Tory MPs Sleazy Grab
Conservative husband and wife MPs Nicholas and Ann Winterton face fresh controversy after it was revealed that they have received thousands of pounds of taxpayer’s money to run a burglar alarm at their luxury farmhouse home in Cheshire.
The disclosure comes days after the Wintertons were censured by the Commons’ sleaze watchdog for claiming £165,000 rent from expenses on a £700,000 London flat they already own outright.

Conservative MP, Jacqui Lait, Shadow Planning Minister who represents Beckenham in Kent, just NINE miles from the House of Commons has claimed more than £100,000 in “second home allowances”.
By nominating her £1.5 Million Sussex farmhouse as her main home she has been able to claim £19,000 each year under MPs’ Additional Costs Allowances.
Davy Boy Cameron needs to get a grip on his party’s MPs “snout in the trough” approach to grabbing taxpayer’s money at every opportunity.
Labour’s Wind Farm Plan To Cost Every Family £260 A Year.
Gordon Brown’s plan to cover swaithes of countryside with wind farms at a cost to the taxpayer of £100 Billion will cost each family an extra £260 every year.
Brown’s grandiose scheme is based on highly debatable policies and will do nothing to solve future electricity demands for an ever rising population.
Wind is not reliable so wind turbines must be backed up by either coal or nuclear generators.
Killed By Alistair Darling’s Budget.
George Mechan, a 92 year old pensioner became so tormented by the soaring cost of living that he electrocuted himself after Darling’s latest budget.
George was so depressed about having to choose between eating and heating his home felt that could not manage on his meager state pension.
This is at a time when our elected MPs favour themselves with high salaries and even higher allowances yet still manage to keep state pensions for George Mechan and thousands of other British citizens down to just over £100 per week.
Well done Alistair Darling. We hope you are proud of yourself. But DON’T expect any improvement from a Conservative Government.
Fuel Costs Hit Front Line Policing.
Front line emergency services are now being cut to cover the cost of fuel.
Police jobs are on the line with recruitment being halted, fewer patrols and decreased number of crime scenes attended.
Cambridge Drops Congestion Charging.
Pressure from private citizens and business has forced Cambridgeshire County Council to “go back to the drawing board” with it’s plans to introduce a congestion charge in Cambridge City.
Jill Tuck, the leader of the Conservative controlled County Council will not let go and admit that the proposal to charge all motorists up to £5 each time they enter or leave the city needs to be re-examined.This is nothing short of another tax on motorists.
All businesses who need vehicles to carry on trading and have to pay a congestion charge will pass these extra costs on to their customers. This will push prices up and add to the cost of living.
It is hypocritical of any Conservative party to blame the Government for increased prices yet push for a congestion charge which in itself will increase prices.
4,000 Foreign Convicts Released Onto UK’s Streets.
Despite Gordon Brown’s promise to deport foreign convicts after release from prison over 4,150 burglars, muggers, rapists and other convicts have been released straight back onto Britain’s streets.
So much for Brown’s and the Labour Government’s promises to fight crime.
The Government’s argument that EU directives make it hard to deport foreign criminals back to the European country of origin should be ignored.
The same applies to foreign criminals from outside the EU who argue that their human rights would be abused if they were deported to their country of origin.
We say that all foreign criminals should be deported back to where they came from and that the UK should not concern itself about human rights.
Our message is DON’T COME HERE AND COMMIT CRIMES OR YOU WILL BE SENT BACK TO WERE YOU CAME FROM.
Justice USA Style.
British killer, Neil Entwistle who was convicted of killing his wife and baby daughter was sentenced to life in jail without parole.
Short of the death penalty this sentence is true punishment. It means that Entwistle will be punished for the rest of his life and will not be out on the streets to kill again.
USA Jail.
Arizona Sheriff, Joe Arpairo created the “tent city jail” in Arizona to save taxpayers spending tens of millions of dollars on an expensive prison complex.
He has jail meals down to 20 cents a serving and charges inmates for them.
He banned smoking and porno magazines and took away all weightlifting equipment.
Joe says “They’re in jail to pay a debt to society not to build muscles so they can assault innocent people when they leave”.
He started chain gangs to use inmates to do free work on county and city projects and save taxpayer’s money.
He then started chain gangs for women so he wouldn’t get sued for discrimination.
He took away cable TV until he found that there was a federal court order that required cable TV for jails. So he hooked up cable TV again but only allowed the Disney channel and the weather channel.
When asked why the weather channel, Joe replied “So these morons will know how hot it’s gonna be when they are working on my chain gangs”.
With temperatures being 116 degrees F the inmates were allowed to strip down to their government issued pink boxer shorts.
One day when the temperature reached 128 degrees F the inmates complained that it was like living in a furnace and that it was inhumane. Joe’s reply was “It’s between 120 to 130 degrees in Iraq and our soldiers are living in tents too, and they have to walk all day in the sun, wearing full battle gear and get shot at, and they have not committed any crimes, so shut your damned mouths”.
Joe’s philosophy is “Criminals should be punished for their crimes not live in luxury until it’s time for parole, only to go out and commit more crimes so they can come back in to live on taxpayers money and enjoy things many taxpayers can’t afford to have for themselves.
Way to go Sheriff. If Jack Straw introduced prisons like these there would be a lot less crime and we would not be in the position of running out of prison spaces.
US Supreme Court Backs Personal Firearms.
The USA Supreme Court has backed the rights of all law abiding American citizens to possess firearms under the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution of 1791.
This ruling means that American citizens can be trusted to own and carry firearms and that they can use these firearms in defence of themselves, their families and their property.
The exact opposite situation exists in the UK.
This Labour Government passed legislation in 1997, when Blair was in power, stripping British citizens of the right to own handguns even though these handguns were for sporting range shooting only.
We in the UK are not allowed to defend ourselves, our families and our property. We can be criminalised for doing so, with the police charging us, taking our photographs, fingerprints and DNA, all to be stored on police data bases for all time.
In the UK the criminal has his/her human rights preserved but the victim has no rights should he/she protect and defend themselves. The victim can also be sued by the criminal should the criminal be hurt in the act.
Killer HGV Driver Jailed.
Yet another killer HGV driver has been let off with a light sentence.
Mervyn Richmond had been talking for 23 minutes on his mobile phone as he drove his HGV when he ploughed into a line of stationary traffic killing Michael Buston.
Richmond was jailed for just 4 and a half years.
In January 2007 HGV driver Robert Murray received an identical sentence for causing the death of two schoolgirls.
We say yet again, causing death while driving MUST be classified as either murder or manslaughter with prison terms as shown on our home page. Each case would be judged on the evidence.
Student Drives At 105 MPH In A 30 MPH Zone.
Semir Nezirovic age 20 walked free from North Tyneside magistrates after being caught speeding at 105 mph in a 30 mph zone.
Nezirovic was banned from driving for just two months.
What message does this send out?

MP’s Keep Snouts In Trough.
MP’s opted to continue feathering their nests with the much exploited £24,000 second homes allowances and to continue with the scandalous “John Lewis List” by which new kitchens and flatscreen TVs can be purchased all at taxpayer’s expense.
MPs can claim under the Additional Cost Allowances items including, Utility bills such as heat, light, water and council tax. Plus phone charges and internet, kitchen equipment, furniture, maintenance, decoration, cleaning, insurance, security, TV licence, satellite TV, parking, hotel expenses food and rent.
Apart from an uprising to overthrow this Parliament, how can the citizens of our country get rid of these self serving people who milk us, the taxpayer at every opportunity?
MP’s Nepotism.
A recent investigation of MPs who employ members of their families and pay for them from taxpayer’s money revealed that 89% of Labour MPs employ family members, 59% Canservative and 26% other Party MPs did the same thing.
A total of 87 MPs refused to tell the House of Commons what they employ their staff to do.
MPs of all Parties are up to their neck in sleaze taking what they can from us the taxpayers.
Davy Boy Cameron’s colleagues are as bad as the rest in Parliament. Don’t be fooled into thinking that the Conservatives are any better in this matter.
Sharia Law Can Be Used.
The most senior judge in England, Lord Chief Justice Lord Phillips has come out in favour of using Sharia Law in England.
Sharia law is Islamic law. We do not believe that Islamic law has any place in the UK.
Muslims who do not want to abide by the laws of the UK are free to return to their ethnic homeland.
Teacher Makes White 12 Year Olds Pray To Allah.
A female teacher at the Alsager High School, near Crewe in Cheshire gave two 12 year old girls detention for refusing to kneel and pray to Allah.
The two girls were also told off for not wearing headwear.
This is a major error on the part of this school.
The citizens of the UK are free to follow a religion of their choice and not to have any other religion foisted upon them.
If Muslim children were told to recite “The Lords Prayer”, all hell would be let loose. Children MUST NOT be indoctrinated into any religious beliefs.

Almost 50% of car owners will be hit by a massive £245 rise in road fund licences by year 2010.

Dead Bodies To Be Plundered.
Gordon Brown’s Government has proposed that your dead body will be “Plundered for spare parts”.
The proposal means that hospitals will be allowed to take organs from dead patients WITHOUT their agreement under a “Presumed consent” agreement.
This is a dangerous proposal. What is meant by death? Brain dead? Heart stopping?
There is a danger that a patient could be pronounced dead but be in a coma with a high chance of recovery.
There is no guarantee that any part harvested would go to a British National, as has been shown by surgeons in King’s College Hospital giving NHS livers to private Greek and Cypriot patients.
The going rate for foreign patients receiving British organs donated by the NHS is a massive £20,000 for every kidney transplant on private Greek and Cypriot patients.

Database Plan For Entire UK.
Plans for a massive database snooping on the entire population have been condemned as a step too far.
The Home Office led by Jaqui Smith plan to detail every phone call, e-mail, text message, internet search and online purchases made by every UK citizen.
This is BIG BROTHER at its worst. We already have the world’s largest DNA database where everyone interviewed by the police on suspicion of committing an offence has their fingerprints, photographs and DNA taken and stored for ever whether the person is innocent or guilty.
The Government has developed a database using the Automatic Number Plate Recognition system of cameras which can track every vehicle journey.
The use of these Big Brother databases plus ID cards and centralised medical records is turning what was once a free democratic British society into a Hitlerite Gestapo totalitarian state.
New Guidelines For Killer Drivers.
The Government’s new guidelines to punish drivers who kill whilst driving are woefully lenient.
Drivers who kill while using a mobile phone will get 2 years.
Drivers who are uninsured, disqualified or have no license and kill will also only receive 2 years.
The law MUST be changed so that if a driver kills while drunk, drugged up, using a mobile phone, has no license or insurance, is disqualified, then that driver should expect a minimum of 15 years jail time.
The bottom line is , such a driver has KILLED an innocent victim.
Political Correctness Too Far.
Gary Crutchley started taking photographs of his children playing on an inflatable slide when a woman who was running the slide at a Wolverhampton Show told him to stop and implied that Gary was a pervert.
How idiotic can officials become when a parent wishes to take photographs of his OWN children as reminders of a family day out.

It has emerged that a third of Conservative MPs pay relatives from taxpayer funded expenses at a total cost of £1.5 million a year.
MPs receive £102,000 staffing perks each per year, most of which is funneled back to their own or family pockets without having to explain exactly how the money is spent.
Foreign Criminals Free To Roam Britain.
Thousands of foreign criminals are free to roam the streets of Britain.
Poor border controls and police checks are making Britain vulnerable to foreign criminals with ONLY 27 foreigners being checked each day to see if they have a criminal past.
The UK only checks 600 travellers a year against an Interpol database of stolen passports.
French officials make 7.4 million checks.
The Swiss carry out 3.6 million checks.
Brown’s Broken Promise.
Gordon Brown has once again broken promises to our troops.
In a humiliating climb down Brown has broken his promise to bring home our troops from Iraq and instead, is sending 120 extra troops into the war zone.
Brown has bowed to pressure from Blair’s master, George Bush to increase troops in Iraq.

Police Tells Man To Throw Away Knife.
Good citizen David MacDonald, found a knife just yards away from the scene of a fatal stabbing.
Dave informed the Greater Manchester Police and expected officers to rush to his house to collect the knife.
INSTEAD Dave was told that the police were too busy to collect the vital clue to a murder and to throw the knife away.
Is it any wonder that the public have lost faith in the intellect and ability of our police.
Police Struggle To Cope.
There has been an 800% rise in crimes committed by Romanians since the expansion of the EU.
339 crimes are committed each month. Crimes of mugging, theft and sexual assault.
The responsibility can be laid firmly with the Home Office and its “open door” policy allowing people to enter the UK without any form of criminal record checks.
The British citizen is at risk from this policy, hundreds being victims of crimes being committed by East Europeans.
Soham Murders Recommendations Still Not Adopted.
Following the horrific murders in Soham of Jessica Chapman and Holly Wells five years ago, the recommendations including a “one stop” database where police could check on the background of known offenders has still NOT been implemented.
How many more children must be murdered before the Home Office does it’s job.
There is now a delay until at least 2010 with the cost doubling to £367 million.
Harassed For Being A Christian.
Constable Graham Cogman, a 49 year father of two young children has been persecuted by his own Force, Norfolk Police Force, for refusing to wear ribbons to mark a homosexual and lesbian event.
Graham said “The blatant support for homosexual rights in Norfolk Police makes being a Christian officer extremely difficult”.
The station where he worked in 2006 at Great Yarmouth was bombarded with homosexual posters, information about homosexual events, including a quiz at a local pub and pink ribbons.
This persecution echoes the case of Lillian Ladele, the Christian registrar who successfully took on Islington Council in London over her refusal to conduct civil partnership ceremonies for homosexual and lesbian couples.
If the Norfolk Police want to enjoy sodomy then let them, but DON’T foist these unnatural practices and ideas on normal Christians.
MPs Want To Stop Abu Hamza’s Extradition.
MPs making up the Commons Foreign Affairs Committee have stated that the evil Islamic hate preacher, Abu Hamza should not be extradited to the USA to face terrorist charges.
The reason given is that they believe that the American CIA carry out torture in order to gain information.
If these soft mamby-pambies have their way then other known and proven terrorists will stay in the UK costing us, the taxpayer many £millions.

It has emerged that Cherie Blair used an official Government car and driver funded by the taxpayer for 7 long months after her husband Tony Blair left office.
The cost to the taxpayer has been put at £25,000.
Another Brown Promise Broken.
Gordon Brown, one year ago, made a promise to MPs in the House that “We will continue ROBUSTLY to protect green belt land”.
BUT Labour’s Communities Secretary, Hazel Blears announced “Selective reviews” of areas protected from development.
In other words our green belt land countryside will be built on.
Blears said that 662,500 new houses must be built in the South East by 2026.
We argue that there is no need for these extra houses and the destruction of our countryside.
The Government MUST ban all immigration from both within and outside the EU.
Over 40% of all new homes go to immigrants. The current immigrant population accounts for nearly 45% of all new births.
Blears’ plan will result in an unsustainable urban sprawl and harm the quality of life of the indigenous British people.
Another Round Of Overseas Aid.
Gordon Brown has promised to give £30 Million of taxpayer’s money to the Palestinian Authority and to expand help with training for their Police and Security forces.
Brown should concentrate on the plight of our Armed Forces and our OAPs.
The £Billions handed out to overseas countries could be better spent on British citizens at home.

Prince Andrew flew in a helicopter from Kensington to the Farnborough International Air Show at a cost to the taxpayer of £6,000.
His excuse was that he had a lot of meetings to attend.

Train 48 minutes each way £14.
Helicopter 15 minutes each way £6,000.
Andrew continues to show a complete disregard for taxpayers money.

Flawed Chelsea Siege.
The family of Barrister Mark Saunders, shot dead by police marksmen will launch a landmark legal action over the police inquiry into his shooting.
Police officers involved were allowed to confer with each other about what happened before they gave statements about Mark’s death to the Independent Police Complaints Commission.
Police shot Mark 5 times after he fired a shotgun half an hour earlier.
Clearly it was not necessary to shoot 5 times and certainly not after 30 minutes from the time Mark discharges one shotgun shell which has an effective range of only fifty yards.
This shooting has sinister reminders of the police killing of Charles de Menezes who was held down by the police and shot at point blank range 6 times.
The 1,000 Ways The State Can Break Into Your Home.
The publication of a recent report has revealed more than 1,000 laws and regulations which permit police, council staff and other Government officials to force entry into homes, cars and business premises.
The report identifies 753 separate “Big Brother” provisions in acts of parliament and a further 290 minor regulations.
The Labour Government is responsible for over 65% of these new powers.
Yes we are in a Police State.
E.E.D.A Costs The Taxpayer £150 Million Each Year.
The East of England Development Agency (EEDA) costs the taxpayer over £150 Million each year.
The EEDA is one of many unelected quangos made up from councillors, business people and selected lay persons.
A recent poll showed that 83% of the population in the East of England said that the EEDA should be abolished because they were not representing or listening to people.
David Cameron promised to abolish the EEDA and others like it. We wait to see if he keeps this promise.
Anarchy In The UK.
A recent paper has revealed some startling figures about crime figures in the UK.
Ethnic crime costs Britain £5.7 Billion each year.
Blacks are 53 times more likely to commit inter-racial homicides than whites.
Asians are 17 times more likely to commit inter-racial homicides.
It has long been known that immigration has led to higher levels of crime, but the mass media and all political parties have always been reluctant to confront the facts head on.
Robbery including mugging is committed by blacks at a rate of nearly 23 times than that committed by whites.
Sex and drug offences are committed by blacks at 5.7 times the white rate.
On average, blacks commit offences at a rate 580% greater than whites.
Asians have a 75% higher rate.
The Government’s open borders policy allowing immigrants to enter our country without criminal checks means that these figures will become worse.
Gun Laws Constrain The Law Abiding.
Britain has the toughest gun control laws in the world. Laws introduced by Tony Blair in 1997 post-Dunblane.
These laws have proven to be strikingly ineffective as shown by the 400% increase in gun crime since they were introduced.
Having no dedicated border controls means that guns from Eastern Europe can easily be smuggled into the country.
Always remember gun crime is committed by criminals in possession of illegal guns NOT the law abiding citizens who hold a firearms or shotgun certificate.

Intervene Says Smith.
Home Secretary, Jaqui Smith said that the public should be prepared to intervene to stop crime and to be willing to stand up for others.
We support this idea, however people who do intervene MUST be given immunity from prosecution and protection from being sued by the criminal in the event that the criminal is hurt or worse.
Too often the police are only interested in prosecuting the person who defends him/herself.
Councils No Longer Required To Empty Wheelie Bins.
Councils have now been told that there is no obligation to empty wheelie bins. This means that householders must remove their rubbish by other means.
Take the cases of John Martin an 85 year OAP suffering from cancer who was told to drag his wheelie bin 100 yards up an unpaved lane by Richmondshire Council. The Council said that John and his wife did not qualify for assistance.
June Kay, an 80 year OAP was told by Ribble Valley Council to drag her bin more than half a mile down a steep hill if she wanted it emptied.
Families in Litherskew, North Yorkshire must make a 3 mile round trip to take their rubbish to the next village.
Portsmouth Council Say No To Wounded Troops.
Portsmouth Council refused to back a charity for injured soldiers, fearing it may offend ethnic minorities living in the area.
Portsmouth is a Naval town. Shame on them for not supporting our wounded service personnel.
MOD Laptops Missing.
More than 750 MOD laptops with highly sensitive and secret information are missing, either stolen or lost.
Why are laptops taken off secure premises?
Will those responsible for operating these laptops be charged with criminal negligence?

60% of Muslim Students in Britain believe that killing for religion is justified a recent poll claims.
Over 40%support the introduction of sharia into British law.

These figures taken from a report “Islam on Campus” commissioned by the Center for Social Cohesion think tank illustrate one cause for extremism among Islamic students.
It is not only influence acquired on British university campuses but teachings from the Islamic families that should give the British public ,the Government and the police cause for concern.

Paedophile Jailed For Life.
Richard Moulding, a vicious paedophile preyed on boys and girls in a sickening 14 year campaign of terror.
Chelmsford Crown Court heard that Moulding carried out his attacks from 1993-2007.
Judge Christopher Ball sentenced moulding to life in prison and that he must serve at least eight and a half years before he is eligible for parole.
We believe he should stay in jail till he dies.
Blank Passports Stolen.
In a major breach of security raiders robbed a van at 3M Security Printing and Systems Ltd and stole 24 parcels containing blank passports and visas.

Another Killer Driver Jailed.
Text messaging drink driver, Susan Hopkins smashed head-on into the car of James Sabey killing him and causing his wife Claire, an Alzheimer sufferer to spend the rest of her life in a home.
Judge Michael Heath at Lincoln Crown Court sent Hopkins to jail for 8 years.
The sentence should have been 15 years.
Train Thugs Jailed.
Gavin Harwood age 20 and Lewis Andrews age 21 were caught on CCTV repeatedly kicking and punching a train commuter as they tried to steal his laptop.
Howard was given 32 months jail and Andrews 3 years.
Thugs Kicked Man Unconscious.
Five savage thugs kicked and battered an innocent man till he lay unconscious then robbed him.
Stuart Shaw, Andrew Harbourne, Joshua McErlean and another youth age 17 years each received 4 years at Bolton Crown Court.
A fifth attacker, Gemma Stafford age 18 received 18 months.
Teenage Thugs Jailed.
Three drink and drug fueled teenagers armed with a pistol and a machete burst into the home of an innocent victim in Cambridge threatening and attacking the owner, Edwin Booth.
Judge Gareth Hawkesworth sentenced Mark Keen and Jerome Wallace to 4 years detention and Nathan Benson to 3 years.
These young thugs should have been taken off the streets for 10 years.
Gun Running Gang Jailed.
One of the largest UK illegal gun running gang has been broken by the Manchester police.
The gang imported illegal guns from Eastern Europe and sold them on to UK criminals.
At Manchester Crown Court, Judge Clement Goldstone sentenced Kaleem Akhtar to 20 years jail, Madasser Ali to 18 years, Asaid Salim to 10 years and Agnius Macevas to 12 years.
Well done Judge Goldstone.

Newcastle United footballer Joey Barton was freed from jail just 74 DAYS into his 6 month sentence for a savage drunken attack on an innocent victim.
Barton then was accepted back by his boss Kevin Keegan and allowed to continue his football career at £71,000 per week salary.
Killer Driver Fined.
Killer driver, Samuel Clements drove his unroadworthy car without having a driving licence and car insurance when he lost control of his vehicle and rolled it along an embankment.
Clement’s passenger Sarah Gaecke was killed in the incident.
Despite previous convictions for driving without a licence and insurance the Chairman of South East Suffolk Magistrates’ Court, Anthony Baker, fined Clements £265.
This is NOT justice. Clements should have been jailed for at least 10 years.
Killer Burglar Gets Life.
Nathan Mann, a drink addicted 19 year old youth attacked and murdered two elderly disabled women as they lay sleeping in their beds at Leicester’s Hayes Park Nursing Home
Mr Justice McCombe at Nottingham Crown Court jailed Mann for life and said that he must serve a minimum term of 24 years.
Judge’s Zero Tolerance.
Judge Graham Cottle serving Exeter Crown Court vowed to get tough on drunken thugs with his own version of ZERO TOLERANCE.
Judge Cottle said that he would jail boozed up yobs including first time offenders.
Well done Judge. It is about time the courts stood up to drunken louts and vicious thugs.
Pampered Prisoners Receive £221,726 PlayStations.
Prisoners across the country are being supplied with computer game consoles costing the taxpayer £221,726.
This is rewarding criminal behaviour with equipment which many victims of crime could only dream of affording.
Prisoners already have Sky TV and computers plus more money being spent on food than NHS patients.
Prison inspectors have told officers to go easy on prisoners and to call them by their first names, to issue free condoms and serve late meals in case the inmates are hungry.
What justice is this? Prison should be punishment not a holiday camp.

New Top Prosecutor, A Paedophile Defender.
The country’s new top prosecutor, liberal Keir Starmer who takes over the Crown Prosecution Service in October was unveiled as a human rights lawyer who defends paedophiles.
As well as defending paedophile’s rights to remain anonymous, Starmer has battled for asylum seekers to claim benefits and has helped 2 terror suspects overturn control orders.
Such a man, it could be argued, will not bring satisfaction to the victims of criminals.
Do we need a human rights lawyer going on the offensive for defendants as boss of the Crown Prosecution Service? Is he a Jack Straw appointee, the man who likes to release prisoners early or preferably not send criminals to jail in the first place.

Star Student Rejected By University.
Star student, Erica Fidorra with four straight A levels has been rejected by Sheffield University where she hoped to study medicine.
Resorting to the Freedom of Information act, Erica found out that the University had made offers to students with lesser grades.
The reason given was that Erica’s parents both have University degrees and that Sheffield gives preference to prospective students who’s parents do not have degrees even though they have lower grades than straight As.
Why does Sheffield lower it’s entrance requirements in this manner?
This is Government inspired Social Engineering which takes no account of ability.

1) 60% of long-term benefit claimants could work. Cost £16 Billion Each Year.
A report by the Institute for Employment Studies claims that 60% of sickness claimants could go back to work.
The cost which includes housing and council tax benefits has been put at £16 Billion each year.
The total number of people claiming is 2.5 million or 7% of the working population.
2) Government polls and surveys. Cost £55 Million each year.
The Government is spending £55 Million each year, more than £1 Million per week, on focus groups, surveys and opinion polls.
The Cabinet claims “First class policy-making means finding out what ordinary people think and then acting on those thoughts”.
When ever has this Government ever taken into account the wishes of the electorate.
3) Labour’s quangos. Cost £15 Billion each year.
The TaxPayers’ Alliance has revealed that this Government spends over £15 Billion each year funding Regional Development Agencies.
It has now been proven that these agencies/boards do harm than good.
RDAs are branded as unproductive, wasteful and unaccountable. RDAs have neither accelerated economic growth in the regions, nor reduced the disparities between them.
Scrapping these RDAs would mean saving £15 Billion every year or £600 for every household.
This would mean that council tax could be reduced by £600 each year, thus lowering our bill by 45%, or a reducing small firms corporation tax by 4p.
Typical salaries for members of these agencies are, Chief Executives £175,000, Part time Chairpersons £82,000, others less senior £100,000.
These unelected quangos are due to take over local authorities planning roles thus removing local people from decision making.
Remember David Cameron promised to abolish these quangos when the Conservatives come to power.

Binmen Refuse To Walk 18 Inches.
RULES IS RULES cried the binmen of Southwick Council in West Wiltshire, as they refused to walk 18 inches to collect the refuse bin of Gordon Morris a 70 year OAP.
Council rules state that wheelie bins must be within 1 metre of the kerb, but Gordon used his common sense and put his bin 18 inches further back because it would have blocked the footpath.
This is not the kind of service a person who pays £1,800 a year council tax expects.
Carjacker, 14, Caged For Kidnap.
Black immigrant thug, 14 year old Kamari Harrison has been jailed for 6 years for the kidnap and robbery of innocent victim, Adrian Park.
Harrison carjacked Adrian and held him for 10 hours, robbed him of £300, his wallet and mobile phone.
Harrison has a history of robbery and car theft but was given only 6 years, no doubt out in three.
Thug Threw Acid In Face Of Good Samaritan.
Mindless drunken thug Courtney Bunce age 18 years, threw sulphuric acid into the face of good Samaritan Stephen Kerslake.
Stephen went to help a man who was being attacked by a drunken mob when Bunce threw the acid in his face leaving him with horrific burns and permanent damage to his left eye.
Judge Michael Brooke at Basildon Crown Court sentenced Bunce to just 11 months in jail.
This is NOT justice. Bunce should have received at least 5 years.
Victim Arrested For Confronting Gang.
Former police officer Paul Lawson bravely challenged a gang of yobs when a beer can was thrown at his car-only to be arrested himself and thrown into a cell.
Paul had intended to make a citizen’s arrest, but backed down when the yobs threatened to kill him.
Paul reported the incident to two police officers on patrol, but they refused to take any action.
However when one of the gang claimed to have been assaulted by Paul, the Northumbria Police did intervene by arresting Paul, holding him in a cell where he had his fingerprints and DNA taken.
Several weeks later, Paul was told that no further action was to be taken against him. Meanwhile the thugs who threatened him are still running free.

This is the result. Police are on the side of the criminal not the victim.
One Third Of Whites Claim They Are Victims.
Almost one in three, 29% of white people said they now expect to be treated worse than any other group by key public services.
Political correctness has led to this belief, where preference is given to minority groups in areas of employment and gaining promotion.
Labour’s multicultural approach to society is proving a dividing issue.
Inquests To Be Held In Secret.
The Government has drawn up plans to hold inquests in secret behind closed doors.
The Home Secretary will now be able to replace a coroner and jury with a Government appointee all under the guise of “National Security”.
The new plan will be applied to the deaths of service personnel, killings by armed police officers as in the case of Jean Charles de Menezes and cases similar to that of weapons inspector David Kelly.
Police officers involved in killing innocent unarmed members of the public will be able to give evidence anonymously and be subject to secrecy laws.
This is a fundamental breach of the right to a public inquiry into death, a centuries old mainstay of British justice.
These measures give the Home Secretary unprecedented powers to intervene in the workings of the judiciary.
Jobsworth Throws Iraq Hero Off Train.
Hero, soldier Zachary Hoyland still in his desert fatigues was kicked off a train by an idiotic train conductor as he returned home on leave after risking his life in Iraq.
Just one stop from home Zachary was asked to produce his discount rail card. When he exclaimed that the card was in his barracks which was locked, he was ordered by a mindless Cross Country Trains conductor to pay an extra £55.50p.
Zachary only had £50 on him so a girl on the train chipped in with the extra 50p.
When Zachary complained, the moron conductor snapped at him saying “I don’t know what you’re complaining about. It’s not as if you’ve taken a bullet”.
Naturally Zachary became angry and uttered a few choice words, then was ordered off the train.
What a way to treat a hero, especially by a moron without a single ounce of pride in our troops.
Lets hope that Andy Cooper, Managing Director of Cross Country Trains will sort out this conductor and send Zachary an apology.

Zachary Hoyland And Cross Country Trains.
Further to our article about Zachary being thrown off a Cross Country train by an insensitive conductor, we contacted Cross Country and received a reply from Matt Foster, Customer Relations Manager, which was positive.
Mr Foster claimed that he has not yet received a complaint. He went on to say that there are arrangements in place for people who do not have their rail card with them. Mr Foster also said that he will review their approach to members of our armed forces who are returning from combat environments.

Meanwhile Cross Country are investigating the actions of their conductor.
Labour Over Budget Again.
Following the debacle of major construction works, the London Eye, the Dome and the new Wembley Stadium which were all massively over budget, we now learn that the London 2012 Olympics are 133% over budget.
Last year the budget was put at £4 Billion and now has been updated to a massive total of £9.325 Billion, an increase of 133%.
These are typical examples of Government inefficiency. Government should keep OUT of projects where the taxpayer foots the bill. Private enterprise is far more efficient.
Drink Driver Fined.
Edward Boyd, a 19 year old Public schoolboy drove home from a party when he was twice the drink drive limit and smashed into a house causing over £100,000 worth of damage.
Magistrate Barry Linden at Canterbury Magistrates Court fined Boyd just £400.
The victim Trevor Gardiner, having worked hard all his life to build his family a nice home is still traumatised and now has to start again.
The punishment is unjust. Boyd who lives in a £2 Million mansion with his parents should also have to pay for all repairs to Trevor’s house and compensate him for the trauma caused.
Benefits Cheat Jailed.
Steven Paskin, 46, who claimed it took him ten minutes to walk 10 yards was filmed running around refereeing football matches and keeping up with players half his age.
Judge David Morris at Newport Crown Court told Paskin that he was “a blatent and persistent cheat”.
Paskin was sentenced to 8 months jail and ordered to repay the £17,000 that he falsely claimed.
Let this be a lesson to all the other benefit cheats who think they can take the taxpayer for a ride.
1 In 8 Pupils Use English As Their Second Language.
Over one in eight, 12.5% of pupils in British schools use English as their second language, a Government report has revealed.
The total numbers of children who do not have English as their Mother Tongue has now reached 815,450.
The cost to the taxpayer of educating a non-English-speaking pupil is estimated at over £30,000 per year compared to £4,000 for a native English speaker.
These are the hidden costs of this Government’s open door policy to immigration.
Ageism In The NHS.
Once again evidence emerges of appalling treatment of the elderly by the NHS, with thousands missing out on basic care for osteoarthritis, osteoporosis and other crippling conditions.
The reason is that doctors are paid bonuses for treating heart diseases, diabetes and high blood pressure.
This practice is discriminatory with the old and frail receiving less attention.
Not only is this Government failing OAPs in pensions, heating costs but now fails them in health care.
One wonders if the Government has a hidden agenda hoping that our senior citizens will depart this world without too much cost.
Frenchay Hospital Bans Get Well Cards.
Frenchay Hospital in Bristol has banned get well cards and flowers on it’s wards for sick patients.
The reason given is that cards and flowers “clutter up the place”.
The ban is in place to keep the wards free of clutter for the cleaners.
In this hospital it appears that cleaners come first and patients come way down the list.
Help The Disabled At Stansted And Get Fined.
Susan Sewell parked her car at the drop off point at Stansted Airport in order to help her frail 80 year old disabled stepfather into the terminal just 30 yards away.
Guess what. A little Hitler in the form of a parking attendant was about to give Susan a parking ticket. When Susan tried to explain why she left her car for 3 minutes, Hitler was not interested and issued the ticket.
In circumstances like this surely a little common sense and sympathetic help would have been better.
Ministry Of Justice Loses 45,000 Personal Records.
The Government’s reputation for protecting people’s sensitive electronic data was dealt a further blow when it was revealed that the Ministry of Justice, headed by Jack Straw lost the records of 45,000 people containing dates of birth, national insurance numbers, criminal records and bank details.
This is a Government that wants to central all medical records and introduce a universal ID scheme.
40,000 Innocent Children On National Database For Life.
Police forces throughout the country are arresting youngsters who have committed no crime simply to build up the national DNA database by stealth.
The numbers of 10 to 17 year olds who have done nothing wrong but have had their genetic profiles recorded by police has soared by 60% in two years.
The only people who should have their DNA permanently stored are those CONVICTED of a crime, not innocent people.
Big Brother MP’s Hypocrisy.
MPs and the Government want to know far too much about us.
ID cards, CCTV cameras in our towns, CCTV cameras on our roads to monitor our travel, our internet use and emails to be scanned and recorded, phone call to be monitored, even our dustbins to be microchipped.
BUT MPs do not want us to know how much money they rip off for their second homes.
Even though MPs have stated that their expenses are open, they have now changed the “Freedom of Information” act so that information shown will be reduced to a minimum. Location of second homes, travel expenses, suppliers of goods and services will not be revealed thus reducing close scrutiny of claims on the taxpayer.
Angry Residents Blockade Binmen.
After industrial action left residents of Birks Road in Huddersfield without a rubbish collection, they were happy when bin lorries turned up to move their rubbish.
This turned to dismay when the Kirklees Council binmen refused to remove sacks piled up beside the refuse bins.
Action was taken. Children and parents formed a human chain around the dustcart with one resident parking his car in its path.
Residents offered to do the work for the binmen but the binmen were being “bloody minded” and refused.
Eventually the binmen backed down and cleared all the rubbish as they should have done in the first place.
Well done. People power can work against petty tyrants.
Burly Binmen Refuse To Lift Bags Of Gras Cuttings.
The burly binmen of Fareham Council in Hampshire, refused to take away two sacks of grass cuttings even though the cuttings were in proper recycling bags.
The reason given was that the sacks were to heavy.
However seven stone Mia Cousins at 5ft 5in had no problem carrying the bags of grass cuttings 50 yards from her garden to the roadside ready for collection.
Other victims of binmen’s abject failure to do their job properly are,
1)Gareth Corkhill, fined and given a criminal record for leaving his bin lid open 4 inches.
2)Widow June Kay age 79 years told to push her wheelie bin more than half a mile down a steep hill if she wanted it emptied by Ribble Valley Council in Lancashire.
3)Katie Shergold suffered the same fate as Mia, above, at the hands of Warminster, Wiltshire binmen.
4)Lenny Woodward, age 95 and nearly blind was told that Norwich City binmen would not collect his rubbish because he had committed the sin of mistakenly putting a ketchup bottle in the wrong bin.
These examples show the total lack of care shown to local residents who pay the binmen’s wages.
Flung In Cell For Photo Of Copper.
Andrew Carter was held for 5 hours in a police cell after he photographed a police officer reversing the wrong way up a one-way street.
PC Aqil Farooq of Avon and Somerset leaped out of his police van, hit Andew’s camera to the ground, handcuffed him and bundled him into the back of the vehicle.
A week later Andrew spent another 5 hours at the police station with his solicitor.
Andrew has never been charged with any offence.
Andrew complained of wrongful arrest. Deputy Chief Constable, Rob Beckley has written to Andrew with a letter of apology.
What will happen to PC Farooq? We guess that Political Correctness will rear its ugly head and that no disciplinary action will take place for fear of accusations of racial discrimination.

Drunk Driver Spared Jail.
Drunk driver Simon Trew, more than 4 times over the drink-drive limit was spared jail when he appeared at Bury St Edmunds Court.
Instead he was given a ban for 3 years and told to attend a six month alcohol treatment scheme.
Being 4 times over the limit showed a blatant disregard for the dangers posed to other drivers.
Trew should have been sent to jail for at least 12 months.
Juror Turns Detective.
Dale Patterson walked free from Newcastle upon Tyne Crown Court because a juror asked 37 questions before he could come to a decision about the case.
Many of the questions contained information that was not put before the court by either the defence or prosecution including forensic details.
Judge David Hodson immediately stopped the trial and discharged the jury.
Why was the information not shown in open court? A thorough investigation and trial could have taken place with an honest verdict.
This case smacks of a sloppy approach by all concerned.
Brave Do It Yourself Heroes.
1) Sheilkh Tariq Mahmood endured endless problems over many years with lawless youths causing criminal damage, theft and abuse.
When a gang of yobs kicked a football around in his store breaking windows, glass cases and doors the storekeeper had enough. He grabbed hold of the yob’s leader and held him while the police were called.
In the usual police fashion, it was Mr Mahmood who was arrested, held in a cell and taken to court.
The vile yobs who caused so much damage and yelled abuse were arrested but no action taken against them.
A year later Mr Mahmod appeared before Maidstone Magistrates but was cleared when he was found to have acted reasonably.
Why cannot the police use common sense? Perhaps they don’t have any.
This is another case where the police arrest innocent victims but ignore the criminals.
2) Nina Stevens acting alone confronted mindless yobs who vandalised her car, made a citizens arrest and held the culprits until the police arrived.
On this occasion the police charged the criminals concerned.

Ministers Accused Of Letting Black Youths Die.
Dr Derrick Campbell, a Government advisor on illegal gun crime has accused Ministers of “leaving black youths to die”, by cutting funding to community groups.
Dr Campell is WRONG to make this accusation. It is more often blacks who kill blacks. All the money in the world will not stop this happening.
Over £100 Million is spent on Youth Crime Action, how much more of taxpayer’s money does he want to spend.

Black killer schizophrenic, Magdi Elgizouli is back on the streets after being allowed 5 hours “supervised” release per month from St Bernard’s Hospital, London in preparation for his permanent release.
Police have reacted with anger warning that Elgizouli is a grave threat.
Nina Mackay was a victim of Eligizouli when he stabbed her to death with a seven inch long knife.
Elgizouli became psychotic through the use of cannabis has a hatred of the police and should NEVER be free to walk our streets again.
Dying Mother’s Payout After Hospital Blunder.
Ann Morris was cleared by ADDENBROOKE’S hospital after a routine mammogram check for cancer, only to discover 2 years later that the hospital doctors had failed to spot that Ann did in fact have breast cancer.
Ann underwent a mastectomy, six months of gruelling chemotherapy and a month’s radiotherapy.
A year later Ann was diagnosed with secondary cancer in the bone and liver. Ann has now been told that she has only between six month and four and a half years to live.
There is no excuse for negligence. Are these the same doctors who receive financial bonuses under the Government scheme to reward “competent doctors?
Office Car Parks To Be Used As Play Areas.
Government health advisors are to encourage youngsters to use office car parks as play areas to tackle obesity.
This is the same Government who sold off thousands of school playing fields to developers. Over 200 full size football fields have been lost together with smaller play areas during the last decade.
Who will pay the bill for damage caused by youngsters playing in office car parks?
Binmen At It Again.
We have learned that Uttlesford District Council is refusing to empty wheelie bins inside cul-de-sacs because it takes too long to reverse into them.
Residents have been ordered to move their bins over 50 yards if they want them emptied.
Who helps the elderly and frail?
Don’t Use Your Wheelbarrow.
For years Andre Wheeler has transported bottles, cans and garden waste in his wheelbarrow to his local recycling tip in Barwell, Leicestershire only to now be told that he can no longer use his barrow.
The tip recylcler told Andre that he must use his car instead.
There are often queues of vehicles taking more than half an hour to enter the site, all standing stationary consuming petrol and sending out exhaust fumes.
This demonstrates the “clever thinking” of Local Authority employees.
Bully Clampers Hound Young Family.
Wheel clampers, Michael Cooke and Scott Stevenson chased a young family four and a half miles following a dispute over a parking ticket.
Tim Brooks had paid for a parking ticket in St Ives, Cornwall but placed it upside down on his windscreen.
Michael Coke threatened Tim and his family with a claw hammer unless he paid the clampers a fine.
The police were called, but only Tim was arrested. Later in Court Tim was cleared of all charges.
Why cannot the police use even a tiny bit of common sense and sort out problems on the spot?

Council Supports Gay Parade But Not One For Heroes.
Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council backed and supported a Gay pride march with dignitaries as the focal point at the annual civic parade.
This same Council REFUSED a Royal British Legion Veterans march to celebrate Veterans’ Day.
Doncaster Councillors do not care about the achievements of servicemen and women.
It appears homosexuals come before heroes who lay down their lives for their country.
Public Sector Sicknote Culture.
Public sector workers take an average of 10 days off each year claiming they are sick.
The cost to the taxpayer in lost working days is £5.2 Billion each year.
With six weeks holiday and eight bank holidays on top of ten sick days the average public servant gets nearly 9 weeks off work every year.
This is where our taxes go.
IRA Terrorists Claim Compensation.
Over 300 former IRA terrorists are claiming compensation for the time spent in jail.
They also want their convictions for IRA membership overturned.
We do not hear these same terrorists pleading for compensation for their victims.
No doubt sleazy lawyers and prison reform groups will dance with joy and ignore the IRA’s victims.
Facing The Facts About Immigration.
Statistics released by Whitehall has given incontrovertible proof - if any were needed - that immigration is changing the face of Britain.
The Government, far from facing this uncomfortable truth, ignores the facts and continues to operate an open door policy.
Almost 25% of UK births are to women born abroad, bringing our population to a new high of 60,975,000 with immigration doubling during the last ten years.
We have spoken to numerous MPs who asked that their names be withheld, and asked them their views. Nearly all said that they were very concerned especially about non caucasians arriving both legally and illegally.
The level of non-speaking immigrants is placing a heavy burden on schools and the NHS.
The level of increase is also placing a burden on local authorities, housing plus the police forces who have to deal with the massive increase in crime.
Labour’s OPEN DOOR policy accounts for an eight-fold increase which if continued will bring the UK population up to 73,000,000 within the next 15-20 years.
Green Tax---A £20 Billion Con Trick.
The TaxPayers’ Alliance has researched and can now reveal that the British taxpayer is being conned out of £20 Billion each year, £800 per family.
British taxpayers paid out £24.2 Billion last year in fuel duty, car tax, landfill levies and other “green taxes”.
The UN has calculated that the social cost of Britain’s greenhouse gas emissions is just £4.6 Billion a year, more than 5 times LESS than we are paying.
This means that the British people cough up £19.6 Billion a year too much in green taxes.
This is dishonest and unjust for politicians to wrap revenue-raising tax hikes in a green banner.

One In 5,000 Knife Kids Jailed.
Figures obtained show that of the 1,164 ten to 15 year-olds caught with blades last year, just 30 ended up behind bars.
That is a fraction of the 150,000 of that age who admitted to carrying a knife.
We don’t know what the solution is, but parents MUST be held accountable for the actions of their children.
There needs to be a sense of discipline installed into young children either by the State through “Boot camps” and/or by punishing parents through heavy fines or making them attend parent training.

David Payne, a child sex beast has been freed from jail early and allowed to roam the streets unmonitored even though officials believe he poses a massive danger to young girls.
What is Jack Straw, the Minister of Justice doing about such situations?

Yet another Father has been attacked by a lawless gang of youths in Droylsden, Greater Manchester.
David Thomas suffered serious injuries when he was struck on the head by a youth, using a snooker ball stuffed inside a sock.
David’s confronted a gang of youths throwing and dropping chips near his front gate when he was badly beaten.
These gangs are cowards and rely on numbers to overwhelm their victims.
Guilty Of Cruelty.
Muslim, Mustafa Zaidi was found guilty after he ordered two young boys to flog themselves using a bundle of chains with sharp curved blades attached, a device called a zanjeer.
Zaidi’s excuse was that it is part of a Shia Muslim traditional religious ceremony.
A jury at Manchester Crown Court took just two-and-a-half hours to find Zaidi guilty on 2 counts of child cruelty.
Zaidi can face 10 years jail. No doubt a liberal judge will kow-tow to Muslim beliefs and not punish this man.
Troop’s Radios Put Lives At Risk.
An infantry commander in Helmand, Afghanistan described the new Bowman communication system as a failure.
The system cannot communicate from one side of the Base to the other with coverage being only a few hundred metres.

Before WW2 Stalin ruled the USSR in the same way as the Stasi did in East Germany.
Now the British Government starting with Tony Blair and now headed by Gordon Brown is planning a similar totalitarian regime.

Jack Straw releases criminals from jail early.
The police and the courts are more interested in preserving the human rights of criminals rather than those of victims of crime, especially those who dare to defend themselves against violent criminals.
Home Office Minister Jaqui Smith is repeating the abhorrent history of Hitler, Stalin and the East German Stasi by introducing her own version of the Stasi menace to freedom.
Smith’s plan is to arm private security guards, council officials, car park attendants, park keepers and traffic wardens with sweeping police powers to stop individuals, demand personal information, take citizen’s photographs and issue fines.
These Stasi police can post “Wanted Pictures” of anyone they think has committed crimes such as alleged littering, having wheelie bins not fully closed or even stubbing out a cigarette in the street.
The Government, with Ministers like Smith and her jackbooted Nazi Stasi police force won’t rest until it has the entire population on a national database and monitored by CCTV with people spying on each other and feeding information to Whitehall.
George Orwell has arrived. We MUST NOT allow our freedoms to be further eroded.
Britons Passive Against Crime.
The Public Policy Group “REFORM” claims that Britons have become passive bystanders in the fight against crime.
The UK has the world’s most expensive justice system with British people least likely to be “Have a go heroes” and get involved if they witness a crime.
We believe we have the answers to these claims.
Any victim who defends him/herself will be charged by the police and hauled before the courts. The victim will have their photographs and fingerprints taken together with their DNA, all to be stored on police files for ever.
These same police will often disregard the criminal. Should the police search for and catch the criminal the police will hand out a caution or on the spot fine rather than prosecute.
We MUST have the right to defend ourselves, our families and our property by any means available without fear of prosecution and/or being sued by the criminal.
Only THEN will we not remain a “passive nation”.
It is only because we are so passive, that we allow people like Blair, Brown, Smith and Straw to use Government power in such a way that Orwell’s 1984 predicted.
NACRO To Run Prisons.
NACRO, a charity which campaigns for penal reform and works with offenders is bidding to build and operate 2 jails.
Let us hope they lose their bid.
Think of the possible outcome. A luxury holiday camp complete with all sports facilities, prisoners on the board deciding on the decor and type of meals, deciding when to be released, etc etc.
Court Sittings Axed.
Court sittings are being cancelled because of the rise in cautions and on-the-spot fines which in turns means that criminals are not facing formal proceedings.
Violent offenders are now more likely to be given a caution or fine rather than face prison.
This system of using penalty notices reinforces what we have always said. The Government is SOFT on crime.
Hacker Loses Appeal.
Gary McKinnon, about whom we reported earlier, has had his application to the European Court of Human Rights to stay his extradition to the USA refused.
Gary managed to hack into top US military networks, and now the US Government wants to extradite him where he faces 70 years in jail.
Gary who has been diagnosed with Asperger’s syndrome has always claimed that he acted out of curiosity.
Three very good reasons why Gary should not be extradited.
1) The USA did not extradite wanted IRA terrorists to the UK.
2) The USA did not make available to British Coroner Courts, military pilots who killed British troops in Iraq and Afghanistan.
3) Jaqui Smith, the one who favours jackbooted Stasi policing, refuses to extradite Muslim terrorists for fear that their Human Rights would be infringed.

Gun-Stash Man Freed By Judge.
Crack addict James Kelly was spared a minimum 5 year jail term by Judge David Rennie.
Kelly faced the mandatory sentence after a Stirling sub-machine gun, a Glock pistol and 54 rounds of ammunition were found where he hid then in his Grandmother’s home.
These guns are illegal. Following the 1997 gun ban, nobody is allowed to possess handguns and certainly not sub-machine guns.
We are NOT anti-gun, but this sends out the wrong message.
Police Farce At The Met.
Supported by cheerleaders from the Black Police Association (BPA), Asian Tarique Ghaffur the Met’s £180,000 a year assistant commissioner began a claim for racial discrimination against the ultra politically correct police chief, Sir Ian Blair.
What a farce Ghaffur’s self-serving antics are. This man who is paid vast sums by the taxpayer would be better spending his time keeping Londoners safe rather than devoting his energies in a bitter grab for money.
No doubt some BPA agitators will chance their luck.

Blindness Drug U-Turn.
Thousands who are at risk of going blind will now be eligible for sight saving drugs on the NHS after pressure was brought by us and the media, to reverse it’s rationing system.
The NHS originally said that a patient had to be blind in one eye before the drugs could be prescribed. Now that decision has been overturned.
Nimrod Crash Legal Fight.
The families of the Nimrod aircraft which exploded over Afghanistan have issued a writ to be served on part time Defence Secretary, Des Browne, accusing the MOD of negligence, failing to minimise risk and a breach of the right to life in relation to the mid-air explosion.
Coroner Andrew Walker stated that the Nimrod aircraft was never safe to fly and recorded a verdict of unlawful death for all service personnel killed in the explosion.
This action should identify who was responsible for the crash.

Hospital Pays Temporary Boss £1,300 A Day.
Cash strapped Worthing and Southlands NHS Trust is paying a consultancy firm, Interim Odgers, £1,300 a day to hire Sue Barnett, as temporary chief executive.
This is the same Trust that was set a target of a maximum of 12 MRSA cases per year but it has reached that target in just 4 months.
Two questions.
1) Why did the Trust not recruit a new chief executive without paying consultants?
2) How much of the daily £1,300 was paid to Sue Barnett directly?
NHS Apartheid.
Car parking charges have been scrapped in Scotland and Wales.
Why do patients and their visitors in England still have to pay exorbitant parking fees in English hospitals which raked in more than £100 Million last year?
In Scotland, patients benefit by having access to more cancer drugs, free eye tests and free personal care.
Prescriptions are free in Wales but in England patients must pay £6.85p.

The Information Commissioner, Richard Thomas ordered civil servants to release undisclosed emails and memos about a draft of the dossier which set out the threat posed by Saddam Hussein which claimed that Saddam could launch chemical and biological attacks within 45 minutes.
After years of Government prevarication and dissimilation we may finally discover why Britain went to war in Iraq.
Dr David Kelly, a respected UN weapons expert was blamed for leaking extracts of the dossier to the BBC.
Dr Kelly supposedly took his own life as a result of pressure and threats made against him. It is now thought that Dr Kelly’s death was not by his own hand and that he may have been murdered to keep him silent.

Darling has presided over, Stamp duty fiasco, dithered about power company windfall taxes, our country with zero growth, fall in house prices, high petrol and diesel taxes and no support for OAP’s financial needs.

Policeman’s Anger At Let-off Yobs.
Police Sergeant Roy Jennings launched an angry attack on his own force after yobs who threw stones at his car, smashing his vehicle windows, were let off with a caution.
Roy chased the yobs and caught them. Hampshire Police, in their wisdom decided that the yobs should not be taken to court.
One yob was given a caution and the other a warning.
This is not justice.
Revolving Door Justice.
The Ministry of Justice, headed by Jack Straw said that 155,000 criminals each year or 40% reoffend within 10 months of release. This does NOT include the ever increasing numbers being let off by the police with a caution or on the spot fine instead of being charged.
Jack Straw is the person who happily releases prisoners early and says that criminals who say “sorry” will receive a reduced sentence.
There is something radically wrong with British justice and the weak sentences that are imposed.
Police Officer Left Loaded Handgun In Cafe Toilet.
A female police officer belonging to the SO1 Specialist Protection Command which guards senior politicians and VIPs left a loaded Glock 17 semi-automatic handgun on the floor of a toilet at a Starbucks cafe in Central London.
We understand that she has been taken off operational duties.
Judge Lashes Out At Parents Of Killers.
Judge John Bevan at Luton Crown Court condemned the parents and grandparents of three vicious young killers.
Sean Downs age 19, Thomas Luddington age 18 and a 16 year old boy murdered Robert Gill by using him as a punchbag and throwing him into a fast flowing river.
Luddington and Downes were jailed for life and ordered to serve a minimum of 18 years and 17 years respectively.
The 16 year old boy was detained for four and a half years at a secure children’s unit.
Muslims Urged To Kill.
Extremist Women Muslim preachers at the London Central Mosque have been filmed calling on Muslims to kill homosexuals, adulterers and those who convert to another religion.
This is not acceptable in a free society.

Abu Qatada is wanted in Jordon for involvement in terrorist attacks, but is allowed by Jaqui Smith, Home Office Secretary to reside in Britain and not be deported because his human rights would be infringed in Jordon .
Beside him Yaser Al-Sirri wanted in Egypt for aiding an assassination attempt, walked alongside speaking on a mobile phone.
Both these men despise our country, the country that is sheltering them.

War Hero Refused Entry To Hotel.
Wounded war hero, Corporal Tomos Stringer only needed somewhere to stay because he was helping to organise the funeral of a friend and colleague killed by the Taliban in Afghanistan.
Corporal Stringer tried to get a room at the Metro Hotel in Woking, Surrey but was told by the receptionist “Sorry, you’re not welcome here, it is the hotel policy NOT to give rooms to servicemen and women”.
Corporal Stringer ended up sleeping rough in his car.
The METRO HOTEL’S policy is deplorable. This would never happen in the USA who treat their military with high regard and respect.
Michael Appleton, a director of American Amusements Ltd which owns the METRO HOTEL refused to comment.
Had this happened to a Muslim or a Black person, then the hotel would have been charged with discrimination.
The law MUST be changed to give our servicemen and women equal rights as enjoyed by all British citizens.

Islamic Sharia law has been officially adopted in Britain, with sharia courts given powers to rule on Muslim civil cases.

This decision by the Government introduces a parallel legal system which under sharia law favours men over women.

Dizaei has once stood trial on expenses fraud and perverting the cause of justice, but was acquited after threatening calls were made to a former lover.

A parent or guardian can ask for information about any person who comes into contact with their children. However the onus is on the police to divulge information at their discretion.

Judge David Hodson condemned Durham County Council social services for failing to protect the baby girl who was shaken to death by her violent father.
Baby Alisha was classified as a vulnerable child even before she was born
Allen was given 5 years jail.
This is lenient justice. Allen should have been given a minimum of 15 years.
One More Killer HGV Drivers.
Roland Warth was jailed for dangerous driving when his HGV crossed to the wrong side of the road and crashed into another vehicle killing 2 people.
Warth’s punishment was 4 years and four months jail. This is 2 years per death.
Driving Trucker Watched DVD.
Benjamin Trotsman was concentrating intently on a DVD as he drove his 38 ton lorry down a motorway swerving from lane to lane on the M6 in Cumbria.
Fortunately nobody was hurt by this idiotic driver.
Trotsmas is due to be sentenced for dangerous driving. Let us hope that he is banned for life and jailed for a few years.
A £1,000 For Parking On Own Driveway.
Ken Laverack has been fined £1,000 for parking his car on his own driveway by East Riding, Yorkshire County Council.
Reason: There is no “dropped kerb” to legally allow Ken to drive across the footpath onto his drive.
Ken used his common sense instead of causing congestion by parking on the road.
It is a pity that the Yorkshire Hitlers could not do the same.

Mental Patient Free To Rape Girl.
Darren Harkin, a mental patient of Hayes Hospital at Pilning, Bristol was allowed to watch pornographic and horror films.
Harkin escaped from this low security hospital and raped a 14 year old girl.
Why was Harkin housed in a low security hospital? And why was he allowed pornographic and horror films?
The doctors/psychiatrists who make these type of decisions must be held accountable.
The annual average total killings by mental patients in Britain is a staggering 42.
Binmen At It Again.
Binmen employed by Swale Borough Council refused to collect cardboard boxes which had been flattened ready for pick-up.
John Browne tried to recycle cardboard boxes that contained kitchen fixtures but the helpful intelligent binmen knew better. “NO they said, you must cut the boxes up before we can collect”.
So much for encouraging the public to recycle.

Pupil Sent Home For Wearing Cap.
Since losing his hair to a serious illness, 13 year old Dale Platts has worn his beloved baseball cap.
Dale was unconcerned by his baldness until he started school and the bullying began. He had items thrown at his head and been taunted with cruel names and chants.
At the end of last term, Maggie Brown, the deputy head of Robert Pattinson School in North Hykeham, Lincolnshire told him the cap contravened its dress code.
Brown told Dale that he could wear a beanie hat as a compromise, but the woolly hat causes eczema and headaches.
What an uncaring school Robert Pattinson is. Surely Maggie Brown could have shown a little more compassion.
Benefit Claimant Jailed.
Sadie Collis and her husband Derek who had a nest egg of more than £100,000 falsely claimed £14,000 in housing and council tax benefits.
Their punishment was 8 WEEKS jail.
British Troops’ Heroic Mission.
Over 3,000 British troops fought for six days through the heart of Taliban controlled territory in Afghanistan on a mission of utmost humanitarian importance.
Their mission was to deliver equipment to restore a hydroelectric dam. Troops carried seven 30 ton sections of turbine over 100 miles through hostile territory.
The fighting resulted in 250 Taliban killed with one soldier wounded.
This is the bravery and heroism of British troops who put their lives on the line for people like Bush, Blair and now Brown.
I Shall Return To The Army.
British soldier, Lance Corporal John Dippnall is vowing to return to Army service despite his serious injuries.
John was shot, the bullet entered through his collarbone, pierced his liver and kidney before coming to rest in his back.
John had a third of his left lung removed along with his left kidney and part of his spleen.
John’s determination has helped toward a rapid recovery. He is proud of his uniform and is eager to return to the job he loves.

More British Troops Killed.
The total number of British troops killed in Afghanistan has now reached 120.
These young men and women who are led by a fearsome breed of NCOs do the best they can, with the inadequate equipment provided, are prepared to lay down their lives in the belief that their work will bring about a better world.
The nation should be proud of our boys.
Our politicians including Gordon Brown and part time Defence Secretary Des Browne MUST give our troops all the best equipment available.

How We Become Victims.
Over the years we have printed many articles related to victims in our society.
There are many reasons why a person becomes a victim. Here we suggest some of those reasons and who the victims are. Not all are the result of crime, some are because of policy, greed or lack of responsibility.
1) Government Policy.
a) Government refusal to provide OAPs with a state pension that keeps in line with ever increasing food, heating, lighting and council tax costs.
b) Government refusal to correctly fund the Armed Services and provide them with the right equipment to do their job.
c) Government policy on law and order which sees criminal’s human rights coming before those of their victims, courts handing out lenient sentences and Jack Straw, the Justice Minister releasing prisoners early.
d) The Government’s refusal to give law abiding citizens the right to defend themselves, their families and their property without fear of prosecution and being sued by the criminal.
e) Government’s border open door policy which lets in unlimited immigrants without criminal checks.
2) Banks and Building Societies.
Reckless lending by offering mortgages of 100-125% of annual salary X 5. yet are too eager to foreclose when the borrower fall behind.
3) Credit Card Companies.
a) Making it too easy to obtain a credit card.
b) Raising credit limits of card holders without their permission.
c) Encouraging card holders to transfer balances by sending blank cheques.
d) Charging excessively high interest rates, some as high as 27%.
4) Parents.
We believe that parents are responsible for their children’s upbringing and teaching them the difference between right and wrong. Often parents do not know where their children are or what they are getting up to.
Drunken Youths Beat Father Beyond Recognition.
Gary Avery was beaten senseless by a gang of drunken yobs when he asked them to stop urinating on his car.
Gary has permanent damage to his eyesight and remains disfigured for life after Spencer Pettifor, Daniel Fawcett and Alan Stevens beat him beyond recognition by stamping on and kicking his head.
Judge Michael Longman at Bristol Crown Court sentenced Pettifor and Stevens to 3 yrs youth detention. Fawcett was sent to jail for 4 years and nine months.
This punishment is far too lenient. All three should have been detained for a minimum of 10 years.
Punishment MUST fit the crime. These three violent criminals will be free in approximately 2 years, no doubt to continue their violent actions on some other victim.
Police Driver Drove At 104 MPH And Killed Innocent Victim.
Police constable Sean Schofield, an advanced police driver with the Lancashire Police Force was on a training exercise, driving at speeds of 104 MPH along the B6254, a winding country road peppered with hidden hazards, blind spots, entrances to properties, junctions, bends and humps when he lost control on a bend, crossing to the wrong side of the road and crashing head on into another car killing it’s driver and wounding the passenger.
Schofield ignored warning signs and painted instructions on the road to slow for a road hump.
Schofield killed innocent Peter Williams and wounded Jean Williams.
No doubt there will be a cover-up with Schofield being allowed to continue his career.

Applications rose to a 3 year high, up by 12% yet removal of failed applications dropped to a 6 year low.

One immigration offender is removed every 8 minutes.

Little progress has been made in tracking down the estimated 600,000 illegal immigrants.

Go Home, You’re Not Having A Baby.
Lynn Gillespie went to the Doncaster Royal Infirmary hospital as she began experiencing labour pains only to be told “Go home you’re not in labour”.
Just short hours later the baby was on its way, so Lynn set off AGAIN to the hospital in a neighbour’s car. She did not make it and ended up in a police station car park where officers and paramedics rushed to help and delivered a healthy child.
Arriving back at the hospital after giving birth, staff were not at all concerned, Lynn was told “It shows how deliveries can be unexpected”.
How can patients trust the medical staff at the Doncaster Royal Infirmary?
British Soldiers Killed Because Of Lack Of Equipment.
The deaths of Privates Ben Ford and Damian Wright and the serious wounding of Lance Corporal Knight in Afghanistan have been blamed by a Wiltshire Coroner, on the lack of an Electronic Counter Measures device which blocks detonation of roadside bombs.
Why is it that Government Ministers together with Tony & Cherie Blair have armoured cars with all the latest electronic protection, yet our troops fighting their wars are under equipped?
Remember when Tony Blair, as Prime Minister promised that British troops would receive all the equipment they need to do the job?

Royal Marine Ben McBean lost an arm and a leg in a Taliban landmine blast in Afghanistan.
Ben, a crippled Marine Commando was awarded a paltry £161,000 for his injuries, far less than the maximum £285,000 that troops can be awarded.
Rifleman Jamie Cooper suffered serious internal injuries and lost the use of a leg and a hand in a mortar attack, but was awarded only £57,000.
Compare these figure to,
£202,000 for a civil servant who suffered back strain from lifting an office printer.
£217,000 for another civil servant who claimed chronic fatigue and depression.
£485,000 for a Forces typist for injury to her thumb.
The offer to Ben McBean is the latest in a long line of snubs to Servicemen crippled by the bitter fighting in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Civilian pay-outs for injury can reach £ millions, as shown by the award to youth football player, Ben Collett who collected £4.3 Million for a bad tackle.

Another Killer HGV Driver.
Michael Coombes, another killer HGV driver was found guilty of killing 8 year old William Elbrow by dangerous driving.
Coombes repeatedly denied the offence and put William’s family through the traumatic trial at Cambridge Crown Court.
William’s father was towing a caravan along the A14, and slowed down behind a line of traffic, but Coombes failed to break his lorry and plowed into the caravan smashing it into small pieces.
Mr Elbrow’s towing vehicle was spun round and forced into a lorry in front of him.
Coombes’ prolonged inattention on the road was proven by tachograph readings which showed that Coombes had NOT slowed his HGV at any point.
Combes will be sentenced on October 12.
We anticipate that IF Coombes is jailed, it will be just 3-4 years jail time and free in about half that time.
Girl Racer Kills Boyfriend.
Samantha Watson was found guilty of causing the death of her boyfriend by dangerous driving when she drove at 150 MPH smashing head on into another car.
Judge Philip Head at Leicester Crown Court said that a custodial sentence is inevitable.
What’s the betting that Watson will receive a light jail sentence, maybe just 3-4 years and out in two.
Killing by dangerous driving MUST attract a minimum of 14 years actual jail time.
Social Workers Fail Tortured Toddler.
A report produced by Peter Maddocks stated that Social Service workers FAILED to act on risks to 2 year old Lois Lazenby tortured to death by Daniel Bishop.
The report stated that Lois had been identified as a child requiring protection of all the agencies contributing to the child’s protection conference.
David Hopkins, the chairman of the Caerphilly Safeguarding Children Board noted the report’s need for the recognition of signs of hidden abuse, implementing correct procedures and adhering to efficient referral procedures.
We state again that there Must be ONE person responsible for each child case whose responsibilities must include gathering evidence of abuse and taking positive action backed up by legally enforced actions.
The process of multi - agency approaches do NOT work.
Lois’ stepfather, Daniel Bishop systematically abused, tortured and shook Lois to death leaving her with 13 fractures to various parts of her body, cigarette burns and crushing injuries to both her hands.
Bishop was jailed for 12 years and his wife Sarah Bishop jailed for 6 years.
A Social Service spokesperson said “We regret our failure to save her”.
Who was responsible for these failures?
Collective Decision Making.
Collective decision making much loved by the Public Sector so often means that no individual is responsible and held accountable for those decisions.
The article above describing the death of 2 year old Lois is a good example.
Yes it is democratic to have collective decision making including multi-agency input, BUT one person MUST have the authority to implement the agreed decision(s) and MUST be held personally accountable.
South Cambridgeshire District Council Fails Again.
As part of SCDC’s so called “Transformation Project”, the cash strapped council asked all 4 of it’s top team to step down in a deal which could have cost the over taxed taxpayer £907,290.
Three stepped down and in the end SCDC axed it’s Chief Executive and Development Services Director.
It was claimed that this deal could save the taxpayer £300,000 a year.
These savings never materialised and the project was wound up in June 2007.
Now the council has decided to EXPAND it’s top team by employing a second Deputy Chief Executive.
Where is the business case for this expansion?
Why is there no business and financial acumen among those elected councillors?
SCDC has been criticized in the past for financial ineptitude and mismanagement. Now it appears that history is being repeated.

Our article dated 28 August 2008 reported that Muslim, Syed Mustafa Zaidi was found guilty of child cruelty by encouraging young children to flog themselves with a five bladed implement called a zanjeer zani as part of a Muslim ceremony.
We anticipated that some liberal judge would not punish this creature.
We were right. Judge Robert Atherton at Manchester Crown Court gave Zaidi a 26 week sentence suspended for 12 months.
Would the same leniency apply to a Roman Catholic who belongs to the Opus Dei creed which practices self harm? We doubt it.
Handgun Ban In Finland?
Following the horrific school shooting of 10 children, the Finnish Prime Minister Matti Vanhanen argued for a handgun ban.
We would strongly urge the PM that, that is NOT the way forward.
Lessons must be learned from the UK example where Tony Blair banned all handguns back in 1997 and then claimed that all guns were taken off the streets and that our streets were safer as a result.
Blair’s statement has proven to be a lie. Gun crime in the UK has risen by more than 1000% since 1997.
Dunblane could have been prevented had the Sterling Police in Scotland acted properly and revoked Thomas Hamilton’s firearms certificate and confiscated his weapons well before the Dunblane attack took place.

However a Home Office watchdog report has criticised Roger Baker stating that his policy is a waste of time and resources.
How can this be when crime has fallen dramatically as a result of that policy.

Killers and rapists are claiming over £100 state handouts each per week while being locked up for their crimes.
These killers and rapists are housed in good accommodation, well fed with 3 meals per day with free heating and lighting paid for by the taxpayer.
Compare this to the single OAP who receives £92 per week from which he/she must pay for food, heating, lighting and council tax.
This Government favours the criminal every time.

Violent paedophile, John Tregalles found guilty on 16 charges of rape and sexual abuse of children has jumped bail awaiting conviction and sentence.
Tregalles was sentenced to 20 years jail in his absence.

Health chiefs say that the trips “Are designed to rehabilitate offenders back into society”.

Another Police Driver Killer.
A 23 year old Metropolitan Police Officer, whose name has been refused, drove at speeds in excess of 100 MPH plowed into Grandmother, Sandy Simpson causing massive head and chest injuries from which she at the scene.
It is reported that the unnamed police officer was showing off, driving with flashing lights and sirens blaring at speeds of 57 MPH in a 30 zone and reaching over 100 MPH when he killed Sandy.
What was this officer doing? He was delivering a birthday card to his sister.
This police officer has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving which attracts a jail sentence of 14 years.
We anticipate that the sentence will be no more than 3-4 years.
Teenage Killers Jailed For Life.
Two teenage killers, Dennis Hind and Tutu Kabalika both age 19 years who were drunk and high on cocaine were jailed for life for killing innocent Stephen Miller.
Hind and Kabalika launched a violent attack on Stephen kicking him in the head and ribs then stamped on his body till he died.
Judge David Paget imposed sentences of life in jail with a minimum of 15 years.
Mother Scarred In Bottle Attack.
Innocent victim, Karla Cunnungham needed 30 stitches after an unprovoked attack by a 16 year old drunk girl who smashed a bottle into Karla’s face.
Manchester Crown Court sentenced this young yob to 30 MONTHS in jail.
This is NOT justice. A sentence of 7 years would be appropriate.
Karla must live with her scars for life.
Children Forced To Marry.
Over 60 young children aged 15 yrs have been rescued from forced marriages arranged by their parents.
Cases where a young girl refuses to marry their parent’s chosen partner often lead to “Honour killings”.

Over 250,000 middle class white citizens quit London last year because of the high crime rate and unlimited immigration the Office of National Statistics has revealed.

Struggling Pensioners.
Nearly 6 million pensioners are being forced to cut back on food, heating and light in order to make ends meet and to pay their council tax for fear of going to prison if they don’t, the charity Age Concern has revealed.
Up to 1.8 million pensioners miss out on pension credit because it is too difficult to claim and because Local Authorities often set their own arbitrary rules which are based on opinion of need, not actual need.
The Government MUST increase the state pension to £200 per week. The extra cost would be saved by the reduction in administration required to process the pension credit system.
Pensioners MUST BE EXEMPT from paying Council taxes which themselves are nothing more than legalised extortion.

PC John Dougal of the Newcastle police has been charged with causing the death of 16 year old Hayley Adamson by dangerous driving.
Dougal was driving his police car without blue flashing lights or sirens when he smashed into Hayley as she was crossing a road.
Hayley died at the scene.
The penalty for causing death by dangerous driving is 14 years jail.
We anticipate that Douglas will get a slap on the wrist, maybe 3 years.
We wait to see if justice is done.

Eagle Eyed Police Confiscate Walking Stick.
The Kent police ever vigilant, knew that retired 78 year Philip Clarkson Webb was a troublemaker.
As Philip with his white hair, waxed jacket and wearing glasses shuffled along the pavement, police surrounded him and confiscated the walking cane that he was using to help him walk.
The astute clever Kent police officers deemed that Philip posed a threat and that his walking cane was an offensive weapon.
When Philip went to the police station in Southborough, Kent to claim his cane back, he was told “Sorry we have lost it”.
What silly little plods the Kent police are.
Cambridgeshire Police Buys Even Costlier Cars.
Cambridgeshire Police Force were criticised for buying 21 high-end luxury Volvo XC70 estate cars each costing £33,000. Total cost £693,000 without discount.
Now this police force wants to buy an even costlier elite fleet of luxury cars.
Chief Superintendents and superintendents can use the cars for holidays, shopping trips and other “social and domestic”, as well as on duty.
Chief Constable Julie Spence has tried to justify this massive expenditure but has FAILED to make a good financial case.
Why do the Cambridgeshire police need expensive luxury cars?
Why are senior police officers allowed to use these luxury cars for private use?
Spence should take a leaf out of North Yorkshire police’s book. They buy Ford Focus cars.
Spence has described Yorkshire’s scheme as “LESS ATTRACTIVE”.

Jack Straw, the Justice Minister has admitted that 36,500 more prisoners have been released from jail because of overcrowding.

Banker Beaten To Death.
Banker, Frank McGarahan tried to intervene in a dispute involving a gang of 20 young men attacking an innocent man and his girlfriend in Norwich city centre.
These yobs then turned their anger on Frank, violently attacking him and beat him to death.
Nurse Kills Patient.
Nurse Anne Marie McCall mistook elderly 88 yr old patient Sylvia Roberts for another patient and gave her wrong medication from which Sylvia died.
This killing took place at Chorley Hospital in Lancashire where it is claimed that patients did not wear any form of identification and where there had been several cases of wrong medication given as a result.
There can be NO excuse for negligence.
Protection For Have-A-Go Heroes.
Shadow Home Secretary, Dominic Grieve has stated that have-a-go heroes will be given protection from prosecution or arrest under Tory plans.
Jack Straw made the same promise earlier this year, but nothing has changed.
Can we believe a Tory politician when he makes the same promise?
We suggest to Mr Grieve that if and when the Conservatives come to power, the first piece of legislation must be to give every lawful citizen the right to protect themselves, their families and their property by any means available without fear of prosecution and/or being sued by the criminal.
Unless and until this right is enshrined in law, Grieve’s promise will be as meaningless as that of Jack Straw’s promise.

Council Tax Frozen For 2 Years.
George Osborne at his Tory party conference said that council tax would be frozen for at least 2 years under a Conservative administration.
Osborne does not go far enough. He should have told us that OAPs will be exempt from council taxes and that the state pensions would immediately rise to £200 per week.
What is the betting that all councils will raise their precepts to the maximum allowed to account for a future freeze.
White Flight Exodus.
We reported yesterday about the white exodus out of London.
Now it has emerged that over 75,000 white men and women leave the UK each year.
Rising crime together with black and Asian immigration are the reasons given.
Each successive year vast numbers of the white population has emigrated while at the same time the numbers of Indian, Pakistani, African and Chinese ethnic populations coming to the UK has increased.
This situation has been greeted with alarm by the immigration think-tank Migration Watch whose chairman Sir Andrew Green said “The unavoidable conclusion is that the whole nature of our society will change very rapidly unless the Government moves from spin to serious action, which the vast majority of the population wants to see”.

Muslim forklift driver, Mohammed Ahmed is suing Tesco for religious discrimination because he was asked to shift crates of booze.
When he refused, his supervisor told him to do the job or go home.

Today, the 80 staff at Edensor Technology College, leave Stoke-on-Trent for a four star resort in Marbella to hold a conference about the school’s future.
Meanwhile 1050 pupils were sent home to study on the internet and in public libraries.
Why do teachers use term time for such meetings? Their holidays are long enough without encroaching on teaching time.
Why do these teachers need to go, at great expense to Spain for their conference? What is wrong with using the college facilities out of term time?
Teacher training days in term time MUST be abolished.
RAF Safety Alerts Ignored.
Two MOD internal reports recommending fitting explosive suppressant foam to protect fuel tanks on ALL the RAF’s Hercules transport aircraft were not acted upon.
The reports were sent to senior RAF officers back in 2002 and 2003, but no action was ever taken.
In January 2005 a Hercules aircraft exploded when enemy fire pierced a fuel tank in one of it’s wings.
As a result of this failure to act, 10 servicemen were killed.
This expose follows the reopening of the servicemen’s inquest which has now been adjourned.
Labour To Close Last Military Hospital.
The last dedicated Military Hospital, the Royal Hospital Haslar in Gosport Hampshire is to be closed.
This Labour Government has a history of closing military hospitals, choosing instead to send our severely wounded troops to NHS hospitals where treatment is inferior and where troops are exposed to C-Diff and other “superbugs”.
The past Conservative Governments must accept responsibility for their part in closing military hospitals when they were in power.
Military Personal Records Stolen.
Details of 50,000 current and former military personnel have been stolen from the military base at RAF Innsworth in Gloucestershire.
This is yet another damning indictment of the Government’s ability to protect sensitive data.
This theft follows previous thefts.
January 2008 data about 600,000 potential recruits stolen.
January 2008 over 26 portable memory sticks containing classified data stolen.
Between 2004 and 2007 more than 750 laptops containing classified data stolen.
Other data lost or stolen include, personal details of 11,500 teachers and details about 100,000 dangerous criminals.
New Fleet Of Armoured Vehicles.
The Ministry of Defence is to spend £500,000 on 600 armoured vehicles to protect soldiers from roadside bombs in Afghanistan.
These vehicles will replace the thin sheeted “snatch landrovers” which were used in Northern Ireland 20 years ago.
Over 30 British servicemen have been killed by roadside bombs.
Many years ago the MOD were told about the highly successful South African Casspir, Puma and Buffalo vehicles which all have a proven record.
This penny pinching Government preferred to save money at the cost of military lives.
Ayo Gorkhali.
At long last JUSTICE for the Gurkha troops who fought for Britain in the past and who still do.
The UK grants automatic residence only to those Gurkhas who retired after 1997.
Those who retired before 1997 had to apply for permission to stay in this country and could have been deported at the whim of immigration officials.
Now a bitter injustice has been overturned by the High Court, giving all Gurkha troops, past and present, the right to reside in the UK.
Two questions must be asked.
1) Why did not the Conservative Government prior to 1997 give automatic right of residence to these Gurkhas?
2) Why did this Labour Government refuse automatic right for these Gurkhas who retired before 1997 to reside in the UK?
This is the same Government which has adopted an open door policy and lets in hoards of Indians, Pakistanis, Chinese, West Indians and Muslim terrorists yet turned their back on brave Gurkhas who fought and died for our freedom.
All that remains is to give these Gurkha soldiers the same financial rights as other British troops. This means equal pay and equal pensions.

Drugged Up Burglar With 145 Offences Walks Free.
Dean Weaver, a drugged up heroin addict, who has committed 145 crimes walked free after Judge Martin Picton ruled that he deserved another chance.
Picton said that Weaver “Caused his victims a lot of harm and that his crimes deserved years in prison”.
This is NOT justice. The maximum sentence for burglary is 14 years.
This is the same Judge who lifted a curfew on a 24 year old man who had drunkenly assaulted a policeman so he could fly to Portugal for a golfing holiday.
Judge Picton is well known in Gloucester for his leniency.
Should he remain on the Bench?
Killer’s Human Rights.
Killer, Learco Chindamo who murdered Headmaster Philip Lawrence has been freed early from jail and is now free to walk our streets.
Last year an immigration tribunal decided that Chindamo could not be deported back to Italy because it “Would breach his human rights to a family life”.
It is about time that Gordon Brown, Jack Straw and Jacqui Smith stood up for the law abiding British citizens and ignore criminal’s human rights and the EU legislation that gives protection to criminals.
We should follow Italy’s policy that deports foreign criminals. What would the EU do to us if we took a strong line? Nothing except talk at great length.
Thieves Jail Term Cut.
Daniel Willis and Stephen Lanham, both metal thieves, have had their jail sentences reduced by over 50% at the Court of Appeal in London.
Metal thefts in Cambridgeshire alone cost more than £220,000 last year.
Why are the courts soft on crime?
Black Killer Driver Gets 4 Years For Two Deaths.
Killer driver, Leon Burrell smashed head on into a Vauxhall Vectra car killing Barbara Webb and Rosamund Patten.
Burrell was driving his Ford Transit on the wrong side of the A505 when he killed his innocent victims.
Judge Anthony Bates at Cambridge Crown Court sentenced Burrell to 4 years jail. That is two years for each killing.
This is NOT justice. He should have received a minimum of 14 years.
Paedophile Jailed.
Andrew Hayton subjected four girls to a 15 year campaign of sexual abuse.
Hayton was convicted of 11 charges, 3 of rape, 6 of sexual assault and 2 of sexual activity with a child.
Judge Jonathan Haworth jailed Hayton indeterminately for public protection and said that he must serve a minimum of 6 years.
Hayton should have been jailed for life.
The Death Of Frank McGarahan.
Frank McGarahan was kicked to death when he went to the aid of a homeless Lithuanian who was attacked by a mob in Norwich.
Two observations need to be addressed.
1) Why was a homeless Lithuanian in Norwich? He should have been in Lithuania.
2) Why has this Labour Government and in particular, Home Secretary Jaqui Smith allowed their reckless “open door” immigration policy to turn East Anglia into a transit camp for Eastern Europeans?
Student Faces GBH Charge For Defending Home.
English language student, Andre Mergulhao has been charged with GBH after a burglar wielding a knife broke into his home and threatened him.
Andre who was very scared and afraid for his life reacted on the spur of the moment and defended himself.
The burglar, 56 year Nicholas Edwards suffered head wounds when Andre defended himself.
In September last year, Justice Minister Jack Straw told the BBC “You have not got time in that situation to think of reasonable force”. Straw refused to define REASONABLE FORCE.
This case will once again raise the questions over what rights a citizen has in confronting suspected crime.
The law must be made clear.
We have made our beliefs very clear.
“A LAW ABIDING CITIZEN MUST HAVE THE RIGHT TO DEFEND HIM/HERSELF , THEIR FAMILY AND THEIR PROPERTY BY ANY MEANS AVAILABLE WITHOUT FEAR OF PROSECUTION AND BEING SUED BY THE CRIMINAL.”
Brave Hero.
A brave hero, father of two Leonard Woodman did not think twice when he jumped into a fast moving river to save a 15 year old girl who was in difficulty.
Leonard sadly drowned the attempt.
Leonard’s bravery puts to shame those Community Police Officers who refused to help in similar situations.
Leonard acted selflessly and with great courage.
Teaching Union Says Don’t Prosecute Teachers Who Have Sex.
The General Secretary of teaching union, NASUWT, Chris Keats said that it is wrong to criminalise teachers who have sex with pupils under the age of 18 years.
Keats is WRONG.
Teachers act “in loco parentis”, in other words acting for a parent.
We feel sure that parents would NOT want teachers to have sex with their children.
4 Million In Fuel Poverty.
It is expected that over 4 Million families will be in fuel poverty this winter.
Most of these will be OAPs.
Now is the time to raise the state pension to £200 per week.
Immigration Under Control?
The new Immigration Minister, Phil Woolas has indicated that the influx of immigrants will be “Brought under control”.
Woolas supports a policy of “Balanced immigration”.
An EU Commission report has predicted that migration to the UK will drive our population up to a massive 77 Million by the year 2060.
This Government, for the last 11 years has been telling us that immigration is under control. First Tony Blair then Gordon Brown.
The Tories under Davy Boy Cameron have said the same.
Don’t hold your breath. Our borders are so porous that anyone can enter Britain, legally or illegally.
Alone And Dumped In UK.
More than 4,000 refugee children, some as young as 3 years old are being found abandoned at UK ports and airports.
The cost of keeping just 1 unaccompanied asylum seeker child is £20,500 per year.
The estimated cost for ALL child seekers has been put at £165 Million per year.
It would be nice if Gordon Brown gave our OAPs £20,500 per year. But no, he prefers to spend it on foreigners.

In June 2008 we wrote about credit card companies encouraging clients to take on more debt.
We have received several responses from readers who have fallen behind with their payments.
Most complain about MBNA who threaten and harass them, even though they have made every effort to address the problem.

Hospital Nurses Tied Up Elderly Patients.
Nurses at Northwick Park Hospital tied down 5 elderly patients with men’s braces, bedsheets and wheelchair straps for long periods at a time.
The Health Trust chief executive Dr Sarah Crowther said “It was clearly an unacceptable situation”.
This was more than unacceptable. What happened was physical assault upon innocent and vulnerable elderly patients.
To-date no nurse has been disciplined. Why not?
Drunken Killer Gets 7 Years For Two Deaths.
Drunken footballer, Luke McCormick of Plymouth Argyle FC with over twice the legal drink limit was driving his Range Rover at 100 MPH on the M6 motorway when he smashed into the car driven by Philip Peak, killing Arron Peak age 10 years and his brother Ben aged 8 years.
McCormick also severely injured Philip who is now in a wheelchair and wears a neck brace.
Judge Paul Glenn at Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court heard that McCormick “Had sobbed uncontrollaby” at the police station after being arrested.
No doubt McCormick saying “Sorry” and shedding a few crocodile tears helped the Judge to hand down a light sentence.
Judge Glenn sentenced McCormick to 7 years.
He will be free in three and a half years. His punishment is only 21 MONTHS for each killing.
THIS IS NOT JUSTICE. The penalty for killing by dangerous driving is a maximum of 14 years.
This is not the first time that Judge Glenn has handed down light sentences.
Drink Driving And MPs.
Ministers and other MPs have refused to lower the drink drive limit.
The UK is the only EU country that allows high levels of alcohol for drivers.
Last year alone 9,620 casualties were attributed to drink driving with 3,000 killed or seriously injured.
There is a need to have a ZERO alcohol limit for all drivers.
There is also a need for the maximum penalty of 14 years to be handed down to those drivers who kill when drunk.
An Eye For An Eye.
The Public would be forgiven, certainly by us, if they took revenge upon those who killed members of their families.
Using McCormick as an example. He killed little Arron and Ben by dangerous driving while driving at 100 MPH and being over twice the legal alcohol limit.
The lives of the boy’s family have been destroyed, with their beloved children gone forever. They are imprisoned in their grief while McCormick will be free in a few years to resume where he left off.
Should revenge be taken upon McCormick where he was severely beaten after his release, and ended up in a wheelchair as a quadriplegic, then some might say that justice has been done.
An eye for an eye has merit. The courts do not punish those who harm innocent victims.
Too many lenient sentences are handed down.

Bank Meltdown Costs Us £16,000 Each.
American banks triggered the world financial meltdown by offering unlimited loans to house buyers, known as sub-prime mortgage lending.
British banks through their international money deals played a major part in this meltdown.
The US Government came up with a $700 Billion “rescue” package.
The UK Government has pumped a massive £500 Billion into our stalled money system.
£200 Billion into the money market, £50 Billion into buying a share of major UK banks and £250 Billion into guarantees of bank debts.
This will cost each and every one of us £16,000.
Meanwhile banks are charging exorbitant interest rates driving small firms to the wall when they should be helping. Small firms are the mainstay of the British economy.
Barclays bank in particular are charging small firms 16.5% interest on loans and overdrafts despite the recent reduction in bank rate.
Bank bosses still receive massive incomes and benefits. The chief executive officers of the following banks receive;
Barclays John Varley. Salary £975,000. Bonus £4.4 Million. Pension pot £9.4 Million.
HBOS Andy Hornby. Salary £975,000. Bonus £703,000. Pension pot £2.4 Million.
Lloyds TSB. Eric Daniels. Salary £960,000. Bonus £1.8 Million. Pension pot £2.9 Mill.
RBS. Fred Goodwin. Salary £ 1.3 Million. Pension £2.8 Million. Pension pot £8.4 Mill.
Added to the misery for borrowers, Credit card companies are hitting their customers by raking in an extra £48 Million in missed payment penalty charges.
To add insult to injury, Fatcat Barclays bankers flew to Italy last Tuesday on an all expenses (your money) paid three day jaunt which is expected to cost customers more than £500,000.
Afghans Live Free And Claim £170,000 Benefits.
An Afghan family, Toorpakai Saiedi and her 7 children are living in a £1.2 Million house in Acton, London at the taxpayers expense. She also claims £170,000 benefits paid for by us the taxpayers.
When millions of British OAPs are worried to death by ever increasing costs, living on £100 per week, Gordon Brown is happy to give our money to foreigners.
When will Brown help British people and in particular our OAPs?
Terrorist Freed In Days To Live Life On Benefits.
Fowzi Nejad, the only terrorist to survive the Iranian Embassy siege in 1980, will be released from jail in a few days.
Nejad will not be deported back to Iran because of fears over his safety, but will be allowed to stay in the UK and live off the taxpayer by receiving benefits.
Nejad put the fear of death into innocent people during the siege, so why keep him here, he did not consider other’s safety.
This decision is another kick in the teeth for British citizens who see preferences given to foreign criminals and terrorists.

The scale of City greed has been laid bare after the taxpayers handed British banks more than £37 BILLION.
City fat cats took home £17 BILLION even though they knew that their banks were crumbling.
Four men who made a fortune are:
Michael Sherwood amassed £225 Million.
Michael Spencer took home £15.9 Million.
Richard Gnodde collected similar sums as Sherwood.
Mike Geoghan received £4 Million.
How many have found tax loopholes?
Gordon Brown has at least said that the system of rewards will be closely monitored.
Brown must also monitor very closely the rewards that MPs receive.

Top Conservative, William Hague flew off on Barclays bank £500,000 Italian jolly as the markets crashed.
What an example to set. Is this what we can expect from a possible future Tory Government?
This is typical Conservative hypocrisy. On the one hand Davy Boy Cameron is trying to distance himself by slagging off his chums in the City and on the other hand his right-hand man is enjoying Barclays £500,000 banquet in Italy.
Icelandic Financial Terrorists.
Iceland has frozen all British private citizen’s and Local Authority’s money deposits.
Gordon Brown has said that he would freeze all Iceland’s UK deposits. These could then be used to refund private citizens and L.A.s.
It has now emerged that Brown has offered £Millions of taxpayer’s money to bail out the Iceland banking industry.
Iceland has in turn threatened to sue the UK Government and has also stated that it wished to join the EU. Joining the EU would help Iceland through the EU bank bail-out.
The British Taxpayer’s Burden.
We now have a two tier Britain.
TIER 1) City fat cats who have taken home £Multi-Million salaries, bonuses and huge pension pots.
MPs with massive taxpayer paid allowances for second homes.
MPs who receive large additional incomes from Directorships, speaking engagements and holiday perks.
Public sector workers with lavish inflation proof pensions.
Foreigners with large families living on benefits, some as high as £170,000.
TIER 2) The nation of hard working taxpayers, desperately worried about keeping their jobs, feeding their families and providing for their old age.
Benefit Greed All At Taxpayer’s Expense.
1) Afghan family, Toorakai Saiedi and her 7 children living in a £1.2 Million house with £170,000 benefits per year.
2) Tracy and Harry Crompton who has been out of work for 15 years, but is fit enough to work, live in a seven bed house with their ten children and receive £32,656 per year.
3) Single mother, Ruth Ben-Adir and her son live in an historic £2 Million Grade 2 listed lodge.
Police Cover-Up?
Disturbing facts are now emerging from the investigation into the police killing of innocent victim Jean Charles de Menezes.
The police involved have been criticised for being able to discuss their evidence among themselves before formally submitting it to the Independent Police Complaints Commission.
It now admitted that one police officer changed his evidence by deleting hand written notes of events.
Woman Seduces 14 Year Old Boy And Walks Free.
Judge Peter Fox QC caused outrage as he freed 40 year Sharon Edwards who admitted having sex with and supplying class A drugs to a 14 year old boy.
Judge Fox said in court that the 14 year old boy seduced Edwards.
Fox is wrong. It is illegal for an adult to engage in sexual activity with a minor. It is also illegal to supply Class A drugs.
Edwards should have been jailed. She is a child molester and a predator.
Vigilante Justice?
Gordon Boon, a registered sex offender and paedophile was found strangled while on licence from prison.
Boon who has a long history of serious sexual assaults on young children was found strangled in woods near Great Witchingham, Norfolk.
Boon’s cause of death raises the question, Was this a revenge vigilante killing?
Whatever the rights or wrongs of vigilante justice, we can understand the frustration caused by the British legal system where Judges hand out lenient prison sentences and Jack Straw’s obsession with the early release of prisoners.
Top Judge Triples Jail Term.
England’s newly appointed top judge signaled a clampdown on knife crime when he tripled the jail sentence for a teenager who carried out an horrific knife attack on an innocent victim.
Lord Judge who became Lord Chief Justice last week is to be applauded. Maybe at last we shall see some tough sentencing.

Reckless Police Drivers Found Not Guilty.
Two police officers driving at speeds of 94 MPH along a country road, the B6254, crashed head on into a car driven by Peter Williams.
PC Sean Schofield and PC Andrew Massingham were found not guilty of causing death by dangerous driving.
Innocent victim, Peter Williams was killed in the crash and his wife Jean was seriously injured.
Schofield and Massingham were found guilty of careless driving. Their punishment is not known. We anticipated that the police would not be found guilty of dangerous driving.
The jury at Liverpool Crown Court accused the police of “institutionalised complacency” in training its officers to drive at high speeds on open public roads.
Sell By The Pound--You Are A Criminal.
Market trader, Janet Devers was convicted of selling fruit and veg by the pound and given a criminal record.
Hackney Council trading standards officials and two police officers confiscated Janet’s measuring scales and charged her under the Weights and Measures Act.
In September 2007 the EU Commission stated that anyone who sold goods in imperial measures should NOT be criminalised.
Hackney Council little Hitlers and Gestapo took a different view.
Police Collusion.
A ruling at the High Court by Mr Justice Underhill criticizing police officers who are allowed to confer with each other during inquiries into police conduct and by so doing raises a risk of collusion.
The ruling decision was made at the High Court into the shooting of Mark Saunders who was shot dead after 11 rounds were fired at him.
Mr Justice Underhill said “opportunity for collusion was institutionalised” in the system for investigating fatal shootings. He went on to say that officers’ recollections would be contaminated.
In other words, police officers should not talk among themselves in order to get their story straight. i.e a cover-up.
Man defending His Wife Given A Criminal Record.
Innocent Stephen Toth stood up to a 13 year old yob who threatened his cancer ridden wife, by placing his hand on the boy’s shoulder and taking him to his mother to explain what had happened.
Stephen then went home only to find the police waiting for him where they arrested him.
Stephen was held in a cell for 8 hours and interviewed for two hours before being charged with common assault.
After a three-month wait Stephen was convicted and given an absolute discharge but leaving him with a criminal record.
The chairman of the bench, Tony Pomeroy said “Just walk away”.
Result: Victimization of an innocent man -- Freedom for a yob.
Drunk Driver Left Trail Of Destruction.
Drunk driver Felicjan Piatek consumed a litre of vodka before smashing his car into a garden wall, wrecking two cars, two boats, two wheelie bins, a bike and a wall.
Huntingdon magistrates punished Piatek with community work but did not send him to jail.
Town Hall Pensions Cost £4 Billion.
Gold plated inflation proof local authority pensions cost the council taxpayers £221 each totaling £4 Billion per year.
OAPs contribute a third of their state pensions toward council tax.
These inflation proof pensions have trebled since Labour came to power in 1997.
Granny Outruns Teenage Thieves.
Sprightly grandmother, Janet Lane was sitting on a park bench when three teenagers grabbed her handbag containing £100 cash.
Janet without any thought for her safety set off in pursuit, chasing the thieves across a park and caught one of the yobs who begged to be let go. All three thieves escaped empty handed.
Well done Janet. This is a lesson for all of us. Stand up and defend yourselves.
War Hero’s Fiancee Falsely Accused.
The fiancee of war hero Andrew Cutts who was killed in Afghanistan was falsely accused of illegally claiming his £62,000 Army pension.
Janine Fearick was accused of illegally claiming Andrew’s £62,000 lump sum pension payment when in fact, by a pre-arrangement, the pension was transferred to Andrew’s brother.
Judge Michael Stokes QC criticized the decision to prosecute and told Janine “You leave without a stain on your character”.
Plans To Hold Inquests In Secret Dropped.
After pressure from us and the media, the Government has withdrawn plans to hold inquests in secret from the Counter Terrorism Bill.
Holding inquests in secret would have meant that facts related to military deaths in Iraq and Afghanistan could have been withheld and not made public, leaving both military families and the public without information as to how service men and women died.
Inquests in secret allow for collusion and cover-ups.
Paras Blown Up After Begging For Help.
Six Paras marooned in an Afghan minefield were blown up after a rescue helicopter they had begged for was delayed by nearly 4 hours.
The patrol called for heli-rescue after a soldier lost his leg in an explosion.
Two Chinook helicopters were sent to rescue the Paras but the downdraft as they came into land caused other mines to explode.
Neither Chinooks had winches fitted which could have lifted the soldiers to safety without the necessity of trying to land.
The Paras then waited till American Blackhawk helicopters arrived to winch the Paras to safety.
The Chinook fiasco caused the death of one Para and the severe wounding of three other paras who all had legs blown off.
We understand that the MOD has agreed to pay a £multi-million compensation package to the wounded Paras and to the family of the Para killed by these series of blunders.
WHY WERE WINCHES NOT FITTED TO THE CHINOOK HELICOPTERS?
Armed Forces Bosses Spend £230 Million On Hotels And Dining.
The latest figures obtained show that Senior Officers spent a total of £230 Million on hotels and Dining.
BUT only £16 Million has been spent on upgrading accommodation for servicemen and women and their families.
This shows how out of touch our Generals, Admirals and Air Commodores are. They live the life of luxury while those they command live in squalor.
Gordon Brown should stop this spending on luxury living for the few and divert that money to equipping our troops with the what is needed. e.g more helicopter winches.
Another Death For Blair And Brown.
Sadly another soldier has been killed in Afghanistan bringing the number of British troops killed in that country to 121.

Killer HGV Driver’s Lenient Sentence.
Killer HGV driver, Michael Coombs smashed into the rear of a caravan and car, killing little 8 year old William Elbrow and severely injuring William’s father, Simon.
Coombs was found guilty of causing the death of William by dangerous driving even though he denied the offence.
Coombs’ punishment was TWO AND A HALF YEARS JAIL. Coombs will be free in half that time.
This is NOT justice. The punishment should have been the maximum. That is 14 years.
The Judge at Cambridge Crown Court is totally out of touch with reality and has no concept of justice.
The family of William are shocked and outraged at this slap on the wrist.
We say again that drivers who kill must be charged with causing death while driving allowing a verdict of manslaughter to be brought in. Only then will appropriate punishments be handed down.
We extend our sympathies to the family of William.
Killer Car Driver Not Yet Charged.
Drunk and drugged-up killer driver, Ben Edwards driving at 120 MPH on the wrong side of the road smashed into another car containing Paul Adams and Kathryn Dunn killing both Paul and Kathryn.
Edwards was seriously injured in the crash that he caused.
We understand that Edwards will not be prosecuted because of his state of health.
Why not? When Edwards recovers he MUST be charged. If Edwards does not recover then justice will have been done.
Gun Crime Rises Despite The 1997 Dunblane Pistol Ban.
An influential report by the Centre for Defence Studies at King’s College, London, found no link between the legal possession of guns and their use by criminals.
More than 160,000 handguns were surrendered to the police, but in the two years after the ban the number of crimes in which a handgun was used increased by 40% to 3,685.
Tony Blair promised that all handguns were taken off the streets and Britain was a safer society.
This report has proven that Blair lied.
The report added that, of the 20 police areas with the fewest legally-held firearms, half had an above average level of gun crime. The report went on to say that of the 20 police areas with the highest levels of legally-held guns, only two had armed crime above the average.
Gun Crime 60% Higher Than Official Figures.
Figures to be published by the Home Office this week will massively UNDERSTATE the scale of illegal gun crime.
Under the Freedom of Information Act, data obtained shows that the number of firearms offences is 60% HIGHER than official figures stated by the Home Office.
Last year alone 5,600 firearms offences were EXCLUDED from the official figures.
The Home Office will say that only 9,800 offences occurred in 2007/8 when the real total was 15,400. This figure is likely to be higher because 2 police forces, Thames Valley and Leicestershire refused to hand over data when asked under the Fof I Act. Greater Manchester provided incomplete data.
Official figures omit gun smuggling and illegal possession.
Labour is trying to hide the true crime figure of criminals who possess and use illegal guns.
Half Criminals Caught With Illegal Guns Escape Minimum Jail.
Despite the minimum jail term for possession of illegal firearms only 50% of criminals receive the 5 year minimum term.
Police To Collect Your DNA In Secret.
The police and MI5 will be given powers to collect DNA samples in secret from each and everyone of us. They will be given the power to enter our homes and collect DNA from tea cups, cigarette end and any other source they find.
These DNA samples will be entered onto the police National Database IRRESPECTIVE of whether or not you have been charged with an offence and kept in perpetuity.
Prisoner Free To Work And Plan A Robbery.
Dangerous black career criminal, Cecil Stephens was allowed to spend most of his time outside jail earning £18,000 a year at a full time job as well as having “conjugal visits” with his woman friend, Doreen Cramman.
It was on one of these free days that Cramman drove Stephens to North Newbald, handed Stephens a gun and tried to rob the post office.
Brave postmaster, Robert Baker refused to hand over money to Stephens and was bludgeoned to the floor.
Stephens was sent to jail indefinitely and Cramman was sentenced to 6 years.
Stephens was a prisoner at Kirklevington. It has emerged that prisoners have their own keys, have their own cars and parking spaces and are free to come and go as they please.
This is Jack Straw’s and the Labour Government’s “Tough on crime” policy.
Naked Lecturer Found In Bed With 15 Year Old Girl.
College lecturer, Ian Carter age 39 yrs was found in bed with a 15 year old girl by her father.
Both Carter and the girl were naked and both denied that anything was “going on”.
Carter walked free from court after being given a two year community order.
Cannabis Addicted 14 Year Old Jailed For Rape.
Jordon Webster, hooked on cannabis since the age of 10 has been locked up indefinitely after raping a 58 year old woman.
Judge Kerry Macgill ordered Webster to be named and passed sentence.
Six Times Speeder Escapes Ban.
Michael Richardson was caught speeding along the A142 six times between July 9 and July 15. His speeds were in excess of 53 MPH in a 40 mile an hour limit area.
Ely Magistrates fined Richardson £360 and added 18 points to his licence which is 6 above the 12 point limit that triggers a ban.

Evil Father Snaps His Daughter’s Spine.
Evil James Howson tortured his 16 month daughter, Amy, by cruelly and deliberately assaulting her, inflicting horrific injuries, leaving her with multiple fractures to her arms and legs.
Evil Howson eventually placed little Amy over his knee or other object and broke her back which killed her.
The judge, Mrs Justice Cox at Leeds Crown Court found Howson guilty of murder and sentenced Howson to a minimum of 22 years in jail.
Let us hope that Howson’ fellow prisoners will do to Howson what he did to little Amy.

Banks and Building Societies together with credit card companies are exploiting obscure legal powers to seize homes of thousands of people who cannot pay their credit card bills.
These organisations are now serving “Charging Orders”, which is a legal instrument enabling a creditor to order the sale of a property.
This allows financial institutions to order the sale of a property to pay off unsecured debts on credit cards, personnel loans, store cards and car finance.
From next year banks will be given further arbitrary powers because they will no longer need to secure a county court judgment against a defaulting debtor.
Gordon Brown needs to plug these loopholes NOW.
It has been claimed that Nationwide Building Society and nationalised Northern Rock are among the most aggressive in using the court orders.
Bank Made Over 170 Phone Calls To OAP Over £75 Debt.
Barclays Bank bombarded a seriously ill pensioner with 170 phone calls in just two months.
Cancer sufferer, 69 year old Ken Dawson was £75 in arrears on a loan to Barclays Bank, but despite telling them about his plight, Barclays persecuted Ken with 170 phone calls starting at 7.40 am throughout the day till 9 pm over a period of two months.
This is the sort of action that Gordon Brown should be stopping.
Southern Pacific Mortgage Chased Cancer Victim To His Grave.
Ex soldier hero, Stuart Bingley struck down with two inoperable cancers was chased to the grave by SOUTHERN PACIFIC MORTGAGE as he battled to save his family home from repossession.
Southern Pacific persistently harassed Stuart for money when he fell behind on his payments. Stuart had explained his situation but Southern Pacific threatened to repossess.
Stuart died last month.
Bank Bonuses.
Two banks, FAILED NORTHERN ROCK and LLOYDS TSB both bailed out by the taxpayers to the tune of £37 Billion and £5.5 Billion respectively, have both told their staff that they will receive bonuses this year.
Northern Rock promised it’s staff bonuses worth £50 Million and Lloyds TSB will pay as in previous years.
So much for Gordon Brown’s crackdown on bonuses.
Cambridgeshire County Council Give-Away.
Cambridgeshire County Council has hired an individual to chair it’s new “Transport Commission” which has been set up to investigate traffic problems in the City of Cambridge.
The establishment of the new commission follows the rejection by both the public and business following public consultation to a congestion charge for the city.
The County Council does not accept this rejection and has set up a new commission.
The chair of the commission has been allowed to set his/her own salary which is thought to be in the region of £1,000 PER DAY.

War Hero Lives In His Car.
War hero, ex Cpl Marcus Kilpatrick who fought in Afghanistan, was told by Ealing Council in West London that they did not have a council house for him.
This same council managed to find a £1.2 Million mansion for a family of Afghan immigrants.
Marcus ended up living in his 12 year old landrover.
Kind David Chambers read of Marcus’ plight and offered him a home and a job.

Bus Thug Kills Ex-Soldier.
Drunken thug, Gary Robson pushed Stan Dixon, an ex-soldier off a bus after being told to stop swearing.
Robson’s punishment for the manslaughter of Stan was just 27 months jail by Judge David Hodson at Newcastle Crown Court.
Robson will be free to continue his life after serving only half his sentence.
This is NOT justice. He should have been sentenced to a minimum of 10 years.
At Last A Memorial To Bomber Command.
Sixty years late.
At last the heroes of wartime Bomber Command will be remembered by a memorial to the courage and sacrifice of thousands of airmen who took to the skies flying bombing missions over Germany during the Second World War.
MOD Failed Hercules Crew.
Coroner David Masters condemned the RAF Senior officers for FAILING to ensure that foam suppressant systems were fitted to the RAF’s Hercules transport aircraft.
He also condemned the “SERIOUS SYSTEMATIC FAILINGS” in not passing on information about “Hot” areas which were heavily defended.
Ten young airmen died because of RAF failures to protect their aircraft and to pass on information regarding route planning.
Hang Your Heads In Shame.
Coroner Andrew Walker said that Senior RAF officers “should hang their heads in shame” after the foul-up with a helicopter rescue mission that failed.
Chinook helicopters were sent to rescue soldiers trapped in a minefield but the Chinooks did NOT have winches fitted. The Chinooks tried to land but the downdraft set the landmines off killing a young paratrooper and severely wounding five others.
Eventually an American Blackhawk helicopter arrived to rescue the troops.

Special Forces Victory.
British SBS Commandos carried out a daring attack on Taliban chiefs as they crossed the Pakistan border.
A convoy of 70 Taliban fanatics were blown to pieces in a massive air attack set up by the SBS Commandos.
The SBS, Navy sister unit to the famed SAS infiltrated and took vantage points in the border hillsides from where they co-ordinated the air strike.

Our Armed Forces put their lives on the line so that each and everyone of us can enjoy the freedom that we take so much for granted.

Killer’s Sentence Reduced.
Booze crazed Ryan Herbert who kicked Sophie Lancaster to death because of the way she dressed, has had his 16 year jail sentence reduced by nine months.
Lord Chief Justice Lord Judge, at London’s Court of Appeal reduced Herbert’s jail time by nine months because “He had not been given enough credit for his guilty plea and had shown an element of remorse”.
So much for Labour’s TOUGH ON CRIME.
The justice system is slanted toward the criminal and not the victim.
Despair Of Judge.
Recorder Shaun Smith hit out at sentencing guidelines which stopped him jailing a burglar who terrorised a heavily pregnant mother.
The judge said “The public must think we’ve all gone mad or soft” as he let burglar Dominic Wong walk free.
The maximum penalty for burglary is 14 years, but the guideline is that a first time burglar who has not used violence is given a community order.
Another example of Justice Minister, Jack Straw’s “support the criminal” approach.
Prisoners Freed Early Committed Murder.
Convicts who should still have been behind bars have committed 3 murders while out on Labour’s early release scheme to ease prison overcrowding.
Jack Straw EXPRESSED REGRET over the policy that allows early release even though prisoners have not reached the half way point of their sentence.
More prisons are needed, especially high security prisons, where murderers and criminals who commit violent crimes are sentenced to long jail terms without parole or early release.
Prison must be a punishment where criminals are taken off the streets to protect innocent victims.
Feasts For Child Killers.
Child killers, Roy Whiting and Robert Black, both Category A prisoners at Wakefield Prison will eat their way through one mouth watering feast after another at Christmas this year.
Why should these killers be given such lavish treatment at the taxpayer’s expense when thousands of OAPs and people on low incomes are struggling to put food on the table and pay council tax, heating and lighting bills.

Health Trusts in England and Wales vary in their approach to the TOP-UP system where a patient pays to top-up life saving drugs.
Some Trusts REFUSE to treat a patient who buys life saving drugs.
Why?
A patient who chooses to raise capital on his/her home or sells personal possessions to pay for these drugs is being discriminated against.
This approach by these Trusts is nothing but vindictiveness.

Islamic courts have now been cleared to deal with family and divorce disputes in England.

Immigration minister Phil Woolas has renaged on his promise to crack down on foreign workers, claiming that there should be a cap on immigration.
His latest statement is “Sorry if people are confused”.

Paedophile Rapes Boy While On Bail.
Judge Julian Hall released paedophile David Cullen on bail while awaiting trial on child sex charges.
Cullen went on to rape a 10 year old boy one day after his release.
Judge Hall has a history of controversy related to paedophiles. He told one Eric Cole who put his hands down a 6 year old girls trousers that he should buy the girl a bicycle to cheer her up, describing the man’s action as MILD. On another occasion Hall told a paedophile who raped a young boy that he would be free in only four months.
Judge Hall should be sacked.
Vigilante Justice?
Drugged up Dwayne Ayres was convicted of killing two young people ages 15 and 18 years by dangerous driving.
Ayres was sentenced to only two and a half years and sent to jail in October last year.
Just days after his release having served less than half his sentence, Ayres was attacked and stabbed to death.
Maybe this was vigilante justice. The Court certainly did not deliver justice.
Illegal Immigrant Killer Cannot Be Deported.
Illegal immigrant, Ahsan Sabri drove through a red light at 60 MPH and killed Sophie Warne.
Sabri was not insured and did not have a driving licence.
The Immigration Tribunal has tried to deport Sabri back to Pakistan, but because he married a British woman, the High Court said that he could not be deported because it would breach his right to a family life.
This decision has set a precedent in which anyone facing deportation simply needs to marry a British person in order to stay in the UK.
Human rights for killers, but none for their victims.

OAP, 84 year old William Grove tackled two masked robbers who smashed a jeweller’s window.
There were 50 people watching, but William was the only one who had the courage to take action. Those who watched should be ashamed of themselves.
The police are hunting for two black youths.
Well done William. YOU are the hero. The ones who watched are cowards.
Public Sector Pensions Will Cost £1 TRILLION.
Public sector pensions will cost £1 Trillion, figures obtained under the Freedom of Information Act have revealed.
This is 15 times more than for the private wealth creating sector.
This is at a time when Gordon Brown’s tax raid on pension funds has taken £17,000 from every worker’s retirement savings.
Council taxpayers in England and Wales are each contributing an average £226 towards the pensions of local government workers even though public sector workers earnings have overtaken the private sector by 13.6%.
More Military Equipment Failures.
The latest equipment failure is the Army’s 7.62mm chain guns, which are mounted on 800 Warrior armoured vehicles.
These guns can fire ten rounds without warning and have failed on numerous occasions.
Suspicions were first raised back in 2003, when the gun fired at Sgt Albert Thompson causing him to be severely wounded and having a leg amputated.
The MOD blamed the gunner, but it was later proven that the gun was at fault.
Minister Blames Army Commanders.
Quentin Davies, who was made defence equipment minister last month spoke out after an SAS commander accused the MOD of ignoring his warnings about vehicle safety.
Major Sebastion Morley accused the Government and top brass of GROSS NEGLIGENCE for allowing troops to go into battle without the best equipment. He was referring to the light “snatch” landrovers left over from Northern Ireland, which have little or no armour.
Davies blamed commanders in the field for using the wrong vehicles. There are no other vehicles with safe armour.
Blair promised that our troops would have whatever they need. Blair lied.
Our troops have to fight with helicopters without winches, vehicles lacking armour, guns that fail, not enough body armour, lack of night vision glasses. The list goes on and on.
Both Blair and Brown are guilty of a cavalier attitude towards our troops.
Both Blair and Brown should be charged with criminal negligence and the manslaughter of all British troops killed in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Cambridgeshire Police Too Busy To Help.
Victim Mark Ward spotted a thief stealing from his shop.
Mark knew the drill - apprehend the suspect, call the police and wait for help.
But after a 2 hours wait in which he made four 999 calls, Mark bundled the thief into his van and took him to the local police station.
During the 2 hour wait, Mark was told that officers were too busy and advised him “You can let him go if you want”.
Mark should be applauded for his fight against crime and Cambridgeshire police condemned for their stupidity.
Drivers To Pay Even When Innocent.
Legislation has been proposed to change the law, so that drivers who challenged speeding fines should be made to pay their legal bills if they win their case.
This proposal is a breach of fundamental legal principles and would see successful defendants lose their century-old right to claim back their costs.
If a person proves their innocence he/she should not have to pay for it.
Government Agency Security Foul-Up.
The Security Industry Authority which vets and issues licenses to security guards has admitted that some of its own staff have not been vetted.
This is a major breach of one of the pillars of our security apparatus.

The EU, which owns most of our energy suppliers is ripping off UK citizens.
Energy bills are rising more than twice as fast as in mainland Europe.

Bici was sent to a UK hospital for treatment and is now healthy.

Credit Cards Interest Rates Increased.
Despite the recent interest drop to 3%, banks and stores have INCREASED credit and debit card interest charges.
The average interest rate for these cards is now a massive 17.6%.
High street chain shops, Principles, Karen Millen and Oasis now charge a huge 28.9%.
Gordon Brown MUST get to grips with this rip-off.
There is no excuse for such high interest charges.
Blackburn And Darwin Dustbin Gestapo.
Gary Rostron placed his wheelie bin outside his home on the correct day, at the correct time and place, then set off to work.
When Gary returned home he was astounded to receive a £60 fixed penalty notice for “incorrectly placing rubbish bags beside his collecting receptacle”.
Gary phoned the council to explain that the bags were INSIDE his wheelie bin and that the bin must have been knocked over.
The council were not interested and took Gary to court when he refused to pay the £60 fixed penalty.
The cost of court action was £5,000 to the taxpayer.
Blackburn Magistrates found Gary not guilty.
Well done Gary. Gary would have had a criminal record had he given in to the Blackburn and Darwin dustbin Gestapo.
Benefit Cheat Caught.
Benefit cheat Brian Riley dishonestly claimed £30,000 in benefits.
Riley spent the money buying a holiday home in Sri Lanka.
Bradford Crown Court sentenced Riley to 8 months jail. The local Authority are trying to reclaim the money obtained by crook Riley.
DVLA Still Selling Our Data.
The DVLA is still selling the names and addresses of motorists to wheel-clamping firms without carrying out checks on backgrounds and credentials despite a Government promise to introduce tougher controls.
This means that rogue clamping firms have access to your private details.
We are not surprised at this government failure. Just look at their record on personal data protection so far.
Shopkeeper Cleared.
Shopkeeper Tony Singh was targeted by knife wielding robber Liam Kilroe who tried to steal Tony’s shop takings.
Kilroe smashed his way into Tony’s car and demanded the money.
Tony refused to hand over his money. A fight started when Tony was threatened with the knife. In defending himself Kilroe was fatally stabbed.
Police had originally arrested Mr Singh, but later recommended he not be prosecuted.
At last common sense has been shown.
The tide is slowly turning. Some police forces are not prosecuting victims who defend themselves.
Schoolboy Rapists.
Nine schoolboys some as young as 13 years are facing years behind bars for carrying out a gang-rape on a girl age 14.
The girl’s “offence” was she had disrespected the gang’s leader.
We wait to see what jail sentences will be handed down.
Wages Docked To Pay Legal Bills.
We reported earlier that drivers who challenge speeding fines and win their appeal will have to pay legal costs even though they have been proven innocent.
The Government is now considering extending this principle to all criminal offences.
This means that families who are proven innocent will have to pay legal costs by having their wages docked or raising a mortgage on their homes.
This is a tax on justice.
However if a person is proven guilty then they will have to contribute toward their legal cost which in our opinion is justified, but not, if proven innocent.
Prince William Deceived His C.O.
Remember Prince William’s infamous Chinook flight where he flew the helicopter to the Isle of Wight to attend a wedding reception, having diverted to pick up Prince Harry on the way.
It has now emerged that William deceived his Commanding Officer by filing a false flight plan and not telling him the true nature of the flight.
William then let his C.O. take the blame for the misuse of RAF aircraft.
We believe that William abused his position and took the cowards way out.
Troops May Leave Iraq By Next April.
Cabinet Minister, Douglas Alexander revealed that British troops may leave Iraq by next April.
These troops must NOT be sent to Afghanistan, certainly without at least 6 months break and definitely not to the Congo.
We all know that Tony Blair was George Bush’s poodle are took orders to send British troops to Iraq.
Let us hope that Gordon Brown does not turn into the new U.S President Barack Obama’s lap dog by sending more troops to Afghanistan.

Did you see Gordon Brown at the Remembrance Service to honour the British troops killed and wounded since the first world war?
No doubt he had to be there with his sour expression, looking as if he really cared.
This is the man who for the last 12 years starved our troops of money so desperately needed to buy the best equipment for the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Haringey Council Neglect Causes Death Of Baby P.
Baby P. aged 17 months was murdered at the hands of his mother, stepfather and a lodger, Jason Owen.
Baby P. was systematically tortured and beaten. had her bones broken, her fingers crushed, her nails pulled out and was used as a punch bag.
HARINGEY COUNCIL knew of the abuse yet did nothing and will not be held accountable.
THE DOCTOR: Dr Sabah Al Zayyat.
Baby P. was examined by Doctor Sabah Al Zayyat two days before his death. She FAILED to spot that Baby P. was paralysed from a broken spine.
THE SOCIAL WORKER: Maria Ward.
Bungling Maria Ward was Baby P’s social worker for 6 months before she died and FAILED to spot the abuse.
SOCIAL WORKER: Sylvia Henry.
Henry took part in the decision to return Baby P. to his mother.
TEAM LEADER: Gillie Christou.
Christou who is in charge of Haringey’s social workers, stated that Baby P. should stay at home.
THE COUNCIL CHIEF: Sharon Shoesmith.
Shoesmith, chair of Haringey Local Safeguarding Children Board blamed Baby P’s death on legal advice.
We say the following MUST take place:
1) Dr. Sabah Al Zayyat to be hauled before the General Medical Council and struck off for life.
2) Social worker, Maria Ward to be charged with Negligent Homicide and Depraved Indifference and then to be sacked without pension and financial compensation.
3) Team Leader, Gillie Chtistou, the same as Ward and Henry.
4) Council Chief, Shoesmith must be sacked without pension and financial compensation.
Over 60 visits were paid to Baby P. and nobody took any action to prevent her death.
This is yet another case of Local Authorities negligence where no one person is held accountable.
We say again that there MUST be ONE person in charge who has authority to act, backed up by the law, and that one person takes full responsibility and is accountable for all outcomes.
The public sector is notorious for multi-agency approaches and collective decision making. It does NOT work.

Shahrokh Mireskandari, the crooked lawyer at the centre of Scotland Yard’s race war, is facing investigations into his qualifications and conduct and the running of his law firm.
Mireskandari was involved with the Tarique Ghaffur affair, sueing Sir Ian Blair for racial discrimination.
Police Cannot Name Convicted Criminals.
The police Serious Organised Crime Agency (Britain’s FBI) wants to publicise the names of convicted drug gangs, people traffickers and Mr Bigs.

Desert Rat Grandfather Foils Thief.
Two thieves pounced on 77 year old Ernest Wotton, a former WW2 Desert Rat and tried to steal his money that he had withdrawn from a cashpoint.
They assumed that Ernest was an easy target, but the thieves did not anticipate how fit Ernest was or that he was a former hero soldier.
Undeterred by the thieves size, Ernest tackled them and retrieved his money.
Needless to say the cowards fled empty handed.

War hero, 89 year old Navy Veteran, Bob Schofield suffered horrific facial injuries when he confronted cowardly burglars who ransacked his home just hours after he returned from a Remembrance Day service.

Civil Servants posted to Iraq and Afghanistan are given more free time to recover from their “exertions” of working in a war zone, than troops fighting on the front line.
British troops are given 24 HOURS to decompress after completing their 6 month tour.
Foreign Office staff are given 2 WEEKS to decompress after just seven weeks in the zone even though they are several hundred miles away from the front line.

Two more Royal Marines have been killed in Afghanistan bringing the total number of British troops killed in that country to 124.

Haringey Council Cover-Up.
Haringey Council, in charge of Baby P who we now was named Peter, is in the process of operating a massive cover-up.
Social worker Sylvia Henry, found a suitable foster home for Baby Peter, but was overruled.
Social service worker Nevres Kemal warned ministers through her solicitor about Baby Peter. For that she was disciplined, sacked and legally gagged.
Letters were sent to Health Secretary Patricia Hewitt, with copies to Ministers Rosie Winterton, Ivan Lewis and Tottenham MP David Lammy.
Hewitt passed her letter to Education Minister, Alan Johnson.
Johnson passed the letter to Dame Denise Platt, Commission for Social Care Inspection.
The letter was then sent back to Haringey Council which investigated and concluded that “We are satisfied the Council had dealt properly with the case”.
Clive Preece, Head of Children in Need and Safeguarding Services decided to return Baby Peter to his mother.
During all this time there has been claim and counter-claim as to who said what and who made decisions.
We ask why there is a gagging order on naming Baby Peter’s mother and stepfather, but not on the lodger Jason Owen.
The mother age 27 yrs is now in Holloway jail.
The stepfather is age 32 yrs.
The lodger age 36 yrs has been moved from Brixton jail to Wandsworth jail following threats to his life.

Rapist’s Human Rights Came First.
Naomi Bryant was killed by a rapist who had been freed from a life sentence because his human rights were placed ahead of protecting the public.
Naomi’s mother, Verna Bryant has won the right to find out why the murdering rapist Anthony Rice, was allowed to have his human rights placed ahead of the public’s protection.
Hampshire Coroner Grahame Short will deliver a “narrative verdict” in which he will be free to criticise all those involved for the litany of blunders that allowed Rice his freedom.
Those to be called include the Ministry of Justice, probation service, parole board and MAPPA, a panel of police and other experts supposed to supervise freed dangerous men.

Despite promises that ID cards will be voluntary and that citizens will not have to carry them, a little known clause in the draft “immigration and citizenship” bill will introduce new powers to make people produce identity documents or face arrest.

France is to fly it’s illegal Afghan immigrants back to Afghanistan.
BUT the UK is footing the bill. A group on illegals rounded up in Calais will be the first of a planned series of deportation charter flights leaving Stansted for Kabul at a cost to the British taxpayer of £200,000.
Successive flights are likely to run into £Millions.
No doubt the French would not stop these illegals trying to enter the UK if we did not pay for their deportation.
Police With Convictions Keep Their Jobs.
The list of crimes committed by police officers relating to the Hampshire Police Force include common assault, theft, criminal damage, possession of an offensive weapon, drunk and disorderly conduct, actual bodily harm, discharging a firearm, benefit fraud and possession of cannabis plants.
This pattern is likely to represent the rest of the UK’s police forces.
This is a TWO TIER SYSTEM OF JUSTICE. One law for the police and another for the general public.
Jack Straw, our Justice Minister and Home Secretary Jacqui Smith MUST investigate these claims and make sure that no police officer convicted of firearms and other serious crimes are allowed to continue serving as police officers.
New Fleet Of Armoured Cars For Brown And Ministers.
Gordon Brown and “key” Ministers are to be protected by a new fleet of armoured limousines at a cost of more than £2 Million.
At least 10 high-security BMWs will be purchased and designed to protect Gordon Brown, Straw, Smith, Miliband and not least the Defence secretary John Hutton.
These mobile fortresses will be equiped with bomb proof armour capable of withstanding roadside bombs, bullet proof windows, run-flat tyres and a speed up to 150mph.
Also fitted will be remote ignition starting, automatic shutting of vents and pure oxygen systems.
Government Ministers know how to look after themselves which is more than they know how to provide our troops with the equipment needed.

Another British soldier has been killed in Afghanistan. The soldier from the Royal Ghurka Rifles was blown up in a “SAFE” Warrior armoured personnel carrier.
This soldiers death brings the total number of British troops killed in both Iraq and Afghanistan to 301.

Turkish Hepatitis Sex Fiend.
Turkish sex fiend, Ercan Yasar knowingly infected an innocent woman with Hepatitis B when he had unprotected sex with her.
Yasar knew that he was infected but did not tell the woman. She fell ill and spent a considerable time in hospital, but even though she has at present recovered she will always carry the virus which can cause fatal liver cirrhosis and cancer for the rest of her life.
The Judge, Recorder Neil Ford QC sentenced Yasar to 2 years in jail and recommended that he be deported.
This sentence is far too short. No doubt Yasar will exercise his human rights and some sleazy lawyer will make sure that he is not deported.
Yobs Jailed For Placing Block On Rail Line.
Joe Lynch age 16, and Thomas Kerr age 17 were both sentenced to 1 year at a youth offenders institute for having laid a concrete block in the path of a train carrying 150 passengers.
These two idiots have a history of causing damage to trains.
What were their parents doing when their children were causing criminal damage and putting lives at risk?
Illegals Issued With Visas.
Bungling Home Office officials issued 300,000 visas to illegal immigrants including more than 45,000 short term visas issued by British embassies abroad.
This makes a mockery of Jaqui Smith’s claim that the “Government has a grip on immigration”.
Officials are under pressure to issue visas rather than reject applications because of “productivity targets”.
Lawyers Play The Asylum System.
There is a growing industry of lawyers who work the asylum system, clogging up the courts with appeal after appeal.
These lawyers are undermining the Government’s attempts to control immigration into the UK.
Other Lawyers Play The Human Rights System.
Another group of lawyers (sleaze-bags) play the human rights system.
There are plenty of lawyers who like to make money by defending criminals, both British and foreign, by claiming that their human rights would be infringed if they are named, had their photographs published, not freed early, not given luxuries in jail or deported.
This particular group are more concerned with making money than true justice for victims.
BNP Members Named On Net.
The entire membership of the BNP has been named on the net.
Whatever one thinks about the BNP, it is still a legal political party enjoying membership of Police Officers, Members of the Armed Forces, Church of England, Leading Businessmen and Civil Servants.
Some people such as police officers are banned from joining the BNP.
We do not agree with certain groups being forbidden to join a legal political party.
Membership of the Conservative, Labour and Liberal Democratic parties is not forbidden.
As we said, whatever one thinks of the BNP views, until the BNP is made illegal, people should be free to join.
Banks Cash In On Credit Crunch.
Banks are cashing in on the credit crunch by pushing up interest rates to as high as 17% on overdrafts and handing out credit cards with interest of nearly 19%.
Banks and credit card companies also encourage use of their card cheques which carry an interest charge of 24% on each cheque, even though a customer pays their balance in full.
We recommend that you NEVER pay a bill by using a credit card cheque.
Gordon Brown MUST act now to protect victims of bank greed.
It is not only private citizens who are made to suffer but small businesses who are at the mercy of the banks.
One possible solution is for the Government to operate a “Public Taxpayer Bank” which could lend to small businesses at say 2% above current bank rate.
This option would help thousands of small firms and save them from going out of business.
The bank rate is now 3% and is expected to drop to 1% in the near future.

Blair The Lawbreaker?
Five years too late, former Lord Chief Justice, Lord Bingham said that Britain’s invasion of Iraq was “A serious violation of international law and the rule of law”.
Given that his statement is correct and taken to it’s logical conclusion, this means that Tony Blair and those such as Alastair Campbell who aided and abetted him should be facing charges before an international tribunal and held accountable for the deaths of 176 British troops and the wounding of many hundreds more.
Killers Of British Troops.
Two Iraqis, Faisal Al-Saadoon and Khalaf Mufdhi accused of torturing and killing two British soldiers, Staff Sergeant Simon Cullingworth and Sapper Luke Allsop are currently being held at Britain’s base in Iraq.
The Iraqis’ lawyer Karon Monaghan QC has launched a legal bid, claiming they are in danger of torture and the death penalty if Britain hand them over to the Iraqi justice system.
Monaghan claims that to hand the two Iraqis over to the Iraqi justice system would violate their human rights.
Has Monaghan not considered the human rights of Simon and Luke who were tortured for hours and then shot?

Baby Peter Case Details Cover-Up.
Children’s Secretary Ed Balls originally refused to release the serious case review on Baby P based on legal advice and a ruling by information Commissioner Richard Thomas.
Balls said that giving the Opposition access to the confidential report, which includes details of Haringey Council’s handling of the case would risk identifying the professionals involved. No doubt infringing their human rights.
Following the reply by Richard Thomas, who said “The law does allow for some information to be shared and Parliamentary scrutiny is very important, Data protection isn’t a barrier to that”, Balls has agreed to release the report to selected MPs.
These MPs must read the report on “privy council terms”, meaning they must keep its contents secret.
WHY is the report such a secret? Does it reveal a total disregard for children’s lives or does it reveal utter incompetence by employees of Haringey Council?

It has emerged that Tracey Connelly enjoyed a Halloween party in 2007 while in jail and at the time that her son, Peter was given a pauper’s funeral.
It has also been claimed that Tracey Connelly will be given protection when and if she leaves jail.
The basis of her application for lifelong anonymity is Article 2 of the Human Rights Act, the right to life, and Article 8, the right to privacy and family life.
Perhaps the sleazy lawyers representing her should think of Baby Peter’s loss of those same rights.
ID Card Fines.
Now that ID cards are back on the agenda, the Government has stated that holders will be required to notify the National Identity Register of changes to the personal data that it holds.
If you don’t you will be fined £1,000.
Don’t Call The Police, Call The AA.
When a gang of yobs rolled his girlfriend’s parked car on its side, Simon White thought that the police would catch the criminals.
Despite considerable damage to the vehicle and the risk of fire and explosion caused by leaking petrol, the Bloxwich, West Midlands police told Simon to call the AA or Green Flag and the fire brigade.
The police said that this was not a serious crime.
Those same police officers would have jumped on Simon if he had sorted out these criminals, no doubt arresting him and given him a criminal record.
Drunk Driver Gets 9 Years For Two Deaths.
Drunken killer driver Mary Butres, driving at 113 mph careered into victims Mark Crompton and Jodie Brown, who were then hurled into the air and killed instantly.
Butres’ lover, John Nichols also well over the limit, encouraged Butres to drive knowing that she was drunk, was also jailed.
Butres received 9 years and Nichols received 5 years.
These sentences are NOT justice. Both will be free when they have served just half their time.
Drunk Driver Avoids Jail.
Genevieve Kyle has escaped jail after being caught driving with more than 4 times the legal alcohol limit.
Not only was she drunk but she was driving without insurance and only having a provisional licence.
Magistrate Dick Soper at Bury St Edmunds court said “This is one of the highest readings we have had in this court”.
Soper’s verdict sends out the wrong message. Kyle should have been jailed.
Savages Get 5 Years For Attack.
Drugged up, drunken savages, Darren Wheeler age 19 and Stuart Kisby age 18, kicked and stamped on Stephen Swallow.
Stephen’s injuries include a fractured skull, jaw so badly smashed that it hung loose from his head, a badly damaged eye socket and nose.
Stephen’s face had to be reconstructed.
Lincoln Crown Court sentenced Wheeler and Kisby to 5 and a half years jail.
Again this is not justice. What did victim Stephen do to cause these vile yobs to turn on him?
Let us hope that true justice will be meted out when these thugs are released in three years time.
Jailed Muslims Treated To £3,000 Curry Meals.
Muslim prisoners at Whitemoor jail in Cambridgeshire were treated to £3,000 worth of curry meals after they complained that in-house cooking was not tasty enough.
Prison officers drove 40 miles to buy the meals from the Roti Food Bar in Peterborough to provide 150 Muslims with beef madras and lamb rogan josh.
Not only did the prisoners enjoy such service but 50 members of Whitemoor staff had the same luxury.
Why give Muslim prisoners such special treatment?
Jack Straw our “Justice Minister” really loves his prisoners and will do anything to give them an easy life before they are released early.
It is a pity that Britain’s OAPs don’t enjoy such luxuries on their meagre pensions.
Freed Foreign Convicts Can Stay In The UK.
Well over 40% of foreign convicts have been told that they can stay in the UK.
Less than 33% of the original foreign criminals released by mistake without deportation orders have actually been kicked out.
Over 9% of these criminals have not been traced.
These figures make a mockery of Gordon Brown’s claim to control crime and immigration.

North Wales Police Torture Dogs.
Constables Craig Macleod and Anja Mason, both of North Wales Police Force were captured on video by a neighbour carrying out sustained torture on dogs.
Over 240 hours of video tape showed these criminals kicking, hitting and violently pulling the pets from the ground.
Macleod and Mason admitted the abuse and were banned from keeping animals for 5 years.
Magistrate Wendy Gibbs should have jailed these two police officers. Cruelty to animals is a criminal offence.
This adds to the list of police officers convicted of crimes still being allowed to retain their jobs.
One law for the police and another for the rest of us.
Killer Jailed For Life.
Maninder Pal Singh Kohli was convicted of the horrific killing of Hannah Foster.
Mr Justice Smith at Winchester Crown Court sentenced Kohli to life in prison for the kidnap, rape and murder of Hannah, and was told that he must serve a minimum of 24 years before he was eligible for parole.
Kohli should stay in prison for the rest of his life.
In the absence of the death penalty, a sentence of life in prison MUST mean that the convicted person should stay in jail for the rest of his/her life.
Kohli was given 24 years for murder, 12 years for rape and 6 years for false imprisonment and kidnap, all to run concurrently.
These should be consecutive sentences, i.e following continuously.
Coach Driver Jailed For 3 Deaths.
Philip Rooney a National Express coach driver has been jailed for 5 years for causing the deaths of 3 passengers.
Rooney was driving at 55 mph in a 40 mph zone, and at the same time talking to his passengers over the public address system when he lost control of his bus.
The double decker bus overturned killing 3 passengers and injuring 65 others, 4 of whom had to have amputations.
The judge at Oxford Crown Court has NOT given justice to those killed and injured.
Rooney should have been given 14 years for each passenger that he killed. As it is he will be free in 2 & a half years. That is 10 MONTHS for each death.
Highlands Keystone Cops.
Ever vigilant, Scotland’s Highland Northern Constabulary raided the remote cottage owned by 79 year old widow, Lulu Matherson, and seized prized tomato plants believing them to be a cannabis factory.
Police with sniffer dogs burst through Lulu’s door, searched her house and impounded her pet dogs.
These same clowns then went to a caravan next door where Lulu’s nephew lived and searched that as well after handcuffing him first.
Scotland’s Keystone cops took samples of the tomato plant to be sent for analysis even though nice red tomatoes were growing on the stems.
We understand that a formal complaint has been lodged against the police.
Say Sorry And You’r Let Off.
Justice Minister David Hanson is proposing that teenage thieves, vandals, muggers and burglars will escape any punishment and criminal record if they say SORRY.
The Youth Justice Board Chairman, Frances Done who supports this proposal is quoted as saying “ It gives a young person who offends for the first time a chance to take responsibility for their actions and improve their behaviour “.
Done should rephrase that “ A young person who is CAUGHT for the first time.....”.
Done has not considered the victims of young thugs who carry out muggings and burglaries. Often the victims are old people and end up terrified.
Again the human rights of criminals come before those of victims.

Norfolk Christian Police Officer Sacked.
We reported earlier this year about the blatant support for homosexuals and the sexual preferences of some Norfolk police officers.
A Christian Norfolk police officer, PC Graham Cogman has been sacked for standing up for his belief that homosexuality is a sin.
Graham was bombarded at work by emails and posters promoting homosexual rights and events.
Graham responded to the “politically correct” campaign by sending emails back to his colleagues quoting religious texts and suggesting homosexual sex was a sin.
The result of defending his beliefs was that he was sacked from his job.
Graham should appeal his sacking and take the Chief Constable to an employment tribunal on the grounds that he has been harassed over his Christian beliefs.
If Graham was a Muslim he would never have been sacked.
Blind Man Given Parking Fine.
Mark White of Welling, Kent has been registered as blind with Bexley council for 4 years and gave up his driving licence 15 years ago.
Mark was hounded by bailiffs for a parking fine on a car that did not belong to him.
Mark contacted the police and DVLA to explain the situation, however a council worker told Mark that he could not be removed from their enquiries.
Only after Mark contacted a local newspaper was the problem resolved.
It appears that common sense is not high on the list of both Bexley council and the Kent police job requirements.
Tory MP Says Recession Can Be Good For Us.
Shadow Health Secretary Andrew Lansley claimed on the official Tory website that the recession can be good for us.
He wrote that “People tend to smoke less, drink less, eat less rich food and spend more time at home with their families”.
Like so many of our MPs who make written or verbal gaffes, Mr Lansley should think before he issues statements.
For someone who earns £63,291 a year as an MP, owns a £700,000 flat in London and a constituency home in Cambridge, plus no doubt claiming second home expences and who has a paid directorship with a marketing firm, the recession will make very little difference to his lifestyle.
We understand that an apology has been issued and the statement withdrawn from the website.
However what was stated is true from a health perspective.

Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge has made £920,000 from parking fees from patients, visitors and staff in just 6 MONTHS, and that is after the car park operators took their cut.
This is equivalent to nearly £2 Million per year.
This exorbitant charge on the sick and their families is nothing but a stealth tax fully supported by none other than Andrew Lansley MP.
Scotland and Wales have abolished hospital parking charges, so why do the English still have to pay?
Baby P Witch Hunt?
Local Government Chairman Margaret Eaton has stated that a witch hunt for people to blame for the Baby P tragedy could cause a shortage in skilled child protection professionals.
We do NOT agree with Eaton’s view. There MUST be a “witch hunt” so that the people responsible can be identified and sacked.
The true professional has nothing to fear if he/she is doing their job properly.
More often than not, it is the senior manager who makes the fatal decision and not the person in the field, and as such the senior manager must be held accountable.

London Parking Control Ltd Clamps Ambulance.
Joan George a driver for the Royal Free Hospital stopped outside her clinic for 1 minute to set down a patient when her ambulance was clamped by a foolish operator from London Parking Control Ltd. (LPC)
A spokesman from LPC said that an ambulance was a private vehicle and that they were not exempt from parking fines.

Failing Hospital Chief Enjoys 80% Increase In Pay.
Barnet and Chase Farm hospitals Chief Executive Averil Dongworth is enjoying annual benefits of £292,000 a staggering increase of 80%.
This increase is despite a threatened cut to front-line services and recent criticism for poor hygiene.
Two other bosses, Medical Director Richard Harrison received a pay rise of 25.5% bringing his total salary to £246,500 and Director of performance and planning , Mary Joseet earns £206,300 a year.
Revenge By The SBS.
Following the killings of two Royal Marines, Neil Dunstan and Robert McKibben two weeks ago the SBS vowed to avenge their deaths.
The SBS team tracked down Mullah Asad, leader of fanatics in Garmsir Afghanistan, then called in two Apache helicopters.
The Apaches followed Asad who could not hide and gunned him down.
Three weeks ago, the SBS in a similar operation tracked down and killed another senior Taliban commander, Mullah Mashar.

£200,000 For Army Lesbian --- £160,000 For War Hero.
Army lesbian, Lance Bombardier Kerry Fletcher was awarded £186,896 from the MOD at the Leeds tribunal after Staff Sgt Ian Brown pestered her for a threesome.
Compare this sum to that awarded to Marine Ben McBean who received £160,000 after he lost an arm and a leg in Afghanistan.
Fletcher’s feelings were hurt but she will get over it and continue her life as if nothing happened, claiming that she is ecstatic at the £186,896 award.
Hero Ben will not get over having lost his arm and leg.
Fletcher’s award is obscene and an injustice to a real hero.

The devastating report laid bare a catalogue of failures at Haringey Council which led to the death of Baby Peter.
SHARON SHOESMITH, Director of children’s services---removed from office.

LIZ SANTRY, Cabinet member for children and young people---resigned.
CLIVE PREECE, Head of children in need and safeguarding---suspended.
CECILIA HITCHEN, Deputy to Shoesmith---suspended.
MARIA WARD, Social worker---facing review.
SYLVIA HENRY, Senior social worker---facing review.
GILLIE CHRISTOU, Social worker supervisor---facing review.
Shoesmith is threatening to sue if she is sacked, despite her being suspended on full pay and heading the catalogue of council failures.
Henry was one of the social workers criticised in the Victoria Climbie inquiry.
THE INSPECTORS DAMNING VERDICT,
1) Assessments fail to identify immediate risk of harm, or to act on that risk.
2) Child protection plans for vulnerable children are poor.
3) Record keeping on case files poor and inconsistent.
4) Front-line workers not monitored and quality of work inconsistent.
5) Social workers, health officials and police failed to communicate on vulnerable child assessments.
6) Managers rely too heavily on form-filling to meet and measure performance.
7) Poor leadership by councillors and officials of child protection.
8) Managerial failure to act on recommendations made by the Victoria Climbie inquiry.
9) Lack of an independent chairman of safeguarding children board which heads inquiries into child deaths.
10) Performance not scrutinised and managers not supported or challenged enough.
The original so called “independent” inquiry has been dismissed as a whitewash. The true facts are slowly emerging.
This is another example where councils love multi-agency approaches. This case proves our contention that a multi-agency approach does NOT work.
Multi-agency ensures a cover-up, ensures that NO ONE individual is accountable and that NO ONE individual takes responsibility.
In every multi-agency approach, each agency often fails to communicate resulting in a total lack of co-ordination and resultant failure.
Gordon Brown’s Police State Has Arrived.
Brown’s Gestapo acting under “Terrorism legislation” arrested Tory Immigration spokesman, Damien Green.
Brown’s Gestapo carried out 4 simultaneous raids on Mr Green’s homes and offices.
When arrested Mr Green was fingerprinted and required to give a DNA sample, and then after 9 hour he was released on bail.
The reason that our terror police arrested Mr Green is that it was alleged that he leaked stories to the media and that of “conspiracy to commit misconduct in public office”.
The leaked stories and misconduct refer to Mr Green’s assertions that the Government did not publish true figures related to the numbers of immigrants entering the UK, all of which can be found under the freedom of information act.
Mr Green was performing his duty as an opposition MP i.e exposing Government lies.
THE QUESTIONS THAT NEED ANSWERING ARE:
1) Did Gordon Brown know in advance of the police terror raids?
2) Did Jaqui Smith know in advance?
3) Did Jack Straw know in advance?
4) Did Speaker, Michael Martin know in advance?
If all four deny advance knowledge we doubt that anyone will believe them.

Cambridgeshire County Council Terror Tactics.
CONSERVATIVE controlled Cambridgeshire County Council used the full force of the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act (RIPA) to spy on young paper boys employed by the General Store in Melbourn, Cambridgeshire.
The council’s Gestapo carried out surveillance on schoolboys age 13 to 16 years as they were doing their paper round.
The council claimed that the store operators did not have correct permits to employ the youngsters, but the store claimed that it had complied with the regulations.
The result is that the store operators were taken to court and given a criminal record.
What appears to have been a simple mix-up with paper work turned into an abuse of power by Cambridgeshire County Council.
A simple visit or phone call would have sorted out the problem.
No doubt ALL county councillors will deny all knowledge prior to the event.
The RIPA powers were designed to tackle serious crime and terrorism, not to spy on people who make a simple paper work mistake.
Davy boy Cameron is the first to criticize the Government and the police for abuse of power, but he is obviously out of touch with the activities of his Conservative controlled Councils.
Conservative Councillor Is Ex IRA Gun Runner.
Maria Gatland, Education Chief of Conservative controlled Croydon Council, has been exposed as an ex IRA gun runner.
This appointment exposes a major loop-hole in Tory vetting procedures.
We understand that Gatland has resigned from the Conservative party and has stood down as a Councillor. She should have never been selected as a candidate in the first place.
De Menezes Shooting Cover-Up.
The cold blooded killing of Jean Charles de Menezes by Britain’s terror police when they shot this innocent victim 9 times at close range without verifying that he was a terrorist is about to be covered up.
The coroner, Sir Michael Wright has instructed the jury that they can only bring in an “OPEN VERDICT” or a “NARRATIVE VERDICT” but they must NOT bring in a verdict of unlawful killing.
To kill an innocent man by shooting him 9 times IS unlawful. It cannot be a mistake and the police cannot hide behind confused communications or that they were only obeying orders.
The coroner should not be able to tell a jury what they can or cannot decide. If the jury believe that the police killing was unlawful, then they should be free to bring in that verdict.
Police Kill Depressed Loner.
Once again police officers have killed an innocent unarmed man.
This time the killing took place at Guilford Cathedral.
There are numerous occasions when police have used deadly force and killed unarmed innocent victims.
Now there are plans to arm 10,000 front line police officers with stun guns. Most of these police officers would not be able to tell the difference between a chair leg and a child’s toy gun.
Do you trust our police officers enough to let them be armed knowing that a big percentage of them have criminal records themselves?
Heavy Handed Police Hound Reporter.
Sally Murrer, a news reporter was targeted by heavy handed police and charged with “Aiding and abetting misconduct in public life”.
The police from Milton Keynes pursued Sally using surveillance techniques and bugging her conversations subjecting her to 18 months of terrifying persecution, finally arresting her in front of her children and forcing her to be strip searched.
Sally’s offence, obtaining off-the-record information about local stories from a detective sergeant.
Sally walked free from Kingston Crown Court in November when the multi-million pound case collapsed after the judge said that European law protects journalists if police use bugs.
Convicted Sex Killer To Die Behind Bars.
Evil sex killer Peter Tobin age 62 was convicted of the horrific abduction, sexual assault and brutal killing of 15 year old Vicky Hamilton.
Judge Lord Emslie sentenced Tobin to a minimum of 30 years in jail.
Nine Schoolboy Rapists Named.
NINE schoolboys laughed as they took turns to rape a 14 year old girl.
The leader of this vicious feral pack is O’Neil Denton age 16. Six others have been named. Weiled Ibraham age 17, Yusuf Raymond 16, Jayden Ryan 16, Alexander Vanderpuije 15, Jack Bartle 16, Cleon Brown 15, and two others yet to be named.
The evil gang all from East London will be sentenced on Monday.
Let us hope that they are taken off the streets for at least 15 years.
Blow To Brown’s Police State.
Justice at last for the innocent.
The European Court of Human Rights has ruled against the British police and the Government, stating that the storing of DNA of innocent citizens is ILLEGAL.
The judges said that it was unlawful for the police to store swabs and fingerprints from suspects who are later cleared of any wrongdoing.
This ruling means that over 1 MILLION innocent people can now have their DNA removed from police data bases.
Home Office Minister, Jacque Smith said that she was disappointed by the ruling.
We as well as the British media, who value freedom, have campaigned long and hard to stop this Government’s steady erosion of our civil liberties.
The European judgement is a small step in retrieving our civil rights.
Big Brother Brown Wants To Know About Your Sex Life.
In an unprecedented intrusion into private life the Government is demanding to know the sexual preference of millions of British citizens.
Anyone questioned in a major national survey about their jobs, the food they buy or their fuel bills, will soon be asked whether they are heterosexual, gay(homosexual), bisexual or “other”.
This means that this question is almost certain to be asked in the 2011 census.

Feral Rape Gang Jailed.
Nine boys who raped a 14 year old girl have now been jailed.
Black teenager, O’Neil Denton and Weiled Ibrahim were given 7 years and 4 months.
Yusuf Raymond, 9 years jail.
Jayden Ryan, 8 years.
Alexander Vanderpuije, Jack Bartle and Cleon Brown were each given 6 years.
A boy age 16 received 3 years and 9 months and another boy age 14 received 2 years and 5 months.
These sentences are not justice, each should have received at least 10 years. If Straw has his way they will be released in less than half their time.
More Feral Rape Youths.
Three black youths were convicted of the vicious rape of a mentally retarded girl age 16.
Up to ten young men laughed and recorded their depravity on phone cameras and continued to laugh as they poured caustic soda on the girl in an attempt to destroy evidence.
Three of the youths were convicted of rape.
Rogel McMorris age 18, Jason Brew age 19 and Hector Muaimba age 20 will be sentenced next month.
Let us hope that they each receive a minimum of 15 years.
Prince Andrew’s Abuse Of Power.
Prince Andrew has been accused of abusing his position by ordering Royal Security Officers to collect stray golf balls while he (Andrew) practiced his strokes in the garden of Buckingham Palace.
Andrew is alleged to have routinely asked members of the Royal police squad to act as “ball boys”.
This is an abuse of power. Other “Royals” have so often been seen to use their position for their own self gratification. Is it any wonder that the Monarchy is no longer held in high esteem other than as a tourist attraction.
Rip Off Energy Companies.
Gas and electricity companies continue to rip-off their customers by retaining high prices.
Every time they increase prices they blame “global market forces”.
Since last summer gas prices have dropped by 50% and electricity prices have dropped by 44% together with oil prices lower by 66%.
WHY do our power bills continue to rise?
People who pay by direct debit often find that they are in credit, but the energy companies fail to reduce the payments.
You can ask for a cheque to refund the amount held in credit. It is your money.
Have Your Children Been CAFed?
Since April 1st hundreds of thousands of State employees, from police to teachers, youth and nursery workers, social workers, sports coaches and local authority employees have been entitled to interrogate children up to the age of 19, using the “Common Assessment Framework” (CAF).
CAF is a 60 section questionnaire asking about children’s sexual behaviour, their family’s structure and religion, views on discrimination, their friends, secret fears and feelings, family income and parent’s relationship.
Let us hope that the European Court of Human Rights outlaws this practice.
Brown, Straw and Smith would be “very disappointed”.
Northern Rock Stabs Home Owners In Back.
Northern Rock, the bank which started the credit collapse by offering 125% mortgages to people with little chance of paying back their loans and then being bailed out by the taxpayer to the tune of £ millions, has stabbed its own customers in the back.
Their repossessions have risen at a dramatic rate. In order to reclaim some money back, repossessed homes are being sold off as job lots with large discounts.
These discounts are up to 50% of true value.
Wigan Police Attack War Hero.
Yet another case has emerged showing how police officers attack and assault an innocent victim.
For 7 long years Mark Aspinall served his country, fighting in Iraq and Afghanistan, risking his life on a daily basis.
Lance Corporal Aspinall had gone out for a drink with friends and was feeling rather merry when the police arrived.
The local Gestapo thought that Mark was a troublemaker. Mark was thrown on to the road, his face ground down into the road and punches rained on him while police officers pinned him down during a terrifying ordeal lasting nearly 10 minutes.
Worse was to follow. The police charged Mark with assaulting police officers.
Mark was convicted by magistrates and ordered to do community service and pay compensation to the officers who attacked him.
Mark appealed and a Judge overturned the conviction, condemned the magistrates asking if they took any notice of CCTV footage proving that it was the police who attacked Mark.
This case shows the level of criminality with the police demonstrating that they think that they can assault innocent members of the public with impunity.
PC Peter Lightfoot and two other police officers are under investigation and should be thrown out of the force, or better still sent to the front line in Afghanistan.
HSBC Refused War Hero Car Insurance.
War hero, L/Cpl Joe Meecham had just returned home after a tour in Afghanistan having previously served in Iraq when he tried to obtain insurance for his car.
Underwriters HSBO refused Joe his requested insurance.
The reason given was that Joe drives a tank and other armoured vehicles.
War Heroes Must Walk A Mile For A Shower.
Wounded troops being treated at the Regional Rehabilitation Unit in Aldershot must walk over 1 mile if they want to have a shower.
The reason is that because of MOD cost cutting, all hot water facilities at the unit have been shut down.
Not only was there not hot water, but there was no transport to take the wounded troops to the unit’s leisure centre, leaving the troops to beg lifts or walk.
This is another example of Gordon Brown’s and his Government’s contempt for our brave troops.

Catalogue Of Police Errors.
The coroner at the inquest of Jean Charles de Menezes forbad the jury to return a verdict of unlawful killing by the police.
You remember that Jean Charles was held down by the police when they fired 7 shots into him.
The jury returned an open verdict on the death of the innocent Brazilian, making it clear that they did not believe the evidence given by the police.
The jury concluded that the police errors included:
1) The police lied when they claimed that they shouted a warning.
2) Rejected the police claim that Jean Charles walked towards them in a provocative manner.
3) Failure to provide good quality photographs of the TRUE terror suspect.
4) Failure to communicate views of surveillance officers.
5) Police managers did not know the position of firearms officers.
6) Failures in communications between the command centre and police teams on the ground.
More than 100 witnesses gave evidence making it clear that the police lied and colluded when preparing their own evidence.
The ammunition used was “hollow point” bullets which are designed to cause maximum damage to the body by expanding when they hit.
The main evidence from witnesses was that at no time was a warning given before police opened fire at close range.
This is not the first time that armed police officers have shot an innocent person.
Police Firearms Officer Kills During Demonstration.
Firearms police officer, PC David Micklethwaite was giving a firearms safety demonstration to 12 staff when he shot 51 year old Keith Tilbury in the chest with a large .44 Magnum revolver.
Any person, especially civilian sportsmen and women who has experience with and used handguns knows 2 basic rules.
1) Never point a gun at another person.
2) Always make sure the gun is unloaded.
Micklethwaite’s actions are sheer negligence. As an experienced firearms officer he should have known the basic rules.
Police Firearm Sent To Grandmother By Post.
Grandmother expected a horse harness to arrive by post.
She was left shocked and frightened when she unwrapped her parcel only to find that it contained a Heckler and Koch police assault rifle.
Another mistake by the police specialist firearms units.
Convicted Paedophile Stabbed To Death.
Andrew Cunningham, a convicted paedophile who had been jailed for raping a girl of 13 and recently accused of molesting a girl age 2 years, was found stabbed to death in his caravan.
True justice has been metered out, vigilante or not.
Rape Gang Member Stabbed To Death.
Steven Bigby age 22 was a member of the gang which raped a 16 year old girl and then poured caustic soda over her, was himself fatally stabbed to death before he could face justice.
The question to be asked. Why was Bigby out on bail awaiting trial after being charged with such an horrific crime?
We doubt if anyone will shed any tears over Bigby. True justice has been served.
Baby Peter--Sharon Shoesmith Sacked.
Haringey Council has sacked Sharon Shoesmith for her negligent handling of Baby Peter.
Shoesmith has lost her £100,000 job BUT retains her £1.5 Million pension pot.
She should have lost all rights to her pension as well as being sacked.
ASBO Thugs And Criminals Spared Jail.
Thousands of young thugs who breach ASBOS and criminals who steal to fund their drug habit will be spared jail under new sentencing rules.
So much for being “Tough on crime”.
Pensioner Fined After Police Knock Cigarette From His Hand.
Lazaris Michael, a 76 year old grandfather was left humiliated after being handed a £60 litter fine when his cigarette was knocked from his hand as he walked past a scuffle between police officers and shoplifters.
Before Lazaris could bend down to pick it up an over keen little Hitler from Margate, Kent Thanet council hit him with a £60 fixed penalty for littering.
When Lazaris appealed to the council to show common sense and drop the case they responded by threatening him with an even bigger fine.
Thanet Council’s environment chief, Shirley Tomlinson said “We are happy with the process that has been followed”.
Obviously Thanet along with many other councils funded by the taxpayer does not include common sense as a qualification for employment.
Amnesty For 180,000 Asylum Seekers.
Over 180,000 asylum seekers who have slipped through the net will be granted a “back door” amnesty to live in Britain.
They include failed refugees who should have been deported and immigrants whose claims have never been investigated.
Immigrants Force Up Council Tax.
More than 66% of councils are planning a massive council tax rise to cover the cost of growth in population caused by ever increasing immigration.
Councils argue that the increases are needed to cover extra demands placed on schools, hospitals, transport, social services and other “people provisions”.
UK Terror Plots Linked To Pakistan.
It has been revealed that 75% of UK terror plots are linked to al-Qaeda in Pakistan.
There are also fears that Britain’s large population of Pakistani origin is a recruiting ground for Islamic militants.
If this claim is true, then there is a good case to deport ALL persons of Pakistani origin, even if they are born in the UK, back to their ethnic country of Pakistan.
More Justice For Wounded Heroes.
Following a long campaign by us and the media, a little more justice has been obtained for our troops who have been wounded in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Ministers have announced that they are to double payouts for severely wounded troops.
The limit has been raised from £285,000 to £570,000.
Army Hit By Crisis As Troops Quit.
The army needs 20,000 extra troops to support units hit by illness, injury and soldiers quitting to save their marriages.
Our troops are over stretched in both Iraq and Afghanistan with tours of duty becoming more and more frequent.
The lack of support by Gordon Brown and this Government in their failure to provide a high salary, good medical facilities, modern married quarters and barracks and prompt modern up-to-date equipment have all contributed to the decline in numbers of our fighting men and women.
£1.5 Billion Cuts In Defence.
John Hutton, Defence Secretary, has announced a massive £1.5 Billion cut in the defence budget.
The numbers of much needed helicopters will be reduced.
Cancellation of armoured vehicles and communication equipment.
Delays with new aircraft carriers and replacements for outdated frigates.
The Government MUST reassess the role of British troops if they are cutting equipment.
More Blood On The Hands Of Brown And Blair.
Sadly 4 more young Marines have been killed in Afghanistan.
This brings the total number of British Troops killed in Afghanistan to 132.

Year End.
The year 2008 has brought little change.
The Government’s record on law and order is still abysmal. Crime is still rising, especially violent crime. Youth crime is now out of control, killings, maimings and violent assaults are on the increase.
This Government is still soft on crime, failing to jail first time burglars and those who commit violent crimes. Prisoners are still being let free early and sentences are far too short.
Our borders are still porous letting in thousands of illegal immigrants.
The criminal’s charter, disguised as the “Human Rights Act”, gives every right to the criminal but none to the victims of crime.
Jacqui Smith and Jack Straw still refuse to give citizens the right to defend themselves, their families and their property by any means without fear of being prosecuted and being sued by the criminal. There is a glimmer of hope. Some judges are starting to use common sense and justice (as opposed to the law) when giving victims who have been attacked the benefit of the doubt and stating that self defence was justified.
Gordon Brown still refuses to tackle the exorbitant interest rates that credit card companies charge their customers thus failing to help people get out of debt.
This Government under Gordon Brown continues to break its covenant with the military. Our troops are asked to do the almost impossible, yet Brown refuses to fund the necessary equipment to do the job. Troops are still being blown up in their out dated and poorly armoured land-rovers, communication equipment still fails to work, helicopters are still not readily available.
We make no apologies when writing that Gordon Brown, and before him, self serving Blair both have British troops blood on their hands.
Sadly another brave soldier has been killed in Afghanistan bring the total number of British troops killed in Afghanistan to 135.
