Haringey Council.
Shaon Shoesmith, the ex Director of children’s services has failed in her attempt to gain compensation from the Council for dismissal following the Baby Peter case. We understand that she will seek compensation from an industrial tribunal.
Child Deaths In Doncaster.
Yet another case of Child Services failings has emerged.
In this case South Yorkshire, Doncaster Council has been found “inadequate” by Ofsted.
The deaths of 7 children in Doncaster has sparked an inquiry.
Killer Driver Jailed.
Helen Nunn age 41 ploughed into Mr Donald McCallum an OAP and killed him.
Nunn was high on a drug called “speed” when she drove her car without braking into Donald.
Judge Jonathan Haworth at Cambridge Crown Court sentenced Nunn to 6 years in jail. We believe that Nunn should have received the full term of 14 years.
Another Killer Driver.
Katie Gutierrez-Perez age 40, swallowed sleeping pills, drunk considerable quantities of wine and cider then drove her car and mounted the pavement outside a school where she ploughed into a Mother and the child buggy she was pushing.
Gutierrez-Perez’s actions resulted in the death of 15 month old Finlay Woods.
G-Perez was sentenced to 7 years jail at Snaresbrook Crown Court.
Again this is not justice. G-Perez should have received the maximum 14 years.
Drug Addict And Thief Jailed.
Drug addict and thief, Marcus Baker was jailed for 2 and a half years at Cambridge Crown Court by Judge Jonathan Haworth for stealing £1,000 worth of spirits from a shop.
We note this sentence and compare it to the sentence Judge Haworth passed on Helen Nunn who killed an OAP.
Two In Three Criminals Escape Court Appearances.
In nearly all Police Forces, only 33% of criminals face appearing in a court.
The rest, 67%, are given cautions, spot fines or formal warnings.
Over 2,000 rapists and paedophiles were given cautions instead of being sent to jail.
Only 17% of people carrying a blade were sent to jail despite the new four-year jail term.
Soft justice under this Government continues to march onward.
Early Release For Foreign Prisoners.
Nearly 2,200 foreign prisoners have been released from jail early with £168 each of taxpayer’s money to compensate them for loss of bed and board.
All these criminals have been released back on the streets despite a promise by Gordon Brown that they would all be deported.
The total cost is expected to be £370,000
Foreign criminals are being rewarded by the taxpayer.
Lawlessness On The Streets.
Sean Mercer, age 16 at the time, opened fire with an illegal gun and killed Rhys Jones.
Mercer was stopped 80 times by the police in the run up to and after the murder, running rampant in the gang which scarred the district of Croxteth while in breach of an anti-social order.
Mercer was part of a vicious gang war which resulted in 20 shootings in three years.
Mercer was jailed for life.
These gangs can obtain illegal guns despite Tony Blair’s promise that the streets would be safe after he introduced the 1997 handgun ban.
Gun crime has increased over 450% since Blair’s 1997 ban.
Kicked To Death Over A Cigarette.
Alex Farrelly age 15 and Benjamin Vine age 16 were each jailed for 12 years for the killing of William Wickham a 44 year old father.
William was hit over the head with a beer bottle. Both criminals took it in turn to stamp on William’s head so hard that he was unable to breathe.
Sex Offenders Win Right In High Court.
Thousands of sex attackers won the right to challenge being on the sex offenders register for life after a landmark High Court ruling.
Lord Justice Latham, Mr Justice Underhill and Mr Justice Flaux said that the existing registration scheme wrongly denied them the chance to prove in a review that they no longer posed a risk of reoffending.
The Justices went on to say that the registration scheme was incompatible with their Article 8 right to private and family life under the European Convention on Human Rights.
This means that 31,392 sex offenders will have their human rights protected should their claim succeed. This in turn takes away the police ability to monitor the whereabouts of these perverts.
Brown’s Blood Toll Rises.
Sadly the death toll of our troops in Afghanistan has now risen to 139.

Unelected Lords Money Grab.
The UNELECTED members of the House of Lords received more than £18 Million in tax free expenses last year.
Peers pocketed more than £4 Million just for turning up and another £6 Million to cover overnight stays in London.
Peers do NOT have to submit receipts for expenses claimed.
Peers who have formed relationships are allowed to claim DOUBLE the tax free payouts.
MPs Pension Rise.
MPs continue to feather their own nest by increasing their pension pot by a massive 25%.
Not only do they increase their pension pot but they also enjoy globetrotting around the world at a cost to the taxpayer of £1.4 Million flying FIRST CLASS and staying at 5 star hotels.
Added to these perks are the second and third jobs earning anything up to £230,000 for speaking fees, directorships and adviser posts.
The “credit crunch” does not appear to affect our Peers and MPs even though the rest of the population suffers with ever rising gas, electricity and council tax bills.
Public Sector Pensions Rise.
Public sector pension have risen to a staggering £1 TRILLION and is set to get even more expensive.
The cost to support these inflation proof pensions is £30,000 for every taxpayer which is more than the average family earns.
Councils Spend Our Money.
Councils spend £430 Million each year on publicity. This averages out at £1 Million each.
One needs to question the value of such expenditure. What is the return to the council tax payer?
Benefit Boom Time.
More than 140,000 families claim an average of £20,000 each year in state hand-outs.
When taking into account that claimants pay no income tax and no or reduced council tax, then this figure is more than the average take home pay for those in work.
Benefit Claimants Translators Cost Rise.
The taxpayer cost of providing translation services to benefit claimants has risen 40% in four years to £3.5 Million.
Gordon Brown said that all people entering the UK must learn English. We agree, the basic requirement for any immigrant is that he/she must speak, read and write English.
75p Insult.
Tens of thousands of elderly people in care homes are to be given a spending money increase of just 75p a week.
They will have no more than £21.90p a week to pay for everything from clothes to toothpaste, books and phone calls.
Compare this to the £33 a prisoner can spend.
The Government promised to “look into” the situation during 2008 but so far have failed to do so. They have been too engaged in ensuring that all MPs have secure allowances and inflation proof pensions.
American Express Increases Charges To 46%.
American Express has increased the cost of borrowing on one of its credit cards to a massive 46%. This is 30 times more than the Bank of England base rate.
The card is British Airways Premium Plus card.
Other cards with high interest charges are Virgin Money American Express at 37% and Citi MasterCard at 41%.
If Gordon Brown is serious in helping those people with debt problems then he MUST pass legislation curbing the exorbitant interest charges of banks and credit card companies.

Home Credit Market Usurers.
The home credit market which targets vulnerable people is now worth £3 Billion a year.
Home Credit firms make small door-to-door and internet based loans. They are typically small loans, rarely exceeding £1,000 and are usually paid back in weekly or fortnightly instalments from the customer’s home within three months of their issue.
These vulnerable people pay a MASSIVE rate of interest, anything up to 10,000%.
This money lending industry is not illegal.
Again anyone in this position should seek help.
Brave Do It Yourself Heroes.
Three brave OAPs fought for what they believe was right.
One 74 year old man fought off a burglar who broke into his house.
One 94 year old man also fought to defend his property.
Another 84 year old man challenged two young thugs trying to rob a jewellery store.
We have not named these good citizens in case there is retaliation.

UK Body Parts Sold To Foreigners.
The organs of 50 British National Health Service donors have been given to foreign patients who have paid £75,000 for each private transplant.
Liver transplants took place at NHS hospitals despite severs shortages that mean British patients die while waiting for an organ that could have saved their lives.
Surgeons who carry out the transplants receive a share of the fees charged by the NHS.
Gordon Brown is in favour of an “opt-in” donor scheme with presumed consent. This means that families of a dead patient CANNOT refuse surgeons removing organs from their loved ones.
Waited To Die In An A&E Department.
Stewart Flemming age 37 and father of 2 young children died after a SIX hour wait in the A&E department of the Medway Maritime Hospital in Gillingham, Kent, despite having a letter from his doctor stating that he must be treated immediately.
It took 3 hours before Stewart was assessed and another 3 hours before he was admitted making a total wait of 6 hours.
Stewart died after this excessive wait from a virus which attacked his heart, kidneys and liver.
There can be NO EXCUSE for this negligence.
Poles Cost NHS £10 Million.
Over 10,000 Polish women came to the UK to have abortions in NHS hospitals at a cost to the taxpayer of £10 Million.
The Government must put a stop to foreigners coming here and milking our NHS and benefit system. It is us, the British taxpayers who pay for these people.
IVF Tourists Overload NHS.
The cost to the NHS and the taxpayer of women who have multiple births after IVF treatment overseas continues to rise.
The exact cost figures are not available but are expected to be in the £ Millions.
Hospital Blunders Kill 40,000 Each Year.
NHS hospital blunders are KILLING up to 40,000 patients each year and injuring thousands more, a report to MPs has revealed.
Typical blunders causing death or injury are:
Carrying out the wrong operation on patients.
Putting the wrong tubes into them.
Leaving instruments in after operations.
Giving patients wrong drugs.
Letting women bleed to death after caesarean operations.
Failing to put bars to stop patients falling out of bed.
There can be no excuse for such negligence. Simple check lists should be followed.
Non Existent Privacy Laws.
The right to privacy for law abiding British citizens has been further eroded.
The Home Office Minister, Jacqui Smith has quietly adopted a new plan to allow police across Britain to hack into people’s personal computers without a warrant.
This is a sinister extension of Gordon Brown’s surveillance state.
Material gathered includes contents of all e-mails, web browsing and instant messaging as well as listening in to all telephone conversations.
Labour Fails To Count Immigrants.
The Communities Secretary, Hazel Blears has at last admitted that the Government failed to count 170,000 extra immigrants.
Blears also admitted that white working class families have been left with feelings of resentment, unfairness and betrayal by the Government’s refusal to listen to their legitimate concerns.
Blears now admits that people should be able to debate their fears about mass immigration without fears of being branded racist.
We have argued for years that mass immigration needs to be curbed and the strain upon schools, housing and hospitals eased. Add to this the massive rise in Black crime that has been a direct result of the Government’s open door policy.
Dole Queues = More Immigrants.
While the dole queues grow ever longer as firms close and people lose their jobs, the Home Office has given 5,000 more immigrants visas to enter the UK.
Now thousands more Bulgarian and Romanian workers are allowed into Britain each year despite soaring unemployment here.
Our benefit system attracts people into the UK.
Saudi Scroungers Trash £2 Million Home.
A family of 13 Saudi immigrant scroungers who are housed in a £2 Million mansion at taxpayers’ expense have trashed it leaving a trail of smashed windows, burst pipes, doors ripped off, electrical appliances and wiring wrecked and ceilings ruined.
The Saudi Al-Ameri family costs the taxpayer £166,000 at a rate of £41,640 a year.
We say yet again that Gordon Brown MUST close our borders and deport ALL immigrants in receipt of any form of benefits. The taxpayer must not continue to fund these foreign scroungers.
No To Congestion Charge.
Voters of Greater Manchester have delivered a resounding “NO” to plans for Britain’s biggest road charging zone.
BUT Cambridgeshire County Council are still hell bent on introducing their own road charging scheme for the city of Cambridge.
Despite an overwhelming vote against such a charge by the citizens of Cambridge, the County Council continue to pay vast sums of money to consultants to report on a scheme that Councillors can bulldoze past the public.
MPs Pensions.
We reported that MPs are to have a 25% increase in their pension pot.
It has now emerged that this will cost the taxpayer £12 Million each year.
Davy Boy Cameron is trying make the situation go away by promising that he will reduce the number of MPs serving in the House of Commond by 60.
This means 60 fewer salaries, 60 fewer pensions and 60 fewer second home allowances.
Davy Boy also promised a freeze on Council Tax for 2 years when & if the Conservatives come to power.
We wait with baited breath.
Meanwhile the Commons Leader, Harriet Harman sneaked out a decision that MPs can claim expenses WITHOUT showing receipts.
This U-turn means that MPs can submit £93 Million of expenses without proper public scrutiny.
MPs will continue to buy all white goods, electrical equipment, TVs, stereos and furniture, plus all water, heating, council tax and TV licence bills all paid for by the taxpayers without having to show receipts.
The “gravy train” lives on.
Don’t expect any improvements under a Conservative Government.
Girl Thug Kicks Dad To Death.
Drunken yob Jayne Poole age 22 attacked Gary White, kicking and booting him like a football as he lay helpless in the street in Eccles, Greater Manchester.
All Poole was concerned with was that she had ruined her shoe during the attack.
Judge Clement Goldstone jailed Poole for life for murder and said that she must serve a minimum of 12 years.
There should be no minimum. Life MUST mean life without parole.
Judge Lets Paedophile Free To Go On Nudist Trip.
Judge Beverley Lunt ruled that convicted paedophile, 51 year old Robert Enright could go on a nudist trip with children.
Enright was jailed for 15 months in 2000 after being convicted of indecent assault and 11 offences of making indecent images of children.
Judge Lunt has no concept about child protection. He should be banned from all cases involving children and cases of sexual matters.
George Bush’s Legacy.
George Bush has now come to the end of his reign.
During his term he invaded Iraq on the false premise that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction (WMD). This premise proved wrong. Bush has at least the honesty to admit that he was wrong.
Tony Blair, that proven liar, has never admitted his own mistake in taking Britain to war on such a falsehood. Instead he has gone on to earn £ Millions through the blood of British troops who have been killed and wounded in both Iraq and Afghanistan.
Bush avoided any form of military service and only served 40% of his expected term in the National Guard.
Tony Blair has never worn a uniform or served his country in any way fighting on the front line, but he was willing to lick the boots of Bush and act as his poodle by committing British troops to overseas wars which have nothing to do with the defence of the UK.
Gordon Brown is following in Blair’s shallow footsteps by kowtowing to US President Elect Barack Obama.
Brown has promised Obama that he will send thousands more troops to Afghanistan when he (Obama) is sworn in.
WHY? War in Afghanistan will not achieve democracy and do nothing for the UK.
Brown, like Blair has not served in the military nor has he fought for his country.
Iraqi Killers Stand Trial In Baghdad.
The two Iraqi killers, Faisal Al-Saadoon and Khalaf Mufdhi who executed British soldiers have been returned to Iraq to stand trial in Baghdad.
Both these killers had claimed that their human rights would be infringed if they were returned to Iraq where they face the death penalty.
Hutton Slams NATO.
Defence Secretary has slammed NATO for not sending troops into the front line in Afghanistan and leaving the fighting to the British and Americans.
Hutton claims that NATO (European countries) say nice words of support for the Afghan Government but do not send troops to fight al-Qarda and the Taliban.
Maybe Europe has got it right and is not prepared to be the lapdog of Bush and Obama.
More Blood On Blair And Brown’s Hands.
Two more British soldiers have been killed in Afghanistan.
This brings the total number of British troops killed in that country to 141.

Teenager Slashed Man With Craft Knife.
Vicious Jamie Bird age 17 attacked Joseph Wardley with a craft knife, slashing Joseph about his face and cutting his ear off.
Joseph suffered 10 wounds to his head and face and needed 150 stitches. Joseph also underwent plastic surgery after the assault and may need further operations.
Bird was sentenced to 6 years jail.
Laughing Knife Killer Jailed.
Black Congo born teenager, Elijah Dayoni age 16 knifed innocent David Idowu then laughed while chasing his victim until he collapsed.
Dayoni’s reason for the killing was that he wanted to be a “soldier” in a street gang and had to prove himself.
Dayoni showed no emotion as he was sentenced to life with a minimum of 12 years jail.
Radio Con.
Pampered prisoners are to get their own radio station, beamed into every cell in the country at a cost to the taxpayer of £2 Million.
Prisoners are the favoured society. Not only do they get free accommodation, food, heating, sporting equipment, health care and education access but now free radio with their own dedicated station.
This money would be better spent on NHS operations or giving our troops better equipment.
Motorist Beats False Speeding Charge.
Dale Lyle was sent a speeding ticket claiming that he was driving at 98 MPH on a motorway.
Dale told the magistrate that the speed camera was faulty. The magistrate said “Prove it”.
Dale did just that. He took his 14 year old Honda Civic with 130,000 miles on the clock and paid an independent test driver to check the car’s top speed.
The result was as expected. The 14 year old Honda could only reach 81.3 MPH in top gear on a circuit.
Dale now plans to return to court for reimbursement of the £1,200 he spent proving his innocence.
Big question. How often are speed cameras checked?
Yob Freed Because Victim’s Testimony Too Believable.
Liam Perks accused of robbing Denise Dawson walked free from court as Judge Jamie Tabor ruled that victim, Denise, was too believable as a witness.
The jury should hear the facts and listen to any witness.
This decision is farcical and sends out the wrong message.
Police Fire Taser Gun At 89 Year Old OAP.
North Wales police fired a 50,000 volt Taser gun at 89 year old war veteran.
The police said that they did not intend to refer the matter to the Independent Police Complaints Commission, however the family of the elderly gentleman said that they would force an inquiry.
Drug Addict Murders His Baby Son.
Drug addict, Craig Goddard threw his 11 week old baby son down the stairs after shaking and squeezing the life out of him.
Mr Justice Beaston at Sheffield Crown Court jailed Goddard for life and said he must serve a minimum of 11 years.
This case is only one of the child abuse cases emerging from Doncaster Council Child Services.
It appears that a relative phoned Doncaster Social Services and said that living with Goddard was like “Living with a loaded gun”.
There are now 60 FORGOTTEN cases in Doncaster, children who are or may have been at risk.
Parents Inflict 107 Injuries On Baby Girl.
Zahbeena Navsarka and Subhan Anwar inflicted a long campaign of cruelty on their 2 year old daughter.
The little girl suffered broken arms and legs and was locked in a cupboard as punishment.
They applied aftershave to her bleeding nappy rash and beat her with metal rods.
Let us hope these vicious so called parents suffer the torments of hell in jail at the hands of other prisoners. The trial continues.
275,000 Immigrants A Year To Get UK Passports.
The Government has announced that 275,000 UK passports are to be handed out to immigrants each year.
The Home Office said that these extra immigrants will be entitled to the full range of state benefits including housing.
Town Hall Snoopers Get File On Every Britain.
Personal information detailing the lives of every person in Britain will be handed over to Town Hall bureaucrats in another lurch towards Gordon Brown’s SUPER SNOOPER STATE.
The new laws will sweep away data protection restrictions and create a giant national database.
Taxpayer Waste At South Cambs District Council.
South Cambridgeshire District Council have decided to spend £500,000 of council taxpayer’s money building a noise barrier after a group of gypsies/travellers complained about noise.
There is NO reason why taxpayers should bear such a massive bill because of the surroundings people have chosen for themselves. The gypsies on that site are self -declared travellers and could easily move elsewhere.
Three years the same council spent £1 Million trying to evict travellers from another site, yet now are spending £500,000 to spare the feelings of those complaining.
Conservative Hypocrite.
Conservative Shadow police spokesman David Ruffley has demanded a ban on police officers taking on second jobs.
Ruffley thinks that police officers’ jobs are too important for them to be compromised “in any way”.
The man is a hypocrite. His own party MPs tale on second jobs. Speaking engagements, Directorships etc.
By his own arguement MPs jobs cannot be that important.
Dying Patients Denied Drugs--Obese People Paid.
While thousands of dying patients are denied life saving drugs, the NHS is to pay fat people to lose weight.
An obese person can earn £425 to reduce weight. What happens when that person puts weight back on? Will he/she return for another £425 handout?
Multiplying £425 by the thousands of people classified as obese will cost the NHS many, many £millions.
NHS Trust Lets Man Starve.
Martin Ryan had suffered a stroke which left him unable to swallow.
Nurses and doctors at the Kingson-upon-Thames hospital failed to feed Martin through a tube and instead let him starve to death.
This is not an accident. It is negligence. Nobody checked,
Gordon Brown To Genuflect.
Barack Obama will today be sworn in as the 44th President of the United States of America.
Gordon Brown has made it known that he intends to visit the new President as soon as possible.
No doubt we shall see Brown paying homage and returning home with scuffed toe-caps, dirty knees to his trousers and displaying his brown tongue.
Brown will act as Obama’s lapdog and blindly send our troops into any war zone that Obama has in mind.
Army Apache Helicopters Cannibalised.
A new shocking revelation has emerged.
Army chiefs are having to rip apart NEW Apache helicopter gunships because they are short of spare parts.
As many as 10 of the £46 Million gunships have had to be stripped to provide spare components for the Apaches on the front line in Afghanistan.
Instead of fighting the Taliban on the front line the MoD is reduced to playing Scrapheap Challenge with equipment worth £ Millions.
Not only is Gordon Brown willing to send our troops to die in wars at the request of the Americans but he continues to FAIL to provide enough money to equip our Armed Forces.

Parliamentary Mafioso.
1) Four Peers in the House of Lords are under investigation for receiving £ Thousands for altering or changing the law.
Lord Taylor, friend of Justice Minister Jack Straw,
Lord Truscott,
Lord Moonie, friend of Gordon Brown,
Lord Snape, friend of John Prescott,
all have been accused of receiving money to change legislation.
If the investigation proves to be well founded, then they should each face criminal charges and be stripped of their Peerages.
2) Over 20% of the House of Lords Peers are making £ Millions in a “cottage industry” acting as consultants or advisors to outside interests. These Peers are allowed to vote on matters that can influence legislation that in turn can benefit those same outside interests.
3) Britain’s army of MEPs are to see their pay soar by £20,000 under EU reforms, taking their pay to £82,000.
Of course they will still be able to receive inflated expenses on top of this pay rise.
4) Conservative Shadow Cabinet MPs have been raking in £ thousands in cash and perks from failing banks.
William Hague received £15,000 for an after-dinner speech from Barclays Capital Markets.
Francis Maude is paid untold sums to sit on Barclays’ Asia-Pacific Advisory Committee.
Ken Clarke received £25,000 from USB, BGC International, Cofunds and Goldman Sachs plus an additional £10,000 from USB for an after-dinner speech. Clarke also received nearly £5,000 for putting in appearances at the offices of Goldman Sachs.
Oliver Letwin received unspecified payments from N.M.Rothschild Corporate Finance.
Malcolm Rifkind received £5,000 from ABN-Amro for a speech.
A group of 11 MPs, NINE of them Conservatives took part in an all-expenses visit to China, part funded by Barclays Capital.
5) Justice Minister, Jack Straw has been found guilty of failing to declare a £3,000 gift.
Peter Hain has been found guilty of not registering £100,000 donation in his bid to become Deputy Leader of the Labour Party.
6) MAFIA BOSS, DON GORDON BROWN has thrown his weight behind moves to block full publication of MPs’ second home expenses and exempting MPs from exposure under the Freedom of Information Act.
7) THE BASIC STATE PENSION SUFFERS A DECLINE.
While our MPs and House of Lords Peers have their snouts firmly in the trough of taxpayer’s money, the basic state pension on which thousands of OAPs rely has shrunk.
In 1980 the state pension was worth 26% of average earnings, now it is only worth 16%.
We submit that the above article demonstrates the appalling contempt that our MPs have for hard working people and our OAPs.
Asylum Seekers Remain In UK.
Over 90% of failed asylum seekers remain in the UK as the backlog doubles in just one year.

Uniform Ban Overturned.
The ban on RAF personnel at Wittering Air Base, wearing their uniforms in Peterborough, imposed by former C/O Group Captain Ro Atherton has been overturned by the new Commanding Officer, Group Captain Paul Higgins.
At least the new C/O has pride in his uniform and is encouraging his personnel to have the same.
Armed Forces Day.
A national celebration is to take place on Saturday 27 June 2009 to mark the new Armed Forces Day.
Following pressure from us and National newspapers, the British Armed Forces are to have their own day of celebration.
All cities, towns and villages now have the opportunity to show appreciation to all our service personnel by demonstrating their support.
Over 90% voted for an Armed Forces Day and 80% voted to support the wearing of uniforms in public.

Outrageous Obscenity - Homosexuals To Adopt Two Young Children.
The City of Edinburgh refused to comment when their Social worker, Heather Rush, mother of two children by different men, told the Grandparents that their Grandchildren were to be adopted by two homosexual men.
Rush went on to say that if the Grandparents complained they would NEVER see their Grandchildren again and that in any case they were too old to adopt the children themselves..
Despite the two children saying that they wanted to live with with their Granny and Grandad, Rush and the Edinburgh City Council refused.
The Grandparents want to adopt their Grandchildren.
The attitude of Rush and her Council is nothing short of blackmail, brutality and bullying.
It is far better that a normal heterosexual, blood related couple adopt these children rather than two men engaged in an unnatural sexual relationship.
These two children will be devastatingly effected, brought up in an environment where they could by accident, witness both men performing unnatural sex acts.
Rush and Edinburgh Council MUST think again, or are they giving into the PC brigade and homosexual quota system.

Foreign Murderers Welcomed To Britain.
Over 80 foreign killers are exploiting this Government’s chaotic asylum system to set up home in Britain.
These convicted murderers from Albania have been given British passports despite being on the official “WANTED” list compiled by Interpol.
These killers slip across the Channel from Calais to Dover, using bogus names and false papers.
Again further proof that our borders are so porous that the world’s criminals can enter the UK without any trouble.
Surrey’s Vigilantes.
In the quiet village of Merstham a group of young people aged 18 to 30 said that they wanted to make their fellow villagers feel safe after 2 incidents in which young women were chased and a rape in nearby Redhill.
This group is concerned for the welfare of residents living in Merstham by keeping a sharp look-out for strange behaviour, in fact doing what the police should be doing.
Villagers have said that they feel safer now that these young people are patrolling the streets because they say that there is no visible police presence.
Gordon Brown’s Big Lie.
Gordon Brown is as flexible with the truth as Tony Blair was.
In September 2007, Gordon Brown PROMISED to create “British Jobs For British Workers”.
Since he made that promise, the number of migrants employed has risen sharply while the number of Britons has dropped.
Brown must deliver on his promise and stop foreigners coming to the UK and undermining British men and women who through no fault of their own are now out of work.
At a time when unemployment here is soaring, the decision to bus in Italian workers, who are sleeping on a heavily guarder barge in Grimsby docks, to a building project in Lincolnshire will strike most people as treacherous.
What matters now is that 3.7 Million jobs are held by workers who weren’t born here and out of the 1.3 Million new jobs created since 2001, over 1.23 Million jobs have been taken by foreigners.
Since Britain slid into recession, the Government has handed out 151,635 work permits to workers outside the EU.
Britain’s indigenous population has failed to benefit from past years of growth, instead it has been handed to immigrants, legal and illegal.

Information watchdogs upheld a ruling that minutes from Cabinet meetings in 2003 related to the invasion of Iraq should be made public.

No doubt if the Government loses it’s appeal there will be some quick editing and destruction of papers that prove that Tony Blair committed British troops to war against Iraq based on false information.
Sandhurst Chaplain Bans Creed.
The senior chaplain of Britain’s Top Military Academy, Reverend Jonathan Gough has banned the Christian declaration of faith in God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit because it may offend religious minorities.
This is outrageous. Britain is a Christian country. Non Christians can be told to leave if they wish or not attend in their own right.
Crippled Marine Refused Home By Planners.
Wealden District Council has refused a planning application to allow a modest bungalow to be built for Marine hero, Joe Townsend who lost both his legs to an anti-tank mine in Afghanistan.
The planners said “The proposed dwelling by reason of its siting and detailed design would appear as an intrusive development within this semi-rural area”.
The planners went on to say “The circumstances in this case are not considered sufficient to warrant an exception to the usual restraint policies”.
So Wealdel District Council does not consider fighting for one’s country and having both legs blown off, followed by numerous operations sufficient grounds for a little flexibility in their policies.
Perhaps these jobsworths should go to the front line and see what our troops do to protect our and their freedom.

Wealden District Council V Joe Townsend.
Our article above illustrated the lack of flexibility in refusing to grant crippled war hero, Marine Joe Townsend who lost both legs to an anti-tank mine in Afghanistan permission to build a bungalow.
It now appears that the person who made the final decision to refuse Joe’s application to build a modest specially-adapted bungalow is Barby Dashwood-Hall.
Dashwood-Hall does not have a problem with her own accommodation. She owns a 600 year old £1 Million mansion.
She said that “I had to make the decision according to policy”.
We suggest that Wealden D.C. policies need to be revised and made more flexible.

Killer Driver Gets 21 Months.
Philippa Curtis sent and received more than 20 text messages while she was driving at over 70 MPH on a dark dual carriageway to meet her boyfriend when she ploughed into Victoria McBryde who was sitting in her car waiting for the RAC to arrive.
Judge Julian Hall sentenced Curtis to only 1 year and nine months jail. Curtis will be free in just nine months.
This is NOT justice. Curtis should have been jailed for a minimum of 14 years.
The law must be changed to allow for a manslaughter charge.
Jailed Paedophile Sues Because He Has No Toilet.
David Williams, is serving an indeterminate life sentence for the rape of a teenage boy and for a history of sexual offences against children as young as 4 yrs.
Williams is claiming damages because he says that he is being forced to endure a “substandard lifestyle” in prison which is “endangering his physical and emotional health”.
The writ says that he is the victim of “degrading and humiliating treatment” because his cell doesn’t have a toilet.
Williams is claiming £5,000.
Williams must NOT be allowed to win his case. We must not put his human rights before those of his victims.

Depraved sex fiend Mark Lunnon who has now been freed from Broadmoor received bigger State handouts while inside than his elderly victims.

Smith claims that what she has done is within the rules and was agreed by Parliamentary rules.
What Smith has done maybe legally within the law but it certainly is not in the spirit of the law.
MPs make these laws, designed to feather their own nest, so how can these rules be altered?
The whole question of second home allowances and the House of Lords expense claims is an abuse of power enabling those in power to work the system for personal greed.

Civil servants and Ministers spent more than £18.5 Million on tens of thousands of flights last year travelling either First class or Business class.
The total bill for all public sector flights, including quangos and other bodies was almost £70 Million.
An analysis has shown that all flights should be Economy class and the number of flights drastically reduced.

British Gulf war veteran pulled out 13 of his teeth with pliers when he could not find an NHS dentist.
Ian Boyton could not afford to go private for treatment after suffering excruciating toothache since 2006.
Ian tried to get in at 30 dentists but has never been able to find one to take on NHS patients.

Victory For Hero Joe.
War hero, Marine Joe Townsend who lost both legs in Afghanistan won his battle against Wealden District Council jobsworth bosses to build his dream home.
The public reacted with fury, 200,000 signing a Facebook petition and even Gordon Brown jumped on the bandwagon insisting the council do the right thing.
We along with the media and the public forced a humiliating climbdown on the part of the Wealden D.C. planners.

The Evil Sadistic Children Of Rochdale.
A sadistic gang of children aged 10-13 years held two 7 week old puppies to an open fire and started to roast them ALIVE.
Fortunately a passes-by saw these evil children and rescued the puppies. The young cowards ran off. The police are hunting for the evil thugs.
We ask the parents of these sadists two questions:
Where you when your children were carrying out this evil act?
What values have you taught your children, if any?
Sheffield Thug(s).
Four young puppies, so young that their eyes were not yet open were put in a plastic sack with a weight and thrown into the Sheffield canal with the intention that they should drown.
Fortunately the canal was frozen over and the puppies were rescued by a passer-by who called for help.
It has been proven that children who engage in animal cruelty grow up to inflict pain on human beings and more animals.
Parents have a duty to raise there children to respect animals as well as people.
Elderly Patient Struck Off Doctor’s List.
For more than fifty years Marjorie Farmer, a 97 year old lady valued the care given to her by her local GP surgery.
This same surgery, the Leckhampton Surgery in Cheltenham removed Marjorie from their list and told her that she must find another doctor.
The reason: Marjorie moved just 200 YARDS to a care home.
The Surgery said that Marjorie is now “outside their boundary”.
This is no way to treat a loyal elderly patient.
East London Police Fly The “Gay” Flag.
A Union flag at the Limehouse police station in East London was taken down and replaced by a “gay rights” flag.
This is an appalling bowing to political correctness.
The Union flag should be flown with pride.
All Limehouse police officers interested in homosexuality and other variants are free to practice their aberrations in the privacy of their own homes but they must NOT inflict their beliefs on the public and insult the Union flag in the process.
Kent Police Invite Children To Write Essays About Homosexuality.
The Kent Police force has invited children as young as 14 years to write essays about their feelings on homosexuality and transsexuality.
What is the dubious interest shown by the Kent police in involving 14 year old children?
The Home Secretary should question the Kent Chief Constable and ask what the motive was in involving children in this way.

Killer Foreign HGV Driver Gets 3 Years For Six Deaths.
A Portuguese killer HGV driver, Paulo da Silva was studying a satellite navigation system while driving his 40 ton HGV when he ploughed into a family car which was then forced under another HGV.
Da silva was found guilty of careless driving and causing the death of 6 innocent victims.
Mr Justice Irwin sentenced Da Silva to just 3 years in jail. This equates to 6 months for each person that he killed.
Da Silva will be out of jail in only 14 months.
That is 10 WEEKS jail time for each death.
The maximum penalty for causing death by careless driving is 5 years.
Da Silva was charged on the lesser charge of careless driving and not dangerous driving which would have been the correct charge.
The jail terms run concurrently. The Judge should have passed maximum jail terms running consecutively, i.e 6 deaths each attracting 5 years which would have equaled 30 years.
The punishment in this case is NOT justice.
Father Jailed For Confronting Drug Dealer.
Peter Drummond discovered that drug dealer John Nellies had sold heroin to his family.
Peter went to Nellies’ home and confronted him, then flushed 5 bags of heroin down the toilet.
While Peter was in Nellies’ home another drug dealer arrived and reported Peter to the police.
What did the police do? They arrested Peter for causing a breach of the peace.
Peter was then sentenced to 2 months in jail by Sheriff Mc Creadie at Perth Court in Scotland.
Once again this case proves that innocent victims who try and defend their families are the ones who go to jail while the criminals walk free.
British Justice stinks. The criminals always come out on top. The police are no better. Peter should NOT have been charged. It is the drug dealers that should have been charged and jailed.
City Housing Department In Asylum Seeker Meltdown.
Birmingham City Council housing department is in meltdown and cannot cope.
The reason is because of a Home Office, Jacqui Smith’s department, blunder which granted 800 asylum seekers full citizenship while their files gathered dust on a shelf.
Once again our borders are proven to be open to all foreigners who want to come to the UK and live off taxpayer’s money.

We predicted that Home Secretary, Jacqui Smith would escape a parliamentary sleaze investigation.
We have been proven correct. Smith has escaped being investigated for claiming over £116,000 of taxpayer’s money for her second family home.
You remember that Smith lodged with her sister when she made these claims for second home allowances.
It has now emerged that Smith only spent 4 months each year at her sister’s home, yet all the time Smith claimed the full allowance.

Lawmakers’ Twisted Morality.
Our MPs make the laws by which all citizens are expected to follow in order to have a fair society.
Little more than a month after returning from their 24 day Christmas holiday our MPs began a 10 day half term recess.
Consider the 4 Labour peers caught on film offering to amend the law in return for substantial sums of money. Their behaviour was patently corrupt and now it has been decided that no investigation will take place.
Jacqui Smith obviously fiddled her second home allowances to the tune of £116,000.
MPs can claim £22,000 per year as second home allowances all TAX FREE.
MPs can also claim virtually unlimited allowances for first class air travel and five star hotel accommodation.
The system by which MPs feather their own nests is rotten to the core.
Judge Tells Woman “Sue British Gas”.
Lisa Ferguson was deluged with bills and threatening letters from British Gas over a period of 3 years despite not being a British Gas customer.
British Gas threatened to send in debt collectors, taking her court and have her credit rating blacklisted.
Lisa refused to back down and spent over £100,000 taking her case to court.
Three Appeal Court Judges backed her claim and gave Lisa appeal to sue British Gas.
Well done Lisa and well done Your Lordships.

The amount of taxpayer’s cash spent on providing free lawyers for prisoners has leapt 19 fold in six years.
Lawyers are now pocketing over £19 Million each year for prisoners given legal aid for their perceiver breech of human rights.
Typical cases:
1) Learco Chindamo, murderer of Philip Lawrence sued not to be deported back to Italy.
2) 197 prisoners addicted to heroin receive £4,000 each because they were forced to go “cold turkey”.
3) A rapist in Exeter jail is claiming £4,000 because he must slop out-empty his own toilet.
4) A Somalian child rapist won £50,000 for being kept in jail waiting deportation.
5) Kirk Dixon, serving life for murder won the right to IVF treatment with his partner in a case costing £20,000 in legal aid.

More Promises From Gordon Brown.
Now that Gordon Brown has made sure that he and his Ministers are financially well looked after, he has promised to “get tough” on MPs’ pensions.
Brown’s own pension pot is now worth £274,000 and would pay him £19,000 on retirement. Not bad for ruining the country and presiding over ever increasing crime levels.

Radical Muslim preacher of hate, Abu Qatada can now be deported to Jordon to stand trial on terror charges ruled the House of Lords yesterday.
However he plans to appeal to the European Court of Human Rights. The result could take years to resolve.
Abu Qatada In Line For Huge Compensation Payments.
Abu Qatada and 10 other terror suspects are in line for massive compensation payments because they were held in Belmarsh prison awaiting deportation.
The European Court of Human Rights has already awarded Abu Qatada £2,500. Further sums well into the £ Millions could be awarded.
Qatada has already cost the taxpayer £1.5 Million in benefits, legal fees and other payments.
Anyone who tries to enter the UK and who is suspected of terror activities should never be allowed to stay and MUST be deported back to their ethnic home country.
It is about time that Gordon Brown took a strong stand with Europe. He should withdraw the right of terror suspects to hide behind the Human Rights Legislation and deport these so called asylum seekers.

The Yorkshire ripper, Peter Sutcliffe has been told by doctors at Broadmoor jail that he is “No longer a danger”.
This decision opens the door for a possible release back into a free society.
Sutcliffe killed 13 people and attempted to kill 7 others.
This man must NEVER be let free.
Jean Charles De Menezes Shooting -- No Police Officers Charged.
In our earlier articles we predicted that no police officers would be charged over the killing of Jean Charles de Menzes.
Our predictions have come true. Prosecutors have announced that no police officers will be charged over the killing. This is despite the totally bungled police operation where Commanders did not know where their officers were, failed communications, failure to recognise the victim from photographs, police testament collusion and witness statements at variance with police statements.
The inquest jury found that catastrophic failures led to the killing of Charles de Menzes who the police mistakenly identified as a terrorist.
The jury returned an “open verdict” thus rejecting the claim that de Menzes was lawfully killed.
Charles de Menzes was NOT lawfully killed and we are not surprised that no police officer will face charges.

Prisoners Freed Early Receive £3 Million.
Prisoners freed early under Jack Straw’s system of easing prison overcrowding have been paid more than £3 Million in benefits to help meet the cost of living on the outside.
Not only are criminals released early but they are being rewarded by being paid taxpayer’s money.

Police have ordered all pubs, restaurants and off-licences to install CCTV in order to monitor what drinks we buy. If they fail to do so, the police will not support their licensing applications.
3) The UK already has more than 4 Million CCTV cameras covering the streets, the largest number in the world and more than all the EU put together.
4) Vehicles are automatically monitored using cameras that check registration plates and journeys covered.
5) A comprehensive study has identified 56 new powers in 25 pieces of legislation that have been introduced in the 12 years since Labour took office.
6) Local authorities are allowed to use spying powers for trivial offences.
7) Criminal suspects can be held without charge or subjected to virtual house arrest without being convicted.
8) Public enquiries can be blocked.
9) Low ranking officials have access to the Contact Point database containing sensitive personal details of every child in England.
10) The giant new NHS database will allow confidential patient records to be accessed by health workers throughout the land.
11) These measures are part of the Policing and Crime Bill.
12) Under the Civil Contingencies Act 2004, ministers can declare an emergency and assume sweeping powers over all aspects of national life, confiscating property, evacuating areas, banning travel and creating new offences without legislation.

NHS Blunder Frees Patient To Kill Woman.
Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust allowed Paranoid schizophrenic, Samuel Reid-Wentworth to walk free without supervision.
Reid-Wentworth selected a young woman at random and stabbed her 21 times.
This patient had a history of violence and fantasy involved killing, but the Trust FAILED to monitor Reid-Wentworth effectively.
Luckily the stabbed victim survived the horrific attack.
There are repeated instances of patients with mental problems being allowed to roam free and to assault and kill innocent victims.
Reid-Wentworth has now been locked up indefinitely at Broadmoor high security mental hospital.
Labour’s Spot Fine Policy Abandoned.
Justice Secretary, Jack Straw has abandoned plans to introduce spot fines for drunken yobs who travel on trains and who terrorise passengers.
As usual the plans were not thought through. They cannot be enforced.
Police Race Quotas Axed.
At last police are to scrap “race diversity targets”.
A race diversity target is one whereby a member of an ethnic minority group would gain preference in employment and promotion. In other words an ethnic minority person would get the job instead of a white person.
Not only is positive discrimination an insult to the person concerned knowing that he/she got the job because of race, colour or gender, but there is no guarantee that the BEST person is appointed or promoted.

Black age 16 years died after being stabbed in the back following being hit on the head with a full can of lager.
Judge Clement Goldstone sentenced Boyd to life, telling him that he must serve at least 11 years.
Why is a sentence called “life” when the judge then sets a minimum term?
Life should mean life without parole.
Life Peer Jailed For 12 Weeks For Killing By Dangerous Driving.
Labour life peer Lord Ahmed has been jailed for just 12 WEEKS for dangerous driving by sending and receiving text messages while driving at 60 mph on the M1 motorway.
Two minutes later Ahmed ploughed into the driver of a car killing him instantly.
Mr Justice Wilkie at Sheffield Crown Court said that because of the time lapse between ending the text messages and the actual crash (2 minutes) there was no link between the two. The judge commented on “The prolonged, deliberate and highly dangerous driving” performed by Ahmed.
We feel sure that a 2 minute recovery period between texting and the crash was NOT sufficient to become fully focused and in control of a speeding car.
This case argues that there are a different set of rules between ordinary members of the public and Peers of the Realm.
What Does He Have To Hide?
Justice Secretary Jack Straw, has used a clause in Freedom of Information law to prevent publication of minutes from Cabinet meetings relating to the decision to invade Iraq in defiance of rulings by information watchdogs.
Now Straw is planning to use the same veto to stop publication of reviews into the validity of the £3.7 Billion ID card project becoming public.
If Straw truly believed in the separation of powers then he should have appealed to the High Court.
Gold Plated Pensions Gobble Up 20% Of Council Tax.
The bill for UK town hall pensions has hit a massive £4.5 Billion with the average council paying £10 Million.
Band D homes will be charged on average £1,1414 in April from which £282 will be spent on council workers’ deals.
Now over 3,500 councillors have jumped on the band wagon and will be in receipt of index-linked, final salary pensions.

MOD Civil Servants To Receive £50 Million Bonuses.
More than £50 Million has been set aside to pay bonuses to civil servants in the Ministry of Defence (MOD).
The bonuses are for “Non-consolidated performance”.
These bonuses are a REWARD FOR FAILURE.
The MOD has FAILED to provide the necessary equipment for our front line troops in Afghanistan.

Foster Parents Betrayed.
A foster couple took in a homeless teenager in the hope that he would be a big brother to their two children.
The teenager rewarded the couples kindness by raping their 2 year old son and molesting their daughter age 9 years.
Social workers at the Vale of Glamorgan council FAILED to tell the couple that the teenager had a history of sexual attacks on youngsters.
The reason given was that the teenager’s human rights should be protected.
His history comprised:
Sexually assaulting a 16 year old girl while she was asleep.
Exposing himself and sexually touching another young boy.
Obtaining young girl’s telephone numbers.
Sexually inappropriate behaviour with a third young boy.
This evil rapist was sentenced to an indefinite sentence at Cardiff Crown Court.
Only last week another couple who adopted a child with a high risk of HIV were not told of about the child’s condition in order to protect the human rights of the mother.
Doctor Who Freed Killer Keeps Her Job.
Dr Gillian Mezey, a consultant psychiatrist, decided to let paranoid schizophrenic John Barrett out of hospital for an hour’s unsupervised leave without even seeing him or assessing him.
Barrett then absconded, armed himself with a kitchen knife and the following day attacked 50 year old retired banker Denis Finnegan.
Mezey was sacked by her local mental health trust, but she contested the decision.
Mr Justice Underhill at the High Court upheld Mezey’s challenge stating “That it was a case of a pure one-off misjudgment”.
Mezey’s “misjudgement” cost a man his life.
She should have been sacked and sued for her FAILURE to assess Barrett’s state of health. She is complicit in Denis’ death.
Motorcyclist Jailed For Dangerous Driving.
Robert Bennett was driving his motorbike, with his 14 year old son on the pillion seat, at a recorded speed of 122 mph.
Bennett was charged with dangerous driving and was jailed for 6 months.
Fortunately Bennett did NOT have an accident and he did not CAUSE an accident. No person was killed or hurt.
Compare this sentence with HGV and car drivers who use a mobile phone while driving and then kill an innocent victim, who receive a 3 month sentence.
Yes Bennett should have been jailed, but the penalties for motoring offences resulting in death or maiming need to be raised.
Immigration Judges Free Terror Suspects.
Four terrorist suspects due to be deported as a threat to national security were arrested overnight for fears that they might go on the run.
Judges at the Government’s Special Immigration Appeals Commission ordered the suspects to be freed on bail.
How can the public be protected when judges such as these set them free, no doubts preserving their human rights.
Ethnic Minorities Favoured.
Gordon Brown is to give ethnic minorities £34 Million to help them through the recession.
Once again he ignores the plight of our severely wounded troops who are fighting his war in Afghanistan and OAPs who are struggling to make ends meet.
Wounded troops and OAPs should come before ethnic groups, many of whom are illegal immigrants.
Another Conservative MP Milks The Taxpayers.
Conservative Shadow Defence Minister Julian Lewis who has battled to keep MPs’ addresses secret has milked over £60,000 of taxpayer’s money on second home allowances.
Lewis’ main house (No 1) is in Hampshire, but local residents say that he is hardly ever there.
His second home (No 2) is in London for which he claims his allowance.
No wonder Lewis does not want the public to know his addresses.
Jack Straw To Become PM?
Jack Straw, our “Justice Secretary” has always previously denied that he wants to be our Prime Minister.
It has now been reported that he admitted “If someone said, Sign on the dotted line, yes I’d sign”.
Heaven help us that he should be our next Prime Minister.
This is the man who:
1) Releases criminals from jail early.
2) Compensates prisoners on early release for their loss of free housing, heating and food while in jail.
3) Refuses to build more jails to prevent overcrowding and early release.
4) Defends the human rights of criminals and terrorists.
5) Is happy to allow unlimited immigration, legal and illegal.
6) Is a strong supporter of Muslims who have been given British nationality, live here and yet HATE everything that is British
7) Is an ardent supporter of the Big Brother Police State that we are heading toward.
Tory Bin Baron Linked To £22 Million Recycling Tycoon.
Conservative councillor, Paul Bettison, the man behind Labour’s fortnightly refuse bin collection has close links with developer Douglas Maggs who plans to build a £22 Million recycling plant.
There is a major conflict of interest here.
Bettison should stand down from his position as Chairman of the Environment Board of the Local Government Association, which represents local councils.
In 2007 Bettison was appointed a paid director of Wharf Waste Ltd and Wharf Aviation Ltd, both wholly owned subsidiaries of Wharf Land Investments.
Wharf Land Investments proposes to build waste management facilities.
Once again those in the political arena use their position to use taxpayer’s money to their own advantage.
Meat From Abroad Sold As British.
Millions of shoppers who use Tesco, Marks & Spencer, Birds Eye and Sainsbury are being duped.
These food outlets are selling meat dressed up as British even thoug the meat comes from as far away as Brazil and Thailand.
There is clearly a need for HONEST labeling on meat products.
The country of origin where the animal/bird is born, reared, killed and packaged ready for sale needs to be CLEARLY stated.
Currently the term British only means that meat is processed in the UK. It does not take into account where the animal/bird is born, raised and killed, often in the most horrific conditions.

Ministers have wasted £1 Billion axing an army of bureaucrats.
Government departments have cut almost 15,000 civil servants in the last three years offering them very generous redundancy packages averaging £60,000 each.
Now these same ministers are taking on the same number of staff that they culled in the first place.
This is a £1 Billion “Hire and farce” which we the taxpayer pays for.

British Gurkhas Ambush Taliban.
A patrol unit of British Gurkhas has ambushed a 2 man Taliban bombing team in the act of laying deadly roadside bomb devices.
Result, Gurkhas 2 Taliban 0.
These are the same Gurkhas that fight Brown and Blair’s wars, yet this Government still fails to reward them by offering British citizenship.

“British” Muslims of Pakistani and Somali origin travel to Afghanistan to fight against British troops.
Over 4,000 “British” Muslims travelled to Pakistan and Afghanistan for military training before turning their hatred against our troops.
Recent ground and air surveillance has shown increased numbers of “British” voices, Yorkshire and Brummie accents predominating.
Iraq Hero Condemns Care For Soldiers.
The army’s most decorated serving hero, awarded the Victoria Cross, for bravery under fire, has spoken out at the disgraceful and appalling care that British troops with mental trauma receive at the hands of Gordon Brown and this Government.
Medical facilities on the front line are first class in dealing with wounded soldiers, but as soon as they return to the UK these soldiers are sent to medical facilities that are hygienically sub-standard.
Once again this demonstrates Gordon Brown’s contempt for our troops, yet he still continues to send them to their deaths in wars that cannot be won and do not benefit the UK.

Only 38% Have Faith In Police.
Figures released show that only 38% of the population has any faith in the police.
Put it another way, a massive 62% of people have NO faith in the police.
This Labour Government must accept a major part of the blame. Police are tied up with red tape, compiling statistics, meeting targets resulting in soft prosecutions, lenient sentences and early release for prisoners.
Jacqui Smith, the Home Secretary has at long last recognised that target setting and red tape is NOT the way to get police officers back on the street.
Smith has now said that she will scrap all targets.
Drugged Up Burglars To Be Let Off.
Jack Straw our so called Justice Minister, has said that serial teenage burglars and muggers could escape with a caution if they have a drug problem.
Even when a tearaway commits a string of crimes, a “conditional caution” could be handed out instead of a trial and jail sentence.
The habitual criminal who commits a string of burglaries or muggings only has to say “sorry” and claim a drug habit to avoid trial and a jail sentence.
The public may be forgiven for thinking that there is no punishment that will be handed out as a deterrent.
The result could be that more and more people will take matters into their own hands and punish these criminals themselves.
Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) Ignores Woman’s Pleas.
The wife of Malik Mannan pleaded with the police that her husband was violent and threatened to kill her, but the police took NO action to protect her.
Mannan had beaten his wife 25 times and said that he would kill her. The CPS decided not to charge him even though he had breached bail conditions by pestering her.
Mannan was sentenced to life in jail for the murder of his wife and ordered to serve a minimum of 17 years.
Killers Freed To Strike Again.
Over 65 killers freed from jail, some on early release, have committed a string of rapes and killings.
They were also responsible for paedophile attacks, woundings, kidnappings, false imprisonments, abductions, burglaries, robberies, drugs, threats to kill, indecent assaults, violence and firearms offences.
Early release and easy parole have been blamed for these crimes.
Jack Straw has BLOOD ON HIS HANDS.
When politicians abolished the death penalty for murder 40 years ago, against the clear wishes of the British people, they gave a solemn undertaking to the nation saying,
FROM THAT DAY FORWARD, LIFE SENTENCES WOULD BE MANDATORY FOR MURDER AND LIFE WOULD MEAN LIFE.
We were conned by both Conservative and Labour Governments into believing that a life sentence would be a deterrent and that killers would not be freed to strike again.
Since 1997 when Labour came to power, we have been comprehensively betrayed by a criminal justice system which puts the human rights of killers first before their victims.
Merseyside Police Cover Up Evidence.
Sixteen years ago Eddie Gilfoyle was convicted of murdering his wife.
The Times newspaper has uncovered evidence that throws his conviction into doubt.
Long lost notes of police interviews have emerged that suggest that Eddie Gilfoyle was at work when his wife died.
The notes catalogue a series of blunders, including the destruction of evidence before scene-of-crime officers arrived.
The notes were NOT shown to the jury and NOT mentioned during Gilfoyle’s trial.
Merseyside police repeatedly denied that they existed.
The Times newspaper however has discovered that notes do exist and asked for copies under the Freedom of Information Act.
Merseyside police refused one request for a list of documents claiming that it might break health and safety laws to hand them over.
At one point the police said it calculated the cost of responding to the request for information would be £24,483.33p including £50 for copying/printing.
We understand that The Times newspaper is continuing its pursuit for justice.
Labour Honours Edward Kennedy, IRA Lover And Killer.
The decision to award Senator Edward Kennedy an honorary knighthood shows this Labour Government at its most cynical.
Kennedy was and still is a fierce defender and lover of the IRA supporting the killing of British troops during the unrest in Northern Ireland.
This same despicable man, drunk at the wheel of his car on 18 July 1969, while driving young Mary Jo Kopechne to his home, drove off the Dike Bridge at Chappaquiddick Island.
Kennedy dragged himself out of his car and left young Mary Joe to drown.
Parents Face Court Action.
Parents of 30 primary school children who attend the George Tomlinson School in Waltham Forest, East London, could face Court action.
The parents withdrew their children from lessons about homosexual and lesbian history.
It is outrageous for a school or a local authority to think it can ride roughshod over parents and impose lessons upon young children about the history of unnatural sex practices.
Police Wipe Smile Off Motorist.
Gary Sanders was pulled over by Merseyside police as he exited the Liverpool Mersey Tunnel.
Convinced that he was not speeding and not driving dangerously, Gary waited for the police officer to tell him what he had done wrong.
The police officer informed Gary in a very serious manner, “Laughing while driving a car can be an offence”.
It appears that Gary was talking on a LEGAL hands-free phone and laughed at a joke.
The police harassment continued. Gary was questioned for 35 minutes, including being asked about his ethnic group and for details of distinguishing scars on his body.
Even though no law had been broken, Gary had to produce his driving licence and other documents at a police station.
Remember the Merseyside police can stop you for “excessive laughing” and harass you.
No wonder 62% of people have NO faith in the police.

Evil killer, Karl Bishop who stabbed Rob Knox to death has been sentenced to life in prison.
The judge said that Bishop must serve a minimum of 20 years.
Life should mean life, not just a minimum sentence.
NHS Trust Allows Schizophrenic To Kill.
An independent investigation found that the work of Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust had been hampered by human errors and systematic failures.
Doctors who ignored schizophrenic, Daniel Gonzales’ pleas for help concluded that he was either making up claims of hallucinations and self-harm or was suffering from the effects of illegal drugs.
Despite 60 appointments with doctors and psychiatrists, Gonzales was free to murder 4 people in just three days.
Dundee Social Services Failed 23 Months Old Toddler.
Dundee City Council Social Services FAILED to act in the death of Brandon Muir a 23 months old toddler.
Despite Brandon’s Grandparents pleas to social workers to help Brandon before he was beaten to death, Dundee Social Services ignored their pleas.
Heroin addict Robert Cunningham, boy friend of Brandon’s mother killed the toddler.
Cunningham who assaulted Brandon with such force that he ruptured his intestines, was found guilty of culpable homicide at Glasgow High Court.

St. John Fisher Roman Catholic school in Perivale, West London stands accused of discrimination against a young autistic girl with special needs.
Learning support assistant, Carla Pearson locked young autistic Melanie-Rose Wichmann in a small room.
Melanie-Rose was crying because she had not done her homework, so Pearson decided to punish her by locking her up.
Pearson had on a previous occasion, torn up Melanie-Rose’s homework.
Catholicism teaches among other things, that all people are equal and that people should be kind to each other.
This school and in particular the teaching assistant, Pearson have shown neither.
Judge Dorsey ruled that St. John Fisher School discriminated against Melanie-Rose.
700 Civil Servants Earn More Than £100,000 A Year.
Anger over government excess mounted as it emerged that 700 civil servants earn more than £100,000 a year.
10 senior officials earn more than £200,000 a year.
This number of massive salaries at the top of the public sector is alarming and contrasts sharply with the low wages of most taxpayers.
Ministry Of Defence Blunders Endangers Soldiers Lives.
The lives of British troops in Afghanistan have been put in even greater peril by the MOD mishandling the purchase of extra combat helicopters.
Bungling officials placed an order for 8 helicopters 14 years ago. But the contract was so appallingly written that the Chinooks were never airworthy and have languished in a hanger since 2001.
The result is that more troops have to be moved by road with the danger of road side bombs.
The cost of these helicopters has spiralled from £259 million to more than £422 million.
The MOD has also failed to replace the “snatch landrovers” with effective armoured personnel carrier vehicles.
So far 37 British troops have been killed using snatch landrovers.
These bungling MOD officials are in line to receive £50 million in bonuses.
Human Rights For British Soldiers.
The Government’s human rights watchdog is taking on the MOD in a test case to extend human rights laws to soldiers on the battlefield.
All British soldiers have the right to life and the MOD has “A Duty of Care” to protect them.
A decision in favour of extending human rights for troops on the battlefield means that the MOD will be exposed in its failure to provide the correct equipment to do the job.
To date the MOD has NOT provided, serviceable communications equipment, replacements for the death trap snatch landrovers, helicopters to transport men and equipment, aircraft with fire-suppressant foam systems etc etc.
This is a battle that the human rights watchdog MUST win.
Troops need this protection. Never forget that terrorists and criminals are entitled human rights protection.
Aid For Afghanistan.
Gordon Brown has decided that he will give £1/2 Billion to Afghanistan to “help” with infrastructure projects.
He would be better advised to spend this money on providing our troops with better equipment.
British Soldiers Murdered In Northern Ireland.
Two British soldiers have been gunned down and murdered outside the Massereene Army Base in Northern Ireland by cowards claiming to be the “Real IRA”.
The Northern Ireland Security Guard Service (NISGS) guards on duty did NOTHING to prevent these murders. They did not return fire and stood by while the murders took place.
NISGS personnel are Irish citizens not British troops.
Gerry Adams, that evil IRA leader and leader of Sinn Fein, has refused to condemn this atrocity, nor has he expressed any genuine sorrow.

Failed Asylum Seeker Sues Government.
Failed asylum seeker, Samadi Sayid from Kenya is suing the Government for £120,000.
Sayid spent a short time in custody waiting processing and was refused asylum.
It is his fourth judicial review for asylum, all paid for by the taxpayer through legal aid.
There are lawyers that delay removals without justification, play the system and pocket taxpayer’s money while raising false hopes.
No foreigner has a right to live in the UK. The Government must take action to refuse entry and when the foreign subject enters the country, that subject must be immediately deported.
London Mayor Gives Over £30,000 To Muslim Extremist.
Boris Johnson has given more than £30,000 of taxpayer’s money to Azad Ali of the Muslim Safety Forum, an organisation controlled by an Islamist extremist group.

Luton police have mounted a 24 hour guard to protect Muslim extremist Yousaf Bashir who branded British troops as criminals.

The Just Learning Nursery School in Cambourne Cambridge has been fined £140,000.
It was at this school that 10 month old Georgia Hollick died after choking on a piece of apple.
Judge Gareth Hawkesworth heard that the school was responsible for a state of affairs where “there was a risk of death”.
If that is true, why were not the teachers directly involved with Georgia’s death charged with manslaughter?
Cambridgeshire County Council Chief Rapped.
Stephen Moir, Director of people and policy at Cambridgeshire County Council who earns £95,000 per year has come under fire for saying that workers should get lower pay rises.

Gordon Brown has shown his utter contempt once again for our Armed Services by refusing to allocate money for veterans to celebrate the 65th anniversary of D-Day.
Brown’s refusal is outrageous and petty-minded showing his contempt for the brave heroes who fought and gave their lives so that we would be free from the yoke of Hitler and Nazi Germany.
The Americans, Canadians, Australians, New Zealanders and French will be pulling out all the stops to honour the veterans of D-Day in June.
The good news is, that following pressure from our thousands of readers and the Daily Mail newspaper, Brown has now thrown his full weight behind the ceremony.
Let us all remember those who died to give us our freedom.

“Give us £40,000 EXTRA and we’ll surrender our perks”.
That is the cry at Westminster as MPs once again defend their money grabbing greed.
The extra £40,000 will take the average MP’s salary well above £100,000 per year.
The Standards Committee is said to be looking into the whole matter of MP’s expenses, but how can they be independent? MPs make the rules, pass judgement on so called rule breakers and find themselves not guilty.
We have argued many times that MPs should receive a fixed salary that reflects their worth to the country and that NO perks or allowances should be added.
It is part of the job when an employee chooses to live away from their place of work.
There should be centralised admin services and research teams provided.
The country’s worth creators, those in the private sector, do not enjoy second home allowances and perks similar to MPs.
MPs On The Grab.
1) Labour Employment Minister, Tony Mc Nulty caught claiming £60,000 of taxpayers’ money for a property which is his parents’ main home even though his constituency is just 11 miles from Westminster.
2) Labour MP, Dawn Butler claimed £21,000 for a second home that is as close to Westminster as her family home.
3) There are 132 MPs who live within 60 miles of Westminster and claim second home allowances. This is normal commuting distance for those who work in London.
4) Nearly 30 members of the Government employ their family at taxpayer’s expense. Among the claimants are Home Secretary Jacqui Smith, Housing Minister Margaret Beckett, Europe Minister Caroline Flint, Children’s Minister Beverly Hughes, Environment Secretary Hilary Benn, who all attend Cabinet.
Add to this list are Bob Ainsworth, Paul Clark, Quentin Davies, Jane Kennedy, Sarah McCarthy-Fry, Michael Foster, Bill Rammell, Tom Watson, Jonathan Shaw, Michael Foster and Iain Wright.
This is nepotism at its worst.
Lincoln Police Threaten 2 Yr Old With ABSO.
The parents of 2 year old Lennon Hubbard were sent a letter by Lincoln police threatening that they would issue an ABSO on their son.
Lennon’s crime --- just learning to walk and play, he was accused of kicking a football that neighbours claimed was coming too near their windows.
Instead of chasing such a “criminal”, these same police officers would be better off spending their time chasing real criminals such as illegal immigrants flocking to their area.

The new head of Scotland Yard, Sir Paul Stephenson invited the media to film a raid on the home of a notorious burglar.
A dawn raid was carried out, but oops, the police failed to establish a crucial fact, the whereabouts of the key suspect.
The suspect was nowhere to be found because he had already been arrested several hours earlier.

Justice Minister, Jack Straw, lover of prisoners and the infamous ID card system has backed down.
Straw who wanted to share sensitive personal data across all Whitehall departments and Local Authorities has bowed to public pressure by both us and the media to scrap his idea.
The proposals would have meant that all Whitehall departments, Local Authorities, Police, Foreign Governments and Unelected Quangos would have had access to DNA and medical records of all UK citizens.

A homosexual couple Martyn Hall and Steven Preddy are planning to sue the Christian owners of a seaside hotel because they did not allow Hall and Preddy to share the same room.
The owners of the private hotel, Peter and Hazelmary Bull, both devout Christians refuse to allow unwed and homosexual couples to share the same bedrooms when staying at the Chymorvah hotel.
The Bulls regard such arrangements as an affront to their faith and should have the right to refuse people who cause such an affront.
Under the European Convention on Human Rights, people are able to hold a religious belief and manifest it in the way they act.

London Mayor, Boris Johnson is to defy the politically correct brigade by staging a week long festival in the capital to celebrate St George’s Day with the red and white cross of England’s patron saint flying proudly from his City Hall offices.

Stafford Hospital, part of the Mid Staffordshire NHS Trust allowed between 400-1200 patients to die needlessly.
Failure to treat diabetis, angina, stroke, hiatus hernia, MRSA, C-Diff, emphysema, chronic asthma and pneumonia are among the identified causes of death.
There was a failure to treat bed sores, patients not given food, not washed and wards and toilets left in a filthy condition.
Patients were left in soiled beds, left dehydrated and had to drink water from flower vases.
Martin Yeats, chief executive has been suspended on his full pay of £3,500 per WEEK while a full investigation is carried out.
It is sickening that while innocent families suffer, officials could end up wealthy despite making appalling errors.
Those responsible should be sacked without any compensation or payments.
Corporate manslaughter is a matter for consideration.
Neglect and failure by doctors and nurses must be punished with individuals being held accountable.
£100 Parking Ticket For Resuscitating Disabled Son.
Richmond Gestapo parking wardens slapped a £100 parking ticket of the windscreen of Penny Batkin’s car when she pulled over to help her disabled son.
Penny pulled over onto the pavement and dashed from her front seat to the back seat where her 4 year old profoundly disabled son was gasping for breath and turning blue. Penny was able to give successful resuscitation and continued to the Shooting Star children’s hospice in Hampton.
This says a lot for the mentality and intelligence of parking wardens employed by Richmond Council.
Prince William Slopes Off.
Prince William has been given special treatment from the RAF after he was given permission to leave his flying training programme for a week to go skiing.
Why is this man, born with a silver spoon in his mouth, allowed to enjoy the thrills of Military life in a safe environment yet abuse that position whenever he wishes to party at taxpayer’s expense?
One must question the value of the Royal Family and what it does for this country.

Mike Crowther age 66 years was so incensed by the Muslim hate preachers who demonstrated against our troops when they marched through Luton on their return from Afghanistan, that he organised his own demonstration.
Mike armed himself with his own placards and marched through the streets of Luton.
Mike’s placards read, “HATE BRITAIN? THEN GET OUT NOW”. His second placard read “BRITISH TALIBAN GO TO HELL”.
No doubt some police officer will charge Mike with the offence of free speech.

Met Police Blunders Frees Rapist To Kill.
Black serial rapist, Kirk Reid was released in 2004 by the London’s Met police force following a series of appalling blunders that left him free to claim at least 70 more victims.
Commander Mark Simmons who has overall responsibility for investigating serious sex attacks said “It is clear from the evidence heard in court that the standard of investigation was not what we as an organisation, or the victims, should have expected.
Police FAILED to follow up clues.
1) Failed to visit Reid’s home to search for DNA.
2) Originally identified the wrong man.
3) Failed to follow up detailed descriptions given by witnesses.
4) Failed to follow up the vehicle registration number of Reid’s car.
5) Witness statements made by 2 of Reid’s victims were lost.
5) Failed to put Reid on an identity parade.
6) Reid came to the attention of the police at least 12 times but no action.
At Kingston Crown Court, Judge Shani Barnes voiced sharp criticism of the “Years of inadequate police work”.
Drug Addict Stabs Youth To Death.
Imran Khan, a drugged up cannabis user stabbed an innocent teenager to death in a crowded street.
Khan has had previous convictions for carrying knives but obviously the sentences were not long enough.
Khan was sentenced to a minimum of 20 years in jail at the Old Bailey.
Convicted Paedophile Strikes Again.
Craig Bennett was placed on the sex offenders register after raping a young boy back in 1993.
Bennett was supposed to be monitored, but he managed to carry out another sex attack on a young 12 year old boy.
Judge Pamela Badley was told that Bennett was a highly dangerous and predatory paedophile.
Bennett should NEVER have been freed from jail after his conviction in 1993.
Jack Straw should note that his love affair with prisoner early release has resulted in another child being brutally raped and scarred for life.
War Hero Blinded By Coventry Cowards.
Private James Robbins, back from the front line in Afghanistan was out celebrating his return from Helmand when he was set upon by a gang of cowardly yobs at a cab rank in Coventry.
The gang’s attack was so severe that James ended up being blinded in one eye.
The cowards were caught and sentenced
Brett Dougal age 22, received 3 years and ten months.
Raymond Kinsella, age 23 and Jonathan Guild, age 22 received 3 years.
These sentences are far too short. Lets hope that James’ regiment will be waiting for these thugs on their release when proper punishment can be handed out.
NHS Blunders Let Killer Roam Free.
So called medical experts at the Bedfordshire and Luton Mental Health and Social Care Partnership NHS Trust allowed Black paranoid schizophrenic, Tennyson Obih to roam free and stab police officer Jon Henry to death.
Obih was sentenced to life in jail with a minimum of 25 years.
No person at the Mental Health Trust has been held accountable, reprimanded or sacked.
Police Charge Hero Who Captured Burglar.
Businessman, Sean Preston called the police after spotting 4 intruders attacking a bungalow that his building firm was modernising.
The same bungalow had been raided repeatedly during the previous six months with more than £4,500 worth of goods stolen.
The Leicestershire police told Sean that an officer would NOT be sent out for 2 DAYS.
Sean set about catching the thieves himself. The next time he spotted intruders trying to steal floodlights from the site, Sean and a colleague cornered one of the thieves and forced him to take him to his home.
The police were informed and the thief was arrested the next day.
BUT Sean was also arrested for kidnapping, charged, fingerprinted and DNA taken.
Judge Michael Pert QC said that he was prepared to treat the case as an exception.
Sean ends up being treated as a criminal with a criminal record for defending his property all because the Leicestershire were too lazy to attend the scene of a crime.
Cambridge Taxi Drivers Break The Law.
Cambridge taxi drivers have for years enjoyed freedom to park their cabs wherever they wish.
Now the police are starting to clamp down on ALL vehicle users in the city.
The cab drivers think that they are a special case and have threatened to blockade the city.
There are obviously far too many taxi licences available in Cambridge.
Killer Driver Escapes With £500 Fine.
William Lings, a car mechanic killed a woman while test-driving a 188 MPH Ferrari.
Lings who has a history of drink driving and speeding escaped punishment for killing an innocent woman.
Judge Richard McGregor-Johnson fined Lings £500.

Cambridgeshire’s Child Protection Services Failures.
Once again a vulnerable baby has died due to neglect.
Serious failings in Cambridgeshire’s child protection services resulted in the death of a baby who was just a few days old.
An independent report revealed:
1) Concerns over neglect were downplayed.
2) Health workers failed to monitor the child’s condition.
3) Social workers ignored a tip-off that the child had been left alone.
4) The police database was not checked which would have revealed the child’s mother had a criminal record.
5) A hospital failed to notify police resulting in compromised criminal investigations.
There are many questions about the death of this child, known as Baby A.
As in so many cases of this nature, the procedures used by social services and health workers were found wanting and this is NOT acceptable.
Cambridge County Council has said that it will implement the report findings and that lessons will be learned.
Where have we heard this before?
We say again and again that multi-agencies do not work.
There needs to be ONE PERSON in charge of each case, to be responsible for all decisions, to have the authority to carry out those decisions and to be held accountable for those decisions.
Multi-agency means that nobody is held accountable.
Rapist Fighting Deportation Receives Legal Aid.
Parmod Arora has been allowed to employ a barrister and a group of solicitors at taxpayer’s expense to fight his deportation, a case that he has no chance of winning.
Arora was jailed for 7 years for raping a 15 year old girl. His appeal has been rejected twice by the British courts and now Arora is appealing to the European Court of Human Rights.
This man should have lost his human rights on sentencing and deported immediately.
Wrongly Accused Man Freed By Jury.
A young man was accused of rape after a one-night stand by a lawyer who claimed that she was too drunk to remember.
The man had his name splashed all over the national newspapers, but the woman’s name was not printed.
The jury took just 45 minutes to find the young man NOT GUILTY of rape.
NHS Pay Rises.
NHS bosses award themselves a massive well above inflation pay rise of 7.9% bringing their average salary up to £142,450 per year.
Nurses receive 1.9% rise taking their average salary to £32,000.
Which of these is the greater value to the medical health of the nation?
Public Sector Pay Continues To Rise.
The Government gave their agreement to a 3 year inflation busting pay deal for millions of public sector workers.
A 2% A YEAR for the next 3 years will be awarded to NHS staff, teachers, police, whitehall staff and council workers.
Senior civil servants will receive a 3% rise in their salary.
This is at a time when the private sector firms are freezing wages and cutting jobs.
Public sector pay rises should be held to the retail price index which is currently 0%.

This means that the taxpayers are giving our MPs a £1,500 a year pay rise.

A French firm employing Portuguese workers is being lined up to help build the Olympic Village in Stratford.
So much for Gordon Brown’s promise of “British jobs for British workers”.

South East England Regional Assembly Accuse OAPs.
South East England Regional Assembly (SEERA), THAT UNELECTED QUANGO, accused two OAPs of being racists.
SEERA carried out a public consultation about the siting of gipsy and traveller camps.
Pensioners Rita and Norman Brookhouse were branded as racists and that their views breached race law.
Rita and Norman suggested that gipsies and travellers should contribute toward the cost of cleaning up any mess they make. They are reported to have suggested,
“Reasonable charges must be made for use of sites so that local people know the travellers are contributing to the community finances. At present travellers give nothing to the community where they stay; indeed they create expense (rubbish clearance, etc. after they have departed).
This is NOT being racist. This is called telling the truth.
High Street Opticians Don’t Explain Risks.
Research from Which revealed that 60% of high street opticians give unsatisfactory advise and fail to point out the risks of LASER surgery.
The companies identified in the research are Optical Express, Optimax and Ultralase, where 80% of patients receive laser surgery.

We have had a lot of email from worried customers who have MBNA credit cards.
These customers have fallen behind with their payments and are now being harassed by MBNA with threats of passing their accounts on to debt collection agencies.

Whatever you do, DO NOT take out a consolidation loan with the card company.
We have been told that MBNA, for example, try to introduce their customers to a company called First Union.
First Union literature describes their consolidation loan, secured on your house as follows.

Total amount payable is £24,308.
Applicable broker fee is charged on completion is typically £1,000 to £3,300.
Excluding broker’s fee, you would pay a massive interest of 20.2% APR or in cash terms £9,713 on top of your original loan.
Take advice, do not be panicked into a loan to cover credit card debts.

Evil Children Of Doncaster.
Two boys ages 10 and 11 years, both from Edington, Doncaster, tortured two young boys aged 9 and 11.
These two thugs, known as the Devil Brothers, cornered their victims and tried to rob them of their mobile phones, money and trainers.
When their victims refused to hand over their belongings, the two thugs tortured their victims by burning them with cigarettes, cut them severely with knives and beat them with bricks and threw one of their victims down an embankment where he suffered serious head injuries.
It turns out that the police had interviewed the two thugs about a series of other attacks in the area, but had not arrested them.
The two thugs had been fostered out by Doncaster Council who obviously had not monitored them.
Doncaster Council has a reputation of incompetence, corruption and is called the Haringey of the North.
The levels of child abuse in Doncaster, is high.
This is another example of parents who have no control of their children and who do not care what they get up to.
Manchester Gang Jailed.
A black gang of hardened criminals face jail sentences for murder, drugs, violent assault and gun possession.
The gang are Colin Joyce, Lee Amos, Ricci Moss, Narada Williams, Gonoo Hussain, Ricardo Williams, Hassan Shah and Kayael Wint.
Manchester police report a 92% DROP in gang activity since these criminal was found guilty.
We have always argued that violent criminals should be given long jail sentences without parole. People like these cannot be rehabilitated and should be taken off the streets in order to protest the public.
No doubt Jack Straw, that prisoner lover, will release them within just a few years.
Foreigners Commit 30% Of All Rapes And Sex Attacks.
Over 30% of all rapes and sex attacks are committed by foreigners.
Migrant workers and illegal immigrants were responsible for this massive level of sex crimes in areas of high immigration which include Cambridgeshire, Merseyside, Hertfordshire, Avon and somerset.
These figures are evidence of this Government’s failed policy on immigration.
Pupil Behaviour Has Worsened.
A survey carried out by the Association of Teachers and Lecturers (ATL) has shown that pupil behaviour has worsened in the past few years.
Violent behaviour, punching, kicking, stabbing, spitting, rudeness, and disruption seem to be the normal pattern of behaviour that can be expected in schools and colleges of further education.
We say yet again, children and teenager’s values and patterns of behaviour are learned from their parents.
When a child sees violence, rudeness, criminal activity and bad manners being displayed by their parents, he/she will learn by the example set.
Sadly a lot of parents are too selfish, think only of themselves, and do not care what their children get up to or how they behave.
Our argument is the same, Parents MUST be responsible for and held accountable for their children.
Victims Of Council Spies.
Over 90% of people placed under surveillance by Town Hall “Stasi” are found to be entirely innocent of any wrong-doing.
This Labour Government has seen civil liberties as little more than an inconvenience and demonstrates the misuse of the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act (RIPA).
RIPA was designed to protect British citizens from terrorists, but is now used by EVERY Local Authority Council to spy on each and every one of us.
Killer Cop Drove At 94 MPH.
Police Constable, John Dougal of Newcastle Police Force, drove his police car at 94 mph without warning sirens or flashing lights when he ploughed into innocent 16 year old Hayley Adamson as she was crossing a road.
Dougal was in pursuit of a vehicle wrongly identified as suspicious when he crashed into the innocent teenager.
This pursuit was a grossly disproportionate response and caused the death of Hayley Adamson.
The trial continues. We wait to see what lenient sentence the judge will hand down, if any.
Cambridge Gang Jailed.
A gang of young robbers have been jailed for a string of drink and drug fueled robbery attacks in Cambridge.
Jack Robb jailed for 5 years, David Hilsden 4 years, Ashley Foreman 4 Years and Joshua Robb 30 months.
At least these thugs are off the streets for a few months. They will be free in about 2 years to continue their violent assaults on innocent victims.
Cheshire Police Too Busy To Help Man Being Murdered.
James Straiton, age 59 years, and his neighbours called 999 SIX times while a gang of thugs were threatening to smash their way into his home.
The Cheshire police told James and his neighbours to call a non-emergency because they were too busy.
James tried to chase the gang away but was set upon, kicked and punched to the ground where he was jumped upon and stamped on his head.
James suffered brain haemorrhage, damaged vertebrae, fractures to his face and arms and three broken ribs. JAMES DIED IN HOSPITAL.
Joshua Spruce and Nigel Goolding were both found guilty of murder.
What were the Cheshire police doing to be so busy that they could not prevent a murder?

Prolific thief, Algerian Hakim Benmakhlouf who has a string of convictions for stealing from rich tourists returned to Britain just 2 DAYS after being deported.
Hakim has been twice deported in the past , but has made a mockery of our lax border controls.

Four men accused of genocide in Rwanda have won an appeal against deportation on the grounds that extraditing them would breach their human rights.
The 4 men have been identified as Emmanuel Nteziryayo, Celestin Ugirashebuja, Charles Munyaneza and Vincent Bajinya all of whom were to stand trial for their part in the 1994 Rwandan massacre in which 800,000 people were killed in just 100 days.
Under Gordon Brown’s leadership, the UK has become a haven for foreign killers and terrorists.

Teachers have rightly complained about poor pupil classroom behaviour.

Teachers already enjoy a job for life, unlike those in the private sector, together with an index linked pension and 10 weeks holiday.
Yes they work evenings preparing classwork and marking homework, but their current salaries, pensions and holidays surely give a high level of job satisfaction without demanding more and more.
Let them not forget that it is the taxpayers who fund their lifestyle.
If teachers behave badly while making their demands, how can they expect their pupils to behave properly.

They pay 4 family members £150,000 in salaries.
Speaker of the House, Michael Martin and his wife have just enjoyed an all taxpayer expenses holiday to Dubai in the United Arab Emirates at a cost of £8,000.
In recent years the Martins have visited Hawaii, the Behamas and New York all paid for by us the taxpayers.
Not only do MPs claim second home allowances, but they make vast profits from the sale of their second homes AND rent out one of their homes that they could easily live in while carrying out their parliamentary duties.
Our MPs are totally detached from reality.

The East of England Strategic Health Authority ( Another quango ) is advertising for a “Head of Healthcare Marketing Management” post at a salary of £77,000 per year.
This is double-speak to investigate competition between health care providers, ie private and NHS.
The chief executive of this quango, the SHA, Sir Neil McKay earned £220,000 in 2007/2008. He also has a pension pot worth £1.74 Million.
How many front line health care providers could this money provide?
Slush Money For Civil Servants.
Hundreds of civil servants have been handed £250 each for arriving at work during the recent snowfalls last February.
With thousands losing their jobs or taking pay cuts why pay civil servants just to get to work.
Millions of other people made the effort without any extra reward.
There is an ever growing apartheid between the state and private sector employees, and that includes our feather bedded MPs.

At long last MEP, Robert Sturdy replied to our request for his views about food labeling.
We asked that he share his views about the labeling of food, especially meat.
Our views are that a food label should clearly identify where an animal is born, reared, killed and packed ready to cook/eat.
The outcome is that individual countries have their own ideas and that the final decisions will not be made for a considerable time to come.
The EU needs to consider animal welfare in all its aspects including transportation of live animals and the method of killing.

Brown has decided that Britain’s air defences will be left with just 8 jets able to defend the whole of the UK.
Two squadrons of Tornado fighter/bomber jet aircraft are to be axed this coming September leaving just 8 aircraft to defend the UK against attack.

Police Brutality At G20 Summit.
A Metropolitan Police riot officer was filmed violently pushing an innocent man, Ian Tomlinson to the ground during the recent G20 Summit in London.
Ian was walking along the road when he was violently pushed to the ground by a heavy handed thug of a police officer.
Ian died of internal bleeding just after being attacked by this police thug.
Another woman, Nicola Fisher was beaten up, hit in the face and struck by a police officer using his baton with considerable force.
There have been reports of more assaults on a members of the public by the same police force.
Nicola Fisher asked the police officer who assaulted her for his police number, but the officer refused to answer her.
Louise Broadbent collapsed after suffering an asthma attack, but the police refused to allow her any medical treatment.
Louise was beaten by police officers and suffered a broken wrist. Louise was attacked on two separate occasions and punched in the face.
Kate Surridge was violently pushed to the ground by a police sergeant.
Lily Vassiliadis was attacked by a police officer who beat her on the hands with his baton and another police officer grabbed her by the hair and dragged her along the ground at the same time beating her on her back with his baton, turned her over and hit her on her abdomen.
It appears that police officers attending the summit deliberately concealed their identifying numbers by covering them up. This is against all police rules. The public has a right to identify police officers by their number.
We argue that all police officers must wear their names and numbers on their uniform, visible to everyone.
There is no place for brutal police thugs in the British Metropolitan Force.
The Met Commissioner, Sir Paul Stephenson MUST, NOW, TO-DAY root out the violent thugs within his force and sack them.
We understand that manslaughter charges will be brought against the police officer who attacked Ian Tomlinson.
No doubt no actual charges will be laid against this officer and that a cover-up will take place.
The whole question of police tactics must be overhauled when dealing with large crowds of people.
There can be NO excuse for the police attacks on innocent civilians.
Cyclist Killed By HGV Driver.
Steven Ferguson was killed when he was struck by an unnamed HGV driver as they were both pulling away from traffic lights.
The HGV had no near-side mirror and the driver had an open newspaper on the seat next to him.
The driver was not charged with killing Steven.
The firm owning the HGV, Hendricks Lovell agreed, after a long 2 year legal battle, to pay Steven’s family a six figure sum compensation award.
Both the driver and Hendricks Lovell should have been charged for causing the death of Steven by allowing a defective unsafe lorry to be used on the highway.
Frail Great Grandmother Beaten And Blinded.
Vicious evil thug, 15 year old Joseph Phillips launched a violent, horrifying attack on a frail 84 year bedridden great grandma, beating her within an inch of her life with her own walking stick and blinding her in one eye.
Phillips gloated and said “I wondered what it was like to kill someone”.
Phillips broke into 84 year old Kathleen Hutchings flat and carried out his crazed attack, shattering Kathleen’s cheek bones, her wrist, and left her severely bruised, covered in blood and blind in one eye.
Judge Graham Hume at Taunton Crown Court sentenced Phillips to 2 years but that he would not be released until “The authorities believe it is safe”.
This evil thug will be out in just a few months if our liberal bleeding hearts have their way.
Road Rage Killer Gets 27 Months.
Graham Cahill was turned into a “Road rage killer” because of the antics of a VW Polo driver who overtook him on the inside lane on the M1 motorway.
Cahill argued with the Polo driver then felled him with a ferocious blow, killing him.
Judge John Bevan sentenced Cahill to 27 MONTHS at Luton Crown Court.
This is not justice. Cahill should have received a minimum of 14 years.
Frail Widow Whacks Burglar.
Gwyneth Davies, a frail 86 year old widow had a burglar in tears after whacking him four times with her metal crutch leaving him whimpering with his head in his hands.
Brave Gwyneth caught the burglar leaning over a worktop when she whacked him and told him “You bloody stay on that stool” while she rang the police.
When the police arrived and asked if she was all right, Gwyneth replied “You’re asking the wrong one”.
Gwyneth’s local Detective Constable, Justin Noble said “She’s my new hero”.
Well done Gwyneth, you are an example to us all.

Norfolk Chief Constable, Ian McPherson had to do a quick U-turn after it was made public that one of his officers was banned from wearing a HELP FOR HEROES wristband.

Two Austrian holiday makers took a photograph of a London bus when two police officers told them that it was “strictly forbidden” to take photographs of public transport and ordered them to delete the snaps from their cameras.
The officers then took the tourist’s names, hotel addresses and passport numbers.
This is a complete over-reaction.
We understand that the Independent Police Complaints Commission has launched an investigation into this matter.

It is now the turn of the EU to enjoy quangos, so beloved by British Central Government and Regional Assemblies.
The EU has been pushing for the creation of a new body called the “European Integration Forum”. It’s remit is to:
“Bring together “stakeholders”, “social partners” and “civil society organisations” into a new “platform for civil society participation” under a “holistic approach to integration””.
This Euroquango will cost us, the taxpayers £100 Million per year.

Not content with 3 weeks holiday at both Christmas and Easter, our ever greedy MPs have granted themselves a 12 week summer holiday.
Tory Buys Flat Round Corner On Expenses.
Francis Maude, the Conservative shadow Cabinet Office Minister and close friend and ally of Davy Boy Cameron, is using parliamentary “second home” expenses to pay for a £345,000 London flat just 70 YARDS from a house he owns in the capital.
So far Maude’s expenses have helped him to fund a three-home £1.3 Million property portfolio.
The Westminster Gravy Train continues to roll.
Conservative and Labour MPs are just as greedy as each other.
Whistleblowers Punished.
1) Nurse, Margaret Haywood recorded appalling conditions at the Royal Sussex Hospital in Brighton for a BBC documentary.
Margaret’s punishment for exposing the hospital was to be struck off for “misconduct”.
2) Hank Roberts of Copland Community College in Brent exposed £ Million bonus payments made to senior staff.
Sir Alan has been suspended pending “an investigation”.
Both these whistleblowers should be praised for exposing severe failings in the areas in which they work, NOT punished.
Hillsborough Files To Be Released.
Secret Police files covering the Hillsborough soccer disaster in which 96 fans were killed at the Sheffield stadium in April 1989 are to be released 10 years early.
These files should never have been sealed in the first place. What was there to hide? It has been claimed that the police failed to organise and control the crowd.
Maybe we shall see the truth, unless the files have been purged, in which case there was obviously a cover-up.

Treachery And Betrayal.
Gurkhas who fought and risked their lives for Britain won a court battle to settle here.
With their usual contempt, Gordon Brown and Immigration Minister Phil Woolas rewarded these brave Gurkhas with an act of treachery.
They have imposed a cynical residency test that is almost impossible to pass thus shutting out thousands of Gurkhas from settling in the UK.
Hundreds of rank-and-file soldiers will face deportation while thousands more will be barred from entering this country.
Brown, Straw, Smith and Woolas deny justice to all Gurkha soldiers who fought for Britain yet operate an OPEN DOOR policy to all other immigrants who wish to come here both legal and illegal, many of whom are known terrorists and criminals.
While Thousands of Gurkhas are barred, 30,000 asylum seekers a year remain here enjoying state benefits, free housing, health care and education. Dangerous criminals are allowed to stay here because barring them would breach their human rights.
Foreign students many from Pakistan flock to Britain claiming to study at bogus colleges and who are in reality potential terrorists are welcomed by Brown, Straw and Smith.
This demonstrates this Labour Government’s idea of justice.

Police Driver Killer.
PC John Dougal drove his police car at 94 MPH in a 30 mile zone.
Dougal was driving without sirens sounding or blue lights flashing, chasing a vehicle he thought was suspicious but in fact was not.
Dougal smashed into innocent Hayley Adomson age 16 years as she was walking.
A jury took 90 minutes to return a unanimous verdict of causing death by dangerous driving. Dougal was told to expect a jail sentence by Judge David Hodson Sentencing is due on 01 May.
We anticipate that Dougal will receive a slap on the wrist, maybe a few months in jail, but certainly not the 14 years he should be given.
Killer Released After Just 3 Years.
Black thug, Percy Wright butchered Colette Lynch in a frenzied attack in front of her young child.
The Judge at Birmingham Crown Court in August 2005 ordered that Wright be detained at a secure psychiatric unit indefinitely until he was no longer a threat to the public.
It has now been revealed that Wright has been discharged after ONLY three and a half years.
Wright is a dangerous criminal who should never have been released. We guarantee that Wright will kill again.
The doctors at the Reaside Clinic in Birmingham must be personally held responsible for any further killings by Wright.
Savage Young Thugs Of Leeds.
Four children stripped and whipped a teenager with a mental age of seven years.
The 15 year old victim was stripped and whipped, hit with planks and had lighted cigarettes forced up his nose.
The thugs, a girl of 14, two boys age 11 and another boy age 13, then punched their victim and kicked him in the head.
When they finished torturing him they buried him alive in a shallow grave from which he was able to scrabble free and stagger home.
The victim was taken to hospital suffering from burns, multiple cuts and bruises and a haemorrhaging liver.
Judge Kerry Macgill sentenced these young thugs, the girl was given 15 months detention the 13 year old boy was locked up for 12 months and the other two boys were given a 2 year supervision order.
What sort of parents raise such scum? What values do they learn at home?
We say yet again and again that parents MUST be held accountable for the actions of their children.
The punishments handed out were far too lenient.
Lock them away till they are 18 years old, take them off the streets to keep other potential victims safe.
Vile Yorkshire Sadist Age 12 Years.
An evil sadistic girl age 12 years from Keighley, West Yorkshire was caught beating and kicking a young puppy.
A neigbour filmed in disbelief, while the girl kneed, kicked, beat with a lead and stamped on the springer spaniel puppy.
The girl was trusted to take the puppy for a walk for a elderly man who uses a mobility scooter.
The girl’s father said “I don’t understand where this comes from”.
This evil girl should be banned from keeping animals for the rest of her life.
Her father should give her a good hiding and make sure that she is never left alone with another animal.
Children who are cruel to animals grow to be cruel to human beings. That is a proven fact.

Joe Weston-Webb decided to do something to protect his property after several burglaries when the police failed to act.
Joe rigged up a medieval catapult that fires manure at would-be burglars.
Little local plod told Joe that it was illegal to operate such a devise, but after yet another burglary, Joe decided that plod was not going to stop him defending his property.
Well done Joe. If the police cannot be bothered, then take what ever action you need to.
More NHS Blunders.
1) Christine Saltmarshe from Alconbury Weston, Cambridgeshire called the out-of-hours doctor service to explain her condition of severe headache, earache and excessive tiredness.
The out-of-hours service doctor told her “call back tomorrow”.
Hours later Christine is now fighting for her life in Hinchingbrooke Hospital suffering with pneumococcal meningitis. The hospital doctors believe she has suffered serious brain damage and has no hope of being able to live independently again.
The out-of-hours doctor on call is GUILTY OF NEGLIGENCE.
2) Six year old Bethany Townsend from Newark, Nottinghamshire, died from kidney disease because her doctor, Doctor Barker FAILED to give her a blood test that would have saved her life.
The Coroner, Dr Nigel Chapman recorded death by natural causes. This is wrong, death was caused by the negligence of Dr Barker.
3) Nine day old Joshua Titcombe picked up a common infection and bled to death after a series of blunders by NHS staff at Furness General Hospital in Cumbria.
Joshua’s parents were told that a paediatrician was “too busy” to deal with him.
Joshua was eventually airlifted to Manchester and then Newcastle where a consultant said that Joshua had a problem with his heart and oesophagus and an untreated pneumococcus infection.
Social Services And Police Gestapo Snatch Dementia Patient.
Warwickshire Social Services supported by Warwickshire Gestapo police using a battering ram snatched 86 year old Betty Figg, who suffers from dementia, from her daughter’s home.
Rosalind Figg decided to remove her 86 year old mother from the £2,000-a-month Butts Croft House Care Home in Corley, Warwickshire because Betty said that she was so unhappy.
Rosalind, on one visit to the home, discovered that her mother’s mouth was caked in dried blood and that she was hungry.
Rosalind decided to remover her mother from Butts Croft Care Home and look after her herself, giving her mother comfort and dignity during her last few years.
Rosalind created a purpose built apartment in her house with sensors, ramps, special bed and alarms so that she could look after her mother.
When Rosalind then took her mother home, Warwickshire Stasi Social Services and the local Gestapo decided that Rosalind could not look after her mother and took drastic action by using a battering ram to break down Rosalind’s front door, snatching her mother and forcing her into a police car then returning her to Butts Croft Care Home.
What a way to treat an elderly 86 year old lady.
Cambridgeshire Corridor Of Death.
Cambridgeshire County Council’s new guided busway has been branded a “corridor of death”.
Despite County Councillors claiming that the new busway is environmentally friendly, thousands of toads have been killed and trapped between the tracks.
Graham Hughes, the council’s director of sustainable infrastructure, said “an extra tunnel could be considered”.
The busway has been laid through 3 separate wild-life havens without thought to the “sustainability” of the wild-life being displaced.
Gypsies Ruin Local Villages And Schools.
1) Residents of Blackmore, a peaceful medieval village were appalled to find that over the Easter holiday a group of 60 strong gypsies had taken over a three acre field and laid over 1,000 tons of hardcore using 20 ton trucks preparing a massive caravan site.
This work was carried out with complete disregard for planning regulations.
2) Over the years hundreds of gypsies have arrived at Billericay in Essex.
The primary school at Crays Hill has seen its reputation plummet as it was named the worst performing school in the county.
Local children have left the school to attend another not plagued by gypsies.
The village has been ruined with gypsy’s children running wild, dogs free to roam and mounds of rubbish left lying around.
Hundreds of Gypsies/travellers have set up illegal camps across Britain.
People who protest against the sites risk being labelled racists.

The law needs to be changed so that illegal gypsy sites are banned.

Straight Talking District Councillor.
Straight talking South Cambridgeshire District Councillor, Cllr Roberts voiced her concerns about the amount of money being spent for the benefit of gypsies.
In a chance meeting with one of the council employees, a Mr Robinson, she used a word common in many local villages.
Mr Robinson rushed off to tell his boss what Cllr Roberts had said.
This led to an investigation by the standards committee.
Mr Robinson is like a little schoolboy sneak. Why not just remind Cllr Roberts that her words could be frowned upon.

Stefan Sylvestre carried out the acid attack on behalf of Lynch.
The victim was burned so badly that her face literally melted.

Killer Asylum Seeker Freed On Bail.
Failed asylum seeker, Mohammed Ibrahim who left a young girl dying under the wheels of his car after a hit-and-run has been freed.
Ibrahim was due to be deported after his asylum application failed. However he has appealed, making another application to stay in the UK.
Meanwhile Ibrahim has been freed on bail while he continues with his appeal.
This makes a mockery of British immigration laws.

Baby Peter’s stepfather, responsible for the horrific death of Peter, is set to use “Human Rights” legislation to appeal over his conviction for raping a 2 year old girl.
Lawyers (our polite term) led by Bernard Richmond, Q.C. for this sadistic thug made 8 separate attempts to have his rape trial thrown out and now are expected to take the case direct to the Appeals Court arguing that the victim was too young and “incompetent” to give evidence.

Haringey council hid evidence that could have saved Baby Peter’s life, by failing to pass information to the police about the stepfather’s past.
Cambridgeshire Employed Foreign Doctor Kills 2 Patients.
Nigerian born Doctor Daniel Ubani, normally residing in Germany came to the UK under contract to the “Suffolk Doctors On Call” organisation which is part of a group named as “Take Care Now”.
Ubani received £150 per hour while carrying out his contract.
Ubani was called out to a Cambridgeshire patient and gave him 10 TIMES the maximum recommended dose of morphine as a pain killer. The patient died as a result.
Just hours later the same Doctor Ubani gave an 86 year old woman medication from which she also died.
It has emerged that Ubani could speak very little English, could not write English nor understand English.
Ubani has escaped British justice, but was fined £4,500 in a German court.
Why was this man allowed to practice within the Cambridge NHS?
Why were no checks carried out?
Who is the person responsible for employing Ubani to work in the UK?
Will that person be held accountable for contributing to the deaths of 2 innocent patient victims?
MP’s Expenses And Earnings From Outside Interests.

First Gordon Brown wants second home allowances scrapped with an attendance allowance of £150 per day in its place.
MPs said NO.
Then MPs who live within commuting distance of London should not receive second home allowances.

Absolute Disgrace.
Following the Government’s defeat about letting the Gurkhas who fought for Britain, being allowed to stay in the UK, Joanne Lumley took charge of our immigration policy.
Joanne shamed Gordon Brown into a face-to-face meeting where he promised to take charge of ensuring justice for the Gurkhas and have a new policy by the end of May.
Later Downing Street said there would be a policy by the end of July.
Joanne then ambushed the feeble Immigration Minister, Phil Woolas and forced him to apologize.
Woolas is reported to have said “We can’t just let nice people in”. We all know that he, Brown, Smith and Straw welcome foreign criminals with open arms, those are the not so nice people.
Even though Brown promised to take matters into his own hands, letters were sent out to five Gurkhas stating that even though they fought for us, they were not qualified to stay in the UK.
Gordon Brown claimed that he did not know the rejection letters had been sent out.
Police Officer Scared To Ride His Pedal Bike.
PC Tony Cobban from Preston was scared to sit on and ride his new pedal cycle for a photo opportunity to celebrate the police being presented with new bikes by Halfords.
Cobban’s excuse, “I havn’t done my proficiency course”.

Judge Backs Knife Yob.
Kane Beales was ordered to do unpaid work after being caught drunk and armed with a flick knife and knuckleduster.
Part of his punishment was to wear a bright vest bearing the words “COMMUNITY PAYBACK”.
Beales refused to wear the vest claiming that it would cause him “Humiliation and embarrassment”.
A learned judge by the name of Phillip Browning agreed and said that Beales need not wear the vest.
Browning said that thugs doing unpaid work were being “singled out”.
