Our Reports For Last Year.
During the last year we have written reports and articles covering a wide selection of topics ranging from the Government’s treatment of our Armed Forces through to victims rights.
Areas included lenient punishments for crime in general, releasing prisoners early from jail, massive loss of individual’s private information from Government data bases, violence on our streets and killings by drivers.
It is our intention to publish our views on how the Government does or does not protect our citizens and how it continues to allow the massive illegal immigration through our porous borders.
Afghan Heroes Forced To Ditch Uniforms.
Soldiers flying home from Afghanistan on Christmas leave were ordered to change out of their uniforms before being allowed into Birmingham International Airport.
Soldiers were told by the MOD not to be seen in their uniforms.
This was an insult to our Armed Forces who wore their uniforms with pride while fighting for our country.
This is yet another slap in the face for our troops by this Government and the MOD.
Shame Of Councils Refusing Ex-servicemen A Home.
Thousands of former service personnel are being left homeless because councils fail to offer them priority housing.
These same councils go out of their way to house immigrants ahead of ex soldiers.
Pacifist Propaganda.
The Joseph Rowntree Charitable Trust has published a report accusing the Army of giving young children a “misleading and glamorised” picture of life in the Armed Forces.
The researcher, David Gee is a committed pacifist who used to run the Quakers’ peace and disarmament programme, and thus we should not be surprised at his views.
Police Won’t Defend Our War Dead.
Julie Lake, the daughter of a Second World War RAF pilot was charged with assault after allegedly slapping a boy who had vandalised a remembrance garden and attacked a memorial to those who had died in battle.
Julie had reported many such vandal attacks to the police at Staple Hill, Bristol but the police did nothing to stop these hooded louts desecrating the war memorial.
No doubt the police will be happy that they have caught “criminal” Julie defending a sacred place.
We see once again why the police are losing the support of the British people.
Jack Straw, Justice Secretary.
Last year Jack Straw promised to review the law covering “Self Defence”.
Well he has done so. The only difference is that he will ask the police to give consideration to the victim.
Mr Straw stated that a victim can use “reasonable” force to defend him/herself.
Mr Straw has FAILED to define reasonable force and he has FAILED to remove the human rights of the attacked/mugger/burglar to sue his/her victim should the attacker/mugger/burglar be hurt while the victim is defending him/herself.
Nothing has changed.
Straw Dilutes Pledge. Labour Softer On Crime.
Sex attackers, robbers and child abusers will escape lengthy jail terms in a dramatic softening of sentencing rules.
Straw will stop the courts locking up thousands of criminals for indefinite periods thus breaking the Government’s promise to give the public unlimited protection from the worst sex offenders and other violent criminals.
THE CRIMES LABOUR IS GOING “SOFT” ON:
Kidnapping, threats to kill, malicious wounding, placing explosives with intent to kill, abandoning children, causing actual bodily harm, cruelty to children, robbery or assault with intent to rob, death by dangerous driving.
The list goes on and on.
This means that the public will receive less and less protection from the police and the courts.
Jack Straws actions make it even more imperative that the laws on self defence are made stronger and that a victim must have the right to defend him/herself by any means available without fear of prosecution and being sued by the criminal.
Driving Death Laws Diluted.
The Sentencing Guidelines Council is proposing that drivers who kill while driving should NOT be sent to prison but rather serve “community sentences”.
The guidelines contain numerous interpretations of what is careless and dangerous driving, that it is thought that hundreds of killer drivers will escape proper justice.
The terms “careless” and “dangerous” should be abolished and be replaced by “causing death while driving”. There can be a charge of manslaughter introduced with various degrees of manslaughter for a jury to consider. See our Home Page for degrees and punishments that the degrees would attract.
25,000 Illegals Ignored Every Year.
More than 25,000 illegal immigrants a year stay in Britain due to Government inaction official figures have revealed.
Immigration Officials have claimed that thousands of enforcement cases and tip-offs are not followed up by the Home Office because they are not considered important enough.
How many of these illegals are actual or potential terrorists?
Extremist Gets Soft Sentence.
Hate filled fanatic, Sohail Qureshi, an al-Qaeda trained terrorist was jailed for four years after admitting preparing for terrorism, but will be freed after one year in jail.
WHY? This offence carries a maximum life sentence. This is another example of Labour’s soft on crime approach.
Foreign Criminals Will Stay.
Gordon Brown promised that all foreign criminals will be deported.
This promise is not being implemented. Foreign criminals such as thieves, fraudsters and drug dealers are being released back into the community.
It takes a special kind of cynicism to promise tough action while simultaneously instructing that the majority of foreign criminals are released.
Colleges Exposed As Fronts For Illegal Immigrants.
Over 50% of private education colleges have been exposed as fronts to help illegal immigrants enter Britain using student visa scams.
Students pay thousands of pounds to fake colleges, where no classes ever take place, to become students and qualify for temporary visas.
How many of these “students” are actual or future terrorists?
Bogus Students Not To Be Deported.
A secret Home Office memo has ordered Immigration officers to stop deporting foreign students who overstay their visas.
This secret memo makes a mockery of the Home Secretary, Jacqui Smith’s claims to be operating a “robust immigration system.

Blair’s Blood Money.
Not only is ex-prime minister, Tony Blair content with collecting a total of £216,000 per year in pension and office expenses from the British taxpayer, he has now signed a deal with an American bank, JP Morgan which is profiting from the war in Iraq, for a job giving him an income of £1,000,000 per year.
Blair acting as George Bush’s poodle, blindly followed the US President by sending British troops to war in Iraq and Afghanistan is now profiting from the deaths and wounding of so many heroic soldiers and airmen.
Blair’s blood money is an insult to our Armed Forces and is hypocritical in the extreme.
If Blair must show his greed and take his money then he should donate it to the welfare of our troops who have been wounded and killed. He has earned nothing but contempt by his actions.
Salute Paratrooper David Caldwell.
Brave paratrooper David Caldwell who was severely wounded in Afghanistan and is now tetraplegic vowed that he would not be beaten by his injuries has been able to return to work at the Parachute Regiment welfare office in Colchester.
David’s Battalion Commander said “Sgt David Caldwell’s courage and determination to succeed has been humbling and all of us are enormously proud of him”.
MOD Cuts Armed Forces Budget.
The Government is showing it’s contempt for the Armed Forces once again by cutting the Defence Budget in real terms by £5 Billion
Equipment so badly needed on the front line will be severely reduced, Fighter squadrons reduced in numbers, Naval ships reduced in numbers.
So much for Gordon Brown’s promise to give our Armed Forces what they need.
Coma Soldier Blasts Sentence.
A soldier, weapons engineer Mark Evans, who survived a dangerous tour of duty in Iraq has hit out at the “joke” sentence handed down to the yob who left him fighting for his life.
Thug, Simon Turner attacked Mark so severely that his eye socket, temple and jaw were broken leaving him brain damaged.
The Judge in this case gave vicious Simon Turner just ten months suspended jail sentence.
This is NOT justice.
Violent Inmates Back In Open Jails.
The Government has secretly resumed the practice of sending high-risk offenders with a history of violence to open prisons, in breach of it’s own guidelines.
In the year, 2006 over 700 prisoners escaped from open prisons.
The Government’s decision shows a complete disregard for the public’s safety.
How many more victims of crime will result from the Government’s actions?
Spot Fines And Cautions Farce.
The huge growth in on-the-spot fines and cautions to keep offenders out of the courts and prison is bringing the law into disrepute said Lord Justice Leveson.
Women Prisoners Get Free Driving Lessons.
Women convicts at Drake Hall Prison are being given free driving lessons at a cost to the taxpayer of £25,000.
Being given free lessons is no deterrent.
Why is it that this Government is so determined to lean over backwards to favour criminals at the expense of the law abiding citizens of this country?
Human Rights Farce.
Judge Richard Hayward, condemned “mad” human rights legislation that allowed drug dealer, Amir Ali, to choose not to appear in court.
Jailed Amir Ali refused to leave his “comfortable” cell at Camp Hill on the Isle of Wight to travel to Lewis Crown Court in case he lost it to another prisoner.
The Judge said “His refusal to leave his cell is down to barking mad human rights rules”.
The Judge is right. Criminals should not be allowed to abuse this legislation.
Drugged Up Driver Kills Three.
Drugged up cannabis user, Matthew Mather fell asleep at the wheel of his car and crashed killing three passengers.
A Judge at Derby Crown Court jailed Mather to 4 years jail.
Mather will be free in two years, but those victims who he killed will be forever dead with no life ahead of them.
Punishments handed out are no deterrent for those who kill while driving.
Gun Crime On The Increase.
Figures released show that gun crime has risen by 11%.
We must always remember that gun crime is carried out by criminals using ILLEGAL guns, not by those deemed honest law-abiding citizens who are proven to be eligible to hold firearm and shotgun certificates.
Legal gun owners go through a rigorous process conducted by the police who carry out in-depth investigations into an individual’s background in order to prove that they are suitable to possess firearms and/or shotguns.
Blair’s Government back in 1997 took a knee jerk reaction to ban the possession of all legally held handguns. Blair then stating that all guns were taken off the streets.
That statement has proven to be a lie. There are thousands of ILLEGAL guns on the street and Britain has become more unsafe as a result of the ban.
The old saying is true.
Disarm the honest citizen and you arm the criminal.
Recycling American Style.
The British Government’s pay-as-you-throw rubbish charges are a tax one Government minister has admitted.
Rubbish collecting in Britain is seen as another excuse to fine, punish and tax people and to cut collections in half.
In most American cities and towns rubbish is collected 4 times per week.
One council in Florida was concerned about the low level of recycling. They worked out that people either didn’t have the time or the inclination to sort their rubbish. So they said to their citizens, “Don’t worry, chuck it all into one big crate and we will sort it out for you.”
The result, recycling rose by 70%.
There is a lesson here for our penalising tax grabbing councils.
Money Grabbing District Council.
South Cambs District Council is to charge £60 to deliver wheelie bins to new homes.
SCDC has added another layer of taxation to the citizens it represents.
South Cambs said that residents could not avoid paying by collecting the bins themselves “for health and safety reasons”.
Does not “health and safety” apply to the delivery people?
After years of financial mismanagement, SCDC is operating this new stealth tax to obtain yet more money from the electorate.

Blair’s Blood Money Update.
The latest report on Tony Blair’s expected income from investment bank JP Morgan shows an increase of FIVE times previous reports.
Blair is now expected to make £2.5 Million a year from JP Morgan which is now cashing in on the Iraq war.
This blood money is viewed with contempt by the Armed Forces and the public at large. Blair was happy to send British troops into battle ill-equipped and in insufficient numbers, and no doubt is even more happy to pocket his large cheques.
More MOD Failures.
The MOD has lost or had stolen 571 in the last 10 years. Last year alone 75 laptops have gone missing.
The latest scandal is a laptop stolen from the car of a Navy officer containing details of 600,000 personnel. Passport and National Insurance numbers plus bank details have all been compromised.
Why are laptops allowed to be taken out of military buildings?
Why is data not encrypted?

MOD Cuts Cash.
Hundreds of front-line troops are being denied the MOD’s tax-free operational payments.
How mean can this Government get?
MOD Claims Better Deal For Injured Forces.
The MOD has raised the level of compensation for the most seriously wounded military personnel.
The upper limit will now be £285,000 which in our opinion is still too low.
£285,000 will not even buy a suitable property and to make appropriate modifications for those who need them.
This level of compensation is just over half the sum a civilian would receive in the Criminal Injuries Compensation Scheme which at present is £500,000.
Civil Servants Front Line “Trauma”.
British Embassy staff in Afghanistan were given 2 weeks leave for “trauma” after hearing a bomb go off more than a mile away from their safe offices.
Civil servants receive £50,000 bonuses for working in war zones, a great deal more than the £2,300 front line troops receive.
Why are Civil servants paid such high bonuses?
Why do they need extra leave for hearing explosions over a mile away from where they work?
MOD Claws Back Veterans’ Pensions.
Army veterans were told that they were lucky for owing £24,000 that the MOD overpaid.
98 veterans were overpaid various sums ranging from £17,000 to £88,000.
The MOD now wants the money back. Most of these veterans are of an age where they accepted the MOD’s calculations as being accurate.
This series of errors should be written off. These veterans should not be forced to wait months to find out what will happen to them.
Home Secretary Scared Of London Streets.
Home Secretary, Jaqui Smith has admitted that she is too frightened to walk around the streets of London late at night.
This admission is a damning indictment of the Governments policy on crime and punishment.
Smith tried to undo her admission by claiming that she had recently popped out in the evening to buy a kebab in Peckham.
The truth is that Smith popped out late afternoon escorted by her bodyguard, presumed to be armed.
Home Secretary’s Big Speech.
The Home Secretary, Jacqui Smith’s big moment arrived in her first major speech on Islamic extremism.
This was an opportunity for innovative proposals and thoughtful analysis.
Instead we heard half-baked political correctness. We heard that Muslim extremist bombers should no longer be called Islamic terrorists but instead should be referred to people engaging in “anti-Islamic activity”.
We feel that the victims of these terrorists will now be assured that Smith and her Government have matters under control.
Feral Britain.
The murder of Garry Newlove, kicked to death by drunken teenagers demonstrates the depth that Britain has descended into.
Three teenagers have been found guilty of Garry’s murder. Stephen Paul Sorton age 17, Jordon Cunliffe age 16 and another youth who cannot be named are awaiting punishment for their crime.
Let us hope that they each receive a minimum of 35 years jail.
Labour’s message “Tough on crime, tough on the causes of crime” meant that our streets would be safe.
This has been proven to be a lie.
We have a lacklustre Home Secretary Jaqui Smith and feeble Justice Secretary Jack Straw who squirm and flounder, bereft of ideas or remedies.
Since Labour came to power, crime has risen out of all proportion. Violence in on the increase, muggings, assaults, stabbings and killings, most carried out by out of control youngsters.
Of course these young thugs have “Human rights” on their side, the courts if these thugs get there are given soft sentences, prisoners let out of jail early so that they can commit more crimes and innocent victims being denied the right to defend themselves.
Too many parts of Britain have been taken over by vicious thugs.
It is time that we stood up to these criminals. The police must help and support the victims not penalise them when they defend themselves.
The law must be changed in favour of the victim.
We have stated often enough that a victim must have the right to defend him/herself by any means without fear of prosecution and being sued by the criminal.
Labour needs to saturate the streets with police officers walking instead of sitting in their cars.
Make parents responsible for the actions of their offsprings.
Bring back proper punishment by jailing vicious thugs and get them off the streets. To this end more prisons need to be built.
Remove the “human rights” from the criminal other than a fair trial. There are too many do-gooders who are obsessed with the rights of the criminal without a thought for the victims.
Reduce the numbers of crime suspects being given bail. There has been a 300% rise in bail to ease the prison population. Many suspects do not turn up in court, many commit further crimes while on bail.
These Government failures mean that there are hundreds of innocent victims who need not be victims if the Government, courts and the police did their job, which is to protect the citizens of our country.

NHS Deaths.
More than 17,000 people are dying every year because the NHS has become a “vast bureaucratic monolith” said a Taxpayers’ Alliance report.
The report said that despite more than tripling NHS spending over the past decade, there has not been an increased pace of improvement in the most important measurement of it’s output - it’s ability to save lives.
Improvement has slowed since Labour came to power even though an extra £34 Billion has been injected into the NHS.
Free Speech Victory.
Robin Page, a well known former BBC presenter and South Cambridgeshire District Councillor has won a spectacular victory for free speech against the Gloucestershire Police Force.
Gloucestershire police arrested Robin on suspicion of incitement to racial hatred at a pro-hunting spech in Frampton-on -Severn way back in 2002.
Robin has been quoted as saying that as a country dweller he wanted the same rights as “a black, vegetarian, Muslim, asylum seeking, one legged, lesbian lorry driver”.
Mr Page was awarded an out of court settlement of £2,000 against the police for wrongful arrest.
No charges were brought against Mr Page. He is now taking his case to the Independent Police Complaints Commission.
This is a significant victory over the sinister politically correct culture that is preventing free speech in this country.
Judge’s Fury.
Judge John Milford QC blasted Britain’s yob culture after hearing how a feral gang led by thug William Hughes and two friends punched, kicked and finally murdered disabled Brent Martin for a £5 bet.
Lets hope that this learned Judge sends these killers to jail for life.
3 Little Piggies Too Offensive.
A story based on the 3 little piggies has been turned down from a government agency’s annual award because the subject matter “COULD OFFEND MUSLIMS”.
The judges warned that “the use of pigs raised cultural issues.
Lesson From Iraq.
The Muslim Deputy Prime Minister of Iraq, Dr Barham Salih said that he was not surprised that the UK is facing so many problems with extremists after he visited mosques on a visit to Blackburn.
Dr Salih saw for himself the vile hate filled literature being distributed in those mosques.
So much for the Home Secretary, Jaqui Smith’s soft speech when she said that we must not refer to Islamic terrorists but instead call it “anti-Islamic activity”.
What rot Home Secretary. Call it as it is.
We refer you to a speech made by the former Prime Minister of Australia, John Howard in which he said,
“Muslims who want to live under Islamic Sharia Law should get out of Australia”.
He went on to say “IMMIGRANTS, NOT AUSTRALIANS, MUST ADAPT. Take it or leave it. I am tired of this nation worrying about whether we are offending some individual or their culture”.
John Howard continued “ The Australian culture has been developed over two centuries of struggles, trials and victories by millions of men and women who have sought freedom.
We speak mainly ENGLISH, not Spanish, Lebanese, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Russian or any other language. Therefore, if you wish to become part of our society, LEARN THE LANGUAGE.

The Asylum Cheat.
Eugene Tawanda Madzima, an illegal asylum seeker using a false passport worked for almost one year processing immigration appeals after supposedly undergoing background checks.
This man could have been a terrorists letting in other illegals who in turn could be terrorists.
This is a Government that wants ID cards and centralised personal data systems yet cannot keep our borders closed.
Government Cover Up.
A secret Government study carried out in 2005 and now revealed under the freedom of information act showed that
57% of people thought foreigners and asylum seekers took advantage of Human Rights legislation.
40% thought the legislation caused more problems than it solved.
50% thought that the UK lacked a shared sense of responsibility.
These figures show a lack of trust in our Government.

Elite Commandos Living In Slums.
Almost two-thirds of Royal Marines in Arbroath-based 45 Commando are living in sub-standard accommodation.
The elite commando group has been deployed to Afghanistan twice and Iraq once, with seven deaths and many severely wounded. These heroes have been forced to return to dilapidated barracks after each six-month tour.
This number is higher than the 50% average for the whole of the Armed Forces.
Why does this Government after 11 years in power still treat out service personnel with such contempt? Not only did ex Prime Minister Tony Blair underfund our troops in the equipment so badly needed to fight his wars but added insult to injury by failing to give them a decent standard of living when in the UK.
Gordon Brown continues to treat our troops with the same contempt.
Home Secretary Slammed.
Judge Mr Justice Munby launched an extraordinary attack on the Home Secretary, Jaqui Smith for failing to review a Zimbabwean’s detention properly.
The Zimbabwean failed asylum seeker who is also a convicted sex offender is now entitled to thousands of pounds in damages because of a shambolic immigration system.
When will our useless Home Secretary do something right?
Crime Up Again.
The latest figures for July-September 2007 show yet another rise in crime.
21% increase in drug offences.
4% increase in illegal gun crime.
When will our Government get to grips with rising crime?
There will come a day in the near future when law abiding citizens will take action and clear our streets of drug addicts, muggers, burglars and thugs who enjoy attacking, wounding and killing innocent victims.
We say again defend yourselves. The police often don’t bother to turn up and the courts are just as soft as this Government when handing out punishments.
Laughing Killer Yobs.
A gang of five young yobs aged 11 to 15 who beat up a young girl age 12 yrs in an hour long ordeal walked free because JP’s are powerless to jail them.
Magistrates said that they would have given these vicious young yobs a custody sentence but that they were bound by Government guidelines on sentencing juveniles.
The thugs were each ordered to pay £150 compensation.
How will this Jaqui Smith deal with FERAL BRITAIN? Answer, She won’t.
Violent crime is out of control on our streets and will get worse unless the Government starts taking positive action.
If the Government, police and the courts continue to do nothing then the citizens of Britain will take our own action.
Residents Catch Thief.
A burglar who raided a pensioner’s home was caught by neighbours who surrounded the property.
Brian Bennett, age 39 thought he had a soft target but did not account for the vigilance and alertness of the pensioner’s neighbours.
15 neighbours circled the property until the police arrived.
Bennett was jailed for 4 years.
This proves that we do NOT have to put up with crime. These heroes showed us how to act with criminals. Well done.
Fire Service Bans White Men.
Avon Fire Service has banned white men on 80% of its open day recruitment sessions because the fire brigade chiefs wanted to hit its “diversity targets”.
The recruitment days were only open to women and ethnic minorities.
How would people react if women and black people were banned from an open day?
Kevin Pearson, the brigade’s chief officer refutes allegations of discrimination against white men. If the fire chief is so concerned , he should give up his job to an ethnic minority woman.
The best people for the job must be the criteria, not some PC liberal policy.
ID Cards By Force.
The British Prime Minister, Gordon Brown has always said that the proposed ID card scheme will be voluntary.
However in a secret leaked Home Office document the Government is intending to bring in ID cards by “coercion”.
Young drivers are to be FORCED to get ID cards when they apply for their first licence.
The document says “New drivers and those applying for fresh passports will be COERCED into getting an ID card”.
This document confirms that compulsion is the ultimate ambition of this scheme.
Students, taking student loans and opening bank accounts will be targeted in 2010.
The document makes a mockery of Gordon Brown’s claims that the system will be voluntary. He appears to be VERY flexible with the truth.
Soft Touch Britain.
Taxpayers are forking out a staggering £24 million each year to bankroll child benefit for 27,000 children still living in Poland and other eastern European countries.
This huge drain on taxpayers money is causing an outrage and does not include child tax credits.
Why, after paying so many high taxes do we see this Government squander them in such a way?
Killer Motorist Fined £130.
Maganial Shah lost control of his Honda Civic car and hit a transporter loaded with armoured personnel carriers causing the transporter to swerve into oncoming traffic.
The personnel carriers spilled from the transporter and 11 vehicles ploughed into the wreckage causing the deaths of 5 people.
All five were innocent victims of Shah’s loss of driving control.
His punishment for causing these deaths was a fine of £130.
How can this be justice?

Snooper’s Charter.
Almost 800 public bodies now have the power to snoop on our phone calls and private correspondence.
The Labour Party’s surveillance policy has given powers to nearly 800 organisations including Prison bosses, The Police, Environment Agency, NHS Trusts, Fire chiefs, Post office, 474 Local councils, Home office, Food standards agency and many, many more.
Over 1,000 bugging operations are carried out each day in this so called free country.
Why is it necessary to intrude into our privacy?
The Stasi would be proud of this Government.
MP’s Snouts In The Trough.
10% of our MP’s employ family members to work for them, often carrying out so called research.
63 MP’s employ relatives paying them £1.8 million each year.
Not only are our elected representatives receiving a massive pay rise but they have negotiated a huge expense allowance of £43,000 per year WITHOUT having to explain where they spend the money.
Add to this sum, a very generous car mileage allowance, well above the private sector, plus housing allowances equal to another £43,000 each year.
On top of this is the inflation proof pensions and private “consultancy” fees many accept from major companies.

Victim To Sue Lotto Winner.
A retired teacher who was attacked by “Lotto Rapist” lorworth Hoare was yesterday given permission to sue him.
Five Law Lords have agreed that judges should have discretion to extend the time period for pursuing claims.
Up to this decision the time period was 6 YEARS.
Now the correct decision has been made to allow victims to sue regardless of the amount of time that has passed.
At last justice has been done giving victims the right to sue for example, The Catholic Church who in the past have covered up priests who sexually assaulted members of their congregation and the Home Office covering up activities that caused harm to innocent people.
This legal decision MUST cover ALL victims who have fallen foul of the 6 year rule.
NHS Pays For Boss’ Flat.
A millionaire health chief, imported from the USA is getting £2,100 EACH week rent for his palatial home paid for by taxpayers.
Chan Wheeler receives a salary of £185,000 plus £100,000 per year rent allowance plus a further £35,000 moving expense plus two yearly business flights back home, all paid for by the hard up NHS.
Add to this will be a generous bonus and civil service pension.
Think about these public sector fat cats when you next fill up your income tax return.
Judge Attacks His Own Sentencing Powers.
Judge Geoffrey Rivlin criticised his legal powers to hand out what he considered to be a just sentence in the case of a drugged up driver who maimed two women.
Alberto Ramos age 32 was high on crystal meth when he lost control of his car and drove into a crowd of shoppers.
Ramos mowed down 6 pedestrians, including Victoria and Kayleigh Reeve who were so badly injured that they both lost their right legs.
The maximum sentence for causing death by dangerous driving is 14 years.
The Government guideline maximum sentence for dangerous driving is just 4 years.
Ramos was sentenced to four years jail but will be free to continue his life as if nothing happened in just two years.
Judge Rivlin noted that the “guidelines” did not allow justice to be done.
Why? 4 years for dangerous driving is just that - a guideline. So why did not the judge use common sense and award a longer jail term?

Judge Condemns Driving Rules.
Judge Alan Goldsack QC attacked legislation which prevented him from banning one of Britain’s worst drivers.
Tony Stevenson already has 42 motoring convictions including 10 for drink driving, and admitted four more in court.
Stevenson admitted drink driving, driving while disqualified, dangerous driving and driving without insurance.
At Sheffield Crown Court, Judge Goldsack jailed Stevenson for 23 months and banned him from driving for 8 years.
Stevenson should be banned for life and jailed for at least 10 years.
This is another case where a driver ignores the rules and puts other road users in danger.
Judge Slams Sentencing Powers.
Judge Paul Worsley has slammed the power at his disposal when he jailed five men who aided the 21/7 bombers.
The Judge said “The sentences at the disposal of this court are woefully inadequate to reflect the enormity of what you were about”.
Judge Worsley jailed Wahbi Mohammed for 17 years, Siraj Ali for 12 years, Abdul Sherif for 10 years, Ismail Abdurahman for 10 years and Muhedin Ali for 7 years.
The Judge raged that he could not jail them for longer.
This Government has a lot to answer for when people like these convicted terrorists can only receive sentences of this length.
As it is they will be free when only half their sentences are complete or they are freed from jail because of overcrowding.
Gordon Brown and his Ministers obviously do not give consideration to the present and future victims of terrorist crimes.
Robbed By The Government.
Nearly 120,000 victims of violent crime have missed out on compensation because of a bungled bid by the Government to save cash.
The most seriously injured have been deprived of awards up to £500,000.
This is sheer unadulterated incompetence by this Government.
Scared Community Police Support Officers.
Two community support officers locked themselves in a room to hide from an angry boy of 13.
They were making a routine visit to a children’s centre when a boy started arguing with a member of staff.
Instead of stepping in to help they fled into a separate room, locked themselves in and called for help then waited for real police officers to arrive.

Crime Increase By Freed Prison Inmates.
More than 160,000 prisoners have been freed early because of jail overcrowding.
More than 3,000 of these have been convicted of further violent crimes.
The number of new offences committed by criminals freed early from jail has now reached a massive 39% increase on the previous month.
Why is this allowed to happen? Do Gordon Brown, Jack Straw and Jaqui Smith not care about the victims of crimes committed by criminals that they have freed early?
Police Farce.
Up to SIX MILLION police hours are lost each year because of bureaucratic form filling.
This is equivalent to 3,000 front line officers.
Red tape and form filling to ensure government targets are met consume over 19.7% of police time.
Targets as currently set achieve nothing. Police have to meet a certain percentage in crime detection irrespective of the nature of the crimes. A motoring offence is equal to a rape. Is it any wonder that the police go for soft targets like motorists in order to met government targets.
The police should spend their time catching serious criminals rather than persecuting minor offenders.
Government To Ban Juries.
The Government intends to give the Home Secretary, Jaqui Smith powers to remove juries from Coroner’s inquests.
A little known clause in the “Counter Terrorist Bill” will also give the Home Secretary power to change the Coroner if DEEMED IN THE NATIONAL INTEREST.
In other words a Coroner who does not toe the Government line can be replaced.
This measure will have profound implications and limit the scrutiny of deaths of British soldiers who are, for example, killed by American friendly fire.
This measure will also have a major impact into deaths such that of innocent unarmed Jean Charles de Menezes who was shot point blank 9 times and killed by armed police officers.
Innocent victims and their families will not find justice if these powers go ahead.
MP’s should resist yet another blow to our freedom.
Sharia Law.
A secret network of Islamic divorce courts operating in Britain, is ordering unofficial punishments for women.
Back street councils are meting out sharia justice at weekly gatherings to deal with troubled marriages and financial arguements.
Senior Muslims are demanding that this law should be officially recognised and imposed on British citizens.
In strict Islamic societies sharia law allows people to be stoned to death in public, be beheaded or have their limbs amputated even for minor crimes.
Sharia law should NEVER be allowed to operate in Britain.
When Muslims come to this country they must abide by BRITISH law which does not allow such barbaric punishments. If they cannot accept British laws then they should live in a Muslim country.

Tory David Maclean bought himself a £3,000 quad bike on his House of Commons expenses before he proposed a Bill to exempt Parliament from the Freedom of Information Act.
Sir Stuart Bell charges taxpayers £35,000 a year to employ his wife as a secretary.
Nick Harvey has a nice little earner as a consultant to a parliamentary lobbying firm.
Speaker, Michael Martin who has blocked previous moves to publish details of MP’s expenses has claimed £75,000 for overnight stays away from his palatial, taxpayer-funded home while his wife spent more than £28,000 of public money on air fares and taxis.
Ed Balls and Yvette Cooper claiming £31,974 for their home. Ed Balls and Yvette Cooper each claiming £15,979 and £15,0995 respectively.
Sir Nicholas and Ann Winterton claiming £33,008. One claiming £14,797 and the other claiming £18,211.
Alan and Ann Keen claiming £38,515. Alan claiming £19,814 and Ann £18,701.
The list goes on and on. MP’s must clean up their act.
Cameron and Brown need to ensure that their respective MPs are beyond reproach.

The former chief of the killer Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust wants her £75,000 payoff doubled.
Rose Gibbs left her post after 90 patients died from Clostridium difficile.
Gibbs must not be rewarded for failure.
Pampered Prince.
Aging playboy, Prince Andrew spends taxpayer’s money like water pouring down a drain.
Not only do we pay for his private jet aircraft at £100,000 a time whenever he goes overseas but he and other minor members of the Royal Family have security bodyguards paid for by the taxpayer at a cost of £3-4million each year.
As taxpayers we should question the TRUE value of our Royal Family and ask ourselves, Are they worth it?

Council Blackouts Will Increase Crime.
Thousands of street lamps in suburban areas are being switched off after midnight to cut energy bills and meet climate change targets.
Derek Barnett, of the Police Superintendents’ Association said “Good street lighting reduces crime, it makes the public feel safe and it reduces the high risk of traffic accidents”.
This draconian action by the Government will increase vandalism, burglary, violent crime against the person and put lives at risk.
Thin Blue Line To Become Thinner.
The Government has decided that the number of police officers is to be dramatically reduced by up to 60%.
Police currently spend enough time form filling to occupy the equivalent of 3000 front line officers.
Targets and paperwork must be slashed in order to get police officers out on the streets where they belong.
The police job is to protect and serve the public, to investigate crime and enable the prosecution of criminals, NOT to carry out target achieving bureaucratic admin functions.
DIY Policing.
Hertfordshire Chief Constable, Frank Whiteley speaking for the Association of Chief Police Officers argues that the public should “Police your own streets”.
Teams of Neighbour Watch members are to be asked to do the jobs previously carried out by the police.
Neighbour Watch teams are asked to go out in pairs to disrupt gangs of drunken drugged up youths at night.
Couple this idea with Councils switching off street lights, and a vastly reduced Police force, the public will be even more at the mercy of feral yobs who mug, maim and kill innocent victims.
Even if DIY policing took hold, what would happen to brave Neighbour Watch teams who defended members of the public and hurt a criminal? You can bet your last penny that the police would be out in force and arrest those teams, finger printing them and taking DNA to put on the police national data base. The teams would then be charged as criminals and hauled before the courts only to possibly be sent to jail.
Remember Jack Straw? He is our Justice Minister who promised to review the laws related to self defence. He did review the law and nothing has changed. If you so much as hurt a criminal, you can then be charged and treated as a criminal yourself.
Newlove Killers Jailed.
Three teenagers have been jailed for life for the brutal murder of Garry Newlove.
Judge Andrew Smith at Chester Crown Court, jailed Adam Swelling for a minimum of 17 years, Stephen Sorton for a minimum of 15 years and Jordan Cunliffe for a minimum of 12 years.
Garry had the courage to remonstrate with the gang for damaging his wife’s car which was parked outside his house.
Adam Swelling was on bail awaiting appearance in court on another charge when he led his gang in a violent attack upon Garry repeatedly kicking him in the head.
One must ask Jack Straw how long will these thugs actually stay in jail. Will they be let out after completing only a third of their sentence or released early because of jail overcrowding.
A lot of people will argue for a reinstatement of the Death Penalty.
More Feral Thugs.
Feral thug, Dean Ingram age 15 years dropped a breeze block off a bridge into the path of lorry driver Len McCourt.
The breeze block crashed through Len’s windscreen and smashed into his chest killing him.
Ingram, his face a picture of defiance gestured obscenely while he smoked a cannabis joint laughed about what he had done as he chatted to some girls.
Judge Charles Wide sentenced Ingram to 3 years and 4 months in jail.
Ingram’s partner Jamie Winter was sentenced to a 12 month detention and training order.
Bail For Murder Suspects?
Jack Straw has said that first time murder and rape suspects should not be allowed bail.
This is something that we have argued for many years. One only has to read the newspapers to learn about the numbers of people out on bail who have committed other crimes.
White Man’s Burden.
A white man was wrongly charged with rape even though the victim said her attacker was black.
Mark Minick feared he would lose his girlfriend and children after he was charged on flawed DNA evidence.
Despite being cleared of all allegations, Mark is still suffering the injustice of having to wear an electronic tag and having to be under virtual house arrest between the hours of 11 pm and 7 am.
Why was Mark put through this harrowing experience?
Judge Price said, “Mark is a man who leaves this court with no blame whatsoever. He is a wholly innocent man, who is a victim of a gross miscarriage of justice”.
Let us hope that all DNA evidence produced by the police will now be destroyed.
Convicted Rapists Escape Jail.
The number of convicted rapists who are spared jail has doubled in the past three years in order to combat prison overcrowding.
Official figures reveal that 90 rapists were given community sentences, encouraged by this Government to help combat overcrowded prisons.
The Ministry of Justice also show that when rapists are imprisoned, the average sentence has fallen by more than 10%.
Weak sentences send out the wrong message. The message being that judges are soft on rape.
Rape victims are being let down by the courts.
Convicts Claim Millions As Students.
Since 1998 hundreds of convicts have been claiming £millions in grants and student loans in order to take university courses.
In the last year alone inmates managed to claim over £370,000.
Is this a good use of taxpayer’s money?
More Taxpayer’s Money.
Civil servants have managed to claim £430 million redundancy payments.
This is the cost of making 7,718 civil servants redundant.
The payments include £1.1 million shared by two senior Treasury officials.
Over 60 senior managers at the Treasury were given on average £220,000 on top of their pensions.
This cost will be considerably higher when the Home Office and the MOD release their figures.
Compensation Snub For Wounded Soldier.
Jamie Cooper of the Royal Green Jackets was hit by two mortar bombs in Basra, Iraq which caused massive injuries to his body.
Jamie was so badly wounded, his stomach was blown out, his leg has been left paralysed and his hand was shattered, that his life is now ruined.
His reward from the MOD is £57,587 and £9,000 per year.
This is far short of the maximum £285,000 currently available.
Compare this to the rewards that Tony Blair has received on the backs of soldiers that he sent to fight his war.
We say yet again and again that this Labour Government treats our troops with nothing but contempt.
MP’s Greed Continues.
Following our previous reports, it has emerged that the number of MP’s claiming rent from second and third properties is growing.
Each MP claims a rent allowance averaging £22,000 on top of other allowances, expenses and salary.
The Mail on Sunday newspaper, dated 10 Feb 2008, published a list of MP’s names and allowances claimed.
The Parties listed are:
Conservative 19.
Labour 15.
Lib Dem 7.
Other 2.
This sample shows all Parties have their snouts in the trough.
Added to expenses MP’s now demand BlackBerry personal organisers paid for by the taxpayer.
It has also emerged that these greedy MP’s can add their second home shopping at Tesco to their expenses.
How greedy can our elected representatives become?
These same MP’s are never in the front when it comes to improving the conditions under which our Armed Forces live.

Victims Of Binge Drinking.
Week in, week out, a common thread runs through the most horrifying stories of teenage behaviour in modern Britain.
Garry Newlove kicked to death by three yobs, Joe Dinsdale murdered on a crime ridden housing estate and David Burns fighting for his life after being beaten up by a gang in the street.
Last week, Home Office figures showed fatal stabbings and shootings INCREASED by 20% in a year. Knife assaults are now the most common means of killing.
There is a culture of under-age drinking and aggression fueled by cheap alcohol.
The Government must accept the blame for 24 hour drinking laws and allowing Supermarkets to sell cheap alcohol to young people.
The main blame is with parents who allow their children to run riot, often not knowing what they are doing or where their children are at any given time.
A fatalistic Cabinet report predicts the scourge of binge drinking will be with us for years to come.
All we get from the Government, after they introduced 24 hour drinking is empty rhetoric about “crackdowns” on under-age drinking and idiotic lectures from health minister Dawn Primarolo on the “dramatic and serious harm” being done by middle-age, middle-class drinkers sipping wine at home.
Straw Signals A Written Constitution.
The Justice Secretary, Jack Straw had indicated the Government’s intention to draw up Britain’s first written constitution. Straw argues that the “civic duties” of citizens should be spelled out.
We would argue that the Government should spell out it’s own civic duties towards the citizens of this country.
Our suggestion to Jack Straw is to adopt those tried and tested documents which operate in the USA, namely The American Constitution and The Citizen’s Bill of Rights.
Each American citizen knows exactly what the Government can and cannot do. They also know exactly what the Rights are of each citizen.
The Mosquito, Right Or Wrong?
The Mosquito device emits a high decibel sound that can only be heard by teen-agers.
The device can be used by shops and large stores to deter drunken foul mouthed and aggressive teen-agers bent on causing trouble.
The noise emitted causes discomfort to teen-agers but does NOT cause harm.
However the Children’s Commissioner for England, Professor Sir Al Aynsley-Green claims that the device was “demonising” young people, while civil liberty campaigners claim it breaches laws safeguarding the right to free assembly.
To date some 3,500 of these devices have been installed by businesses and councils blighted by gangs of intimidating hoodies.
If youngsters did not behave in such ways then these devices would not be needed.
Labour’s Immigration Fiddle.
It has emerged that 66% of all immigrants come from countries OUTSIDE the EU.
52% of these immigrants are from Asia and Africa.
1 in 15 homes in England is occupied by immigrants. Is it any wonder that the Government is hell bent on building thousands of new homes after it has opened our borders to all and sundry.
Pensioners Face 32% Inflation.
Pensioners face an inflation rate 32% higher than official figures show.
The OFFICIAL figure is 2.2%, but for pensioners the figure is 32% higher.
Soaring costs of every day items such as milk, bread, cheese, eggs and rice plus massive increases in gas and electricity bills add to their predicament.
Think of these pensioners when you next vote for our money grabbing MPs with their huge tax free expenses.
Terror Material Muslims Freed.
Five Muslims, Akbar Butt, Mohammed Raja, Awaab Iqbal, Aitzaz Zafar and Usman Malik convicted of terrorist offences for possessing Islamic videos and downloading jihadi propaganda have been freed by an Appeal Court.
The decision was based on whether there was evidence that the men intended to use the material for terrorist purposes in contravention of section 57 of the 2000 Terrorism Act.
It was not made clear by the prosecution that the material was intended for use in terrorist acts.
The Government needs to re-examine the Act so as to ensure that possession and downloading such material falls within the Act.
No doubt there will be further appeals as a result of this decision.
The Case Of Jessica Randall.
Jessica was just 54 DAYS old when she died at the hands of her sadistic father Andrew Randall.
Jessica’s brief life was dominated by systematic and horrific torture and sexual abuse at the hands of her father.
A total of 30 Health workers saw Jessica 10 times but nothing was done to prevent her death.
A report found that both social workers and hospital staff FAILED to even classify Jessica as a child “at risk”, even though concerns over her safety were raised on a number of occasions.
Jessica was seen on 10 separate occasions by 30 health professionals including doctors, health visitors and nurses.
Denise McMahon, director of nursing and midwifery at Kettering General Hospital, described Jessica’s death as a “collective failure”.
Killer Andrew Randall was jailed for Life.
This case is the latest in a string of child tragedies, which have produced reports supposed to prevent the same thing happening again.
Victoria Climbie died in Jan 2000 after being beaten, starved and tortured.
Perin Barlow died of neglect despite repeated visits by social workers.
In Feb last year the sadistic parents of a disabled 4 year girl were jailed for unspeakable cruelty towards her all under the noses of social workers.
Why is there no single organisation responsible and accountable for child care and protection?
The first health professional, be it doctor, nurse, social worker, dentist or hospital health worker who suspects that a child is in danger of abuse should instigate an investigation by our suggested single organisation.
The name of the health professional would be on the first page of the investigation.
One nominated person in our single organisation would be made responsible and accountable for the investigation through to the final outcome.
Multi-agency approach to such cases never achieve results. There needs to be ONE person responsible and accountable.
Hamza To Be Deported.
At long last hate filled Muslim Cleric Abu Hamza is to be deported to the USA where he is wanted on terrorist charges.
The Home Office has approved Hamza’s extradition and is expected to be handed over within months. That is provided some soft liberal judges at appeal do not refuse extradition.
Hamza will spend the rest of his natural life in a high secure penitentiary having been assured that the death penalty will not be imposed.
Hopefully other inmates will have their own views.
Support For Capital Punishment.
A recent poll has indicated that 79% of people support the reintroduction of Capital Punishment.
The death penalty is a great deterrent.

Soft Touch UK.
Obsession with multiculturalism makes Britain a terror target.
A shock report by the world-renowned Royal United Services Institute, delivering an unprecedented attack on the Government’s security policy, said that Britain has become a soft touch for terrorists.
It condemns the country’s fragmented national identity and obsession with multiculturalism and it’s failure to come to terms with unlimited immigration which undermines the fight against domestic extremism.
The judiciary makes a habit of overturning Government legislation to tackle terrorism.
Unless the Government closes our borders there will be more July type bombings.
Identity Cards Useless.
Mass fingerprinting, biometric passports, identity cards and international identity databases will not protect Britain and other European countries from terrorists or criminals.
This admission comes in a leaked European Commission report prepared for Home Secretary Jaqui Smith and other EU Home Affairs Ministers.
The report says most people behind terror attacks in the UK and Europe were living in the UK legally and would not be affected by increased security measures
This report raises new questions about the true purpose of Government databases, which will store intimate details of everyone in Britain, including their picture, fingerprints and confidential personal information.
Two Faced.
Cabinet Minister James Purnell is one of a swarm of MPs who use taxpayers’ money to play the property market.
Purnell apparently informed the Commons authorities that his London flat was his second residence, thus maximising his MPs’ accommodation allowance.
However when it came time to sell his London flat, he told the taxman that it was his primary residence, thus exempting him from capital gains tax.
This is the “MPs cake and eat it policy”.
Conservatives No Better.
Tory leader David Cameron claims to be angered by MPs’ abuse of their expenses, but he allows former Tory whip David Maclean to sit as the Conservative representative on the committee set up by Speaker Martin to investigate this scandal.
Maclean is the man who spent £3,000 of taxpayers’ money on a quad bike.
It was also Maclean who led the conspiracy to frustrate the Freedom of Information Act and in so doing, hide from public scrutiny the publication of MP’s expenses.
More Boozed Up Youths.
Another victim of Britain’s feral youth culture, Gareth Avery was repeatedly kicked in the head and stamped on when he asked a gang of drunken youths to stop urinating in his front garden.
Mr Avery suffered a broken jaw, fractured cheekbones, a split forehead, other deep cuts and ligament damage.
All this happened in a quiet street in Weston-super-Mare.
Gareth is now added to the list of innocent victims of yob culture.
Gary Yeomans brutally kicked and punched.
Joe Dinsdale stabbed to death.
Nick Batty died after being in a coma following a violent attack.
Jaqui Smith and Jack Straw MUST take possitive action.
If they do not, the general public will rise up and take vigilante justice.
Booze Cheaper Than Water.
Major Supermarkets such as Tesco and Sainsbury’s must take a share of responsibility for the availability of cheap booze.
Tesco sells mineral water at £1.10 per litre and lager at 84p.
Sainsbury’s sell sparkling water at £1.32 per litre and lager at £1.12.
We would argue that supermarkets are only interested in the bottom line, MONEY.
Zero Tolerance In The States.
Sickening scenes of public binge drinking are almost unknown in the USA which has some of the toughest alcohol laws in the world.
Those under 21 are banned from buying alcohol and it is a criminal offence to drink in the streets
Parents who allow their under-age children to drink, face fines or prison.
Smith and Straw, take note. It would work here.
Care Home Kills 94 Yr Old Lady.
Molly Darby, a sprightly 94 yr old lady was admitted to a care home suffering from dementia, where in just 4 weeks her treatment turned her into skeletal figure looking like a “concentration camp victim”.
The Beeches Residential Care Home in Wath upon Dearne, near Rotherham was where Molly spent her last days and suffered from an appalling catalogue of ailments.
A damning investigation has now ruled that Molly died as a result of neglect.
Local Authorities are responsible for the running of care homes.

Blair’s Death Toll Rises.
Ex Prime Minister, Tony Blair, George Bush’s poodle sent our troops into Iraq on false information that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction. He also sent our troops into Afghanistan. On each occasion British troops were sent into battle underfunded and ill equipped with outdated armour, lack of helicopters, body armour and ammunition.
Since 2001 the death toll of our troops in Iraq has reached 174 and in Afghanistan has now reached 89.
Added to these figures are the hundreds of severely wounded soldiers that have returned to the UK only to be ignored by this Government.
Coroner Says Troops Need Better Protection.
Coroner, David Masters spoke out after hearing how four soldiers died when a bomb ripped through the unprotected floor of their armoured vehicle.
2nd Lt Joanna Dyer, Cpl Kris O’Neill, Pte Eleanor Dlugosz and Kingsman Adam Smith died when a mine buried in a road exploded as their vehicle passed over it.
Coroner Masters recorded a verdict of unlawful killing.
Armed Forces Minister, Bob Ainsworth was told that he had to deal with the lack of armour “speedily”.
Gordon Brown is culpable in these deaths. He MUST allocate the necessary money to provide proper equipment for our troops if he - Brown is to continue Blair’s war.
Coroner Andrew Walker Brands MOD’s Actions.
In a damning report Coroner Andrew Walker branded the MOD for “unforgivable and inexcusable failure to provide basic combat equipment”.
Captain James Philippson was the first British soldier to be killed in Afghanistan. His patrol was totally outgunned in a firefight with the Taliban.
Coroner Walker made a ferocious attack on the MOD, condemning “a breach of trust between the soldiers and those who govern them”.
The Coroner heard that delivery of vital equipment including night vision goggles, light machine guns and grenade launchers was held up for nearly one month and did not reach the frontline until after Captain Philippson was killed.
The MOD’s excuse was “a regrettable administrative error”.
Our troops have again been betrayed by this Government.
War Hero Betrayed.
War hero, L/Cpl Martyn Compton was so severely burned during an attack by the Taliban in Afghanistan that he received over 70% burns to his body.
Martyn nearly died when his heart stopped three times.
His compensation was £100,000 far short of the correct award that he should receive which is £366,875.
Compare this to the award given to an RAF typist who was given £484,000 who developed repetitive strain injury.
War Hero Told To Go Blind.
War hero, Second World War pilot Jack Tagg who suffers from wet macular degeneration-the main cause of sight loss, was told that he would have to go blind in one eye before he will get NHS treatment.
This is an NHS which pays for cosmetic surgery for Muslim women who have lost their virginity before marriage and wish to have their virginity reinstated.
Jack’s treatment is necessary and potentially life saving, hymen reinstatement is not.
The NHS needs to get it’s priorities right.
Old Age Pensioner Shackled And Sent To Jail.
Richard Fitzmaurice, an ex Army war veteran was shackled, humiliated and sent to jail at King’s Lynn Magistrates’ Court .
His crime? Non-payment of council tax.
Richard said in court that he was there on a matter of principle claiming that the way OAPs are treated is shameful. Richard said that rising fuel and food costs along with ever rising council taxes make life unbearable for elderly people.
This treatment is at a time when Jack Straw releases convicted criminals early from jail but still finds room to jail an OAP who is not violent, not a burglar, mugger ,rapist or a child molester.
Richard’s treatment was gratuitously cruel and humiliating perpetrated by those in authority at King’s Lynn Magistrate Court.
Richard was sentenced to 34 days jail, no doubt having his fingerprints and DNA taken and stored on the Norfolk police database.
MP’s Subsidised Meals.
Not only are our MPs content with excessive rent allowances they also have heavily subsidised meals at the House of Commons that cost the taxpayer £5 million per year.
The taxpayer bankrolls MP’s extravagant meals and alcohol at bargain prices.
This means MPs who earn £60,000 and claim on average £135,000 expenses each year enjoy three course meals including Scottish filet steak, loin of venison, Devon crab and bottles of champagne for as little as £10.55p.
Perhaps these greedy MPs should think about the plight of our wounded troops and OAPs who are struggling to pay council taxes.
Speaker Facing Inquiry.
The Speaker of the House of Commons, Michael Martin (Air miles Martin) is facing a probe by the Parliamentary sleaze watchdog after he used air miles gained on official business to buy plane tickets for his family.
Martin earns £137,579 per year. He has also claimed over £75,000 for overnight stays away from London, more than £20,000 for lawyers to defend him against newspaper attacks - while his wife has spent more than £28,000 of public money on air fares and taxis.
Martin is the person who tried to block moves to publish details of MPs’ expenses.
Now we know why.
Don’t Hold Your Breath.
Shadow Chancellor, George Osborne has made much of a future Conservative Government’s commitment to cut taxes.
We asked him what his commitment toward helping OAPs will be in helping them meet escalating fuel and council taxes.
Mr Osborne failed to respond to this point.
He wrote at length about the need to reduce taxes but carefully avoided our question.
OAPs are likely to be in the same position with the Conservatives as they are with Labour.
MPs look after their own but not our senior citizens.
Shop Keeper Fights Armed Thug - Now Faces Jail.
Brave Shopkeeper Tony Singh fought back after violent thug Liam Kilroe ambushed him when he left his shop.
Kilroe, a career criminal was armed with a knife when he attacked Tony and tried to steal his money. There was a struggle during which Kilroe was stabbed with his own knife.
Now Tony fears that he will be charged with murder.
Tony who was wounded in the neck and back was a victim of a vicious attack by an armed thug and only defended himself.
Let us hope that Tony is not charged. He is an innocent victim. Nor should the police keep any of his DNA and fingerprints on file.

Health And Safety Idiotic Rules.
Transport for London bought CCTV cameras to install at a notorious underpass which it owns at Gant Hill Underground station but would not allow them to be connected on Health and Safety grounds.
Two women have been sexually assaulted in this underpass while the cameras are out of use.
Everyone On A DNA Database.
Det Stuart Cundy who led the Mark Dixie murder investigation has called for every person in the UK to be entered onto a national police DNA database.
This is a dangerous suggestion. Firstly it would assume that every citizen is a suspect and secondly a national police database would erode what remains of our civil liberties.
Already the police have over 560,000 DNA samples of people suspected of crimes but never charged and convicted.
We are in danger of becoming a nation being dictated to as was Russia under Stalin and Germany under Hitler.
At the moment we are still innocent till proven guilty. If the police have their way things will reverse. We shall have to prove our innocence.
HGV’s Bring Death To Our Roads.
Left hand drive HGVs pose a serious risk to all road users in the UK.
Nearly 20% of all HGVs on our roads are left hand drive vehicles with 14% of those directly responsible for major accidents.
These HGVs are driven by foreign drivers who are not familiar with our roads nor our road rules.
We all need to give these drivers a wide clearance when we overtake.
One solution is to convert the UK to driving on the right.
CPS Mislaid Criminal Records Disc.
Another Government lost data disc crisis has emerged.
The Crown Prosecution Service has lost a computer disc containing over 4,000 serious criminal offenders’ records which was sent from the Netherlands.
This is yet another serious failure by this Government which wants us all to have ID cards and centralised medical records.
The latest blunder has left wanted killers and rapists free to wander our streets for over a year.
Remember Jaqui Smith. She had to admit to the loss of 250,000 child benefit records and the cover up over revelations that more than 10,000 illegal immigrants had been cleared to work as security guards.
Cosseted Terror Suspects.
Terror suspects thought to be a grave danger to national security and who have been placed under control orders have been given perks worth £300,000 including free phone calls, gas and electricity all paid for by the taxpayer.
These perks are handed out to terror suspects while our OAPs cannot afford to eat properly or heat their homes.
This shows where the Government’s priorities lie.
Prison Officers Evicted.
Jack Straw, the Justice Minister has evicted 600 prison officers from their homes to make way for convicted criminals to move in.
The reason given is that our prisons are full.
The innocent law abiding hard working prison officers are victims of Jack Straw’s ineptitude. More prisons need to be built. All foreign nationals who are convicted of crimes in the UK must be deported.
Straw Says Don’t Jail Criminals.
Jack Straw has told Magistrates not to send convicted criminals to jail because our jails are full.
Why do we have a Minister of Justice when there is no JUSTICE?

The Home Secretary, Jaqui Smith is planning to hand out more than 250,000 UK passports to foreigners every year under new proposals.
Smith wants all immigrants to become UK citizens including criminals.
Behind this proposal lies the naive belief that if you give foreigners British passports, they will instantly feel they belong and conform with our laws and customs.

Official Poverty Line.
Government figures declared that anyone earning below £16,492 per year is officially below the poverty line.
Many thousands of Old Age Pensioners are in this category yet this Government does nothing to help our OAP’s with ever rising council tax charges, heating and lighting bills, food and petrol costs.
These same MPs feather their own nest with massive pay and expense increases.
Council Tax Rises.
Council tax rises will be an average of 4.9% for band D properties.
Councillors will receive a pay rise of between 17-36% depending on the position that they hold. Adding their allowances to this increase will bring each councillor a tidy salary of £35,000 on average. Not bad for attending meetings and not being held individually accountable for decisions.
Town Hall “gold plated” pensions are paid for by every council tax payer. Over 20% of our council tax is paid into inflation proof pensions for council employees. The old argument that public sector workers are paid less than the private sector no longer holds water.
It is unacceptable that pensioners and low income families who struggle to pay inflated council tax bills see so much of their money spent in this way.
Illegal Drugs.
Illegal drug use cost us the taxpayer £16 BILLION each year.
At the same time drug addicts claim benefits of nearly £100 per week. These addicts are claiming “incapacity” benefits paid for by taxpayers.
Why does the Government pay this money when most addicts are not trying to get clean?
Immigrants Claim Benefits.
The massive influx of eastern European immigrants to Britain has topped 800,000 in the last four years.
In the last 12 months the cost of paying benefits to these people has more than doubled to £170 Million per year, with an average benefit of £114 per person per week.
This Government can afford to spend our taxpayer money subsidising immigrants but refuses to do anything to help Old Age Pensioners.
Victims Of Government.

Innocent Woman Faces Deportation.
Deborah Phillips now age 48 yrs and who was born in the USA moved from her country of birth to Britain at age 3 yrs.
All Deborah wants to do is care for her 80 yr old mother, not claim any benefits and would save the taxpayer the cost of having her mother cared for by the state.
The Home Office has refused Deborah permission to live in Britain.
No doubt if Deborah was a Muslim terrorist or a foreign criminal Home Secretary Jaqui Smith would ensure that Deborah could stay here for ever.
Not Allowed To Foster.
Eunice and Owen Johns have an unblemished record of caring for almost 20 children over many years.
Derby City Council has now decided that Eunice and Owen are no longer suitable to care for children. WHY? Because they refuse to tell the children that homosexuality is an acceptable lifestyle.
Woman Too Old For Surgery.
The North Yorkshire and York Primary Care Trust has refused Dorothy Simpson, age 61 yrs, who suffers from an irregular heartbeat and is at increased risk of a stroke, a surgical procedure which was recommended by her specialist.
The reason stated was lack of money.
Following media interest, the Care Trust agreed to fund the required treatment.
Hospital C. Diff Deaths Rocket.
Deaths from hospital C.DIFF have soared to record levels claims a damning report of hygiene levels in the Health Service.
C.DIFF deaths in 1999 were 975. In 2006 the total was 6,480.
MRSA deaths in 1995 were 198. In 2006 the total was 1,652.
The total deaths for these periods are C.DIFF 17,794. MRSA 9369.
This overall scale of infection is unacceptable. There is a need for comprehensive infection control, isolation facilities, improved hygiene and cleanliness.
All the people who died are victims of Government negligence in the way the Health Service treats it’s patients.
NHS £8.5 Billion Pension Pots.
Over 8,500 NHS staff have retired with a minimum of £33,000 pensions.
A lucrative new contract introduced by Labour has seen GP’s pay rise by 55% to an average of £113,000 while their work hours have fallen.
How much of this money could have been spent on hospital hygiene?
Reward For Dishonesty.
MP’s are considering awarding themselves a massive £20,000 per year pay rise.
This is their solution to the corrupt use of expenses that they enjoy.
Once again MP’s of all parties are showing contempt for public opinion.
Terror Suspects To Stay In Britain.
The European Court of Human Rights has said that the rights of terror suspects overrides the right of the British Government to deport them to their homeland.
The rights of native UK citizens must come first. The Government must re-negotiate European legislation that protects foreign criminals and terror suspects above British innocent citizens.
Immigrants Given Translators.
Immigrants are being given taxpayer-funded translators to help them secure a British passport.
This makes a mockery of the Government’s statement “That any foreigner wanting citizenship must be able to speak English”.

Government Bribe Money Up.
A bribe to persuade foreign prisoners to leave Britain has more than tripled to £3,000 per offender by the Government in a bid to tackle prison overcrowding.
We should deport them, not pay them to leave.
Bailed To Walk The Streets.
SIXTY murder suspects are walking the streets after being given bail by the courts. This represents 13% of those facing the charge. The figure for manslaughter is even higher at 85%.
Shopkeeper Defends Himself.
Tony Singh was attacked by armed violent criminal Liam Kiltoe as he was ambushed at knifepoint.
Tony defended himself, but during the struggle Kiltoe was fatally wounded by his own knife.
Tony feared that he would be charged with murder, but common sense prevailed when the Crown Prosecution Service said that Tony was acting in self defence.
Well done Tony. We applaud you in standing up for yourself and not being a victim.
CCTV Cameras Infringe Human Rights.
CCTV cameras cannot be installed in Dartmouth in Devon, even though binge-drinking, anti-social behaviour and criminal damage have soared recently, because they would infringe “the citizen’s right to privacy”.
It appears that in Dartmouth, the rights of the yobs and criminals come before the rights of innocent citizens to be free of troublemakers.
Crime Figures Fraud.
According to Ian Johnston, chairman of the police chiefs’ crime committee, official crime figures fail to include 60% of crimes.
The figures used by ministers and police are misleading because they exclude much violent crime and need to be “bolstered” in order to restore public trust, claims Mr Johnson.
According to the most recent crime figures for 2006-7 there were 5.42 million crimes reported to police.
Given that Ian Johnston’s assessment is correct and that 60% of crimes are excluded this means that the TRUE figure of a further 8.13 million crimes were NOT included in official figures produced by the Government.
Text Driver Jailed.
Kiera Coultas was using her mobile phone to send a text message as she was driving her car when she drove into and killed innocent cyclist, Jordan Wickington.
The court heard that Coultas had three previous convictions for speeding, thus indicating that she is not a careful considerate driver.
Judge Jeremy Burford QC, at Southampton Crown Court, sentenced Coultas to 4 yrs jail and banned her for five years.
Again a lenient sentenced for killing while driving.
Brent Martin’s Killers Given Life.
A gang of three murderers chased disabled man, Brent Martin, around the housing estate where he lived and sadistically attacked him by kicking and stamping him to death.
All three murderers, William Hughes, Marcus Miller and Stephen Bonallie each had a £5 bet on who could knock him out first.
Judge John Milford at Newcastle Crown Court sentenced all three to life with minimum terms set for each.
William Hughes - minimum term 22 years.
Marcus Miller - minimum term 15 years.
Stephen Bonallie - minimum term 18 years.

Troops Forced To Grovel.
In the middle of a murderous firefight in Basra, Flight Lieutenant Michelle Goodman flew through shot and shell to rescue a desperately wounded soldier.
For that outstanding bravery, Michelle was awarded the DFC (Distinguished Flying Cross). She is one of 20 members of the RAF honoured for heroism in a recent ceremony.
Back in Britain, the commander of RAF Wittering, Group Captain Rowena Atherton issued orders that her base personnel must NOT wear their uniforms while walking in public in Peterborough.
The reason is that a small group of cowardly civilians in Peterborough have caused offence by shouting abuse and spitting on troops wearing uniform.
Instead of caving in to this minority, Group Captain Atherton should encourage the personnel under her command to continue to wear their uniforms with pride.
Atherton has let her troops down. She is not fit to be in command and should be relieved of her post immediately.
Crisis As Officers Quit Army.
The British Army is so short of officers it is being forced to take on foreign commanders, a leaked document has revealed.
Reasons given are, lack of equipment, poor pay and dismal medical treatment.
Troops In Dodgy Armour Row.
British troops fighting in Afghanistan have had to wear “dodgy” body armour for months.
The osprey body armour plates provided to our troops, fails to protect when bullets are fired at them.
Troop Deaths Blamed On Poor Equipment.
A total of THIRTY-FIVE brave soldiers have been killed because they have not been given the right equipment.
The poor equipment is listed as ineffective communication radios, unarmoured Land-Rovers, aging helicopters, no fire suppressant system fitted to Hercules transport aircraft, lack of night vision goggles, grenade launchers and machine guns plus Leaking Nimrod aircraft and rescue helicopters not fitted with lifting winches
The Government’s penny pinching is directly to blame for these deaths.
We hope that Tony Blair and Gordon Brown are hanging their heads in shame.

Lorry drivers are furious that no action is being taken against illegal Afghan immigrants found hiding in the back of their lorries.

Child Benefit Sent To Eastern Europe.
Benefits for children living in Eastern Europe are costing taxpayers £28 MILLION a year.
The number of immigrants claiming benefits for children living abroad has doubled during the last nine months.
34,000 children living in Eastern Europe are now receiving child benefit designed for British children.
This is our, the taxpayer’s money that is being used for immigrant’s children.
This £28 Million would be better spent helping our OAPs.
£12 To Feed A prisoner, £3 To Feed A patient.
Last year 60,953 prisoners were kept in police cell due to prison overcrowding.
These prisoners are having up to four times as much spent on their food as hospital patients.
Justice Secretary, Jack Straw admitted that police forces are given as much as £12 a day to feed prisoners, who have a choice of food from local takeaways.
Compare this to just £3 being spent per head in hospitals and 70p being spent on a single school meal.
This same Jack Straw recently said “Crisis? What crisis.” He added that he was not losing any sleep over the crisis in the prison system.
This shows where the Government’s priorities lie.
David Cameron, the Conservative Leader, has outlined his proposals for prison reform to include building more prisons, deporting foreign prisoners and ending early release. These are glib words and easy to say in opposition. BUT can we trust a politician?

Killer Gets 30 Years.
Thomas Hughes was jailed for 30 years for shooting dead a pregnant woman in a ruthless execution.
Jailing Hughes for life, Judge Anthony Morris said “This was to all intents and purposes a ruthless execution by you and a truly evil act”.
Let us hope that Jack Straw does not release Hughes early because of prison overcrowding.
Murderer Gets 38 Years.
Pierre Williams, a black religious fanatic was jailed for 38 years.
Williams raped and bludgeoned to death 18 year old Kesha Wizzart in an horrific attack. Williams then murdered Kesha’s mother and brother.
Killer Father Jailed For Life.
Christopher Hawkins murdered his four year old son and tried to murder his teenage daughter was sentenced to life in jail at Leeds Crown Court and was told that he must serve at least 21 years.
First Date Murdered Gets 30 Years.
Black fitness instructor, Karl Taylor on a first date with victim Kate Beagley stabbed her 31 times with a carving knife that he hid up his sleeve.
Taylor was sentenced to a minimum of 30 years for killing Kate by Judge Giles Forrester at the Old Bailey.
Killer Nurse Gets 30 Years.
Killer nurse, Colin Norris was jailed for life by Mr Justice Griffith Williams and was told that he must serve at least 30 years for the murder of four elderly women.
Norris had a dislike of elderly patients in his care because they were “too demanding”.
Convicted Drink Driver Kills 6 In Road Crash.
Jason Brain, a convicted drink-driver dangerously overtook a lorry and crashed head on into another vehicle killing it’s occupants as well as the passengers in his own car.
Brain also died in the crash. One saving grace is that he will not kill again.
Electronic Tag Mugger Kills Student.
Joseph Booth age 18, a convicted mugger ripped off his electronic security tag before he and a schoolboy murdered an innocent student in a savage attack.
Booth who was being monitored after being convicted of a string of violent attacks, managed to rip the tag off his ankle.
Fuelled by alcohol and cannabis, Booth and a 15 year old schoolboy beat, kicked and stamped on their victim, who was left so badly disfigured that his family could not recognise him.
Both Booth and his fellow thug are now starting life sentences.
Mr Justice Christopher Clarke said that Booth must serve a minimum of 12 years and that the 15 year old must serve at least 9 years.
Why was Booth not in jail for his previous violent attacks instead of being tagged?
Killer Lorry Driver Jailed.
Dutch HGV driver, Johnny Vos was “daydreaming” when he ploughed into a traffic jam and killed two women after crashing into their VW Golf.
Vos was given three-and-half years jail at Maidstone Crown Court.
Drunk Driver Walks Free.
Drunk driver, Stuart Robbins with two-and-a-half times the legal alcohol limit hit 10 year old Danielle Rushton as she was riding her bike.
Robbins knocked Daniella down leaving her for dead.
Daniella received serious injuries to her head leaving her partially-sighted and also received a broken leg.
District Judge Roger Lowe found Robbins guilty of driving with excess alcohol and banned him from driving for 20 months, ordered him to carry out 150 hours of comunity work and pay £455 costs.
This sentence is an absolute disgrace and should have carried a custodial sentence.
These two reports demonstrate that once again the penalties for causing death or wounding while driving are insufficient so as to deter other drivers.
Court Cover-Up Clears Convicted Criminals.
Over 1,200 convicted burglars, muggers and yobs have escaped without a criminal record because of a systematic cover-up of court blunders. This catalogue of errors includes the failure to record on the Police National Computer court verdicts passed down on over 1,200 serious offenders.
This means that because no record of guilt exists, a Criminal Records Bureau check would not flag up dangers to the public, leaving offenders free to get jobs in schools and care homes.
The result is that the public is at risk of sex offenders, muggers and burglars.
Boy Age 10 Years Had Machine Gun.
The rise in crime has revealed that children as young as 8 years have been caught with illegal guns. One child age 10 years was found to have had a machine gun under his bed.
So much for Tony Blair’s promise back in 1997 when he said that all guns were now taken off the streets following his infamous handgun ban.
Remember Blair passed legislation in 1997 banning the use of legally held handguns which were used for the sport of range shooting.
Blair then claimed that our streets would “now be safe”. This has been proven to be a lie. The streets are now awash with illegal guns with gun crime now running out of control.
The MP’s Goldmine.
Research has revealed that a typical employee would have to work 62 years to earn the gold plated inflation proof pension an MP receives after only 13 years.
Not only are MPs not content with their £61,820 salary but it has now been revealed that they can now claim £22,000 second house furnishing allowances on top of their salary under the “John Lewis” approved list scheme.
Add to this housing rent/purchase allowances the total to the taxpayer is a staggering £209 MILLION each year.
MPs now demand a £40,000 per year pay increase in lieu of submitting claims for proving expenses. This demand is their reward for failure to control expenses.
QUESTIONS FOR MPs.
1) Why do they need second homes? All MPs living within 100 miles from London should commute in the same way that the public does, using trains, coaches, buses or underground. Those who live outside the 100 mile circle should be housed in public accommodation similar to the run down army barracks and Forces married quarters that our troops have to accept.
2) Why have so many MPs?
SUGGESTION FOR MPs PAY RISES.
Award MPs pay rises in line with OAP pension increases. NOT in percentage terms but in CASH terms. So that when the Government gives OAPs a £3 per week increase, MPs would receive the same.
Soldiers’ Post In Firing Line.
Royal Mail bureaucrats are threatening to close a post office at Dalton Barracks, near Abington in Oxfordshire.

Captain Daniel Wright fell 2,500 ft to his death because he was not supplied with a radio costing just £50 with which to talk to instructors on the ground.
Defence Secretary Wants To Gag Coroners.
Defence Secretary, Des Browne has launched a legal battle to curb coroners’ criticisms of the Ministry of Defence (MOD) at inquests on British troops.
The move follows outspoken verdicts on deaths in Iraq and Afghanistan from Oxfordshire Coroner, Andrew Walker.
Browne and the MOD are trying to gag coroners, preventing the truth emerging and censoring the findings of the courts of inquest.
The families MUST have a right to know about any failings that have been the cause of deaths of their loved ones.
What has Browne and the MOD got to hide?
Teachers Ban Army Recruitment.
Left-wingers in the National Union of Teachers are attempting to stop military recruitment, claiming that it exposes pupils to pro-war propaganda.

A magistrate’s daughter has avoided a jail sentence despite appearing in court for her 4th drink-drive offence.
Emma Crawley was more than three times the drink-drive limit when stopped by the police near Newmarket.
Crawley was given a 16 week prison sentence, suspended for 18 months by District Judge David Cooper.
One wonders if being a magistrates daughter gave Crawley preferential treatment, and would Judge Cooper have been so lenient if it was another member of the public.
Magistrate Tried To Make Case Go Away.
Magistrate, Balbir Singh Sandhu told a business friend that he would make a case against him “Go away” in return for a payment of £45,000.
Sandhu, a magistrate in Wolverhampton was jailed at Birmingham Crown Court for 18 months by Judge Robert Orme.
Government Tries To Gag More Coroners.
Not only is this Government trying to gag Oxfordshire Coroner, Andrew Walker because he has consistently exposed MOD failings in it;s treatment of British troops, but is now attempting to hide Coroner’s verdicts related to the July 7 suicide bombings.
Families fear that they may never learn the truth if inquests into the victims deaths are heard in secret.
This Government and in particular Des Browne and Gordon Brown are acting outside their authority in trying to over-ride independent courts.
Benefits Worth More Than Average Wage.
Over 20,000 families are living on benefits worth more than £30,000 a year.
70,000 households are claiming benefits of more than £25,000 a year.
There is a need to re-examine the present system of benefit payments. The above figures alone represent over £2 Billion a year.
Taxpayers fund these payments.
We All Suffer.
The result of Chancellor Alistair Darling’s recent budget has left millions of people worse off.
Not only will income tax rise as a result of scrapping the 10p band, but 90% of families with the average size car will be hit by substantial Road Fund Licence fees.
In the last year family bills have risen by 40%. Essential bills including food, petrol, gas and electricity have driven inflation through the roof.
Old Age Pensioners Suffer Worst.
OAPs have suffered worst under this Government. Not only must they pay 40% more for essentials but now must pay 5% extra council tax.
Darling made a big deal by announcing a one-off fuel payment of £50 to help with fuel bills, but FAILED to acknowledge that fuel bills have risen by 70%. So much for this miserly £50 offer.
THIS IS AT A TIME WHEN MPs WANT A £40,000 PAY RISE.
Climate Change And Green Taxes.
However the Government pontificates about climate change, their solution is to raise taxes.
The Conservative opposition under Davie Boy Cameron is no better.
The answer offered by MPs is to wield a big stick and tax us instead of offering incentives or passing legislation on polluting industries and their products which in turn pollute. EG cars, buses, taxis, lorries and aircraft engines.
We believe “Green taxation” is a con. Evidence shows that taxation does not alter peoples behaviour, BUT it does raise more money for the treasury.
Taxes on landfill encourages flytipping.
Councils abolish weekly refuse collections and now intend to tax us for each bin emptied.
We are not convinced that climate is changing in the way that “experts” claim. We are of the opinion that climate change is cyclical and not man made.

Jail For Barbaric Thugs.
Three thugs who went on an orgy of barbaric lawlessness after a cocaine and champagne birthday binge have been jailed.
Asha Grey, Craig Ainslie and Carl Dinnage hunted their victims while driving their Ford Fiesta car.
These thugs beat Neil Dyer and bundled him into their car saying “We’re going to kill you”. Then they robbed him.
Nick Rappolt nearly bled to death when he was stabbed in the back and being “skewered” in the arm by Grey.
A pizza delivery man was beaten in this barbaric spree.
Grey and Ainslie received indeterminate sentences with minimum terms of 5 and 4 years respectively.
Both laughed as they left the court.
Kicked To Death By Young Thugs.
Five young thugs aged between 15 and 17 years carried out a vicious assault on Sophie Lancaster and her boyfriend Robert Maltby.
Sophie was booted in the face so badly that she died of her wounds later in hospital, while Robert survived but cannot remember the assault.
This was a totally unprovoked attack by a pack of out of control thugs.
All five are awaiting sentences.
What were the parents doing during this attack?
Why are young thugs protected by not being named?
Brave Teacher Defends Pupil.
Brave teacher, Sally Green shielded one of her pupils by throwing herself in front of knife-wielding thug Karl Rodgers when he invaded her classroom.
Sally prevented the victim from being seriously injured or killed.
Rodgers was sentenced to 6 years in a young offenders’ institute.
Well done Sally, you stood up to your pupil’s attacker and saved his life.
Thug Struck As He Left Jail.
Samuel Cooper had just left Guys Marsh prison when he met up with his brother Daniel and a friend John Burton when they all went on a robbery and kidnapping spree.
Samuel Cooper was jailed for 5 years.
Daniel Cooper was jailed for 4 year.
John Burton received an indeterminate sentence.
Drink Driver Jailed.
Drink driver, Dean Gunnings raced his Jaguar XJ6 at 84mph in a 40mph zone when he hit a roundabout and overturned, killing his passenger, cousin Ricky Gunnings.
Ricky died in hospital and Drunk driver Dean spent two months in a coma and remains in a wheelchair.
Dean Gunnings was sentenced to 5 years jail and banned from driving for life by Judge Douglas at Swindon Crown Court.
The judge is right to ban Gunnings for life, but we hope the punishment of being in a wheelchair will concentrate his mind on the evil of drink driving.
Thug On Bail Kills.
Garry Varley who assaulted pub landlord and threatened to kill him was released on police bail.
Hours later Varley having collected a kitchen knife from his home returned to the same pub and stabbed landlord Steven Galsworthy 5 times in the back.
Steven died of his wounds.
Varley was sentenced to life in prison with a minimum term of 18 years at Winchester Crown Court.
The Dorset Police are under investigation for bailing Varley.
Bailed Yobs Kill 100 Each Year.
Figures obtained show that thugs who are let out on bail commit more than 100 murders a year.
Over 20% of people charged with murder carried it out while on bail,
There is a need to tighten bail laws.
Judge Lenient In Child Sex Cases.
Judge Julian Hall was condemned by Kidscape, a child protection group, for handing out lenient sentences to child sex offenders and for comments made about the victims.
In January, Judge Hall, sitting at Oxford Crown Court imposed a three-year supervision order on a 17 year old boy who abused two young children, opting not to jail him because he did not believe him to be sufficiently dangerous.
Last June, Judge Hall caused outrage by jailing for just 2 years a man who raped a ten year old girl stating that the girl “Liked to dress older than her years”.
These are victims and should be protected by the courts.
Judge Hall should be removed from office.
Reminder Of Soham Murders.
More than 13,000 people working with children have not passed security checks introduced by the Government in the wake of the Soham murders.
The number include teachers, caretakers, dinner ladies and lollipop men.
The Government has FAILED to properly enforce its child protection laws.
Local Heroes Take On Robbers.
FIFTY local people took on armed robbers after 49 raids in Middleton, Greater Manchester.
Armed robbers who raided the Nationwide Building Society faced more than FIFTY angry members of the public when they ran out of the building wielding machetes and carrying bags of cash.
The police are looking for two white men and one black man.

Jack Straw has sparked outrage by telling judges not to “overreact” following the murder of Garry Newlove by a thug out on bail.
Straw’s comments are hypocritical and show contempt for the public. Straw is obviously out of touch with feelings about the rise in violent crime.

BUT Hero Gurkha, Gyanendra Rai who risked his life fighting for Britain in the Falklands has been rejected. Rai was wounded and is now partially paralysed after his back was torn apart by an Argentine shell in 1982.
Rai cannot get NHS treatment nor a proper pension.
Brown should allow all retired Gurkhas to live in Britain with a full military Pension and access to NHS treatment.
Gurkha pensions are 25% of those received by other military personnel.
There are just 7,000 Gurkha veterans who would like to settle in Britain.
This is the same number of East Europeans who come here EVERY 12 DAYS.

Iraq veteran, Craig Briggs has been barred from joining the Greater Manchester Police.
What is his crime?
He has a tattoo on his arm spelling out the name of the country that he loves. Yes the country is ENGLAND.
The reason given is that the tattoo might offend members of the public who “Are not of English origin”.
Crippled Marine Refused Payout.
Royal Marine, Mark Ormrod was blown up by a landmine during a patrol in Helmand province, Afghanistan.
Mark lost both legs and an arm.
The MOD refuses to award Mark the full compensation package of £285,000 stating that the claim is not of sufficient severity.
War Heroes Statue Ban.
War veterans have been banned from erecting a statue to their fallen comrades.
Nailsea, Somerset Council Chairperson MARY PONSONBY refused permission saying “We feel such a statue would unnerve visitors”.
Just remember Miss Ponsonby, those heroes who gave their lives did so, so that people like you can have free speech.
MP’s Hide Openness.
MPs led by Speaker Michael Martin have launched a legal battle in the High Court to stop expenses and allowances being declared to the public.
Martin intends to challenge an order by the Freedom of Information Tribunal that 14 prominent current or former MPs should provide a detailed breakdown of their expenses.
The cost of this appeal to us, the taxpayer is expected to reach £100,000.
Among the MPs at the centre are Gordon Brown, Tony Blair, David Cameron. George Osborne, William Hague and John Prescott.
Let us hope that this appeal fails and Martin and his followers are ordered to pay all their own costs.

Four MPs alone claimed a total £70,000 of taxpayer’s money to cover items such as Mortgage payments, Food, Utilities, Council tax, Telephone charges, Cleaning, Maintenance, Repairs & Insurance plus “Other claims”.
Tory MPs’ claims: George Osborne £21,532. David Cameron £21,359.
Labour MPs’ claims: Gordon Brown £18,680. Tony Blair £8,398.
This averages out to £17,492 each.
Multiply this figure by the total number of MPs---646 at £17,492 each, equates to a staggering £11,299,832 paid for by the taxpayers.
This is a nice cosy arrangement. We ask if our MPs pay anything for themselves.
While the rest of us are faced with ever increasing costs for Council tax, Gas & Electricity, Petrol, Car tax, and Food bills, it is nice to know that our MPs who govern us are so warmly insulated. Never mind the OAPs who struggle on a meagre £100 per week pension.

Teenage Thugs Given 4 Years Detention.
Teenagers Patrick Rowe age 17 and Dejon Thompson age 16 killed innocent Evren Anil.
Evren was set upon when he remonstrated with Rowe and Thompson when they threw a chocolate bar through his sister’s car’s open window.
The killers held a knife to Evren’s throat and then punched him in the face so hard that his skull was fractured and suffered a haemorrhage.
Judge Ann Goddard sentenced Rowe and Thompson to 4 years detention.
This is NOT justice. They should have been given a minimum of 20 years jail. As it is these two thugs will be free in two years.
Killer HGV Driver Gets Ban.
Mary Scott was mowed down by HGV driver who ploughed into her as she was riding her cycle.
Killer HGV driver, Robert Field walked free from Cambridge Magistrates’ Court after being found guilty of killing cyclist Mary Scott by driving without due care and attention while using his mobile phone.
Field’s punishment was a 12 month ban.
This sentence will outrage every person who thinks that our road safety laws are a joke.
There MUST be a change in the law. The charge should read “Causing death while driving”. Each case would then be investigated to ascertain the degree of negligence of the driver and of the individual who has been killed or hurt.
Feral Thugs Batter Student To Death.
Two young feral thugs, Brendan Harris age 15 yrs and Ryan Herbert age 16 yrs battered Sophie Lancaster to death.
Sophie’s was dressed as a GOTH. This was the reason given by these thugs for their actions.
It emerged that Harris and Herbert were both already serving community service orders for violence when they attacked Sophie. They had previously appeared at a youth court for kicking and stamping on the head of a boy aged 16 yrs.
Harris’ mother laughed all through the court proceedings.
Judge Anthony Russell told Harris and Herbert that they faced a life sentence.
Let us hoe that life means a minimum of 30 years.
Cop’s Son Escapes Driving Ban.
Adam Stammers, a 23 yr old son of a police support worker has escaped a driving ban after driving at 135 mph along the M25.
Stammers was given just eight points and fined £200.
Why was Stammers dealt with so leniently? Was it because he is the son of an ex cop, now a support worker?

Harriet Harman, Labour Deputy Leader wore a stab-proof jacket during a police walkabout in her own constituency ---- Peckham, South London.
This is a reflection of modern Britain when our MPs now have to wear body armour.
Teenage Thugs Jailed.
Three teenagers, Ashley Glastonbury and two others who cannot be named, beat up a schoolboy suffering from brittle bone disease so badly that the victim had to CRAWL FOR TWO HOURS to get help.
The thugs were caged for just one year.
Why are young thugs’ identity protected? They are aware of what they have done and very often their parents are also aware of their children’s behaviour.

The Agency will start life without Customs and Immigration Service staff being trained to share each other’s powers and with only limited rights of arrest.
The 25,000 strong force does not even have its own promised uniform as officials wrangle over design.
Weekend staffing levels have been cut and all search raid requests must be submitted THREE WEEKS in advance.
House Of Lords Report.
The House Of Lords has produced a heavyweight report calling for a cap on immigration.
The report stated:
Ministers claim that migrants boost the economy is preposterous.
Rejects Government claims that foreigners will defuse the pensions timebomb.
Migrants will force up house prices.
Pressure will increase on housing demand and on NHS provision.
This report clearly shows that the benefits of the current immigration policy to the indigenous population is non-existent.
Abused Animals Returned To Owner.
Meat trader Jamie Gray part of the travelling community, has been charged with gross animal neglect by allowing 111 horses, ponies and donkeys to suffer to such an extreme that many neglected animals were found among the remains of 31 other rotting dead animals.
Deputy District Judge Sandeep Kainth has allowed 29 animals to be returned to meat trader Gray.
Psychiatrist Let Killer Free.
Dr. Eric Birchall age 70 yrs working for the Mersey Care NHS Trust, released schizophrenic bodybuilder, Mark Corner into the community telling GPs that he posed little risk to the public.
Less than a year later Corner who was a cannabis smoker and who had a history of violence killed two prostitutes in separate attacks.
Corner butchered both women before dumping their body parts in bin bags in a Liverpool alleyway.
An inquiry said that Dr. Birchall had committed “grave errors of judgement” and that his claim that the risk of releasing Corner was “low” was “inaccurate and misleading”.
Birchall should be struck off the medical register and banned from practicing.
Birchall should also be held accountable for allowing Corner to carry out these murders.
Muslim Sex Offenders.
Muslim sex offenders are asking to be let off a prison treatment programme on religious grounds.
Muslim sex offenders complain that they should not have to talk about their offences stating that it is against Islamic teachings to discuss their offences with another person.
Fine. Let them rot in jail. We are sure that it is against Islamic teachings to become rapists and paedophiles.
Islamic Preacher Escapes Deportation.
Abu Qatada, the radical firebrand preacher once described as “Osama bin Laden’s right-hand man in Europe”, has won his fight against deportation.
The courts dealt the Government another blow when they forced the Home Office to abandon its deportation case against 12 other terror suspects.
The home Office stated “We have taken steps to protect the public”.
What are these steps? Control Orders have been issued. Does the Home Office really think that terrorist suspects will take any notice of control orders?
More MP’s Expenses.
It has emerged that two more MPs, Alan and Ann Keen, both Labour MPs have claimed more than £40,000 of taxpayer’s money, all without receipts.
The Keens have two homes, a flat in central London and a constituency home just NINE miles away in the west London commuter belt.
Tax Change Hits Troops.
One third of all members of the Armed Forces have been made poorer by Gordon Brown’s decision to scrap the 10p tax rate.
Over 66,000 Armed Forces personnel, 34% of the total are now worse off.
Not only is Brown treating our troops with contempt by failing to supply them with correct equipment but now taxes them so heavily that they are financially worse off.
Soldier’s Death By Neglect.
Coroner Andrew Walker slammed the Government over the death of a soldier through “neglect” by not having the correct equipment.
Lance Cpl Sean Tansey, age 26, was crushed to death by an eight ton Spartan armoured car after he was told to ignore engineers’ advice and fix it.
The Coroner also heard soldiers were poorly trained in how to repair the Spartan.
Mr Walker recorded a narrative verdict and said “The training and equipment supplied were inadequate for the repair of this vehicle. Lance Cpl Tansey’s death was contributed to by neglect”.

Rapist Preyed On Foster Children.
A ruthless rapist, black man Simeon Kellerman, who had a job as a care worker with Greenwich Council, trawled a council’s database for vulnerable young girls.
Kellerman used computer records to identify teenagers who had just come out of the foster care system.
He forced his way into their homes after claiming that he was a friend, then carried out vicious attacks and raped them.
Kellerman was sentenced to 8 years for attacking and raping an eighteen year girl.
Police fear that Kellerman preyed on at least 20 other girls.
The lack of security at the council amounts to negligence. Kellerman was able to log on and cherry-pick his victims.
Foreigners Responsible For 20% Of All Killings.
Figures released by the police show that one in every five murders or manslaughters in England and Wales is committed by a foreigner.
These figures demonstrate the failure of the Government’s immigration policy, which has seen all sorts of undesirables being allowed into the UK and then use the Human Rights Act to escape deportation.
Murderer Aged 13 Years.
Jamie Smith age 13 years battered a vulnerable man to death and threw his body onto a bonfire.
Smith was high on vodka and cider when he murdered Stephen Croft.
Smith who had a long list of convictions was jailed indefinitely by Judge Henry Globe who told Smith that he posed a “very high risk of harm to the public” and that he must serve a minimum of 13 years before being eligible for parole.
Smith’s parents created a monster and obviously failed to instill any sense of right and wrong.
Killer Driver Freed.
Killer driver, Jason Diprose reversed up the wrong way in a one way street and knocked down 4 year old Casey O’Callaghan.
Diprose, instead of stopping to help, drove forwards and ran over the child again.
Diprose was charged with careless driving which does not carry a jail sentence. If he HAD been charged with dangerous driving the maximum sentence would have been 14 yrs.
Chairman of the bench, Malcolm Lowe told Casey’s parents that the toughest sentence he could impose was 300 hours community service.
This is NOT justice. Diprose should have been charged with dangerous driving and jailed for the maximum 14 years.
We say again that their should be a charge of “CAUSING DEATH WHILE DRIVING”.
Shopkeeper Hero.
Brave heroic shopkeeper, Jasvinder Bains turned the tables on a knife wielding robber who tried to rob the till in Mr Bain’s shop.
Instead of handing over the cash Mr Bains grabbed a bottle of wine by the neck and chased his attacker out of the shop.
Well done Mr Bains.
Deal With Criminals South African Style.
Police in South Africa were told to deal with criminals by “shooting the bastards”.
The country’s security minister told officers not to worry about regulations, negotiations or warning shots and that they should use the guns given to them and go for the kill.
Maybe we should adopt these tactics in the UK where criminals are hell-bent on undermining the law.
As matters stand, in the UK this Government has removed the right to self defense and does not allow law abiding citizens to possess hand guns, even for sporting purposes.
Gun Control.
In 1997 Tony Blair banned the possession of handguns.
All participants of range shooting were penalised. Blair claimed that all handguns were now taken off the streets and that society was now safer.
This has been proven to be a lie. Crime has risen, assaults, robberies and murders have increased since 1997.
Gun control is the best thing that happened for crooks and gangsters. Countries that have removed handguns from law abiding citizens, Australia, New Zealand and now the UK have all seen a dramatic increase in violent crime.
Disarm the law abiding citizens and you arm the criminals.

Leighton King was killed by HGV driver Jose-Louis Miron-Romancho from Granada.
The killer driver admitted driving without due care and attention.
His punishment: He was banned from driving in the UK for 12 months.
Council Spies.
Poole Borough Council acting under the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act introduced by Labour in 2000-designed to improve national security, trailed and spied on a family for 3 weeks.
Undercover council officials made a detailed log of a family’s activities without their knowledge, tailing their morning and afternoon school runs and returning in the evenings to watch their house.
The reason for this surveillance was because the council suspected that the family were trying to gain school places for their children outside their school catchment area.
Can there be a more sinister example of how the “surveillance society” is taking over the UK than by the use of anti-terror powers.
Sick Mum Denied Daughter’s Kidney.
Laura Ashworth told family and friends she wanted to donate one of her kidneys to her Mother who was in desperate need of a transplant.
When Laura died after an asthma attack it seemed that Laura’s Mum would be given the chance of a healthy life.
But NO. It appears that the formal process of becoming a “Living donor” was not completed, so instead of her organs being given to her Mother, the “Human Tissue Authority” released the organs to strangers.
The HTA would not budge and refused Laura’s request.
Under UK law one can only donate an organ to an identified person if the donor can continue to live a healthy life. So for example one cannot be an organ donor and stipulate the type of person who should receive an organ after the donor has died.
Home Office Consultants Costs.
Home Office spending on consultants has rocketed by 2,000% under Labour.
The amount paid to outside consultants and advisers is now running at £150 million a year up from £7.6 a decade ago.
Most of this money has been spent on the Government’s controversial ID scheme.
The money could have been spent on 10,900 extra police officers on the streets
This Government is blowing a TOTAL £2 billion each year on Whitehall advisers.
Army Hero Gets MRSA.
Royal Marine hero, Ben McBean wounded in Afghanistan, losing an arm and a leg has now contracted MRSA in Birmingham’s Selly Oak NHS hospital.
One Royal Marine summed up Ben’s plight when he said “For Ben to survive everything the Taliban threw at him just to end up shafted by his own medical system is sickening”.
We MUST have dedicated Military hospitals where military discipline would see that facilities would be pristine and that our wounded troops would not get MRSA or any other bug such as C-DIFF
Iraqi Teenager Wins Compensation.
An Iraqi teenager has been awarded a record £2 million compensation after being accidentally shot and left paralysed by British Forces.
We do not argue with this level of compensation.
However compare this award with the compensation awarded to our troops who are severely wounded.
The Government and MOD need to reassess how they financially look after our troops.
Human Rights For UK Troops.
British soldiers sent to war with dodgy kit won the right to sue the Government for millions in a sensational High Court ruling.
They will do so under the Human Rights Act--legislation the Government has CHAMPIONED for years.
Des Browne, part time Defence Secretary and the MOD have immediately appealed against the ruling.
At the same appeal hearing, the judge Mr Justice Collins refused a bid by Mr Browne to gag coroners from criticising the MOD over troop’s deaths.
The Judge also ordered all relevant military documents in inquests be disclosed to relatives, as well as legal aid to be granted to them.
Maybe at long last this ruling will be a wake up call to the Government that it must equip our troops properly in order to do the job.
Blair’s Blood Toll Rises.
Sadly 2 more British servicemen have been killed in Afghanistan in a roadside blast with two more being wounded.
This brings Blair’s death toll up to 267 killed in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Banks Short-Change Us.
We are all paying for bankers’ greed.
Borrowers and savers are both being expected to pay to rescue banks and building societies from a crisis of their own making.
The very bankers whose greed and incompetence caused the credit crunch fail to pass on the Bank of England’s base rate cuts to hard pressed home-owners, while slashing the rates they pay to savers.
These same banks and building societies now charge up to £5,000 “arrangement” fees to set up a first time mortgage.
£20 Billion Olympics.
The London Olympics could leave the taxpayer facing a final bill of £20 Billion.
This is TEN times the original budget. The Mayor of London, Ken Livingstone has been accused by the former 2012 chief, Jack Lemley of “suppressing” the true cost when he said “We were never able really to go public with the full budget”.
If this is true, then Londoners will be facing huge tax rises or the Government will subsidize the Olympics at a massive cost to the taxpayer.

Secret Council Tax Database.
Ministers have admitted that Government inspectors are building a secret database that will eventually cover all 23 million homes in England.
Millions of homes face yet even higher council tax bills after being logged as having off-street parking or a pleasant view.
These revelations follow council tax bills for 2008-09 which in some areas have risen 11%, more than FOUR times the rate of inflation.
Everyone who has worked hard and saved to improve the quality of life for their families will be penalised.
The Government’s claim that revaluation in England was postponed has now been proven to be a lie.
If you live in an area with a view of the sea, hills, mountains, fields, golf course or live on the banks of a river, you will pay MORE.
Since Labour came to power, typical households in a Band D home paid £1,078 in 2007 compared with £564 in 1997. This is nearly a 10% increase.
Rise In Immigrant Crime.
A report by the Association of Chief Police Officers warned of the “significant challenges” of migrant crime committed by eastern Europeans.
Leaked briefings show that misleading statements were contained in the report which downplayed the impact of criminality among immigrant communities.
The truth is that with over 1 million east European immigrants, there has been a huge surge in the levels of crime.
Extortion, pickpocketing, human trafficking, assaults, driving offences, robberies and a growing sex trade are the results of unlimited immigration and the Labour Government’s “Open borders” policy.
Killers Appeal.
Two of the killers of Garry Newlove have launched appeals against their sentences.
Two thugs, Stephen Sorton, jailed for life but must serve 15 years, together with Adam Swellings jailed for a minimum of 17 years, have both launched appeals against their sentences.
The third killer, Jordan Cunliffe is also expected to seek a reduction in his 12 year sentence.
These three murderers all kicked Garry “like a football” and battered him to death.
We hope and pray that all three appeals FAIL. These monsters must stay in jail and be kept off our streets so that no other innocent victim fall prey to their evil sadistic actions.
Rapist’s Sentenced Raised.
Evil perverted rapist, Kenneth Cresswell who filmed himself raping a 12 year old had his “unduly lenient” sentence increased from 6 years jail to life with a minimum of seven and a half years by Lord Chief Justice, Lord Phillips.
This life sentence means that Creswell will only be freed if the Parole Board is convinced it is safe.
Let us hope that there are no liberal do-gooders on the Board and that Cresswell stays in jail for LIFE.
Justice UK Style.
There is a major weakness in the British justice system which allows an Iraqi boy accidentally shot by a British soldier to be awarded £2,000,000 compensation yet at the same time limits awards given to our severely wounded service personnel.
Compare the Iraqi boy’s compensation of £2,000,000 to that of paratrooper Ben Parkinson who was awarded a mere £285,000 compensation after losing both legs and suffering severe brain damage.
Our troops must feel increasingly betrayed by a legal system that puts foreigners’ rights before their own.
There is no justice when an Iraqi boy receives 7 TIMES as much compensation as a British serviceman who suffered in the service of his country.
Royal Joy-Rider.
Prince William, second in line to the Throne, borrowed a £10 million RAF chinook helicopter to go to a drunken weekend stag do in the Isle of Wight. Not only did he not fly straight there, he diverted to London to pick up his brother Prince Harry on the way.
A chinook helicopter costs £5,000 an hour to keep it airborne.
The RAF insisted the jaunt was a “legitimate training exercise” teaching the Prince to fly over water.
This “exercise” was nothing but a “jolly do” for someone who is in a privileged position and who abused the power that his position holds.
Our troops in Afghanistan are in short supply of chinook helicopters. Maybe if William needed training he should go to Afghanistan and help deliver much needed supplies or help evacuate wounded soldiers.
Troops Leave Their Squalid Quarters For Action In Afghanistan.
The shameful squalor faced by British soldiers before they are sent to fight in Afghanistan has been exposed.
Troop accommodation huts are in a dilapidated condition with overflowing sewage, broken windows, collapsing ceilings, faulty electricity supplies, stained walls, peeling paint and rats running rife.
This is the picture of troop accommodations at RAF Brize Norton.
One soldier said “If prisoners were put in this dump, they’d sue and win a fortune off the Government”. He went on to say “Living conditions are better in Afghanistan, so the guys cannot wait to get out there”.
Budgets for the MOD are being squeezed. The blame lies squarely with Gordon Brown who is quite happy to spend £11.2 BILLION of taxpayer’s money on overseas aid.
Perhaps our MPs who claim multi million pound allowances for second homes should live in the Brize Norton slum and see first hand what our troops have to put up with in order to serve their country.
Insult To Our War Dead.
The Mail on Sunday 13 April 2008, had an article that should put us all to shame.
The article compared how fallen heroes are welcomed home in both Canada and Britain. We have taken the liberty of extracting information from the article.
In Canada roads are cleared, police and firemen stand to attention and salute as the coffins of dead troops are driven past. Members of the public stand and pay homage as the cars are driven along the roads. Canada provides police escorts to ensure a smooth final journey.
Compare this to a British home coming. Hearses are denied police outriders and escorts, roads are not cleared, other drivers cut in and the public ignores the passing coffins. There are no police standing to attention saluting and paying last respects.
The Thames Valley Police declines to provide these sombre procession with any sort of escort, excusing itself with the wooden formula that this would not be “force policy”.
We support The Mail on Sunday when it argues “We could and we should do this”. Meaning we should do the same as Canada.

Another Killer Lorry Driver.
Killer lorry driver Scott Baldwin, ran into the back of a tractor trailer killing its driver, Ian Gregory.
Baldwin was sending X-rated texts from behind the wheel as he was driving his vehicle.
Judge Graham Cottle at Exeter Crown Court sentenced Balwin to 6 years jail.
Baldwin should have been charged with dangerous driving which attracts a 14 year jail term.
More Young Killers.
Three smirking murderers laughed as they kicked to death “like a pack of hyenas” a father of three, when he disturbed them burgling his home.
Curtis Delima age 19, Mark Elliott age 21 and Gerry Cusden age 16 were handed life sentences by Judge Timothy Pontius at Maidstone Crown Court.
Delmina, Elliott and Cusden stamped on and kicked Mark Witherall as he lay defenceless leaving him in a pool of blood. These thugs went on to ransack Mark’s home stealing a DVD player and a PlayStation.
The Judge ordered Delima to serve a minimum of 20 years, Elliott to serve 23 years and Cusden to serve 16 years.
Well done Judge.

Six Violent Yobs Jailed.
Six drunken yobs viciously attacked innocent 20 year old Robert King who was on his way home from a night out with friends
Robert was left fighting for his life laying unconscious after suffering a blood clot on the brain.
Judge Richard O’Rorke, at Lincoln Crown Court described the attack as an “explosion of violence”.
Judge O’Rorke sentenced Steven Goy to 9 months, Shane Billinger and Dean Speight to 2 years, Nicholas Cullingford to 6 months, Daniel Kilmore to 9 months and Robert McSpadden to 6 months.
Infected Patient Sent Home.
Derek Rumbelow age 74 was first admitted to Addenbrooke’s hospital on 1st March with a urinary infection. He was discharged three weeks later.
Derek’s condition deteriorated, but his doctor diagnosed the potentially fatal stomach bug, Clostridium difficile and returned him to hospital. Derek was readmitted to Addenbrooke’s on April 10th were it was found that Derek had contracted MRSA.
Government Sex Snoops.
The latest saga in this Government’s surveillance programme is to send inspectors into your homes to pry into intimate details of householder’s sex lives.
Intimate questions about sex, pay and personal habits will be included.
Questions about previous sexual partners, contraception, couples living together before marriage, births (even stillborn and babies who lived only a short time).
The Government claims that the information is needed to “formulate future government policy”.
At the moment the supply of this personal information is voluntary, inspectors will press people into revealing personal details, with follow-up questions designed to draw out more information.
Even though the survey is now voluntary, guaranteed this Government will make it compulsory if they win the next general election.

Thirty Hospital Blunders Kills Baby.
Staff at Watford General Hospital, part of West Herts Hospitals NHS Trust FAILED to recognised 30 warnings when Lisa Callaway was giving birth to her new baby.
A damning report by the Health Service Ombudsman for England condemned as “indefensible” the way that Mrs Callaway’s labour was managed.
The report stated that a drug used to speed the labour should have been stopped when the CTG showed signs that the baby was being deprived of oxygen.
Instead staff at Watford General Hospital DOUBLED the dose of Syntocinon, a synthetic version of the hormone which controls contractions.
It is clear that the most important test of fetal wellbeing, the CTG, was giving all the information about the fetal condition and in this case was ignored by hospital staff.
Staff used a suction cap five times and resorted to forceps to remove the baby from the womb.
The baby did not survive but the staff just “plonked” the dead baby on Mrs Callaway’s chest and left her alone.
The shocking truth about this baby’s death has taken almost FOUR YEARS to emerge but the Callaways had always been determined to eventually expose the appalling catalogue of errors which cost her baby his life.
Fit Claimants Cost Taxpayers £300 Million.
Up to 20% of people applying for benefits while being “unfit” for work have been incorrectly assessed as unfit when in reality they are perfectly fit for work.
Taxpayer handouts of £84.50p a week are being paid to these claimants.
It is said that Doctors are being pressured into signing off more than 70,000 workers a year who are all well enough to work.
The cost to us the taxpayer is a massive £300 million per year.
Box-Ticking Robot Police.
Lanarkshire’s callous robotic police arrested and charged a teenage Down’s Syndrome boy, with a mental age of five, with “racial assault” after pushing a fellow pupil at his special needs school.
In a sane country the police would have dropped the case against 18 yr old Jamie Bauld the moment they learned he had Down’s Syndrome.
Jamie cannot even tie his own shoelaces or use the lavatory without help. How is he supposed to understand the concept of racism?
Lanarkshire’s inhumane police pursued this case for more than SEVEN MONTHS.
It was deeply cruel to a severely disabled young man and heartlessly distressing to his family.
The police have now given a formal apology.
Family Ambushed By Drunken Yobs.
Vincent Rogers 16 yrs was being hassled by a 15 strong gang of drunken yobs.
He phoned his parents to collect him in their car.
When his parents arrived, the gang set upon them, pelting them with bottles and launching an attack during which Mrs Rogers had her ankle broken.
The family managed to escape without further damage.
Where did this happen? In Hyde, Greater Manchester.
Two youths have been arrested.
Cambridgeshire County Council Abuse Scandal.
More than 100 ex-pupils of a Peterborough school are to share a £1.8 million payout for physical and emotional abuse carried out in the 1980s and 90s.
A total of 117 former pupils of the scandal-hit Ellindon special school have been suing Cambridgeshire County Council for negligence.
After a 10 year battle Cambridgeshire County Council has agreed the £1.8 million payout
A spokesman for Cambridgeshire County Council said, “This settlement was agreed without prejudice and does not suggest in any way that Cambridgeshire County Council accepts the allegations made against former staff at Ellindon School”.
If Cambridgeshire County Council does not accept the allegations, then why make the £1.8 million payout.
Making such a payout implies guilt.
This episode is reminiscent of the Laverack case, where Keith Laverack, a Cambridgeshire County Council senior social services manager, was jailed for 18 years for systematic abuse of children in his care.
Soldier’s Five Year Battle With Vodafone.
Royal Artilleryman, David Johnson was one of the first soldiers to enter Basra, Iraq in the spring of 2003.
David ended up fighting on two fronts, the Iraqi insurgents and the giant VODAFONE company.
Vodafone put David’s name on a list of bad debtors after a mix-up in his direct debit payments.
When David realised the mix-up, he paid an outstanding bill of £378 immediately.
Vodafone still kept David’s name on the bad debtors list for FIVE YEARS.
This is how long it took David to clear his name.
Let us hope that Vodafone paid David substantial compensation.
Blair’s Afghan Death Toll Rises.
Another British soldier has been killed by a landmine in Afghanistan.
Two other soldiers were also seriously wounded in a second blast.
This brings the number of British troops killed in Blair’s Afghanistan war to 94.

Hero Rescues Baby.
Hero, Pat Baker age 54, dived into an icy canal and forced his way into an overturned car which was completely submerged.
Although unable to see in the murky water, he managed to free a 13 month baby girl who was still strapped in her child seat.
Compare this action with that of the cowardly Manchester Police Community Support Officers who refused to enter knee high water to rescue a drowning child, saying that “It is not our job”.
Well done Pat, you are a brave man.
Less Than Two Years For Horror Crash.
Antonio Singh Boparen age 21 was jailed for just 21 MONTHS after causing a crash while speeding at 72 mph in a 30 mph zone.
Boparen’s dangerous driving left one year old Cerys Edwards paralysed, permanently brain damaged and needing a ventilator just to stay alive.
Judge Frank Chapman at Birmingham Crown Court said “The maximum sentence for this offence is two years, nobody died as a result of this offence but Cerys sustained very serious injuries”.
The court heard that Boparen had been caught speeding only two months after the crash doing 95 mph in a 50 mph zone.
Cerys will never walk again nor survive without her ventilator.
Let us hope that the Boparen multi-millionaire family pay substantial out of court damages to Cerys’ family as a form of compensation.
Antonio Boparen should be banned from driving for life.
Bailed To Murder.
A former 55 year soldier, Stephen Green, was cycling home from work late at night when he was set upon by a gang of drugged up and drunken teenagers.
Nicholas Garland 18, Shane Liddy 19 Richard McNamara 19 and Darryl Bennett 18 face life sentences after kicking Stephen to death and stealing £5 from his rucksack.
These three yobs were out on bail or serving community punishments after a series of vicious assaults on other innocent victims.
Helen Newlove Warning To Cops.
Helen Newlove, widow of Garry Newlove kicked to death outside his home , gave a stark warning to Police and MPs sitting on the Home Affairs Committee.
Helen told the MPs that it was well known that police did not turn up when crime was reported. Helen went on to say that the court system is “an utter disgrace”.
Abandoned Wealstun Open Prison.
Wealstun open prison moved out it’s 900 inmates because it was due to be converted into a closed category C type jail.
But FOUR weeks later after the cells were emptied, prison chiefs have yet to submit a planning application for conversion.
This defines the quality of “management expertise” that exists within our prison system.
There are 380 cells standing empty yet 529 inmates are freed early every week due to overcrowding.
A Monster Returns.
Murderer and serial rapist, Raymond Horne, kicked out of Australia after serving 16 years jail was allowed back into Britain only to sexually assault a 70 year old woman just four months after he landed on our shores.
What the hell are Jack Straw, Jaqui Smith and this discredited Labour Government up to?
Neighbour Defends Himself.
Edwin Pitkin defended himself when drugged up drunken neighbour Mark Woods tried to break into his home and threatened to blind him.
Edwin mistook Woods for a burglar and fatally stabbed him.
Edwin has been told that he will not face any charges over the death.
At last the tide is turning in favour of the victim.
Killers Beat And Drowned 16 Year Old.
Christopher Lewis 22 and Marvin Walker 21 were sentenced to five and a half years for beating 16 year old Shane Owoo and forcing him into a water filled clay pit where they stoned him till he drowned.
A third attacker Tobias Davies 21 received a 12 month sentence.
Lewis and Davies will be free within 2 years.
There was an outcry in Birmingham Crown Court when Judge Peter Coulson passed these sentences.
This is NOT justice.
Soft Touch Prisons.
Glyn Travis, assistant general secretary of the Prison Officers’ Association has savaged Labour’s prison policy.
In a scathing attack Mr Travis made several claims.
Every jail in the land is overcrowded and under-resourced.
Inmates benefit from satellite television, free telephone calls, breakfast in bed and officers who treat them with kid gloves for fear of breaching their human rights.
Members of the public are openly smuggling in drugs.
Prostitutes being smuggled into jails to “service” criminals.
Inmates are having such a cushy time that they do not want to break out.
If this is true, then Jack Straw and Jaqui Smith need to address these problems.

Four Police Cars Swoop On OAPs.
Fifty OAPs were raided by police officers when 4 police cars screeched to a halt outside the bowling club where the pensioners were playing a relaxing Sunday game of bowls.
It appears that the pensioners were staging a Play Sit-in after the rent for their club was raised by some 20% by the council in Northavon Bristol.
We wonder if these same fearless police officers would have responded so quickly if it had been reported that a gang of drugged up drunken yobs were kicking an innocent victim to death.
Tesco Gestapo.
Giant supermarket, TESCO, gave police the wrong car registration number of Simon Brasch’s vehicle.
Simon was subsequently dragged from his bed at 3 AM and detained in a cell for ten hours.
His crime? Tesco WRONGLY accused Simon of stealing a plasma television from their store in Chelmsford, Essex.
Well done Tesco. Now it is up to the store manager to properly compensate Simon.

Teenager Killers Get Life.
Two teenage cowardly killers were given life sentences for the vicious murder of Sophie Lancaster.
Vicious cowards Ryan Herbert age 16 must serve a minimum of 16 years and Brendan Harris age 15 must serve a minimum of 18 years.
Other members of this vicious gang, brothers Joseph and Danny Hulme were both jailed for 5 years and 10 months together with Daniel Mallett who was jailed for 4 years and 4 months.
This feral gang first beat Sophie’s boyfriend to a pulp and when she pleaded with them to stop they turned on Sophie beating and kicking her so badly that she died 13 days later.
Judge Anthony Russell told Preston Crown Court that all the gang were feral thugs hunting in a pack.
We feel that justice has been done, however we believe that these thugs should spend the rest of their lives in jail so as to protect society from their evil acts.
Police Too Busy.
Mathew Sims and his family were cowering upstairs as a gang of burglars wielding an axe ransacked his house.
Mathew wasted no time in calling 999 asking for help.
Nottinghamshire Police told Mathew “WE’RE TOO BUSY TO HELP”.
What were the police doing.
Nottingham was recently named as Britain’s burglary capital with house burglary levels 63% above the national average.
Heroes Welcome.
Cheering crowds in their thousands, waiving Union Jacks turned out on the streets of Windsor as 450 soldiers of the 1st Battalion Coldstream Guards marched proudly through the city led by brave Lance Corporal Simon Wiggins from his wheelchair.
Corporal Wiggins was severely wounded and suffered the loss of a leg during the troops six months tour in Afghanistan.
It is good to see the public at last giving recognition to our military.
Ex Soldier Sues For £1 Million.
Ex Royal Engineer, Tony Brown now age 47 was ordered to use carcinogenic chemicals to clean bridges while serving in the Army.
Thousands of troops are suspected to have been exposed to lethal benzene and trichlorethylene.
Tony was diagnosed with non-Hodgkins Lymphoma before leaving the Army four years ago.
These chemicals have been banned for more than 10 years, so why was the Army still using them?
Heroes Payouts To Be Trebled.
Following the £2 million payout to an Iraqi teenager, accidentally shot by a soldier, the MOD has agreed to treble compensation payouts to troops crippled in war.
The current maximum is £285,000.
Even if this sum is trebled to £855,000 it does not equal the payout given to the Iraqi teenager.
Defence Chiefs have finally accepted that the huge difference between civilian legal suits and official payouts is an injustice.
Let us hope that these payouts will be retrospective.

Jack Straw’s Justice.
The complacency of Justice Minister, Jack Straw led to the horrific killing of a bus passenger, Richard Whelen.
Black schizophrenic, Anthony Joseph killed innocent victim, Richard Whelen when Richard defended his girlfriend against Joseph’s behaviour and paid with his life.
Joseph had a history of violent crime, robbery, assault, kidnapping and raping a girl age 15 years.
On each of 9 occasions Joseph was bailed by magistrates in Liverpool and London.
This despite reports that Joseph was a danger to others.
Bail laws MUST be examined and loopholes closed.
Joseph now resides in Broadmoor, we hope for the rest of his natural life.
Grandfather Killed For His Mobile Phone.
Brave Grandfather, James Smith stood up to a pair of young thugs who demanded his mobile phone and paid for his heroism with his life.
Killers, Keith Buckley age 22 and Adrian Hutchinson age 25 attacked James, beat and kicked him about the head and left him behind an empty shop to die.
Earlier four young victims were robbed by Buckley and Hutchinson.
Mrs Justice Rafferty at Oldham Crown Court sentenced Buckley and Hutchinson to life in prison, telling Hutchinson that he must serve a minimum of 28 years and Buckley a minimum of 26 years.
The sentences reflect the crime. We would like to see them in jail for the rest of their lives in order to protect the public.
Straw’s Idea Of Justice.
A total of 14,000 convicts including 130 killers have escaped from low-security jails.
Hundreds of violent criminals have been transferred to open prisons.
More than 133 prisoners who were freed early and committed further crimes recalled back to prison failed to return.
Of those, 38 had been inside for violence, 36 are burglars and 51 were jailed for theft.
Since the early release scheme was introduced, 24,000 prisoners including 4,500 violent criminals have been released.
Last month alone a record 2,675 criminals were released early.

Senior Norfolk police officers claim that vandalism is NOT a crime.
Furious rank and file officers claim that this is a bid to reduce levels of reported crime thus massaging crime figures so as to keep within Government targets.
We have news for those idiot senior officers, VANDALISM IS CRIMINAL DAMAGE and therefore a crime.
This same Police Force, NORFOLK, had 62,626 reported crimes in 2006-07 but a massive 20,739 were NOT investigated. That is over 33% of crimes.
Secret 25% Pay Rise For MPs.
It has been revealed that MPs are secretly planning to award themselves a massive 25% pay increase. This is a rise of £15,000 a year.
The lavish rise is on top of the soaring figure for perks and expenses.
Millions of households struggling with a tide of spiralling bills will be appalled just one day after Prime Minister claimed to be “feeling the hurt” of hard-pressed families.
MPs get 25% increase. OAPs get 3%.
It is interesting that Davy Boy Cameron who claims to champion the less well off has kept very quiet about his new 25% pay rise.
Are our MPs hypocrites? In this case YES.
Brown’s U-Turn.
Following Gordon Brown’s drubbing at the recent local elections, he has now stated that the “Bin tax” will be ditched.
At least some of our poorer citizens, low paid and OAPs will find a small relief.
All Brown has to do now is reverse his 10p tax con.

Petrol prices are likely to soar to £1.50p a litre, bring the average cost of filling a tank up to £84 a time.
Road tax for tens of thousands is set to shoot up by £245 a year.
Speeding and parking offence revenues are expected to exceed £800 MILLION. We must not be deceived into thinking that this colossal upsurge in fines has much to do with road safety or easing congestion anymore than rocketing petrol and road fund taxes are seriously intended to protect the environment.
It is all about raising money from the softest of targets, the motorists.
Soldier’s Family To Sue MOD.
The family of a young soldier killed in Iraq while trying to use an unfamiliar machine gun are suing the MOD for £100,000.
Lance Corporal Andrew Craw age 21 years, died on a firing range just a few hours after flying into Iraq in Jan 2004.
He and his sleep deprived colleagues were learning to use the unfamiliar weapon that they had never seen before when L. Cpl Craw tried to unjam his failed gun.
The family’s action follows a judicial hearing earlier this month, were a senior Judge declared that British troops are protected by the Human Rights Act “wherever they may be”, including foreign war-zones.
It has emerged that a leaked Army inquiry highlighted serious failings in plans for weapons training.
Part time Defense Secretary, Des Browne appealed against the Judge’s judicial hearing declaration.

Maimed Para Stripped Of Benefits.
Landmine victim Para Sergeant Stu Pearson, who had a leg blown off has been declared “fully fit” because he now has a false leg.
Maimed Stu, who still uses a wheelchair when his prosthetic limb becomes too painful has had his blue disabled parking badge confiscated.
Stu has also lost his £352 a month Disability Living Allowance.
Stu received a paltry £61,000 for the loss of his leg, yet two weeks age an Iraqi teenager received £2 MILLION after being accidentally shot.
Wounded Hero Returns to Afghanistan.
Anthony Makin age 21 years, who lost a leg in a bombing is to return to the Afghanistan front line to avenge a fallen friend.
Anthony had six months rehabilitation at Headley Court military centre and has now been given the all clear to rejoin his unit.
What amazing strength and courage Anthony is showing.

Armed Forces medical unit Headley Court is to get a £25 million facelift.
The money will be spent on a brand new accommodation block, a bigger prosthetic limb workshop and a ground breaking neurological lab.

Blair’s Blood Toll Rises Again.
Another soldier, Marine Richard Watson was shot in the chest and died while fighting the Taliban in Afghanistan.
Richard’s death need not have happened if his vehicle had proper armour.
Recording a narrative verdict, Oxford Coroner Andrew Walker said the Pinzgauer vehicle that Richard was using was “not suitable”.
It appears that a tougher Viking Armoured vehicle was not available.
So much for Tony Blair telling our troops that they can have all the equipment they want.

Judge Scraps Crooks Curfew.
Judge Graham Cottle at Exeter Crown Court scrapped drug supplier, Aaron Morgan’s electronic tag curfew.
The restriction imposed on Morgan was lifted because Morgan had landed a job selling surfboards, which involved wearing shorts.
Either there is a restriction or there is not. Why the leniency?
Another Judge Lifts Curfew.
Judge Martin Picton at Gloucester Crown Court lifted the curfew imposed on drunken thug Lee Jones.
Jones was convicted of drunken assault on a police officer and given a 6 month suspended sentence together with a night-time curfew.
Two months after sentence Jones applied for the curfew to be lifted so that he could go on holiday to Portugal.
Judge Picton who imposed the original curfew even joked about the situation.
What message does this man send out?
Judge Frees Child Molester.
Judge Robert Atherton at Manchester Crown Court, freed paedophile Jon Dixon saying that his victim had a “sexual awareness that would make someone twice her age blush”.
Dixon’s victim was an 11 year old girl.
Does it matter if the girl was sexually aware? The Judge knew that a crime had been committed, so why was Dixon not sent to jail?
This judge has sent out the wrong message to all perverts and belittled the victims of child sex crimes.
Old Slappers Jailed.
Judge Timothy Nash at Canterbury Crown Court sent three vicious women muggers to jail for 3 years each.
Melanie Coombs age 39 yrs, Lorraine Hallett age 37 yrs and Alison Raines age 41 yrs carried out a vicious drunken attack on 31 yr old James McCabe and then stole his wallet.
Justice has been done in this case.

Sydney Duffy was caught by a mobile police unit in Cumbria, doing 35 mph in a 30 mph zone as he tried to get off the road as quickly as possible.
The reason for Sydney’s action was that his disabled wife was having an epileptic fit.
Despite Sydney’s explanation AND a police photograph clearly showing Sydney’s wife in distress, the police have said that he will face court.
No doubt the Cumbria plods think that “Rules is rules”, but have they never heard of common sense and humanity.

Terror Suspect To Stay In Britain.
Abu Qatada, one of the world’s most dangerous terror suspects was granted bail to return to Britain’s streets.
This decision follows a human rights decision last month by the Appeal Court whose Judges said that Qatada could not be deported to Jordan where he is wanted for plotting terrorists activities.
Why do the Judges think that the human rights of a known terrorist are more important than those of British citizens?
The Panel Chairman imposed a 22 hour curfew on Qatada at a cost of £500,000 per year to us the taxpayer.

Youths Jailed For Life.
Four youths who kicked and beat a former soldier to death, while they were out on bail or serving community sentences, were jailed for life.
Judge John Bevan branded their behaviour as “feral” and were waiting to beat someone up.
Nicholas Garland age 18 must serve a minimum of 12 years.
Shane Liddy age 19 must serve a minimum of 16 years.
Richard McNamara age 19 must serve a minimum of 15 years.
Darryll Bennett age 18 must serve a minimum of 19 years.
All these young murderers were supposed to be under intensive supervision and surveillance, but still were allowed to roam free, drink strong alcohol and smoke cannabis.
Teen Attacks Soar By 40%.
Violent attacks by teenagers have soared by 40% in just three years.
The rate is increasing even faster for girls, up by 50%.
Some 56,000 violent incidents involving teens, from murders to assaults were recorded in 2006-2007.
So much for Labour’s claims to be “tough on crime”.

Drug Dealers To Avoid Jail.
Cannabis dealers will escape jail, despite Gordon Brown’s decision to reclassify the drug.
The reclassification was supposed to signal tougher punishments for those who flout the law.
Documents issued by the Sentencing Guidelines Council, on 12 May 2008, advised magistrates that “community orders” will be satisfactory for those who push class B drugs, the new grade for cannabis.

Keith Hirst was accused of dropping an apple core. What happened?
Five police officers arrested Keith, took him into custody, locked him up for 18 hours, and took his DNA.
Keith did NOT drop the apple core, but the police were not interested. No doubt they had targets to meet.
This is yet another example of police wasting time and money especially as the accusation was unfounded.
Well done Manchester police. Have they nothing better to do? There are plenty of violent assaults and murders in Manchester which should be investigated, not false accusations of apple core dropping.
Police Killers Shoot Barrister.
Mark Saunders, who was a depressive alcoholic, was shot at least FIVE times by specialist police sniper marksmen.
Yes Keith did have a firearm which he discharged illegally.
The firearm was a shotgun with an effective range of 50 yards with it’s pellets dispersing over an area that would not harm a person wearing body armour.
Why did the police have to use deadly force?
Why did the police not fire tear gas into Mark’s home, thus disabling him?
We believe that the police are becoming far too trigger happy.
Protecting A Rapist.
Convicted rapist Michael Clark was freed from jail but refused to return and live in his home town because he feared for his safety.
Clark claimed that his “human rights” would be abused.
Instead Clark was allowed to move to Leeds, where less than a year after his release, Clark sexually assaulted and killed Zuzanna Zommer, a 14 year old girl living two doors away.
If it was to dangerous for Clark to return to his home town, how was it decided that 14 year old Zuzanna was in no danger?
Mr Justice King at Sheffield Crown Court jailed Clark for life.
The human rights of victims and potential victims MUST be put first.
Too often it is the human rights of the criminal which come first.
Police Quiz Woman Age 63 years.
At a meeting, the Parish Council of Kenton near Exeter, voted to ban youngsters playing football on the small village green in order to protect floral displays next to the war memorial.
Mrs Alma Harding decided on positive action when she spotted a group of youths kicking a ball near the new floral displays and damaging the flowers, by ordering them to go to a nearby playing field and play there.
Alma was met by a volley of foul mouthed abuse, so clutching a copy of the Parish Council minutes she took a swipe at a member of the group.
Mrs Harding now faces a police inquiry into alleged assault.
Why could the police not have had a word with the youngsters and told them to play elsewhere?
So much for being public spirited when the police ignore the culprits and instead blame the people who look after their community.
Black South Africans Kill Two Strangers.
Two black South Africans, Gabriel Bhengu age 27 and Jabu Mbowane age 26 were given 30 years jail by Mr Justice Goldring at Wolverhampton Crown Court.
Bhengu and Mbowane used their brute strength to grab seven victims and held them in headlocks before robbing them.
Two of their victims died as a result.
Both Bhengu and Mbowane were in the UK under a visa arrangement but their visas had expired. Both were ordered to be deported when their sentences are complete.
Why were these thugs not deported as soon as their visas expired?
Junkie Car Thieves Jailed.
Two smirking drugged up car thieves were jailed for the murder of a man who tried to stop them from stealing his van radio.
Albert Willett and his brother Tommy were sentenced to life in jail for murder.
Albert Willett was ordered to serve a minimum of 27 years and Tommy Willett a minimum of 25 years.
The victim, Balbir Matharu stood in front of the Willett’s getaway car, but was dragged along the road and eventually run over.
This is the first case where a murder conviction has been brought rather than manslaughter.
Teen Driver Banned For Killing.
Jonathan Trice age 19, a newly qualified driver killed a father-to-be when he failed to stop at a junction.
Trice’s punishment is a driving ban for three years and a £500 fine.
Presiding Magistrate, Stephen Claydon imposed a punishment which does NOT fit the crime.
You be the judge. Should Trice have been jailed for killing while driving?

Neal O’Boyle age 70 years was blinded as he was violently attacked by Nicola Jeyes and Adam Harris who battered Neal over his head with a lump of wood.
Harris received 4 years jail and Jeyes received 18 months.
37 YEAR OLD BATTERED.
A gang of 20 teenagers attacked and beat up a 37 year old Dad as he bought ice creams for his children, breaking his jaw and causing severe cuts to his head.
TEENAGERS STABBED.
A ten strong gang of thugs attacked two young teenagers age 15 and 16 in a park in Holloway, London leaving one lad stabbed and severely bleeding.
Where were the parents of these thugs?

A garden for adults with learning disabilities has been vandalised by mindless yobs.
The garden in Cherry Hinton, Cambridge which had been built and cared for by adults with learning difficulties was smashed and sheds burnt.

Hijacker Works At Heathrow.
Nazamuddin Mohammidy, one of the notorious Afghan hikackers who threatened to blow up an airliner during a four day siege at Stansted airport, was found to be working at Heathrow airport by gun toting cops.
Mohammidy who had a clearance pass to work on the airport site was arrested after it emerged that he was on bail accused of assault and was living at a different address to the one he gave the court.
The public should be alarmed at this gross lack of security. The next terrorist employed at Heathrow might well be planning to blow up the aircraft that you will be flying on.
Illegals On NHS Payrolls.
The Government has admitted that dozens of illegal immigrants have been found working in NHS hospitals, including doctors, nurses, physiotherapists and healthcare assistants.
All these illegal immigrants possessed forged passports and references to bypass NHS employment checks

This is yet another failure of this Government’s duty to the British people.

Immigrant Gypsy Pole, Renata Gural stated that British values mean nothing to her and her family when she readily gave her 13 year old daughter away in marriage.
Gural stated, “I don’t care what the neighbours think, or social services”.

Illegal Immigrants Obtain NI Numbers.
Tens of thousands of illegal immigrants have knowingly been given National Insurance numbers during the last decade. The length of time that Labour has been in power.
Despite the Department for Works and Pensions having the names and addresses of known illegals, instead of deporting them, they handed out prized NI numbers.
All these illegals are now entitled to tax credits and other benefits all paid for by the British taxpayers.
A total of 713,000 NI numbers were issued to illegals in 2006-2007 alone.

All illegal immigrants will face 4 years in jail and then be deported.
The crackdown is aimed at reducing the level of crime carried out by illegals.

This Big Brother surveillance Labour Government under Gordon Brown is planning a massive database holding details of every phone call, e-mail and time spent on the internet by each and every member of the public.
Internet service providers and telephone companies will be forced to hand over records to the Home Office.
This followed the Government’s plans for a vast database for the ID cards scheme and the NHS centralised medical records database.
As has been proven by security lapses, any Government database will be at risk of attack and abuse with private information being stolen for criminal purposes.
Given the Government’s appalling record at maintaining the integrity of databases holding people’s sensitive data, this will be more a threat to our security.
Shed Loads Of Money, Brags Euro MP.
Cambridgeshire Euro MP, Tom Wise has been caught on camera bragging how he milks British taxpayers of £Thousands in allowances and travel claims.
Wise stated, “One of his favourite things about his job was the opportunity to make SHED LOADS OF MONEY”.
He further stated, “I don’t know what an MEP’s job is. So you make it up as you go along”.
Wise travels on no-frills airlines but claims the expenses for full-price business class flights.
MEPs receive £61,820 salary, PLUS £226 a day attendance allowance, PLUS a massive £39,012 handout for office expences, no questions asked, no receipts needed, PLUS £162,856 to hire staff, most of which are relatives, PLUS £10,000 profit from flying with low cost airlines and then claiming business class fares.
In Wise’s case it has cost the British taxpayer £1,000,000 since he took up his seat in 2004.
British MP’s Have Relatives On The Payroll.
Almost 25% of MPs, 144 out of 646, spend thousands of pounds of taxpayers money on employing relatives or partners out of their generous staffing perks.
Relatives and partners should be banned from employment by MPs.
Office staff should go through a proper selection procedure in the same way that private companies employ staff.
High Court Rejects Speaker Martin’s Appeal.
The High Court has rejected the Speaker of the House, Michael Martin’s appeal to hide MP’s expenses from public scrutiny.
Justice has prevailed even though the appeal has cost us, the taxpayer £200,000.
Family Tax Bill Up 51%.
The tax bill has risen by 51% under Labour with the average family now paying a crippling £20,700 a year.
Ignoring the effects of inflation, the increase over the past 11 years is an even more eye-watering 76%.
THE INCREASE IN UP-FRONT AND SNEAKY STEALTH TAXES OVER THE PAST DECADE IS THE EQUIVALENT TO £8,500 A YEAR FOR EVERY HOUSEHOLD.
Thanks to higher charges levied by local councils, hospitals and quangos, the total cost has risen more than £230 billion a year to £517 billion.

Green Belt RIP.
Nearly 30,000 acres of Green Belt land has been lost since Labour came to power.
Protected green spaces around existing towns has been used for building more than 45,000 new homes.
This Government is planning to build 3,000,000 new homes by the year 2020.
Gordon Brown promised to defend the Green Belt, but has so far failed.
With an ever increasing rise in population, open door policy to both legal and illegal immigrants with their own rapidly increasing ethnic family populations, how can the Green Belt be protected.
Unelected Quangos such as the East of England Regional Assembly, (EERA) chaired by unelected John Reynolds readily acquiesce to the Government’s desire to concrete over large parts of East Anglia.
There is nobody in power who will say NO, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
Quangos: The Unseen Government.
The Taxpayers Alliance regularly produce reports covering Central and Local Government expenditure and waste.
Their recent report covers QUANGOS.
A Quango is an unelected body often comprising local councillors, business people and other lay persons. These quangos are funded by us, the taxpayer and have been given power to make decisions that effect our every day lives. Example the EERA can and often does override local wishes.
In the article above (Green Belt RIP), 79% of the population in East Anglia do not want thousands of houses built in the countryside, but the EERA has gone along with Government wishes.
There are a total of 1,162 quangos in the UK, running at a cost to the taxpayer of over £64 billion, equivalent to £2,550 per household.

The Sunday Times puts the cost of quangos as high as £100 billion per year. The Paper gives examples of duplication and waste. They quote an example of where £85 million is given to the Carbon Trust to advise business and government bodies on becoming “low carbon”, and yet give £22 million to Envirowise to do the same thing. The paper quotes other examples.
Quangos cost us the taxpayer £millions each year. They are unelected producing wasteful and confusing duplication of roles.
We the taxpayer pay for this waste.
Incapacity Benefits At £16 Billion Per Year.
Incapacity benefits are running higher than previously admitted.
The Government claimed that benefits cost £10 billion, but the true figure revealed is £16 billion per year.
The system of benefits needs to be re-examined.
A lot of doctors are only too eager to sign people off as sick.
There are a lot of people who are “on the sick” who partake in outdoor activities,smoke cigarettes, drink alcohol and drive their cars, all at taxpayer’s expense.
Again it is the taxpayer who pays the bill.

Troop’s Slums Torn Down.
Following our expose about the squalid slum huts at RAF Brize Norton, where British troops were housed prior to being deployed to Afghanistan, we are pleased to report that these huts have now been torn down.
However there still remains hundreds of barracks and married quarters that need bringing into the 21st century.
If prisoners were housed in the same type of accommodation, there would be outrage expressed. So why must our fighting servicemen and women still continue to live in such squalor?
Victory Every Step Of The Way.
They walked tall and stood proud.
Each step they took was a landmark in their courage and determination.
Each cheer they received from the crowd was a tribute to the sacrifices they made.
Mark Ormrod and Ben McBean made a supreme effort to master artificial limbs in time for the ceremony so that they could collect their medals not just in person, but face to face with their commanding officers.
Corporal Ormrod lost both legs and an arm to a Taliban landmine.
Marine McBean lost an arm and a leg in Afghanistan.
These men have displayed TRUE GRIT.
Cpl Ormrod is still fighting for proper compensation for his injuries. He was offered far less than the £285,000 that he should receive.
How many of our MPs from Tony Blair, Gordon Brown and Des Browne down could ever display so much courage? They are more familiar with yellow streaks down their backs.
Princes William And Harry.
We have never been supporters of these playboy Princes and their drunken lifestyles, nor the silver spooned privileged positions they hold at taxpayers expense, BUT we acknowledge that both Princes have been able to use their positions to raise awareness of the plight of our troops.
Both Prince William and Harry have raised almost £1,000,000 for wounded troops and have tapped into the ultra rich on behalf of forgotten victims of Iraq and Afghanistan fighting Tony Blair’s war.
The money that they have helped to raise brings the total to nearly £6,000,000.
Killer Police Driver Mows Down Girl Age 16 Years.
There were angry scenes yesterday in Newcastle upon Tyne as two police cars raced each other at speeds of 100 MPH, without headlights or siren on.
One of the police cars, a Volvo T5 struck 16 year old Haley Adamson as she was crossing a road with her friends.
Haley was struck with such force that she was hurled 50 ft through the air.
One witness said that he saw the police driver of the collision car climb out of his vehicle who then said “It’s all my fault” , and holding his hands in the air.
The two police cars were NOT responding to any 999 call.
This is not the first time that police drivers have killed innocent people.
Will the killer police driver be prosecuted? If so will he be treated as if he were a civilian driver traveling at this speed and killing an innocent victim? Will this driver be jailed for causing a death by dangerous driving? Will the second police driver be prosecuted for excessive speed?
Chief Superintendent Paul Weir, commenting on the angry scenes said “Understandably emotions were running high. However, we cannot tolerate that emotion spilling over into violence and disorder”.
We have news for you Mr Weir. The public can no longer tolerate killer police drivers, thinking that they are a law unto themselves, driving dangerously, no lights or sirens at speeds of 100 MPH AND KILLING INNOCENT VICTIMS.
We await the final outcome of this incident. We anticipate that there will be a police cover-up.
Only 5% Of Teenage Knife Thugs Jailed.
Despite promises of tough sentencing only 5% of knife wielding teenage thugs are ever jailed and who receive prison terms of just 3.4 months.
This means that 95% of these potential killers are free to roam our streets.

Gordon Brown has proposed an “Aging Tax” to provide care for the elderly in old age.
The moral of this Government is “Grow old and pay more tax”. Well done Gordon Brown. This is an all time low even for you.

Millions of families will next year be over £150 worse off because of the scrapping of the 10p tax band.
Brown and this Government like nothing better than to grind the OAPs and people on low fixed incomes into the ground BUT at the same time actively encouraging MPs to wallow in the pit of taxpayer’s money.
Remember we are all victims of MP’s greed and HIGH taxation.

£10 Billion Lost In Tax Credit Mistakes.
Fraud and error in the tax credit system has cost US the taxpayer £10 Billion over the last four years.

Fathers Not Required.
MPs voted last night to scrap the need for a child to have a male role model.
In other words the Government has decided that Fathers are no longer required.
We would like to believe that this decision means that Fathers who are hounded to support their children after divorce, when the Mothers refuse or make difficult any access, need no longer pay maintenance.

Beaten Dad, 76 Dies In Hospital.
Frail pensioner, John Coupe age 76 years was set upon by two teenage thugs as they attacked his sons.
One sick yob said “Here you go Grandad, have this” and punched John in the head.
John suffered head injuries and a broken back. He later died in hospital.
Police arrested two youths age 19 and 17 but released them on bail.
Why release them on bail? These same two yobs are likely to attack another innocent victim.
MP Attacked By Scum.
Labour MP, Anne Moffat age 50 was attacked by a gang of youths as she was out jogging in Cockenzie, East Lothian.
The gang knocked Anne unconscious and robbed her of a gold chain, watch, diamond ring and earrings.
She suffered broken ribs and cuts and bruises.
Maybe something good will come out of this incident. A Labour MP has been attacked by drunken drugged up yobs. Ms Moffat can now return to her Government and tell Jack Straw and Jaqui Smith about her experiences.
With luck we shall see yobs such as these locked up for a very long time.
Two Years Jail If Asbo Is Broken.
Soft new guidelines state that criminals breaching an Asbo should be jailed for just 2 years.
The Sentencing Guidlines Council made the recommendation even though 5 years is allowed under law.
Tough on crime? Labour’s promise is yet another lie.
Addenbrooke’s Hospital Rip-Off.
Addenbrooke’s hospital, in Cambridge has one of the highest car parking charge rates in the country.
Addenbrooke’s continues to rip-off patients and visitors alike with its 36% increase in car park charges.
In April alone it raised nearly £250,000. Multiply this by twelve and we can expect to pay £3,000,000 when we visit family and loved ones or attending outpatient clinics.
Conservative MP, and Shadow Health Secretary, Andrew Lansley has come out in full support of these rip-off charges.
Couple these charges with rip-off hospital telephone charges of 49p to listen to recorded messages, we can only conclude that the patient and visitor is being taken for a ride.
Andrew Lansley wants the new link road to Addenbrooke’s hospital to be outside the proposed “Cambridge congestion charge” area because he thinks it would be unfair to motorists visiting the hospital if it were included. Yet he is quite happy for the motorist to pay exorbitant car park charges on the hospital site.
This is a mixed message coming from the Shadow Health Secretary.
Maybe this is what we can expect from a Conservative Government. Their own hidden stealth tax hitting an easy target, i.e the motorist.

A husband and wife who are both MPs have used £175,000 of taxpayer’s money to help buy a flat near Parliament even though they have a constituency home JUST NINE MILES away.
Health Minister, Ann Keen and her husband Alan, nicknamed Mr and Mrs Greedy purchased their new flat on the South Bank. They ALSO claim back £867.57 each month on a life insurance policy worth £430,000.
The Blair Money Grab Goes On And On.
It has emerged that Tony Blair took out a £300,000 mortgage on his constituency home that was worth only £150,000.
Who paid? The taxpayer.
Is The RAF Nimrod Aircraft Safe To Fly?
NO said Coroner Andrew Walker.
Mr Walker’s belief follows the inquest he carried out on the ill fated crash in which 14 service people died.
The Coroner’s narrative verdict was recorded after listening to aircrew and engineer’s statements that the Nimrod has inherent design flaws and is NOT safe to fly.
The Nimrod aircraft design is based on the original Comet design.
The Comet built by the De Havilland aircraft company was the first British jet airliner to carry passengers.
The Comet suffered 3 major accidents in which the aircraft disintegrated.
The first was in May 1953 just after leaving Calcutta.
The second was in January 1954 over Elba.
The third was in April 1954 just after leaving Rome.
Following a full detailed investigation into these crashes it was concluded that major design faults were the cause of the crashes.
1) The method used for riveting the fuselage sheet metal, a thin skin of aluminium, to the frames and longerons of the structure was carried out by firing rivets through the skin instead of drilling holes in the normal manner.
The rivets being fired caused minute cracks where the rivets pierced the sheet metal which in turn started to spread. The sheet metal started to flex at the area of the cracks thus leading to metal fatigue. This in turn led to the fuselage becoming so weak that it disintegrated in midair.
2) The second design fault was the configuration of the engine placements at the wing root which affected up-rating potential, fire hazard and structural integrity.
The location of the engines at the wing root is not the usual engine position for such a large aircraft. The normal position is to have the engines slung below the wings or in some cases mounted at the tail of the aircraft.
The Coroner is correct when he condemned the Nimrod aircraft’s inherent design.
The current fuel system without fire suppressant and the engines location are part of the failed design.
A senior RAF officer admitted the aircraft should not have been passed safe to fly and said mistakes were made during a hazard assessment which could have identified faults.
This cavalier approach to safety must come to an end.
Gordon Brown, as Chancellor for a decade failed to provide money for upgrading the Nimrod and making it safer to fly.
Brown has the blood of 14 servicemen on his hands, but that will not worry him. He has failed our troops over the last 10 years.
Blair’s Death Toll Rises Again.
One more British soldier has been killed in Afghanistan and two more severely wounded.
This brings Blair’s death toll up to 97 British troops killed in that country.

Be Nice To Ian Huntley.
The Governor of Frankland Prison in County Durham, David Thompson has ordered warders to give preferential treatment to Ian Huntley.
Ian Huntley is the vicious murderer who kidnapped two innocent little girls, Holly Wells and Jessica Chapman while he was a caretaker at their Soham school and then killed them.
Huntley has a private room and is allowed to wear his choice of designer clothes.
Add to this, guards are to treat him as one of the family, calling him by his first name and playing games such as darts, scrabble and chess.
WHY is this killer given such preferential treatment?
He should be housed in a wing with prisoners who hate child molesters and killers. Only then would Huntley be given the punishment that he deserves.
Miraculous Recovery?
Darrel McLeish killed David Rodway by plunging a screwdriver into his head.
McLeish was sentenced to an “indefinite hospital order” after pleading guilty to manslaughter on grounds of diminished responsibility.
Less than 2 years later McLeish, who has a history of violence could get day release from the secure Oxleas NHS Trust hospital where he is housed.
Can anyone in their right mind believe that McLeish is able to make such a miraculous recovery, that he is now safe to roam our streets again?
No doubt some liberal shrink will pronounce him safe to mix with members of the public.
NEVER, McLeish should stay in a secure institution for the rest of his life.
Benefits Paid To Foreign Children.
Over £33 Million of taxpayer’s money is paid as child benefits to foreign children living abroad.
Most of the money is going on children still living in Poland and whose parents are cashing in on the UK’s generous child benefit scheme.
UK benefit pays £977 a year for the first child and £652 for young siblings as opposed to £160 for each child in Poland.
In the 9 months to March this year the number of workers from the EU accession states claiming child benefit rose from 14,000 to 24,000.
For Poland, the rise in 6 months was 43%.
The Government has no way of checking if these claims are genuine.
This is yet another example of how this Government has lost control of spending.
Who pays? You do as taxpayers.
Highway Robbery.
County and City Councils across the land are raking in £ MILLIONS by enforcing unlawful traffic and parking restrictions.
Fines are being levied on innocent motorists by a host of abuses including incorrect road markings and parking bays that are too small.
You can take action. Up to 70% of fines are thrown out if you the motorist bother to contest them.
This action by Councils is called “UNJUST ENRICHMENT”.
Homes Built On Flood Plains.
At least 17,000 homes EVERY YEAR are built on high risk flood plains, the Government has finally admitted.
Poor planning by local councils means that tens of thousands of people will not be able to obtain house insurance cover.
It is no point Central Government saying it has introduced “tough rules” to stop unsuitable development, and for the Local Government Association stating that dwellings must be “more resilient” and designed appropriately, unless these “tough rules” and “resilient appropriate designs” are implemented.
Our remedy is that local council Chief Planning Officers be held personally accountable for every dwelling that is flooded through natural causes. This we feel would concentrate their minds and make them take their responsibilities seriously.
Losing Faith In The Police.
The Middle Classes have lost faith and confidence in the police.
They fear that they have been alienated by a service that concentrates on achieving government targets rather than tracking down genuine criminals.
Arresting or fining a person for dropping a sweat paper or a small child stealing a Mars bar are good ways of hitting targets and pleasing the Home Office, but it does not help to track down burglars and muggers.
Target achievement ranks Mars bar stealing by a small child as equal to that of catching a killer.
Guess which is the easiest target?
Self Help Greed.
Yes our MPs are at it again.
Caught with their greedy fingers in the trough of second home allowances, our elected representatives are now demanding a 60% pay rise in lieu of having to declare how much they spend on second homes.
The 60% pay demand is made up as follows: An extra £15,000 on their salaries and Speaker Michael Martin’s offer of an extra £23,000 a year to replace their second homes allowances.
MP’s total income would be £1000,000.
MP’s pay rise would be 60%
Equate this to an OAP. Increase in pension is 2.5% or £2.84p a week.
Our MP’s do not consider the plight of our elderly.
They only think about themselves and how much money they can pay themselves out of our taxes.

Uncaring Care Homes.
Government inspectors have found over 50% of care homes are “unfit for purpose”.
Staff never speak to patients.
Patients left for hours in front of the TV watching a programme that staff choose.
Zimmer frames taken away so that patients cannot move about.
Dementia patients given food they cannot eat because they need help at mealtimes.
Over 20,000 illegal immigrants working in care homes without any form of checks.
In 1997 when Labour came to power, they promised to sort out long term care. Now the Government announced another consultation.
Local County Councils have been very quick to off-load care homes on to the private sector with the result that care homes are not fully regulated.
The Government has squandered cash for over a decade so now there is nothing in the kitty.
Labour’s solution is to introduce a “compulsory savings plan”. In other words a stealth tax on the old.
Cambridgeshire County Council Tax On The Sick.
We reported Conservative MP Andrew Lansley’s support for increased car park charges at Addenbrooke’s hospital, while hoping that a new access road to the hospital would be outside the Cambridge Congestion Charge boundary.
It now appears that the Conservative controlled County Council wants to INCLUDE the new access road in the Congestion Charge Boundary.
The Conservative Party, both central and local complain bitterly about the Government’s stealth taxes, but they (The Conservatives) are no better by supporting increases car parking and congestion charges for the sick and loved ones who visit the sick.
These Conservative policies are underhand and hypocritical.
Prisoner’s 120 Mile Round Trip.
A security van made a 120 mile round trip to move a prisoner 200 yards between courts.
The reason is that the Northampton Police said it would have been degrading for prisoner, Mark Bailey to have to walk the 200 yards because he would then have been seen in public wearing handcuffs.
The police action is nothing but ludicrous incompetence.
South Cambridgeshire District Council Money Grab.
South Cambridgeshire District Council (SCDC) charge new house holders £60 to deliver a wheelie bin. They will not allow new house holders to collect the bins because of “Health and Safety” legislation.
Enterprising new house holders searched the internet and found identical bins available at £27.
BUT guess what----SCDC has said that they would NOT collect rubbish from them.
This same group even approached the company that supplies SCDC and found that they could purchase the same bin for £52.
SCDC should take a leaf out of Huntingdon District Council who supply wheelie bins at no cost.
Talking About Wheelie Bins.
Binmen in Warminster, Wiltshire have issued a warning to taxpayers.
“If we can’t pull your wheelie bin using just two fingers it is too heavy and won’t be emptied”.
These binmen continued “Bins that need three or more fingers constitute a health and safety risk as they could fall from the lorry while being emptied”.
Who the hell do these binmen think they are?
Members of the public wheel their bins to the curb side and in some cases many up to over 30 yards.
County and District Councils and their employees are there to provide members of the public with a service. Employees are well paid, receive bonus payments and enjoy inflation proof pensions together with retirement earlier than the private sector enjoys.
Government Crackdown On Knife Crime?
The great crackdown on knife crime took the form of an emergency debate in the House of Commons last Thursday.
Such was the importance placed on this issue that ONLY 16 MPs bothered to turn up for the debate.
So much for our MPs taking crime seriously.

Our soldiers are paid LESS than traffic wardens.
Soldier pay £16,227. Traffic warden pay £20,526.
Soldier puts his life on the line fighting for his/her country.
Traffic warden doles out parking tickets.
Now the part time Defence Secretary, Des Browne has said that soldier’s low pay is justified because many soldiers would fail to get better paid jobs outside the Army.
Browne’s remarks are deeply offensive and portray troops as too dim to work as traffic wardens, police or firemen.
Browne and this Government yet again demonstrate their utter contempt for our Armed Forces and could not be more insulting.

Terror Suspects Detained 42 Days.
The Government has now passed a law that will allow terror suspects to be detained for 42 days without charge.
We believe that the original 28 days should be long enough for the police to gather evidence and bring charges.
The current terror legislation is open to abuse as has been shown by local authorities infringing the freedom and liberties of private citizens.
The Government is planning to pay terror suspects £3,000 each day that they are held over the original 28 days. This is a tacit admission that 28 days is long enough for the police to make their case.
Secret Intelligence Documents Left On Train.
A senior Whitehall official left secret intelligence documents lying on a train.
Files related to Al Qaeda and operations in Iraq were found in full view on the seat of a train.
The civil servant has been suspended. We feel that he should be fired if proven guilty.
WHY are secret documents removed from Whitehall offices? There can be no need to carry them in public.
This careless action could be of benefit to terrorists and put the lives of our troops in even more danger.
Vile Choir Pervert Jailed.
Howard Zin Green, a church choirmaster who raped and indecently assaulted a series of girls over a period of 14 years has been jailed for 11 years.
The Church knew of the attacks but “forgave” Green, told him to get counselling and never informed the police.
This is yet another example of how the Church covers-up the crimes committed by it’s employees and associates. Is it any wonder that people keep away from the Church and what is represents.

FUEL COSTS. 94% say costs are spiraling out of control.

Over 300,000 more OAPs have fallen below the poverty line, bringing the total of Pensioners living in poverty to 2.8 MILLION.
Labour’s Pensions Minister, Mike O’Brien claims that council tax is to blame.
O’Brien may be correct. Council tax has risen by 100% since Labour came to power.

17 Mar 2004. I understand the difficulties today faced by older pensioners on fixed incomes, especially the over-70s. The evidence shows that council tax bills take a higher share of their income than the rest of the population.
OAPs are crippled by soaring council taxes and below - inflation pension rises, yet at the same time Brown happily goes along with a 60% pay rise for MPs.

Tony Blair, who took Britain into war has reached his Afghanistan century in the blood of British troops.
Privates Nathan Cuthbertson age 19, Daniel Gamble age 22 and David Murray age 19 were killed in Afghanistan while on a foot patrol.
These British soldiers bring the total killed in Afghanistan to 100.

David Davis, former Shadow Home Secretary has resigned as an MP.
David Davis resigned as a matter of principle in protest at this Labour Government’s “INSIDIOUS, SURREPTITIOUS AND RELENTLESS EROSION OF CIVIL LIBERTIES”.
Mr Davis said that he wanted to stand in defence of the Magna Carta and defend the freedoms of British people.
He went on to say that he would “combat the ever intrusive power of the state into our lives, the loss of privacy, the loss of freedom and the steady attrition undermining the rule of law”.
More of our MPs should have the same standard of honour and integrity as David Davis. Parliament would then earn the public’s respect.
Hospitals Fail Hygiene Standards.
More than 25% of hospitals FAIL to meet minimum basic hygiene standards set by the Government to combat MRSA and Cdiff.
Hospitals are also failing to report the spread of superbug Cdiff which is more powerful and dangerous than MRSA.
This is a shambolic state of infection control which accounts for more than 5% of hospital deaths,
Dossier No 2 Left On Train.
A second highly secret dossier, this time dealing with the Government’s attempts to cover global terrorist funding, drugs trafficking and money laundering was found left on a train.
We say again and again that no official should be allowed to take secret and confidential documents outside their offices.
All officials who do this must be sacked from their jobs as security risks.
Violent Attackers Get 40 Years.
A homeless man, Paul Vickers was viciously and violently attacked by four teenagers as he lay sleeping in a bus shelter.
Paul was left blinded in one eye and paralysed from the waist down after he was beaten with a wheelbrace and had his head stamped on.
Oliver Skeggs age 17, Ross Beeby age 19, Alistair Field age 17 and Terry Bryan age 19 were given a total of 40 years jail.
Paedophile Jailed For 5 Years.
Terrance Dunstan age 61 was jailed for 5 years for abusing three young girls after escaping justice for the past eleven years.
Killer Car Driver Gets 2 Years.
Killer car driver, Charles Dobney age 52 hit and killed 18 year old Katie Shield as he was driving at 70 mph in a 50 mph zone.
Dobney’s sentence was just 2 years jail.
This sentence does NOT reflect the seriousness of the crime. Jail time should have been a minimum of 14 years.
Anti-Yob Buzzer Banned.
Councillors in Kent have banned an anti-yob buzzer called the Mosquito.
The Mosquito emits a high pitched sound that causes discomfort for teenagers but cannot be heard by those over 25 years of age.
The objective of the Mosquito is to disperse teenagers gathering in shopping centres and parks where they are thought to cause anti-social behaviour.
Human rights legislation is being used as the weapon to ban the Mosquito.
The human rights of responsible shoppers and shop keepers are being ignored.
Conservatives £1,000 Bedroom Tax.
The Conservative controlled village of Purbeck in Dorset has introduced £1,000 charge per room that could be used as a bedroom for everyone who wishes to build an extension to their home.

MEPs Earn £360,000 Each Year.
It has emerged that not only are our UK MPs earning vast sums of money plus allowances and expenses, but our MEPs are picking up over £360,000 each year all paid for by us the taxpayer.
England’s Population To Rise.
England’s population is expected to rise by more than 10,000,000 in less than twenty five years.
Most of this rise will be immigrants who already account for over 192,000 each year.

Stop Moaning Says Labour Minister.
Labour’s Transport Minister, Tom Harris has told families struggling with soaring costs to stop being “so bloody miserable”. He went on to say that “our citizens have never had it so good”.
This is at a time when TRUE inflation has risen by 20% since Labour came to power, house prices plunging by 9%, fuel costs rising by 30% and food costs expected to increase by 26%.
To help alleviate these increases, MP’s are proposing awarding themselves a 60% pay rise yet at the same time keeping OAP’s pensions down to a miserable £2.50p a week increase.
Who does Harris think he is? Harris earns £92,100 as a junior minister and claimed £153,862 in expenses last year.
What a hypocrite Harris is.
Playing The Race Card?
Ali Dizael, one of Britain’s most senior ethnic minority police officers is facing an investigation into his expenses by using his work credit card for a massive £5,000 spending spree in the United States on perfume, designer clothes, expensive shoes and visits to bars and nightclubs.
Dizael who has infuriated his colleagues by repeatedly alleging racism was controversially promoted to a top job.
The investigations into Dizael’s expenses comes just 3 months after his promotion.
Dizael has played the race card before claiming racial discrimination and being awarded £60,000 to drop his claims.
On The Run Counts As Jail Time.
Convicts who abscond from jail can now have their “free time” count toward their prison term.
Well done Jack Straw. You are supposed to be the Justice Minister. This proposal is not justice, it is a mockery of justice.
Betrayal Of Justice.
Paedophile, Terence Standage has had his jail term halved to 3 and a half years by Judge Nicholas Loraine-Smith, Lord Justice Thomas and Mrs Justice Rafferty at London’s Court of Appeal.
Standage is already a convicted sex offender and has been described as at “high risk of causing serious harm” committed sex acts over a webcam in front of an 11 year old girl and subjecting her to a torrent of indecency.
These judges are way out of touch with human decency and the meaning of justice.
Their decision is a kick in the teeth for the victim and her family.
The decision confirms what the public has come to expect from Labour’s version of justice.

Jack Straw’s Ministry of “Justice” has given £164,000 of taxpayer’s money to Circles UK, which is an organisation that helps sex offenders reintegrate into society.
Where is the justice in these decisions?
Phoenix Survivors deserves financial help. Circles UK does not.
Victims of sex offenders often have their lives ruined but the offenders never change.
No More Bail For Suspect Killers?
Justice Secretary, Jack Straw has decided to tighten the law.
Straw will tell MPs “It is time to tighten bail laws for murderers”.
Earlier this year 60 out of 455 defendants charged with murder have been let out on bail.
No doubt over crowded prisons will prevent this idea being implemented as will the Human Rights legislation much loved by this Government which gives preference to criminals over innocent victims.

Hamza, wanted in the U.S.A. for terrorist activities faces a lengthy stay in a high security jail in America.
Hamza has for years run rings round the British legal system and has cost us, the taxpayers a total of £3.5 million.
How gullible this Government has been in allowing Hamza to stay in the UK.
We hope that Hamza spends his time in the ultra high-security Supermax jail in Florence, Colorado facing a maximum 100 year jail term.
Court Of Appeal Frees Terrorist.
Yet another decision by our idiotic Court of Appeal has allowed Bile-spewing terrorist al-qaeda lieutenant Abu Qatada to walk free at the expense of the British taxpayer.
The Court of appeal backed a claim by the Jordanian-born extremist that deporting him to his homeland, where he was convicted in his absence of terror offences would breach his human rights.
Meanwhile Abu Qatada costs us £1 MILLION each year that he remains in the UK.
Poor Kit Cost The Lives Of 60 Servicemen.
As many as 60 British servicemen have lost their lives in Iraq and Afghanistan because the Government failed to provide adequate equipment.
Gordon Brown as Chancellor of the Exchequer for 10 years FAILED to provide money to equip our Armed Forces properly.
Tony Blair promised that out troops could have what they needed but FAILED to deliver.
Between them, Brown and Blair have the blood of 282 British dead troops on their hands and many hundreds of severely wounded soldiers.
The wars in Iraq and Afghanistan have served to satisfy the egos of Bush and poodle Blair. Now Brown must join Blair in taking responsibility for British deaths fighting for a cause that has no merit.

Illegal Immigrant Freed On Bail Kills.
Illegal Afghan immigrant, Dawood Khan was released on bail by the London police after he was seen acting in a bizarre manner.
One day after being released by the police, Khan murdered his flatmate by battering him eight times with a cricket bat. Khan claimed that he was under the influence of black magic.
Khan was convicted of murder at Leeds Crown Court and sentenced to life in prison.
Butchered By Rapist On Bail.
Christopher Braithwaite, a crack addict butchered a young mother after being bailed having been charged with rape, false imprisonment and unlawful sex with a woman in her 20’s.
Police believed they had evidence to charge Braithwaite and wanted to hold him in custody. But an out-of-hours Crown Prosecution Service lawyer ruled that Braithwaite should be released.
Braithwaite was sentenced to life in prison with a minimum term of 30 years jail.
The lawyer who released Braithwaite should be charged with culpable negligence, and fired from his/her job.
Once again Jack Straw has FAILED the public with his soft approach to criminals.
People charged with murder, rape and violent assault should NEVER be released on bail.
Paedophile Jailed For Life.
Evil paedophile, Neil Challis was jailed indefinitely for raping an 8 year old girl.
Challis photographed himself raping his 8 yr old victim
Challis was a supply teacher who worked at 13 different schools where he secretly took photos of pupils and downloaded thousands of depraved images.
Challis admitted six rapes, four indecent assaults and taking indecent pictures of a child.
Let us hope that Challis remains behind bars till the day he dies.
WHY was Challis not vetted? Yet another failure by Jack Straw our Justice Minister.
There is no justice when paedophiles are allowed to work with children.
Innocent Father Beaten By Kung Fu Police.
Married father, David Markham claims he was attacked by two police officers who battered him and gave him a kung fu kicking.
Markham spent seven hours in hospital after the attack and now has only 40% vision in his left eye plus bruising to his head, ribs and back.
Markham claims “One officer ran towards me and knocked me to the ground with a kung fu kick in the ribs. Then he kicked me in the eye and three or four times on the back of my head while I was face down on the ground while the other officer sat on my back pummelling me”.
Warwickshire Police confirmed that a complaint has been made.
If these complaints are true then the police officers must be charged with assault and an appropriate prison sentence handed down.

Labour’s Equalities Minister, Harriet Harman has proposed that white men should face job bans in favour of women and ethnic minorities.

South Cambridgeshire District Council Double Standards.
South Cambridgeshire District Council (SCDC) which has been the centre of auditors investigations into it’s management and financial procedures has once again shown a complete disregard for the citizens it is supposed to serve.
SCDC who charge £60 for delivering a wheelie bin to new homes, has now decided to allow travellers living on a traveller site to use green wheelie bins for ALL types of rubbish while the rest of it’s population must recycle.
Why one law for travellers and another for the rest of us?
SCDC are discriminating against the people it is supposed to serve and in favour of a minority group.
Royal Family Costs The Taxpayer £150 million Each Year.
The British Royal Family quotes £40 million expenditure in it’s yearly accounts, but if the cost of security by the Police and Army, ceremonial duties performed by the Armed Forces and Royal visits, the true yearly cost to the taxpayer is £150 million.
Some examples of Royal expenditure:
£19,000 for the Prince of Wales’ 2 day visit to the Black Swan Pub in Cumbria.
£275,000 for a 12 day tour of the Caribbean by the Prince and Princess of Wales.
£415,000 for the Queen and Duke of Edinburgh’s 5 day trip to the USA.
£800,000 for the Duke of York’s visits to Rio de Janeiro, Miami, Tokyo and Kuala Lumpa.
£9000,000 for use of the Royal train. Only 19 outings took place costing £47,000 per single journey.
Do we need a Royal Family that spends £150 million of taxpayer’s money each year?
We now read in a national newspaper that the Queen is moaning that she has not enough taxpayer’s money to decorate her numerous homes.
Credit Card Debt.
We have learned that thousands of credit card holders have accumulated debts on their cards of more than £15,000.
It is easy to say that people should be more responsible and not let their finances get out of hand, but we would like to suggest that card companies do not help those who have fallen into the debt trap.
The cost of living with ever increasing council taxes, fuel, heating and lighting costs make it hard to make ends meet.
In one national newspaper we read that Lloyds TSB dish out credit cards direct to children without telling their parents.
Card companies such as Capital one and MBNA actively encourage card holders to increase their credit limit. They also send unsolicited card cheques enticing card holders to transfer debts from one card to their own. Of course they make a substantial charge for that service.
Typical invitations are those of Capital one which states ”There’s still time to get 0% interest on balance transfers”, giving a period of nine months but charge 3% for the privilege and then charge a massive 20.05% interest thereafter.
We believe that some credit card companies act irresponsibly by actively encouraging card holders to further spend and thus fall deeper in debt.
There is light at the end of the tunnel.
Government legislation gives help to those with debts of more than £15,000.
There are firms that can help, at a cost, those who have accumulated debts and see no way to clear them. Be careful who you approach.
There is one organisation which does NOT charge for it’s service. You can find them at www.cccs.co.uk The organisation is called Consumer Credit Counselling Service.
The general approach to helping those in debt is for your chosen organisation to approach your creditors with a view to stopping all interest payments and to arrange a budget to help you clear your debts.
This particular method is called a “Debt management plan”.
A last resort is to declare bankruptcy.

A secured debt is a debt that is secured on your property, be it a house of life policy.
This means that if you fail to make payments on your loan the lender can make a claim on your house and you could be evicted.
If you need help, then approach an appropriate organisation and seek advice.

Gurkas In Protest At No 10.
Tul Bahadur Pun age 87 took a board of medals including a VC, and an MBE which he was awarded fighting for Britain. Tul led a demo demanding more than 2,000 Gurka soldiers are given the right to settle in the UK.
Gurkas who retired before 1997 don’t get automatic citizenship. Remember who was in power before 1997. Yes the Conservatives did not allow Gurkas who fought for this country rights of citizenship.
Gordon Brown should give those who fought prior to 1997 British citizenship. After all every Tom, Dick and Harry, legal or otherwise manages to achieve this.
Nimrod Families Plan To Sue.
Following Coroner Andrew Walker’s statement that the RAF’s Nimrod aircraft are not fit to fly, families of those aircrew who were killed when an aging Nimrod exploded in Afghanistan are now planning to sue the MOD.
We wish the families well.
Brown And Blair’s Death Toll Rises Again.
The number of British troops killed in Afghanistan has now risen to 110.
How many more soldiers must be killed to satisfy Brown in his thirst for a victory that can never be achieved. Could it be that Brown is hanging onto Bush’s apron strings till the next US elections?
