BLAIR’S BIG BROTHER STATE.
Arrested For Any Offence.
Police are to be given sweeping powers to arrest people for EVERY offence, including dropping litter, failing to wear a seat belt and other minor misdemeanors. These powers came into force on Jan 1st.
Civil Liberties Groups said the change represented “a fundamental shift” in power from the public to the police and the state and was open to misuse.
Police will have powers to take digital photographs of SUSPECTS without any prosecution or conviction.
I.R.A. Amnesty.
Despite Blair’s claim to be tough on crime, he is prepared to offer amnesty to 150 I.R.A. killers. What Blair is doing is to sanction terrorism by offering such an amnesty. Blair is about to let barbaric murderers to go free.
D.V.L.A. Details For Sale.
The Government has admitted offering sensitive details about millions of motorists to private car parking companies.
150 firms have been granted access to an official database of confidential information about Britain’s 30 million drivers.
Prescott’s Spy Satellite.
The Government has advised council-tax inspectors to use “spy in the sky” satellite cameras to snoop on people’s homes to see if they have added extensions, conservatories and even sheds that could boost the value of their property.
This is rich coming from a Government Minister who tried to evade paying his own community charge.
Identity Cards.
The Government’s proposal for Identity Cards will carry comprehensive information about each citizen, stored on a microchip connected to an Orwellianly-named “National Identity Register.”
This changes our relationship with the State, we will no longer be private citizens but a number-plated unit which can be monitored by the Authorities.
Town Hall bureaucrats will be given sweeping new powers to investigate homes for identity card evasion and to impose heavy fines on occupants found without one.
Those citizens who fail to register for an I.D. card or keep their details up to date will face fines of up to £2500.
These plans for heavy policing give the lie to Blair’s promise that I.D. cards will be voluntary
A better name would be “ SURVEILLANCE CARDS. “
Police Speeding.
Only 2% of police vehicle drivers caught speeding are prosecuted. The rest are let off without prosecution.
Why is there one law for the police and another for the rest of us?
Safe Streets?????
Criminals use weapons in 25% of all attacks. This figure is UP from 21% last year.
Tony Blair is obsessed with keeping criminals out of prison, but he is doing NOTHING to reassure a frightened public.
There are still 174 killers on the loose in Britain. This is a big increase on the previous years figures of 134.
The recent murder of Tom Rhys Pryce in what has been described as a “vicious and gratuitous attack” is a typical example of crime which is out of control.
In 1997 Blair banned the ownership of legitimate handguns possessed by sports people participating in range shooting.
Blair’s stated objective was to remove all handguns from the streets.
This objective has NOT been achieved. Gun crime is out of control with an estimated 10000 illegal handguns in the hands of criminals.

Blair’s Insidious Government.
Further to our - Blair’s Big Brother State - More information has come to light.
1) Andy Burnham, Home Office Minister, said in a parliamentary written answer that there were “No plans to use radio frequency identification tags in the Government planned I.D. cards.” However a letter leaked from Mr. Burnham indicates that the tags/chips will use radio frequencies to allow reading of the cards by special scanners and that the signals emitted would be picked up at a distance of a few inches. ----- We all know that modern technology could boost these scanners to receive signals from much further away allowing anybody carrying an I.D. card to be tracked in the street or entering a building with all the individual’s personal details becoming available to the tracker.
2) An I.D. protester, Mark Wallace, while collecting signatures for a petition was stopped by the police and detained under section 44 of the Terrorist act 2000. Mr. Wallace was told that his details would be kept on file indefinitely and that a video of his detention would be kept for 7 years, even though Mr. Wallace had done nothing wrong. ----- Remember the case of 80 year old Walter Wolfgang who was ejected from the Labour Party conference for telling Jack Straw that he was talking nonsense and questioned under section 44 of the terrorist act 2000.
Tony Blair and his Government should take note of Lord Acton who in 1887 said “Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely.”
Police Ignore Most Crime Gangs.
Police are targeting less than 100 of the 1,600 organised crime gangs whose rackets in England and Wales are vibrant and growing.
This represents only 6% of gangs being currently monitored.
Crime Figures Still Rising.
Gun crime rises by 50% in the Capital. Criminals are now carrying illegal firearms as fashion accessories.
Muggings and violent attacks on people soared by more than 10% in the third quarter of last year.
Homicides rose by 25% in the year to end Sept’ 2005.
Robberies soared by 15% in the second quarter of 2005.
This Government is clearly failing to tackle violent crime.
Angry Soldiers Demand “Trade” Federation.
A groundswell of discontent among members of our armed forces is leading to calls for the formation of a federation to campaign for the rights of the 250,000 servicemen and women in the U.K.
A battery of concerns over Iraq, including shortages of kit during the invasion, inferior equipment and shortages the necessary firepower and up-to-date weapons.
One big driving force is the politically inspired campaign to prosecute soldiers for alleged abuses and so called “war crimes” in Iraq.
Similar federations exist in the U.S.A. and Australia.
This groundswell of discontent clearly demonstrates the lack of regard and the contempt that Blair and his Labour Government have for our Armed Forces.

Murdered schoolgirl Rosie May Storrie’s parents, Mary and Graham, cannot dedicate a bench to her memory - as it might offend her killer’s family.
Bottesford, Leics, Parish Council Chairman, David Wright, said: “A lot of parish council members have lived here for a long time and know both families. We have to consider everyone’s feelings.”
Death whilst Driving Penalties Are A Farce.
If you murder someone, you get life in prison.
If you are a cocaine-crazed drink driver who kills four people in a head-on crash you receive just 9 years jail with parole after serving only 6 years.
Judges Are Weak.
A former judge, Keith Matthewman, said Britain has the “weakest judges in living memory reducing already-inadequate prison sentences.” adding that criminals run almost no risk of being caught and would escape with a soft sentence and that they pour scorn on Charles Clarke’s plans for community work instead of prison.
“Taking graffiti off walls just makes criminals laugh. There are no harsh community punishments.”
Eurofighter Crew’s Lives At Risk.
The new Eurofighter, a £20 Billion defence project, has already been branded a waste of money.
The most recent crash was blamed on a computer glitch with a manual over-ride failure.
The 1500 m.p.h. aircraft is years overdue with development costs being more than tripled.
Two months before the jet is due to enter service, failures with it’s on-board computer system are continuing to compromise safety for flying crews.
M.O.D. evaluators, Qinetiq, said safety problems put the jet at risk of irrecoverable loss of control in flight, and added that the aircraft should not fly in cloud or perform aerial combat manoeuvres.
Corruption of the flight-control computer system switches from inflight to ground mode whilst in the air causes an immediate catastrophic aircraft crash.

Outlaw Arms And You Arm Outlaws.
When the laws on gun ownership were tightened after the Dunblane tragedy, by introduction of the 1997 handgun ban, we were told by Tony Blair and his Government that the ban was to prevent such a thing happening again.
When the 1997 Firearms Bill was passed, The Sunday Telegraph was a lone voice arguing against such restrictions. The paper was right, the ban did nothing to prevent the shooting of P.C. Rachael Brown.
The Sunday Telegraph protested that proscribing guns would affect peaceable citizens, not villains and that the main effect of such a ban would be to ensure that criminals came to enjoy a monopoly of firepower.
Nine years on, opponents of the ban have been comprehensively vindicated. Gun crime, far from falling, has increased.
The only people who have been affected by the legislation are law-abiding shooters.
As so often, the full force of the law has fallen upon the respectable citizens, not the criminals.
The firearms Bill 1997 was passed for the worst possible reason-not to secure a specific objective, but as a knee-jerk reaction.
Blair’s claim to have taken all handguns off the street has proven to be a lie.
Back-Door Blair.
Tony Blair promised the I.D. cards would be voluntary.
By his back-door method, Blair has ensured that some 80% of the population would be compelled to obtain the Gov’t I.D. before an individual can obtain a new passport or renew their existing passport. Again a lie. This is compulsion, no I.D. card--no passport.
Police Still Above The Law.
Chief Insp Neil Sharman and P.C. Kevin Fagan have both been cleared by the Independent Police Complaints Commission of shooting and killing unarmed Harry Stanley.
Irene Stanley, widow of Harry is planning to sue the two police officers.
The I.P.C.C. decision means that the police will now see this decision as a green light for their shoot-to kill policy.
The second case is that of P.C. Andrew Deadman who drove at 100 M.P.H. along the wrong side of the A 47 duel carriageway crashing into a Peugot car driven by David Loasby with his passenger Stacy Ellington.
The result of P.C. Deadman’s driving on the wrong side of the duel carriageway was that Stacy lost her unborn child as a result of Deadman crashing into her.
Norwich Crown Court found Deadman innocent.
Malcolm Reeve, head of Norfolk Police Federation, said: “ P.C. Deadman has been distraught.”
We have news for you Mr. Reeve. Stacy is more than distraught. Deadman should be taken off all driving duties for the rest of his service.
12 Weeks Prison For Killing 3 Year Old Girl.
Mohammed Aqueel Hussain, who has never taken a driving test and had no insurance ploughed into 3 year old Levi Bleasdale whilst he was driving a stolen car.
Hussain fled the scene leaving Levi at the side of the road.
What sort of punishment is this? 12 weeks jail for killing while driving?
This is NOT JUSTICE.
When is Blair intending to give consideration to victims? NEVER is the answer.

Another Killer H.G.V. Driver.
Jonathan Elder, 34 yrs, of Stretton Cambridgeshire was sentenced to only 10 months in prison for killing 75 yr old Peter Fuller by driving into the back of Fuller’s car.
Elder admitted dangerous driving.
10 months is just a slap on the wrist. This sentence is NOT JUSTICE.
Druged-up Killer Driver Gets 4 Years.
Drugged-up driver Andrew Wilkinson killed a nine-year old just three months after getting his licence back over another fatal crash.
Wilkinson was jailed for just four and a half years, by Lincoln Crown Court for killing nine year old Lucy Mae Bellamy on a pelican crossing.
Wilkinson’s previous conviction for causing death by dangerous driving in 2004, was a driving ban and a fine.
Again justice has NOT BEEN DONE. Wilkinson should have been sent down for a minimum of 15 years. There are two separate deaths caused by his dangerous driving.
M.P.’s Urge Leniency For Young Muggers.
The Commons home affairs select committee has said that juvenile robbers should be able to plead lack of maturity in mitigation and receive lesser penalties for their crimes.
Two years ago, Lord Stevens, the former Metropolitan police commissioner said that violent and persistent teenage offenders should be punished like adults and less like children. He went on to say that the age of criminal responsibility should be lowered.
Recommending even more leniency for criminals makes a mockery of justice for victims of crime.
Blair Gives Carte Blanche To Criminals.
A leading newspaper suggesting that people should cower, skulk and hide to avoid violent criminals is just what is needed for predators to thrive.
This Government has given criminals an absolute guarantee that their victims will be completely unarmed and disenfranchised from the right to protect themselves.
The reality is that our streets and homes will never be safe again until we are once again allowed to defend ourselves properly and that means being allowed to use firearms, as we were prior to 1920.
Blair’s 1997 handgun ban reinforces the lack of victim rights and gives the criminals Carte Blanche to carry out acts of violence.

Drug Gang Kills While On Probation.
Mary-Ann Leneghan was tortured and killed by four drug dealing thugs who were freed on probation.
Adrian Thomas, Michael Johnson, Jamaile Morally and Indrit Krasniqu were all under supervision orders when they raped, tortured and killed 16 yr old Mary-Ann.
Charles Clarke, the Home Secretary, has mismanaged the probation service despite warning after warning about the failures of non-custodial sentences.
Johnson, the drug dealing leader of the gang was given community service a week before the murder and has a string of convictions going back to 2003 for offenses ranging from a savage attack on a 13 yr old boy with learning difficulties to possession of offensive weapons.
The Probation Boards Association Chief Executive, Martin Wargent said that Mary-Ann’s killers were not high risk, and went on to say that there was no fail-safe system.
YES there is a fail-safe system.
Lock these type of thugs in jail for LONG prison terms without probation or community service.
Vicious Thug Set Free To Murder.
Yousef Bouhaddaou is a violent maniac with a long criminal record, a crack cocaine addict who habitually steals to pay for his £300-a-day habit, was let out of jail early to commit murder - freed after serving just 30 months of a five and a half year sentence by a Parole Board that didn’t even meet him, but took just 20 minutes to “review” the paperwork.
The jury heard about three previous burglary convictions but were NOT told about another two convictions for burglary and car theft plus a further 19 offenses. In each of these previous cases Bouhaddaou was released early.
Christine Glenn, the Chief Executive of the Parole Board, said a review committee, chaired by a judge, had considered the case and concluded that the decision to release Bouhaddaou halfway through a five-and-a-half-year sentence was “defensible”.
Glenn went on to say “The risk assessments provided to us assessed him to be a low to medium risk of re-offending.”
Bouhaddaou murdered Robert Symons while out of jail.
Judge Brian Barker told Bouhaddaou that he faced a mandatory life sentence.
The criminal justice system, where violent criminals are freed early to commit further violent acts, does not inspire confidence with the public.
Rapists To Get Reduced Jail Terms.
The independent Sentencing Guidelines Council, chaired by the Lord Chief Justice, Lord Phillips, is to recommend that rapists’ sentences are slashed by up to 15 per cent because prison is tough.
It is also expected to call for men who beat their partners to go on education courses in the community instead of being jailed.
These proposals will give a licence to men to rape and batter women, putting women at greater risk.
In a recent poll 96% of the population were against any reduction of prison terms.

British Armed Forces At Risk.
Gordon Gentle was killed in Basra, Iraq, June 2004 because an electronic jamming device was not fitted to his vehicle in his convoy. The jamming device, if fitted, could have saved Gordon’s life by jamming the roadside bomb which killed him.
Royal Military Policemen, Sgt Simon Hamilton-Jewell, Cpl Russell Aston, Cpl Paul Long, Cpl Simon Miller, L/Cpl Thomas Keys, L/Cpl Benjamin Hyde all had no way of calling for help when they were slaughtered by a baying mob in the town of Majarr-al-Kabir in Iraq, because there were not enough satellite telephones available and their radios were out of range.
Troops in Afghanistan are being forced to spend £1,000 each on laptop computers while al-Qaeda suspects in jail in the U.K. get them for FREE. Laptops for our troops were described by Military top brass as being essential equipment.
Soldiers guarding the Queen are living in rat-infested barracks with faulty heating and no hot water. If murderers and rapists were subjected to those same conditions in prison, complaints would go straight before the European Court of Human Rights. When troops risk their lives in Iraq and Afghanistan no one gives a damn.
Deaths and bullying at Deepcut army barracks were whitewashed by a recent inquiry, suggesting that deaths were caused by the recruits own hand. The Government and Ministry of Defense refuse to hold a public inquiry. Why is this? What have they got to hide?

British Troop Casualties.
Britain’s casualties of the Iraq war total 6,700 the M.O.D. says.
104 troops have been killed.
230 have been wounded, 40 very serious (life endangered), 70 serious.
4000 have been medically evacuated home.
2366 have been treated in theatre.
Troop casualties in Afghanistan to date are 7 killed.
The M.O.D. claim that under the terms of section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act, the M.O.D. is not obliged to supply information.
We should ask what the M.O.D. has to hide. We were able to obtain the above information from American F.o.I. sources.
Britain’s Liberties Still Being Eroded.
Nine years ago Tony Blair became Prime Minister. Since his arrival as head of a New Labour Government he has become a serious threat to British democracy.
Blair and his government have steadily attacked our rights and freedoms, eroding the Rule of Law and profoundly altered the relationship between authority and the people.
Successive laws passed by New Labour have pared down our liberty at an astonishing rate.
The right to trial by jury.
The right to silence.
The right not to be punished until a court has decided that the law has been broken.
The right to demonstrate and protest.
The presumption of innocence.
The right to private communication.
The right to travel without surveillance and details of that journey being retained.
All these have been curtailed by Tony Blair and New Labour.
While hearsay has become admissible in court, free speech is being patrolled by officious use of public order laws.
The new Serious Organised Crime and Police Act (SOCPA) allows the police to arrest any person for any offence - even dropping litter.
Under that act, before charges are laid a person can be fingerprinted, photographed and required to provide a sample of his/her DNA for indefinite retention by the police database.
The new Legislative and Regulatory Reform Bill which allows Ministers to change the law without consulting Parliament will consolidate Blair’s dictatorship ambitions.
WE SHOULD ALL STAND UP AND FIGHT THIS INSIDIOUS AND TREACHEROUS GOVERNMENT.

Howard League Claim Prison Doesn’t Work.
The Howard League for Penal Reform said that prison does not work. It claims that 70% of young men age 18-20 yrs were expected to be re-convicted within 2 years.
The League is wrong. Prison does work.
Prison gets criminals off the streets and protects the victims while they are in jail.
These criminals have a free choice NOT to re-offend and therefore not to return to prison.
Prison should be a deterrent and make criminals afraid of jail.
Hercules C130 Shot Down In Iraq.
A Royal Air Force C130 was shot down in Iraq killing 10 service personnel.
It has emerged that this aircraft was NOT fitted with explosive suppressant foam devices to the plane’s fuel tanks.
Had the devices been fitted, the aircraft would probably have made a safe landing, being just 6 minutes from touch-down.
The M.O.D. has said that none of our aircraft are fitted with these safety devices.
We must ask - WHY NOT?
All United States military aircraft have been fitted with explosive suppressant foam devices since the Vietnam war.
Pilots have been asking, for the last 2 years, for these safety measures to be implemented, but it appears the M.O.D. says that it is too expensive.
What price does Blair and his Government place on personnel who are fighting at the whim of the Prime Minister?

Probation Offenders - 10,000 Crimes A Month.
10,000 crimes are being committed every month by offenders still under “supervision” of the Probation Service.
The range of offences are from theft & assault to rape & murder.
Andrew Bridges, H.M. Chief Inspector of Probation, pointed to “substantial deficiencies.”
These new figures demonstrate the danger of non-custodial sentences and are a dreadful indictment of the probation system.
The Home Office estimates that the cost of fighting crime is £30 billion annually paid for by the tax-payer.
Probation cost is £3,000 per year per offender and has been used increasingly in recent years in place of prison which cost £37,000 per year for each offender.
Human Rights Act 1998.
In November 1997 the Government’s Human Rights Bill was debated in the House of Lords.
Lord McCluskey, the Scottish Judge gave a dissenting view, describing the bill as “ A field day for crackpots, a pain in the neck for judges and a gold mine for lawyers. “
The Human Rights Act of 1998, far from empowering the week and the oppressed, has given a refuge to terrorists, criminals and scoundrels.
Criminals benefit under this act -- victims do NOT. Victims are penalised should they dare to defend themselves.
This act should be re-named -- The Criminals Rights Act 1998.
Give Us Back Our Rights.
The Afghans who hijacked a civilian airliner are rewarded by a judgement that allows them to stay in Britain at tax-payers expense.
Foreign terrorists who plot the murder of hundreds of British civilians cannot br deported back to their country of origin.
Murders and rapists are entitled to have any decision to keep them in prison reviewed by a judicial hearing.
The Probation Service frees killers who go on to murder fresh victims.
The British public is increasingly worried by judgements whose effect is to rank the “rights” of criminals higher than those of law-abiding citizens.
The result is that the whole notion of human rights is becoming discredited.
The only way to remedy judicial decisions that “defy common sense” is to opt out of the European Convention on Human Rights, which forces British judges to give precedence to European law.

What is needed is a “BILL OF RIGHTS”. We should adopt the American version which gives all American citizens a clearly defined written set of individual rights.

Iraq Terror Backlash.
A leaked top-secret memo from the Joint Intelligence Committee (JIC) has warned Tony Blair that the war in Iraq has made Britain the target of a terror campaign by Al-Qaeda and has exacerbated the threat by radicalising British Muslims and attracting new recruits to anti-western terror attacks.
The memo states “The war has reinforced the determination of terrorists who were committed to attacking the West and motivated others who were not.
The leak of the JIC’s official assessment--marked “top secret”--will alarm Blair who after the July bombings blamed an “evil ideology”, not the war.
The JIC report contradicts ministerial statements. It says: “There is a clear consensus within the UK extremist community that Iraq is a legitimate jihad and should be supported.
Army Officers Set Up Union.
Frontline officers have set up the military’s first staff federation because they feel let down by service chiefs and politicians over treatment of troops in Iraq.
The British Forces Federation will provide legal and moral support to soldiers in dispute with their commanders and lobby for better equipment and medical back-up for those in the front line
The federation faces opposition from chiefs of staff who argue it will undermine the authority of commanders and compromise Britain’s military capability.
The federation alleges attempts to force soldiers to give up early pension rights and by the failure to provide up to date equipment.
Commanders have nothing to fear IF they do their job correctly and put our troops first instead of their own careers. Commanders must stand up for those that they send into danger zones.
At the moment, our troops are hung out to dry by both politicians and high ranking commanders.
Our troops are victims of a “couldn’t care less” attitude by Blair and his Government.
Home Office Blunders.
The new Home Office Secretary, John Reid has inherited a catalogue of blunders from his predecessor, Charles Clarke.
Crime Records Bureau. Nearly 1,500 innocent people have been wrongly labelled as criminals because of the Home Office Criminal Records Bureau. Many of these people have been turned down for jobs or university places. The CRB refuses to apologise to those who have been wrongly criminalised.
Illegal Immigrants Work In Home Office. For years five illegal Nigerian immigrants have been working in the London offices of the Immigration and Nationality Directorate. John Reid, the Home Secretary, claimed that the illegals were detained last thursday, their first day of work. It has now been proven that The Home Secretary misled the House of Commons with that statement.
Number of Illegal Immigrants Unknown. John Reid, the Home Secretary, has admitted that he has NO IDEA how many illegal immigrants there are in the UK.
Terror Suspects Stay In Britain. More than 230 foreigners identified by MI5 and Scotland Yard as suspected terrorists have been allowed to stay in Britain as asylum seekers. These suspects are all entitled to state benefits, free housing, free health care and cash hand-outs. These figures make a mockery of Tony Blair’s statement, after the July bombing, that terror suspects would not be allowed to stay in Britain. Article 3 of the human rights convention, and thus the Government’s human rights act, makes it impossible to remove such terrorists from Britain. Blair has deliberately misled the public by stating that he would remove people suspected or found guilty of terrorism.
Violent Criminals Walk Out Of Prison. Murders, rapists,burglars and robbers are escaping from Leyhill Open Prison at the rate of two a week and have been for the past 3 years. 22 murders and 7 rapists have escaped from Leyhill since 1999. Leyhill is one of 13 open prisons in England. In total 2,700 prisoners have escaped.

Crime Rates Soar--Criminals Walk Free.
The figures show that, 10 years after Tony Blair pledged to be “tough on crime, tough on the causes of crime”, the chances of getting away with rape, robbery, sexual assault or seriously wounding another person have never been higher.
Since Tony Blair and the Labour Government came to power in 1997 violent crimes conviction rates have been in freefall, with rates less than 10%.
VIOLENT CRIME UP -- CONVICTION RATES DOWN.
The comparison between 1997 ---- 2004/5 illustrates this point.
Rapes recorded 100% increase -- conviction rate down 50%.
Robberies recorded 25% increase -- conviction rate down 20%.
Woundings recorded 75% increase -- conviction rates down 60%.
The record under Labour is worse for two crimes that arouse deep public concern.
Serious woundings have risen by more than 50% in the last 10 years with their conviction rate only 9.7%
Rapes have risen by 100% in the year from April 2004 with the conviction rate now only 5.5%.
These figures are a condemnation of the English Justice System which demonstrates Tony Blair’s lack of concern for the victims of our lawless society and the crimes committed against them.
We must fight back and protect ourselves --- Public opinion will be on our side.

Stop Moaning And Take Action.
John Reid, the new Home Secretary, now tells us to stop moaning and take action against the yobs that plague our cities and towns.
Reid has not defined what action we should take. If we inform the police, we are told that they - the police - have more important things to do.
If we as victims take positive action such as defend ourselves and a yob gets hurt, then the police will take action by charging us, the victims, with assault. The courts will come down heavily on us and perhaps send us to prison.
Yes the police do have important things to do, such as, chase motorists, shoot unarmed citizens and kill innocent people whilst involved in car chases.
John Reid is likely to be as ineffective in the role of Home Secretary as he was as Defence Secretary where he FAILED to provide our troops with updated equipment to fight Tony Blair’s war in Iraq.
Judges Named And Shamed.
The Sunday Times 11 June 2006 in a major article wrote that the Attorney General, Lord Goldsmith, claims that more than 200 of Britain’s top judges have given “unduly lenient” sentences to criminals guilty of sex offences or other serious crimes.
Lord Goldsmith challenged 339 cases over the last three years where judges have let off criminals, including killers, rapists and child abusers with light sentences. More than 75% were judged to be “unduly lenient”.
Some of the most lenient judges named are, Adrian Smith, Martin Coates, Robert Winstanley and Stuart Fish. The complete list can be seen on the paper’s website.
Lenient sentencing makes a mockery of the penal system and shows a total disregard for the victims of these appalling crimes.
Burglars Killed Teacher.
Drugged up Darren Botchett and Ian Richards killed teacher Lawrence Hart when Lawrence investigated a disturbance in a college car park.
Both Botchett and Richards each have 50 previous convictions for drug related offences.
We shall await to see which lenient judge gives them both a slap on the wrist when they are sentenced.

Afghan Mission Under-Equipped.
M.P’s expressed concern that British forces are under-equipped for their mission in Afghanistan.
There have been 6 British troops killed in the fighting so far. How many more need to die at the behest of Blair?
Death trap second hand “snatch” Land Rovers - ageing vehicles shipped from Northern Ireland are being used by our troops. Troops who would be alive today if they had the right vehicles.
John Reid, then Defence Secretary said “Britain could subdue the Southern Area without a shot being fired.” How wrong he has been proven.
The southern area, Helman, is 4 times the size of Wales, yet our troops have antiquated vehicles and only 6 Apache helicopters + 6 Chinook helicopters as support aircraft.
Tony Blair and his motley Government should join our troops on the front line and fight alongside them. Only then will he know what it is like to fight an enemy with hundreds of years fighting foreign troops. He will of course not do that, preferring to remain safe in his bullet proof car and being protected by his personal bodyguards.
This Government is only too willing to send ill-equiped troops into battle for political motives regardless of the consequences.
Blair should take note of the immortal words of Rudyard Kipling.
A scrimmage in a border station-

A jezail is a cheap musket.
Dad’s Army Confronts Yobs.
A peaceful Sunday afternoon in the park in Weston-super Mare was shattered by 30 yobs with crates of lager and footballs.
Elderly men snoozed in the sun enjoying the music of a local brass band when the 30 yobs arrived and started swearing and yelling abuse at the musicians and kicking their footballs into the bandstand.
The elderly men, pensioners and war veterans all rose from their deckchairs and formed a line, advanced shoulder to shoulder, some brandishing their walking sticks, towards the yobs. Those “brave” youths unable to withstand the advance turned and fled.
Well done to the heroic men who defended their right to a peaceful afternoon in the park. It is a good job that the police were not on hand, otherwise our heroes would have been charged and no doubt criminalised by the courts.
Life Sentence Means Less Than One Year.
Figures from the Home Office reveal that;
Two prisoners given life sentences since 2000 were eligible for parole after just one year.
Another 11 were given the chance of freedom after two years and a further 16 went before parole boards after three years or less.
53 lifers have been freed after serving less than six years.
These figures come on top of other statistics showing that only four of the 23 life prisoners who fled last month after being released from jail on licence have been recaptured.
Of the freed prisoners, 21 are murderers.
How much longer must the public be put at risk by the consequences of this Government’s soft approach to crime?
Judge Frees Weeping Yob.
Daniel Hardman, who smashed a glass in the face of a pub landlord, was given a 6 month prison sentence by Judge Denis Clark at Liverpool Crown Court, only for the judge to recall Hardman back into the court when Judge Clark saw that Hardman was weeping. The judge then changed the punishment to a suspended sentence.
Later, when questioned if he -Hardman - was crying for himself, he replied “Yes, I didn’t want to go to prison.”
When questioned whether he was upset about his victim, he replied “No, I was more bothered about going to prison. I don’t deserve to be in prison, not with what people get away with nowadays.”
This says it all. A weak judge, conned by a vicious thug turned crybaby, giving the wrong signal to other yobs.

Two More Killer H.G.V. Drivers.
H.G.V. driver, James Wingfield, ploughed into the back of a car killing Stacey Gitsham 26 yrs and her two children, Joshua aged 2 yrs and baby Georgia aged 11 weeks.
His punishment was 3 years jail handed down by Peterborough Crown Court.
That is 1 year for each killing. Was justice done? We say NO.
The second H.G.V. driver, John Payne was using his mobile phone just prior to smashing into Trinity Taylor’s stationary car and killing her.
Payne’s sentence given by Winchester Crown Court was 4 years.
Again we feel that justice was NOT done.
M.O.D. Failure.
An official report into the death of a British tank commander shot dead in Iraq days after his body armour was taken from him accused the M.O.D. of failure to keep soldiers properly supplied.
Sgt Roberts had to give up the body armour that would have saved his life because of a shortage throughout the Army.
Tony Blair and John Reid are both negligent in their failure to ensure that our troops are properly protected.
Another M.O.D. Failure.
Captain Dan Wright, a young S.A.S. officer, plunged to his death in a parachute jump without vital radio equipment.
Without two-way radio, there was no way to talk him through emergency procedures which would have saved him after his main chute failed to open.
Leaked memos show that officers have TWICE demanded the radios. A Special Forces source said: “If the instructors had had the radios they’d have been able to talk him down.”
Blair Fails Our Troops.
Tony Blair said in Los Angeles, British troop’s “Bravery and Sacrifice” demonstrated the courage and commitment of our armed forces in the conflict in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Yet, HE, Blair fails our troops by NOT providing them with proper equipment.
Body armour, working guns and pistols, communication eqpt and vehicles with correct armour as proven in both Iraq and Afghanistan.
Shambolic Immigration Service.
The Immigration and Nationality service is in a shambles said a report drawn up by M.Ps.
450,000 illegal immigrants and failed asylum seekers are living in Britain.
The £Million cost to us the tax-payer forces this Government to raise taxes to pay for their failures.
These illegal immigrants and failed asylum seekers are thought to be a big reason for massive house price increases.
It is expected that Council tax will increase by 6% over and above inflation to pay for the upkeep of these people. You can expect to pay an extra £15 per month before inflation.
Old Age Pensioner’s Screwed.
Since 1997, When Blair and his Government took office, Council tax has risen 104%.
State pension has risen 27% in the same period.

British Muslims Complain About U.K. Foreign Policy.
We now have British Muslims complaining about U.K. foreign policy.
What they are really saying is “Do as we say, or get blown to bits.” The muslim agenda is to force Islamic rule on us all.
Muslims are not forced to live in the U.K. If they are so angered and feel radicalised and isolated by the actions of our country, then why do they not move to and live in an Islamic country?
We must never forget that Muslim extremists are a clear and present danger.
What other religious followers claims that violence is right in the name of their God?
Catholics do not.
Protestants do not.
Lutherans do not.
Buddhists do not.
Only Muslim followers interpret their Koran as justification for violence.
Tony Blair MUST shoulder much of the blame for the plotting of violence by these extremists. It is him and his Government that have allowed our borders to become so porous that nearly half a million illegal immigrants, many of whom are muslim fanatics, have entered our country. It is also Blair and his Government that made it easy for “legal” immigration into the U.K.
Blair and Reid cower to the God called “Human Rights.” They place the rights of the muslim fanatic and extremist before the rights and safety of native U.K. citizens.
These native citizens are the potential victims of Government ineptitude and fear of offending the muslim community.
This Government MUST put in place rigid immigration controls. We would suggest that NO foreign nationals or any ethnic minority group members claiming to be British be allowed to enter our shores.

£50 Million of taxpayer’s money has been spent to date.
The Government Home Office says that the total cost will be £584 Million.
True figures supplied by independent economists say the final cost will be £19.2 Billion.

Addicts Live On Benefits.
100,000 alcohol and drug addicts are living on incapacity benefits. Again we are the victims, paying through our taxes.
Yardie Jailed For Life.
A Jamaican illegal immigrant, deported from the U.K. was jailed for 40 years after returning here to shoot three members of the same family.
Rohan Chung slipped in and out of the U.K. while running a ruthless Yardie gang supplying cocaine to dealers.
This makes a mockery of Blair’s border controls and immigration policy
This Government has blood on it’s hands through it’s mishandling of crime prevention.
Open Prison Breaks Crisis.
Prisoners have escaped on average every four days from Ford Open Prison. Home Office statistics show that 496 convicts have fled the jail in Arundel, East Sussex, since 2001.
Many of those escapees were serious offenders or foreign nationals who were due to be deported.
Inflation.
The true inflation figure is now running at 10%. Four times higher than Government figures.
The victims of these Government lies are Old Age Pensioners who have their pension fixed to the adjusted figure put out by the Government.
U.K. Universities Harbour Extremists.
30 British universities have harboured Muslim terrorist extremists. University Islamic societies are breeding grounds for extremists.
31 institutions have provided bases for known extremists by recruiting more than 200,000 foreign students to study in Britain.
John Reid’s Incompetent Immigration Department.
Hundreds of asylum seekers, many of whom are terrorists are escaping deportation because staff lose their passports and travel documents.
One must ask how many of these immigration staff are muslim or minority ethnic groups and if these staff have any affinity to those seeking asylum. It is possible that some staff may be looking “the other way.”
Muslim Bias Toward Police.
Chief Superintendent Simon Humphrey said that it was wholly unacceptable to depict Muslims as victims.
How true. Terrorists tend to be Muslims. The victims are those that Muslim terrorists kill and maim i.e. innocent people
We repeat, if Muslims who reside in the U.K. do not like it here or who are not prepared to accept our way of life, then they should move to and live in an Islamic country.
Stansted Police Stupidity.
Dr. Paul Zollinger-Read was travelling to Switzerland when he told the police that he had a hunting knife used for boating and outdoor trips in his suitcase.
What did the police do? Instead of praising Dr. Zollinger-Read for his honesty and his desire to comply with customs and airline regulations, they gave him a caution.
Dr. Zollinger-Read now has a record because he was open and honest
The Stansted police are fools who cannot make sound decisions based on common sense.
Troops Get Museum Pieces For Protection.
A tank so old that it takes pride of place in a military museum is being wheeled out of retirement to protect troops in Iraq.
Dozens of these mothballed tanks are being returned to front line duty in Iraq and Afghanistan to replace vulnerable Land Rovers.
Ex Army Colonel Patrick Mercer now an M.P. said “I raised this issue of lack of protection with Tony Blair over three years ago. It has been under the Government’s nose all that time.”
Once again this shows how much Blair and his Government care about out armed forces.
Armed Forces Cash Crisis.
The Army is running out of cash and Britain’s troops are paying the price.
That statement is taken from a confidential document produced by defence chiefs.
All of this is putting the lives of British servicemen at risk said senior military officers.
1) Repair budgets for tanks and artillery pieces to be slashed.
2) Bases will be closed, severely impeding combat operations.
3) Funding for the Army’s multiple-launched rocket systems will cease.
4) Missile systems will be withdrawn from service early.
5) Stockpilling of ammunition will be reduced.
6) The numbers of Apache helicopters will be reduced.
This Government is buying 232 Eurofighters at a cost of £50 Million each which will never be used in a war, but does not supply enough helicopters for use in Afghanistan
M.O.D. Covers Up Casualty Rates.
Defence Chiefs have failed to provide casualty figures for troops wounded in Afghanistan, despite John Reid’s promise that figures would be available on the M.O.D. website.
These casualties have become the forgotten victims of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Maybe Blair does not want the public to know the sacrifice that our troops are making.
Justice For Soldier.
A Part-Time soldier has won a three year battle not to pay council tax while serving in Iraq.
Territorial Army soldier, Ian Boynton was called up in 2003 to serve as a medic in Iraq. Ian was paid only £32 a day by the army while serving in a combat zone. During that time he received a council tax bill for £230 which he refused to pay.
Ian’s lengthy court battle finally ended when magistrates in Beverly, East Yorks, agreed to quash the debt.
Well done those magistrates, common sense prevailed.
The law should be changed so that all British troops serving in combat zones do not pay income tax and council tax.

Ministry Of Defence Waste.
Armoured vehicles designed to protect British troops from bomb and rocket attacks were sold at a knock-down price to a private military firm in Iraq.
The deal with an American company comes amid growing evidence that British soldiers are dying because they are not travelling in fortified patrol vehicles.
The Ministry of Defence ruled that its £4.5million fleet of Mamba troop carriers were “too heavy” for patrols, and sold them for just £44.000.
While British troops have to travel in lightly armoured and more vulnerable Land Rovers where more than 150 British troops have been killed in roadside bomb attacks in Iraq and Afghanistan, Tony Blair and his top henchmen travel in the protection of heavily armoured bomb proof and bullet proof luxury chauffeur driven cars.
It would be nice to see Blair and his Ministers travelling in one of our troop’s ill equiped Land Rovers on the front line where the fighting takes place. We would then see our troops re-equiped with proper protection.
Defence Spending.
Only £30 Billion is spent on defence which represent 5% of public spending. Compare this to the money spent on Social Security -- 29% of public spending or £165 Billion.
Sir Richard Dannatt, the new Army Chief, said that the U.K. troops can just barely cope with the situation in Afghanistan with shortages of proper equipment whilst at the same time there exists poor accommodation for troops and their families at home.
Sir Richard went on to say that soldiers had to feel valued and looked after.
Blair and this Government certainly are not interested.
Never forget that our troops are victims of Government policy.
Police Monitor Terror Suspects.
Thousands of British Muslims are being watched by police and MI5 under suspicion of possible terrorist involvement.
We ask why these people and their parents were allowed to enter and live in the U.K. in the first place.
There should be tight border controls with deportation of terror suspects.
Gun Victims Treble Under New Labour.
Gun crime under Blair has risen nearly 200% since he came into power despite the 1997 handgun ban which removed all legally held handguns.
All Blair has achieved is to arm the criminals by allowing thousand of illegal guns to flood this country and at the same time refused victims the right to protect themselves.
Black Trigger Happy Youth Culture.
10,990 firearm offences are committed in England and Wales each year using illegally held guns.
Most of these offences are committed by “Black on Black” teenagers furious over perceived “lack of respect.”
Blair claimed in 1997 with his handgun ban aimed at legally held guns that he had taken all guns off the streets has been once again proven to be a lie.
Disarm the private citizen and you arm the criminal.
Naseem Hamed Out Of Jail.
Formed boxer Prince Naseem Hamed has been released from jail after serving just 16 weeks of a 15 month jail term for dangerous driving.
Hamed seriously injured Anthony Burgin when he drove at 90mph on the wrong side of a carriageway.
Why was Hamed released early? Was he shown favour because of his ethnic origin? Were his human rights infringed?
The victim, Anthony Burgin, we are sure does not feel that justice has been served.
Farmer Removes Squatters.
Furious farmer, Alan Roberts, scooped up a caravan with his monster JCB in a dawn raid to get squatters off his land dumping it over a hedge.
Alan Roberts has been plagued by travellers camping illegally in his fields for weeks.
It is about time that the law was reviewed to protect land owners from travellers who regularly set up caravan sites on land that they do not own.
Land owners are victims of illegal occupation. The police are not interested because they regard these actions by travellers as a civil matter.
The “rights” of travellers override the rights of land owners.

Killer Gets Less Than 5yrs.
Dean Fagan killed pensioner Kenneth Bostock by running him down and crushing his head under the wheels of a car.
Mr. Justice Openshaw rejected a letter of apology from Fagan saying that he did not believe what Fagan had written.
Fagan was given a prison sentence of 4 years and 8 months jail.
This is NOT justice. Fagan should have been given at least 15 years jail. British justice being what it is, Fagan will be free in 18 months.
Rapist Walks Free.
Rapist Kelly Edney, with a history of violence flees from Box Tree hostel in Bradford, Yorkshire. The Box Tree hostel is part of the Langley House Trust.
Another Langley House Trust dangerous criminal serial sex attacker, Anthony Rice killed Naomi Bryant, while he was out on licence.
Major errors by supervision staff employed by the Langley House Trust allowed both these criminals to escape.
Gun Victim Stabbed By Same Gang In Previous Attack.
Peter Woodhams was held down, stabbed in the neck and slashed across the face after he complained when stones were thrown at his new car in January this year.
In August this year Peter was again attacked by the same gang and shot several times and died of his wounds.
After the first attack, Peter’s family kept his blood stained clothes in a plastic bag. These clothes were never examined by the police for DNA evidence.
The Independent Police Complaints Committee have launched an inquiry into the way the investigation was handled by Metropolitan Police.
There can be no excuse for police failures.
Unsolved Crimes Double Under Labour.
Sex offences detection rate down from 75% to 35%.
Violent crime detection rate down from 78% to 54%
These figures slipped out in a written Parliamentary answer, are the equivalent of 481,000 violent attacks going unsolved last year, along with 41,000 sex offences and 80,000 robberies.
These figures can be described as a criminal’s charter with the knowledge that 4 times out of 5, the criminal will get away with his/her offence.
Overall detection rates are now at 27%. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
Police Discriminate Against White Recruits.
Gloucestershire Police following Government targets of 7% recruits from ethnic minorities, illegally discriminated against white recruits by rejecting 108 white potential officer applicants.
Matt Powell, a white applicant, has been awarded £2,500 compensation after he was randomly deselected by the police to boost ethnic and women recruits.
This is a case of Blair’s political correctness gone mad. The tax payer now picks up the bill for compensation claims.
Home Office Shame.
Home office Secretary, John Reid, promised, the day after he was appointed, to hunt down and deport 1013 foreign criminals.
Reid said that it was his highest priority and that he would move heaven and earth to ensure that these criminals were apprehended and deported and that he would be “As open as possible with the public.”
This has proved to be another empty Labour promise. The special team set up to trace these criminals was quietly disbanded 3 months ago.
The public was NOT informed. -- So much for openness.
Mother Fined For Protecting 10 Children.
Elizabeth Watts collecting her daughters from an under-18 disco rescued 10 children from a gang of bottle-wielding yobs by taking them in her car, was fined for careless driving.
Sheriff Tom McCartney of the Kilmarnock sheriff court said that he was satisfied that Elizabeth was trying to “Save herself and the young persons from a genuine risk.”
Elizabeth’s reward for her public spirited concern was a £100 fine and three penalty points on her driving license.
British Troops Risk Life And Limb - Denied Aid.
British troops who put their lives on the line are denied aid as the MOD refuses to reveal casualty lists for both Iraq and Afghanistan.
British troops wounded in Iraq and Afghanistan are being denied vital assistance because the Government refuses to pass on information to charities including the Army Benevolent Fund.
The MOD is operating a culture of secrecy.
Wounded troops are spread out in hospitals across the country, or have been medically discharged, making it difficult for the ABF and other charities to trace.
Field Marshall Lord Bramall, a former chief of the defence staff, said the outpatient service for soldiers was “appalling”.
Charity chiefs believe there is a “lost battalion” of 500 troops who have been ignored or forgotten after leaving hospital without any form of support.

It is expected that Britain’s last remaining military hospital at Haslar, Portsmouth will be sold off next year to developers.
The treatment that our troops receive is said to be so bad that many of those serving in Afghanistan say they would far rather sustain a serious, life-threatening injury because that would mean they were treated at the US military’s state-of-the-art hospital at Ramstein, Germany, than an open ward on the NHS.
THE BLAIR GOVERNMENT’S WOEFUL DISREGARD FOR THE WELFARE OF OUR ARMED FORCES IS NOTHING NEW.
Heroes Used As “Lab Rats”.
British troops in Iraq and Afghanistan are being used as guinea pigs to test a drug that has yet to be licensed.
NovoSeven, which is being tested for its blood-clotting ability on serious wounds is being tried out on our troops.
British troops should NOT be used to test untried drugs that have not yet been licensed for civilians.
Is Tony Blair so totally morally bankrupt as to allow this to continue?

Householders Face Extra Tax.
Householders face extra charges to have their non-recyclable rubbish collected.
Under Government proposals councils will be allowed to charge householders a top-up fee that could be as much as £200 on top of their council tax to have their rubbish collected.
How will an OAP cope? Will council taxes be reduced to take this extra charge into account?
The victims again and again are the senior citizens who have throughout their lives given so much to this country.
Judge Attacks Driver Sentences.
Judge Ashurst at York Crown Court slammed the Government’s “woefully inadequate” level of sentences available to courts after only being able to jail Gary Watling, a drink driver, for crashing his car and injuring his passengers.
New Laws To Jail Killer Drivers Delayed.
The Government has delayed it’s proposed new laws to jail killer drivers. The proposals will give courts the power to jail drivers, who kill whilst driving, for a maximum term of 5 years.
This delay is totally unacceptable. The penalty should be a MINIMUM term of 10 years for those driver who kill whilst driving dangerously.
Death Trucks.
The full menace of foreign truckers on British roads has now been revealed following roadside checks carried out last month.
Over 55% of foreign registered HGV drivers failed to take required rest breaks.
Over 40% had fatal defects ranging from faulty brakes to bald tyres
Over 60% were dangerously overloaded with clocked mileages and forged paperwork.
Official figures show an 8% increase in the number of unroadworthy trucks on English roads in the past 4 months.
A record 15,000 foreign lorries now use British roads every DAY.
In one recent crackdown in Holyhead 80% of lorries from Ireland were found to have defects. 91 lorries were taken off the road but only two drivers were fined.
Examples of this failed vehicle safety policy are,
A Polish driver hit a car on the hard shoulder killing two occupants.
A Turkish driver ran a red light killing a cyclist.
A German driver ploughed into a queue of cars killing an adult and two children.
A French driver drove on the wrong side of the road crashed into a coach killing it’s driver.
The law MUST be changed to enable the police to remove ALL lorries that have defects until such a time as the defects are rectified. The police should also have the power to charge HGV drivers for driving defective vehicles and contravening road regulations.
The courts MUST hand out penalties that will deter other HGV drivers from committing similar offenses.
Reid Risks Jail Breaks.
Home Secretary, John Reid is prepared to “take the risk” that more violent criminals will escape from prison as the Government’s emergency measures to tackle the lack of prison places is put into effect.

More than 1,000 offenses including 5 killings, 56 woundings and 700 assaults have been committed by criminals released early and fitted with electronic tags.

250 rapes, murders and other serious crimes were carried out last year by offenders freed into the community.
Violent and sex offenses rose by 13% to 14,317.

Lord Chief Justice Says Fewer Jail Sentences.
In spite of the massive increase in crime, prisoners being let out of jail early and ineffective supervision of prisoners on day-release our Lord Chief Justice, Lord Phillips advocates that criminals should not be sent to prison but instead carry out community service.

General Sir Richard Dannatt Challenges Blair.
Blair’s foreign policy was in tatters after the head of the British Army, Sir Richard Dannatt said that the continued presence of British troops in Iraq was responsible for bloodshed at home and abroad.
Sir Richard further said that the planning for post-combat phase was “poor, based more on optimism than sound planning”, and that the hope of stability and peace in the region was a naive hope.
Sir Richard also condemned the treatment of injured British soldiers.
Sir Richard said: “ I am going to stand up for what is right for the Army. Honesty is what it is about. The truth will out. We have got to speak the truth.”
Huge Support For Army Boss.
The head of the Army, Sir Richard Dannatt, has received overwhelming support from across the ranks over his call for troops to be withdrawn from Iraq.
Unofficial military internet forums were inundated with praise for Sir Richard from serving soldiers - “For telling it as it is, not what politicians say.”
We Say Pay Our Troops Proper Combat Pay.
We have stated before and we say again that all British troops should receive substantial increases in pay when they are serving in a combat zone such as Iraq and Afghanistan.
These same troops should NOT have to pay income tax nor have to pay UK community charges(council tax ).Their financial reward MUST be totally tax-free.
Soldiers would not have to fill in Inland Revenue forms. The Service’s pay corps could notify the Inland Revenue.
One In 5 Soldiers Want To Quit.
One in five soldiers want to leave the Army “at the earliest opportunity” a recent study has revealed.
The reasons stated are:
Lack of updated modern equipment.
Overstretched resources.
Troops feel undervalued-especially by Blair and his Government.
Poor financial reward when asked to put their lives on the line.
Legitimate complaints are handled badly.
Council Tax Fighter Jailed.
Lord Chief Justice, Lord Phillips, who said that criminals should not be jailed but instead do community service, manages to find a prison place for 75 year old Richard Fitzmaurice who refused to pay his unfair council tax.
Richard’s defence was that his council tax is rising faster than his pension.
Well done Lord Phillips, criminalise the weak and defenceless.
Is This Justice?
Terrorist, Kamel Bourgass, who murdered police officer Stephen Oake, has run up a legal aid bill of over £1million in his defence.
Stephen’s family has received just £13,000 in compensation.
How can Bourgass be allowed to fleece the UK taxpayer but only a paltry sum being paid to the victim’s family?

Robbery Gang Get Life In Jail.
A sadistic gang left victim Paul Mitchell brutally wounded after a savage attack.
Judge Witold Pawlak in Wood Green court, North London jailed the black gang members, Robert Lincoln, Pedro Frota and Sofian Majera to life in jail with a minimum of 7 years to be served. The judge recommended deportation on completion of their sentences.
Convicted Sex Attacker Executed 13 Year Old.
Timothy Cuffy executed 13 year old Sandy Hadfield after being freed from prison only 3 yrs into a 6 yr sentence for a previous sex attack.
Cuffy’s early release took place despite a string of previous convictions which included the sexual assault on a 16 yr old girl.
How many more victims must suffer before Blair and this Government realise that it’s policy of early release and inadequate supervision poses a lethal threat to every citizen?
The Home Office claimed that it had introduced a sex-offenders register and multi-agency Public Protection Arrangements.
Multi-Agency bodies do NOT work. There needs to be ONE body to take responsibility.
Racist Asians Jailed For Life.
Lord Uist at the end of an Edinburgh trial jailed Imran Shahid, Zeeshan Shahid and Mohammed Faisal Mushtag, all of Pakistan origin, for life for the savage and barbaric race-hate murder of white youth,15 yr old Kriss Donald.
Judge Lord Uist branded the killing as an abomination, commenting on the killer’s desire for revenge on someone with a white skin.
No Justice.
Armed black robber, Emmanuel Armoar smashed into a mother and her 5 yr old daughter while driving his BMW car.
Five year old Charlotte Adams died crushed under Armoar’s car and her mother Jean suffered severe spinal injuries which left her in a wheelchair.
Judge Andrew Goymer sentenced Armoar to 7 yrs jail.
The Judge said that he had taken into account Armoar’s guilty plea in deciding the sentence.
This is NOT justice. Armoar will be free in 4 yrs, no doubt to kill again.
The Government is about to change the law regarding killing whilst driving. The thinking is a 5 yr prison term. The charge should be manslaughter carrying a prison term of between 10 and 15 yrs actual jail time.

More M.O.D. Failures.
U.K troops fighting in Afghanistan were issued with faulty ammunition and had to borrow serviceable ammunition from American and Canadian forces for a period of one month.
The faults came to light after troops posted a video on the YouTube sharing website.
Sgt. Stephen Brown, Royal Marines, said that there was not enough ammunition and vehicles to do the job. He further said front line troops had made countless requests for extra equipment.
The M.O.D. and senior officers insist that troops had all that they needed. The staff of the M.O.D. and senior officers are NOT in the front line doing the actual fighting. The troops being fired at are the ones to ask if the right equipment is in place.
Unsafe Nimrod Aircraft--Crews Quit.
Several R.A.F. Nimrod aircrew have resigned amid serious concerns over safety of these aging aircraft after a fuel pipe fractured during or just after mid-air refuelling caused a crash in which 14 servicemen were killed.
Another crash was narrowly averted, this month, when a similar fuel pipe fractured.
It is understood that the R.A.F.’s decision to continue to fly these aging aircraft is a major concern to the aircrews.
These aircraft should be grounded and a new upgraded fuel system installed.
Aircrews at Kinloss base are concerned that the Nimrod has an inadequate fuel protection system for fuel tanks in it’s wings. The lack of protective material in the wings of an R.A.F. Hercules C130 aircraft was a cause in the explosion that destroyed the Hercules in Iraq in January last year. Ten servicemen died in that crash.
A complete revamp of the Nimrod, now 35 years old, was due to begin 10 years ago, but has been repeatedly put on hold.
This is NOT how the Government should look after our troops.
Blair’s Broken Promise To Our Troops.
Blair told our troops “Whatever package the Army wants, we will give it.”
Brigadier John Lorimer, who will take charge of more than 5,000 troops issued a shopping list of requirements to Blair and the M.O.D.
The Brigadier asked for, 12 Challenger mk2 tanks, 14 Warrior armoured vehicles, 4 AS90 artillery guns and an extra 600-strong battalion of troops.
Senior M.O.D. officials stated that the Brigadier’s requests will be denied
Tony Blair has LIED to our troops, but allows Gordon Brown to spend £250,000 on his visit to Iraq. Brown had an armed escort with 180 soldiers - some in warrior armoured vehicles deployed to form a security cordon.
Colonel Bob Stewart said “I am disgusted that he (Gordon Brown) should use our troops in a war zone as a backdrop to his political ambitions. It was this Chancellor who denied these men the equipment they needed.”
Our Military Commanders are correct in what they say.
Blair and this Government have nothing but contempt for our troops, but are only too willing to send them into war in order to fight their ego building battles.
Blair Admits Iraq War Was A Disaster.
Tony Blair finally admitted that British intervention in Iraq has been a disaster. Blair has now accepted that Western Forces have been powerless to prevent the decent into violence. Both Blair and Bush failed to plan for the war’s aftermath, as rival Sunni and Shia Muslim militias take control of the streets.
Blair’s Iraq War has cost the lives of 125 British troops with many more hundreds wounded. We feel sure that Blair feels proud of himself.
The families of those killed and wounded as well as the troops themselves are the victims of Blair’s ego mania.
American Contempt For British War Dead.
George Bush, President of the U.S.A. has attempted to cover up bungling American troops who have killed British soldiers and airmen in Iraq, in so called “Friendly fire”.
Lance Corporal Matthew Hull was killed when an American pilot flying an A-10 tankbuster aircraft fired on British tanks and armoured personnel vehicles.
Flight Lieutenants Kevin Main and Dave Williams flying their Tornado aircraft were shot down by an USAF airwoman who fired the Patriot missile that killed them.
ITN reporter Terry Lloyd was shot in the head and killed by US Marines when he was in an Ambulance.
George Bush and the White House refuse to make American troops answer in British courts for their mistakes on the battlefield.
This is known as a cover-up. The victims again are our own British troops and civilians.
Harrods Store Bars Soldier.
A serving British Army officer was banned from enter Harrods on Remembrance Day in case his uniform upset other shoppers.
Lieutenant Daniel Lenherr had just taken part in a parade honouring Britain’s war dead when the London store, Harrods, turned him away at the door.
The action of Harrods is an insult and a slap in the face to our Armed Forces who are serving us all and our country around the world.
We all know who owns Harrods, A MAN WHO HAS APPLIED FOR BRITISH CITIZENSHIP BUT BEEN REFUSED.

Blast At Let Down Soldiers.
Ex-Army supremo General Mike Jackson blasted politicians saying that soldiers are being shamefully let down by MP’s.
He said that squaddies lay down their lives for their country but in return get poor pay, shoddy kit and bad homes. He went on to say “It is our soldiers who pay in blood. Soldiers and their families must be properly valued.”
General Jackson poured scorn on Tony Blair’s vow to give the Armed Forces whatever they need saying that we should be able to provide what’s required for soldiers to be properly equipped, thoroughly trained, decently paid and together with their families decently housed. Our Armed Forces deserve nothing less.
Marines Front Line Pay Cut.
Royal Navy administrators made a major blunder when a £3,000 allowance was deducted from the wages of front line marines fighting in Afghanistan.
A senior NCO said “This is another kick in the teeth just as we have deployed out here. We will do the job, but this just shows the value the MOD places on our service.”
Defence Secretary, Des Browne and Prime Minister Tony Blair should be thoroughly ashamed. They have once again demonstrated their contempt for our troops who fight this Government’s ill-conceived wars.
Blair And Bush Finally Admit Strategy Is Wrong.
Blair and Bush have finally admitted that their Iraq strategy is wrong following an independent report into the post-invasion planning process, and that Iraq is now a mess.
The report says that the Iraqi army is not fit to take control and once all allied forces leave Iraq, the country will descend into civil war spelling a bloodbath for generations.
Bush and Blair will no doubt feel proud that they have been responsible for the deaths and maiming of several thousand US and British troops plus tens of thousands of Iraqis who have been killed.
This is not the way to bring peace to the Middle East.
The war in Iraq was based on the claim that Saddam Hussein had weapons on mass destruction, when in fact NONE were ever found.
More Big Brother By Blair.
The Government’s “Parliament’s Information Commissioner” has produced a report proposing a £224 million database to contain details of every child in the country.
This database called “The Children’s Index” will carry details of everything from vaccinations to whether a child is eating enough fruit and vegetables to their clas performance.
This compulsory collation of such a plethora of information violated British and EU data protection and human rights law.
Police To Snoop On Chatting.
Police will soon be able to eavesdrop on conversations in the street if new CCTV cameras fitted with high-powered microphones are installed.
Police Now Use Roadside Fingerprint Checks.
Police are now allowed to take a person’s fingerprints at roadside checks.
The concern for every citizen is that we will all be automatically treated with suspicion, and that no longer are we innocent until proven guilty.
The police claim that prints will not be stored. We do NOT believe the police.
New Passports Can Be Cloned.
Biometric passports, which are designed to be impossible to forge, can be easily cloned using a gadget bought over the Internet for less than £100.
The biometric chip on the passport contains the owner’s personal details and an image of his face.
A microchip reader purchased from the Internet for £95.73 can clone the information, including the photograph, which can then be used to produce an exact replica of the travel document, complete with a new microchip.
Estate Agents Sell Home Details.
Website Rightmove.co.uk run by 4 Britains biggest estate agents-Countrywide, Connells, Halifax and Royal Sun Alliance are reported to make available details of property to the Valuation Office Agency that allocates a council tax band to every home in England and Wales.
If this report is true, then this is another example of State snooping.

MP’s Call For A 66% Pay Rise.
MP’s are calling for a 66% pay rise, bringing their salaries up to £100,000 per year, when these same MP’s are squeezing OAP’s on £100 a week and people on fixed income struggling to pay high community charges, gas, electricity and water bills.
Not content with showing contempt toward our Armed Forces, MP’s through their greed are now showing the same contempt to all OAPs.

Springfield Hospital Failures.
Paranoid schizophrenic, John Barrett, walked unsupervised from Springfield Hospital in Tooting and stabbed to death Denis Finnegan.
The person who authorised Barrett’s release was Dr. Gill Mezey.
Despite Barrett being described as “unpredictable and violent” with a long history of violent mental illness, Dr. Mezey decided that he was fit enough to be allowed out of Springfield Hospital unsupervised.
Other cases of mental health patients being released unsupervised from Springfield Hospital include killers Eshan Chattun and Matthew Carter.
Community Care Killings.
More than 400 people have been killed by psychiatric patients released into the community over the last eight years.
A government report, by Professor Louis Appleby, claims that almost 1/3 of the killings were carried out by people judged to have been of “LOW RISK.”
M.P. Claims Most Criminals Are Black.
Bob Spink M.P. claimed that most criminals are black.
Mr. Spink has been accused of being racist because of his claim. He went on to say “That is what people don’t seem to like and that the problem is being ignored because of political correctness.”
If Mr. Spink’s claim is correct, then he should NOT be criticized for telling the truth.
Yet Another Killer H.G.V. Driver.
HGV driver Bennett Hoyte fell asleep at the wheel of his lorry, then crashed through the central reservation of the M1 motorway hitting a car and killing the three occupants.
His punishment--------3 YEARS JAIL-----That is 1 year for each life he took.
This is NOT justice. Hoyte should have been sent to prison for 30 years (10years for each life.) As the law stands he will be free in 18 months.
Police Access DNA Records.
The U.K. police now have access to over 1 Million DNA records.
More than 1 Million innocent people now have their genetic profiles stored on the Government National DNA Database.
This information obtained under the freedom of information act, shows that this is a sinister attempt to turn EVERY British citizen into a suspect, with the police having access to this information for any reason that they choose.
Major fears are that the DNA database will be linked to the government’s new proposed I.D. cards.
Earlier this year the government said that only 139,463 people were on the database.
It now emerges that 3,457,000 people are now stored on the database, of which 2,317,555 have criminal records.
This means that the information on 1,139,445 people is stored WITHOUT those people being found guilty of any crime.
This emerging Surveillance State means that innocent people will be under suspicion if their DNA is found at a crime scene through no fault of their own. The innocent person will have to prove their innocence rather than being innocent till proven guilty.
Betrayal Of A Soldier.
The first British soldier to die in combat in Iraq was killed because of the Army’s “unforgiveable and inexcusable” failure to equip him with body armour.
Sgt. Steven Roberts went into battle lacking “the most basic piece of equipment” concluded Andrew Walker, Oxfordshire’s assistant deputy coroner, at the end of an inquest which uncovered a litany of flaws in Britain’s preparations for the invasion of Iraq.
Flaws include, aged landrovers without protection against roadside bombs, a shortage of helicopters, ineffective SA80 rifles, faulty ammunition, lack of body armour, Browning pistols jamming, aircraft without fuel tank protection
Mr. Walker went on to say “To send soldiers into a combat zone without the appropriate equipment is unforgiveable and inexcusable and represents a breach of trust on the part of the then Defense Secretary,Geoff Hoon.”
