Army General Blames Prime Minister.
General Sir Michael Rose accused Tony Blair of “disgraceful hand-washing” and putting British soldiers at “considerable and quite unnecessary risk” in Iraq and Afghanistan.
His remarks follow those of General Sir Richard Dannatt and Major General Richard Shirreff who said that a “generation of underfunding and neglect in political terms” was undermining soldier’s capacity to defend themselves.
The Armed Services are now below strength--overall picture,
Army: 100,010 ( 1.8% below strength )
RAF: 45,210 (4.5% below strength )
Navy: 35,470 ( 3.6% below strength )
The Army has been forced to cancel more than 60 training exercises in the past year amid growing concerns that the armed forces are being stretched to breaking point by deployments in Iraq and Afghanistan.
This means that troops were missing out on the training needed to survive the harsh realities on the frontline in Iraq and Afghanistan.
The latest cuts to be announced is a massive 50% reduction in the Navy’s fleet of ships.
The ageing fleet of RAF transport aircraft has forced the MOD to spend a massive £11 million on chartering civilian jet aircraft.
These cuts are a clear example of how botched planning and investment in our Armed Forces is leading to higher costs and a lack of proper kit for our troops.
British Troops Forced To Live In Squalor.
Thousands of British soldiers are living in squalor at damp, rat infested poorly maintained barracks with leaking roofs, broken windows, faulty heating, dangerous wiring and blocked lavatories.
The vast majority of married quarters are in a run down state of repair.
If the prison population was housed in such squalid accommodation, there would be a major outcry. Why then is Tony Blair allowed to treat our troops in such a contemptible manner.
Both Lieutenant-General Freddie Viggers and General Sir Mike Jackson have spoken out on behalf of British troops under their command.
It is good to see that senior Military Officers are now at long last standing up and voicing the concerns of our troops.
M.O.D. Spends £2.3 Billion On Whitehall Offices.
The Ministry of Defence’s new Whitehall headquarters will cost £2.3 billion to refurbish and run, according to official figures.
This spending on offices for ministers, civil servants and top brass is a further demonstration of the contempt that Blair and his Government show toward our troops housing needs and the needs of troops to have proper equipment on the front line.
Examples of feather bedding for those in the new headquarters are:
Luxury office chairs costing over £1,000 each for 3,100 civil servants.
The purchase of more than 3,500 oak doors for a cost of £3 million or £1,200 each.
A restaurant, coffee bar, three large plasma screens on each of 10 floors, a gym and quiet rooms where staff can take a break.
Over three miles of walls were demolished to create an open-plan “highly innovative” office space, costing £27,302 per square metre, with marble and oak features restored to the “highest quality”.
The restoration of a “terrazzo” marble and stone floor in the renovated “pillared hall”.
HOW HYPOCRITICAL OF BLAIR AND THE MOD TO PUT CIVIL SERVANTS BEFORE OUR FRONT LINE TROOPS.
How many armoured troop carriers, suits of body armour, state of the art communication radios, rounds of working ammunition, high quality rifles and side arms would the money buy, in order to save the lives of British troops.
Injured Soldier Contracts Superbug In NHS Hospital.
Hero, Sergeant David “Paddy” Caldwell, contracted killer MRSA on a ward at Selly Oak hospital in Birmingham.
Paddy Caldwell would not have contracted MRSA in a military hospital, if one was still open. Remember the Government closed military hospitals to save money, and in doing so put Paddy’s life at risk.
One of Paddy’s fellow soldiers said “The thought that if the Taliban don’t get you, a hospital in the UK will is enough to make you choke”.

Army Faces 5 Year Wait.
The army’s plans for a new generation of armoured troop and missile carriers face new delays of at least a further years, undermining it’s ability to fight land battles overseas.
The proposed 3,000 combat vehicles will not enter service until at least 2017, five years later than the MOD is planning, according to, Atkins, it’s own consultants.
Traumatised Soldiers Ignored By Government.
Those charged with caring for military personnel returning from tours of duty have warned of a dramatic increase in servicemen and women needing help because of the traumatic nature of their experiences in Iraq and Afghanistan.
The issue came to light when Tony Blair had to face a former lance-corporal who felt that he had been “abandoned” after coming home with post-traumatic disorder from his second tour in Iraq.
Another veteran, John Pentreath, accused the Government of “shutting the door” on those needing help after serving their country.
Robert Marsh, of Combat Stress, said they already have 8,000 veterans on their books and will soon struggle to cope with mounting numbers. Last year they had a 26% increase in those needing help.
The attitude of Blair is that ex-soldiers are now civilians and there is the NHS. What is needed is the reinstatement of military hospitals.
More Home Office Blunders.
The Home Office was in fresh turmoil after it emerged that two ministers, Tony McNulty and Joan Ryan were alerted months ago to the criminals abroad fiasco about which John Reid told MPs he knew nothing.
Reid, Ryan and McNulty have been under increasing pressure since the failure to update the police national computer with details of more than 500 British serious offenders who committed crimes overseas.
It has emerged that there is a backlog of 27,500 cases that have not been entered, 540 for serious crimes.
The criminal records row continues after it emerged 4 drugs offenders, a people smuggler, 5 murderers, 25 rapists and 29 paedos who committed crimes abroad had been allowed back into Britain and cleared to work with children and vulnerable adults.
Jail Chiefs In Dark Over Escapes.
Prison chiefs admitted that they had no idea how many prison inmates were on the run. Records are kept of the number if inmates who absconded, but not how many were recaptured.
Director General Phil Wheatley estimated almost almost 700 inmates have fled England’s 15 open jails in the past year, and stated that “We don’t need to monitor the number who are at liberty”.
Police Let Off Foreign Criminals.
Two foreign criminals caught on CCTV causing criminal damage to cars in Norwich were not prosecuted because police said they were unemployed foreigners and to bring them to justice would cost too much.
They should have been prosecuted and then deported.
Feral Gang Lived Outside The Law.
Three Nigerian immigrants, Diamond Babamuboni, Timy Babamuboni and Jude Odigie were known to the police in Peckham, London, and allowed to roam free to steal and kill Miss Kalokoh.
The three nigerians had a history of criminal activity as far back as 2001 with offences including vehicle theft, robbery, burglary assault, drugs, shoplifting and battery.
Why was this situation allowed to continue?
These three thugs should have been deported after their first offence.
The Government claim that the number of immigrants in 2005 were 185,000, but the true figure is 400,000.
How many of these have criminal records?
How many have committed crimes since being in the UK?
How many have been deported?
Residents Threaten Town’s Yobs.
Residents of crime ridden Menstrie in central Scotland have threatened to carry out “punishment beatings” on gangs of youths who carry out vandalism and petty crime.
Residents claim that the police ignore their plight and are unwilling to tackle the problem.
Typical crimes committed by these yobs are criminal damage to churches, breaking and entering, destruction to council property, arson and assault on bus drivers.
Well done Menstrie residents. If the police will NOT help, then fight back.
Whitehall Waste.
Whitehall spent £3.8 million on taxis last year for civil servants to travel thousands of miles by cab.
The Home Office spent £806,000
The Department of Health spent £356,000
The Department of International Development spent £526,000
The Department of Transport spent £249,000
The rest is spread among lesser departments.
What is wrong with public transport or even video conferencing?
FURTHER WASTE:
Civil servants are being trained how to keep their desks tidy as part of a Government project.
The cost in learning to keep a tidy desk is £7 million.

Cheap Justice.
John Reid, Lord Falconer and Lord Goldsmith have written to judges and magistrates telling them not to send criminals to prison because of overcrowding.
There are Government plans to give criminals such as muggers, shoplifters and burglars penalty notices, on-the-spot fines and more community sentences instead of being sent to jail.
Figures reveal that in the year 2005-6 a series of offences which would normally be prosecuted ended in a caution, including:
474 for burglary.
617 for car theft.
1,477 for drug offences.
5,216 for shoplifting.
5,955 for assault.
There is a better solution. BUILD MORE PRISONS.
We need to keep criminals off the streets and protect victims of crime.
Blair’s Respect Law Is A Laugh.
Blair’s latest crime busting gimmick is a laugh. He expects to curb anti-social behaviour by yobs by declaring “Respect Zones” in 40 towns and cities.
Parents are to blame for crime, drug abuse and unemployment of young people by failing to raise their children properly.
More MOD Waste.
Parachute training halted as part of a £1 billion cost cutting programme.
Live fire training cut.
Open plan Whitehall offices costing £2.3 billion.
Household staff in 37 “Grace and favour” houses and apartments used by senior Generals at a cost of £3 million per year. One house has a chef, butler, housekeepers and a gardener costing £192,000 a year
8 chinook helicopters bought from the USA for £252 million need £100 million spending to update them.
Senior Generals earning £140,000 receive £4,500 per year allowance for child education.
Military spending is 2.5% of GDP. This is lower than USA, France, Bulgaria Greece and Turkey.
With high troop commitments in Iraq, Afghanistan, Kosovo and Sierra Leone, it is despicable that money should be wasted in these ways when there is a need for training, updated equipment and protective armour and vehicles.
Shabby treatment meted out to servicemen and women is down to the Government’s inability to ensure that troops receive the equipment and support they need

The Nasty Side Of Our NHS.
Health campaigners claim that the true number of deaths from hospital acquired infections stands at 10,000 each year.
220 hospital patients lost their lives due to negligence or incompetence.
1,800 patients, expecting to be made better, were made worse by wrong diagnoses or careless treatment.
2,100 Serious Untoward Incidents were reported last year. 221 of which resulted in avoidable deaths.
172 outbreaks of communicable diseases including 94 confirmed cases of the hospital superbug MRSA and at least 12 of C Diff, an even more lethal strain.
55 patients given the wrong medication with 7 given overdoses of radiation
9 staff were discovered to be working on wards while carrying an infectious disease including TB.

Elderly people battle against starvation in hospitals and care homes
Rape Fiend Jailed Again.
Rory Griffin was let out of jail after completing two thirds of a nine year term for a vicious rape on an 18 year old girl. Just 48 hours after release Griffin attacked a 50 year old woman in Basildon.
Griffin was labelled a “significant danger” at Chelmsford crown court, when being sentenced, and was told he may never be released from jail again.
Question. Why was Griffin released in the first place.
Killer Drivers.
Drunk driver, Peter Hanlon, who was more than twice the legal limit, crashed and killed Ronald Barber.
Hanlon’s penalty 30 months in jail. He will be out in 18 months.
Killer HGV driver, John Payne who while using his mobile phone crashed his lorry into a stationary car, killing it’s occupant, Trinity Taylor, lost his appeal against his 4 year conviction.
Payne should have had his jail term increased to 15 years.
More Government Waste.
Wrongly paying welfare payments to people living abroad and to prisoners in jail is costing the taxpayers £500 million each year.
Who pays? You and me. We are victims of Government financial mismanagement with the result that our taxes continue to rise.
Tax Hikes.
Tax taken from income has risen dramatically since Blair came to power.
Pre 1997 tax taken from income was 18.7%
Now the tax taken is 23.6%
Council tax has risen 100%
Utility bills have increased by 70%
MP’s hope to have a pay rise of 66%, paid by us the taxpayer.
This year OAP’s can expect an increase of 2.3%.
Is there any justice for the old and those on fixed incomes? NO.
Discrimination.
St Edmund Arrowsmith RC High school could be accused of racial discrimination.
The school banned a white pupil, Stephanie Tudor, age 13 years, from wearing braids in her hair. Yet the same school allows children of an Afro-Caribbean background to wear braids.
What is allowed for one child should be allowed for all children irrespective of their colour or race.
Culture Of Secrecy.
Trevor Cross worked as a criminal records checker with the Devon and Cornwall police revealed how checks on people applying for a job working with children had been downgraded.
Following Trevor’s exposure, his boss at RIG recruitment agency, instead of supporting him, reacted by dismissing Trevor for “Breach of confidence”.
The system in place is that anyone working for the Public Sector is actively discouraged from becoming what is known as a whistleblower.
The reason is that Ministers may be spared embarrassment, so long as the truth doesn’t come out.

Crime Figures Rise Again.
The latest crime figures released today show an ever increasing rise in crime.
Robberies rose by 14% in 2006.
Criminal damage rose 11%.
Drug offences rose 9%.
With an ever increasing crime level, the Government is still determined to keep criminals out of jail. How out of touch can Blair and Reid be.
Daring Rescue Mission -- To Hell And Back.
In one of the most daring military rescue missions, the men of 45 Commando Royal Marines raced against time in the heart of Afghanistan’s bandit country, to rescue a fellow Marine from the Taliban.
The men had just returned to base when they received a radio message saying that one of their comrades was missing.
This was the beginning of a heroic race by a group of men who showed no regard for their own safety but were determined to save their fallen colleague.
The Marine 4 man rescue team strapped themselves, using ropes and metal clips, clinging on with all their strength, to the outside of two Apache helicopters, raced across the desert to the fire zone where wounded Marine, Lance Corporal Matthew Ford, was missing.
Under heavy fire, the rescue team secured their wounded comrade on to the side of the helicopter, which does not carry passengers. There was no time to strap themselves to the aircraft so they simply clung to the wings as the Apache flew back to base.
Alas, Corporal Matthew Ford later died from his injuries.
It took outstanding courage to volunteer and carry out such a mission under heavy enemy fire.
The Country should be proud of all the servicemen and women who put themselves in danger.
It is worth noting that the media, notably the BBC, gave more viewing time to Channel 4’s racist Celebrity Big Brother show than it did to these brave Marines.
Very little mention, if any, was made by MP’s in the House of Commons about this rescue, nor was any praise offered by Tony Blair.

More Crime Rises.
Further figures have been released showing that armed robberies have risen by a massive 46%. The guns used were illegally held guns.
Blair has lost control of gun crime.
In a knee jerk reaction in 1997, when Blair first came to power, he banned all legally held handguns used by sportsmen and women for range shooting, claiming that he had removed all guns from the street and that the streets would be safer and free of gun crime.
Since the ban, gun crime has risen dramatically.
The well known saying. DISARM THE CITIZEN AND YOU ARM THE CRIMINAL. has proven to be correct.
Justice Is A Joke.
Pervert, Dereck Williams, who downloaded 180 pornographic images on to his computer escaped jail because of John Reid’s prison overcrowding fiasco.
Williams faced a year behind bars, but escaped jail when Judge John Rogers said “As of yesterday, I have to bear in mind a communication from the Home Secretary”.
This is now the tip of the iceberg and other perverts, crooks and thugs will be let off the hook.
Perhaps the citizens should now realise that the Law will no longer protect us.
Maybe we should hand out appropriate punishment to the criminal ourselves.
In another unrelated case at Liverpool Crown Court, Judge Denis Clark refused to be swayed by Reid’s communication, saying, “The prison population is not my problem. I must fulfill my obligation to my judicial oath and pass the sentence I feel there should be. I will not be compromised.” Well done sir.
Reid’s Latest Crime Gimmick.
The latest crime busting gimmick is to give drug addicts FREE vouchers to spend on what ever they wish.
The rest of the population must work hard to earn enough money to spend on things that they need. We do not receive free hand-outs.
Well done Blair, think of the hard done by criminal and ignore the honest citizen.
Juries Scrapped.
A new Government law to scrap TRIAL BY JURY for fraud cases is soon to be on the statute books.
The Government does not think that members of a jury, people like you and me, have enough intelligence to make the correct decisions in such cases.
This is another RIGHT that has been taken away from us.
THE RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY WAS SET DOWN IN THE MAGNA CARTA IN THE YEAR 1215.
The Magna Carta is the closest we have to a BILL OF RIGHTS.
The scrapping of juries for fraud cases is the first step to banning juries for ALL cases. Putting this together with Blair’s “Super database” and ID cards we shall soon have a true “Big Brother Police State”.

Sex Fiend In Court.
A Somalian, Sadiq Mohammed, was jailed at Bristol Crown Court for sexually assaulting a girl of seven. The judge said that he was considering booting him out of Britain after he has served a two and a half year sentence.
Mohammed shouted from the dock: “You can’t deport me, I’m a British citizen.” He then continued: “I’m not an asylum seeker- I have a small, red English passport.”
Mohammed was jailed for a string of sex attacks in 2000 but was not sent back to Somalia.
This is another Home Office failure.
Victim Of Burglary Arrested.
A burglary victim, Lee Wall, was arrested after he threw a concrete slab back at an intruder, Wayne Johansen, who had lobbed it through his window.
Mr. Wall called the police and was astonished when he was arrested after drug addict Wayne Johansen accused him of assault.
Wall spent 18 hours in a police cell and said: “I was treated like a criminal, I was the victim in this.”
The police later decided that Lee Wall had used reasonable force and released him.
Did the police take Wall’s fingerprints and DNA? If so, were the prints and DNA destroyed or have they been kept on a database somewhere?
If the police cannot decide what is reasonable force at the time of a victim defending him/herself, then how is the victim supposed to decide what is and is not reasonable force?
Johansen was later jailed for three years.
Victims Again Arrested And Treated As Criminals.
Chip shop owner, Nicholas Tyers and his son Lee Tyers, performed a citizen’s arrest on a 12 year old thug who threatened customers and smashed a window.
The police arrived in under six minutes, but instead of dealing with the young thug, arrested Nicholas and Lee Tyers for kidnapping.
The Tyers’ were photographed, fingerprinted and charged with kidnapping.
Judge John Dowse ordered the jury to find the Tyers’ not guilty as they had reasonable grounds to make a citizen’s arrest.
Judge Dowse said in a swipe at the Police and the Crown Prosecution Service, that the case, which cost the taxpayer £60,000, should never have been brought to court and raised the question of whether or not there are far more serious cases to bring.
No wonder people do not trust the police to use common sense.
Home Office Loses 322 Sex Fiends.
Police Forced who are supposed to keep tabs on freed offenders from rapists to paedophiles do NOT know where 322 freed sex fiends are.
When challenged, the Police refused to name or give details about these fiends saying that their human rights would be infringed and that their safety would be put at risk.
Who’s safety are the Police interested in? The sex fiends or the victims?

Friendly Fire--MoD Cover Up.
The MoD and the U.S. Government have for 4 years covered up the “Friendly Fire” incident by American A-10 pilots who killed L/Cpl Matty Hull.
On 06 Feb 2007, The Sun newspaper published footage of the cockpit video, the one that the MoD tried to suppress, plus the full script of the American pilots in flight transcriptions.
Two American A-10 Tank buster aircraft attacked a convoy of British Troops, killing Matty Hull and wounding others.
An unnamed U.S Air Force Brigadier General conducted an inquiry behind closed doors and cleared the lead pilot and his wingman of any wrongdoing.
The video, shown by the Sun newspaper clearly shows that ALL the rules of engagement were broken.
According to US Central Command, it regrets this tape going public, “It gives the enemy a glimpse of our capability”.
What capability? An inability to recognize friendly forces? A gung-ho attitude? A willingness to kill for the sake of killing?
This tape demonstrates that American pilots, especially the part timers of the National Guard, are nothing more than trigger happy cowboys.
American pilots have a history of friendly fire errors.
In 2003 American friendly fire killed 16 British servicemen, 5 American, 1 British TV camera crews, A bus full of Syrian workers was blown up and 33 Kurds shot-up in their village.
Add to this, the slaughter by American pilots of an Afghan wedding party and the 64 Albanian refugees killed on tractors as they fled Kosovo.
During the first Gulf war, 24% of American deaths were caused by their own guns.
The pilot who led the American strike on British Troops is Colonel Gus Kohntopp, an A-10 pilot in the Idaho National Guard.
Colonel Kohntopp is now teaching other pilots how to carry out ground attacks on “enemy” vehicles.
God help anyone allied forces who are in Kohntopp’s gun-sight.
Praise must go to The Sun newspaper for exposing this attempted cover-up by the MoD.
Praise must also go to the Oxford Assistant Deputy Coroner, Andrew Walker, who insisted at the inquest of Matty Hull that his investigation could not proceed without the cockpit tape.
Andrew Walker instructed the MoD to produce the tape.
Mr. Walker’s contract as coroner is not being renewed. Is the Government’s revenge? Mr. Walker forced the Government to come clean.
Victim Faces Trial.
Cancer sufferer, Fred Brown, who was spat at and threatened by a gang of youths has been charged by the police for assault because he clipped one of the yobs round the ear.
Fred Brown, of Littleport, Cambridgeshire, was taken to the police station where he was treated as a common criminal-finger printed, DNA tested, given a taped interview and charged.
Mr. Brown faces trial for self defence.
Why cannot the Cambridge investigate properly and use common sense?
Lets hope the Ely magistrate will use common sense and show that the law is on the side of the victim not the yob.

Black Feral Gang Sentenced For Killings.
Angolan immigrant, Roberto Malasi, was jailed for a minimum of 30 years for killing innocent victims in a murdering rampage.
With him were Nigerian brothers Timy and Diamond Babamuboni, and Jude Odigie. All three were jailed for 8 years for their part in the killings. See our article 18 Jan 2007.
Why were these four people allowed to enter the UK?
More Public Waste.
The ”Assets Recovery Agency”, a body set up by the Government to recover assets from criminals at a cost of £60 million has only recovered £8 million.
This loss making Agency has now been closed down having cost us, the taxpayer, a total of £52 million.
We must never forget that it is us, the taxpayer, who is the victim of Government waste. The more waste, the more that taxes will rise to pay for that waste.
Too Old To Be Treated.
The results of a survey on doctors’ attitudes to the treatment of older people backs up what has long been suspected.
There appears to be a widely held system of priorities among GPs, cardiologists and specialists dealing with the elderly, which downgrades the value of treating the aged.
The unavoidable conclusion, as this report states unequivocally, is that people over 65 are having decisions about their health managed differently from those who are middle-aged or younger.
There is, in effect, an upper age limit in the minds of doctors on offering the best and most effective treatments that are supposed to be freely available to ANYONE, irrespective of age, who needs them.
Government unstated policy appears that the old should not receive the same care as the young or middle-aged, thus proving once again that the weak and old are society’s victims.
Political Show Trial Of UK Troops.
When British forces are sent into battle on our behalf, they have a right to expect the full and unwavering support of the government.
In the case of Colonel Jorge Menonca and his six other troops that has, shamefully, not been forthcoming.
Mr. Justice Mc Kinnon, presiding at the soldiers’ courts martial, cleared the Colonel and his soldiers of mistreating Iraqi civilians in September 2003.
The Government’s obsessive sensitivity to Muslim opinion in the UK made it easy to put on a show trial in an attempt to cool Muslim disquiet about the war in Iraq and to obtain the conviction of a senior officer and his soldiers.
This case is nothing but a political show trial and demonstrates Tony Blair and his Government’s betrayal of front-line troops who risk their lives daily in Iraq and Afghanistan
The case, lasting 5 months, cost £20 million. Money which could have been better spent on full sets of body armour for 15,000 soldiers.
There has been more Government effort into prosecuting troops on trumped charges than has ever been put into looking after families of those killed and troops who have been invalided out of the service as a result of wounds received in battle.
As one soldier put it, “Ministers are not fit to lick the boots of our troops.”

Blair Lets Murdered Red Caps Down.
The Government’s refusal to arrest Iraqis responsible for murdering six military policemen sends an “appalling message” to troops serving in Iraq, families of the dead soldiers have said, when they accused Tony Blair of failing to act on a promise to track the killers down.
Just before he left his job as Defence Secretary, Mr Hoon said the government had handed the matter over to the Iraqi central criminal court.
Again, this typical situation with our troops clearly demonstrates the total lack of care and interest that Blair has for our Military.
Remember, our troops are victims of Blair’s “couldn’t care less attitude” toward them.
The father of one of those killed believes that Blair and his Government do not want the Iraqi killers arrested because that would cause controversy in a sensitive part of Iraq.
He is quite right to think as he does.
Labour’s Highway Robbery
The nation’s motorists have been bled dry by this Government.
Since Labour first came to power in 1997 British drivers have poured a massive £45 billion a year into the Treasury’s coffers. Each driver now hands over £30 per week in tax.
Motorists are an easy target for any government wishing to fill it’s coffers.
Motorists are victims of Government taxation.
Big Brother Europe.
Police across the EU are to be given free access to Britain’s DNA, fingerprint and car registration databases in a move denounced as the creation of “Big Brother Europe”.
British police have Government authority to store all DNA and fingerprint information, not only of criminals, but of those who have been interviewed by the police, even though the interviewees have NOT been charged with any crime.
Not content with a Big Brother Britain, our government is allowing the creation of a Big Brother Europe.
Think about it. YOU could be sucked into foreign police investigations after innocently leaving prints, or DNA, at a location that later becomes a crime scene
Add to this, the Government plans to force all adults to travel miles at their own expense to fingerprint scanning units so that their details can go into an identity card database. From 2009, EVERYONE will have to attend one of 69 designated “interview centres”
Should Labour win the next election, it will make ID cards compulsory for all British citizens over the age of 16, whether they have a passport or not.
Blair’s Super Database is his and his government’s contempt for our freedom and privacy.
More Government Waste.
The TaxPayers’ Alliance has revealed yet more government waste of our money that we pay in taxes.
£12 million debt quango--The Debt Arrangement Scheme.
£25 million reward for failure. The Child Support Agency which is to be wound up because of poor performance has paid it’s staff £25 million in bonuses.
£20 million spent on the Chunghwa picture tube plant in Mossend, Lanarkshire just 10 years ago, is now to be closed.
£250 million taxpayer funded pensions for the top 300 civil servants.
£30 million is being spent on setting up an army of “smoking police”. Councils are spending £30MILLION on thousands of snoopers who will patrol bars, restaurants and shops slapping £50 on-the-spot fines on people caught having an illegal smoke.
Total for fortnight--£337 million. This is taxpayer’s money

Police Ignore Bike Bandits.
Five policemen refused to chase two thieves in hoodies who had stolen two teenagers’ bikes - in case the yobs fell off them and hurt themselves.
Why don’t the police use the same logic when they engage in high speed car chases and kill innocent civilians.
Muslims Try To Rule Schools.
The Muslim Council of Great Britain has demanded that Muslim schoolchildren have their own changing rooms in schools for sport and swimming. They also want single-sex classes for sex education, different assemblies, their own prayer rooms and special canteen staff to prepare halal food.
Why do Muslims come to this country in the first place if they are not prepared to accept our native way of life, our rules and the way our traditional society operates?
If Muslim immigrants and those Muslims who are born here don’t like it, then move to a Muslim country. We feel sure that Iraq, Iran, Syria, Jordan and other Muslim Countries would welcome them.
Another Council Tax Rebel.
Another OAP is threatened with jail for failing to pay her council tax because as she claims, the tax increase is double her OAP pension increase.
When John Reid, Home Secretary, tells judges not to jail criminals because of prison overcrowding, he has obviously reserved some prison places for the old and vulnerable who cannot afford council tax increases.
Prince Harry Pays To Go To War.
Prince Harry has had to spend more than £1,000 on extra kit for duty in Iraq in a damning indictment of funding of British forces.
When our front line troops earn less than £16,000 per year and cannot afford kit necessary to fight and operate in a war zone, Harry is lucky to be able to afford to buy what he believes is required. His money comes from us, the British tax payer.
R.A.F. Planes Still Lack Safety.
Only seven, 14%, of the R.A.F’s fleet of 48 Hercules C130 aircraft have been fitted with Explosive Suppressant Foam (ESF).
The absence of ESF was blamed for the C130 crash in Iraq over two years ago when 10 servicemen were killed.
This lack of action in providing safe aircraft is tantamount to criminal negligence on the part of the MOD.
Remember this is the same MOD that recently spent £2.3 billion on providing luxury, safe offices for themselves.
R.A.F. Sends Family A Funeral Bill.
The Royal Air Force has been accused of betrayal of the highest order when it sent the family of Flt Sgt Gary Andrews, who was killed when his Nimrod aircraft crashed in Afghanistan, a bill for £1,000 for his funeral.
Gary Andrews, who served more than 30 years in the RAF, and his family deserve better treatment.
What has the Commanding Officer of RAF Kinloss, where Gary was based, got to say about this appallingly disgraceful situation?

Consider Victims.
Reported in a local newspaper was an article that stated that youngsters who commit crimes like arson, burglary and beating people up should get away with just a caution.
That is encouraging crime, youngsters who carry out such acts will think that they can get away with anything.
We have said many times that parents should be held responsible for their children’s actions.
Police Raid Shop In Racism Claim.
Police raided a shop in Wrightington, Lancashire and seized a pair of ragdoll golliwogs.
As a result, the shopkeeper faced a £1,000 fine after being accused of a public order offence. Later the police concluded that no offence had been committed. Why did the Lancashire police carry out this raid at considerable cost to the taxpayer?
The shopkeeper was an innocent victim of police action.
No Women’s Jails??
Baroness Corston, a Labour Peer, delivered a Home Office report which advocates that women’s jails should be shut down.
WHY? If women are convicted and deemed to be criminals, then they should serve the appropriate prison sentence in the same way that men are sent to prison.
Restorative Justice.
It has been reported that the wife of the Prime Minister wants criminals to say sorry to their victims.
Her support for face-to-face justice has been welcomed by penal reformers who have pressed for this approach instead of sending people to prison.
Our view is that justice is supposed to punish criminals and keep them off the streets and not harm other victims.
This begs the question: Should the criminals who,
Starved an 11 month baby to death,
Stabbed a vicar to death,
Chased a boy and stabbed him to death,
Killed a young daughter in an “honour” killing,
Slaughtered a family,
be allowed to have a face-to-face, possibly say sorry and then escape jail?
Liberal do-gooders might say yes but we believe in the saying,
“IF YOU DON’T WANT TO DO THE TIME, DON’T DO THE CRIME”.

Henley Junior High School in West Yorkshire was to perform an adapted play about Little Red Riding Hood and the Pigs.
The local authority told the school to substitute pigs for puppies for fear of offending Muslims.
Later common sense prevailed and pigs were allowed.
This is pandering to ethnic minorities by do-gooders who have nothing else to occupy their minds.
Telling The Truth Is Sackable.
The sacking of Patrick Mercer from the Conservative front bench for highlighting racism in the army shows that truthfulness is now an offence under David Comeron.
Patrick Mercer who was a Colonel in the army claimed that he had come across a lot of ethnic minority soldiers “who were idle and useless, but who used racism as cover for their misdemeanours”.
Is that racism or is he just telling it how it was?
In our day, if one was slow on the assault course, the NCO’s would yell “Come on you fat b.....d. Wake up you black b.....d”. Nobody took offence except those who used racism as an excuse for their own failings.
Cameron should be ashamed for condeming a man in the name of political correctness.
We have a right of free speech under The European Convention on Human Rights-Article 10.
Article 10 protects the rights of free speech by stating, “Everyone has the right to freedom of expression. This right shall include freedom to receive information without interference by Public Authority”.
Coroner Slams US For Friendly Fire Killing.
Friendly fire victim Lance Corporal Matty Hull was unlawfully killed in a criminal attack by US pilots who blasted his convoy, Coroner Andrew Walker has ruled.
Lance Corporal Matty Hull is one of a long line of US “friendly fire”, victims.
Jonathan Wigley, Terry Lloyd, 4 Canadian troops, Two Officers shot down in their helicopter, all gunned down by American forces.
When will POODLE BLAIR demand an apology from his master-Bush?
Blair should, in no uncertain terms, inform Bush that any further “friendly fire” on British troops by American forces will result in the immediate withdrawal of ALL UK troops from Iraq and Afghanistan.

Dhiren Barot, an al Qeada, terrorist was given 9 British passports by the Home Office, 2 passports using false identities and 7 passports in his own name.
A Moroccan, Salaheddine Benyarch, obtained 2 British.
10,000 fake passports have been issued each year to criminals and terrorists.
16,000 fraudulent passport applications have been made, two thirds of which have been undetected.
In total 2,500 false applications have been made by people of Pakistani and Bangladeshi origin.
So much for John Reid’s home security. As we have said before, under this Government our borders are wide open.

Sex offenders and violent criminals are being left unmonitored because of shocking failures by the company contracted by the Home Office to carry out this work.
One Group Four Securicor, responsible for tracking these offenders is allowing them to go missing. Offenders include terror suspects, paedophiles and a murderer.

The Home Office told police that they were not allowed to use hi-tech machines which scan fingerprints and check ID’s in just minutes.
Bungling officials have admitted that airport security checking hi-tech scanning machines were never switched on.
It is about time that the Home Secretary, John Reid, took positive action and held these incompetent civil servants to account.
Pollution On Rise.
Officials at The Environment Department urge the public “to go green”.
Yet this Department pumped out 8,000 tonnes MORE carbon into the atmosphere in 2006 than it did five years ago.

MOD Cash For TV But Not For Homes.
Following on from our previous investigations, we have learned that Defence Chiefs have spent more than £1 million on new sports pitches, a polo field and Sky TV while OVER 40% of soldiers live in squalid homes.
19,000 family homes and 35,000 single bed spaces are below standard, the National Audit Office has revealed.
This is another example of the Government’s and the MOD’s set of values.
British troops need good housing and barrack accommodation as well as the necessary equipment to fight wars.
MOD’s Battlefield Radio Failures.
The military’s £2.4 billion battlefield digital radio system has been slammed by MP’s for being late, outdated, too heavy for troops to carry and ineffective when it comes to preventing “friendly fire” incidents.
Blair Called To Account Over Abandoned Troops.
More than 21,000 British soldiers returning from Iraq and Afghanistan are suffering unprecedented levels of mental and other health problems amid claims that the long-standing “Military Covenant” guaranteeing them proper care is in tatters.
Many battle-scarred troops are facing 18 months for treatment on the NHS.
This is a betrayal of British fighting men and women.
Under Tony Blair the military covenant has been broken, our armed forces have been let down and taken for granted.
There need to be in place a “G.I Bill” to ensure decent treatment of wounded soldiers.
MOD Cover-Up.
The Royal British Legion says it cannot offer support to thousands of injured soldiers because the MOD refuses to pass on their details.
The MOD official excuse is the data protection act which forbids the release of details.
The Legion claims that the secrecy stems from Government efforts to conceal the terrible price being paid by our heroic servicemen and women.
Servicemen and servicewomen deserve better than this.

Scrap Paper Fine.
Havering Council found a piece of scrap paper 120 yards away from a shopkeeper’s store.
A stormtrooper from the Council marched into Ted Patel’s store waving a piece of paper with Ted’s business name written on it and in front of customers issued a fixed penalty notice, stating that Ted had committed a “crime”.
Ted refused to pay, stating that he was not responsible and now faces court action.
More Motoring Taxes.
Motorists fined in court for speeding will now be forced to pay a £15 surcharge to help the victims of domestic violence, whilst the criminals who carry out these violent acts will escape any financial penalty.
Once again the motorist is a “cash cow” for Government expenditure.
Police Fail Murder Victim.
Bradley Tucker, a black petty criminal, shot and killed Peter Woodham who had refused to be cowed in his own home by the bunch of thugs led by Tucker.
Seven months before he was shot, Mr Wodham was attacked and slashed with a knife by Tucker.
The police took no action against Tucker because there was, according to the police, only circumstantial evidence to detain him.
The police FAILED Mr Woodham and his family and now 9 police officers face an independent misconduct inquiry for not thoroughly investigating the earlier knife attack.
Lets hope justice is done for the Woodham family and that the police learn from their errors.
Drug Crazed Teenager Butchered Grandmother.
Ezekiel Maxwell, a black teenager high on cannabis, butchered grandmother Carmelita Tulloch by stabbing her seven times with a kitchen knife.
Maxwell has a history of drug use, smoking cannabis and skunk as well as taking cocaine, plus previous convictions for mugging and assault.
Judge Warwick McKinnon said that this was a vile senseless killing of an innocent woman, and detained Maxwell indefinitely under the mental health act.
Fury Over Spot Fines.
Thugs and shoplifters are offending repeatedly without getting a criminal record because of on-the-spot fines.
This means that offenders escape court action.
Killer Thug Given Parole Chance.
Benjamin Wilson was jailed for life after a drunken attack on Timothy Rendell in Cambridge in 1999.
Mr Rendell was left with severe brain injuries and later died from the attack.
A judge has said that Wilson can now apply for parole.
We ask WHY?
Rapists Go Early To Open Prison.
The Home Office is breaking it’s own rules by sending murderers, rapists and armed robbers to open prison years before they are eligible.
The moves are to allow more spaces in closed jails.
The public is now at risk from absconding prisoners especially from such lax prisons such as North Sea Camp in Lincolnshire, where there is malaise among staff and poor security procedures.
Sex Offenders Given Cautions.
West Mercia Police decided to give out cautions to sex offenders in Worcestershire last year.
No charges were brought against people who committed these offences.
Cautions were given for 41 indecent assaults, 17 sexual assaults, 9 sexual activity cases(including with a child), 8 rapes and 11 other sexual offences.
West Mercia Police said “We are committed to bringing offenders to justice and protecting members of the public”.
There is no commitment to the public by handing out cautions, instead these offenders should be charged and brought before the courts and jailed.
West Mercia obviously do not give consideration to victims of such crimes.

Welsh assembly politician, Glyn Davies, blasted Powys council who failed to do criminal checks on 44 teachers then wasted over £4,000 trying to find out who tipped off journalists.
Why do such council bosses waste council taxpayer’s money trying to cover up their failings?
Housing Problems?
It is claimed that “key” workers cannot afford to buy a house.
Key workers identified as nurses, teachers, firemen and police officers claim that they cannot afford to buy a house.
Other employees who earn far less salary than these public sector cushioned workers solve their own problems without seeking sympathy. Have they not heard about shared equity?
Legal Aid For Tony’s Aides.
Taxpayers are picking up the bill for some of Tony Blair’s aides embroiled in the “cash-for-honours” investigation.
It is believed that the chief of staff Jonathan Powell and head of gov’t relations, Ruth Turner, both earning six-figure salaries, are among those receiving financial help with legal costs.
Why does the taxpayer again have to bail out public sector employees, the bill for which could run into six figures?

Go shoplifting and you risk a fixed penalty of £80. The average fine for speeding is £60.

Don’t Wash Sheets At NHS Hospital.
Good Hope Hospital in Sutton Coldfield has instructed housekeeping staff to turn over dirty sheets instead of using fresh ones between a change of patients, in order to save money.
The same hospital recorded 36 cases of MRSA last year and 327 cases of Clostridium, doubling those of the previous year.
What does Good Hope think it is doing? Perhaps the hospital should be renamed. “Dirty Bug Hospital.”
Prison Discrimination?
There are still calls for women who are on short sentences, to be set free from jail. Why?
Will the same call be applied to men?
The old saying applies to both sexes. “If you can’t do the time, don’t do the crime”.
Sex Predator Jailed.
Perverted sex predator, Kevin Toner, was jailed indefinitely by Recorder Jeremy Richardson for sexually abusing a nine year old girl.
Toner has a history of sexual abuse against young children.
Richardson said that Toner must serve 4 years before he is eligible for parole.
Why will Toner be eligible for parole in 4 years? No doubt some liberal shrink will claim that Toner is no longer a risk to children only to find that within a few days after release Toner will attack another innocent young victim.
Toner should serve the rest of his life in jail.
Poor Prisoners.
Convicts are complaining that they will only be able to receive nine TV channels when the prison service switches to digital television.
Criminals should count themselves lucky to be able to receive TV at all. Many ordinary people are struggling to pay their licence fees after recent tax rises.
The taxpayer is paying for prison inmate’s luxuries. Prison should be a deterrent not a holiday home.
New Knife Law Won’t Work.
The Police Federation has warned that new laws to tackle Britain’s escalating gun and knife crime will not work.
Remember that in 1997, Tony Blair rushed through Parliament a ban on the private possession of handguns, claiming that there will be no more guns on the street.
Since 1997 gun crime has risen out of all proportion. His ban is a total failure.
Criminals are the people possessing illegal handguns not law-abiding citizens.
Norman Brennan, of the Victims of Crime Trust , said “You can make sentences for those that carry guns as high as you like but many young teenagers have no fear of life and live or die by the gun, so however high the sentence it will not deter them.”
Soft Justice.
1) Andrew Alderman, who raped a 15 year old girl, vanished after he was given bail while he was waiting for the verdict in his trial.
Alderman disappeared a few hours before he was found guilty and sentenced to 10 years jail.
Police considered that Alderman was a risk to other girls, so why was he given bail?
2) Prison staff at Camp Hill Prison in the Isle of Wight released arsonist Christopher Pocock 29 months early.
This blunder comes 2 weeks after a damning report by the chief inspector of prisons Anne Owers into the workings of Camp Hill jail.
Police said that Pocock did not pose a risk to the public. That is until he set fire to some other person’s home.
No Protection For Store Guards.
Store guards at the Asda store in Peterborough have been forbidden to wear “stab vests” for their own protection.
Cambridgeshire police advisors said the vests were not necessary, yet the same police regularly wear protective vests.
Annette Joyce, Peterborough city centre manager said “The vests were not needed because the centre was safe.”
Who will take responsibility when one of those store guards is stabbed?
Killer Flees Cushy Jail.
A convicted murderer and an attempted killer are on the run from Britain’s cushiest jail.
Anthony McGovern and Alan Baker disappeared from Leyhill open prison a week ago.
Leyhill was branded Britain’s sofest prison after figures revealed an average of one inmate a week was absconding, including 22 murderers.

Navy Child Porn Anger.
A senior Royal Navy officer, Lt Cmdr Frederick Gerrell, downloaded child porn and escaped jail.
Portsmouth Crown Court passed a nine month suspended sentence having taken into account his “exceptional background”.
This is NOT justice. Gerrell’s background nor his service record have no relevance. He should have been sent to jail.
Woolf’s Folly.
Former Lord Chief Justice Lord Woolf has again stated that there should be an annual limit on the number of crooks sent to jail in order to save the cost of new prisons.
We do not agree with this view. Extra prison places are vital in ensuring prisoners are punished and taken off the streets in order to protect the public.
Another Killer HGV Driver.
Lorry driver, Mark Golan, accused of dangerous driving, was convicted of careless driving when his vehicle struck a marathon runner.
His punishment was a ban for 12 months and a £1,250 fine.
The Judge said that Golan, who shed crocodile tears, was not paying attention.
Witnesses claimed that Golan made no attempt to avoid his victim.
The law should be changed to one of causing death whilst driving. This would avoid the difficulty of differentiating between dangerous and careless driving.
Knife Killing.
Frank Empson age 19 was stabbed to death during an attempted robbery.
Steven Pascoe and Jack Harrison were cleared of murder but convicted of manslaughter and attempted robbery at Chelmsford Crown Court.
Pascoe received 6yrs jail and Harrison 5yrs at a young offenders institution.
Both Pascoe and Harrison carried lethal weapons whilst in the commission of a crime, and used them to kill an innocent victim.
The judge should have instructed the jury that a murder verdict would be correct.
Police Fail To Protect Witness.
Hertfordshire police have been found guilty of failing to protect a witness, Giles Van Colle, who was about to give evidence against a former employee.
Giles was shot three times by Iranian Ali Armelzadeh.
The police failed to warn Giles of threats to his life and took no steps to protect him
Giles’s death was preventable said Mrs Justice Cox.
Giles and his family are the innocent victims of the ineptitude shown by the Hertfordshire police and in particular Dc Ridley who failed to notify Giles and who failed to arrest Armelzadeh.
Teen Gangs Of Britain.
Teenage gangsters many of whom are black , are responsible for the rising tide of violence and are locked into a tribal code of honour that says “Your one of us, or you die.”
This is all part of the fear and anger that people feel toward Blair and Reid who have been directly responsible for the way that the UK has lost control of it’s borders and allowed illegal as well as legal immigrants to flow unheeded into Britain.
It is no coincidence that violent crime using illegal guns has a direct correlation to the numbers of immigrants arriving in the UK.
Immigration is now 25 times higher than at any time in our history
The public is now waking up to the real dangers.
Hypocrisy Of MP’s.
Members of Parliament are trying to prevent us knowing how much money they are claiming in expenses.
MP’s are trying to exempt themselves from the “Freedom of Information Act” by claiming that their constitutional matters should not be made public. A side effect of this is that their expenses will also be kept secret.
This is yet one more step toward the government’s secret hold over the public and one more right taken away from us.
The Freedom of Information Act was passed to allow us, the public to have access to ALL information that effects our lives.

Leslie Howard, a pensioner of 76 yrs, has been refused a drug that will help save his eyesight
The North Yorkshire and York Primary Care Trust has told Leslie that he must go blind in one first before he can be treated.
How is that for New Labour’s caring NHS?
OAP Jailed.
Gwynneth Lester, a disabled war widow has been jailed for 28 days for refusing to pay her council tax claiming that Social Services and the police were not providing a decent service.
Wake up to reality Lord Woolf. You tell the government not to send criminals to jail, yet you are happy to sit back and let a disabled war widow go to jail.

General In BUPA--Heroes In Dirty Wards.
Lieutenant General Louis Lillywhite who has defended the treatment of British troops in NHS hospitals is a member of BUPA the private health care company which provides clean quality care for those able to pay for it.
Troops have contracted MRSA in open wounds after being left in filthy wards.
One private was left lying in his own faeces for a night at Selly Oak Hospital in Birmingham.
The General’s statement smacks of hypocrisy when well paid senior officers can afford private health care, yet poorly paid troops must make do with the NHS.
The General should be fighting for high quality medical care for ALL troops irrespective of their rank, in special Military hospitals.
Blair Leaves Office With Blood On His Hands.
To date 147 troops have died in Iraq and 53 troops have died in Afghanistan.
Why? Blair followed his master, George Bush, in believing that terrorism could be fought in both those countries.
All Blair has achieved in this area is having 200 British troops killed.
One More Killer Driver.
Drunk driver, David Curry drank 9 pints, has no driving licence, took a car without permission and crashed killing his passenger Gregor Allen.
Curry was convicted of causing death by dangerous driving.
His penalty-----5 years and seven months in jail. No doubt he will be freed in three years. This is NOT justice.
Speeding Police Car Killed Driver.
Det Con Ashley Scott Brice, driving at 89 mph on the wrong side of the road careered into the path of his victim’s Vauxhall car.
Brice overtook a convoy of four vehicles at speeds of between 80 and 90 mph on a blind bend when he crashed into the Vauxhall driven by victim, Gareth James
Brice has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving. We wait to see what his punishment, if any, will be.
Police League Table Points For Arests.
Northumbria police at the North Tyneside police station operated a football style league table winning points for collaring members of the public.
Three points were given for an arrest, one point for a summons and one point for penalty notices. There were NO points given for helping people.
Some of our police officers are absolute idiots. They have no idea how to win the respect and trust of the public.
Black Cops Dodgy Accounting?
The National Black Police Association has had its Government funding frozen after auditors examined “Accounts which were found to have inadequate financial controls.”
The Government grant to this association was £180,000.
The question raised is - Why is there a Government (taxpayers) grant in the first place?

NHS Refuses War Veteran Treatment.
War veteran, Dennis Devier, has been refused treatment for “wet age related macular degeneration.
The Oxford Primary Care Trust has refused to treat Mr. Devier, who is blind in one eye and has a disabled wife.
Oxford PCT has said that this is not a special case even if Mr. Devier goes totally blind in both eyes.

Lord Stevens, former Met Police Commissioner, said that there are 4,000 terrorist suspects loose in the UK.

Lacking Discipline.
The Head Teachers have warned that parents are failing to instill discipline at home which is a major cause of increasing violence among young people.
Discipline is the setting of boundaries with regard to behaviour, respecting people and property and good example.
Home Inspectors Without ID.
Inspectors carrying out checks under the Governments home information packs scheme will not be forced to have official identification. Nor will these inspectors be checked by the Criminal Records Bureau.
The information packs will be compulsory after June 1st 2007.
This is a major loophole. Anyone can claim to be an inspector and without ID have the right to enter your home.
Remember there is a heavy fine if inspectors are refused entry.
Who employs these inspectors? Who do we sue if an inspector carries out a criminal act?

Fr Gerry Nugent who slept with murdered Polish student, Angelika Kluk, had a previous sexual encounter in 1993.
The church said that Nugent’s behaviour had fallen “well short” of expected standards.

Paedophile priest, David Smith, carried out a 30 year campaign of abuse against six victims.
Smith was sentenced to FIVE & A HALF years in prison.
What punishment is this? Nothing but a slap on the wrist.

Perverted paedophile choirmaster, Peter Halliday, abused three boys aged 9 to 14 between 1985 and 1990. Some were assaulted up to 30 times and there may be scores more victims.
Church of England spokesperson, Rev Mark Rudall tried to justify these actions by saying “What was done was the way things happened in those days.”
Judge Ian Pearson jailed Halliday for 30 months.

Church Killer Gets Life.
Peter Tobin, an evil sex offender raped and murdered Polish student Angelika Kluk then hid her body under the floorboards of a church.
Tobin, who had been jailed previously for a sex attack on two young girls was sentenced to life in jail and ordered by Judge Lord Menzies to serve at least 21 years.
Why was Tobin released from jail unsupervised to commit further crimes?

Cambridge Crown Court sentenced Shanks to 3 years jail.

Drink driver, Joanna Smith, who was jailed for 3 yrs for killing Tim Sparrow and Zuzana Lucasova seven years ago crashed her car whilst again being more than one-and-a-half times over the drink limit, now faces a 4 month jail sentence.
This woman should be banned from driving for life.
Drunk Truck Driver Kills Family.
Drunk lorry driver, Peter Murray, slammed into the back of a family car and killed a Father, Mother and their two young daughters.
Murray, who was two-and-a-half times over the drink/drive limit was sentenced to 6 years jail with a chance of being free in 3 yrs.
The maximum sentence for this type of offence is 14 years but the average served is the same as it was 15 years ago.
So much for this Government being tough on crime.
Is This Justice?
Two police firearms officers who shot and killed innocent Jean Charles de Menezes by firing 7 rounds into his head believing him to be a suicide bomber, will not face prosecution and are to return to armed duty.
The information supplied to these officers was always in doubt.
This is and always will be a difficult “front line” situation. We must however not forget that once again an innocent person has been shot by police officers.
Cream Bun Arrests.
Police are said to “be angry” at being forced to make ludicrous arrests to meet government targets.
Typical examples are, nicking a child for throwing a cream bun, cautioning a man for being “found in possession of an egg with intent to throw”, cautioning a man for throwing a glass of water over his girlfriend and holding a child for throwing a slice of cucumber at another child.
Law abiding citizens are being criminalised by police officer’s interpretation of targets that have been set.
We have news for these officers. Use the little brain power that you may possess and apply common sense.
Prison Service Gives In.
Charles Bronson, Britain’s most dangerous prisoner, has been given £200 to buy a pair of Calvin Klein glasses after he was involved in a brawl with two warders at Full Sutton jail. What is wrong with £30 NHS glasses?
Last year over £8.8 million was paid in compensation to prisoners. Cases include £750,000 paid to 200 drug addicts who had withdrawal symptoms after going “cold turkey”, prisoners being paid £200 each after their DVD players were taken away because they watched pornography.
This is an waste of taxpayer’s money.
New Chief Justice-Criminal’s Friend?
Lord Falconer, the new Ministry of Justice chief, revealed plans to shorten jail terms-on his FIRST DAY in the job.
Lord Falconer wants to shorten sentences for burglary and theft. Prisoners, including murderers and other dangerous convicts, who commit minor offences after being released on licence will be sent back to jail for only a maximum 28 days.
Criminals should be taken off and kept off the streets. The public has the right to be protected especially as we do NOT have the right to defend ourselves without US, the innocent victims, being criminalised and being sued by the criminal.

Maimed Cadet Denied Pay-out.
Army cadet, Stephen Menary, when aged 14 years was horrifically maimed by an IRA bomb which caused loss of sight, hearing and his lower left arm has had his compensation pay-out drastically reduced.
Had Stephen sat back and moaned about his position, he would have been entitled to a full £150,000 compensation.
Now that after six years, Stephen has bravely rebuilt his life and gained every aspect of independence, his compensation will be reduced.
In this modern caring Britain when convicts and criminals gain huge compensation pay-outs because of so called loss of human rights, Blair and his government once again demonstrate that more consideration is given to criminals and terrorists than to heroes.
Car Thief Jailed Indefinitely.
Car thief, Ricky Herbert, drove at 80 mph in a stolen car, sped through SEVEN red lights, hit another car and killed his two teenage passengers.
Herbert crawled out of the wreckage and ran away leaving his passengers to die.
At Plymouth Crown Court, Mr Justice Royce jailed Herbert indefinitely.
At last justice has been served.
Stabbed 100 Times By Junkie.
Drug crazed thief, John Mansfield, butchered a disabled grandmother with knives and scissors was jailed for 25 years at Manchester Crown Court.
Lets hope that Mansfield is never released.
Freedom For Yobs.
A group of yobs repeatedly punched and kicked two workers in an unprovoked attack were only given a suspended jail sentence by Mr Justice Cooke at Norwich Crown Court.
Jody Tooke, Ben Watson, Ben Winchester, John Plummley, Jack Nesbitt, Christopher Tibbs and Liam Wintin, all from the King’s Lynn area were convicted of violent disorder.
A police source said that they were asking the CPS to consider appealing.
What message does this sentence send out? King’s Lynn yobs need not be afraid if they appear before Mr Justice Cooke.
Immigrants Jump Housing Queue.
Labour Minister, Margaret Hodge, is right to say that the indigenous population of Britain should have the right to be housed in council housing before immigrants.
Often newly arrived immigrants with a large family are put at the top of the housing queue to the detriment of the indigenous population who have in many cases waited years.
Immigrants should wait their turn and not be eligible for public housing at taxpayer’s expense for at least three years and only if they can provide evidence of full time employment.

In 2005-6 local authority councillors received a total of £182 million in allowances. This represents a 6% rise on 2004-5.
What do OAPs receive? A measly 2.75%

VC Hero Banned From Britain.
A Gurkha,Tul Bahadur Pun aged 84 years, who won the VC fighting for Britain in WW2 has been banned from coming here to live out his last days “because he has failed to demonstrate strong ties with the UK”.
What stronger tie does the Foreign Office need? This man laid his life on the line for our country fighting the Japanese. All he asks is that he spend his last days with his old comrades.
Victory For Caring Worker.
Citizens Advice Worker, Terri King, was sacked from her Lymington office job because she phoned the doctor of a desperate caller who needed help.
Peter Wales, the bureau manager, said Mrs King had made an “irrational and emotional error”.
Terri won just over £18,000 for unfair dismissal at an industrial tribunal where it was decided that Terri was right to contact the caller’s doctor.
If anyone should be sacked, it should be that little bureaucrat Peter Wales.

Mr Readhead, Deputy Chief Constable of Hampshire spoke out after councillors in Stockbridge, Hants - population, 873 - spent £10,000 on CCTV stating that millions of CCTV cameras were creating a 1984 Big Brother society.
He also called for speed cameras to be reviewed and for more consideration of why DNA was kept.
There are 4.2 million CCTV cameras in the UK, one for every 14 people which equates to 20% of the world’s total.
Something is very wrong when police, rather than government ministers seem more concerned about protecting liberties.
We should stop ourselves sleepwalking into a surveillance society.
Home Office Plans More Snoopers.
Council workers, charity workers and doctors will be required to notify police about anyone they believe could commit a crime under new Home Office plans.
This would entail information including sensitive medical records being passed around to different agencies.
This new directive could be used by public sector workers who wish to spread malicious smears about people that they do not like.
We already have the most intensive surveillance society in the western world.
More Lenient Sentences.
CASE 1
Joanna Smith who killed two cyclists while drink driving has escaped a lifetime ban, despite being caught drunk behind the wheel a second time.
Smith was handed a six month prison sentence, suspended for two years and disqualified for driving for three years.
She should have been banned for life.
CASE 2
Ex police officer, Rebecca Walker suspected of being drunk at the wheel, drove her car at 130 mph and rammed a police car three times and then ran off.
Judge, Michael Mettyear, at Hull Crown Court told Walker “This is the worst driving I can remember dealing with.”
Walker’s punishment was a 9 month suspended sentence and a ban for 3 yrs.
This is NOT the right message to send out. Walker should have been sent to jail.

Tell Cops Your Name.
Police officers will be able to demand anyone’s identity and have the power to charge them with obstruction if they refuse to give it which could then lead to a £5,000 fine.
At present, police can only stop and question someone if they suspect the person is involved in a criminal activity.
This new initiative appears to be a wish to protect the reputation of John Reid and Tony Blair in their last weeks in office, rather than a need to protect the British public.
These new powers only add to Blair’s desire to turn the UK into more of a police state with further erosion of our civil liberties.
Blundering Police Gun Instructor.
Blundering negligent police firearms instructor, PC David Micklethwaite, whilst demonstrating the use of a .44 magnum Smith & Wesson revolver shot a civilian member of staff wounding him in the chest.
Micklethwaite’s excuse was “I didn’t know it was loaded.”
This is no excuse. This is negligence.
No wonder so many innocent unarmed civilians are shot and killed or wounded by police officers if this is the standard of training by so called qualified police firearms instructors.
£Million Damage For Reversing Police Cars.
31 police forces have revealed the cost of damage to police vehicles caused by police officers reversing their vehicles.
The cost involved is £2.3 million for these 31 police forces alone. If one adds to this figure other police force vehicle damage, including the Metropolitan Police Service, which has 23,600 vehicles the true figure is as much as £4 MILLION all paid for by us the taxpayer.
Police forces do not claim from insurance companies because premiums and excesses are so high. We pay the bill for poor police driving.
Speeding Police Escape Fines.
The latest figures show that police forces operate double standards after it emerged that 354 out of 90,000 officers caught on camera speeding or driving through red lights last year were punished.
Only one in 200 ( 0.5% ) officers was fined or given points, compared with 84% of ordinary drivers.
Police should set an example and should face the courts like everyone else.
Drunk Driver Menace.
Drink driver, Mohammed Jahangir, was jailed for 19 months after his 37th motoring offence in 10 years.
Jahangir has 16 previous drink-drive convictions.
This person should never be allowed to drive again.
Boy Racer Killers.
Bradley and Marcus Barney overtook up to 40 cars, many on blind bends at speeds of up to 70 mph forced Carol Tegg to swerve into the path of a bus.
Carol died as her car burst into flames. More than 25 passengers had to flee from the blazing bus.
Prosecutor David Robinson said “The Barneys took it upon themselves to drive their cars in a manner which was dangerous, suicidal, reckless and totally mad.”
The Judge at Oxford Crown Court sentenced Bradley to 8 years jail and Marcus to 7 years jail. Both will complete about half their sentence and then be free, no doubt to kill again.
Justice is NOT served by giving light jail sentences.
A Man’s Life Worth £150.
Teenage menace, Ella Vasey, caused a road smash which left her victim crippled by horrific injuries.
Vasey pulled out in front of motor cyclist, Stewart Murray, leaving him paralysed from the waist down, a broken jaw, ruptured aorta, collapsed lung and two broken arms.
Murray is the innocent victim of Vasey’s inept driving.
The Cambridge Magistrates fined Vasey £150.
These magistrates should be sacked and the case tried again. Lets hope that the Cambridgeshire Police Force will appeal this sentence.
Cowardly Killer.
Cowardly Lee Cowie ambushed 16 year old Michael Chapman, in an unprovoked attack and kicked and punched him to death.
Judge Andrew Patience described the attack as “cowardly” and sentenced Cowie to 4 years for manslaughter.
Cowie who smirked at this sentence could be free in one year because he has already served 343 days behind bars on remand.
This is NOT justice. Cowie should have been convicted of murder and given a life sentence.
Another Killer Lorry Driver.
Killer lorry driver, Adrian Burrows, caused a multi-vehicle pile-up on the A14 in July 2006 in which victim Brian Mills died.
Burrows who hit a car while reading a text message on his mobile phone was jailed by Judge John Devaux at Ipswich Crown Court for 3 years.
Burrows has been previously convicted of drink driving in 2004.
3 YEARS for causing death by dangerous driving is NOT justice.
Priest Jailed For Sex With Boy.
Catholic Priest Father Peter Grant sexually assaulted a 15 year old boy by kissing and abusing him.
Grant’s punishment was 40 months.
Justice? We think not.
Whitehall Non-Jobs Cost £45 Million.
Taxpayers are paying £45 million a year to civil servants who have no job, official figures have revealed.
At least 634 staff across 20 ministerial departments in Whitehall are on the payroll but do no work.
Fatal Flaws In Nimrod Aircraft.
An R.A.F. whistleblower with 20 years experience has broken his silence to claim that the 14 servicemen who were killed last year in Afghanistan when their Nimrod aircraft crashed would still be alive if their aircraft had been upgraded as originally planned.
The 37 year old aircraft came down in flames in September in Kandahar killing all crew members.
The new fleet of planes should have entered service in 2001 but will not now arrive until around 2011.
There has been a litany of major fuel leaks over many years.
Minister Urges Teenagers To Take Up Shooting.
Labour’s Sports Minister, Richard Caborn, has backed a drive by shooting groups to increase participation in the sport of target and clay shooting.
The Minister is right to encourage youngsters to take up this sport.
Shooting is sport that demands responsibility and self-discipline.
Previously the Government has been against shooting and the private ownership of firearms. It now appears that with the departure of Tony Blair and other senior figures, there may be a change in Government thinking.
It is so easy to think of past gun tragedies, in particular Dunblane, where Hamilton shot and killed several school children, but in that incident Hamilton was known to the police as a risk and should have had his weapons confiscated and his license revoked.
Anyone who owns a legal firearm will have had in-depth rigorous background checks carried out on them by the police. As such firearms certificate holders are among the most law-abiding citizens in the country.
In a recent survey 71% agreed with the Sports Minister that youngsters should be encouraged to take up shooting.
Anti-gun campaigners could serve us better by concentrating on ILLEGAL guns that are so easily available.

In the past five years 8,000 rapists and child molesters have been cautioned by the police rather than face criminal charges.

Cambridgeshire’s “Del Boy” cops followed a 30 year old Robin Reliant, claiming that this “high speed” vehicle, with four people on board cut up their police car and then sped off a 70 MPH.
The jury, amid barely suppressed giggles cleared the driver at Cambridge City Crown Court.

Drunk Driver Gets 1 Year.
Drunk driver, Gihan Bekem, drove his car onto the kerb in Rose Lane, Norwich and mowed down two men causing leg fractures in one man and brain damage in the other.
Norwich Crown Court gave Bekem 1 year jail.

Idiot Lorry Driver.
Dutch HGV driver, Martin Veens, was caught driving his 40-tonne lorry by steering with his knees and using both hands to eat from a saucepan of spaghetti.
Veens was jailed for two months and banned for a year.
Veens should have been banned for life.

Despite Blair’s promise last year that the Army would be given whatever it needs to fight in both Iraq and Afghanistan, it can again be shown that troops fighting in Afghanistan are operating with inadequate resources.

50% of Apache helicopters are NOT serviceable.
70% of Chinooks are available.
Only 16 out of 96 new armoured vehicles have been delivered.
Soldiers have bought their own binoculars to replace inadequate Army sights.
Engineers travel in soft skinned trucks while carrying high explosives.
A garrison down to its last 200 mortar rounds because no helicopters were available to resupply.
The list goes on and on.
Top Army Medic Blasts Delay In Treating Troops.
In a withering attack on defence medical policy, Lt Col Paul Parker condemned the treatment of injured troops in Iraq and Afghanistan as being “excessively slow”.
This report has the support of every member of the defence medical service and that it was regarded by the Ministry of Defence as an “inconvenient truth”.
Col Parker said that back in Vietnam, wounded soldiers arrived in hospital within 25 minutes of injury. In Iraq in 2005 that figure is 110 minutes and now in Afghanistan the pre-hospital time is 7 HOURS.
A Message To Gordon Brown.
The minute you take over from Tony Blair your duty to all British troops is to supply them with up-to-date equipment and as many vehicles, helicopters, aircraft, personal protection equipment, guns and ammunition as is required by front line commanders.
Your further duty is to provide the best medical care for the wounded and to provide the highest level of after care for those troops who are invalided out of the service.
Failure to do so will demonstrate the same contempt that Tony Blair has consistently shown to our Armed Forces.

Prisoners Have Human Rights -- Old People Don’t.
The House of Lords has ruled that elderly residents of private care homes do not have the same Human Rights as prisoners.
The ruling - which will affect 300,000 pensioners across the country - leaves people in these homes more vulnerable to neglect and abuse, unlike hospital patients, council tenants or prison inmates because they are NOT protected by human rights laws.
The law MUST be changed to protect these potential victims.
25,000 Prisoners Get Out Of Jail Card.
More than 25,000 criminals will be handed a “get out of jail free” card in a desperate attempt to solve the overcrowding prison problem.
These criminals will include sex offenders, drug dealers and armed robbers.
We have always said that a prison sentence MUST be a punishment and that many more prisons should be built so that criminals are taken off the streets and not allowed to again harm innocent victims.
To add insult to injury those criminals released early will be given £200 spending money to compensate them for “loss of bed and meals.”
Taxpayers should not pay a bonus for early release.
Another Killer HGV Driver.
HGV driver David Harding, driving a 22 ton lorry failed to stop and ploughed into a line of slow moving traffic killing two innocent motorists.
Judge James Steward sentenced Harding to 2 years jail. No doubt he will be released early.
This punishment is not justice, one year for each life.
Home Office Ignores 3M Violent Crimes.
Because of the method of recording crime statistics used by the British Crime Survey, over 3 million crimes go unrecorded.
The BCS figures caps the number of times a victim can report crimes such as assaults, burglaries or thefts to five times a year. Thus a sixth reported offence will not be recorded.
Civitas think tank brands the system “truly bizarre” and claims that the BCS figure of 11 million crimes a year should be more than 14 million.
Lenient Judge.
Judge Julian Hall at Oxford Crown Court jailed paedophile, Keith Fenn, for just FOUR months for raping a 10 year old girl.
This same Judge caused a storm earlier this year by setting free another paedophile and telling him to give his victim money to buy a new bike.
Judge Hall should NEVER again be allowed to sit on the bench and dispense his version of justice.
Victims have a right to protection from the courts and people like Judge Hall.
Blair’s Parting Gift.
Tony Blair has gone.
His parting has left our troops under funded and without the right equipment to fight the wars he left behind in Iraq and Afghanistan.
So far Blair’s wars have cost 156 British troops killed in Iraq and 61 killed in Afghanistan.

Muslim Terrorist Doctors.
It has emerged, following the abortive bomb attacks in London and Glasgow, that the suspects are all doctors born and trained in the Middle East.
Over 6,000 doctors work in the NHS and were trained outside the UK. Almost a third, 1,985 were trained in Iraq, 184 from Jordan, 748 from Syria, 564 from Sudan and 488 from Iran. All these countries are linked to Muslim extremism.
This demonstrates that over the last 10 years during Tony Blair’s reign as Prime Minister our borders have been wide open to immigrants, both legal and illegal, thus allowing Muslim extremist terrorists to enter our country without proper checks.
Currently MI5 have more than 1,600 terrorist suspects under surveillance and believe that there are 200 networks and 30 terrorist plots.
The Government MUST introduce stringent checks on all immigrants, and build a strong border police force.
The Government should abandon the current Human Rights legislation which protects the terrorist and criminal, and design a Bill of Rights and Constitution along the lines adopted in the USA.
There is a very good case to deport ALL terrorist suspects back to their country of ethnic origin irrespective of the record on human rights in that country.
Our Government needs to place the safety of ethnic English, Scots and Welsh citizens before those who enter the UK from Muslim countries.
Immigrants Given Preference.
Five times more immigrants are given social housing than previously claimed, the Government has admitted.
More than 200,000 of Britain’s social housing, 5% of the total, were given to immigrants last year.
Embassy Criminals Not Prosecuted.
Foreign diplomats in the UK have been given immunity from prosecution for offences including rape, armed robbery, assault and drug dealing.
Saudi Arabia has the worst record including child assault, violence and drug dealing.
Other countries to escape prosecution include Morocco, South Africa, Germany, France, Kuwait, Russia, Belgium, Italy, Mongolia, Romania, Angola, Cameroon, Ukraine and Rwanda.
There may be international rules that protect foreign diplomats when crimes are committed, but in each case there are victims of these crimes.
ALL foreign diplomats should abide by UK law and suffer the consequences if they break the law.
Shopkeeper Criminalized.
Penzance shopkeeper, Jacob Smyth, has been fined £250 and given a criminal record for defending himself against shoplifters who stole cans of spray paint and the attacked him by kicking him in the groin.
The Penzance police issued fixed penalty tickets to the gang of shoplifters but charged Mr Smyth with assault.
Jacob Smyth did nothing wrong. He defended himself and his property. The police should have used common sense in this case.
Justice has NOT been served. An innocent victim has now got a criminal record for acting in self-defence.
Another Killer Driver.
Drink driver, Ben Morphey, 22, drank nearly eight pints of lager and killed five people when he drove his car and collided head on into another vehicle.
Ipswich Crown Court sentenced Morphey to eight and a half years jail, but the judge told him that he would serve only 4 years.
This punishment is NOT justice. Nine months for each killing.
Whistle-Blower Banned From Teaching.
The General Teaching Council has banned Angela Mason from teaching for one year.
Her “crime” was to film pupils at her school, swearing and being abusive.
The GTC are out of touch and should have supported her with her expose instead of penalising her.
Police Trauma Bill.
The Government faces paying out millions of pounds to police officers in Northern Ireland suffering post-traumatic stress disorder following decades of terrorist violence.
Let us hope that if the police win their High Court action, the same consideration will be extended to ALL our troops who have suffered defending the wishes of the Government of the day.
War Veterans To Top List.
Around 100,000 war veterans, ex service men and women, are to go to the top of the list for digital hearing aids on the NHS.
At last this Government has acknowledged that our Armed Forces deserve special treatment. Lets hope that this acknowledgment extends to other medical treatment.
Wait Goes On For War Dead.
The families of more than 100 service personnel killed in Iraq and Afghanistan are still waiting foe inquests into their deaths a year after ministers promised to tackle backlogs.
In one case, a father had to pay £600 to get access to official papers about the circumstances surrounding his soldier son’s death.
How Did Blair Repay Our Troops?
Tony Blair committed British troops to more wars than any other PM since the Second World War - from Kosovo and Sierra Leone to Iraq and Afghanistan.
For ten years Blair put soldiers lives at risk. He failed to provide basic equipment, allowed the wounded to endure third-class treatment on general wards and neglected servicemen’s wives and children in sub-standard housing.
The all-party Public Accounts Committee said that the number of personnel leaving the armed forces early has soared to a ten-year peak.
The MoD has been relying for too long on the goodwill and courage of our servicemen and women.

Who Is This Little Man?
A small man given to wearing wigs, who recently married his male partner, flew into one of his well known tantrums, ranted and raved, swearing at police officers who were carrying out their important security duties at the recent “Concert for Diana”.
This little man had to walk 200 yards instead of being driven up to the front door.
He should have been supportive of the security officers who were present to protect the public instead of being abusive.
“Don’t you know who I am” the little man screamed.
Who does he think he is. That little man is no more important than any other person attending the concert.

Driver’s Heinous Crime.
At a time when thousands of convicted robbers, muggers, druggies and burglars are let free to roam Britain’s streets because jails are full, 77 yr old Robert Logie who has no criminal record, was jailed for three months because he took three penalty points for his son claiming that he was the driver of his son’s car.
Judge Michael Heath told the court that Logie had “struck at the very fabric of justice”.
Yes Logie should be punished, but jail? No.
Treat A Hoodlum.
Conservative Leader, David Cameron, has gone from hugging ice-bergs and hugging hoodies to now giving concert tickets to yobs who stay out of trouble.
What planet does Cameron live on?
Thugs and yobs deserve punishment not reward for staying out of trouble.
Staying out of trouble is the expected behaviour of all citizens.
Paedophiles Slip Through The Net.
Hundreds of paedophiles and violent criminals are working with children and vulnerable adults because of blunders in police background checks.
Why does this Government and the Home Office continue to make so many catastrophic errors? Do they not realise that there are innocent victims who are prey to these criminals?
Murderer Set Free To Kill Again.
Against advice from the prison and probation staff, Sean Henry, a convicted murderer, was set free by the Parole Board.
Henry then went on to rob a jewellery store seizing jems worth £50,000 and shooting Darren Prior, the store manager.
Why are such errors allowed to happen? In every case innocent victims suffer the consequences of official blunders.
Pervert Scout Leader Escapes Ban.
Paedophile scout leader, Steven Spencer, was given a six-month suspended sentence for possessing 283 images of child abuse, by Judge John McNaught.
The judge did NOT order that Spencer be banned from working with children.
This sentence is an outrage. Judge McNaught has no idea how the real world works.
Crime Up Again.
The British Crime Survey said that levels of crime has again risen.
Violent crime rose 5% with robberies rising 25% last year, the highest in 3 yrs. This is at a time when the Government is releasing thousands of criminals early.
There is always a prison place for OAP’s who cannot afford to pay their council tax.
Out of 1,700 prisoners freed early including 344 violent criminals a large number are known to re-offend within days of release.
Criminal Let-Offs.
Fewer than half of criminals caught by police are being taken to court. More offenders are given cautions or fixed penalty notices.
It is disgraceful that so many crimes are going unpunished.
Thousands of knife-wielding thugs are being let off with just a slap on the wrist. A total of 5,646 thugs carrying offensive weapons were cautioned as were 3,000 carrying blades.
Fear Of Crime.
A recent survey has shown that over a third of the population keep defensive weapons handy at home in preparation to being attacked.
This demonstrates that citizens are fed up with being innocent victims of crime and will, if necessary defend themselves, family and property even though the police and courts will criminalize them for such actions.
We applaud such citizens who have the courage to fight back. We have always stated that we should have the right of self-defense without fear of being prosecuted and sued by the criminal. Just don’t get caught, make sure that there are no witnesses otherwise the police will charge YOU the innocent victim.
NHS Executive Greed.
David Johnson was given a “golden handshake” of £900,000 after his Health Authority was wound up.
Chris Town, interim chief executive of Cambridgeshire Primary Trust received almost £500,000 after working for just two months.
How many life saving operations could be carried out with this combined total of £1,400,000?
Why cannot Johnson and Town get another job without milking the NHS?
NHS Blunders.
The NHS paid out £592 million in one year as compensation for negligence claims. One third of this money was paid to lawyers who perhaps see the Health Service as an easy target.
Police Blunders.
Victims of crashes involving police vehicles were paid £3.5 million in compensation last year. More than 1,400 claims, or four per day, were made in England and Wales.
We believe it is right that both the NHS and police pay innocent victims for actions that result in negligent actions.
Purity Ring Girl Loses Case.
Remember the young girl, Lydia Playfoot, who was told not to wear a Christian “purity ring” by Millais School.
Judge Michael Supperstone said that Lydia’s human rights had not been breached. What would the judge have said if it were a Muslim girl wearing a symbol of her religion and had that symbol banned.
Lydia claimed that she had a right to demonstrate her commitment to God and her future husband not to have sex before marriage through the wearing of a purity ring.
There appears to be one set of human rights for citizens of Anglo ethnic groups and another set for for certain other groups.
Ministry Of Defence At It Again.
Lieutenant Colonel Lindsay MacDuff was criticised by Andrew Walker, the Oxford Coroner, for failing to tell his platoon that there were friendly troops in the area that he was attacking in Iraq.
This friendly fire incident in which Corporal Stephen Allbutt and Trooper David Clarke were killed occurred in Basra in 2003
This brings into question serious failings in communication by those in command.
What has happened to this officer? He has just been promoted.
The second report is about a tough SAS highly decorated ex-para officer who is to be axed for being too brave and defying the top brass who had ordered him to stop going on missions with his men in Iraq and Afghanistan.
An SAS insider said “The CO was a hero to his men and they are gutted and spitting blood that he has been forced out.”
The third report is about a £2.2 billion sale of Army Barracks and land to fund the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. How much of that money is spent on the troops themselves?
Lack Of Immigrant Checks.
Britain is failing to check would-be immigrants against a global database of suspected terrorists, the head if Interpol has revealed.
Britain’s security is under threat because these checks are not carried out. The recent attempted bombings in London and Glasgow would not have progressed so far if such checks were routinely carried out.
The sheer scale of the threat of Muslim radicalism that spawns terrorist attacks will surprise no one when it has emerged that officers with Al Qaeda sympathies are not only serving with the police, but are being allowed to retain their jobs.
The ease with which terrorists have infiltrated universities, scientific labs, the police and the NHS demonstrates the terrible price we are paying because the government has lost control of the nation’s ports of entry.
It has emerged that thousands of student visas are issued each year to foreign applicants who then fail to take up their university or college places, yet having their visas , the students are allowed to stay in the UK for three years. Over 400 of these missing students come from Pakistan, the country with which most terrorist plots originate
The 21/7 bombers were all known to the security services and despite having criminal records were allowed to retain their British passports.
These Muslim fanatics often claim repression in their country of ethnic origin and are granted asylum even if they have criminal convictions for the most heinous offences including rape and murder.
We say again that there should be a stop to ALL immigration and that ALL terrorist and criminal suspects must be deported back to their ethnic country of origin.
Forget their human rights and EC legislation which hinders our right to say who lives within our shores.
Illegal Immigrant Amnesty.
The Institute of Public Policy Research has said that half a million illegal immigrants in the UK should be given an amnesty and the right to stay in Britain.

Such an amnesty would draw in waves of illegal immigrants to our shores.

Supergun Fails.
The £9 million Phalanx missile defence supergun system did not prevent the attack on Basra airbase failing to destroy a rocket which killed three British servicemen in Iraq.
The US made system, a truck mounted radar-guided system is supposed to detect and destroy hostile missiles by firing a barrage of shells at them.
When this system was most needed, it did not work.
British Medics Buy Own Dressings.
British Medics on the front line in Helmand, Afghanistan are so short of medical equipment that they have to buy life-saving equipment on the internet.
For every one British serviceman who is killed 10 lose limbs.
A soldier wrote home stating that first aid equipment is taken off him and given to soldiers in more hostile areas. Colleagues die unnecessarily because a lack of funding meant that he could not treat emergencies.
Des Browne, the Defence Secretary, has been long enough in post to rectify the appalling lack of equipment that our troops so desperately need.
Some Good Service News.
Ten years on, the Royal Navy is to at long last get 2 new aircraft carriers at a cost of £20 Billion.
Work should have begun in 2003 having been announced 10 years ago.
Foreign Immigrants.
Over 2 1/2 million foreign immigrants have been legally allowed into the UK since 2002, of which 713,000 arrived last year alone.
The Government does NOT know how many have arrived illegally. Some estimates suggest that there are as many as 5 million illegals here.
This number is expected to increase exponentially.
The number of immigrants to our shores is unacceptable. Major problems of housing, benefits to families, drain on the NHS, increasing crime and the ever increasing threat of terrorism are the results of the Government’s failure to secure our borders.
At Last, A New Border Patrol Force.
Prime Minister, Gordon Brown, has at last taken on board our demand that there should be a new Border Patrol force to control immigration.
Mr Brown has announced the creation of a new Border Patrol force by merging Customs & Excise with Immigration.
The new force will be an uniformed force but with limited powers.
We suggest that the new Force should be armed and have FULL police powers of arrest, search, detention and expulsion.
Brown has stated that 4,000 foreign criminals will be deported by the end of the year. This we wait with eager breath. No doubt liberal bleeding hearts will be claiming that these foreign criminal’s human rights are being abused.
Rights Are Wrong.
The current Human Rights Legislation should be scrapped in favour of rights for victims.
At present this act is being abused by illegal immigrants, asylum seekers, yobs, criminals, bad parents, nuisance neighbours and any person who will not conform to society who currently have the right to defend themselves under the act, whilst law-abiding citizens are treated as the wrongdoer.
Drive Ban On OAPs.
Transport Secretary, Ruth Kelly is considering a driving ban on all older people aged 70 and over.
This is blatant discrimination against OAP’s who need their cars for shopping, visiting their family and friends at home and when sick in hospital.
Ms Kelly should instead concentrate her efforts on:
Drunk drivers
Drugged up drivers
HGV drivers who cause accidents which kill or maim
Police drivers also killing and maiming
Foreign HGV drivers using unsafe vehicles.
The British Insurance Association has stated that older drivers are amongst the safest on the road having years of experience.
As usual the older person is an easy target.

Public Sector Greed.
The CEO of the Environment Agency, Baroness Young has received £24k on top of her £163,000 per year salary as a performance bonus.
Eight other agency executives have received over £10,000 bonus each on top of their salaries.
This appears to us as excessive greed. Do these people not earn enough without milking the public purse for more money, especially in light of recent floods?
Sadistic Killer.
Sarah Bullock, a 16 year old evil and vicious teenage girl tortured and murdered a mentally disabled man. This girl eventually killed him by stamping on his hands as he clung to the edge of a 100ft viaduct making him fall to his death.
Her companions, Darren Stewart and Martin Pollard also participated in this cruelty and murder.
Bullock was sentenced to 10 years in a young offender’s institution.
Stewart was given 25 years jail.
Pollard was sentenced to 8 years jail.
No doubt these evil people will be released when they have served only one third of their sentenced.
Ten years for Bullock is NOT enough time. Remember the sad case of Jamie Bulger. The killers in his case are now out of jail and have been given a new life with new identities.
Punishments often do NOT fit the crimes. The victims and their families come last.
Is This Justice?
Criminals never see the inside of a court when fewer than half supposedly are brought to justice.
Instead they escape with on-the-spot fines, cautions and warnings.
This approach undermines confidence in the criminal justice system and takes no account of the plight of victims.
Dangerous Convicts Freed Without Tags.
Nearly 1,000 criminals freed early to ease the prison overcrowding crisis had previously been rated too unsafe to be let out with an electronic tag.
If these criminals were not safe to be let out on tags, why are they safe to be let out with taxpayers’ cash in their pockets but no tags on their ankles?
No wonder the British people have no faith in the courts, the police and the Government.
Foreign Criminals Still At Large.
More than three-quarters (787) of the convicts involved in the foreign prisoner scandal are still at large in Britain.
These criminals include violent sex attackers and vicious thugs who should have been deported on release from jail. Instead they were allowed to walk free after a series of Home Office blunders.
It appears that an EU directive which rules that committing a serious crime is no longer sufficient grounds for removal. The result of this directive means that the vast bulk of the estimated 3,300 European criminals released from jail each year, including burglars, thieves and muggers will walk free to roam our streets to again attack innocent victims.
Gordon Brown and his Government need to opt out of this EU legislation and give protection to the British people.
Small Firms Lose Faith In The Legal System.
Small businesses have so little faith in the legal system that they no longer bother reporting crimes that cost them £19 Billion a year.
40% of firms fail to report crimes against them because they do not believe that police take them seriously. They think that thieves and vandals are let off too lightly
Shoplifters are being let off with fines, half of which are never paid, and cautions.
Small shopkeepers are victims of a lenient approach to criminal activities,
Teenage Killer Driver.
Rachel Begg, 19 yrs, was texting a message using her mobile phone as she was driving her car when she smashed into the back of another car driven by Maureen Waite killing her instantly.
Begg’s punishment handed down by Judge John Milford was 4 years in a youth detention centre for causing death by dangerous driving.
This is NOT justice. Begg will be free to kill again after two years.
The sentence should have been 14 years, the maximum allowed.
Foreign Driver Killers.
Hundreds of foreign HGV drivers are sticking two fingers up to Britain’s legal system by failing to turn up for trials when accused of killing other motorists, ignoring safety standards and refusing to pay speeding tickets.
They are dodging speeding tickets and avoiding jail terms for death crashes by easily disappearing back to the Continent.
Up to 500,000 other car drivers have avoided fines because their vehicles are registered overseas.
Ruth Kelly, Transport Minister, must sort this problem out asap instead of picking on UK’s elderly drivers.
Jail To Protect Terrorists.
Government Ministers are secretly considering plans for an all-Muslim prison so as to give terrorists protection against attacks upon them by other inmates.
Terrorists must NOT be given the appearance of special status within the justice system.
These terrorist, Muslim or others, are not soldiers fighting for their country but are nothing but common criminals and should not be given special treatment. If other inmates dish out their own form of punishment, then this can be seen as something that these evil people deserve.

Mental Anguish Of Troops.
Britain’s overstretched troops are increasingly suffering mental illness caused by frequent combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Thousands of troops suffer high rates of psychiatric illness, post-traumatic stress and alcoholism with hundreds more suffering domestic problems.
Troops spend more than 13 months on operations in any three-year period exceeding the Army’s own guidelines.
These findings are further evidence of the damage caused by chronic operational overstretch which sees one third of troops being sent on repeated tours of duty a few months apart.
Snooty Neighbours Insult Army Families.
Headley Court Military Hospital, near Ashstead, Surrey treats and looks after severely injured military troops who have been wounded in Iraq and Afghanistan.
The Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Families Association, backed by the Government, wants to take over the property next to Headley Court Military Hospital and give it disabled access in order to provide a home for visiting families.
Army charity chiefs want to house relatives visiting their wounded loved ones in the hospital next door.
However several snooty neighbours have objected to this plan raising frivolous concerns.

JAMES FLYNN, chartered surveyor claims the house could be a target by relatives of dead soldiers.

Police DNA List Soars.
Home Secretary Jacqui Smith reported that 722,464 DNA profiles were added to the police database in the year 2006-07
This figure is equivalent to 1,979 a day or one every 45 seconds.
Police want DNA from people held for offences such as littering, speeding and fare-dodging. Already thousands of school children are finger printed each year under the guise of easy methods to serve school meals and issue school library books.
The march towards a surveillance state is now a headlong rush.
The freedom of each and every one of us is at stake.
In our opinion, the only people who should be finger printed and have DNA samples taken and stored on a police database are criminals and all immigrants.
Police To Track Every Car Journey.
Labour has drawn up secret BIG BROTHER plans to hand the details of routine journeys taken by millions of innocent motorists to the police.
Yet another example this creeping surveillance state.
Speed Trap Devices.
Motorists who use devices to detect mobile speed traps will soon face a hefty fine and three penalty points.
These devices are a useful means of slowing traffic and should not be banned.
Back-Door Amnesty.
Hundreds of thousands of failed asylum seekers will be allowed to settle permanently in Britain under a Government “back-door amnesty” scheme.
It is thought that over 450,000 immigrants will be allowed to stay and live in this country without any checks being carried out.
This is another example of the UK’s wide open borders allowing free entry to any criminal and terrorist who wishes to enter our shores.
Muslims Support Terrorism.
As many as 10% of British Muslims agree with and proactively support terrorism.
Up to 20% of the Muslim population sympathise with militants.
With 1.6 million Muslim living in the UK this represents 160,000 Muslims supporting terrorism.

Homeowner Arrested.
A 56 yr old homeowner was arrested for defending himself and his property after an intruder he confronted during a burglary fell out of a fourth floor window.
Police arrested the homeowner on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent.
We understand that the homeowner has now been released without charge.
This hero should never have been arrested in the first place, he was only defending himself against a criminal.
This case is expected to revive arguments about the rights of householders to defend themselves against burglars.
After the Tony Martin case, the Crown Prosecution Service and the Association of Chief Police Officers said any householder can use reasonable force to protect themselves and others.
The term “reasonable force” needs to be clarified.
In the heat of the moment when one is being burgled and/or attacked and in fear of one’s life, what is reasonable force?
Instinctively one either runs away or picks up the nearest thing to defend one’s self. There is no time to examine what is reasonable.
Young Killer Thugs.
The latest case of gangs of young killer thugs who roam our streets is that of Gary Newlove who dared to stand up to a gang of drunken youths causing criminal damage to his property.
Gary was set upon by nine youths aged between 15 and 19 yrs of age who attacked him so severely that he later died in hospital.
No doubt the courts will pass lenient sentences with these thugs being released after a few months to go on and kill other innocent victims.
More Young Killer Drivers.
1) DANIEL YOUNG travelled at twice the speed limit and crashed into an oncoming car last December killing 17 yr old Lauren Evans.
Young was charged with only careless driving and was given a twelve month community order.
District Judge David Cooper said that the powers at his disposal are inadequate.
Young should have been charged with dangerous driving which carries a 14 year jail term.
Twelve months community order is NOT justice.
2) Patrick O’Leary killed a lawyer and a taxi driver when he raced through a red light at 90mph in a stolen BMW crashing headlong into the taxi.
O’Leary has five previous driving convictions.
O’Leary was sentenced to 8 years youth custody no doubt to be released early.
The law MUST be changed so that those who kill whilst driving are given long prison terms and not just a slap on the wrist.
Health Boss Escapes Jail.
Michael Buckley, head of accounts at Cheshire Health Agency, defrauded the NHS of £340,000 walked free from jail.
Buckley was given 364 days in jail suspended for 18 months by Judge Janet Case at Chester Crown Court.
The taxpayer is the victim while the criminal goes free.
Police Paedophile Still On Payroll.
DC Peter Cooper of the West Midlands Police was found guilty of sexually assaulting a 14 year boy and other serious paedophile offences.
Cooper, a former child protection officer, continues to collect his £35,000 salary from his police force.
Cooper should not continue to receive his salary. He should be sacked from the force and lose all pension and gratuity rights.
Probation Service Blunders.
A series of blunders that led to a convicted dangerous criminal being released and killing an innocent victim will remain secret in order to protect the identity of the probation officer who failed to ensure that proper supervision was carried out.
Gary Chester-Nash had more than 30 convictions for offences involving knives when he stabbed Jean Bowditch to death.
Nash was sentenced to life imprisonment with a recommendation that he serve a minimum of 30 years.
Why is there such secrecy within the probation service? This is nothing more than a cover-up.
Immigrant Housing.
Since 1997 New Labour, under Tony Blair’s “management” has allowed hundreds of thousands of immigrants to enter this country.
It is claimed that 600,000 new houses have had to be built because of the numbers arriving here. Over 40% of new homes are given over to immigrants while others on waiting lists are not offered the same treatment.
One town, Rochdale in Lancs is spending more than £3,000 a year kitting out each of 500 flats for newly arrived immigrants despite poverty in the area.
This sum equates to £1.5 million of public money.
The Rochdale immigrants know when they are onto a good thing.

National Disgrace.
Families of troops in Iraq and Afghanistan are having to pay large sums of money to send parcels with home comforts to their loved ones serving on the front line.
A measly 2kg parcel of treats costs £6.50.
M.P. Derek Twigg defends the charges insisting troops wanted more internet and phone access.
Well Mr Twigg why cannot our troops and their families and loved ones have FREE parcels, mail, internet and phone calls. After all our troops receive very little else in the way of perks.
M.O.D. Refuses Medal.
Front line troops in Afghanistan are being refused recognition by the M.O.D. for putting their lives at risk.
Troops fighting for what our Government believes in are being refused a combat medal in recognition for their services.
Ex Armed Forces Homeless.
As many as 10% of all homeless people are ex-armed forces personnel.
The M.O.D. and Government MUST give a higher priority than they currently do to the after care of all our armed forces when they leave the service.
We are talking about people who have put their lives on the line for their country.

No Justice For Our Troops.
British troops and their families are NOT receiving financial compensation for death and injuries caused by military action in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Stephen Allbutt’s family has been left penniless after waiting 1,542 days for an inquest to tell her how her soldier husband died in Iraq from “friendly fire” nearly fours years ago.
Ben Parkinson’s family received only £150,000 after a landmine blast in Afghanistan which left him with the loss of both legs and being able only to communicate by use of a computer.
Hundreds of other dead and wounded soldiers’s families have been left without financial support.
Browne: “We’re Not Failing Our Troops.
Defence Secretary, Des Browne, denied that the Government is failing to honour its commitment to our battle weary troops.
Browne insists that Military Covenant between the Government and British troops is not broken after The Royal British Legion accused him of failing our troops.
The Covenant states: “Soldiers will be called upon to make personal sacrifices, including the ultimate sacrifice, in the service of the nation. In return, British soldiers must always be able to expect fair treatment, to be valued and respected as individuals, and that they and their families will be sustained and rewarded by commensurate terms and conditions of service.”
If daily reports in the media are to be believed, then it is clear that Browne and his Government are NOT honouring this Covenant.
The Government is more interested in pandering to criminals and their rights to gain compensation for perceived wrongs.
Troops To Get Free Parcels.
Following our campaign and that of most newspapers, the Royal Mail has bowed to pressure to stop charging families sending parcels to troops in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Our tribute is paid to the following heroes who tried to reclaim our streets from vicious rampaging yobs.

In each of these cases young thugs aged between 14-18 yrs of age were involved.
Their punishments ranged between 150 hours community service and 5 years in jail.
Anyone who receives over 4 years jail is eligible for release when they have served half their time.
Man Killed For Defying Thugs.
Evren Anil confronted two black street yobs when they hurled litter into his car.
These thugs then attacked Evren and stabbed him and battered him to death.
Knife Crime Doubles In 2 years.
Knife crime has doubled in the last two years. Knife attacks have soared from 25,500 in yr 2005 to 64,000 in the year to April 2007.
Too Scared To Leave Our Homes.
A recent poll has shown that 42% of people are afraid of yobs at night.
50% of people feel LESS safe than ten years ago.
25% have been threatened by youths.
62% blame parents for youth anti-social behaviour.
89% believe that parents should be held responsible for their children’s anti-social behaviour.
Police Chief Has Right Idea.
Cheshire Chief Constable, Peter Fahy, believes most youth bad behaviour is fuelled by alcohol-much of it supplied by adults and parents.
He blames many parents who turn a blind eye to the behaviour of their children, not knowing where they are or what they get up to.
ALL parents have a duty to make sure that their children, many of whom join gangs and intimidate local people, behave in a socially acceptable manner.
We support Mr Fahy and have always argued that parents MUST be held accountable for their children’s actions.
Off-Duty Cop Tackles Yobs.
Off-duty Sergeant Tim Robson came face to face with a group of drunken thugs causing a disturbance when one of the yobs lunged at him with a knife.
Sergeant Robson took action and had his 17 year old attacker arrested.
Killer’s Human Rights Scandal.
Italian born Learco Chindamo, killer of hero headteacher Philip Lawrence, won his appeal not to be deported back to Italy after completion of his prison sentence, for fear that deportation would infringe his human rights.
Busy Police Refuse To Help.
Pete Bayliss dialled 999 after his son was beaten unconscious by a drunken thug.
The operator at Hampshire police told Pete that there was nobody available and that he should contact his MP.
Is it any wonder that the police, when they act in this way, lose the respect of the public.
Immigrant DIY Border Guards.
Two illegal immigrants arrested in the Midlands after climbing out of a lorry were given a map by immigration officials and told to present themselves to the immigration HQ in Croydon, South London so that they can be deported.
These officials should be sacked. For all they know the illegals could have been terrorists bent on blowing up innocent civilians.
Guess what. These two illegals have disappeared.
More Failed Asylum Seekers Stay.
The number of failed asylum seekers due to be deported dropped by a massive 38% in the period April to June 2007 compared to 2006.
The number of failed asylum seekers still living in Britain is estimated to exceed 500,000.
Immigrants from Eastern Europe has now topped 683,000.
69,000 immigrants now receive child benefit and 38,578 receive tax credits.

£4,000 Rubbish Binned By Cop.
Police were called to a park where youths were throwing conkers at passers-by when another youth, Anop Singh films the scene, and refuses to move on.
Jokingly a plain clothes policeman told Singh that he would be put in a rubbish bin if he did not do as he was told. Singh dared the cop to try and was dumped feet first in the bin.
Nobody was hurt yet Singh threatened to sue the Met Police. The police paid out £4,000 as compensation.
This payment sends out the wrong message. A youth who behaves badly receives a financial reward.
Violent Crime Rise.
Last year there was a massive rise in violent crime by youngsters under the age of 18 years.
39,000 offenses were committed by men and 15,000 committed by women.
Out of these 44,000 offenses only 1,500 resulted in some form of detention.
Gun Crime More Than Doubles.
Recorded crime involving illegal guns has more than doubled since the handgun ban in 1997.
In 1998 there were 5,500 gun crimes. In 2006 there were 11,000 gun crimes.
These figures demonstrate that Labour’s handgun ban has been proven futile.
The result is that 80% of householders feel UNSAFE in their own homes with over 34% of householders keeping anti-intruder weapons handy with which to defend themselves.
Paedophile Escapes Jail.
Judge Tom Crowther refused to send Michael Porter, a Jehovah Witness paedophile to jail after Porter pleaded guilty to 25 counts of indecent assault and gross indecency on young boys.
Porter carried out these assaults over a 14 year period involving 13 youngsters, one of which was only 18 months old.
Crowther has given paedophiles a licence to assault any young child of their choice.
Let us hope that the Crown Prosecution allows an appeal and that Porter rots in jail where he belongs.
As for Judge Crowther, he should be disbarred.
Yet Another Paedophile.
Anthony Barren, a serial paedophile was sentenced by Judge Julian Hall to life in jail for a total of 89 sexual offenses against 11 children all aged between 3 and 12 years of age.
The law as it stands means that Barren will be able to apply for parole after nine years.
Killer Drivers.
Adrian Kuti and Richard Cherry, both drove their high powered cars in a high speed dual at 80 mph, tailgating and overtaking dangerously on a dual-carriage way in a rush hour, when they smashed into Joan Harp killing both her and her passengers, Joan Clover and Kathleen Deards.
Judge Neil Stewart, at Guilford crown court sentenced Kuti and Cherry to 7 yrs jail each. That is just over two years for each life that they took.
7 years jail is not long enough for killing three innocent people.
Why not impose the maximum penalty of 14 years.
These three killers will be out of jail in three and a half years.
Anarchy On Our Streets.
1) Two pensioners and a pub landlord were beaten up by a gang of 15 teenagers at Lyme Regis because they were asked not to smoke in the pub.
2) Five hoodies aged between 12 and 14 years stoned to death an old aged pensioner at the Erith leisure centre in Kent.
3) Brent Martin was stripped and kicked to death for £5 by William Hughes and two youths aged 16 and 17 in Sunderland.
Green Taxes Rip-Off----The Truth.
The social cost of Britain’s entire output of CO2 last year was £11.7 billion.
The total net burden of green taxes and charges was £21.9 billion.
This means that tax and charges are already in excess by £10.2 billion to meet the cost of Brirains CO2 emissions, or the equivalent to over £400 for each household in the Country.
These figures show once again that the Government is operating yet another stealth tax.
Public Money Down The Drain.
1) Hospitals throw away out-dated drugs worth £202 million every year.
2) Council tax inspectors travelled over 200,000 miles to 12 countries to explore ways to raise council tax bills at home. All this at a cost of £4.9 million.
3) Islington Council spent £142,000 sexing up its old logo with a wavy Stripe in two shades of green.
4) Islington Council, again, spent £184,572 on champagne and fancy sandwiches as part of its “refreshment budget” last year. This is the same council that has a school with £250k debt, 86 rapes and gangs on the streets.
5) Quangos cost Britain £170 billion each year. This is five times the MOD budget. There are a total of 900 agencies, advisory bodies, monitoring boards and other public bodies that are all termed “quangos”.
Although not public money as in taxpayer’s money, £400,000 of lottery money is being paid to help asylum seekers fill in forms to claim benefits and housing.
Lottery money was meant to be for good causes to help the British people not to subsidize the immigrants.

Cooling MOD Style.
While American GI’s patrol Afghanistan’s hotspots in liquid cooled body-suits and drive air-conditioned Humvee vehicles, British troops are getting more basic equipment to cope with the sweltering heat.
The MOD has designed a system of rubber tubes which army vehicle drivers and crews are supposed to stick up their trouser legs and shirts allowing a reduction in temperature from 70C down to a still blistering 58C. This is a 12C drop.
Compare this to the American air-conditioning system which reduces temperatures by 28C, a massive 40% drop.
Why cannot the MOD provide our troops with personal air-conditioning which can be worn under body armour and proper cooling systems for vehicles which can be installed in four hours?
Lack of effective equipment betrays our troops. These troops are victims of Government indifference.
MOD’s Bad Treatment.
What price does this Government and the MOD place on a seriously injured soldier?
Paratrooper Ben Parkinson has been offered £152,150 compensation for the horrific injuries he sustained in Afghanistan. This is HALF the amount that could be paid. The MOD’s cold blooded calculation is as follows.

Brain injury £34,500
Elbow fracture £1,650
Splenectomy £0
Multiple facial fractures £0
Pelvis fracture £0
Fractured vertebrae £0

Two other soldiers received horrific injuries and face a lifetime of care are currently being assessed for compensation.
This Government has a duty of care to look after our troops during battle and after.
There is a duty to compensate for injuries received and to ensure that soldiers have a future in civilian life.
Those in power, past and present who have ignored our troops, including Tony Blair and his succession of Defence Ministers have failed our troops.
They are not fit to lick the boots of our brave soldiers.
U.S. War Jets Kill British Troops.
Once again American trigger happy jet pilots have killed British troops fighting in Afghanistan.
The so called “friendly fire” incident killed three British soldiers and seriously wounded two others.
American pilots have a long history of killing their own and allied troops.
The American Government have once again refused to make the pilots available to the British authorities. One can only conclude that the Bush Administration intends to conduct a cover-up.
Cops To Get Taser Guns.
Police officers with little or no firearms training are to be issued with Taser stun guns.
A senior police officer said on TV that the police need to be able to use such weapons to defend themselves.
Why is the general law abiding public not allowed to carry suitable weapons with which to defend themselves?
Young Thugs.
According to statistics released by 32 of the 43 police forces in England and Wales children aged 10 years and under were responsible for 3,000 crimes last year.
These crimes included 66 sexual assaults on other children aged under 13 years.
Pro rata this figure to cover all police forces means that 3,700 crimes were committed by children under 10 years of age.
What were the parents of these children were doing while their children were committing criminal acts?
Ministers Cover Up Gun Crime.
The Government stands accused of covering up the ful extent of the gun crime epidemic sweeping Britain after it emerged that gun-related killings and injuries had risen more than fourfold since 1998.
Remember in 1997 when Tony Blair passed the handgun ban legislation claiming “I have removed all handguns from the streets of Britain and as a result we are a safer society.” We have news for Blair, not only have his words proven to be a pack of lies but our streets are the most UNSAFE that they have ever been.
We repeat the old saying, “disarm the law abiding citizen and you arm the criminal”.

Homosexual Carers Abuse Boys
Homosexual carers, Craig Faunch and Ian Wathey, abused boys in their care.
Managers and social workers employed by Wakefield Metropolitan District Council FAILED to investigate Faunch and Wathey for fear of being accused of prejudice.
Wakefield’s Chief of Family Services, Elaine McHale, is responsible for the blunders of middle management’s failure to review information and who ignored guidance on fostering placement and child protection.
The victims are the boys who were sexually abused by Faunch and Wathey and by the District Council which put political correctness before the welfare of children in it’s care.
Faunch was jailed for 6 years and Wathey for 5 years at Leeds Crown Court by Judge Sally Cahill QC.
Wakefield’s employees responsible for placing the boys in the care of homosexuals should be charged with culpable negligence and sacked from their jobs.
CCTV Yobs Attack Disabled Man.
Images of three youths were caught smiling on cctv after they attacked disabled 83 year old Grandfather and pushing him into a canal, breaking both his legs.
The victim is unlikely to walk again and is still in hospital suffering from his injuries.
We have yet another victim who’s life has been torn apart by Britain’s yob menace.
There is a need to bring back harsh penalties for youth violent behaviour. Never mind the liberal do-gooders who always side with the criminal and thug, the birch/cane in the form of corporal punishment and Borstal is required.
As always, no doubt the parents of these three youths had no idea where their little darlings were or what they were doing.
Immigrants Jump Hospital Queues.
Immigrants who cannot speak the English language are being allowed to jump hospital queues at outpatient departments while local English patients are left waiting hours to be seen.
Again local British people are being discriminated against in favour of foreign immigrants. Not only do immigrants go to the head of our housing lists but now receive preferential treatment at our cash strapped hospitals.
Foreigners Cost The NHS £216m.
Foreign patients who use our Health Service free of charge are costing the taxpayers £216 million per year.
This cost does NOT include the cost of treating asylum seekers and overseas students.
Add these people to the overall cost, then the true figure is approaching a massive £400 million each year.
Again the victims of this Government’s policy is the British taxpayer.
Potential Criminals.
As part of our secret society, Lord Justice Sedley, has said that the DNA of the entire population of the UK should be held on a national database.
We argue that only convicted criminals, immigrants, asylum seekers and Islamic terrorist suspects should have their DNA held by the police.
Our freedoms are quickly being eroded already. Don’t give into this suggestion.
Compensation For Troops’s Injuries.
Remember our report about the miserable offer of financial compensation offered to Lance Bombardier Ben Parkinson, the horrifically injured soldier who was offered £152,000.
It has emerged that the MOD has agreed to pay £484,000 to an RAF typist who suffered ONLY repetitive strain injury to her/his THUMB.
How much would this typist receive had she/he broken a finger nail?
The MOD clearly is not fit for purpose when it cannot define what are serious injuries and what are not.
Unfit For Heroes.
Our troops put their lives at risk when fighting the Government’s wars, but when they get home they have to pay for repairs on homes they don’t own.
Barracks and married quarters owned by the MOD are unfit for human habitation, but our troops and their families are expected to live in them when not on the front line and pay for major repairs.
Broken beds, smashed windows, showers that leak or don’t work, faulty electric wiring and pealing paintwork on walls and windows all need to be fixed in over 60% of troop’s accommodation.
If prisons were to these standards there would be an outcry. Why not the same outcry of behalf of our Armed Forces.

Cowardly Cops.
Two cowardly police community support officers (PCSOs) looked on as a boy of ten drowned.
Heroic Jordon lyon had jumped into a pond after his step-sister aged eight got into difficulties while swimming.
Instead of wading to help Jordon these two cowardly PCSOs stood to one side watching until help arrived.
Sergeant Craig Lippitt who arrived a few minutes later immediately jumped into the water and pulled Jordon from the water. Despite Sgt Lippitt’s brave attempts to resuscitate Jordon he was pronounced dead in hospital.
Manchester Chief Inspector Philip Owen said PCSOs are not trained in this situation and “IT WAS NOT THEIR JOB.”
Anyone with an ounce of common decency and humanity would have had a go to rescue Jordon, but NO, these two cowards hid behind their claim that it was not their job and that they had not been trained.
These two cowardly PCSOs should be sacked immediately and Ch Insp Owen should be severely reprimanded for defending these cowards’ actions.
Cambridge Police Chief Speaks Out.
Cambridge Police Chief, Julie Spence, has warned that the ever increasing tide of immigrants from Eastern Europe has placed a huge strain on police resources
Julie has demanded that the Home Office allocate more funding to fight the increased levels of crime caused by these immigrants. Crimes such as cannabis farming, credit card scamming, drink-driving and sex trafficking have all increased.
Not only has the cost of crime detection increased but the added burden of providing interpreters for these immigrants who cannot speak English has risen to £1 million per year.
Thames Valley Police said it fully backed Julie’s demand for extra cash.
Julie has our full support and the backing of her fight by the people of Cambridgeshire.
Child Benefit Tax Cash Exported.
Over £1 million each month is paid out to immigrants claiming child benefit for youngsters who do not live in this country.
This is at a time when there are 200,000 more British children living in poverty than a year ago.
We are victims of this legalised tax scam. All of us pay more and more taxes so that this Government can give our hard earned money to foreigners who know that the UK HAS OPEN DOORS TO ALL WHO WISH TO MILK US DRY.
Work Permits For All.
The number of work permits given to immigrants from OUTSIDE the EU has risen to more than 1.1 million under this Government.
Romanian Criminals.
The influx of Romanian migrants has led to an explosion in crime in this country.
Romanians carried out over 1,000 crimes during the last six months.
It is too much of a coincidence that crime levels have dropped in Romania since our borders were opened to immigrants from Romania and Bulgaria in January this year.
Remember all crimes have victims. Why then does this Government allow foreign criminals to enter and live in the UK?
Five Million Crimes.
Criminals responsible for five million crimes reported to the police last year escaped any punishment by the courts.
Out of 5.4 million crimes logged by police, only one in eight ended with a criminal charge or summons being made.
In over 73% of recorded crime, the offenders were not caught.
In the year 2006 the percentage of crimes NOT RESOLVED were:

No Cash For Heroes Flights.
Navy and Air Force officers get taxpayers’ cash to transport their HORSES to polo matches.
Our hero soldiers who risk their lives on the front line in Iraq and Afghanistan are being refused free flights home. Soldiers must pay £1,300 to fly home to see loved ones.
This shows where the MOD and Government place their priorities.
Soldiers Given A Pittance Tax Rebate.
Troops serving in Iraq and Afghanistan are to receive a £140 council tax rebate for a six month tour.
The average council tax bill is £952 per year.
The rebate offered to our troops represents a miserly 15%.
Our troops on the front line should NOT pay any council tax for the time that they are overseas.
Nevertheless this is a start. The Government are at long last responding to pressure from us and the media that our Armed Forces are being neglected.
New Self Defence Laws.
The Justice Secretary, Jack Straw, has bowed to pressure from both us and the media to carry out a review of the legislation governing self defence.
Mr Straw has said that people defending themselves against burglars and muggers will have greater protection from prosecution under a review of the law.
Mr Straw needs to go further and ensure that burglars and muggers will forfeit the right to sue their victim in the event that the burglar/mugger is hurt.
We have always argued that the honest, law abiding citizen should have the right to defend themselves, their families and property by any means available without fear of prosecution and/or fear of being sued by the criminal.
Cops Ban Rev Note.
A priest who asked police to give a murder victim’s family a letter of condolence was told “It’s not politically correct.”
The Rev Kes Grant wrote a note to the next of kin of Stephen Miller who was found dead in Eltham, South London and asked the police at Plumstead police station to deliver it.
The Plumstead police replied that “It’s not politically correct as it would promote one faith over others.”
That is one way for the police to earn respect.
Police Get Taser Guns.
The police are soon to have the right to carry taser guns. More and more police are routinely armed, not just with taser guns, but with handguns and sub-machine guns.
The police argument is that as gun crime is rising so must the police be armed to fight that crime.
Should we accept the police argument that as more and more criminals are armed, the police should be as well BUT the law abiding citizen should not be armed?
The police argue that they are fighting crime and need to defend themselves. The other argument is that every law abiding citizen is at the mercy of the criminal and should also have the right to possess handguns with which to defend themselves.
Terror Cops Swoop On Disabled Friends.
Two disabled friends having coffee near the Labour Party Conference were held at gunpoint by police who thought they were terrorists.
What gave the police this clue? Answer. The two friends were staring at them.
The vast majority of people in the area must have stared at armed police officers walking around.
The two friends were lucky not to be stunned by a taser gun.
This incident is reminiscent of Labour Party supporter Walter Wolfgang, 82, being dragged out of the conference hall in 2005 and held under terrorist laws after shouting “nonsense” when Jack Straw spoke on Iraq.

Foreign HGV driver, Vigintas Pouilaitis, from Lithuania was let off with a £60 fine for using his mobile phone whilst driving his lorry which swerved across the busy A12 dual carriageway, forcing other drivers off the road.
The Magistrates in Chelmsford, Essex, did not give Pouilaitis penalty points because he is Lithuanian.
Here is a clear case of discrimination against British drivers.
Pervert Given Five Months Jail.
Perverted TV person Chris Langham has been given just FIVE months jail for having sickening child porn on his computer.
Judge Philip Statman, at Maidstone crown court, sentenced Langham to ten months but told him that he would only serve five months.
Langham and perverts like him should serve a minimum of five years jail.

British troops are having their lives put at risk by a NATO order that says that they cannot open fire on rebel fighters until they are shot at first.
One second delay can mean the difference between life and death for our troops.
This idiotic order should be strongly ignored by troop commanders who are responsible for the safety of soldiers under their command.
Government Plans To Cut Navy.
The Ministry of Defence plans to decommission eleven more warships.
Submarines will be cut from 13 to 11.
Aircraft carriers cut from 3 to 2.
Frigates cut from 17 to 9.
These reductions mean that the Royal Navy will only be able to carry out ONE small-scale operation.
M O D’s Insulting Award.
Lance Corporal Martin Edwards, who suffered brain damage from a roadside bomb in Iraq last year has been offered £114,000 compensation for his injuries.
This sum is less than a QUARTER of the maximum £500,000 sum payable under the scheme for civilians injured in crimes or accidents.
This is yet another example of this Government’s lack of commitment to our armed services.
Troops lay their lives on the line all the time that they are on the front line where they can be either killed or severely wounded. Civilians by comparison rarely suffer injury, yet are awarded FOUR times higher compensation figurers.
There is NO justice for our troops.
Police Blame Heroes.
Norfolk police threatened to arrest a farmer and his son for firing a shotgun into the air to scare off an armed gang.
The farmer who had previously had £30,000 worth of farm equipment stolen, was terrified when he saw the masked robbers on his land.
The Farmer’s son fired two warning shots into the air while the father rushed to dial 999.
Norfolk police threatened to prosecute. The farmer and his son were treated like criminals. The robbers were not.
Police Think Twice.
Police officers have been warned not to hold out a hand to drowning swimmers, and to think twice before throwing a lifebelt, in case they (the police ) are pulled into the water.
Police have been instructed to carry out a “dynamic risk assessment” before even thinking about trying to help a swimmer in difficulty.
No doubt in future the police will not help the public unless they are armed with taser guns with which to defend themselves in case the swimmer in difficulty pulls them into the water.
If the police want the public’s respect, they must earn it.
Grandmother Foils Knife Lout.
Grandmother, Ann Dix, was furious when a masked knife-wielding thug waving a nine-inch blade stormed into a shop in Stowmarket, Suffolk.
Heroine Ann stood up to the thug by threatening him with her small penknife warning him “Use yours and I’ll use mine.”
The cowardly thief then fled.
Well done Ann, you are an example to us all.
Jack Straw Criticized.
We reported that The Justice Secretary, Jack Straw intends to review the law on self-defence. Mr Straw is accused of not having done enough during the four years that he was Home Secretary.
This may be true, but now is a golden opportunity to put matters right by giving homeowners greater protection when they defend themselves, their families and their property.
The Leader of the Police Federation, Jan Berry said “ It could lead the public trying to take the law into their own hands.”
We have news for you, Jan Berry. If the police and the courts wont defend us, then we shall do it ourselves.
Big Brother Britain.
Officials from the top of Government to the lowest council officers will now be given unprecedented powers to access details of every phone call in Britain under powers that came into force on 01 October 2007.
This move, enacted by the personal decree of Home Secretary, Jacqui Smith, gives the police and security services the right to delve at will into phone records of British citizens and businesses.
The same powers will also be handed to the tax authorities, all local councils, the Food Standards Agency, the Department of Health, the Immigration Service, the Gaming Board and the Charity Commission.
A total of 795 public bodies and Quangos will also be given these powers.
The new laws make it a requirement for phone companies to keep records for at least one year and to make them available to ALL now legally entitled to see them.
By 2009 the Government plans to extend the rules to cover internet use: the websites we have visited, the people we have emailed and phone calls made over the net.
Add this to the Government’s desire to store DNA details of ALL people entering and living in Britain including new born children.

At long last the Government has bowed to pressure and erected a permanent monument to all our brave Armed Forces who given their lives in the defence of freedom since the end of the second world war.
This wall of honour is the public’s recognition of the ultimate sacrifice made by our servicemen and women.

Major War Injuries.
The shocking and brutal cost of severe injuries among British troops in Iraq and Afghanistan has been revealed for the first time.
47 service personnel have had limbs amputated, lost arms, legs or eyes since 2003.
Of the 30 who lost legs, four suffered double amputations, five had arms amputated and two lost the use of limbs. Another 10 have lost eyes.
The worst sacrifices have been in Afghanistan where 14 servicemen had amputations and loss of limbs in just 18 months.
We hope that George Bush’s poodle, Tony Blair, is now content with the horrific injuries that our troops have suffered on his ego trip.
War Hero Left To Rot.
War hero, Joseph Nixon, who served his country in WW2 risking his life against German guns continued to serve his country by joining the Metropolitan Police after the war.
How has that old soldier’s courage and commitment been repaid?
Joseph was left to die in a putrid hospital ward, catching the hospital superbug C difficile after being left in his own soiled sheets.
The hospital was MAIDSTONE HOSPITAL where patients were told to urinate in their beds
Rise In Drug Crime.
The government’s “softly-softly” approach to crime has resulted in a huge 14% rise in drug crime.
Drug users, more than other groups, are more likely to turn to other crimes such as mugging, robbery and burglary in order to obtain money to satisfy their cravings.
Each of these secondary crimes result in victims who are often physically hurt.
The government MUST alter it’s approach to drug crime. Jail time is required in order to get these people off the streets.
Police Threaten Boy.
Wiltshire police ordered an 8 year old boy to smash up his orange plastic toy gun because he was playing with it outside his home.
The police claimed that the orange plastic toy gun was an imitation firearm and that if the boy did not smash up the toy, he would be arrested.
As we have stated on many occasions, police forces should train their officers in firearms recognition. At least to tell the difference between coloured toys and the real thing. Remember the incident where an unarmed civilian was carrying a chair leg and a police officer shot him thinking the leg was a rifle.
Police---Rapist Blunder.
Sussex Police FAILED to send DNA samples of Mark Campbell for analysis after he was arrested as a peeping Tom.
This police negligence left Campbell free to carry on his reign of terror attacking women and children for another 4 years including the rape of two 15 year old girls.
Campbell was jailed for life by Judge William Wood at Chichester Crown Court.
Race Laws Defeat Police.
A police crackdown on cannabis factories run by Vietnamese drug barons has been scrapped after officers were warned their actions might be racist.
The police fell foul of the Race Relations legislation laws by identifying Vietnamese people who rented houses and turned them into drug factories.
The police planned to write to property landlords warning them to look out for suspicious tenancy applications.
Vietnamese drug barons control 75% of the UK production of cannabis.
Don’t Walk In Park.
A grandmother who was shot at by youths in her local park was told by police that she should walk her dog somewhere else in future.
Grandmother, Ann Laycock phoned the police when she was shot at by youngsters aged between seven and sixteen in the King George’s playing fields in Ashton-under-Lyne, Greater Manchester. When she phoned 999 she was told by the police to walk her dog in another park nearly one mile away.
The police should NEVER give into thugs in this manner.
Children’s Fingerprints.
As a growing number of schools use biometric technology on pupils we ask the question. WHY?
The reasons given are that it would simplify records such as, replacement of library cards, opening of computer files and general record keeping.
Biometric data is easily stolen by identity thieves or can be used by the state for dubious purposes.
The Minister for schools and Learning, Jim Knight, last summer admitted that the police can simply help themselves to the children’s fingerprints.
The big question is, how many other government agencies including local authorities have access to such data?
This is one case where the Human Rights Act should be used to protect these children.
Schools which carry out this practice are in breach of the Human Rights Act, the Data Protection Act and the European Commission Laws that safeguard the child.

Prisons Converted In Secret.
Two jails in England and Wales are now occupied fully by foreign inmates as the Prison Service tries to cope with a large number of criminals from abroad.
11,200 foreigners are in jail in Bullwood Hall and Canterbury prisons, many of whom are awaiting deportation.
Other prisons that hold a high percentage of foreigner prisoners are Morton Hall 70%, the Verne prison 65%, Mount jail 43%. London jails hold an even higher percentage.
The Government should keep their promise to deport these foreign prisoners thus leaving extra space in our jails and having NO reason to release other prisoners early.
Italy Deports Foreign Criminals.
Italy has now started to deport ALL Romanian immigrants with criminal records.
The British Government should follow Italy’s example and deport all foreign criminals held in British jails.
U.K. Population To Increase.
The number of people living in the UK is expected to top 75 million by the year 2051. This model produced by Professor David Coleman, a leading population expert, has factored in 190,000 migrants to Britain EACH year with the expected result that in the year 2051 over 29% of the population will be classed as non-white.
With this government’s open door policy to immigration, the question must be asked, How many will be a terrorist threat?
Currently the Security Services estimate that there are 2000 people living in Britain who pose a terrorist threat.
Council Homes For Foreign Families.
Nearly one in 12 council homes go to a foreigner, according to official figures.
More than 300,00 taxpayer-funded properties are allocated to foreign nationals. This equates to EIGHT percent of all social housing in Britain.
Government ministers have previously stated that the figure was 200,000.
The taxpayer cost of providing housing for foreigners is put at £19 billion, equivalent to all the money collected in council tax last year.
Bribes For Failed Asylum Seekers.
Failed asylum seekers are to be offered up to £4,000 to go home voluntarily plus a support package including, help toward private school fees, money for housing, childcare fees and even help setting up a business AND a cash payment of £500 at the airport.
All this is at the cost to the British taxpayer.
The Government MUST close our borders to All people who try and enter our country without valid reason and take immediate steps to deport all foreign criminals and suspected terrorists back to their country of ethnic origin.
We argue that the situation is so serious that the Government must ignore all the EU legislation that forbids deportation.
The Government must also redraw the Human Rights legislation that gives protection to foreigners who fight deportation.
Cemetery To Be Dug Up.
Tower Hamlets Cemetery, in London, is to be dug up and converted into a Muslim burial site.
Over 350,000 bodies will be dug up and removed from their resting place.
The Labour Controlled Tower Hamlet’s environment spokesman, Abdal Ullah, stated that most of the graves would have to be cleared out.
We wonder what the families of those buried there think and feel.
Candidate Forced To Withdraw.
Parliamentary candidate, Nigel Hastilow has been criticized by senior Conservatives for writing in a newspaper that “Enoch Powell was right when he gave his Rivers of Blood speech which warned Britain about unlimited immigration.”
Obviously in today’s politically correct climate, objections must be seen to be raised.
Forget the massive increase in Yardie style drug and gun crime.
Forget organised crime brought in by foreign criminals.

Armed Forces Let Down.
A “Think Tank” report written by Dr. Timothy Edmunds claims that our Armed Forces are being let down by a lack of support by the public.
Low pay and poor accommodation are the result of broken contracts between the Military and the British public.
R.A.F. Knew about Fuel Leaks.
Defence chiefs knew that their aging Nimrod aircraft were suffering fuel leaks months before one exploded in Afghanistan killing 14 servicemen, claims one of the fathers of the men who died.
The father said that he had “leaked emails” from officers detailing problems with the Nimrod aircraft, describing that a fuel leak caused the crash and that the Air Force was fully aware of the risks months beforehand.
If these claims are true then the MOD must take full responsibility for their actions.
The Killing Fields Of Afghanistan.
From the morass of Iraq to the killing fields of Afghanistan there is no end to the demands placed on our Armed Forces who are underpaid, poorly equipped and overstretched.
The wars in both these countries will NEVER be won in the military sense.
Political means are the only way to win peace.
The bloodbath that Bush and Blair started has only brought death and maiming to troops who serve so that Bush and Blair could have their moments of glory.
Returning Troops Ignored By The MOD.
There were red faces at the MOD as Prince Charles organised a personal medal ceremony for returning troops at Birkhall in honour of the Territorial 51st Highlanders just back from Iraq.
The Prince privately expressed his dismay at the lack of recognition for those who have been putting their lives at risk on the front line.
More Troops Go To Iraq.
Gordon Brown promised to bring some of our soldiers home from Iraq in time for Christmas.
What Brown FAILED to tell us is that 800 more troops will be sent OUT to Iraq before Christmas.
So much for promises from MPs who have never worn a uniform and have never defended our country by serving on the front line.
Soldier’s Death Could Have Been Prevented.
An anti-bomb device which could have saved the life of a British soldier was not given to his unit until the day after he was killed.
Fusilier Gordon Gentle, 19, was killed when his Land Rover was blown up by a roadside bomb.
Why does it take so long to provide protective equipment to our front line troops.
Troops Face £1,000 Life Cover Bill.
British soldiers going to war are to be charged private insurance premiums of up to £1,000 to make up for inadequate government compensation for death or injury.
This hike in rates represents a breach of the covenant between soldiers an the country.
Soldiers are being asked to put their lives at risk but to ask them to pay to do it, is an insult.
MPs and the MOD pay lip service to the welfare of our troops. Think about the massive £2.3 billion cost of the MOD’s Whitehall offices. Think also about the massive levels of pay and allowances running into £millions that MP’s award themselves.
MP’s should remember that every penny spent in this way is money taken from the protection and care of our Armed Forces.
These brave troops are victims of Government indifference to those who pay the price by death and maiming.
War Veteran Quizzed On His Sexual Orientation.
War veteran Bill Burrow, 91, was sent a questionnaire demanding to know his sexual orientation.
Leeds City Council carried out a money wasting survey throughout the city.
One of the questions asked was; IDENTIFY YOUR SEXUAL ORIENTATION. Answers provided were - hetrosexual - lesbian - bisexual - gay man. (Do they mean a cheerful happy man or homosexual?)
What business is it of Leeds City Council to ask such questions?

Dirty NHS.
A damning report revealed that the Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS trust was at the centre of Britain’s worst superbug outbreak where at least 90 patients had died of C diff at the three hospitals managed by the trust.
In all the wards conditions contributed to the death of 270 patients and the infection of more than 1,100.
The worst ward was in Maidstone hospital, named Whatman ward, where patients were crowded into a small area. Some of these patients had and some did not have the C diff bug.
Patients were left to foul their beds and left in their own excrement. Bedpans were not washed, blood stains were left on trolleys, needles overflowing from bins and buckets full of filthy water left lying around. The list goes on and on.
The Boss of this NHS Trust, ROSE GIBB resigned from her post and was scheduled to receive a £400,000 pay-off.
It now appears that Health Secretary, Alan Johnson, has blocked this pay-off to Gibb.
There should be a full police investigation with a view to the prosecution of Rose Gibb and those directly responsible for these patient deaths. This situation must not be swept under the carpet without individuals being held accountable.
The families of all patients affected by Gibb’s negligence are in a position to sue for massive damages leading to claims for £million compensation.
Dirty Trust New Bosses Go On Holiday.
The new Bosses of the Maidstone and Tunbridge Well NHS Trust, Glen Douglas and George Jenkins, appointed to deal with the crisis, both went on holiday within days of taking up their posts, leaving the hospitals rudderless.
This is totally unacceptable behaviour from these two public sector workers who no doubt will receive six figure salaries. It demonstrates their level of commitment to their new jobs.
C diff Death Toll In The Eastern Region Kept Secret.
The NHS Trust at the center of the C diff death scandal (see above) had the same number of infections as the East of England hospitals, but mystery surrounds the number of deaths in Cambridgeshire and across the region’s hospitals, because the true figures are not available.
Cases at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Trust-which includes Addenbrooke’s Hospital rose by MORE THAN 40% IN THE OVER 65’S AGE GROUPS during the period Jan-Mar 2007.
Patient Died When Note Pushed Through Letterbox.
Sarah Bonner, 88, called for help when she had medical difficulties. The call was routed to “Northern Doctors Urgent Care”, an out-of-hours GP service who sent Dr Brij Joshi to Sarah’s house.
Dr Joshi then proceeded to give his diagnosis by shouting through Sarah’s letterbox. Sarah could not reach her door to answer Dr Joshi, so the Doctor left a note telling Sarah to call him if she needed further help.
Dr Joshi should have called for help but failed to do so, as a result Sarah died without medical help.
NHS Victims.
The above reports have clearly demonstrated the underlining lax attitude to keeping our hospitals clean and free of killer bugs.
Over crowded wards, dirt, staff who do not clean their hands and have little concept about cleanliness do not bring confidence in the NHS.
All those patients who have suffered at the hands of NHS negligence and especially those who have died need an exclamation and compensation.
Health Service individuals MUST be held accountable for their actions when patients contract hospital bugs and especially when death occurs.
Nurses To End Life.
Nurses will be able to decide that a dying patient should not be resuscitated under controversial new guidelines issued by the British Medical Association.
The nurses involved will be “suitably experienced” according to the BMA. How does one define “suitably experienced”?
Currently only Doctors and Consultants carry out these sort of decisions. Decisions based on years of intense study leading to high level medical degrees and years of experience in practice.
Nurses do NOT have the same academic and medical qualifications and therefore are not in a position to make prognosis decisions to end life.
Nurses To Carry Out Surgical Abortions.
The idea of allowing nurses and midwives to carry surgical abortions is horrifying. Yet this is the latest idea put out by the Royal College of Nursing.
An operation of this nature and danger to the patient must be carried out by fully qualified surgeons NOT nurses.
Nurses have their own level of expertise. The bottom line is, nurses are carers not doctors or surgeons. If nurses aspire to the higher levels of expertise then they should train to become doctors.
These two nursing reports indicate that there is a dumbing down of medical practices within the NHS
Always remember that there are victims of medical practices that go wrong.

Sexual Predator’s Human Rights.
Sexual predator, Mohammed Kendeh, from Sierra Leone attacked Gabrielle Browne as she was exercising with a one and a half mile run.
Kendeh was just a week out of a detention centre for burglary when he attacked Gabriella, dragging her into some bushes. He hit her hard in the face and forced he onto the ground ripping her shorts and underwear off.
Brave Gabriella defended herself by kicking Kendeh as violently and as frequently as she could till he ran off.
A decision of a tribunal headed by Sir Henry Hodge who is also Britain’s leading immigration judge, rescinded a deportation order against Kendeh on the grounds that it would breach his Human Rights.
This is yet another cynical act by Gordon Brown and this Government to put the rights of the criminal before the rights of the victim.
What about the rights of Gabriella? She doesn’t have any under Labour’s Law.
Killer Mobile Phone Driver.
Anne Foster-Chia killed an 80 year old pedestrian as she was using her mobile phone whilst driving.
Judge Robert Moore, at Sheffield Crown Court, sentenced Foster-Chia to jail for 2 years.
Life is cheap if you kill when driving. These sentences are an insult to the victims of unsafe drivers.
A change in the law must come NOW. We have argued for a change in the law in many of our articles.
Criminals Escape Justice.
Knife crime is escalating out of control.
There is a knife crime every 24 minutes.
The latest figures show 5,500 serious knife crimes including, 55 murders, over 2000 stabbings and 2,500 muggings.
Other offences are also out of control with clear up rates less than 30% in a lot of areas. The worst detection rates are in the Shire Counties.
Robbery -- 12% Bedfordshire.
Sexual offences -- 24% Cambridgeshire.
Violence against the person -- 42% Avon & Somerset.
Fraud & forgery -- 18% Hampshire.
Criminal damage -- 10% Hampshire.
Probation And Supervision.
The rise in the number of high-risk offenders being “monitored” in the community by the Probation Service who committed murder, rape and other serious offences rose by more than 33% last year according to official figures.
Many of the low level offenders re-offend within 3 weeks of release, however 2% of high level offenders re-offend within days of release
Brown Scraps ID Cards.
Gordon Brown is to abandon controversial plans to introduce compulsory ID cards for all citizens, but the cards will be compulsory for asylum seekers and for foreign nationals.
This is good news for democracy.
Brown is to introduce new measures to bring in an automatic 8 year jail term for any person carrying an illegal firearm plus a curb on early release of the most dangerous gangsters.
At last Brown is listening to the demands of the British public.
Straw Hands Over Private Records.
The Justice Minister, Jack Straw, will hand over medical records and other highly personal records of British citizens to foreign governments under a “Right-to-snoop” deal with Europe.
Straw will also give our European partners unprecedented access to details of our sex lives, religious, philosophical and political beliefs and trade union membership.
All this will take place without debate.
This is yet another step in this Government’s desire to rob the British citizens of individual freedom---THE RIGHT TO PRIVACY.
Again this sinister Government is eroding our civil rights but at the same time protects the Human Rights of criminals.
Downgrade Christmas.
Christmas should be downgraded according to Labour’s favourite think-tank in favour of festivals from other religions to improve race relations.
WHY? Each religion within the UK is free to practice it’s own festivals. Why try to downgrade Christian festivals.
Army Supply Chaos Proved Fatal.
Gordon Gentle, 19, of the Royal Highland Fusiliers was killed by a roadside bomb in Basra, Iraq in June 2004.
Oxford Assistant Deputy Coroner, Selena Lynch has ruled that an Army Logistics failure led to the UNLAWFUL killing of Gordon Gentle.
She went on to say that the bomb would not have detonated had disabling device “Element B” been fitted to Gordon Gentle’s vehicle.
The truth has at long last emerged, holding the Army negligently responsible for Gordon Gentle’s death.
Manslaughter charges should now be brought against officers in the logistics supply chain who FAILED to ensure that “Element B” was supplied at the right time thus causing the death of Gordon Gentle.
No doubt there will be a cover-up with those responsible scurrying for cover and hiding under their new desks at their new £2.3 Billion luxury Whitehall offices.

M.O.D Sued For £400,000.
The parents of Iraq veteran, Terry Walker who died in agony at the Freeman Hospital, Newcastle upon Tyne are suing the MOD for more than £400,000 claiming clinical negligence over the care and treatment their son received during the last 15 years of his life.
Terry’s parents, Ted and Hazel Walker are fighting to overturn a coroner’s decision that their son’s inquest should not consider the impact of his service in the Gulf.
The MOD still refuses to acknowledge the existence of Gulf War syndrome. Some 6000 British Veterans have contracted this mysterious illness which is caused by the cocktail of vaccinations given to troops prior to being deployed, organophosphate pesticides and exposure to depleted uranium shells.
It took 6 years for Terry to win a 100% war disability pension and in March the MOD SLASHED TERRY’S PENSION BY 60%
This is yet another example of how this Government treats our troops with contempt.
War Veterans To Get Fast Track NHS Treatment.
5,000,000 war veterans are to be given fast track NHS treatment under plans unveiled yesterday. This means, if we are to believe Gordon Brown, that those troops who have been wounded and invalided out of the service AND those who are currently serving will receive priority treatment.
We hope that the Government lives up to this promise.
Wounded Veterans Told To Leave Swimming Pool.
Soldiers who suffered appalling injuries in Iraq and Afghanistan were verbally abused as they swam in a public swimming pool.
Members of the public at LEATHERHEAD LEISURE CENTRE IN SURREY heckled and jeered these heroes who were undergoing rehabilitation classes.
One woman told the soldiers that they should not be there, stating that she had paid to use the pool and that the soldiers had not.
We have news for those contemptible people of LEATHERHEAD and that woman in particular that even if you pay money to enter the pool, our brave troops have paid far more with their injuries, loss of limbs and severe burns.
Troops Short Changed In Wages Foul Up.
Troops fighting in Afghanistan are being short changed by more than £400 per month.
Over 300 servicemen are affected by faults in the £269 million Joint Personnel Administration System introduced to simplify the Armed Forced pay system.
Why cannot the MOD do anything right?
Criminal’s Families Get More Help Than Soldier’s
Families who lost relations in Iraq and Afghanistan are having to pay legal bills to ask questions at inquests - while relatives of criminals who die in prison get fees paid for free.
It is bad enough to wait years to find out how a dead soldier died without having to pay for that right.
Once again this demonstrates the contempt of Gordon Brown for our troops and their families and illustrates that criminals have more rights than honest people.
Nimrod Aircraft Still Causes Concern.

Free Parcels For Our Troops.
At last some good news for our troops.
The Government has climbed down from it’s refusal to offer free postage for parcels sent to troops in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Following pressure from many national newspapers and by us, the MOD and Royal Mail have agreed that troops and their families will receive free postage on ALL parcels up to 2kg in weight.
Former Military Chiefs Mount Assault.
An alliance of former Military Chiefs has launched an all out assault upon the Government, in particular upon Gordon Brown telling him that he has “blood on the floor” and that he (Brown) has nothing but contempt for the British Armed Forces.
Admiral Lord Boyce, Lord Craig, Field Marshal Lord Bramall, Lord Guthrie and Field Marshal Lord Inge, all former top ranking military chiefs have spelt out the consequences of the Government’s neglect.
Two Job Des.
Des Browne, the Defence Secretary has now become a part time Defence Secretary. The other half of his job is that of Scotland Secretary.
Only a Labour Government could have this much contempt and insult our Armed Forces in this way.
Blood On His Hands.
Does Tony Blair know how many British troops have been killed to date in order to satisfy his “Bush poodle ego trip”?

MOD Doubles Front Line Tours.
Tens of thousands of British troops will have the length of their tours of duty in Iraq and Afghanistan increased by 100%.
The MOD is to increase the duration of British troops front line tours from 6 months to 12 months because of a shortage of soldiers. This decision is certain to prove unpopular especially with married personnel and could persuade even more experienced soldiers to quit.
What does this Government expect? Iraq and Afghanistan are unpopular wars instigated by the U.S President, George Bush and poodle Blair.
Data Protection Government Style.
It has emerged that the Revenue and Customs Department have lost personal data about 25 MILLION families who are on child benefit.
The data lost contains names, addresses, dates of birth and bank details.
It later emerged that two further discs containing private conversations have also been lost.
These losses open the doors to identity theft on a massive scale.
The Government is eager to centralise all our medical records onto one data base and is still eager to introduce ID cards which will include ALL information about us. How long will it be before these sets of data go missing?
Gordon Brown and his Government are opening the doors to terrorists by this incompetence.
Illegal Immigrants Cover-UP.
It has been claimed that the Home Secretary, Jacqui Smith knew about illegal immigrants working in security jobs, and kept that information hidden for 8 months.

How many are employed in airports and airlines?
How can this Government protect the British public? They can’t.
Criminal Justice Failings.
Anthony Joseph, a black youth, had just been released from a young offender institution in Manchester after a sex allegation against him had been dropped when hours later he attacked and killed Richard Whelan by stabbing him seven times in a frenzied assault.
It has emerged that a police warrant was in force for Joseph’s arrest at the time of his release.
Pakistani Student Recruits Terrorists.
Abdul Rahman, a Pakistani student age 25 years has been jailed for 6 years for recruiting young Muslims to train as terrorists.
Why was Rahman not vetted correctly? Surely a foreign student aged 25 yrs from a country known to harbour terrorists must have sent up alarm bells.
More Public Sector Greed.
1) Hundreds of Whitehall Mandarins have been bribed with the biggest redundancy package in history using taxpayer’s money. The bribe includes a lump sum of £150,000 plus £40,000 per year.
2) Immigration officials who presided over a year of blunders have been awarded almost £7,000,000 in bonuses. This despite the Home Office being described as “Not fit for purpose.”
3) Fire Chief, Patrick Corcoran retired with a payout of £250,000. A few days later he was given his job back with a salary of £100,000.
Prison Warders Wear Slippers.
Prison officers on night shift at Wakefield Jail are wearing slippers so that they don’t wake up killers and paedophiles who complain about the noise from their boots.
Killer Childminder.
Childminder, Keran Henderson, was given a 3 year jail term for shaking an eleven month baby to death.
Is this justice? No it is not. Henderson should serve at least 15 years. However she will be free in two years.
Police Shoot Unarmed Diabetic.
Leeds police shot, using a taser gun, Nicholas Gaubert, a diabetic man in a coma, thinking that he was a terrorist.
Mr Gaubert is lucky that our trigger happy police did not use live ammunition.
The IPCC are carrying out an investigation into this incident.
Worst State Pensions In Europe.
Millions of Britons are being condemned to poverty in old age by the worst state pension in the EU.
Britain is bottom of the table with a state pension of 30.8% of average working pay.
Greece came top with 95.7%, Luxembourg 88.3%, Holland 81.9% Spain 81.2%, Denmark 79.8%, Italy 67.9% Sweden 62.1%, France 51.2%, Germany 39.9%, Estonia, 32.9% Ireland 32.5%.
All our reports show that there are victims of Government actions and policy. Whether they are our Armed Forces, Senior Citizens or innocent victims of violence. It is Government’s responsibility to create a safe society and environment in which to live. We believe that Labour under both Blair and Brown have failed in this duty.

British Troops Face Failure.
British troops are facing “operational” failure in Afghanistan because of years of government underfunding, a former head of the armed forces warned last night. This will mean that the Taliban will win the battle, killing hundreds more British troops.
The Prime Minister, Gordon Brown has turned down a request for an extra injection of £1 billion to bring our troops up to strength and to update antiquated equipment. GORDON BROWN REFUSED ANY EXTRA MONEY.
In a recent poll, 91% said that Gordon Brown is treating British troops with contempt and that his budget cuts have and are putting our troops in serious danger.
The public are at long last recognising the heroism of our troops by turning out to welcome our soldiers home.
Teenagers Boasted About Killing.
Three teenagers were detained for life yesterday for the murder of a young father, Kevin Johnson, who was fatally stabbed outside his home.
After their late-night attack in May, the three killers went on a “triumphant” rampage through Sunderland and stabbed another young man who crossed their path.
The three teenagers, Dean Curtis 19, Tony Hawkes 17, and Jordon Towers 16, all from Sunderland were found guilty of murder and wounding with intent.
All three had numerous previous convictions.
Another Killer Lorry Driver.
Emma Fou was thrown off her cycle and crushed to death by lorry driver, Michael Thorn age 52.
Emma was waiting at a red light when Thorn turned left, and crushed Emma to death with his vehicle.
It was reported that Thorn was sorting some papers as he made the fatal turn which killed Emma.
Thorn was charged only with the minor offence of driving without due care and attention.
Judge Anthony Evans fined Thorn £300 and allowed him to keep his licence.
This is yet another case when a killer driver has been given a slap on the wrist.
We have repeatedly argued that there should be an offence called “causing death whilst driving”. A charge of manslaughter can then be brought.
Our Home Page has suggested degrees of killing. These should apply to a driver who kills while driving a vehicle.
Free Speech.
The Oxford Union has been criticized for inviting Historian, David Irving and the BNP Leader, Nick Griffin to partake in a student debate at Oxford University.
However much some people might disagree with the views of these two gentlemen, surely the Union debating chamber is the ideal platform to allow free speech and the expression of views which can be argued for and against.
In these days when our freedoms are constantly attacked by Government, it is good to see that one well known establishment is not afraid to defend the principles of the right to free speech.
A poll taken today reveals that 79% of people said that the Oxford Union was right to invite Irving and Griffin to their debate.
Hamza To Face Trial In USA.
Senior District Judge Timothy Workman has ruled that the “preacher of hate”, Abu Hamza can be sent from prison in Britain to stand trial on terror charges in the United States.
However the Home Secretary, Jacqui Smith will make the final decision.
Smith can demonstrate the Government’s commitment to it’s fight against terrorism by agreeing to Judge Workman’s decision.
Conspiracy Theory?
Was Dr. David Kelly murdered? The biological warfare expert who raised serious doubts about the weapons of mass destruction it was claimed by Bush and Blair, that Iraq held in it’s arsenal, was found dead when the Government tried to discredit him.
An EU expert on biological warfare, Jill Dekker a bio-defence expert based in Brussels has claimed that her life is at risk after making a speech critical of British and American policy in the Middle East.
Jill Dekker fears ending up dead in the woods like Dr.David Kelly after an alleged campaign of intimidation by members of MI6 and the CIA.
The reasons for Dr. Kelly’s death have never been established nor who caused his death.

Unsafe Military Aircraft.
The replacement for the unsafe R.A.F. Nimrod aircraft was ordered in 1996.
Since then we have had five defence secretaries, Michael Portillo, Des Browne, John Reid, Geoff Hoon and George Robertson, all of whom have been in post for less than three years.
During their time in office the replacement project has suffered delay after delay.
We now are in a situation where the Nimrod is regarded as an unsafe aircraft to fly.
The Board of Inquiry into the recent Nimrod crash which killed 14 British servicemen in Afghanistan has revealed a catalogue of failings starting with the age of the aircraft--37 years down to aging components and failures in the fuel system design and overhaul.
The Board further found that the failure of the MOD to fit fire suppressant systems played a major part in the death of 14 servicemen.
We now find out that the latest fix-it cure to patch up the fleet of 40 year old Hercules transport aircraft is to use sticky tape.
When will Gordon Brown recognise that equipment given to our service personnel is obsolete and needs to be replaced if our troops are to fight his wars?
Our belief is that Brown and this Government are NOT interested in the armed forces, troop’s welfare, health care, provision of modern well designed and updated equipment or what happens to our troops when they leave the Services.
Navy Will Struggle.
The British navy has now become an under-resourced fleet and would find it difficult to meet the challenges of the first Gulf war.
The part time Defence Secretary, Des Browne’s claims of an increase in defence spending are nothing but “smoke and mirrors”.
Reduced funding has taken place each year since 1997 which has left blood on the floor of 10 Downing Street and the MOD.
Reductions in the Navy fleet size amounts to 48%. Reductions are;
Destroyers and Frigates 55%
Submarines 40%
Mine Counter Measured 45%
Off Shore Patrol Vessels 80%
Tankers 45%
Landing Ships 50%
Manpower reductions are now 46%. Adding this figure to Army and RAF resignations of experienced personnel demonstrates that the Armed Forces have ZERO faith in this Government’s promises.
Prisoners Let Out Early.
More than 2,600 criminals, including sex attackers and robbers, were freed from jail early last month under Labour’s scheme to ease overcrowding.
This brings the total for the year since June to a massive 11,132.
Who says that crime doesn’t pay.
Yobs In Torture Killing.
Two young yobs, James Quantrill age 16 and Thomas Orme age 14 tortured and drowned a man after beating and burning him and then throwing him into the river Welland.
Both Quantrill and Orme had a long history of criminal activities but the police took no action against them
These two thugs should be jailed for life. Never mind rehabilitation, get them off the streets where they will never hurt another innocent victim.
Another Killer Driver.
Dale Glaister age 19, was driving a stolen van when he knocked down and killed 81 year old Iris Dixon.
Iris’ injuries were so severe that she had to have her leg amputated but sadly died three day later from her injuries.
The Judge at Bolton Crown Court sentenced Glaister to just 4 years in jail, no doubt to be freed under the government’s early release scheme.
Glaister defied three road bans and has never passed a driving test.
The maximum sentence for this type of offence is 14 years.
Justice has NOT been served.
The victim is killed and the criminal, Glaister, has a slap on the wrist.
Teenager Batters Woman To Death.
Lloyd Edwards age 19, a convicted robber released early from jail battered a mother to death in her own home.
Why was Edwards released early without any form of assessment?
Edwards has been found guilty of murder and been sentenced to life in jail.
Dutch HGV Driver Kills Pregnant Woman.
Dutch lorry driver, Josephus Embregts age 59, pulled out and crashed into 19 yr old Rachel Ward’s car as she was overtaking his vehicle killing her in an horrific smash.
Embregts’ punishment was a £1,000 fine and six points even though he does not hold a British licence.
The fine has been paid by Embregts’ firm and his Dutch licence has not been affected.
Why was this Dutch driver not jailed?
Soft Justice.
Only one in 20 crimes resulted in the offender being charged by the police or brought before the court last year in another lurch towards soft justice. The remainder were let off altogether or faced fines.
A total of 1.475 MILLION crimes were committed last year with less than 47% being solved of which a third ended in a summons or a charge.
This means that 80% of criminals never face the court and have no fear of being caught and punished.
Justice American Style.
Toby Studabaker age 35 has been sentenced to 40 years jail in the USA for grooming a twelve year old to have sex with him.
We should learn from the US Justice system when it comes down to punishing criminals.
The American saying “If you can’t do the time, don’t do the crime.” applies in the USA but certainly does not apply here.

Troop’s Families Let Down.
The families of British servicemen killed when their Hercules aircraft was shot down in Iraq will NOT receive legal aid for an upcoming inquest.
However an Australian crew member’s family will receive help.
Why cannot British service families receive legal aid when terrorists, illegal immigrants and criminals can?
This shows once again the contempt that Gordon Brown and New Labour have for our Armed Forces.
Soldiers Cheated In Pay Blunder.
Thousands of British servicemen and women including hundreds fighting on the front line, are being underpaid because of failures in a new computerised pay system.
Some soldiers have gone without full pay for up to 5 months and are facing hardship with high household bills and bank bank charges, all because of yet another MOD foul-up.
The amount underpaid is £580 each month.
Paralysed Soldier £300 Compensation.
A teenage Army recruit was left paralysed when a baton hurled by his drill instructor speared his head has been awarded a mere £300 compensation for his injuries.
Lets hope that the injured recruit, Dominic Christopher-Baskeyfield succeeds with his £1,000,000 compensation claim against the MOD.
Dominic’s drill instructor, Sgt Adrian Lines was fined £1,200 at a Court Martial but not demoted and allowed to stay in the Army.
NHS Blunders.
As many as 90,000 patient deaths a year could be linked to hospital errors, according to a report published recently.
One in 10 NHS patients is harmed while in hospital. Up to 50% of all blunders could be avoided.
Nationally this could mean that 900,000 patients going into hospital each year end up damaged from errors including injury, infection, poor diagnosis and inadequate care.
Among the problems identified are, High levels of MSRA, Complications during and after surgery, wrong diagnosis, pressure ulcers, drug complications, falls, unplanned transfers to operating theatres and intensive care plus unplanned readmissions. 20,000 patients die from blood clots after operations.
All these patients are victims of NHS procedures.
Killer Doctor Returns To Work.
Amrit Misra, a doctor convicted of killing a patient through gross negligence has been told that he can return to work in the NHS.
Misra avoided a jail sentence when his solicitor claimed that his, Misra’s, career was in ruins.
Misra’s victim Sean Phillips age 31 yrs whole life is in ruins. He is dead.
Misra should NEVER practice medicine again and should have been jailed for negligent homicide.
Why must we employ doctors from such places as India where the male culture allows pride to become more important than asking for help from more qualified and experienced doctors.
Nurses Now Muslim Servants.
NHS nurses have been told to spend valuable time attending to Muslim patients by turn beds and fetching washing water so that they can face Mecca FIVE times each day in order to pray.
Hospitals should be concentrating on stopping the spread of infections and curing the sick and not waste time kowtowing to the politically-correct brigade and non-British religious pressure.
Brown Wants Terrorists Freed.
Gordon Brown struck a deal with the US Government to release 3 British terrorist suspects from Guantanamo Bay terrorist prison and have them flown back to the UK.
This despite the US stating that the three men, Jamil el-Banna, Omar Deghayes and Abdennour Samuer are all extremely dangerous and a threat to security
Why does Brown wish to add yet more terrorists to the thousands of suspects already living within our shores?
Pandering To Minorities.
Only 25% of primary schools are putting on a Nativity play this Christmas for fear of offending other faiths.
Other faiths need not attend these plays.
Never forget that the majority of British population is white and Christian. The rest of the population is made up of ethnic groups with their own cultures and beliefs.
We should never subjugate ourselves to foreign cultures and beliefs.

Taser For Every Cop.
Every cop in the country will one day be armed with a Taser gun, Home Secretary Jacqui Smith has predicted.
Smith said that issuing the 50,000 volt stun gun routinely “seems a sensible provision”.
We have severe reservations about this idea. Police officers within the firearms units have a history of shooting unarmed civilians, it would be so easy for a routine patrol officer to shoot at the least opportunity, not knowing if a victim had medical problems which could prove fatal if he/her were shot.
Shamed Teachers.
Three teachers have been charged and two sentenced for seducing girl pupils at the SAME school in East Riding.
Terry Mann will be sentenced at Hull Crown Court next year.
Ian Blott was jailed for four and a half years.
Steven Edwards was jailed for four years and nine months.
Why were these sex fiends not checked properly?
Another Illegal Immigrant Killer.
Black illegal immigrant, Joseph Ekaetta stabbed to death an innocent victim who had asked him to keep quiet. As Ekaetta’s victim lay dying, he filmed himself drugging and raping a girl.
The killer has now started life in jail.
Why was Ekaetta allowed into Britain in the first place. Gordon Brown and Tony Blair have a lot to answer for. How many more innocent victims must die before this Government closes our borders to ALL illegals?
Another Killer Driver.
Killer driver, Mohammed Aqueel Hussain, spent only six weeks in jail for mowing down and killing a three year old girl whilst driving a stolen car and breaching his five year ban 4 times after he was freed.
Why was this killer only given twelve weeks in jail and then released after six weeks?
Justice has NOT been served in this case.
Thugs Who Say Sorry.
Teenage tearaways will avoid court action and possible jail IF they say sorry to their victims under a yet more soft approach to fighting crime and punishing the offenders.
This approach is being called “Restorative Justice” by Government Ministers.
How gullible can our MP’s become?
Yes yobs will say “sorry” then run off and carry on as usual.
Restorative punishment such as the birch would work wonders.
Fear of punishment for yobs and criminals is a good motivator to stay on the straight and narrow.
Early Release Killer.
Killer, Andrew Mournian who was released early from prison to ease overcrowding, went after his girlfriend five days after release and battered her to death.
Mournian was jailed for 14 years at Leeds Crown Court by Mrs Justice Swift.
Why was this killer released early?
Sex Offenders To Be Freed.
Hundreds of dangerous prisoners are to be freed WITHOUT any checks on whether they pose a threat to the public
The inmates, including paedophiles and other sex offenders will no longer have to convince the Parole Board they are safe for release.
Another soft approach to crime and punishment by this Government.
Drink-Drugs Pair Jailed.
Taxi driver, Brian Hayes and his partner Neil Stallman were jailed at Cambridge Crown Court for 4 years and 18 months respectively for a violent attack on Sandra Rogers in Bar Hill, Cambridge.
The pair then went on to attack Daniel Walker. Both victims sustained considerable injuries.

Rubbish Charge IS A Tax.
Environment Minister, Joan Ruddock has admitted that the proposed Pay-as-you-throw charges really IS a tax.
We know of several Councils which have already set the wheels in motion.
Lost Data.
Internal auditors warned the Government about serious flaws in the security of child benefit data back in March 2004.
Concerns raised included, junior staff having access to data, details not being encrypted with leaking procedures meant mistakes and fraud were unlikely to be detected.
Government departments including DVLA and Revenue & Customs are among those who have lost data with thousands of individual’s private details.
Still Gordon Brown wants to press ahead with ID cards.
Eleven Thousand Illegals Cleared For Security Jobs.
It has emerged that 11,000 illegal immigrants have been wrongly cleared for security jobs in the UK.
Last month the Government claimed that ONLY 5,000 had been cleared
It is expected that a further 60,000 immigrants will sneak into the UK by the back door.
People from the Balkan states are using a passport loophole by obtaining Bulgarian citizenship and thus a passport in order to enter the UK.
Immigrant Baby Boom.
A migrant baby boom is fueling the fastest growth since the 1960’s with 1 in every 5 children born to foreign mothers.
The highest number of children born to foreign mothers are those from Pakistan with an average 5 each and from Bangladesh with 3.9.
It is expected that at this rate of growth, the population of the UK will reach 71 Million by 2031.
Gordon Brown’s Job Promise.
Prime Minister, Gordon Brown made a promise of “British jobs for British workers.”
The truth is that those jobs have gone to immigrants. A total of 80% of all jobs have been taken by migrants.
Can we ever believe a Labour Prime Minister?
Cops Kill Innocent Driver.
Two police officers, PC Sean Schofield and PC Andrew Massingham were driving their police cars on country bends testing equipment to catch speeding motorists when PC Schofield crashed head-on into a car driven by Peter Williams.
Why do the police have to test equipment on public roads? There have been several hundred cases where police drivers have caused the death of innocent people.
We suggest that police forces use ONLY test areas such as Hendon or the track used by the BBC Top Gear team.
How many more innocent people must die at the hands of police drivers?
James Bulger’s Killer Stabbed.
Remember the horrific killing of two year James Bulger?
Jon Venables and Robert Thompson took baby James and carried out a horrific assault upon him and killed him.
Since that time Venables has been given a new identity and lives at a secret address at a cost to the taxpayer of £5 million.
Venables was stabbed in a jealous clash over his fiancee, but was so afraid that his cover would be blown that he refused to go to hospital until his girlfriend begged him.
Justice would have been done and the taxpayer would save a lot of money if Venables had died from his stab wound.
Greedy Cops.
A second high ranking police officer, Deputy Chief Constable, Andy Trotter receives a salary of £150,000 from the British Transport Police PLUS a pension of more than £60,000 after retiring from the Metropolitan Police.
We argue that anyone in the Public Sector should not be able to retire from one Public sector job and take another Public Sector job claiming both pension and salary at the same time.
This is nothing but a rip-off of taxpayer’s money.
One Shut Every Week.
One police station has closed EVERY week since New Labour came to power.
That is a total of 550 police stations being closed for good.
Of those that remain, only 12.5% are open 24hrs per day.
Tough on crime? We think not.
Was The Iraq Invasion Worth It?
With the imminent withdrawal of British troops from Iraq after handing over control of Basra following four-and-a-half years of military fighting, one must ask, was the cost in British lives worth it?
The campaign has cost the lives of 174 British service personnel with hundreds more severely wounded.
The invasion was based on a lie. Bush and Blair both stated that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction and that Iraq created instability in the region.
It was later found that no such weapons existed.
Blair followed Bush on his crusade seemingly to rid the world of terror.
What has been achieved?
Islamic fundamentalism is growing, neighbourhoods are riven by sectarian strife with the basic infrastructure in tatters.
When allied troops leave Iraq, we anticipate that civil war will erupt, with another dictator taking power and that democracy as we know it will not emerge.
Blair must be held accountable for the deaths and wounding of British troops, by first invading without true reason, other than an ego trip, and for failing to ensure our troops had the proper equipment to do the job.
Council Waste.
A massive bill of £11.8 million for Councils publicity has been branded as a scandal.
Examples of increase taxpayer waste in Cambridgeshire,
Cambridge City. £731,000 292% increase.
Cambridgeshire County Council. £2,402,000 212% increase.
South Cambridgeshire District Council. £367,000 207% increase.
How can such increases, at a cost to the taxpayer be justified?
This money would be better spent providing better services.
Jail Time For Dangerous And Careless Drivers.
After years of campaigning by ourselves and most newspapers it appears that the law governing how we drive is to be changed for the better.
Dangerous driving can attract up to two years jail. Examples such as;
Racing or competitive driving.
Disregarding warnings from fellow passengers.
Reading a map/newspaper while driving.
Using a mobile phone while driving.
Aggressive driving, such as sudden lane changes, cutting into a line of vehicles and driving much too close to the vehicle in front.
Other offences will carry penalty points and hefty fines.
Those that kill while driving can now face manslaughter charges which will attract longer jail terms than those at present.
HGV drivers can now be properly held accountable for the carnage they create by, driving too close to the vehicle in front, using mobile phones and falling asleep while driving.
Let us hope that there will be close monitoring of driver behaviour and that bad drivers will be prosecuted and properly punished.
Self Defence Law Change--Maybe.
Back in September, Jack Straw, Justice Secretary, said that he would look at the law covering self defence.
We have since then, tried to contact Mr Straw via Labour’s website but to no avail.
However it has now emerged that according to Jack Straw the law has been improved to give “Have-go-victims” rights to tackle burglars and thugs on the street.
It is claimed that the new laws will stop police investigating and prosecuting people who intervene to take on criminals.
Mr Straw said that the law had a responsibility to stand by those ACTING IN GOOD FAITH when using force on self-defence.
Mr Straw fell short by failing to remove the criminal’s human right to sue his/her victim should the criminal be hurt in the course of the criminal act.

We shall end this year, 2007 with reminding our readers that we have exposed the Government’s record on law and order, having proved itself as being soft on crime, allowing thousands of illegal immigrants to pass our porous borders, releasing prisoners early and of breaking the Government’s covenant with our military.
Let us all hope that 2008 will bring about improvements.
