat and that removal would interfere with his and his cat’s family life”.

Hundreds of teachers with criminal convictions for harassment, battery, assault, indecent exposure, indecent assault and possession of class A drugs are being allowed to teach in our schools.

Churchgoer Groomed Young Girls For Sex.
Gene Morrison, who attended the Seventh Day Adventist church in Stockport, Greater Manchester, targeted vulnerable young girls to satisfy his perverted fantasies including the rapes of two girls aged 10 and 11.
Morrison was convicted of raping the two girls, six counts of indecent assault, four counts of engaging in sexual activity with a child and perverting the course of justice. All the victims were under the age of 16 years.
Morrison will be sentenced in December. We hope he receives a minimum of 25 years jail time.
Schools Close For Non Christian Holy Days.
Waltham Forest and Newham Councils have ordered schools to close for Muslim, Hindu and Sikh holy days despite objections from both teachers and parents.
We are a Christian country and should not pander to foreign religions. Any Muslim, Hindu or Sikh parent who wishes to take their child from school for any reason must follow the law of the UK, That is to obtain permission from the head teacher before removing their child from school.
Health Trusts To Reduce Life Saving Drugs.
Health Trusts are joining a lobby group called the “Commissioning Support Appraisals Service” (CSAS) whose objective is to influence the type of treatments endorsed by the rationing body NICE.
NICE is supposed to be independent of the Health Service and Government.
Here we have CSAS joining forces with NHS Health Trusts to reduce more than 100 life saving drugs.
This is a sinister activity designed to lobby NICE to ensure less cancer treatments are approved nationally.
The Government has allowed NHS bodies to band together with a group whose intention seems to be to stop patients getting the life saving drugs they need.
NHS Staff Receive Private Health Care.
More than 3,000 NHS staff receive private health care at a cost of £1.5 Million per year so that they can leapfrog their own waiting lists.
NHS administrators, Paramedics, Doctors, Nurses and Ambulance drivers are among the list.
This money would be better spent on life saving drugs for patients.
Speed Sign Rap For Village Vigilantes.
Wiltshire Council has threatened the villagers of Aldbourne with legal action.
Residents of Aldbourne took action against speeding drivers who use their village as a rat run, driving at speeds of 60 MPH in a 30 Mile zone.
They clubbed together and bought a £2,800 battery powered “slow down” sign which they put up in front gardens, triggering speeds of more than 33 MPH.
The sign is moved around the village and placed in resident’s front gardens.
In one week alone over 2,600 vehicles exceeded 40 MPH, many reaching over 60 MPH.
What does the Wiltshire Council do to these villagers who are trying to prevent accidents, deaths and maiming by helping to reduce speeding drivers?
ANSWER. Threatening them with legal action because they do not have planning permission to erect their sign.
Well done jobsworths. If the police took action to curb speeding there would be no need for these upstanding citizens to do the police job for them.
Grandfather Attacks RAF Apache With £8 Torch.
Tom Merriott age 63 years was woken by what felt like an earthquake outside his bedroom window at 1 am.
Tom went outside his house with an £8.45p torch to investigate the frightening noise, shining his torch as he did so.
Shining his torch around, he shone it on 2 low flying Apache gunships hovering just 10 ft above his garden.
Tom called the MOD complaint line to ask for assistance but instead of an apology or any explanation that the noise was caused by a flying exercise, Tom was visited 3 weeks later by police who arrested him on suspicion of endangering an aircraft by dazzling the pilot.
Yes it could have been potentially dangerous, but in this instance Tom could have had it explained that his action could have caused an incident.
To charge Tom for reacting to the sudden loud noise is in our view excessive.
Tom later quipped, “Don’t tell the Taliban that all they need is an £8 quid torch to bring down a multi-million pound gunship”.
We doubt very much that Tom had any intention to cause harm.
Gordon Brown’s Contempt For The Military Continues.
Savage and demoralising Army cost-saving plans have been revealed.
Regular and reserve troops, even the vital special forces will feel the effects.
1) All TA training is to be suspended. Saving £20 Million. This will result in a loss of 10% of its trained strength, giving the lie to Brown’s statement that the TA is properly resourced and equipped to deliver 800 troops for Afghanistan.
2) Recruitment of 500 new regular soldiers scrapped. Saving £2 Million.
3) Crucial and long promised upgrading to housing in Germany for 600 soldiers cut. Saving £14 Million.
4) Essential computer equipment withheld. Savings £1 Million.
5) Further unidentified cuts are to be made, up to £100 Million.
6) Nearly 9,200 perfectly good Army homes are sitting empty while soldier’s families are living in squalor. WASTE £38 Million.
7) More than 12,000 military homes are in worse condition than a year ago despite Brown’s promise to renovate them. The list of poor conditions includes: No showers, Electric wiring over 36 years old, 20 year old kitchens and lack of wall and loft insulation. These homes do not meet the Government’s own “Decent Home Standards”.
Criminals and asylum seekers have better quality accommodation.
Gordon Brown treatment of our military continues to be one of contempt, failure and neglect.
Brown continues to claim that the cuts “Will not negatively impact current operations”.

School Helper Victimized.
Mark Ellwood, a school helper at David Lister School in Hull escorted a foulmouth schoolboy out of a lesson.
Mark was arrested for assault, fingerprinted, DNA taken, held in a police cell and banned by Hull Social Services from living with his children.
Mark was “Hung out to dry” for 9 months during his ordeal.
Mark was cleared of any and all offences by Hull Magistrates Court.
Mark later spoke of a climate of fear at that school saying that pupils are beyond control and that teachers are frightened to discipline them.
He went on to say that on a daily basis, staff are threatened with being stabbed, swearing is endemic and that pupils show no respect.
We say that parents are to blame for the bad behaviour of their children. They do not teach them good manners or give clear boundaries about right and wrong, nor do parents instill sound social graces.
Teachers cannot be blamed for poor child behaviour when parents obviously are incapable or don’t care.
In this case the Hull police went overboard and should have investigated more thoroughly.
The David Lister School policy about pupil behaviour needs to be overhauled.
The County School behaviour policy needs to be improved.
Police Put Girl Age 10 In Hospital.
Abbie Symonds, age 10 years had to spend the night in hospital after being sprayed in the eyes by police officers.
35 Somerset and Avon police officers from Bath in full riot gear armed with tear gas and CS spray stormed Abbie’s birthday barbecue party at her home.
The police were looking for a 20 year old person who had breached a condition of bail.
Abbie’s Father went outside to ask what was going on. He was told by the police “It is nothing to do with you”. The police then squirted CS gas straight into his eyes.
Using 35 police officers in full riot gear, spraying tear gas and CS gas in all directions, to invade a 10 year old girl’s birthday party to arrest ONE person is an excessive use of police force.
No wonder the police have lost the confidence of the public when they act as NAZI STORM TROOPERS.
Police Fiddle Crime Statistics.
Violent and vicious criminals are not being included in police statistics.
Vicious street attacks and wife beatings are not being included in police statistics because the police FAIL to include them as crimes.
Over 6,000, a massive 33% of all reports of violence are dismissed by police forces throughout the country because the police down-grade or record the incidents as NO CRIME.
Police National Database.
The Police National DNA database now holds profiles of 5.6 million Britons both innocent or guilty of any crime.
The number of crimes solved using this database has fallen by a dramatic 20%.
This FAILURE adds fuel to the Public’s demand that DNA profiles held on innocent people be removed immediately from the police national database.
Car Vandal Killers Jailed.
Jay O’Neill age 21 yrs and Scott Milroy age 17 attacked innocent James Alford after he tried to stop them vandalising his car.
As James lay on the ground O’Neill and Milroy kicked him unmercifully in the head until he died.
O’Neill was jailed for 8 years at the Edinburgh High Court.
Milroy was ordered to serve 3 years and two months in a young offenders institute.
This is NOT justice.
Both should serve a life sentence for murder.
Drunken Women Thugs Jailed For Violent Attack.
Five drunken women thugs from the same family beat, kicked and stamped on Matthew Campbell in a savage attack without reason.
These thugs were caught on CCTV carrying out the attack in Grimsby, South Humberside.
All five, Rachel Barber, age 31, Kelly MacDonald 32, Kate Tomlinson 21,Belinda Tomlinson 42, and Helen Barber 29 were each jailed for 6 months.
This is not punishment. Each thug should have received a minimum of 5 years.
Barnsley NHS Primary Care Trust Denies Cancer Drugs.
Cancer patient, David Gladwin age 37 years has been denied the life saving drug Avastin by Barnsley NHS Primary Care Trust which could extend his life.
Chemo and radiotherapy failed to beat David’s brain tumour.
Avastin is given to patients in other parts of the country, but Barnsley is choosing to shorten David’s life on cost grounds.
Gordon Brown promised that there would be no post-code lottery in the giving of cancer treatment.
It is despicable that alcoholics, drug addicts, obese people, gypsies/travellers and illegal immigrants are given preferential treatment yet a hard working young young father of two children aged 6 and 2 years is denied life prolonging cancer drugs.
EU Students Receive Free British Education.
Nearly 50% of all EU students who study in Britain benefit from “FREE” university education after failing to repay their loans.
More than £11 Million is owed by over 2,000 foreign students each year who have returned to their homeland without paying any education fees.
This is a drain on the taxpayers.

Devastating Report Into Nimrod Crash.
Charles Haddon-Cave QC has produced a devastating report into the Nimrod spy plane disaster in Afghanistan in which 14 British servicemen were killed.
The report stated:
1) A systematic breach of the Military Covenant brought about by significant failures on the part of the MOD, BAE Systems and Qinetiq.
2) There had been a yawning gap in the RAF’s airworthiness safety between the appearance and reality of safety.
3) The Nimrod Safety Case was a lamentable job from start to finish. It was riddled with errors. It missed key dangers. Its production is a story of incompetence, complacency and cynicism. The best opportunity to prevent the accident was missed.
4) BAE poorly managed and poorly executed work and rushed to cut corners.
5) Qintiq failed to carry out its role as independent adviser. Qintiq’s approach was fundamentally lax and compliant.
6) MOD cost cutting led to organisational change which in turn led to distraction from vital safety and airworthiness issues.
THE REPORT IDENTIFIES THE PEOPLE RESPONSIBLE.
1) Ex Prime Minister Tony Blair who allowed Military cost cutting.
2) Gordon Brown, who as Chancellor of the Exchequer imposed massive cuts in the MOD’s budget.
3) MOD, Goup Captain George Baber who is the Nimrod Integrated Project Team Leader. BABER is still employed by the MOD.
4) MOD, Wing Commander Michael Eagles, Nimrod Head of Air Vehicle. EAGLES is still working for the MOD.
5) MOD, Frank Walsh, Safety Manager of overview.
6) MOD, General Sir Sam Cowan, Chief of Defence Logistics 1992-2002 blamed for ordering 20% cuts in Defence spending, that put safety at risk.
7) MOD, Air Chief Marshal Sir Malcolm Pledger, Chief of Defence Logistics 2002-04 failed to question the size of Defence cuts.
8) BAE Systems, Chris Lowe, Chief Airworthiness Engineer assumed that the Nimrod was safe.
9) BAE Systems, Richard Oldfield, Nimrod Safety Case Project Leader failed to tell MOD that BAE had not assessed every threat to safety. Oldfield failed to monitor the project.
10) BAE Systems, Eric Prince, Flight Systems and Avionics Manager responsible for poor planning, poor management and poor execution of the project. Prince was prepared to see the MOD given a deliberate misleading impression as to the completeness of the work.
11) QINETIQ, Martin Mahy, Task Manager for the Nimrod Safety Case Project, failed to check the work carried out by BAE Systems, but “Signed Off” the work carried out without seeing or reading the reports.
12) QINETIQ, Colin Blagrove, Technical Assurance Manager for Nimrod Safety Management, guilty of allowing the “Manifestly inappropriate” BAE reports to be approved. Failed to ensure that Qinetiq did not “Sign Off” work unless it was appropriate to do so.
These 10 British heroes were killed by Blair and Brown’s penny pinching, their lack of support for our Military AND by the lamentable failures of the MOD, BAE Systems and Qinetiq.
Blair, Brown and the MOD stand accused of sacrificing safety and the lives of these 10 British servicemen for cost cutting.
There has been a shift in the MOD priorities towards BUSINESS and FINANCIAL TARGETS at the expense of safety for our Military.
Reasons Why Tony Blair Should Not Be President Of The EU.
1) He took the UK into war in Iraq on a lie and false pretenses without consulting the British people and Parliament. The lie was that Blair claimed that Iraq possessed Weapons of Destruction. No such weapons were ever found.
2) Responsible for 179 deaths of British soldiers killed in Iraq with hundreds more severely wounded.
3) Lied when he told British troops that they could have all the equipment that they needed to fight in Iraq and Afghanistan.
4) Earned £14 Million with British soldier’s blood on lucrative lecture tours of the USA as a reward for supporting George Bush with his war in Iraq and Afghanistan.
5) Refused to recognised the Gurkha’s contribution to Britain in their bid to live in the UK.
6) Lied when he promised a referendum on the EU treaty.
7) Operated a secret open door policy with Jack Straw to encourage unlimited immigration so as to convert the UK into a Multi-Cultural society against 82% of the wishes of the British people.
8) Lied when he claimed in 1997 after his handgun ban that all guns have been taken off our streets. There are now thousands of illegal guns in the hands of UK criminals.
9) Responsible for the release of over 4,000 foreign convicts onto our streets.
10) Reigned over an ever increasing rise in violent crime including a 100% increase in gun crime.
11) Created a UK BIG BROTHER State with massive CCTV surveillance, ID cards and a ban on trial by jury for some crimes.
12) Created a huge Police National DNA database of all persons accused of a crime even if people have been found NOT guilty.
13) The erosion of freedom for British citizens.
14) Diminution of civil liberties.
15) Oversaw the introduction of lenient sentencing for criminal offenses.
16) Negotiated the release of the Lockerbie Bomber with Colonel Gaddafi.
17) Compliant with an increase of terrorism on UK streets.
18) Bankrupting the nation by failing to control the UK banking system.
19) Blair could be APPOINTED not ELECTED by the private citizens of the EU.
20) A recent poll has shown that 84% of UK citizens DO NOT want Tony Blair as President of the EU.

Killer Cop Gets 6 Years Jail.
Killer police officer, Malcolm Searles smashed into grandmother Sandra Simpson during a 104 MPH reckless joyride in his police car, killing her instantly.
Searles treated his father and uncle to a “white knuckle ride” driving with sirens and flashing blue lights doing speeds of 104 MPH in a 40 MPH area and at other times doing 107 MPH in a 70 MPH area.
Searles lied when he claimed that he was in pursuit of another car. He was in fact showing off while on his way to deliver a birthday card to his sister.
The punishment handed down for killing by dangerous driving was just 6 and a half years jail.
This is NOT justice.
Searles should have been given the maximum 14 years jail.
Punishment guidelines for causing death by dangerous driving is 10 to 14 years based on aggravating factors. The factors which should have been applied in this case are:
1) Greatly excessive speed.
2) Showing off.
3) A prolonged, persistent and deliberate course of very bad driving.
4) Aggressive driving.
Searles has been sacked by the Metropolitan Police. Let us hope that he receives his true punishment at the hands of fellow convicts.
Killer HGV Driver To Be Jailed.
An HGV driver, Jonnie Reynolds ploughed into 2 cars squashing them into another HGV that slowed down due to heavy traffic on the A 14 in Cambridgeshire, killing both car drivers.
Reynolds was found guilty of causing death by dangerous driving.
A defence, a so called expert, said that Reynolds left a 30 ft gap between the front of his HGV and the car in front of him and that it was perfectly safe.
A gap of 30 ft is not long enough for a 36 tonne HGV to stop.
Reynolds will be sentenced on November 20th.
Judge Hawkesworth told Reynolds that he faces a “substantial sentence”.
We wait to see what that sentence will be.
Reynolds is a local man, living just a few miles from where he killed 2 innocent people, therefore he should know what the A 14 road driving conditions are like.
Evil Paedophile Jailed.
Evil paedophile, Aaron Collis has been jailed for a string of sickening sex crimes against 5 children including a 2 year old baby still in nappies.
Judge Gareth Hawksworth handed down an “indeterminate sentence and said that Collis must serve a minimum of 5 years.
This is NOT justice. Collis should have been given 25 years jail without parole.
Secret Courts Seized £3.2 Billion From Elderly.
A secret court, set up by the Government, is seizing the assets of thousands of elderly and mentally impaired people and turning control of their lives over to the State against the wishes of their relatives.
These draconian measures are being imposed by the little known “Court of Protection”.
This is yet another step towards Labour’s desire for a “BIG BROTHER STATE” where the lives of every citizen is controlled and monitored.
Secret Plans For A Multicultural State.
Jack Straw, our Justice Secretary and Tony Blair, then Prime Minister, DISHONESTLY CONCEALED a plan to allow in more immigrants and make Britain more multicultural because they feared a backlash if it was made public.
The secret report produced in 2000 called for mass immigration to change Britain’s cultural make-up for ever.

Paedophiles, rapists and sex attacks has increased by 50% in the last 5 years.

Rapes and killings by SUPERVISED criminals have been EXCLUDED from the official Government statistics.
Man Who Stabbed Burglar Accused Of Murder.
Omari Roberts has been accused of murder after he stabbed and killed Tyler Juett and wounded a 14 year old accomplice who were committing a burglary in his mother’s home.
Omari is a law abiding citizen who defended his mother’s house against 2 burglars who had illegally invaded the property.
Let us hope that common sense and justice prevails and that all charges against Omari are dropped.
Grandmother Who Objected To “Gay” March Accused.
Pensioner and Grandmother Pauline Howe who is a committed Christian wrote to Norwich Council to object to a “Gay” march.
Instead of politely responding the council referred her letter to the police.
The Norfolk Police then turned up at Pauline’s home and told her that her letter caused offence.
Where is the right to free speech?
As a committed Christian, Pauline has as much right to express her views as those of other faiths.
We are not surprised that the Norfolk police are involved. They themselves are a hotbed for homosexuals and lesbians as has been reported in national and local newspapers.
Cowardly Attack Caught On CCTV.
Two violent thugs have been jailed for a sickening attack on an innocent woman which was caught on CCTV.
The victim was punched to the ground and had her head stamped on and kicked before she was stabbed in the leg with a chisel.
Glen Muddiman was jailed for 3 years and Dean Ackers was given 18 months.
Both these thugs will be free to attack again after completing half their sentences. 10 Years each would be the correct punishment.
Schoolboy Turns Detective.
Eagle-eyed Leon Yates age 12 was on his way home when he spotted two men acting suspiciously outside a neighbour’s home.
Leon saw them entering the property and stealing a woman’s handbag while the victim was in her back garden.
Leon spotted a can of lemonade that the thief had been drinking from.
Quick-thinking Leon carefully bagged the can without touching it as evidence.
DNA from the can plus Leon’s detailed description of the thief enabled the police to arrest and charge prolific burglar and drug addict Daniel Jones.
Jones was jailed for 2 years and five months.
Well done Leon, you deserve an award.
